Hey, Rick. Doc, by the way, Doc, officially Omicron is in America now. Right. You should be very afraid. It's here. I'm shaking. Yeah, yeah.

It's in California. Well, I'm glad it started there first. Yes. You know, so get ready for the fear mania in America. Have you noticed? I don't know if it's happening in your community, but we're noticing here just in the past. About two weeks.

One, the past. I'm talking about the past two or three days. How many people are wearing masks again? Right. And there's no mandate here in Florida. Yes. People are just they're being driven by television news fear mongers. And they're putting on their masks.

They're afraid that Omicron is going to get them. You can see the result of the fear campaign. And I don't know if it's happening in your community. Well, Omicron just sounds scary, Rick. Of course. Just the word itself sounds scary. You don't want to it's happening in your community, but it's happening. Omicron just sounds scary, Rick. Of course. Just the word itself sounds scary. You don't want to get Omicron. Delta is one thing, but Omicron, that's a scarier name.

Well, we'll start because today what we're seeing across the world are politicians and government bureaucrats calling for mandatory vaccination in their nation. So we'll start with the European Union. This is Euro News. EU countries should debate mandatory vaccination, says Wander Leyen. Right. So the chief of the European Union's executive arm said Wednesday that EU nations should open a debate around making COVID-19 vaccinations mandatory because too many people still refuse to get the shots voluntarily. And when asked about the hot topic of compulsory vaccination, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said it was a matter for each member state to decide, but regretted the amount of doses that are being left unused. Health policy remains a national prerogative in the EU.

Quote, it's understandable and appropriate to lead this discussion now. How can we encourage and potentially think about mandatory vaccination within the European Union? This needs discussion. This needs a common approach, but I think it's a discussion that has to be led. So the real motivation is excess inventory? That seems to be what the quote is saying there, Rick, that we've got to move this inventory, I guess, before it spoils. And so there's millions of doses of operating systems sitting on shelves, and they've got to move those doses out the door, I guess. That's right. Same thing's happening in Germany.

Right. Germany's incoming chancellor backs mandatory COVID vaccinations. So finally, Angela Merkel is officially on her way out. Her replacement has been chosen. Germany's in the transition stage right now, receiving a new chancellor. And today he, the incoming chancellor, endorsed mandatory vaccination for all Germans. Right. And so Germany's next chancellor said on Tuesday that he'll back a proposal to mandate coronavirus vaccinations for everybody next year, but that lawmakers should be free to vote according to their conscience on the issue. But you can't use your conscience.

Right. So and they'll just lock you out of the voting hall. And so Olaf Scholz, whose center-left Social Democrats nearly won a national election in September, is expected to take office next week once his party and two others approve a deal to form the next government. And speaking to public broadcaster ARD after a conference call between Merkel himself and the governors of Germany's 16 states, Schultz insisted that the leadership is there. During the call, national and state leaders discussed new measures to curb the outbreak, including restrictions on shopping for unvaccinated people and limiting crowds at soccer matches, along with possible moves toward a vaccine mandate for all. These need to be approved at a further meeting Thursday.

Quote, we'll pave the way for a decision of conscience by members of the German Bundestag about a general vaccine mandate that will come into force next year in February or early March in which everybody can get ready for now, Schultz said. I will vote in favor of such a law he added well dr the way he he talking about it it's a done deal it sure sounds that way even though he says now this is a matter of conscience folks but it will come into force next year yes get ready for it now so no matter what your conscience is telling you your conscience is not going to be your guide they are all right so right. So you've got the European Union, the commission president, the European Commission president, saying that all European nations should now begin the debate about mandatory vaccination.

Then you have Germany, which is a member of the European Union. Right. Incoming chancellor saying, yes, we're going to require vaccination of every German citizen. Let's look at Israel. Ah, the gold standard, Rick. So here's the times of Israel. Israel's coronavirus czar is saying we need to consider making vaccines mandatory. Salman Zarqa says the nation should weigh legislation compelling citizens to get virus shots as some European nations are mulling. And so they're taking the lead, you know, like Dr. Fauci says, they're the gold standard, Rick. So if Israel's doing it, then everybody else should do it too, right? So what about here in the United States? Is there talk of mandatory vaccination? You know, we don't have have Dershowitz here anymore.

Well, remember, Alan Dershowitz said that maybe we should use the military. Come door to door and do those jabs directly. He said the military had the authority to drag you out of your house. He said plunge a needle into your body. Right. So are there any other psychotic nut jobs talking like that? Yes, there are. One of them is employed by CNBC television, none other than Jim Cramer.

I've never taken any Jim Cramer's advice, and I certainly wouldn't take his advice on vaccinations. But this is what Mr. Kramer said on CNBC. Lord knows what happened if you didn't partake, but back then, anyone who refused to get vaccinated would get ratted out immediately because we knew that person could hurt other people. The commonweal was a commonweal. Now we're engaged in a similar struggle with COVID, and Eisenhower would be aghast. We have immunocompromised people who are incubators for every variant to come walking around lawfully unvaccinated. That's psychotic. We have companies that have tried hard to get people vaccinated now backing down.

