Authorities say the gunmen fired at least 500 rounds of ammo. The death toll currently stands at 137, including three children. Another 180 people were wounded. This story will set the tone for the rest of this month. Something big will come from the terrorist attack that happened on Friday. The U.S. quickly, according to the New York Times, the U.S. says ISIS, ISIS did it.

ISIS was responsible for the deadly Moscow concert hall attack. And how did the United States know that ISIS did it? Well, ISIS released a press release claiming that they did it. So there you have it. ISIS said we did it. And who is ISIS? Well, we don't know, do we? It's just a mysterious group,

a name that takes responsibility for terrorist attacks. But immediately the United States began on Saturday to move the attention of the world away from Ukraine and place it on the mysterious group ISIS. Now, I want you to recall that just a few weeks ago,

the U.S. State Department issued a travel alert to Americans in Russia, advising them to avoid large gatherings, especially concerts, theaters. And it says the embassy is monitoring reports that extremists have imminent plans to target large gatherings in Moscow, including concerts. And U.S. citizens should be advised to avoid large gatherings over the next 48 hours. Amazing, isn't it? How the U.S. State Department knew that there was going to be a terrorist attack and then they immediately knew it was ISIS.

Well, I don't think the world is buying it. I have to remind you that just a few months ago, Victoria Nuland was in Kiev, Ukraine, and she had a little press conference out in the streets at night by herself and a few reporters, and she couldn't contain the glee, the little grin on her face as she announced that Mr. Putin was going to have some surprises on the battlefield this year. If you never saw that video, I'll play for you again to let you see what she said. I have to say that I leave Pete tonight more encouraged about the unity and the resolve about 2024 and its absolute strategic importance for Ukraine. I also leave more confident that even as Ukraine strengthens its defenses, Mr. Putin is going to get some nice surprises on the battlefield and that Ukraine will make some very strong success

this year. Now, mind you, this is the same woman who a year before the Nord Stream pipelines were blown up, she also said something like, I can tell you, those pipelines are not going to work. They're not going to operate. She knew in advance that the Nord Streamiev that there would be surprises for putin so my question is was the terrorist attack one of the surprises that victoria knew newland knew was coming from ukraine now emmanuel macron also jumped on the ISIS bandwagon. Macron says intelligence shows Islamic State was behind the Russia concert attack. Reuters said France on Monday joined the United States in saying intelligence indicated Islamic State was responsible for an attack on a concert hall outside Moscow that killed 137 people, while Russia continued to suggest that Ukraine was to blame. Mr. Macron told reporters, quote, The information available to us, as well as to our main partners, indicates indeed that it was an entity of the Islamic State which instigated this attack. Well, there you go. Now you have Mr. Macron, a former employee of the Rothschild banking dynasty,

a man who's married to a man, a man who married, well, if she's not a man, she's a female pedophile because he was 14 when she started dating him. And she was in her 30s and she was married and had kids. Well, anyhow, so much for his personal life. I mean, the man's credible, right? So he said, we know. We know that ISIS did it. And then take a look at what Mr. Macron did right away.

Here's France 24. France raises terror alert level after Moscow attack claimed by ISIS group. Hmm, let me think about this. For the last couple of weeks, Macron's been flapping his lips about sending French troops to Ukraine to fight the Russians. He's been trying to talk like a little Napoleon.

In fact, a few days ago, the French government released photographs of Mr. Macron boxing to show how tough he is. And then there's a terrorist attack in Moscow. And right away, the U.S. says ISIS did it. And then Macron says, yeah, you're right, ISIS did it. And then he institutes a terror alert in France. Is it because he really believes ISIS is going to attack France or is he braced for Russian retaliation? Is he afraid that the Russians have found French fingerprints? I don't know if there are any French fingerprints on the Friday night terror attack.

