So help us God.
I'm Rick Wiles. America's sexually perverted ruling class is currently waging war against children in countless schools across the USA.
From drag queen story hours in libraries to gender transitioning propaganda.
The ruling class is viciously attacking the innocent minds and hearts of
millions of school-aged children in this country. This isn't some kind of aberrant movement springing
up from city to city. It is a well-planned, fully funded, expertly choreographed, sexually charged
military assault led by Luciferian witches and warlocks
against the children of this country. So far, the church has not responded with a counter-offensive.
Sadly, most church pastors and church elders are too timid to get out into the street,
onto the battlefield, and engage the enemy. They're afraid
the Luciferians might call them names. Meanwhile, the war goes on, unabated, except for sporadic
opposition from outraged mothers and fathers who are not getting much help from churches and elected officials. Thank God for one group that is not sitting back and taking it.
Moms for Liberty.
The group started several years ago right here in our hometown of Vero Beach, Florida.
Mothers met and organized other mothers to protect their children from obscene pornographic books in local schools.
One of the local leaders is Jennifer Pippin. Jennifer will join me in several minutes to tell us what happened recently
in our local school board meeting. The school board chairwoman ordered the police to remove a pastor
while he was speaking against the obscene books in public schools. And who can
forget the shocking scene two years ago of a Loudoun County, Virginia father, Scott Smith,
when police physically assaulted him and pulled him out of a Loudoun County school board meeting
when he protested that school administrators were protecting a transvestite
who raped his daughter in the school restroom. Here's that video from Fox 5 DC recorded in June 2021. Thank you. Oh, yeah. No, I got four. This will do. I'm in three. I'm in four.
My tribe was right back.
And this is what happened.
Good job.
Good job.
All good.
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
All good.
All good.
All good.
All good. That's our way of doing it. It's our way of doing it.
Doc Burkhart is here with me to talk about this assault against children and what the church should be doing right now.
Doc, that scene in Loudoun County, Virginia, and I know Loudoun County.
I grew up in Maryland and have been in Loudoun County many times in my lifetime.
It used to be an extremely conservative part of Virginia.
Years ago, that would never have happened.
The transvestite would have been pulled out by police.
Yes.
The perverted school administrators would have been pulled out by police.
But that father was arrested and charged,
charged as a criminal for protesting
that the school administrators
covered up and protected a transvestite
who raped his daughter in the school restroom,
moved the transvestite to another school
where he raped another person yes another student
it was shocking it was hard to believe that that was the united states of america
hard to believe it was the early days of this country.
Can you imagine telling Patrick Henry in Virginia,
you know, Pat, someday sexual perverts are going to run the schools of Virginia
and boys are going to transition to girls and girls are going to turn
into boys and they're going to rape each other in the schools and the moms and dads, if they
protest, are going to be arrested and pulled out by the police. What do you think Patrick Henry
would have said? Give me liberty or give me death at that point. Yes. Because he would be standing
up for the liberty of the citizens to stand up against the immorality of this nation.
It was shocking.
And that father was prosecuted, and he was convicted.
Fortunately, Virginia's Republican governor, Glenn Youngkin,
finally got around to issuing a gubernatorial pardon of the father.
And this happened.
Scott Smith is the father.
And so this just happened a few days ago.
And this is from the governor's office himself. All right.
Governor Glenn Youngkin grants pardon to Loudoun County dad, whose daughter was sexually assaulted in public school. Look, I'm glad the governor did it. He was quite late in doing it.
Two years.
Yes. Two years. This occurred back in june of 2021
it's kind of like he forgot about it and i guess he remembered it because he's
probably getting ready to enter the republican primaries for president well that and scott
smith had said something to a member of the press last week. It appears that Governor Youngkin has forgotten about him.
And so we have this clip.
This is from Fox News Sunday.
This is Governor Glenn Youngkin.
He says, I'm pleased to grant Scott Smith a pardon, even though it's two years too late.
Because a lot of people remember this case, this showdown in Loudoun County, which is outside D.C.
here. He had a daughter who'd been sexually assaulted. He went to a school board. He was
demanding information, trying to get answers. It got pretty heated at one point, and he actually
got arrested. His name is Scott Smith. He expressed frustration this summer when he found out he was
going to have to face trial this fall on a remaining charge. He said, I have yet to hear
from our governor, Glenn Youngkin. Is your administration in contact with him about his case?
We are in contact with him. And in fact, I spoke with Mr. Smith on Friday,
and I had the privilege of telling Mr. Smith that I would pardon him. And we did that on Friday. We
righted a wrong. He should have never been prosecuted here. This was a dad standing up
for his daughter. And just to remind everyone, his daughter had been sexually assaulted in the PROSECUTED HERE. THIS WAS A DAD STANDING UP FOR HIS DAUGHTER. AND JUST TO REMIND EVERYONE, HIS DAUGHTER HAD BEEN SEXUALLY ASSAULTED IN THE BATHROOM
OF A SCHOOL, AND NO ONE WAS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
AND IN FACT, IT TOOK THE ELECTION OF A NEW GOVERNOR, ME, AND MY DIRECTIVE TO OUR ATTORNEY
GENERAL JASON MEARES TO INVESTIGATE THIS, TO UNCOVER THE FACT THAT THE SUPERINTENDENT
HAD IN FACT COVERED IT UP. this to uncover the fact that the superintendent had in fact covered it up. And he was immediately
terminated when the final report from the grand jury was issued. Mr. Smith did what any father
would do, what any parent would do, was stand up for their child. And even worse, what then
happened was the perpetrator was moved to another school and sexually assaulted another young woman.
This was a gross miscarriage of justice. And I was so pleased to speak with him on Friday and
be able to issue a full pardon for him. You know, Doc, those police officers,
shocking behavior by the police officers. I've always been a strong defender of law
enforcement police officers. By and large, most of them do an excellent job.
But those officers carried out an unlawful order.
Those officers should have arrested the school board administrators for allowing a sexual
assault to take place and cover up the evidence of a crime.
The father should not have been arrested.
The father was demanding answers about a rape in a school.
The rape of his daughter.
And the police officers should have intervened
and should have put handcuffs on the school administrator
and taken him or her in for questioning.
Did you cover up a rape?
So these police officers, in my view,
I don't know if they were allowed in county police department
or allowed in county sheriff's deputies.
And a lot of school districts have their own.
And sometimes they have their own school's security,
but they should have been dismissed.
They should have been fired.
They should have been removed from law enforcement.
We've got to start getting tough with law enforcement officers who carry out unlawful orders.
Like a month or two ago, remember, what was it?
Was it Missouri or Kansas?
Where was it that the little newspaper office was raided?
Oh, yes, out in Kansas.
It was Kansas.
Those police officers should have been dismissed.
The police chief should have been dismissed.
The judge should have been dismissed.
And if I recall, the publisher passed away just days after the raid.
Yes, she died.
Because her heart was broken.
She died.
The owner of the newspaper died.
But those police officers should have been stripped of their job
because they
carried out an unlawful order.
Same way in New Mexico.
Any law enforcement officer who carries out Governor Gunn-Grabber Grisham's decree should
be dismissed from law enforcement.
There comes a time when law enforcement officers have to say, I took an oath to uphold the
Constitution and to defend the public, the citizens.
I'm not carrying out these orders.
Those officers who arrested their father were a disgrace to law enforcement.
And I hope every law enforcement officer listening to me, I hope you think about this, that you're going to lose the support of the people if you continue to behave this way because you're
backing the tyrants now i'll give you another example this is uh this is fairly recent in the
past month uh nashville this is wkrn tv parents sue williamson county school board over decision
to keep books with obscene materials in schools.
It's just like, it's so bizarre, Doc.
How can this be happening?
How can school boards fight to keep porn in schools?
Porn you can't even read in an open meeting.
And that's the irony of this whole thing.
And we're going to talk about it in a few minutes when Jennifer Pippen is here. If parents dare to read the porn books to the school board, they get dragged out of the school board meeting or arrested.
Right.
And so we had this happen in Williamson County School Board, which is the county there around Nashville.
The school board said, we're going to keep the books.
We don't care if they're obscene.
We've made a decision to back our educators.
Here's a short report from that TV station.
The lawsuit claims the books contain obscene materials.
The school board met tonight, and News 2's Mai Owens was there.
She has the latest on the book battle in Williamson County.