We have governors who want to be president by grandstanding on a foolish state's right issue. The right to get sick, get other people sick? So it's time to admit that we have to go to war against COVID. Require vaccination universally. Have the military run it. If you don't want to get vaccinated, you better be ready to prove your conscientious objector status in court. And even then, you need to help in the war effort by staying home until we finally beat this thing. He used the terms war, Rick, a war on COVID. Now, if I recall wars correctly, they require people with guns and bullets and artillery and,

you know, in wars, people die, right? He actually said, and I don't know, we had it in a video clip, he actually said the military needs to enforce the vaccination., yeah, he said it. In America, yeah. I was thinking about Dershowitz while we were watching that video. So Jim Cramer is calling on mandatory vaccination in the United States with the U.S. military supporting it. the unvaccinated breeders for every variant that will come along. And yet we know for a fact that many of the people who have Omicron are fully vaccinated. Yes. In fact, the first case that was revealed today in the U.S., they did a big live conference out in San Francisco today with the health department, didn't have his booster. So then they started pushing the booster shot today.

But he was a South African. He was South African. So according to South Africa, he was fully vaccinated to their standard. So let's get this straight, Mr. Kramer. A fully vaccinated man brought Omicron to America. Yet it's the unvaccinated that need to be the enemy in a war on COVID. So maybe the U.S. military should round up the vaccinated. Because they're the ones who are spreading these viruses. Right.

I mean, we're going to use this logic. We got to round up everybody with COVID, right? Or even somebody that doesn't have COVID, vaccinated or unvaccinated. And I think they want to round up just everybody anyway. Doc, we showed our audience the medical report that was released by the American Heart Association. Right. That there is vaccinated people have a 25% increased likelihood of heart attack, stroke, heart disease, 25%. This is the American Heart Association.

And this report has been covered up by the news media and politicians. Oh, and last night, I don't know if you saw it last night, but there is a re-information campaign going on underway in response to that. They're reinterpreting what the American Heart Association report said. So they had their data wrong. They misinterpreted their data. They misinterpreted the results of it and everything. However, there are other people around the world that are observing the very same thing that the American Heart Association came out with their report,

that there's a link between vaccines and vascular damage, cardiovascular damage. And this article from Summit News today, where it talks about a senior cardiologist is warning a study linking COVID vaccines to massive increase in heart attacks is being totally ignored. Now, this particular doctor, Dr. Asim Malhotra, I'm going to get his name right sooner or later here, appeared on Great Bitten News this morning and laid out the case that there appears to him, at least in some aspects, to be a cover-up of the information linking the operating systems to the rise, not just in heart attacks, Rick, but in deaths all across the board. And so he kind of lays this out in this interview.

And he specifically links it to the Moderna mRNA vaccine. Right. So let's watch this report with Dr. Asim Malhotra. Seeing this abstract publication circulation, I was concerned about it for a number of reasons. So first and foremost, we have to understand that there's been a shift in understanding of heart disease over the years, that we know now it's a chronic inflammatory condition that is exacerbated by something called insulin resistance, which we talked about on the show before, which is related to poor lifestyle. Now, what this abstract has shown, what this research has shown is that markers associated with increasing the risk of heart attack and probably even progression of underlying heart disease, and people have already got some heart disease, has been significantly increased risk from 11% at five years risk of heart attack to 25%. Now, that's a huge increase. If this is true, then it's very concerning indeed. But in medicine, in good science, we never rely on one study. We need to replicate these findings.

However, what I will share with you today on GB News is a few days ago after this was published, somebody from a very prestigious British institution, cardiology department researcher, a whistleblower if you like, contacted me to say that the researchers in this department had found something similar within the coronary arteries linked to the vaccine, inflammation from imaging studies around the coronary arteries. And they had a meeting, and these researchers at the moment have decided they're not going to publish their findings because they are concerned about losing research money from the drug industry. Now, this person was very upset about it, and I wanted to obviously share this on GB News today. What I would say is that we then,

knowing this information, which is very concerning, Stephen Gundry's paper in circulation, and also anecdotal evidence. I mean, I have a lot of interaction with the cardiology community across the UK. And anecdotally, I've been getting told by colleagues that they are seeing younger and younger people coming in with heart attacks. Now, what does this mean in terms of the data? We have to put the jigsaw for the pieces together. We know since July, there's been almost 10,000 excess non-COVID deaths. And most of those, or significant proportion of those, are being driven by circulatory disease, in other words, heart attack and stroke. There's been a 30% increase in people dying at home. And often these are because of cardiac arrest. Of course, this is also something close to my heart because

my own father is one of those statistics. He had a cardiac arrest at home July the 26th. So when these figures, these data, since this data has been collected. So where do we go from here? I think the signal is quite strong. I personally think that this needs investigating. So I think the Joint Committee of Vaccines and Immunization should absolutely investigate this. I think that the researchers, I really hope that they take a look in the mirror and realize the ones from where this whistleblower has come from, they realize that they should publish this stuff because their duty primarily is to patients, not the interest of the drug industry. And I think the third thing, and this has been a discussion that's been ongoing, I think now it's high time that policymakers around the world put an end to the mandates.

