Doc, I'm looking at our two faces here and I'm trying to figure out, you know, I don't have great lighting here in a hotel room and I rigged up some funky things here. I can't tell if the lighting is bad or my face is sunburned. So I look pretty pink today. Well, you probably have been out in the sun a lot there, Jordan.

I have. I have. Doc, the temperatures have dropped here. The daytime is very, very pleasant. Very nice weather. And evening, you need a jacket now. No kidding. Well, then by November, it'll be pretty much cooler too, right?

That's right. So everybody who's going with us in November, you need to think about that. Bring appropriate clothing, long-sleeve shirts and a jacket. But there's definitely a temperature drop in the past 48 hours. Well, how's the trip going? Is the Lord still connecting you with the right people on the way, Rick? It was a good day. It was a very good day. I leave tomorrow night. And God willing, I will be joining you from the Amman Airport. So I'll be doing true news from the airport as I wait to catch the flight.

And I arrive in Miami Friday morning at 6 a.m. And by the time I get through customs and drive home, take a shower, change clothes, drive to Vero, Doc, I'll be there in the studio with you, the Lord willing, by my midday on Friday. And we'll do

True News together side by side. And your mind will be here, but your body will say it's 10 or 11 at night. And so keep that in mind too. Probably will. The Lord has given me a lot of energy here and I've been pushing it pretty hard, but he's given me a lot of energy. I feel great and very energetic and I'm grateful to the Lord for what He does. It keeps me healthy and keeps me energetic. Doc, the news that we have today is somber. It's sobering.

It's one of the most sobering newscasts I've done in 24 years. Yet at the same time, I have this excitement in me and I have this urgency in me because Christ is coming. Amen. Christ is coming. And yes, our bodies want to sleep, but the angels are shouting, wake up, sleepy church. Wake up, sleepy church. Christ is coming.

There's plenty of time to rest in New Jerusalem. Amen. Right now, we need to be working with all of our might. And with more than our might, we need to be working with supernatural might, with energy from on high, downloaded into our bodies and our minds from the Holy Spirit, because time is short. Yes. Doc, I'm in a hotel in downtown Amman. I'm in the business district, and I look out of my window. I'm on the 15th floor.

I'm looking out the window at this great city, and I grieve for the souls, so many souls in this city, in this wonderful country. And they're not ready for what's coming. They're not ready. But I can say the same thing for every city in America. Absolutely. That's right. For every city in Canada, every city in Great Britain, every city in Australia, France, everywhere. The people are ready. They're not ready. The people are ready. They're not ready for what is about to happen. And I have this urgency in me. And I'll rest later.

You know, right now I'm working at full speed. And, you know, Reinhard Bonnke, blessed soul, that man was used by the Lord. He led probably tens of millions of Africans to Christ. Only God knows how many people came to Jesus through Reinhard Bonnke. And in his latter years, you know, he lived in Vero Beach for many years. And his son said to him, Dad, you need to slow down. You're getting older. And Reinhardt replied to his son, I'm like a Boeing 757.

I'm going at my fastest speed at the end of the runway. And that's how I feel, Doc. I'm going at my fastest speed. I'm not slowing down. I'm picking up speed because we're going to lift off soon. We're going up in the air to greet the King of Kings. And His glorious appearing is imminent.

And I'm excited about it, and yet my heart is so heavy because so many people, so many souls are not ready for that moment when Christ appears. Because when he appears, their spiritual fate will be decided on the moment he appears. They will be frozen in eternity. That's right. And whatever spiritual state that they're in when he appears, that's where they're frozen in eternity. That's right. In whatever spiritual state that they're in when he appears, that's where they're frozen for eternity.

And I just, I don't know how anybody can call themselves a Christian and be complacent and lackadaisical and indifferent when you, if you know that your sins were forgiven and that you're not going to spend eternity in the lake afar because of what Jesus Christ did for you on the cross, if you know that, how can you not want every lost soul to know what you know. Yes. Well, let's talk about the news because, Doc, a lot has changed since you and I spoke 24 hours ago.

Absolutely. So yesterday we talked about the speech that Vladimir Putin was set to give to the Russian people and it was delayed. But now we find out it was not delayed. He actually recorded the speech and it was released this morning. And so that was a strategy because we've got this big meeting going on in New York at the United Nations. And so the Russians decided to release the video, the speech this morning in order to kind of catch everyone off guard in New York. And so we're going to start off here with the London Times. Here's the update on the situation. The big news out of this

particular speech is President Vladimir Putin is issuing a nuclear threat and warns the West, I'm not bluffing. Now, keep in mind, this is the London Times version of their review of the speech. It says President Putin warned today that Russia would use nuclear weapons to defend its territory and announced the partial mobilization of its reserve forces in an escalation of the war in Ukraine. Quote, when the territorial integrity of our country is threatened to protect Russia and our people, we will certainly use all the means at our disposal. This is not a bluff, President Putin said in a bellicose speech that aired live on state television this morning. Now, in his first national address since he sent troops into Ukraine in February,

Mr. Putin also accused unnamed, high-ranking officials from NATO member states of raising the possibility of using nuclear weapons of mass destruction against Russia, saying the aggressive anti-Russian policy of the West has crossed all lines. Those who blackmail us with nuclear weapons should know that the wind can turn in the other direction. And so the West is painting this as a nuclear threat from Vladimir Putin. But we've been covering this for a while, Rick. We know that this is a response by Vladimir Putin to the threat of nuclear force by NATO in the West.

Absolutely. And, you know, a lot of Westerners, they've heard so much Western propaganda that when you try to tell them the other side of the story, they become angry at you, and they accuse you of being pro-Russia, pro-Putin, anti-American, and so forth. But this ministry is walking a line of being a peacemaker. And we're not pro-Russia and we're not pro-America. We're pro-kingdom of God. And God does not want nations going to war with each other. That is not God's will. That's not his desire. And yet we know it will happen because Jesus said there will be wars and rumors of wars.