It's the latest in a debate on what books Williamson County students have access to.
And we'd like to start our board meeting with items of particular public interest.
Tonight, this is the first time board members are meeting after a lawsuit was filed against them.
The plaintiffs in the case include several
parents and eligible parents of students in the county, claiming the board is allowing books that
quote, create pornographic visual images, wholly inappropriate for middle school students,
high school students, or students of any age or level of maturity.
We need to trust the professionals that you all oversee and have hired. We need to trust the professionals that you all oversee and have hired.
We need to trust our librarians to make determinations around what is educationally valuable and what is age appropriate.
The suit points to the June 19th meeting where the board focused on five books.
Perks of being a wallflower, where the crawdads sing, speak, the field guide to the North American teenager, extremely loud and incredibly close. As a student, I feel that banning books with certain topics will limit my education
because I want to know about all kinds of different people and experiences
to help me think critically instead of being closed-minded.
You're breaking the Age Appropriate Act. You're breaking materials.
You are, by keeping certain books in student libraries,
you are providing pornographic materials to our children.
During the meeting, the board was tasked to decide whether or not to allow these books inside school district libraries.
But the lawsuit claims, quote, the board failed to make any such determination.
But despite the lawsuit, the matter was not brought up during tonight's meeting, not even during the superintendent's
report. Now tonight, the board did meet for less than an hour discussing other topics related to
the school, but I did reach out to Representative Gino Bolso, who's representing the parents
in this case. Now this 20-page lawsuit says the plaintiffs are now demanding
a trial by jury in order to dissolve this issue. The next one, Doc, is from Granbury,
Texas. We lived there for many years. Our first official office for this ministry was in Granbury,
Texas. It was on Pearl Street. And within walking distance of our office on Pearl Street
was Granbury High School. I drove past it every day. I mean, it literally was in walking distance of our office on Pearl Street was Granbury High School. I drove past it every day.
I mean, it literally was in walking distance.
This story is from TV station KERA, Granbury School Board, censors.
School board trustee for allegedly sneaking into the school library looking for pornographic books.
But notice they don't put that part in the headline, do they? No, but Doc, this is... sneaking into the school library looking for pornographic books.
But notice they don't put that part in the headline, do they?
No, but Doc, this is—let's read it first, and then I'll tell you how I feel about it. So Granbury Independent School District trustees voted Wednesday—this was back in August—
to censor trustee Karen Lowry for an allegedly unauthorized visit to a high school library August 2nd,
where she was accused of looking for books she believed to be too sexually explicit.
Now, the school board hosted a special meeting to address accusations,
first reported by the Daily Beast that Lowry snuck into the Granbury High School library
to look through books under the guise of participating in the school's
Operation School Supplies event as a volunteer.
So that's what happened at that particular event.
So the trustee of the school itself.
Yes.
You know, the elected school board in Granbury, they're called trustees.
They're not board of directors.
It's trustees.
And Texas has a system where they don't have countywide school boards. They have district school boards. So every community has its own school board. Right. So Granbury has its own school board. This woman, Karen Lowry, was elected by the voters to be a trustee on the school board. She has authority. She has responsibility to oversee the school system.
And she went into the library and was looking
at the books on the shelves to see if any of these
pornographic books that are showing up in other schools were in
the Granbury High School library.
And she was caught.
Da caught.
A trustee of the school board.
She snuck in, Rick.
Caught in the library looking for pornographic books.
Why were they afraid?
Because they had pornographic books.
That's why.
Yes.
And what they do here is that they – Granbury's school – even school trustees have to make an appointment to enter the school and state the reason they're in the school.
Okay.
So the school system will say, well, that's for security purposes.
Right.
This person's a trustee.
This person ought to be free to walk any place in that
school he or she desires to walk. And my only comment to Ms. Lowry is she should have just said,
I'm going in the library and I'm going in there to look for pornographic books. But if she would
have said that in advance, they would have removed the books. Right. So she wouldn't find them this is this is granbury texas
it's so conservative it used to be conservative what's conservative anymore
what is conservative what do we have conservative porn now well yes we do we have conservative drag
queens showing up at conservative events we have a
transvestite caitlin jenner bruce jenner who's a man in a dress and he's a conservative republic
there's no such thing as a conservative conservative poor and conservative transvestite
it doesn't exist but this is the perversion that's coming into our society.

I'm Rick Wiles.
Marxist communists are waging war against America's innocent children in almost every state in the USA.
They have infiltrated our nation's local school districts and public libraries. The communists are using sexuality as the weapon to drive a wedge between parents and
their children and school administrators and teachers.
In many communities, drag queens are invited to public libraries to read pornographic books
to children.
In other communities, school library shelves contain raunchy, vile,
pornographic books for elementary school students. Parents who attempt to publicly read
these books to school board members are often arrested or physically removed from public school
board meetings. Such an incident happened in our hometown recently here in Vero Beach.
Outraged parents filled the seats of a meeting of the Indian River County School Board,
and when a Christian pastor began reading aloud from one of the pornographic books
in a local school system, he was removed by Indian River County Sheriff's deputies.
Parents were encouraged to attend this meeting by the local chapter of Moms for Liberty.
That organization, Moms for Liberty, started here in Indian River County and has rapidly
spread across the USA.
Jennifer Pippin is one of the co-founders of
Moms for Liberty. She is a mother of two teenagers and lives in nearby Sebastian, Florida. She's with
me today to tell us about Moms for Liberty and the fight for our children's innocence and morality.
Jennifer, welcome to True News.
Thank you so much for having me. I appreciate it.
Yes, I'm glad to have you here. I was surprised and shocked to find out that the porno books have reached our hometown, that they're in the Indian River County school districts are just unbelievable that in a conservative
community like Indian River County, that somehow these books were purchased by the school board
system and put in libraries for children. And then even more shocking, when parents objected, school board members shut them down and even had one of the speakers removed from the school board meeting.
You know, I see this stuff happening in other communities, and I always think it's not going to happen here.
But it did.
And now we have to deal with it here in Vero Beach and Sebastian and the other communities
of Indian River County. So why don't you take a moment and tell us what happened at that school
board meeting? We have a video. We're going to show it in just a moment, but I want you to tell
our True News audience why that meeting was called with the school board, what were the books, and what
happened at that meeting? Sure, absolutely. Again, thank you so much for having me on. So
we've been battling this book issue since October 27th of 2021. So we challenged our first book
after we saw a video go viral of a Pennsylvania mom reading a graphic sexual scene in her
children's elementary school.
And I said the same thing.
I said, at Indian River County, we are a conservative state.
We are a conservative county.
I said, there's no way that book can be in our schools.
Absolutely not.
So I immediately emailed the school district and said, hey, how can I access to see what
is in our school libraries? And within minutes, somebody sent me a link and I checked the link. And sure enough,
that book was in the school district. It was called All Boys Aren't Blue by George Johnson,
which is one of the ALA top challenge books in the country in school libraries.
And it depicts a very graphic anal sex scene. And also, you know, there's masturbation in there,
just everything that's completely inappropriate for children. So I immediately challenged it.
I had no idea what the challenge policy was, but again, I said, oh, this must have been a mistake.
These books can't be in our schools. Maybe this one got slipped in or ordered by mistake,
and as we started reviewing the libraries and looking at more and more books and just
doing a search in our school district for trigger words like rape, incest, pedophilia,
bestiality, by February of 2022, we challenged 156 books that had all of these adult themes. And at that time, that group of books was put for a vote
to the school district. We sent them cited information on all of the books,
looked to see what schools it was in. It was primarily middle and high schools, but there
were some in elementary schools as well. But again, age appropriate, I guess these books
were more age appropriate for ages 10 to 17 in our middle and high schools. We did find some in elementary. So that, um, group of books to the school board for a one, Jacqueline Rosario, voted to not put the books back on the shelves.
And then at that point, it was, you know, they knew.
It was a knowledgeable thing.
They knew all the books.
They knew all the material.
So we went to the sheriff's office.
We went to the Indian River County Sheriff's Office after that vote,
and the books got put back on the shelves.
And we filed
a civil, you know, a dispute. And basically they said that these books were pornographic,
they were sexually explicit, but they couldn't pin it on anybody. So they couldn't pin it on
just the school board because the media center specialists ordered it. They couldn't pin it on
just the media center specialists because the principals control the school.