Because I think if this signal is strong and if it's correct, then history will not be on their side and the public will not forgive them for it, Alex. So this is very concerning. It needs investigating and hopefully it can be resolved very soon. I think the other thing to mention as well, we shouldn't ignore the other possibilities of why there's been an increase in heart attacks. So part of the stuff I've done in my research and analysis over the years is looking at the lifestyle factors that drive heart disease and heart attacks. And the other things that we know have also happened, which also I'm sure a contributing factor is people's diets got worse in general over lockdown. And there was pandemic stress. Chronic psychological stress is a significant risk factor. So if it wasn't for this data that's come out recently, I would have attributed most of these excess deaths from heart disease to those lifestyle factors.

Now the vaccine has been thrown in to the equation. We can't ignore it. But he had to cover himself just in case there at the end too. Stunning. But yes. 10,000 additional heart attacks in Great Britain above normal. Right. And the only really contributing factor,

because most of the lockdowns in the U.S. and Great Britain were lifted this year. So you can't blame eating pork rinds and getting shut up in your house for an extended period of time on that. The only other contributing factor is the vaccine. But one thing that stood out in his presentation there, Rick, is they're seeing deaths rise all across the board. Car accidents are up. Deaths at home are up. You know, all across the board, not just in heart attacks. And so people are dying and it's being, if it's not being attributed to COVID, I have to ask the question, those increased deaths that we're observing, were they vaccinated deaths?

Were they people who were vaccinated and now their deaths are being blamed on something else? The nano razor blades are slicing the cells of the vaccinated people. And that's what we heard on yesterday's True News. Nano size razor blades. That's what they've inserted in the vaccine. The equivalent of a razor blade that is slicing the cells of your body. Right. There's no way to survive it.

Once you've been vaccinated, you have started the death process. And Rick, if it's not killing you, if it's not taking your cells apart piece by piece, it might be driving you insane. This is a report out of LifeSite News. This is, I don't know if our audience has had the opportunity to check this out, over 100,000 reports of psychiatric disorders after COVID vaccination. So symptoms following COVID shots include hallucinations, anxiety, confusion, sleep disorders, psychosis, and suicide. And they've made the connection here over 100,000 reports. Now, this is actually coming out of report number 10 for control here in the frontiers in neurology where it talks about acute psychosis due to encephalitis following the COVID vaccine so this is number 10 for control if we could pull up that

clip and basically it just tells us that there's an actual report out there that lists the outcome of that disorder. What's happening is the vaccine or the operating system, as we call it, Rick, is mirroring the symptoms of encephalitis in people's bodies. Encephalitis for those. It's inflammation of the brain. Right. Usually you get it from something like... A viral infection. From a mosquito.

Right. And so the idea here, of course, is that what's happening in the brain here? What's going on? This is the actual medical report. Right. So you can go to the National Institutes of Health. You can actually look this up for yourself. You mean Fauci knows about this report? I don't know if he reads anything at the NIH, Rick. He's always doing either speaking tours with Barack Obama or on TV. Or cashing checks. But this is an actual report.

It was published just a couple weeks ago. And it goes into detail about how there are an increasing number of reports on a regular basis here now where people are reporting the same symptoms of encephalitis following a COVID-19 vaccination jab. So, Rick, this would explain a lot of the craziness that's going on in the world. It's not that people are naturally psychotic. There might be a few out there. seeing younger and healthy people having heart problems. And we've talked about over the past several weeks, some of the healthiest people in the world are those who play professional sports or who involve in the Olympic process and everything. And we're seeing an incredible number of sportsmen, sportswomen around the world and here in the U.S. Particularly in Europe. And the only common factor that you can make with all of these is they were vaccinated. Against their will. Mandatory vaccination to play sports. Right. So yet another professional footballer collapsed suddenly in the middle of a game. And this wasn't last night. It was actually several nights ago during Real Madrid's Champions League tie with Sharif Tirispal in Moldova.

Well, Joseph Mingala Fauci teamed up with Barack Obama and went to a school to encourage little innocent children to be vaccinated. There you go. Two of the most evil men walking on the planet.

And there they are leading children to their early death. Right and so this is on former President Barack Hussein Obama's Twitter feed. He says getting our kids fully vaccinated is the best way to protect them against COVID-19. Today Dr. Fauci and I stopped by Kimball Elementary School to meet with families and kids getting their vaccines and encourage more parents and kids to do the same. So the dynamic duo were teamed up there and to deliver jabs to kids. All right, so Rick just shows you how far things are going now and how desperate they are really. They had to pull out Barack Obama to sell the vaccines at this point, the operating systems at this point,

because people, they're not buying it anymore. They're seeing people drop dead playing sports. They're seeing relatives that are going through deep medical crises. They're seeing people who are vaccinated get COVID. Yes. And they're starting to ask questions. And so that's the frustration that people are having out there. And so to me, this is a sign that things are getting more desperate for the jab junkies out there to get everyone vaccinated with the operating system. You know, Doc, Robert Kennedy's office sent me a copy of his book, The Real Dr. Fauci.

Right. And I have it on my desk, but I've not read it. And I got a stack of books on my desk that I've not read. But we talked about Fauci yesterday and what he did to the orphaned children in the 1980s where children were physically strapped down on beds and injected with Fauci's experimental drugs. I'm not kidding you. Orphaned children.