But the end will not come until the gospel is preached in all the world. So, Doc, go back there and let's look at that slide again from the Times. It has that quote in it. He says, those who blackmail us with nuclear weapons should know that the wind can turn in the other direction. I've been thinking about this tonight, and I'm not sure exactly what he's referring to about blackmail. But what came to my mind is the Ukrainian effort to blow up the nuclear power reactor in Ukraine and blame it on the Russians, knowing that that would be a justification for NATO to come in. And so he said, be careful because the wind, the wind that would be carrying radiation from Ukraine to Russia,

that wind can turn directions and carry radiation to Western cities. That's how I'm interpreting that statement. And so either way, it's a threat of some kind there, Rick. And President Putin is very much aware that, one way or another, NATO was threatening Russia with nuclear weapons at some point, either to park them in Ukraine or to do something at some point. But at least in his mind and his strategy, once again, not being pro-Putin or pro-Russia, but from his perspective, he's being blackmailed to a point where he has to respond accordingly. It has to match the response. This is what the Russian people are seeing. This is from Pravda, the latest from Pravda.

President Putin, we will use nuclear weapons if threatened. Now, imagine you seeing that headline, but it says Biden. We will use nuclear weapons if threatened. I mean, can you imagine what that would say to the heart of American citizens if they saw that from their leader? But this is what the Russian people are reading today in their country, Rick. Well, Doc, I think Joe Biden has probably reached this stage. That's how far things have deteriorated in 24 hours. So we will see a headline like this in America very soon.

Well, let's do some highlights of the speech that was delivered this morning. He said Russia will use all available means to defend its territory. Basically said we're not bluffing on this. And they said this back in February, too, when they said they weren't bluffing about moving into Ukraine. So believe him, this is not a bluff. Russia will support the decision that residents of Donbass, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions are going to make. President Putin ordered an increase to the volume of the production of military industrial complex and weapons.

We also see that Western countries, this is from the speech here, are pushing Kiev to transfer hostilities to Russia. They're pressuring Ukraine basically to start attacking Russian territory. Nuclear blackmail has begun. We are threatened with weapons of mass destruction. And he also said when the territorial integrity of Russia is threatened, we will use all methods, including nuclear weapons. And so that's the escalation that's taken place in the past 24 hours. Now, also in the speech, too, Rick, this being reported by RT,

President Putin made the case that the plan for NATO and the West is not to just destroy Russia, but to parcel it out, to partition Russia. And so the Russian president is accusing the U.S. and its allies of seeking to subjugate his country, but more than that, to partition it out. Said that Russia is under an attack by the West, which wants the country to be broken up into warring pieces, President Vladimir Putin claimed. The Western goal is to weaken, disunite, and ultimately destroy our nation. They are saying directly that they managed

to break up the Soviet Union in 1991, and now it is time for Russia itself to be split into many regions that would be at each other's throats. For decades, the West has intentionally fostered hatred towards Russia, first and foremost in Ukraine, which they envisioned as a foothold against Russia. The West turned the Ukrainian people into cannon fodder and pushed them to a war against our country. He stated that the ongoing conflict started actually in 2014 when an armed coup in Kiev toppled Ukraine's elected government. The U.S. and its allies have stated their goal as being Russia's defeat on the battlefield, which, according to Putin, would lead to a total negation of Russia's political, economic, cultural, and any other kind of sovereignty, a total pillaging of our nation.

He warned that Russia will use any means at its disposal to defend itself and ensure its territorial integrity up to and including the deployment of its nuclear arsenal if attacked with weapons of mass destruction. And once again, Putin stressed that he was not bluffing. Now, we've actually talked about this division of Russia and the breakup of Russia in the past, Rick. But Russia's a different nation altogether, isn't it? I mean, it spans 12 time zones. It has numerous enclaves of different languages and different dialects. It's not just a Russian dominant nation Russia though has been around Rick for 1,200 years I mean they're so they're celebrating their 1160th anniversary today so they've seen ups and downs in history and world cycles and everything they've seen the past and they can foretell a little bit

about the future, right? That's right. Doc, I'll tell you what came to my mind as you were reading his quote. When he says the West, he's really not talking about the governments. He's talking about the ruling class that rules the governments. Because the people in Western nations don't control these governments. Right. We're not in control of the U.S. government. The Canadian people are not in control of the Canadian government.

Likewise, in France and Germany and Great Britain, there's a ruling elite, a ruling class of Westerners who believe that they are superior to the people. And they are in control of these nations. And so the very thing that he is accusing them, let's call them the globalists. Okay. I think it would probably be more accurate to call them the Satanists. But we'll call them the globalists just to be nice to them. What he is accusing the globalists

of attempting to do to his country, split it up into multiple regions instead of one country, many smaller countries, and attack on their culture, their traditions, their values. These are the same things that the globalists have done to the American people. Yes. They want to break us up into smaller regions so that there is not one United States. Yes, and so we're fighting against each other. Yes.

They're balkanizing the United States of America. They have waged war on our culture, our values, our traditions. The globalists who are fighting Russia are also the same people who are fighting half of the American people. Yes, you're right, Rick. Let's put this in perspective. Yes, it's the same enemy, right?

It's the same enemy. We're both under attack. Yes. And you know what's under attack? A God-centered nation. That's right. They're attacking the God-fearing people of America, and they're attacking the God-fearing people of Russia, because the globalists are Satanists, and their real enemy is God. Yes. God. And anybody who respects and fears and obeys God in any form,

those people are the enemies of the globalists. And they're destroying the United States of America as a United States. We're no longer united. We're divided. We're bitterly divided. We're at war with Americans. And they're trying to do the same thing to the Russian people. They want civil war in Russia. Yes. That would be their ideal condition there and their ideal condition here as well. And so, we have a clip of President Putin here that when he spoke about the nuclear blackmail situation.

We're going into full war mode, basically.