So the reason why we couldn't do anything, you know, through the law
was because they couldn't pin it on one person or a group of people
because all of the people, you know, involved in the purchasing
and the ordering and, you know, monitoring the schools.
So our case got dismissed.
Well, they should have arrested all of them.
You would think. You would think that they would have at least, you know, and our goal wasn't for
people to get arrested. Our goal was to get these books out of the hands of minor children in
schools. That's what we wanted. We wanted these books. You know, the vote was wrong. The vote was,
you know, not in the best interest of children in our county.
And we just wanted the books out of the hands of children.
We were hoping that the sheriff's office would be able to do that.
And unfortunately, they couldn't.
So we went back to work.
The sheriff wouldn't do it.
So four of our local school board members voted to restore these pornographic books to the shelves of the school libraries.
That's right. And three of them are still school board members.
One didn't run for reelection last year.
So Brian Barefoot, District 5, voted to put the books back on the shelves.
Terry Barenborg, District 4, and Peggy Joan, District 3.
And then Jackie Rosario was the only no vote and Mara
Schiff at the time was on the board and she voted
what they did was they said
that they were trusting the media
center specialists over the parents
that brought these concerns to the district
and said that we need to trust
educators we need to trust
the media center specialists
and if their recommendation is to keep these books then we need to keep these books for children.
So educators are to be trusted more than the parents of the children.
That's the first big problem. Yes. Yes.
And we even we cited the parental rights. And again, we cited each and every single one of these books. So, you know, again, whether it was graphic rape, inc in that time frame from February of 22 to current.
And we got the laws changed.
We rallied for legislative change.
We went to the Senate and we said, listen, if we as parents and grandparents and community members cannot say these passages in children's libraries at a public meeting or in front of a room of adults?
Why are they on the shelves for children? And we got, it took almost two years to get the
legislation changed. And that's what brought us up to, you know, this Monday meeting where we were,
you know, citing the information publicly in a public meeting. And as soon as we got shut down,
the book gets permanently removed from the school district per statute.
What was the book that was read aloud at the school board meeting? What was the title of the book?
So the book that Pastor John read was 13 Reasons Why by Jay Asher.
It was a graphic sexual scene, and that's where he got shut down.
Now, all the other speakers that went before him that night, so we had, I believe, 40 speakers and 34 books were read.
Everybody else was issued a content warning and said,
you can continue to read, but if there's any children listening, okay, so the children can
read it on the bookshelves, but they can't, you know, listen to it on YouTube or in a public
meeting. Doesn't make any sense, right? Jennifer, do these school board members know how
hypocritical they sound? Do they know how stupid they sound? I try to tell them every single meeting. Yes, I try to tell them every single meeting that
they're hypocrites. And how can you put a content warning on something that is literally on the
shelves and available for unaccompanied minors in schools? I mean, if you and I are in middle school,
we could just go up to the bookshelf and just grab these books off the shelves. Parents don't know what's in them because there's 35,000 books and magazines and articles and things that children have access to in our school district.
The media center specialists don't know every single book and article and magazine in there.
So, you know, the law says it has to be free of pornography and sexually explicit content.
And they just keep trying to say, you know, children are doing this anyways.
They can get it on their smartphones.
They're doing these things in gym class anyways.
And that is absolutely not the case.
Jennifer, what would happen to an adult who, outside of the school system, well, let's say a pedophile
standing on the sidewalk in front of a school
would show pornographic material to students
who are outside the school, on the school property,
what would happen to that person?
Great question.
So that is in direct violation of State Statute 847.02,
which states it's harmful to minors.
You cannot distribute pornography or sexually explicit content to a minor child,
and it's a third-degree felony.
But an educator can do it inside the school.
Right, and that's why we had to change the law,
because what they did was they tried to twist it to education,
saying that these books have to be taken as a whole,
they have to have literary value,
they have to have artistic or political value to be able to stay on the shelves,
and until recently, getting this legislation changed,
they always said everything had literary value. So say, for example, you and I make a book.
It's absolutely disgusting. Let's say it has incest in it of maybe a daughter and her father.
And we make this book and we sell it to publishers. Now, it's a top 100 book that kids want to read
because we sold it to the publisher, but yet nobody's looked at it. Nobody's cracked open that book. These publishers send these books all over the country. They go to
Amazon. They go to Barnes and Noble. They go to public libraries. They go to public school
libraries, and nobody's cracked open that book, but because we sold it to the publisher, that's
their job to sell books. That's how these books are getting in the school system, and now the
media center specialists and librarians are saying, oh, well, you know, we didn't know what was in it or we weren't aware.
So now the laws that we have say the media center specialists responsible for what is in their school library.
But even they were aware.
Well, you and I know that.
But we'll play along with their denial.
But you made them aware, and they put the books back in.
They returned the books even after you told them what it was.
So they don't have any credibility here in this matter.
I want to show the video of what happened here a few weeks ago in Indian River County. This was at our local school board meeting
and the speaker was Pastor John Amanchuku. Am I saying his name right? Amanchuku. That's right.
All right, we're just going Pastor John. Pastor John. So Pastor John stood up to speak. He was given his allotted time. He did everything right.
He put his name on the roster to speak, and he addressed the school board. But when he began to
read from a book that was in the local school libraries, the school board members tried to
shut him down, and he continued to read, and they called for the local sheriff's deputies to come and escort him out of the building like he's the criminal.
Now, the school board members are the criminals.
They're the criminals.
Their child.
Look, they know what they're doing.
To me, they're no different than a pedophile or pervert.
Those school board members, that's my personal opinion, Jennifer.
I don't know if you want to go that far.
I will.
It's my show.
They're a bunch of perverts.
They know what they're doing to these children.
They're not innocent people.
They know what they're doing.
They're deliberately defiling their minds.
They're deliberately defiling these children.
That's right. When they voted to put these books back on the shelves, they had received the cited
information for every single book. And let's say hypothetically, they didn't look at 156 books. If
they would have 10 of just maybe authors they knew or checked through that list and read the cited
information, they would have been aware of what was in it.
But again, they said, we trust the educators.
We trust the media center specialists over parents who, you know, were there just, you know,
advocating for their children and advocating for all children, really.
And, you know, they just voted again, you know, four to one with that one vote to, you know, put them back on the shelves for children.
Are any of the other members that voted for the books, are any of them up for reelection in 24?
Wonderful question. Yes, sir. So two of them are up for reelection and they've actually filed to run. So it's Brian Barefoot, District 5, and Penny Jones, District 3,
who is actually the chair of the meeting that you were going to show. And she's the one that
keeps shutting Pastor John down and asked the sheriff's office to remove him. She was the one
that was in charge of doing that. And now the thing is, is she allowed everybody else to speak.
She either put a content warning on what they were saying or asked them, do you want to continue and allowed them to continue. But the only African-American conservative pastor that got up there was not allowed to speak. She allowed other pastors to continue speaking. But as soon as an
African-American, the last gentleman of the night, got up to speak, she shut him down and had him
escorted out. And as the chairman of the school board, she has the authority to be able to run
the meeting as she sees fit, which is why the sheriff's office took Pastor John out and was just following her, you know, her ruling.
But she violated his constitutional rights.
That's right. His First Amendment rights were gone where anybody else in the evening that night
where they were not infringed on, but his were.
And what really troubles me is that the Indian River County Sheriff's Office stripped this man of his constitutional rights.
I'm really very, very disappointed in our local sheriff that he allowed this to happen
because he likes us to believe that he's a constitutionalist and a conservative.
But if he will take away this pastor's right to free speech, he would also take away your right to bear arms.
That really worries me.
That's right.
He caved very quickly.
And I don't know.
I've got to look into local elections.
Maybe the sheriff is up for reelection, too.
Yes.
Yes.
The sheriff is going to be in 2024.
Yes, sir.
Oh, good.
Good.
Then he can be defeated, too. But have you found candidates to run against these two clowns that are up for reelection?
Yes. So we're working on it again. We're you know, we're about a year out.
So primaries are in August of next year. So we have quite some time.
So we are interviewing candidates. We're looking at candidates and trying to find the best person, you know, to be able to run, you know, against these two incumbents.
It's hard to beat an incumbent, but we have done it before. We got two out of three races the last election.