Strapped down against their will. He conducted human experiments on them. Just like Joseph Mingala. And some of those orphans died. I was so disturbed and upset about it. When I finished yesterday's True News, I walked out of the studio, went to my office. Robert Kennedy's book was there on the edge of my desk. I picked it up and it's a big, thick book. I opened it up and literally turned to the section about the orphans.

Yeah, he marked it for me so he could show me. He said, Doc, look at this. I opened up to this very page after we talked about it on the God Church. I know the Lord wants me to read it and to talk forcibly about it. Fauci's a murderer. I don't care if he sues me. Go ahead, Fauci, sue me. I don't care. he sues me. Go ahead, Fauci, sue me. I don't care.

You're a murderer. I'd say it in court. You're a murderer. You know you're a murderer. You're a mass murderer. You're a madman. Prison would be too nice for you. It'd be way too nice.

Deserves more than five years as Ted Cruz said. Ted Cruz saying five years for lying to Congress. How about for killing children? So here's a story from 2019. Scientific American. Right. And we've been hit in the past, Rick, because we've said that there there's a possibility of needles in the vaccine and we were discounted. But this is a scientific American. You mean like a mark of the beast? Right. And so this is from December of two years ago, folks. So two years ago, this article came out right before all this talk about COVID and everything was really ramping up. There were just a few cases by the middle of December, and all those were basically in China at that point. But this article was talking about how this technology is actually embedding immunization records, not just the vaccine, but the records themselves into a child's skin.

And I'll do a couple quotes here. The first one, keeping track of vaccinations remains a major challenge in the developing world and even in many developed countries. Paperwork gets lost and parents forget whether their child is up to date. Now a group of Massachusetts Institute of Technology researchers have developed a novel way to address this problem, embedding the record directly into the skin. We were called crazy for suggesting that. Along with the vaccine, a child would be injected with a bit of dye that is invisible to the naked eye but easily seen with a special cell phone filter

combined with an app that shines near-infrared light onto the skin. The dye would be expected to last up to five years, according to tests on pig and rat skin and human skin in a dish. And this research, conducted by MIT bioengineers Robert Langer and Anna Jacklenik and their colleagues, uses a patch of tiny needles called microneedles to provide an effective vaccination without a teeth-clenching jab. Microneedles are embedded in a Band-Aid-like device that is placed on the skin. A skilled nurse or technician is not required. Vaccines delivered with microneedles also may not need to be refrigerated,

reducing the cost and difficulty of delivery. All right, now we're going to show you a photo. That's what it looks like. And it takes a special light in order to see these microneedles under the skin. As you said, Doc, not only is this evidence that the child's been vaccinated but the child's medical records are in that mark yes and that's the plan now this research was funded by guess who the bill and melinda gates foundation and came about because of a direct request from microsoft founder and philanthropist Bill Gates himself. So Bill Gates had a direct connection to Mark Kitts. Now, and when we said this, we were called nuts.

And so, you know, Gates is a Satanist. So let's just be real. Let's stop being polite. He's a Satanist. His father is the devil. And he's building the mark of the beast system. And he's going after God's children. I know who my enemies are. These are not nice people.

They're evil and they're wicked. And they work for Lucifer himself. They're building his system so that the whole world will worship their God, Lucifer. Now, Rick, that's two-year-old technology. And when it was published in Scientific American, it was already two-year-old technology. So think how far they've advanced to today. And we've been hearing kind of rumors, some offhand reports that there are people that are actually being checked for vaccines in different parts of the world. Well, how can you

check for vaccines without a vaccination card? And can't a vaccination card be faked? How can they verify that someone's been vaccinated? You understand how easily we can move into this next phase where they're going to mark you directly to confirm your vaccination status and how easily it can be done because this is two-year-old news right here. I believe they're doing this now, Rick. I believe they're marking people around the world now and they're able to track. They haven't done it to everybody. They're testing it. They're rolling it out because we're hearing these rumors and these reports from people we know directly. I saw a video today and I didn't have time to bring it to get it into the schedule. We'll show it tomorrow. I believe it was Austria. There's people dining in a restaurant. Yes.

There's just, you know, the restaurant's full. People are sitting there having their meal. And the police come into the dining hall and go table to table and check the vaccination status of every person in the restaurant. While they're eating. While they're sitting there eating. The Nazis. The Nazis are here again. And there wasn't just one policeman. I counted at least four policemen in the restaurant at the same time going table to table verifying people's vaccine status. The needle Nazis.

This is the mark of the beast system being put in place. Every man, woman, and child will be required to be marked. And without the mark, you will not be able to buy or sell. But if you receive the mark, you will lose your salvation. You will burn in the lake of fire forever. That's guaranteed because Jesus Christ said it. It's guaranteed. Lake of fire forever. So you're going to have to put up with some discomfort in this life, maybe even lose your life or lose salvation and burn in the lake of fire. Those are the choices. I don't know how to make it any clearer what's happening right now.