I'm just asking the question because quickly france has a terror alert as though they're expecting a retaliatory terror attack so look at this isis blows i mean they they shoot all these people in in moscow on friday night and then the isis leaders say, let's go to Paris and shoot people in Paris. Folks don't believe this propaganda. It's all a freak show. The world is run by competing cabals of, of thugs,

killers, liars, thieves, pedophiles. What will be the russian response well i think you can get an impression from this moscow times article ex-president medvedev says kill them all kill. Now, he's not just talking about the four men who were arrested, trying to, according to the Russian authorities, driving towards the Ukrainian border. According to the Russians, they confessed that they were paid or offered 500,000 rubles. That's something like 5,500 U.S. dollars to do the killings.

Those men have been roughed up pretty bad in interrogation. In fact, one guy is missing an ear and it's been reported that he ate his own ear. So when Medvedev says kill them all, is he just talking about the people, the four men that they arrested? No. This is the telegram post that he put out today. Everyone asked me what to do. They were caught. Well, done to everyone who caught it.

Should they be killed? Necessary. And it will be. But it is much more important to kill everyone involved. Everyone who paid, who sympathized, who helped kill them all. I think that gets the message across. What the Russians are saying is if we have evidence that Western countries were involved in this terror attack in planning, in recruiting,

in supplying weapons, ammo, if they had any involvement, we're going to kill them. We're going to kill everyone who paid for it, who sympathized, who helped them. We're going to kill them. So I think that's why Macron elevated the terror alert in France so quickly. Because I think he's afraid that the Russians think French intelligence may have been involved in the terror attack. But we'll wait and see. Another story here. Excuse me.

This is CNBC. A Poland said if Russia is stopped in Ukraine, it won't attack again, meaning NATO must defeat Russia. They have to put Russia out of commission. I've got a small video clip from the CNBC article. He mentions that he saw German military documents indicating that Russia is planning to attack NATO. Let's watch. From my point of view, it's a question of common sense. New reports are coming in, and I recently saw one by German experts, which said that soon, perhaps as early as 2026 or 2027,

Putin, by putting his economy on a war footing, will have such military might that he'll be able to attack NATO. OK then, the alarm bells are ringing. We have two or three years in which we can increase our efforts, stockpile ammunition and produce weapons to maximise European security, get ready and make sure the invasion doesn't happen. Let me reiterate, all this needs to be done in order for us not to fight. The point is to create such a deterrent that ensures we're not attacked. This is the whole point because no one wants war. Mr President, is that how long we've got? Two or three years before you think he's ready to mount

another invasion? I'm only saying what I read in the German experts' report. Most importantly, I think that if Russia is stopped in Ukraine, if it doesn't win in Ukraine, it won't attack again. If Russia is rebuked in Ukraine, if Russian imperialism is blunted in Ukraine, the blade of Russian imperialism which has struck Ukraine in order to subjugate this country, in order to subjugate the Ukrainian people,

which the Ukrainian people will not accept because they want to be part of the West, part of the EU, part of NATO. If Russia is stopped there, if this imperialism is stopped, there will not be war. If the West shows that it can support Ukraine to such an extent that Ukrainians themselves are able to defeat the Russian army, Russia won't attack. It will show that the West's technological advantage is so great that Russia doesn't stand a chance to win in a clash with the West, and it needs to be strengthened and reinforced.

This is the most important deterrent strategy today. This strategy could either be effective due to our efforts, or it could take a different turn if our efforts weren't there. My advice to you is this. Take seriously what happened in Moscow on Friday night. For me, no doubt, the terror attack was an act of war by Ukraine. I don't believe in ISIS. I don't believe in Easter Bunny. There's no such thing as ISIS. There's only mercenaries recruited by intelligence agencies trained and armed and assigned tasks. That's what ISIS is. So whenever I see headlines that say ISIS did it,

I immediately think Western intelligence agencies were involved. So the question is, what will Putin do in the next week or two? How will he respond? Because he will respond. And it's going to be brutal. It's going to be devastating. And if Medvedev is correct, somebody's going to die.