So, you know, our Moms for Liberty candidates. And we also had one endorsed by Governor DeSantis as well after we endorsed with Moms for Liberty. So we're hoping for, you know, two candidates that
are going to be, you know, like you said, you know, respect parents, respect the Constitution,
respect our First Amendments and everything, you know, down to, you know, just if a parent comes
with a complaint that they validate that and follow the law. You know, these two school board
members, too, that we're speaking of that are up for re-election, they went against Governor DeSantis' order for mandatory masking students in schools.
So they've, you know, broken the law, you know, quite a few times and putting pornography back
in the hands of children, wanting to limit, you know, public comments. Back in 2021, they wanted
to put citizen comment at the end of the business meeting, which wouldn't go
on the record. And then couldn't be addressed during the meeting. So, you know, these two
school board members are not putting, you know, parents first, students first, you know, children
first. You know, they're just putting their own agendas and personal vendetta out there on the
line. And, you know, again, if you're going to be an elected official, you need to listen to your constituents. That's right. I hope people all over America will pray and think about
running for their local school board seats. There will be thousands of school board seats elected in
2024. So pray and ask God if he desires you to be his witness on your local school board.
I'm going to go ahead and show this video.
This is Pastor John Amachuku, who attempted to read one of the porn books to the school board members of Indian River County.
You will be able to see what happened to him.
Here it is.
While everyone is talking about racism, let me say this on the topic of slavery.
Blacks didn't benefit from slavery, just like we don't benefit from abortion.
Planned Parenthood kills more black lives in two weeks than the KKK lynched in a century.
Margaret Sanger said that she did not want the word to get out that she wanted to exterminate the Negro population. There is no
slavery like lynching a baby in the womb. The same people who talk about the racist education
standards, they turn a blind and deaf ear to the fact that blacks are being slaughtered in this country by and large by
the Democrat Party and white liberals who seek to further the plan of Margaret Sanger. Now on the
topic of these pornographic books that you keep calling these point of contacts on as it relates
to whether they should be read or not. 13 reasons why by Jay Asher.
Currently in Storm Grove Middle School and Freshman Learning Center.

As if letting him finger me was going to cure all my problems.
Sir, I'll stop you there.
But in the end, I never told you to get away.
And then we will continue. You stop rubbing circles on my stomach. I'm going to stop you there. But in the end, I never told you to get away. And then we will continue.
You stop rubbing circles on my stomach.
Instead, you rub back and forth gently along my waist.
Your pinky made its way under the top of my panties and rolled back and forth from hip to hip.
I ask you to leave.
Thank you.
He doesn't need a microphone.
Yes, sir.
I ask you to stop. And you're going to have to leave if you don't continue with that.
Yes, sir.
No, sir.
I asked you to stop.
I asked you to stop.
Sir, if you don't, sir, I'm asking you to stop.
If you don't do it, we're going to have you removed.
Thank you.
Please.
I've asked you to stop.
Yes, sir.
I've asked you to stop if you don't do it we're going to have you removed thank you please i've asked
you to stop yes sir i've asked you to stop sir i'm asking you to stop yes when i stopped
and i've asked you to stop so they were removed
okay sir mr teske would you remove him, please?
Three warnings.
Three warnings.
I've asked you, please, to remove.
Yes, sir.
Yes, sir.
Because you won't stop.
You won't stop.
I've asked you to stop.
Okay, sir.
I just said I've stopped you from reading.
It's going to be removed.
So I'm going to ask you to go.
This is not right.
It's not right that you're not listening.
Am I right?
Yes.
Sir, he needs to be removed.
You can't be kicking me out, a black pastor, for reading these books.
Thank you.
This is not good.
I'll get this.
I'm not that good.
I'm not that good.
Thank you very much.
I appreciate it.
Thank you very much. Thank you very much. I appreciate it. Thank you very much. Thank you very much.
That woman needs to be removed from the school board.
She needs to be removed from having any contact with children.
Those sheriff's deputies are a disgrace.
They should have refused to follow her instructions.
They should have said, this man has a constitutional right to speak.
We're not going to escort him out.
Everybody there failed.
And apparently there were adults in the audience who applauded his removal.
So they were applauding for pornography for children.
Jennifer, we're a sick, sick country.
Eliminating his right to speak.
That's right.
That's right.
We're a sick country right now.
Sad.
It's really sad.
You would never think that this would happen in Indianburg County.
That's what I keep saying to myself. Like nothing really surprises me anymore. Cause
when we were standing there and we were, you know, once that, you know, got cut off and they
walked them out, we were like, why can't he be in there? We walked out with the sheriffs and the
sheriff's office said, we have to follow what the chair says. Cause she runs the meeting. We're like,
we know this isn't right. And there is another video on Indian River News, which is our, you
know, another local news source that has following him out. And he was out there preaching and shaking
hands with the sheriff's office. And, you know, he said, listen, I like you multiple times. I have
the right to read. I have the right to read. He still had time. And this book is in our middle and high schools.
Well, it was.
It was removed on Monday.
But it was available for ages 10 to 17 in our school district.
I think, Jennifer, we should sue the school board.
You want some help?
You want some help in suing the school board?
Yeah.
I mean, this stuff is removed now.
And they're looking at the other book that we've challenged. But I mean, this has been going on two years. And I mean, there is,
so there's a sunshine violation that Florida Citizens Alliance sued the district for,
you know, in regards to books and having these committee meetings and looking at these books
without, you know, being in the sunshine. So there's a lot of things, you know, circulating around this now.
But I absolutely think the people that voted to, you know, put these books back on the shelves
and not allow people to speak and, you know, do these things with these books.
I mean, they shut every single reader down last night,
and every single one of those books were put back on the shelves in February in the hands of children.
I will do everything I can to help you. I will help raise money. I will help organize.
I will help you get a lawsuit against the school board. I think you should sue the school board and the sheriff's office for the violation of constitutional rights in a meeting.
These people have to be taught a lesson.
They must be taught a lesson.
And I will help you.
The remaining minutes we got, tell us about Moms for Liberty,
because your group just suddenly appeared in the last couple of years,
and now you're listed as domestic terrorists.
Yes. Sad, isn't it?
So Moms for Liberty was formed in January 1st, 2021, by Tiffany Justice, who was a school board member here that did not run for re-election, and Tina Deskovich in Brevard.
And so they formed Moms for Liberty in 2021.
Myself and Ashley Hall in Brevard were the first chair chairs in the country. And we plan to only be in Florida. We plan to have 67 counties, so 67
chapters. And, you know, you had two former school board members who are parents who were able to,
you know, guide us and help with the schools in Florida. And we're getting calls from California
and New York and everything in the midst of COVID. And we went national in March of 2021.
So as soon as we became national news and our co-founders started going on all of the national platforms and taking any interview that they could do across the country, we got labeled as domestic terrorists by the FBI.
We got labeled as a hate group from Southern Poverty Law Center.
You know, we've been called all of these names and all of these horrible things.
But, you know, our mission is with Moms for Liberty is to organize, educate and advocate for parents and parental rights at all levels of government.
That's what we do.
So like with the, you know, pornographic books, we went when we couldn't make local change, we went to the states, you know, and that's what
we've been doing, you know, across the country. And in just two and a half years, we're in 46
states. We have over 300 chapters and over 200,000 members. And it's just blossomed from COVID to the
LGBTQ, gender dysphoria, pornographic books.
So we kind of say with Moms for Liberty, we're playing whack-a-mole because as soon as an issue pops up,
we try to attack it and make everything better and make America better for children and families across the country.
Fantastic. Over 300 chapters. Is that what you said?
That's right. That's right. It goes by counties. So we have over 300 chapters. Is that what you said? That's right. That's right.
It goes by counties.
So we have over 300 counties that across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, that we have Moms for Liberty chapters in.
And how many members?
Over 200,000.
So that's questionable,000. So that's questionable too. So we have more than that, but we have a lot of people who
won't join publicly because their businesses are getting doxxed, that, you know, their children are
getting treated different by teachers and administration. We have people who have had to
move because of the attacks. We've had livestock killed for some of our farmers and dogs killed,
you know, when they're letting their animals out. So there's a lot of people who won't publicly come
out and say, hey, we're all for Liberty Member or wear the t-shirt or even sign up on the national
page because they think if there's a data breach that they're going to have their businesses,
you know, attacked or their children attacked. So unfortunately with, you know, a lot of our membership,
they're not all out publicly.
So I think it's absolutely more than 200,000 people,
but that's just what we have in our database on the national level.