We're watching the mark of the beast system be rolled out worldwide. And the church, the true church, not the religious world, the church, the blood-bought church needs to wake up and realize that we are at the edge of the age of mankind. We're just about at the finish line, and it's going to become extremely dangerous and treacherous and challenging until Christ comes back. He said to endure to the end and you shall be saved. That's our mission right now. Those are his instructions. Endure to the end and you shall be saved.

Let me tell you something else that's going on. We've seen this taking place in other countries as a frightening movement. And that is that they're banning, and Canada is one of the places, they're banning elected members of congresses and parliaments who are not vaccinated. So what does this do? If you oppose the Nazi agenda, you're not allowed to take your seat inside the halls of Congress or parliament. And therefore you have no voice in the vaccine mandates, mask rules, anything.

See how evil this is that if you oppose it, they'll even take away your right to speech, your right to vote. But you're an elected member of a Congress or a Parliament. Doc, this is New Jersey. It's now in America. Yes. New Jersey is now considering banning all members of the state legislature who are not vaccinated, and most of them are conservative Republicans. Now, here in New Jersey, United States of America, the head of the state Gestapo, I mean the state police said... It is Gestapo.

Let's be honest about it, Doc. Because that's what it is. It said Monday, people trying to enter the statehouse who refuse to show proof of being vaccinated against COVID-19 or negative coronavirus tests will likely be denied access to the building under a new rule that goes into effect today, Wednesday. That could include lawmakers. It will include lawmakers.

The statement from acting state police superintendent, Colonel Patrick Callahan, came after Republican lawmakers cried foul over the rule they argue is unconstitutional. Some lawmakers have said they will refuse to abide by the rule when they arrive in Trenton on Thursday for voting session. So the state police superintendent of New Jersey is going to physically block the elected legislators that supervise him. Yes. Who's in charge? The state police. Does that make us a police state? In my opinion, yes, it does. Freedom's over. Everything's at stake right now. Freedom is over. If the remnant does not rise up now, you can't think about this, say we'll do it a year or two. No, no, you have to do it now. Right. Freedom is at stake now. And so this is true democracy in action here because democracy is mob rule.

Democracy is mob rule. That's why we are supposed to live in a constitutional republic, because a constitutional republic protects the rights of the minority, not the rights of the majority or the opinions of the majority. majority and so what's happened now is states like new jersey have gone full democratic or if that case full communist now where they have to call in the state police to keep elected officials of the minority out of the voting process and says under the resolution people who wish to enter the state house and the state house annex on committee days, voting sessions, or for any other meetings will need to show full proof of vaccination or a negative coronavirus PCR test from within 72 hours. Tests will also be made available at the Statehouse. The policy will apply to all lawmakers, legislative staff members, reporters, anyone visiting the Statehouse, including those who want to speak at a hearing or protest a bill inside the building. So even the common people, if they have an opinion or they want to protest or anything like that, they're not allowed in either without showing their papers.

So now the the criteria for citizenship is vaccination. Yes. If your citizenship now requires vaccination, you're not a citizen if you're not vaccinated. You don't have the right to visit your statehouse. You don't have the right to express your opinion. You don't have the right to representation within your local assembly. Think about that. Your citizenship has been stripped away. We're going to go through some headlines pretty fast

so we can get to break. We've got more to talk about, including the Ghislaine Maxwell trial. So I'm going to go through these next headlines fairly fast, not make comments. In Greece, anybody over age 60 unvaccinated, you will be fined 60, I mean, 100 euros per month forever. 100 euros per month forever until you're vaccinated. The next story, a tax expert proposes monthly fines for the unvaccinated.

I'm trying to think what that's Austria. The vice president of the Austrian Medical Association is calling for mandatory fines for the unvaccinated. So we're going to make life miserable for you until you submit to the needle Nazis. In Canada, as of today, unvaccinated travelers over the age of 12 are prohibited from flying on planes or traveling on trains in Canada starting today. Right. Your right to travel has been taken away in Canada. The Bank of Canada, an employee suspended for refusing to be vaccinated, even though he works from his house. So the vaccine mandate even applies within your own property.

So what is the logic of this rule? He works from his house. He's by himself. He's not coming in the office. I guess he's going to jump through the Internet. It's about submission. In Toronto, unvaccinated paramedic warns of staffing shortages for ambulances. So it's getting so dire in the city of Toronto, Rick, that they can't get enough people to drive the ambulances to hospitals because so many paramedics have just simply refused to abide by the mandates that are going on up in Canada.

Doc, I was talking to my sister over the holidays. She lives back east, and she works for the county school board, and she's not vaccinated, even though there's a mandate to be vaccinated. And I said, are you being pressured? She said, no, no pressure. You know, you've got to have a written order to be vaccinated. Right. But she said they're not pressuring me. And I said, why? What do you think's going on? And she said, oh, school bus drivers. She said almost all of the school bus drivers are unvaccinated and they've told the county school board they will walk out in mass. And the school board's afraid. They'll have nobody drive the buses.

So that's what you do. Resist. Resist. Resist. Resist. Don't think that resistance is futile. Resistance is working. It's just they're stepping. Why do you think they have Omicron? Because we've been resisting. Omicron was invented to fight the resistance. The more resistance, the more variants that will appear. It's just that simple. It's their propaganda. Scare people, frighten people, demonize the resistors. At some point, they have to get rid of the resistors.