He also, at that particular meeting, said we will be using more advanced weaponry than NATO. And he also said one of the reasons that we pulled back in Ukraine was so we could observe how NATO weapons operate. And I thought that was an interesting comment that he made the other day. And so there might have been a strategy to some of the retreat, supposed retreat that we saw in Ukraine here within the past couple of weeks.

And so either way, they are going into full war mode in Russia. In their mind, we're at war and we're at war not just with Ukraine. We're actually in a war with the West and not the Western people so much as Western values, Western cultural values. They're trying to be imposed on Russia.

They're seeing this as a fight for survival. They see this as a time in their history that if they don't move now, Russia will cease to exist. And they're absolutely correct. And what they're really fighting is the antichrist the beast system is rising up it's waging war against the church

and in America many people who profess Christianity are blinded by their patriotism and they cannot see that the people running the United States of America and Western Europe are Satanists and are serving Lucifer and that they are building the beast system and waging war against the church of God. They think it's some mysterious entity out there that's doing all these evil things to

inside America to change our culture. And they can't bring themselves to admit it's the ruling class of America. Yes. It's the ruling class that aborts babies. It's the ruling class that sacrifices unborn children to Lucifer. It's the ruling class that has forced communities to accept same-sex marriage. who offend the children and defile the minds of the children to bring in drag queens from elementary schools to military bases. It's the ruling class that's behind the pornography industry that has defiled the minds of tens of millions of people.

It's the ruling class that's running the drug cartels. They are Satanists. They're destroying everything that is good. Doc, let's talk about what Mr. Putin announced. He stopped short of declaring war on Ukraine. Yes. I have a feeling that's coming, but he stopped short.

He mobilized 300,000 reservists. I also read that the emergency decree that he signed has components in it involving martial law, meaning Russia would be put under martial law. provisions to deal with people fleeing military service and people accused of treason. So what he signed this morning went into effect, has very sharp teeth in it. They are in a military state of war right now. Now, he is drawing a line in Ukraine 1,000 kilometers across eastern Ukraine. It's basically along the breakaway provinces that are starting today today have started voting on whether they want to

formally leave Ukraine and become part of Russia. Now, those are Russian-speaking populations, and they have been under attack for years from the Ukrainian Nazi soldiers, the military. Because the people living in those regions have said, we refuse to accept this Nazi revolution that the West brought into power in 2014. Right. So I know I froze there it's okay doc i'll just keep talking we'll let you and so i was gonna i was gonna have control i think i'm moving again i see my face moving in the corner of the screen so okay that's what i wanted to see so there is

the map of the region and there are i, three or four separate regions that are voting today, in the next two to three days, voting on a referendum to leave Ukraine and join Russia. What Mr. Putin said today is that he is going to draw a line of defense that's 1,000 kilometers long. Basically, the western border of that shaded area. So, Doc, this is what I'm thinking. And this fits in with what Mr. Medvedev said about attacking

Russian soil, what you and I talked about last night. That shaded area that's in pink and I think the yellow area also, those are the areas that are voting they will be declared by this weekend russian territory yes the the border of russia is going to move westward and putin is going to he's going to station hundreds of thousands of troops along that border. He's going to move tanks and heavy artillery,

and I believe he's going to move Iskander nuclear launchers into that region. This is going to be his line of defense. He's going to say, this is our new border. This is now Russia. Remember what Medvedev said yesterday. The geopolitical map is going to change forever. Yes. And he said, anybody that touches Russian soil,

I'm trying to recall his exact words. He said, we will use all forces necessary to defend our country. That shaded area of Ukraine by this weekend is going to be Russia. And I believe he is going to build a mighty military defense line across that border and tell Ukraine and NATO, you come, you touch this line, you are in war with Russia. We will declare war and we will nuke you. That's going to be their new red line. Yes. So, Doc, when Putin said today in his speech about defending the soil, defending the

land, he is now talking about that shaded area. Right. Absolutely. But you have to understand he's saying if that shaded area is attacked that is an a that is a an attack on russia and that justifies a nuclear attack on the west right and so now president put Putin reiterated this theme when he talks about independence and freedom. Now he's talking about independence and freedom for these regions as well. We have this article from TASS. President Putin says that Russia will fight for its independence for the sake of a great future. It says that Russia will continue to defend its freedom and independence, its culture and traditions for the sake of descendants and a great future, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday,

at celebrations on the occasion of the 1,160th anniversary of the birth of Russian statehood. He said, and this is a big quote here, for our fatherland, for our motherland, which we have won for our freedom, independence, and sovereignty, for our culture and traditions, we will fight, we will defend, and defend them in the name of our ancestors and our descendants for the sake of Russia, its great history, and great future, he assured. According to Mr. Putin, being part of the diverse Russian civilization is happiness, but also responsibility and duty. Our civilization is original. It has its own way. And there is not an ounce of swagger and a sense of superiority in

this. This civilization is ours. This is what is most important for us, Mr. Putin stated. And so he's making it very clear that they're going to defend Russian territory. And by this weekend, there's going to be a new chunk of Russian territory to defend and to make free. And a new red line and a new threat, touch this new red line and we nuke you. He said, this is not a bluff. And not only nuke, he said, we have weapons that are superior to NATO. What are those weapons? Are they scalar? Are they laser weapons? Are they space-based weapons? The nuclear torpedo that creates the tidal wave?

What are these other weapons? Hypersonic missiles? Look, Doc, they're going to bring them all out in one day because they know. Remember what I told you the Holy Spirit told me years ago? I remember this day, I asked the Lord I don't recall what was in the news that day. The West was provoking Putin.