Jennifer said to hear that I've endured this kind of stuff for years,
the death threats, the smears on my reputation,
the attacks against our supporters, against the vendors that we use.
We've endured a lot of it, and I know what you're going through.
But it's hard for me to believe that this is happening in the country that I was born and raised in.
But what we are witnessing is just an old-fashioned Marxist-Communist revolution.
And they're using the children and sexuality as a way to destroy our nation.
They don't care about these books. They care about revolution. It's about destroying families.
They just want power, political power, to remake the country in their lifestyle.
I mean, this sounds like the French Revolution.
That's what this sounds like.
It sounds like the French Revolution. And if we don't stop it really soon, none of us are going to survive
over the next 10 years, because these people are violent. They are violent. And
anybody that will go after an innocent child is sick and perverted and cannot be trusted.
And they need to be stopped.
I thank you so much for all that you're doing.
Please stay in touch with us here.
We are on your side.
We will help Moms for Liberty in anything that you need.
And I encourage our True News audience throughout America.
We have people all over the world.
I don't know if you've gone international yet, but in America. We have people all over the world. I don't know if you've gone international
yet, but in America. Not yet. In America. If you're interested in Moms for Liberty,
go to their website, momsforliberty.org, and become a member. Start a chapter. Do something. Help them and support them because they're doing a great work.
And the leftist communists are smearing them and trying to take them down.
And it's just part of the tactics that we've all seen over the last 10 years in this country.
But they're going after our children now.
They're going after the little children now. And we have to stop it. There's no choice. There just isn't any choice.
It has to be stopped. Jennifer, thank you so much for being here today. God bless you.
God bless you too. Thank you for having me on. I appreciate it.
Yes. And we will locally here. I will help you.
I will help raise money for candidates for the school board. I will help you get lawsuits.
I will do what I can do. I will help you. I want to teach these people. I want to teach
the school board members a lesson and I will help you. I will help you. Okay. Get in touch with us.
All right. We're going to take a break.
I'll be back in one minute with more true news.

We're very grateful for their support and their help. Doc, that interview I did with
Jennifer, I pre-recorded several days ago, and something has happened. I want to put up on the
screen, this is guys in control room, this is number 12, Fox News. Florida school board forced
to remove dozens of books after parents read graphic passages aloud. That is the Indian River County School Board on Fox News.
In response to that meeting, here's what happened.
Thanks to Governor DeSantis, because we have a law here in Florida,
thanks to Governor DeSantis and our Republican-controlled legislature.
It was House Bills 1069. If a school board member, if a school board denies
parents the right to read passages considered pornographic or harmful to minors, the school
district must automatically discontinue the use of such materials. That's state law. So when our
local school board kicked out the pastor and cut off
the parents from reading from those books, the state law kicked in and said,
because they've been denied their right, you automatically have to remove the books.
So it's a win for Moms for Liberty, but it tells us how raunchy our local school board is.
Yes, but it also puts a weapon in the hands of parents, at least in the state of Florida.
Anywhere in the state of Florida, you can go to your local school board,
and if there's material in your local school library, elementary school, middle school,
high school, and you start reading that out loud, and they deem it pornographic.
And they kick you out of the meeting. They, by state law, have to remove the books. school, high school, and you start reading that out loud and they deem it pornographic.
And they kick you out of the meeting. They, by state law, have to remove the books. So that's the thing to do. Flood the school board meetings and read the porno books to the school board
members. Then the state law kicks in on your side. Real quickly here, this is just to show you that,
you know, the communist movement here. This is out of Chicago Tribune.
Communist group burns flag, protests Jason Aldean's concert in Illinois.
You know the controversy over his song, Try That in a Small Town.
Well, the commies showed up at his concert and burned the American flag.
I'm going to show you the video and let you see some scenes of what they were doing.
This just happened over the weekend.
Here it is.
It is to be an unlawful assembly, which is alarm and disturb others.
You are disturbing the public peace without the authority of law.
Continuing to participate in this assembly will result in your arrest and prosecution for violations of the criminal code. You can't stop us. You can't stop us.
You can't stop us.
You can't stop us.
You can't stop us.
You can't stop us. Well, for those of you who are listening to us on WWCR, shortwave radio,
what you were hearing were the police removing a group of communists
who were protesting Jason Aldean's country music concert near Chicago,
and they were burning the American flag outside of the concert venue.
So, you know, they could protest, but when you're burning the flag, you're provoking,
you're trying to provoke a violent reaction from the citizens.
Right.
So the police stepped in to shut them down.
We're going to take a break, and when we come back, we're going to show you our Morning Manor Bible lesson that

study. We're learning a lot as the Holy Spirit illuminates our minds and our hearts of the Word
of God. Here is our lesson today from the Book of Acts.
Good morning, everybody.
Good to see you, Leslie.
Stephen, good morning.
Good to see you.
Hey, I love doing Morning Vanna.
Isn't it fun?
I do.
I love it.
And I don't know how many of you in yesterday's program, but true news.
So it was our first official two hour version.
Unofficially done two hours in the past. This was our first official two hour.
Well, we did it on purpose. Yes, we did it on purpose. So the second half was teaching.
How many of you saw it?
But I'm just going to say my own critiquing myself.
I told Doug, I said, Lynn, thank you.
You said you loved it. felt the second half in the teaching, I was just off in the anointing to teach.
And it's for two reasons. All right, you're back.
We were waiting for those two reasons. We had everybody ask, what are the two reasons?
Really? That's all you heard?
I'm having internet problems, Doc.
Both.
I've got two internet services here, one landline and one satellite, and both of them are giving me trouble.
So I hope I don't fade out in this Bible study today. Well, anyhow, the two reasons.
So what was the last thing you heard? We were waiting on those two reasons. That's all we heard
at that. Okay. So the first reason is it is very difficult for me, maybe not for others, but for me to switch from talking about the news.
And you're talking about the world. You're talking about, uh, you're talking about the people,
uh, who run this world. It's very difficult for me to switch from that topic
and immediately go into the presence of the Lord to teach his word.
It's just, it doesn't feel right. It ought to be the other way around. We should start with the word and then go to the news, because the news brings you down. you you you just you have to be in the presence of the holy spirit to have that
anointing to teach his word in the morning i'm up early i'm in the word i'm studying i'm praying
and i come outside at at 8 a.m to do morning manna and i'm in the presence of the Lord. But when I spend the other hours getting
ready for true news, that anointing is not there to teach. And I felt it. I felt it.
The other issue is, and Doc knows this, okay, I don't like cameras. I'm a radio guy. I don't like cameras, okay, and I don't feel
comfortable in cameras. One of the reasons we made this change is I said, I want to go back to
my roots. I want to go back to my radio days when I just had a microphone in my Bible and I could teach. I didn't have to
worry about a camera. Now, this doesn't bother me because there's something about this format
with faith and values. I have an audience. I know who I'm talking to. I know Jerry's here. Steve is here. Teresa's here.
Bob is here. Wade, I can see people, real people. I know you're here. So it's like you're sitting
here with me. I don't have a big camera in front of me. I feel like I'm at a TV studio.
It's a different, yeah, you're right, Sebastian, we're at
home. You're right, that's it. We're together, we're at home, and it's a comfortable feeling.
I wish I could do this with true news and get away from what we're doing, the studio. So when I, as we were making this transition,
I told our staff,
I don't want another television studio.
I want the feeling that I'm back in a radio studio.
I want to teach.
I just want to teach.
And our guys promised,
boss, you won't even know the cameras are there.
Is that what they told me?
That's what they said.
Yep.
You won't even know.
What does my office look like, Doug?
It looks like we took-
A lot of wires.
Yes.
And a lot of cameras.
Big cameras.
Lights.
Not little cameras. Yeah. cameras. Big cameras. Lights. Not little cameras.
Yeah, big, big cameras, lights, cables, wires, boxes.
Well, now, in their defense, Rick, we are going to take their studio and bring it down so we can go over to the new studio.
So we've got really three studios in flux right now.
So I'm not criticizing them.
I love those guys.
But, you know, we ended up going back to just a scaled down television studio, you know.
So I don't know how to get away from it.
I don't know how to get away from it. I don't know how to do this.
I would, you know, I'd like to have a live audience.
To teach, to have a live audience sitting there in front of you, it's a different feeling.
This is why Morning Manna is so different.
Because I have a live audience.
Martina and Mark said put shades on. I told Rick that yesterday.
