Barack and Michelle Obama. They walked away with the applause. And they owned the night, no doubt about it. I want to show you just a glimpse of the thunderous applause that was given to President Barack Obama when he walked out on the stage. This is how the Democratic delegates welcomed him. Welcoming the Messiah. Doc, whether you like him or dislike him, the fact remains Barack Obama is the most popular politician alive in America today. And I'm not an Obama supporter. I'm just stating the facts. A large portion of the American public absolutely loves Barack Obama. And they would vote for him again and again and again if he could run for more terms. So there's controversy about a hand gesture that he made last night in reference to President Trump.

Here's a 78 year old billionaire who has not stopped whining about his problems since he rode down his golden escalator nine years ago. It has been a constant stream of gripes and grievances that's actually been getting worse now that he's afraid of losing the Commonwealth. There's the childish nicknames, the crazy conspiracy theories, this weird obsession with crowd sizes. It just goes on and on and on. And then Michelle Obama, she had her time in the sun also.

She's well-loved by the Democrats. And, you know, the response they gave her, Doc, there's no doubt on my mind, had she challenged Kamala Harris, Michelle Obama would have been crowned as the queen of the Democratic Party. Right. But for some reason, the Obamas stood back and allowed Kamala Harris to have it. Maybe it's easier to run the White House from the shadows. But Michelle Obama got a thunderous round of applause when she made a remark in reference to something that President Trump had said a week or two ago, where he referenced black jobs. He was talking about illegal immigrants coming into the country, and he said they're taking black jobs. Obama handled it last night. For years, Donald Trump did everything in his power to try to make people fear us. See, his limited, narrow view of the world made him feel threatened by the existence of two hard-working, highly educated, successful people who happen to Wait. I want to know. I want to know. Who's going to tell him? Who's going to tell him that the job he's currently seeking might just be one of those black jobs. Wagging your finger there and everything.

She's smooth. You've got to give her credit. The Obamas are very effective communicators. Right. And they play the racial game very well. Yes, they do. With skill. And I'm telling you, Donald Trump's not racist. He's not racist, but he puts his foot in his mouth, and that's what happens.

So you set yourself up to have that done to you. Bernie Sanders, the socialist senator from Vermont, at least he openly calls himself a socialist. Right. I respect him on that. So he called for an end to the war in gaza and received uh as the new york post says here wild applause at the democratic national convention last night here's bernie sanders abroad we must end this horrific war in Gaza.

Bring home the hostages and demand an immediate ceasefire. So is he anti-Semitic? No, he's Jewish, so he can't be anti-Semitic. But if anybody else said that, they would be anti-Semitic. Yes, you're right. That's how it works, Rick. That's the way it works. At least he said something.

Bernie Sanders is one of those far left socialist politicians I respect. I don't agree with him, but I do respect him.

He's an honest socialist. Yes, he's sincere about his socialism. And, you know, he's just an old-fashioned socialist. Right. I guess those are the ones that aren't so scary. It's the new ones.

The ones you know, the devil you know is not as scary as the new socialists that are scary to me doc this next video from um msnbc i i don't know i've not seen this what are we going to see well what's going on yeah uh you saw the obamas pandering on the black vote out there yesterday and this it this was a surreal moment at the convention. I saw this very early this morning, about 4 o'clock. And, you know, the Democrats accused the Republicans of showmanship and everything at their convention. Well, watch this. Georgia, how do you cast your vote?

Because the people in Hollywood and Silicon Valley are experts at propaganda and they're entertaining the people and the people want to be entertained. They don't want to think. They just want to be entertained. Yeah. They don't want to think they just want to be entertained.

That's that's what it's about. OK. They want to be entertained. And I was watching. I was thinking, I just I can't imagine Vice President Hubert Humphrey being nominated in Chicago that way in 1968. Can you imagine that? No, it just wasn't going to happen, Doc. Wow.

So, okay. Anyway, it just shows you how surreal it is and how they pander to every segment, every different coalition out there. Doc, this next, we've got four video clips from a podcast, Image Theory. And Nicole Shanahan appeared on it. Nicole Shanahan is the vice presidential nominee with Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Right. I have never heard her speak. Right. And when Robert F. Kennedy Jr. first nominated her, it was like, here she is, Silicon Valley, traditional Democrat and everything. Well, all right, this is what we got here. But in this interview with Image Theory, she actually said some hard truths. Yes. So the first time I've ever seen the podcast Image Theory, they've got quite a few uh followers yes on youtube um and and so we broke up this uh

interview into four parts and the the first thing is that she she uh announced that robert kennedy is thinking about dropping out of the race and endorsing don Trump. Let's watch. As somebody who understands that we're connected to something bigger, that spirituality and politics are intertwined. What does your gut tell you about how this is going to play out? Hmm. You know, this election is so important, but so is the 2026 governor race in California. And my gut tells me that sometimes you need to go to the source of where all of this stuff is coming from. It's coming from right here in California. It's coming from the influence Silicon Valley and Hollywood has had on the Democratic Party. It comes from this idea that you can manipulate people with lies to get their votes. It comes from

this lack of accountability that just seems to continue to spiral. And I think that what my gut tells me right now is that we just have to keep being honest. I got to just keep being honest. I got to keep focusing on what matters the most outside of party lines. I need to focus on a vision that goes beyond November. And if that means that we stay in and, you know, there's benefits to staying in. If we get over 5% of the vote, we actually establish ourselves as a party. 71% of Americans want a strong third party with a real shot at winning. There's even public funds available if we get over 5% of the vote. So we could get, I think it's like $13.5 million in public funds to keep the party going. And that's, you know, that's worth something. That means that we can position for a real third party election in 2028, where we don't have to go

around and spend 10s of millions of dollars on ballot access, which means that we can spend all of that time and money campaigning. So, you know, there's two options that we're looking at. And one is staying in forming that new party, but we run the risk of a Kamala Harris and Waltz presidency because we draw votes from Trump, or we draw somehow more votes from Trump, or we walk away right now and join forces with Donald Trump. And, you know, we walk away from that and we explain to our base why we're making this decision. What's your first thought, Stock? Well, she said a lot there and there's a lot to unpack.