They'll go that far. Right. They will go that far. Next story, this is New Zealand. The prime minister has granted new freedoms in bathrooms. Isn't that nice? Watch this. And importantly, because I know this is a question many Aucklanders have, you can now see family and friends again in their homes and use the bathroom inside. Luxury. Yeah, she's so nice. Yes. That's so sweet of her. You can visit your family in their homes and use their bathroom. Oh, I'm so grateful to you. She called it a luxury. This is a freedom that she

has now granted Rick, a freedom that you can now go to the bathroom at a friend's house. These people are psychopaths. They really are psychopaths and Nazi psychopaths. They're not mentally together, okay. Hitler was crazy but he was dangerously crazy and a lot of people died because of Hitler. A lot of people believed the Nazi propaganda in Germany. And it spread into other countries, into Austria and other countries. There were people supporting the Nazi party. They had Nazi party supporters in America, in Great Britain.

People believed it. But Hitler was crazy. He was a demoniac. But he was a genius crazy person. Or I should say a crazy genius. Dangerous. Because you can be extremely smart and crazy at the same time. Oh, let's see. Where are we at here?

Federal workers. Here in the United States, federal workers get a reprieve. See, resistance is working. Right. Biden had to back down. Why? Because the federal government workers were resisting. So what Biden has, what they've done is they said, OK, we're not withdrawing the order, but we're not going to punish you until next year.

We'll punish you later. Yeah, the Biden administration told government agencies they can hold off on disciplining workers who refuse to get vaccinated against COVID-19 until after the holidays, saying the mandate was intended to protect federal workers, not to punish them, Rick. Doc, in California, a court has halted San Diego schools COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Right. And for those that might have missed it, the federal appeals court also held back on President Biden's vaccine mandate to health care workers. He's had three courts rule against him. Right. So the resistance is working. Say it again. The resistance is working. It's not working in Los Angeles, though, because Los Angeles is now enforcing the indoor COVID vaccine mandate. So there you still have to wear a mask and have a vaccine status at movie theaters, restaurants, gyms. Los Angeles is basically locked down for all intents and purposes.

But it is, resistance is working in L.A. County in the sheriff's department. They've got a good sheriff there. And guess what? He found out that the COVID testing kits are linked to communist China. And guess where the results are going? Guess where your DNA is going? Over to Xi Jinping. And so the sheriff found out what was going on. And he said, no, we're not going to have any Chinese testing kits here in the sheriff's department. Amazing, Doc. California made this deal.

Yes. And the sheriff found out that the company being promoted by the state of California is linked to the Chinese communist government. And that just shows you here in the United States the power of a local sheriff in order to stand up for the rights of the people within their county if they so choose. Yeah, we got a quote from this story from CBS. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department will no longer use the COVID-19 testing provider Fulgent over its purported ties to the Chinese government, the LA Times reported Monday. LA County Sheriff Alex Villanova told the L.A. County Board of Supervisors in a letter that he was briefed by the FBI about the serious risk associated with allowing Fulgent to conduct COVID-19 testing, the Times reported.

Villanova told the board that he was briefed by the FBI on Friday. He claimed in the letter that the FBI advised him that information is likely to be shared with China and that the FBI told him DNA data obtained is not guaranteed to be safe and secure from foreign governments. An FBI spokesperson declined to comment to the LA Times about that particular meeting. And so, but Fulgent is not just being used statewide across California, it's being used in many places here in the U.S. And the FBI knows, Rick, the FBI knows that Fulgent is shipping the information to China. They know it. Then why don't they say something?

They're having private meetings with officials. Why don't they tell the American people? Oh, maybe because they don't want trouble from Joe Biden, who belongs to China. They don't want to ruffle Biden, who belongs to China. They don't want to ruffle any feathers over there at the White House because they know that Hunter Biden does business with the Chinese communists. And the big guy, Joe, he's got his fingers in the Chinese money. Serious money. Maybe the FBI is afraid of it.

Maybe they're afraid of the Chinese. Maybe they're afraid of the Chinese. Maybe they're afraid of the Chinese gangs in the United States. I don't know. The FBI ought to be speaking up. being on flight with Prince Andrew aboard one of Epstein's private jets. And during cross-examination, the abuse victim was asked by Maxwell's lawyers if Epstein had ever introduced her to Trump. She agreed she had and claimed she was driven to Mar-a-Lago by Epstein in a dark green car when she was 14. Later on, she also mentioned she took part in a Trump-sponsored beauty pageant. There's been no suggestion in the trial or anyone else that Mr. Trump was aware of Epstein's sickening crimes. And she was also asked if she ever remembered being on a flight with Ghislaine's pal, Prince Andrew, to which she also replied yes as well. But there's no evidence that Donald Trump said to Jeffrey Epstein,

why do you have a little 14-year-old girl with you? Right. She's kind of young for you, Jeffrey. Well, Donald Trump has, you know, made comments in the past about Epstein that he liked young girls. So Mr. Trump was aware, and I don't like the idea of him trying to shade off something and saying he wasn't aware of anything. Everybody was aware of this. They just didn't talk about it. That's right. And Trump wished Ghislaine Maxwell well in her trial.