That way you don't see the cameras. I know. Well, I also suggested that we build a fake wall in my office and cut peepholes in the wall and stick the camera lenses through the peep hole,
you know, and so I won't even see it, you know, just put a painting around it, and I won't know
the cameras are there, you know, but it does change the mood, doesn't it, Doc? Oh, it certainly does. I
mean, this format right here, we have a live audience right now. We've got a live studio audience, if you will, about 300 people right now.
And so we're seeing their interactions and everything.
And so there's a lot to be said for what we're doing right now, as opposed to being in, you know, what we consider a studio setting.
And so it does change the dynamic.
And sometimes cameras and microphones change
people too we've observed that over the years oh yeah they become prima donnas they get the
personality changes suddenly they get addicted to the uh attention that they're getting with a camera
and and they change and it's just uh it's not good it's not good i i was telling our team
yesterday about i i you know what little bit of entertainment i have i i like to watch really old
um videos and i i kind of go back in time and relive um life when it was a lot simpler and nicer and easier.
And I was telling the guys yesterday that for the last couple of weeks,
I've been watching reruns.
Well, these are videos online of an old, old TV show,
one of the first TV shows that started. In fact, the one I was watching
last night, Doc, the host was talking about President Truman in the White
House. So that was a TV show, so you know it was early. But watching this one
particular week and very, very funny and i've just been enjoying the the comedy of that style
and and then i watched one and it wasn't was like watching saying why am i not laughing at this one
last night i was laughing and tonight this one seems dry and it's not making me laugh. And then I realized they made a change and they no longer recorded the show in front of a live audience.
And so all the actors and actresses in the show were performing in a studio.
So you know, Doc, what they did. The television network for cost savings took the show from a real theater on the street, which is where it started, an actual theater where people walked in and took seats in the theater.
And the show was done in a theater. And then they moved it. They started building television production centers in Burbank and Los Angeles.
And they took it inside a building with no people.
And it killed the show.
They had no live interaction with the audience.
That's why Lucille Ball with I Love Lucy recorded all of her. It was mandatory. She insisted she had to have a live audience. She needed to know if the people were responding to her.
So anyhow, that's how I felt about yesterday's second half of True News. It wasn't like Morning Man. i don't know how i got to get you guys there
so in the second half um unless we do morning manna in the afternoon you know
now you know doc that's an idea what's that well that i uh said doing morning manna here at the house, that I just go, I go to my office early in the morning, record morning manna,
and make it, make it one hour. And then we use, we use that recording for the second half of the show. Well, that's a possibility. I mean, we do about an hour a day right now anyway.
Yeah, that might work.
No, Sebastian says, no, no, no, please no.
No, you like it at the home?
Okay, so is that why?
Because I'm home?
All right, I'm looking at everybody's reactions.

Zachary said, do what's best for you.
Okay, I appreciate that.
I love that.
Okay, hey, let's get going.
Let's pray and we'll read the word.
Father, thank you for gathering us together as the body of Christ, as this congregation set apart by you to worship you and praise you.
Father, we are one, and we are in one accord, though we are spread across the world, we are one,
and we worship you, the one true God. Father, we invite your precious Holy Spirit into this Bible study
to illuminate our hearts and minds, reveal to us Jesus Christ, and instruct us in his ways.
In the name of Jesus, amen. Amen. All right. Chapter 9, verses 3 through 9. All right, so I'm reading from the King James today,
and we're talking about the conversion of Saul. So this is a hymn on the road to Damascus,
starting with verse 3. And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus, and suddenly there shined
round about him a light from heaven. And he fell to the earth and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?
And he said, Who art thou, Lord?
And the Lord said, I am Jesus, whom thou persecutest.
It is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.
And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do?
And the Lord said unto him, Arise and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.
And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man.
And Saul arose from the earth, and when his eyes were opened, he saw no man.
But they led him by the hand and brought him into Damascus.
And he was three days without sight sight and neither did eat nor drink.
So that's verse nine there.
All right.
Verse three, as he traveled, he got close to Damascus and suddenly a light from the sky shone around him.
Verse four, he fell on the earth and heard a voice saying to him, Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?
Begin with the first part of verse 3.
As he traveled, he got close to Damascus.
When you have time, look up on the internet one of several possible routes you can look at maps of ancient israel and syria
and there are several possible routes that saul took from jerusalem Damascus. So the one that I think most scholars think that he took.
Wow.
You know,
we're fighting it today,
Rick.
Yes.
There's another reason I probably should move this to our,
our church because I'm,
I'm,
I'm encountering this problem here.
So what was the last thing you heard?
You were talking about the several different routes to Damascus that were possibilities.
Did you hear the various, did you hear me mention the locations he went past?
No, not yet.
Okay.
All right.
So it was a Roman road that went from Jerusalem to Jericho and traversed parallel to the Jordan River.
It went through the city of Sithopolis, and Nazareth was located to that city's west side.
Gadara was to the east side of the tip of the Sea of Galilee.
And it traveled through Tiberias and Capernaum and then continued to Damascus.
You guys still with me?
Yes, we're still here.
All right.
All right. So what's, to me, ironic, but the Lord's way, is that Saul, the persecutor of the church, traveled the same road that Jesus traveled many times. about the places Saul went through or skirted the edges of those places on his journey to Damascus
to persecute the Christians. He went along the Jordan River, which means he bypassed the place
where Jesus was baptized by John. He went past Nazareth, the hometown of Jesus, during his youth.
He went past Gadara, the place where Jesus cast the demons out of the man and into a herd of pigs.
And Doc and I were there several times in Gadara.
He went past the sea of galilee the great water that jesus walked
upon and the he went past the location where he fed multitudes with a few fish and loaves of bread
he went past capernaum where jesus instructed p Peter to fish that had a coin in its mouth. He also
went through Tiberias, where the disciples had fished all night and caught nothing. But Jesus
appeared in the morning and told them to drop their nets to the other side of the boat, and they caught a boat sinking load of so saul the persecutor traveled along the same
route as jesus the christ who performed many miracles in that vicinity and it was also one
of the routes that the christians traveled to Samaria to escape Paul's madness in Jerusalem.
Right.
It says he got close to Damascus.
Damascus is one of the oldest cities in the world.
It was its first mention in the Bible in Genesis chapter 14, verse 15, during the time of Abraham.
And it's believed to be the place where Cain murdered his brother Abel.
Damascus is also where King David positioned troops. We get to verse 3b, and suddenly a light from the sky
shone around him. This is the beginning of Apostle Paul's testimony that he would share with anybody
and everybody until the last days of his life. He never stopped telling the story
about his conversion. He told it to people on the street. He told it to kings and palaces.
It didn't take much to trigger Paul into telling that story. So after three, four, five days, maybe six days of
Arduous traveling from Jerusalem, the city of Damascus was finally within Saul's sight,
and soon he would be arresting and apprehending Christians to be transported to Jerusalem to receive what he considered a proper and legal religious execution.
More details about the supernatural intervention are revealed in other chapters of the bible it says suddenly a light from the sky shone around him
it was afternoon sometime around midday noon
but a bright light appeared around him the light. The light was brighter than the sun.
And this light originated from somewhere in the sky.
It was noontime, so the light was brighter than the noonday sun.
Right.
And we know that from chapter 22.
He describes it.
It was around noontime that this all occurred.
He identifies it. It was around noontime that this all occurred. He identifies it. So,
the light was the glory of the resurrected Jesus Christ, the anointed one, the Messiah,
Savior of the world, the Son of Man, the last Adam, the only begotten Son of God.
How glorious is his appearance? As we will read later, the glorious divine presence of Jesus
was bright enough to temporarily blind Saul.
Verse 4, he fell down on the earth and heard a voice saying to him,
Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?
He fell down on the earth, so he fell to the ground.
He was prostrated straight upon the ground. In Acts chapter 26, Apostle Paul expanded on his remembrance of that event that radically changed him.
In the expanded version of the story, Paul said it happened at noon.
The light was brighter than the sun.
It shone around Paul and all the men who traveled with him, and all of them fell to the ground,
but only Saul heard the heavenly voice.
Later in Acts, we will read when he told King Agrippa, whereupon as I traveled to Damascus with the authority and
commission from the chief priest, at noon, O king, I saw on the way a light from the sky brighter than
the sun shining around me and those who traveled with me when we had all fallen to the earth. I heard a voice saying to me in the Hebrew language,
Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?