This is probably, I'm guessing, seven, eight years ago. And I said, Lord, how does Vladimir Putin remain so restrained and he doesn't respond to their provocations. And in my spirit, I heard the Holy Spirit say, he will strike the head of the snake. And I interpreted that statement as meaning. There will come a day that Putin will know I get one chance to chop off the head of our enemy. And I'm only going to be I can't miss. I get one swing. And so, Doc,

I think the people in America and Western Europe, I think you need to be prepared for an EMP attack. You need to be prepared for biological and chemical weapons. You need to be prepared for nuclear weapons, he's going to use the full arsenal because this is total survival for Russia. Right. And so many in the media today, they were talking about the nuclear threat by Russia. It wasn't a threat. It's a response, first of all. But they were also making the comments, well, he's going to use nuclear weapons on Ukraine, on Ukraine, on Ukraine. Ukraine is not the target. Ukraine will not be their target for Russia's response. It'll be the command and control centers of NATO and the EU and the West and the decision-making places like Brussels,sels like london like washington dc

russia doesn't need to nuke ukraine why would they want to they you they can defeat ukraine it just it will just take some time it probably takes take this winter uh because they can out you know uh basically they can wait out ukraine uh like you said, in your vision of the Russian striking back at the head of the snake, I mean, that makes a lot of sense, Rick, in that the response is not going to be on Kiev or anything like that. No, the response is going to be on those places that make the decisions that make Ukrainians cannon fodder. That's right. So when the Russians pulled back last week in response to that Ukrainian counteroffensive that was planned and managed by the Pentagon, the Russians pulled back to the very area that they are now saying is their

red line. Yes. You're exactly right. They pulled back to the place that they're now saying, this is Russian territory. Do not cross it. Do not touch it. Don't even look at it. We'll touch it. Don't even look at it. We'll nuke you. And he's called up 300,000 reservists. He's going to fortify the defenses on that line. And he's going to stand his ground until winter.

He just has to wait till winter. That's all he has to do. And he's told the West today, if you touch one inch of this land that we're now claiming as Russia, we will nuke you. He's waiting for winter. Doc, either there's going to be a settlement by winter or there's going to be a nuclear war. That's it. Where are we going?

Will the Western leaders take the world into nuclear war over Ukraine? But it's not over Ukraine, is it? It's over Russia. The West has to destroy Russia. They're hell-bent on destroying Russia, even if they have to play thermonuclear chicken to do it. They are convinced that they have to do this. Well, they want to destroy

Russia as a nation because they want to occupy Russia and steal their resources. Absolutely. That's what it's all about. It's not America doing this. The American people don't want to occupy Russia, But the people that run America do. Just like they're destroying Texas with illegal immigrants. They're doing it on purpose to destroy the sovereignty of Texas, the culture of Texas. It's on purpose.

You know, the United States is so worried about the Ukrainian border, but they don't care about the Texas border. Right. Because they have deliberately put in place a policy of allowing tens of millions of illegals to come into the United States. To do what?

To balkanize the United States. Yes. It's part of the strategy. Hey, I know we have a lot more that we need to cover. So I'll let you, Doc, lead on because I don't have my script in front of me, our outline. So what's next on our list? Well, going along the same theme here, Rick, the leader of Serbia came out today and warned of an imminent global war. So now these leaders now are starting to wake up a little bit and see the possibility that there could be some big trouble ahead. It says the world is approaching a major conflict unseen since 1945,

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic warned on Tuesday. After the first day of the UN General Assembly session in New York, it said that small countries can't expect any good news going forward, Vucic added. You see a crisis in every part of the world, Vucic told the Serbian state broadcaster RTS, noting that the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres made gloomy predictions in his keynote speech at the United Nations General Assembly. I think realistic predictions ought to be even darker, Vucic said. Our position is even worse since the UN has been weakened

and the great powers have taken over and practically destroyed the UN order over the past several decades. Now, he goes on to say in his observation, I assume that we're leaving the phase of the special military operation and approaching a major armed conflict. And now the question becomes, where is the line? And whether after a certain time,

maybe a month or two even, we will enter a great world conflict not seen since the Second World War. Well, Rick, he's basically right on the money here. We are moving fast down that track. So he's saying that by October or November, we could be in a global nuclear war. Right. I hope our audience is quietly processing and pondering the significance of these statements. This is really happening.

We've been telling you for a long time it was headed in this direction, and now we're here. It's in front of us. And there's no place for us to run except Jesus. Yes, that's right. Run to the cross. There's no place here, no place on earth that you can go to get away from this. Run to the cross. Well, Rick, along with the speech that Vladimir Putin gave, the top military chief, General Shogu, also gave a message today, too. Now, this is interesting that they did this back-to-back, Rick.

So President Putin gave a speech, and then General Shogu gave a speech. It would be like if President Biden gave a speech, and then immediately after, Mark Milley gave a speech. It'd be like if President Biden gave a speech and then immediately after, Mark Milley gave a speech as well. And he outlined some additional information that President Putin didn't cover in his speech. He said, and this is quoting from the speech that General Shogu gave,

Russia at the moment is conducting combat operations not only with Ukraine's armed forces, but with the collective West, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shogu said. I cannot but emphasize the fact that today we are at war not so much with Ukraine and the Ukrainian army as with the collective West. He said, as we talk about Russia's struggle

with the collective West, we mean, as we talk about Russia's struggle with the collective West, we mean not only the weapons that are supplied in huge quantities, naturally we find ways to counter these weapons. We have in mind, of course, the Western systems that exist. Now listen to this, Rick. Communication systems, information processing systems, reconnaissance systems, and satellite intelligence systems, Shogu said. So what I'm hearing from that, Rick, and you may have a different observation on it, this war is going to change drastically. It's going to be not just a battlefield concept war any longer, because that's what NATO wants. NATO wants a ground war.

They want Russia to get dug down in trenches and mud, and they want something fighting back and forth. But Russia knows that's where they're taking them, too. And so we're going to see some new strategies where Russia's going to go after maybe data networks, maybe satellite systems, maybe, you know, who knows? Maybe phones, communications, cell towers, whatever it might be. Am I reading that right?