Yes. He said, I wish her well. How about that she gets locked up for the rest of her life, Mr. Trump? Bloomberg News. Supreme Court justices suggest sweeping abortion rights rollback or pullback. The case heard today is the Supreme Court. This is on the issue of the Mississippi law that places restrictions on when abortions can be conducted in the state of Mississippi. It's not strict enough for me, but it is one of the

strictest laws in the country. The way that the justices talk today, the majority of the Supreme Court justices indicated by their questioning that they are going to rule in favor of the Mississippi law. I'll believe it when I see it. Me too. Because we've been down this road before, haven't we? Of course. I mean, first of all, you might as well just write off the chief justice. Right.

I mean, he'll get beat up again. He'll have another black eye. He'll fall off his bike again. Yeah, his bike beat him up. So the U.S. Supreme Court's conservatives suggested they are poised to curb abortion rights and uphold Mississippi's ban on the procedure after 15 weeks of pregnancy as the court tackled its most consequential reproductive rights case in a generation. In an argument that lasted almost two hours, all six conservative justices, I use that term loosely, indicated they would let states start banning abortion far earlier

than the court's precedents had previously allowed. So under a previous 1992 ruling, Rick, states can't impose significant obstacles before fetal viability, which the court previously suggested was around 23 or 24 weeks at the time. So, Doc, does that mean the court is going to loosen the range a little bit, but still the court is going to tell states you can't kill babies until they're this old? Until they're viable. Yes. But they're still going to require abortion.

Right. They're not going to require abortion. Right. They're not going to ban abortion. No. And they're not overturning Roe v. Wade. That's the line the left is trying to push out here that somehow the court is getting ready to overturn Roe v. Wade. At best, what you're going to have is all 50 states can have their own laws. Right. And so this battle, this fight becomes a ground war at that

point in all 50 states. So two of the pivotal justices, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett, suggested they might go further and overturn the landmark Roe v. Wade ruling, which legalized abortion nationwide in 73. Kavanaugh listed a series of famous cases, including decisions that outlawed school segregation and legalized a gay marriage in which court overturned precedents and so basically the way this is being framed is if if there's any chance of overturning Roe v Wade which I don't see him doing it hinges on Brett Kavanaugh Amy Coney Barrett however However, their track record to this date has not been in favor of conservatives so far, Rick. No.

So, once again, you know, the religious right gets the shaft. One more, just one more election. Yeah. 2022. Man, when we have seven justices on the court, Rick, then the Republicans are going to ban abortion. We're really going to be winners then. You want to see how sick, I mean, really sick the pro-abortion baby killers are. The

abortion supporters were in front of the Supreme Court today and they were popping abortion pills. You know, supposedly these young women were pregnant. And so they showed their opposition to the Supreme Court hearing by killing their babies simultaneously by popping abortion pills. Here's the video.

So you remember in the Rittenhouse trial, MSNBC got banned from the courtroom because an MSNBC producer was caught following the bus that had the jury members in it. Why? What did the left want to do? They wanted to out the members of the jury so that they would be intimidated,

so that people would see their faces and then track them down at their homes and threaten their family members. It's just, you know, typical communist thuggery. So the judge banned MSNBC from coming back into the courtroom. Well, today we have video from the police camera, one of the police officers that stopped the MSNBC vehicle. His camera was running, and we now have that police video. And you actually hear a call that was made to MSNBC in New York City, where the police officer asked MSNBC in New York City where the police officer asked NBC in New York explain why this employee was following

a bus with jury members. Here it is. Were you following a vehicle? I was trying to see. I was being called by New York going maybe people need to follow but I don't know.

I was trying to. You were trying to what? Just do what they told me to do. New York told you to follow a vehicle? Yes. What, your office is in New York or what? That's right. How did they know about this vehicle?

Law enforcement wants to talk to you. Hi, this is Officer Jones, Kenosha Police. We're trying to figure out what's going on here, why you have a reporter or producer following vehicles out here. Hold on. I'm going to put you on speakerphone because you're connected to this car. Can you go again? Hello, can you hear me?

I can hear you now. Okay. Hi, officer. My name is Irene. I'm a booking producer with NBC News. just trying to see if it's possible to find any leads about the case. And so we were just keeping our distance just to see, like, where people involved in the trial are positioned. By no means were we trying to get in contact with any of the jury members or whoever's in the car. We just were trying to see where chief sayers in the trial may be at. All right, so real quick, you advised him to follow, like, any vehicle? Did you know which vehicle he was following? to see if anyone would be able to in different areas.

And so we were just like... Doc, is she lying? Absolutely lying. And a couple of things I found fascinating about that, he wasn't the only person observing the jury. They said they had people stationed in different places of the courthouse. Notice they will never directly answer the question, why were you following the jury bus? We all know why they were following the jury bus.

They wanted to find out where the jurors lived. And then they were going to out them. Right. That's exactly what they're going to do. And they wanted the thugs to go to the jury members' homes. Right. That's exactly what they're going to do. And they wanted the thugs to go to the jury members' homes. Right. And frighten the jury members so that the jury members would vote to convict Kyle Rittenhouse so that they didn't burn their houses down. Right. That's the way communists do things. Now, who is this producer, Rick? Well, she is an actual producer. She's not just a producer. She's the vice president of production. By the way, her, I believe it was LinkedIn, it was scrubbed today. All this was taken down.