It is hard for you to kick against the goads
or kick against the pricks.
The narrative that we first read
does not convey that the light knocked them to the ground.
But they fell prostrate from fear and reverence for the supernatural source of the light.
And perhaps also a temporary loss of physical strength to continue standing in the light.
And because that is seen in other scriptures, going back to the book of Daniel, chapter 8,
verse 16, 17, Daniel said, I heard a man's voice between the banks of the Uli River, which called and said,
Gabriel, make this man understand the vision. So he came near where I stood, and when he came,
I was frightened alone and saw this
great vision. No strength remained in me, for my face grew deathly pale, and I retained no strength.
The presence of the Lord sucked all the physical energy out of Daniel's being.
And so he couldn't stand up.
And I think this is what was happening to Saul and the men with him.
The overwhelming presence of the Lord just caused their physical strength to evaporate.
The heavenly voice cried out to Saul, why do you persecute me?
The voice was divine and authoritative, yet full of grace.
It wasn't a voice of condemnation.
The repetition of Saul's name, Saul, Saul.
The repetition indicated tenderness, not condemnation.
Right.
I mean, it would be like me saying,
Doc, Doc, why are you doing this to me?
The voice asks why.
For what reason, Saul, do you commit these crimes?
What injury have I or my church done to you, Saul? Your violence towards me is without cause. Jesus was saying, Saul, I've done you no wrong. Why are you doing this?
So as we learned earlier, Saul traveled to Damascus, breathing violence and slaughter against the disciples of Jesus.
The voice did not ask, Saul, Saul, why do you persecute the disciples of Jesus who was crucified and died?
Right.
The source of the voice declared himself to be the recipient of Saul's violence.
The voice asked, why do you persecute me?
Who else but Jesus could ask such a question?
But Saul had a dilemma.
In his mind, Jesus was dead.
How could a dead man talk to Saul?
How could a dead man shine brighter than the noonday sun?
Rick, do you think that Paul recognized before Jesus identified himself,
do you think Paul recognized that this was the voice of god speaking to him
um at this point but couldn't identify him i mean he asked who are thou lord yes
you know because he in his mind he's not persecuting god he's not uh uh persecuting
yahweh and yet he's asking for identification. Who art thou, Lord? He's
identifying him as Lord. Yes, he uses the title Lord and then says, who are you? Identify yourself.
Look, you've probably heard me tell the story. This is true.
God is my witness.
This is true.
When I was in my mid-20s, I'm guessing 24, I don't think I turned 25 yet. So I was, you know, I was in a very rebellious state. And I was smoking a
lot of pot and hash and drinking a lot. And I went to work every day. But as soon as I came home, I was in party mode. And the weekends were nonstop parties. And my house was
filled with my buddies. We would have, you know, Saturday night, we'd have, you know,
crazy parties in my house. Susan and I were married at that time and we had our first child carissa was a little toddler
susan wasn't participating in any of this i was okay um and but what would happen is
we'd be having a great time i'd be stoned and drunk and we're having a great party and everything and and I would audibly hear my
name Rick and it would just startle me and I knew that this voice came from outside in the sky
and I would just slip out of the party go go outside, stand on my porch, look up at the sky and say, who are you?
That happened several times.
I don't remember the exact number of times.
More than once.
Probably less than half dozen, you know, so it probably happened five, six times
over months, not consecutive weeks, but over months. The last time
I got upset and I was getting frustrated. And, Doc, here I am.
I can't figure out who this voice is.
And I'm thinking maybe it's a space alien.
I mean, anybody but God, right?
And the voice called my name again.
I went outside and I said, okay, you said my name,
said my name again. Now you say your name. Identify yourself. If you're going to, I literally said
this. I said, if you're going to keep saying my name, then you need to say your name and identify
yourself. Who art thou, Lord? Yes, that's what I'm saying. Saul knew something supernatural was happening, but he didn't believe the fairy tales that Jesus rose from the dead.
He just said, that's a legend.
That's a conspiracy theory.
They made that stuff up.
But I'm out to get his followers who are still telling people that he's alive.
I'm looking for him.
Well, now this living Jesus is talking to
him from the sky, and it's coming from a light brighter than the sun at noonday.
So, if Jesus was alive,
if it was Jesus, it meant Jesus was alive, and if jesus was alive it meant he was resurrected from
the dead and if he was resurrected from the dead it meant that he is the messiah and if he was the
messiah it means he's the son of god and if jesus is the son of god it meant that saul was persecuting
his fellow jews who believed in the name of the true Messiah of Israel.
And even more horrifying to Saul was the realization that he was persecuting the Messiah himself, not only his disciples, but the Son of God himself, because Jesus said,
why do you persecute me? So in that moment, Saul realized that every fist that struck a
believer was a fist that struck Jesus. Every sword that pierced I felt every wound. I heard every scream.
And it had to have been horrifying to Saul. His sins were staring him in his face.
He thought he was, he thought he was killing heretics.
And now here is Jesus Christ telling him, no, you are attacking me.
So perhaps the educated Pharisee, Saul, remembered Isaiah's prophecy about the Messiah. Isaiah 63 verses 8 and 9.
For he said, surely they are my people, children who will not deal falsely.
So he became their savior.
In all their affliction, he was afflicted. The union between Jesus and his church
is the reason Saul was guilty of persecuting Jesus. Jesus is the head and the church is his body. The head and the body are one. If you inflict pain on any part of the body,
the head feels it. It is the head that knows what is happening in the rest of its body. This was the moment that Saul realized that his mentor, the great Gamaliel, was right
when he advised the Sanhedrin to not persecute the followers of Jesus. His advice was, just give
them time. If they are not in God's will, their movement will fizzle away. However, if they are in God's will, any attempt by you to stop them will equal going to war with God.
Saul suddenly realized that he was waging war against God.
And he must have been terrified upon realizing the great sins he had committed in God's name.
Now let's look at verses 5 and 6.
He said, who are you, Lord?
And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom you are persecuting.
But rise up and enter into the city.
Then you will be told what you must do. So frightened and blinded by the brilliant light, Paul asked the voice, who are you?
Saul knew the voice was divine.
And that's why he called him Lord.
Yet Saul asked for a name.
And he got the answer.
I am Jesus.
Yes.
Whom you are persecuting.
We know that Saul heard the voice of Jesus.
But did he see Jesus?
Additional.
Additional scriptures. Are fun. additional additional scriptures are firm that the great persecutor of the church indeed saw the lord of the church
saw became paul the apostle and one of the requirements of an apostleship was being an eyewitness of the
resurrected Messiah. That's right. And that's important. Yes, go ahead, Doc. And that's important
because, like you said, that was one of the basic requirements. You had to have witnessed the
resurrected Jesus. How could Paul have witnessed the resurrected Jesus unless he had a personal visitation by Jesus himself?
That's right.
And the other apostles confirmed that.
So it's not just because there's a growing movement out there nowadays to discount Paul, not just to discount his testimony.
There are people out there, Rick, I don't know if
you've seen this lately, that are saying Paul didn't see Jesus, he saw the devil. The devil
tricked him. And thus, anything that Paul has written in the New Testament needs to be thrown
out. This has kind of been around for a few years. but uh but there's also there's a there's also a
heretical teaching that uh paul was a jewish spy planted in the church and and you shouldn't
believe anything he wrote that's yes all that is blasphemous don't don't listen to it yes so
saul was not a disciple when jesus crucified and resurrected. In fact, he was a
violent enemy of Christ. Saul did not meet Jesus during the 40 days after the resurrection and
before the ascension, but an eyewitness testimony of the resurrection was necessary for all apostles. So how did Saul qualify to become Apostle Paul?
There's only one way. He saw Jesus. Yes. And he tells us, 1 Corinthians chapter 9 verse 1,
am I not free? Am I not an apostle? Haven't I seen Jesus Christ, our Lord? Aren't you my work in the Lord?
And then 1 Corinthians 15, verses 3 to 10. For I delivered to you, first of all, that which I also
received, that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures, that he was buried, that he was
raised on the third day according to the scriptures, and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to scriptures, and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve.
Then he appeared to over five hundred brothers at once, most of whom remained until now,
but some have fallen asleep.
Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles, and last of all, as to the child
born at the wrong time, he appeared to me also.
For I am the least of the apostles who is not worthy to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the assembly of God.
But by the grace of God, I am what I am.