Are you seeing that same thing here? No, Doc, you're reading it absolutely right. And as you were talking, two things came to my mind. EMP, electromagnetic pulse attacks, and satellite killer weapons. I think Russia has satellite killer weapons. I think they're going to shoot laser weapons into satellites in space. And I would say one of the biggest targets is going to be Elon Musk's Starlink system. Yes, because of his volunteering of thousands of Starlink systems to Ukraine to help in the war effort and to establish communications off the grid. And so one story that you mentioned earlier, Rick,

I'll read a couple quotes here, and I'll get your take on this. said on Tuesday. They argued that the Russian president's annexation of Crimea in 2014 was partly to ensure a base there for his Black Sea fleet, but this aim had now been weakened. In its latest intelligence update, the Ministry of Defense in London said the command of Russia's Black Sea fleet has almost certainly relocated its Kilo-class submarines from their home port of Sevastopol in Crimea to Novorossiysk in Krasnodar Krai, southern Russia. This is highly likely due to the recent change in the local security threat level in the face of increased Ukrainian long-range strike capability. In the last two months, the fleet headquarters and its main naval aviation field have been attacked.

Now, Rick, this is, of course, the British giving their take on the pullout of these submarines. Do you have any other thoughts or observations on the possibility of this? Well, obviously he is moving them away from Crimea, expecting them to be attacked by Ukraine and possibly with covert help from NATO, it can't allow those Kilo-class submarines to be damaged or taken out. By the way, Doc, those Kilo-class submarines are also known as, I think, dark hole or black hole submarines because they're silent. What makes them so dangerous to the West is they make no noise. So those submarines are going to start. Now, the other reason is he could be moving those submarines into position along the coast of Europe and the United States. Right. That was my thinking as well there, Rick, that he's not running away,

not trying to protect them so much as to reposition subs for the next level of warfare. They're moving beyond the special military operation. Now they're moving into full military operation. Yes. Well, the United States responded, or at least some military heads here in the U.S. This is from the Daily Mail. America will retaliate with a devastating strike against Russia's Black Sea fleet or bases in Crimea if Putin follows through on a threat

to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine. And once again, he hasn't threatened to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine. He's just threatened to use nuclear weapons. It says America will retaliate with a devastating strike against Russia's military if Vladimir Putin uses nuclear weapons in Ukraine. The U.S. Army's former European commander has warned. Retired Lieutenant General Ben Hodges today said any response by America may not be nuclear, but warned that if Putin were to use nukes in Ukraine, that the U.S. could look to

destroy the Black Sea fleet or destroy Russian bases in Crimea. Now, General Hodges, who commanded the U.S. Army in Europe between 2014 and 2018, stressed the possibility of Putin ordering a nuclear strike on Ukraine was, in his words, very unlikely. But he said the use of any strategic weapons of mass destruction would be met with a swift and severe reaction from President Joe Biden. He, President Putin, knows the U.S. will have to respond if Russia uses a nuclear weapon, General Hodges told Mail Online. The U.S. response may not be nuclear, but could very well be a

devastating strike that could, for example, destroy the Black Sea fleet or destroy Russian bases in Crimea. So I think President Putin and those around him will be reluctant to draw the U.S. into the conflict directly. So Ben Hodge is back on the scene here with his opinion there, Rick. Any further comment on his observation there? He didn't speak without permission. That's true. That's all I need to say.

So on the other side now, Sergei Markov, this is a name that's been popping up here over recent weeks. This is from The Independent. Ex-Putin advisor warns UK cities could be hit with nuclear weapons if Britain continues to be an aggressor. Now, if

we were to go into a nuclear conflict, you know, and Rick and I have been talking about this for quite a while, is that the targets aren't going to be in Ukraine. It's going to be in places like London. And because the UK has active military in Ukraine right now, assisting and advising the Ukrainians. An ex-advisor to Vladimir Putin has claimed U.K. cities could be a nuclear target for the Russian president and blamed the Ukraine war on the West as he launched into a bizarre rant on British radio. This is their words, by the way. Sergei Markov made a host of unsubstantiated claims, including that Western countries are using Ukrainian soldiers as slaves,

before shouting down the phone line during his interview. He threatened the West with nuclear war before he was asked any questions by BBC's Today program on Wednesday morning. Why don't we do this? Why don't we play the clip? This is number 34 for control. And that way our audience can get a feel for this was live on radio on the BBC. And so let's get a feel for this conversation was going back and forth between Sergei Markov and the BBC commentator.

It's exactly as they are. And so imagine listening to that on the BBC and hearing that this is a direct threat

against not Ukraine directly for a tactical nuclear weapon, but direct nuclear weapons against places like London itself. And they have good reason for that because of their new prime minister there, Liz Truss. The Russians have been watching and observing the rise of Liz Truss for months now, Rick, even before her name was even being considered for the prime minister role that she is now in. Ms. Truss has made her attitudes toward Russia and the position of Russia very clear. This is from Sky News from back in February of this year. Now, it was the comments that she made way back in January and February, just as everything was leading up to the initiation of the conflict in Ukraine. It was comments that Liz Truss made that caused Russia to put their nuclear defense forces on high alert. And the Kremlin said it was her words themselves that alerted

them to say, we need to go to, you know, we need to move things up as far as our nuclear defense condition is concerned. And so... Very seductive. You know, how many of our True News audience was aware in February of this year that the Russian strategic nuclear forces went on high alert. We didn't find out about this until recent days. That's right. And so, and, but the reason they went to high alert was because of comments by back then by just a member of parliament. She, you know, uh, that was who she was then she was not even even being considered for prime minister and now she's prime minister yes she was in the cabinet right uh but why did why was she chosen to be prime minister because she's willing to go to nuclear war with Russia.

And how do we know that? Because during the debates, she was running for head of the party there. This is from Yahoo News. the General Assembly today. And of course, the topic of the situation in Ukraine and Russia came up and President Biden had some remarks about it. Here's the first one we're going to look at. PRESIDENT BIDEN, Let us speak plainly. A permanent member of the United Nations Security Council invaded its neighbor, attempted to erase a sovereign state from the map. Russia has shamelessly violated the core tenets of the United Nations Charter, no more important than the clear prohibition against countries taking the territory of their neighbor by force.

