Georgia Republican Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Green announced today that she will force a vote next week to remove Republican Mike Johnson as the House Speaker. announced today that she will force a vote next week to remove Republican Mike Johnson as the House Speaker. She dared Democrats and the Speaker's Republican allies to step in and save his job. NBC News reported that Congresswoman Greene accused Speaker Johnson of betraying the Republican Party and going against conservative wishes on government funding bills, passing Ukraine and reauthorizing the FISA surveillance program without warrant requirements. Right. So as NBC News is reporting, Marjorie Taylor Greene is proceeding. She says, so next week I'm going to be calling this motion to vacate, absolutely calling it, Greene said in an interview at the news conference outside the Capitol. I can't wait to see Democrats go out and support a Republican speaker and have to go home to their primaries and have to run for Congress again. So her renewed threat against Speaker Johnson comes just one day after Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries and his Democratic leadership team issued a rare statement announcing that Democrats would band together to protect Johnson by voting to table or kill a motion by Greene to oust the speaker to promote what they're saying is bipartisan cooperation and a return to normalcy. The Democratic leader said House Democrats have aggressively pushed back against MAGA extremism.

We will continue to do just that at this moment upon completion of our national security work. The time has come to turn the page on this chapter of pro-Putin, Republican obstruction, the Democratic leader said. Pro-Putin. Yes. Pro-Putin, Republican obstruction. Right. Talk, you've got a uniparty. There's one party that's running America.

It's a uniparty. And when they have to come together, they come together. So tell me what Mike Johnson, what has he done for conservatives since he's been in office? Nothing. Other than for that certain faction of conservatives that are over Israel. The Democrats have gotten what they want. Right. The deep state has gotten what it wants. The war lobby got what it wanted. And Israel got what it wanted, and Zelensky got what it wanted. And the deep state got what they wanted, too, because they got to keep the FISA surveillance without warrants. That's right.

And Speaker Johnson made it happen. You know, the emblem of the Republican Party is the elephant. The emblem of the Democrats is the donkey. And the emblem of the Uniparty is the weasel. And so the weasel party is running our Congress. And that's a problem that we have. We need more Marjorie Taylor Greens in Washington. People with backbone. She's got more backbone. than 300 of the men in Washington in the House. She's got spunk. She's not afraid. And I've really come to admire her. She's very outspoken. MAGA circle? Yes. So that's a significant shift because up until a few weeks ago, every Republican was a MAGA supporter, right? But now we see- Are they? They want you to believe that? Well, I know what the propaganda is. I don't see any of these Republicans defending President Trump.

But from the Democratic viewpoint, that's the argument. Everybody was. Everybody is a MAGA supporter. So now they're splitting it apart. That's right. Yeah. You got Marjorie Taylor Greene.