So, Jesus appeared to paul
now in our next lesson
tomorrow we will read that ananias also confirmed that jesus appeared to saul
and it's in chapter 9, verse 17.
And we'll talk about that tomorrow.
It's possible that Paul considered in his mind while this was happening to him.
That what he saw was similar to what Stephen saw.
As Paul was directing the false witnesses to strike him dead with the rocks.
We go back a couple chapters, Acts chapter 7, verses 54 through 60,
when they murdered Stephen.
Now, when they heard these things, they were cut to the heart,
and they gnashed at him with their teeth.
But he, being full of the Holy Spirit, looked up steadfastly,
this is Stephen, looked up steadfastly this is
stephen looked up into heaven and saw the glory of god in jesus standing on the right hand of god and
behold said behold i see the heavens open and the son of man standing at the right hand of god
but they cried out with a loud voice and stopped their ears then rushed at him with one accord they
threw him out of the city and stoned him. The witnesses placed their garment
at the feet of a young man named Saul.
They stoned Stephen as he called out,
saying, Lord, Jesus, receive my spirit.
He kneeled down and cried with a loud voice,
Lord, don't hold this sin against him.
When he had said this, he fell asleep.
So perhaps Saul was thinking, I'm experiencing what Stephen experienced.
He saw Jesus just before we killed him. but this this external appearance of jesus was god's method to lead saul to an internal revelation
you had an external appearance and an internal revelation and that revelation is this jesus is
lord
so jesus had a three-fold mission number one save the soul of a sinner
number two convert a murderous blasphemer into a mighty apostle who would take the gospel to
the gentiles number three intervene to stop the slaughter of many Christians in Damascus. Amen. And because Paul gets
arrested by the Holy Spirit, people didn't die that day. That's right. People didn't die.
Verses 7 and 9, the men who traveled with him stood speechless, hearing the sound but seeing no one. Saul rose from the ground, and when his eyes
were open, he saw no one. They led him by the hand and brought him into Damascus. He was without sight
for three days, and neither ate nor drank. So just minutes later, Saul was living day by day in a rage against the followers of Jesus.
He was breathing in and out threats and slaughter.
Suddenly, his demeanor changed to humble servant and his mouth asked, who are you, Lord?
This happened instantly.
Yes.
The men who traveled with Saul had fallen to the ground with Saul,
but somehow they managed to get back up on their feet while Saul lay prostrate on the ground.
The men were speechless. It means that they opened their mouths, but no sounds came out.
The Greek word for speechless denotes those who are unable to speak for terror, destitute of the power of speech, astonished, struck dumb, stupefied, unable to speak.
It wasn't that they just didn't know what to say.
They were unable to say it.
Looking around, the men with Saul saw no person, no source of the voice of the light.
Eventually, Saul got back up on his feet and opened his eyes, but he saw nothing. He was blind.
The light had blinded him. It didn't blind the other men. It blinded Saul.
So the men led Saul by his hand into the outskirts of the city of Damascus.
You remember, this has happened outside the city.
They lead him into the city, to the east gate, where Saul was unable to eat food or drink anything for three days. And that was because his mental anguish
dulled his appetite. He was blind for three days. He experienced seeing the ultimate light
and then instantly transitioned into total absence of light. Think about that. He experienced seeing the ultimate light
and then instantly fell into ultimate darkness. Right.
It forced him out of his physical world, made him focus on his inner self and his need for salvation.
The Holy Spirit allowed Saul to see that he was spiritually blind.
And this prolonged fasting was the result of his grief over his sin against God in persecuting,
even murdering the saints of God.
Right. his sin against God in persecuting, even murdering the saints of God. He experienced profound remorse
for his actions. Only God knows the agony that Saul experienced in his soul for three days.
It doesn't tell us about the weeping, the crying, the moaning as he relived his sins.
Now listen to this. As Jesus was in
the darkness of the tomb for three days, God allowed Saul to be in his dark tomb for three days. That's right.
God gave Saul three days to think about the grave nature of his sin.
The darkness was necessary to humble the once proud and haughty Saul.
So why were the men with Saul not blinded? I know. Why? Acts 22 tells us they saw the light,
but they didn't see the man. There you go, Doc. You got it. Okay. Also, some critics of Dr. Luke say that he told two different accounts of this, but
in Acts 22, where, well, I'll read both here. It says, in Acts 9, 7, it says,
and the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man.
So they saw, and go over to chapter 22, it says, and they that were with me saw indeed the
light and were afraid, but remember they saw no man. So they didn't see Jesus, but Paul did.
But also says this, but they heard not the voice of him that spake to me.
So which is it? Did they hear the voice or not hear the voice? Well, in 22.9, the word that's used there is not in the sense of hearing,
but in the sense of understanding. It's different. So they heard a sound, but they didn't understand
what the voice was saying. So it's not a contradiction at all. So the men both heard
something, but they couldn't understand it, and they saw light but saw no man.
So there's no contradiction between the two tellings of this, both tellings by Paul, by the way.
And then Paul further explains it over in chapter 26 as well.
And so they weren't blinded because they didn't see Jesus, but Paul did see Jesus.
You got it, Doug. That's precisely why they were not blinded. Yes. The most important thing to know,
the greatest of all Christian teachers was led to Christ by a miracle.
Nevertheless.
Saul still had a free will.
He had a choice.
A or disobey.
And thank God he chose repentance and obedience.
Amen.
But he still had a free will. But God used a miracle
to bring him to the place where he had to make that choice with his free will.
And he chose to repent and he chose to obey God. And he suffered greatly until his last days.
Yes.
And he knew.
I believe the suffering that Paul endured was the thorn in the flesh.
The constant persecution.
The Jews trying to kill him.
Yes, I agree with you on that, Rick.
I'm glad to hear you say that because there have been so many theories about what the thorn in the flesh is.
Right.
That he was bald-headed, he had a lisp, you know, or that he was widowed or all the different theories.
It's so easy.
It's so easy.
It's so obvious.
Yeah.
And he prayed three times and asked God to remove the persecution.
And the Lord said, no.
And Paul said, then give me grace.
Give me grace to endure it.
God shall not be mocked.
You shall reap what you sow.
Saul sowed persecution.
Paul reaped persecution.
You know, this is kind of a difficult thing for people to realize,
that there are times in our life, in our previous life, before we came to know Jesus, we did things
in the flesh. Things happen. We committed sins. And we have sometimes this misconception that
when we come to the point of salvation, where we meet Jesus, we confess him as Lord, we're baptized,
we get the thought that all that's been wiped away, the repercussions of it.
Well, in God's mind, in the Father's mind, that is as far as the east is from the west,
but there are repercussions of those sins in the future. Why? Because we live in a world of cycles
and a world of seed time and harvest,
and whatever we've sown, we're going to reap. If we've sown to the wind, we're going to reap the
whirlwind, the Bible says. And the only thing we can ask for is grace to endure as Paul had to endure
what he also sown to as well. And he reaped the whirlwind in his own life how difficult that is uh that must
have been for paul you know realizing that the persecution he was suffering was as a result of
the persecution that he had sown into the lives of the believers before and so he was always remembering what he had unleashed against the church.
Right.
He was the original persecutor.
And it forced him to always forgive the Jewish persecutors who came after him because he was saying to himself,
they are as blind as I used to be. God had mercy on me and saved my soul.
And it's why Paul wouldn't give up on his Jewish family, his Jewish brethren. He wouldn't give up on them because he said, I used to be as blind as they are.
I persecuted the Christians.
I know what it's like to be spiritually blind.
But God was gracious to me and saved my soul.
What?
You're smiling, Doug.
Jody, you just brought Fudge back in here.
And so you're just so happy to see me.
Oh, okay. All right.
That's good.

button at the top of the website or send a check or money order to Post Office Box 690069, 800-576-2116.
800-576-2116.
And also you can support us by buying a copy of my book, Final Day,
The Ten Characteristics of the second coming of Jesus
Christ. You can see it behind me on the bookshelf. The easiest way to do it is to go to Amazon.
Amazon carries the book and they will ship it out to you right away. We discovered that Amazon
does it faster and cheaper than what we could do it. And it just made business sense to let it put this books in storage at Amazon and
let them ship it. So final day is at Amazon in both print, ebook, and audio book. Check it out,
read it. It will change the way you think about the second coming. Gotta go. See you tomorrow.