Again, just today, President Putin has made overt nuclear threats against Europe and a reckless disregard for the responsibilities of the nonproliferation regime. Now, Russia is calling up more soldiers to join the fight. And the Kremlin is organizing a sham referendum to try to annex parts of Ukraine, an extremely significant violation of the U.N. Charter. So the game plan is in place on how they're going to respond to Russia and to the referendum. They're going to say that the referendum is fake. Well, Mr. Biden would know about fake elections, right? And so another clip from that speech today, Rick, that stood out in my mind, it was a statement that he made, I'll share here right now, that really caught my attention. I'd like for you to hear it and

see if you catch what I catch. This war is about extinguishing Ukraine's right to exist as a state, plain and simple, and Ukraine's right to exist as a people. Now, in reality, you replace that word Ukraine with Russia and you probably have the accurate statement, right? Okay. So he's saying the war is about Ukraine's right to exist. Yes. And Russia says it's about Russia's right to exist. Yes. So those are the things that was happening at the UN today. And so the topic, of course, was about the situation in Ukraine, about a sitting member of the Security Council making these aggressive moves. But, Rick, I wish I would have pulled up the video of this. Over at the Russian embassy,

dozens of limousines of diplomats were coming by the Russian embassy today to greet Sergei Lavrov and talk to him. He was in Washington, I mean, in New York today at the embassy. So, you know, even though all these things are playing out over the United Nations, the reality is the diplomacy that's going on in the other direction, in the back rooms, the back room diplomacy, the diplomats are coming to the Russian embassy. Dozens of limousines, dozens of nations coming to speak to Russia and to, I don't believe coming to tell them, hey, we need to settle this Ukraine situation. I believe they were delivering a message, we're with you. We're tired of the Western regime. We're tired of NATO and the U.S. telling us how we run our lives, how we run our countries, how we set our policies, how we determine our culture.

I think they're sick and tired of it, Rick. And they were coming to the Russian embassy and saying, we are standing with you on this. They can't do it in the UN General Assembly, but they can do it one-on-one with the Russian ambassadors. And they're also saying, we would like to buy Russian gas and oil. Yes, that's critical. And so now I have this short clip here. This is from Jens Stoltenberg, and he expressed what NATO's response is to the Putin speech. And this is from Bloomberg News

here. Watch this. Morning, we've learned that as soon as this weekend, Russia may hold elections in four territories, most notably Luhansk and Donetsk. He will then absorb these territories into Russia. What is NATO's reaction? So such votes, referendums do not have any legitimacy and therefore they don't change the nature of the conflict this remains a war of aggression by russia against the independent sovereign nation in europe ukraine and this will only further worsen the situation and therefore we need to provide more support to ukraine so is he using this to get support at home, to say, I've had a success after what we saw with this counteroffensive in Kharkiv from the Ukrainian side? I'm not speculating, but what is clear is that President Putin has not changed his ambition

when it comes to Ukraine, to take control of Ukraine. And we have to remember that he has stated clearly that this is not only about Ukraine, but also about changing the European security order. That was a clear message before he invaded Ukraine. So this is about Ukraine's security, but also about our security. And therefore, these kind of referendums are just another way of making the situation on the ground even worse. And so the NATO response, basically, Rick, is let's send more weapons to Ukraine. That's it in a nutshell.

Yes. And let's see. Joe Biden is going to be sending tanks to Ukraine. I don't know if you've seen those reports. I've read them over here in Jordan. Biden is shipping tanks to Ukraine. They're planning an all-out blitzkrieg. Hey, that's a Nazi word, isn't it? Well, they would know.

They're planning a blitzkrieg across that line. And they're going to invade Russian territory. Well, and when that happens, assuming that the referendums pass, which they most likely will because these are all Russian-speaking provinces, areas of Ukraine. They've been under attack by Kiev for years now, since 2014, that the world has ignored

completely, that they've allowed this to go on, basically a massacre in these regions by the Kiev government. Doc, you know what? I was just thinking, I wish I could have gotten this idea to Joe Biden. I just had a great idea. If the United States State Department and the Defense Department and NATO wanted to make sure that that referendum vote this week in those breakaway provinces are legitimate

votes, you know, a real, true, fair referendum, they would have donated Dominion voting machines. I knew where you were going with that. Yes. Perfect solution. Why didn't we think of that? We should have sent Dominion voting machines to make sure that the vote was fair and legit.

That's right. Because after all, they're very trustworthy, right? Yes. We know that they are. To say to the Russians, hey, listen, you know, we want this to be fair and fair. Use our voting machines. And you use our voting machines, and we will then accept the results of the referendum. That's a great idea. Rick, another video I came across today that I thought was fascinating because it fell along the same lines of what you and I have been talking about over recent weeks.

And Judge Napolitano has a daily video podcast called Judging Freedom. And he had Colonel Doug McGregor on, who has been a longtime NATO analyst and Russian expert. And he was making an observation on the situation in Ukraine. And I'd like for you to watch and listen to it, Rick, and see if maybe we haven't been on the same track as him all this time. Watch this. Putin made a terrible mistake from the beginning. He thought that he could negotiate an end to this. He thought that we would be horrified, the Ukrainians would suffer, and suddenly the president would intervene and say, look, enough's enough. Let's arrange peace talks. Let's sort this out.

He was wrong. He now knows that he was wrong. And so I think what you're going to see from this point forward is a systematic effort to end this conflict. But it's going to come on his terms. And remember, he's got something else working for him right now, Judge. It's snowing in southern Poland. Winter.