Her Twitter account is also scrubbed. So we have this before she cleaned things up. So she's got a history with ABC News in the past and worked for NBC. She graduated from the University of Southern California. But she wasn't just some casual line producer. She was a vice president. She was a vice president of NBC News. Right. So don't be fooled, folks, by this hokum that they're trying to push out on you. They were actually trying to out the jurors in order to influence the Rittenhouse trial.

But we knew that. Who owns NBC? Comcast. Who owns Comcast? Just follow the money. You'll find out. Let's talk about inflation. I got the final story.

So Fed Chairman Jerome Powell yesterday, he retired the word transitory. We've been hearing that for months, haven't we? Yes. Don't worry about the rising prices. This is transitory inflation. What is transitory? I'm 68 years old. I've never heard of transitory inflation. It's inflation that's kind of just passing through like a bubble. It's just sort of like your cousin dropping by for a few days. Yeah, he's transitory. You know, it's just it's moving on. It's moving on. Don't worry about it. You know, well, people are buying it.

And so yesterday, the chairman of the Federal Reserve said, I think it's time to retire the word transitory. He said that to Congress, by the way. He scared the markets because they're going, wait a minute, you mean the Fed chief is admitting the inflation is here forever? He did admit that. And he did say that they had to retire the word transitory in a clear sign that the Fed is shifting to tighter monetary policies. Jerome Powell, who spent months arguing that this surge in inflation was largely due to transitory forces, told Congress that it's probably a good time to retire that word. And he's right.

He also hinted, Rick, that we're about to see rate hikes in the Federal Reserve rate. And so that's probably going to hit, I would guess, sometime in January or February. Folks need to be making plans as it relates to things that you're doing. Cheap money's over. They're already tapering off their bump up of the bond market. They've been doing that over the past month now. And he said in testimony for Congress yesterday and today that they are planning a steep taper. That was another word, steep taper. So if you've been thinking about refinancing your house, you better get it

done really soon because the interest rates are going to start soaring early 22, all right, because the Fed chairman has figured out the inflation is not transitory. It's here to stay. And now they're going to start tightening everything. Of course, he didn't admit that the trillions and trillions and trillions of funny money dollars that has been pumped into the market by the Fed since 2008 has contributed to the massive price increase right now. And it only makes sense. The more money you put into an economic system, Rick,

the more prices go up. The only thing I've been surprised, Doc, was it took this long. That's the only thing that surprised me, that it took this long. And I think the only thing that's keeping it where it is now is causing this manufactured supply chain crisis. If everything was allowed to just run, you know, full steam ahead, who knows where we would be at right now.

So they're throttling the economy right now. Well, here's the next one. CNBC, oil may hit $150 a barrel, and the surge could definitely escalate an inflation scare. Right. And so they said that oil prices could move a lot higher from current levels, given the world's deep reliance on fossil fuels. It may hit $150, says Christopher Wood from Jefferies. In a world that really reopens, which is a big if, the oil price can significantly go higher. Wood, a global head of equity strategy at the Investment

Bank, told CNBC's Street Science Asia on Wednesday, oil got to over 80 with a lot of Asia closed and China's borders are effectively still closed, he said, in reference to Beijing's strict zero COVID approach. In a really fully reopened world, the oil price could go to $150 a barrel because the supply constraints are dramatic. That is proof right there that there's a throttling going on globally. Okay, so $150 a barrel, that means here in the United States, gasoline would be about $10 a gallon. Yes. So $8 to $10 a gallon. That's what he's saying.

It's not a direct correlation. It's an incremental correlation, because once you hit $100 a barrel and then $110, it starts going on a steep climb there. So get ready. Well, wait a minute. His logic in here is so convoluted. He said, in a world that really reopens, which is a big if, the oil price could go significantly higher. OK, what he's saying is. When when everybody's vaccinated. And the world returns to normal. The price of oil is going to skyrocket.

Because demand will increase. But wait a minute. Before COVID, during the Trump years, we had so much oil. It was oozing out of this country. Yes, we were exporting oil. We were exporting, yeah. What happened to it?

Where did it all go? Look, the Trump economy was fantastic. The one thing about Donald Trump, the economy was fantastic. They had to destroy the Trump economy to get rid of Trump. And the COVID pandemic was the way that they did it. But America had so much oil, we didn't know what to do with it. The prices were down everywhere we were exporting oil we were the we were energy independent we were the number one producer of oil during the Trump years

yes where is it where did it go we shut the pipelines off that's right and so he's trying to say he's trying to say the reason the price of oil is going up is because the economy is opening up and there's going to be so much demand. No, it's because Biden shut down everything. Right. Get real. I'm not going to buy that propaganda.

And then I'm going to leave you with this last one doc this is it financial times omicron threatens to intensify supply shortages and inflation oh wow omicron's just doing everything rick doc joe biden is going to solve the the the supply shortage he was going to solve the supply shortage. He was going to bring down inflation. It was transitory up until yesterday. Now it's here to stay. You know why?