Yes. Can the Russian army tolerate a Ukrainian winter? Oh, sure. The's snowing in southern Poland. Winter. Yes. Can the Russian army tolerate a Ukrainian winter? Oh, sure. The Russians can tolerate it. There's no shortage of fuel in Russia. They have all the fuel they need. They can stay warm. Yeah, they're all rationing everybody's rationing they don't have the fuel for this the populations are going to suffer and Putin knows that there's no reason for him to move suddenly in other words to suddenly say send a million men and let's end this no he doesn't

have to do that he can afford to wait because remember the other part of Putin's strategy is even though people in the west have been told otherwise he really wants to do business with the west he doesn't want this open-ended conflict but he's certainly not going to end it when winter even though people in the West have been told otherwise, he really wants to do business with the West. He doesn't want this open-ended conflict, but he's certainly not going to end it when Winter promises to provide more support for his position than perhaps anything he could do militarily at this state. Did you catch that? All he has to do is wait till winter, Rick.

That's all he has to do. Because the chokehold is going to be on Europe, but really it's a double chokehold is going to be on Europe, but really it's a double chokehold on the Ukrainian forces because they will not have the energy needed to, you know, they won't have fuel for their new tanks coming in. They won't have the ability to move troops, to move supplies, to move men. I mean, all they have to do is wait just a few more months, just to survive a few more months. If winter comes, Russia wins this, right? Yes. So the colonel's analysis is very close to what I said about an hour ago,

that Putin is drawing a hard line across the new border. He's extending the border of Russia westward into Ukraine. He's called up 300,000 reservists today. He's going to move tanks, heavy artillery, and I believe Iskander nuclear launchers into that formerly Ukraine territory that he's going to say this is now Russia, and he's going to dare Ukraine and the West to step over that line, and he's going to hold that line until winter.

This is the new battle line. He's not going to be extending his troops further west into Ukraine. He's drawing his line and he's saying, we're going to stay parked here until winter. Right. Well, Rick, I know it's getting late for you. And so we got a lot more material that we

could talk about and everything, but we'll have plenty to talk about. It's up to you, Doc. What time is it for you? Okay, I'll look at my clock. It's 1230. I'll go another, what? But there is a story that I'm sure you wanted to talk about today. Of course, you're in Jordan and you're getting to meet some very interesting people in Jordan and also looking out for some of the different things that are coming up on the trip in November. But while you're in Jordan, the King of Jordan is here in the U.S. right now. The King of Jordan was at the United Nations General Assembly,

along with a number of other world leaders. And the King of Jordan spoke at the U.N. General Assembly today. Now, Rick, you want to share with the audience that initial, I believe it was in 2019 or 2020, where God put on your heart about praying for King Abdullah of Jordan? Yes. It was January of 2019. Whatever year, it was our first year that we went to Davos with President Trump.

And the Holy Spirit told me to pray for King Abdullah. And to pray for his family, pray for his protection, pray for him to have wisdom and discernment, pray for him to discern his enemies and their plots. And I had a list of things that I was praying for King Abdullah. Well, suddenly we got an invitation from the White House to go to Davos, and several weeks later, you and I are standing in the World Economic Forum, and right there in front of us was King Abdullah. Now, I didn't get a chance to talk to him. It wasn't proper. I had no reason to interfere and to introduce myself, but I was very close, and I did hear him speak and observed my life and this ministry in the country of Jordan.

And so here I am tonight sitting in downtown Amman. By the way, Doc, an influential Jordanian friend of True News arranged for me to stay in one of the best hotels in Amman. And I'm paying the price per night that I couldn't get a three-star hotel in America for this price. many times I have seen security details come in, four or five Secret Service-like agents guarding some, they're either, sometimes they're Arab leaders and sometimes they're European. But they've been moving in and out of this hotel for days. And you see police escorts leaving the hotel and so forth. There's a lot of activity going on here at this hotel. But going back to King Abdullah, he is the guardian of the holy sites in Jerusalem. Right. A lot of people don't holy sites in Jerusalem. Right.

A lot of people don't know that, Rick. Yes. When we say holy sites, we're not just talking about Muslim sites. We're also talking about Christian sites too, right? Yes. The Muslims have been in charge of the holy sites of Jerusalem, I want to say, for 1,100 years, and King Abdullah is the heir to that line of Arab leaders that this title has passed down, the protector, the guardian of the holy sites. It's a position. And he inherited that position. And he takes it very seriously

that he is supposed to protect Islamic holy sites and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem. And so in his speech at the United Nations, he told the UN delegates that the Christian faith in Israel, in Jerusalem, is under attack by the Zionists. I believe we have a, did you find a video clip of the king? So we're ready to share that. And for a lot of you, your opinion about King Abdullah of Jordan will radically change in the next couple of minutes. Watch this. The future of Jerusalem is an urgent concern. The city is holy to billions of Muslims, Christians, and Jews around the world.

And then we went to Davos and we heard King Abdullah, we were sitting just yards away from him, Rick, you and I, and we heard him say that he honored Jesus Christ as his mother Mary. And Doc, so we heard that. But what we just heard was the king say that he is the legal custodian of the holy sites and that he is determined to protect the Christian churches in Jerusalem. In addition to the Islamic mosque. And he said Christianity is under attack in Israel, in Jerusalem.

Every believer in the Lord Jesus Christ should be praying for King Abdullah. Yes. God is using this man to protect Christians. And to keep Christianity in Jerusalem. Yes. He's fighting for the Christians in Israel who have been forsaken by the Christians in America. You got it, Rick. Yes.

Now, I hope our audience understands why God has you there at this moment in time, Rick. It's no accident. It's, you know, that initial, you could have just said a prayer for King Abdullah and moved on. But God told you to pray. And then he opened the door for us to observe King Abdullah and his heart and where his mind was. I still remember sitting in the audience at Davos and when he said, we said that we looked at one another and we were all, you know, doc, we let's let's let's focus on what he said today.

Let's focus on what he said today. He said Christianity is under attack. Yes. And, and that he is defending the rights of Christians in churches to exist in Israel. Why aren't American evangelical Christians asking, what is he talking about? Because they don't want to deal with their idol. They've turned the Zionist state of Israel into an idol. And they don't want to believe that the Zionists are eradicating Christianity from Israel. But they are. And the king is, King Abdullah

is the one who's standing in the way of the Zionists from eliminating Christianity in the Holy Land. This is why I'm in Jordan tonight, my friends. Well, Rick, it all started that moment of obedience. And now we're seeing the fruit of that right now today in the news. And with the, I mean, like you said, why aren't there defenders of Christianity in Jerusalem speaking like King Abdullah? Why aren't there people like that here in the U.S.? Because, you.? Because they're tied to the Zionist agenda. And so it's really amazing.

I think he's, Doc, I've not met him yet. I've got a great deal of admiration for the King of Jordan. I know, I just know in my heart, there will be a day when God deems it the proper time that I will have my meeting with King Abdullah. I'm not going to seek it. I'm not going to press it. I'm walking as an ambassador of the kingdom of God. And when that time arrives, I will meet him. In the meantime, I'm going to continue to pray for him and defend him and encourage him because he is the champion of the Christian faith here in the Middle East.

People need to understand he is the direct descendant of the Prophet Muhammad. If you look at his genealogy, it's straight line down from Muhammad. Right. And here is the great, great, great, great, great, great, great grandson of Muhammad in this hour of 2022 saying, our Christian brothers are under attack in the Holy Land and we must defend them. Right. And yet we're sold the bill of goods, Rick, that all Muslims want to kill Christians. They just want to chop their heads off and everything.

And we're supposed to hate Muslims and everything else. The only thing the Muslims have done, the only thing they want to do to me here is take me home and feed me. Feed you a lot, right? I get invited to dinner. Please come. Come over to my house. I would like to have you have dinner at my home. That's all I hear.

They're such nice, warm, friendly people. And we've been told propaganda. We've been told. See, we go back to this regime, this monster that's taking control of the Western world. And we have to free our minds from its propaganda, its manipulation of our thinking and our hearts. We have to see what's really going on in the world and don't be swept up into the propaganda river. Right.

And look at the opportunity that God is opening up to let the world know that God's using the leader of a Muslim country to protect Christianity in the Holy Land. Yes. It just blows your mind

I can be myself and I have people that are friendly and we're meeting with people at the highest levels and they are so welcoming. And many have said, you should open office here. I've heard this multiple times, Doc. Thank you for being truthful. I don't know. Look, if we get through this winter and somehow we dodge a bullet or an ICBM and we live through the winter and we get into 2023, I would like to start 2023 by opening an office in Amman. Let's see what happens.

Let's see what happens, Rick. And so, you know what? The Lord has sustained us through 20 plus years of ministry and you've seen these war cycles go up and down and up and down. We've never seen it quite like this before, but we also know that they go into sometimes in recess and they gear back up for the next round of nuclear threats. And so let's pray that the hand of God stays. Let's pray for peace in the world.

Pray for peace in Ukraine, that somehow that deception will be revealed and level heads would rule the day in that situation. So we have the opportunity to tell more people about Jesus Christ. And Rick, what I like about Jordan and just being there, I know you probably share this same thought as well, is we don't hide our faith. They know we're Christians. They know we're followers

of Jesus Christ. They expect us to act as Christians. You know what I mean? They expect Christian behavior out of us christian speech out of us you know christian attitudes out of us they expect nothing less than us because they look at us as ambassadors of christ and so uh that's the one thing that stood out to me is i was just able to be Doc Burkhart Christian in Jordan. Yes. The difference between being in a Muslim country as a Christian visiting a Muslim country compared to visiting the country next door, the Zionist state of Israel. If you say the name Jesus in the Zionist state of Israel,

many of the Israelis will spit on the ground. True. In absolute disgust of the name of Jesus. If you say the name of Jesus over here, people smile and they go, we love Jesus. He was a great prophet. Now, they don't see him as the son of God. We understand that.

But you can talk to them about Jesus. And they will tell you the scriptures that they know about Jesus. And they're very open to have a conversation about Jesus. It's a different attitude. In the state of Israel, the name of Jesus is despised. In Jordan, among the Muslims, the name of Jesus is respected. It's just crazy, isn't it, Rick? And yet, we would be told by Christian Zionists that

the opposite is true. So, well, Rick, I know it's getting late for you here. And we know you have a big day tomorrow as far as preparations for departing Jordan. I know you've had a great week there and you've got a lot of business done and everything. How can the True News audience pray for you as you wind things up? Well, pray for our safety, our flight home. We're flying home tomorrow night. I'll be leaving Jordan tomorrow evening, Jordan time. I'll be arriving in Miami Friday morning. And so pray for our safety. And we have a full-time staff member here now. And so pray for him and for God's protection and blessing on him. He's a wonderful young man

who's been my assistant on each of my trips here and he works with me full-time now every day and um he is the one doc that that got us on to tiktok a month ago and in our first month he and our social media director uh managed to get one million views of True News on TikTok, which I never thought was going to happen. By the way, you know, we put out, while I was here in Jordan, TikTok permanently banned us. And then our two-man social media team went to work, and I don't know how this happened other than the grace of God. TikTok rescinded the ban and apologized. Yes.

Yeah, so we're back on TikTok. Yes, we've been there several days, and we post videos there about every several videos a day on TikTok. Never would have imagined that TikTok would be a potential platform for us to share our message, but it has just gone gangbusters for us. And so if you're on TikTok, and you want to catch some of our videos and everything, or it's a great platform to share our videos more than anything else.

And so it's usually about one to two minute segments. Some are shorter than that. But for whatever reason, people are responding and they're watching. And of all platforms, TikTok. The other thing that I ask our audience and our supporters to pray about and to support us financially is to have the resources to have a staff that will translate every day's true news. The true news episode every day, translate it into Arabic and post it on social media. As I told you yesterday, Arabs are doing it on their own. And many of these True News videos are getting millions of views in Arabic. So, we need to take the lead in this and do it ourselves every day.

And so that there is an Arabic true news channel. And God is expanding true news. Someday there will be a Spanish true news. There will be a Filipino true news. This is going to expand around the world. I'm believing that, Rick, because after all, we're truthful, right? That's what we're being accused of in Jordan, of being truthful.
