Let's start with troubling reports from Moscow that a massive civil defense drill will be held in Russia tomorrow, October 3rd. Doc Burkhardt is here with the report. You see on the screen the Newsweek headline, Russia Prepares Nationwide Drills with Nuclear War Scenario.

And actually, this article is from late last week, and Russia is set to hold nationwide exercises early next month, according to new reports in preparation for the danger of armed conflicts involving nuclear powers. Russian authorities will hold large-scale drills across the country on October 3rd, that's tomorrow, because of the growing danger of armed conflicts, including with nuclear-capable powers near Russia's borders. The Basel Telegram channel, which is linked to Russia's security services, reported on Thursday, citing the head of Russia's Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights, Protection, and Human Well-Being. Now, this will be the first time that Moscow has held such drills, which will imagine that Russia is at least partially under martial law and that up to 70 percent of the country's housing facilities

have been destroyed, the outlet reported. Now, think about that. Think about what scenario they're planning for there. 70% of the country's housing facilities destroyed. Now, these exercises will also suppose that general mobilization has ended, and there is the possibility of radioactive contamination, Baza reported. Now, leaders and officials from across Russian society, from civil defense leaders to heads of state corporations, will take part in the drills, according to the report. Similar smaller-scale exercises have already taken place in several Russian regions, the outlet added. So, Rick, they're making plans. They're doing a drill as if

they have been pretty much hit pretty hard. 70% of the houses. Three-fourths of the country gone. Right. That's the drill scenario. So I'll put this in perspective. If we were having a drill here in the U.S. and Homeland Security said this drill anticipates 70% of America to be destroyed.

We're talking over 200 million people homeless. Yes. If they're alive. If they're alive. That's happening tomorrow in Russia. And on top of that, Doc, and so this was reported on a Telegram channel called Baza. Right.

And I subscribed to it. I didn't see it because they put out a lot of stuff. And it's just literally, it seems like every five minutes there's something being put out by Baza. And a lot of it doesn't pertain to anything that we would be interested in. But that report is quite chilling. And then Newsweek also reported on a nuclear weapons test that Russia will be conducting. Right, Rick. So Mikhail Kovalchuk, Russian President Vladimir Putin's ally, said on Thursday where Moscow could next test its nuclear weapons. Kovalchuk, a physicist and member of an elite group close to Mr. Putin,

proposed testing nuclear weapons at Russia's nuclear test site in Novaya Zemlya, an Arctic Ocean archipelago, at least once to scare the West. At least once to scare the West. That's him right there, as you see on the West. At least once to scare the West. That's him right there. As you see on the screen, he's a scientist, advisor to Putin. But the test of a nuclear bomb by Russia is meant to scare the West.

Doc, isn't that the same as when you have hooligans outside your property that you fire a warning shot in the air? Just to let them know you're there. And that you're armed? Right. And you're prepared to shoot? Yes. That's what Russia's doing.

Now, during the Soviet days, Russia regularly used this site over 100 times. The Soviet Union conducted its first nuclear test and underwater explosion at this site in 1955. And up until 1990, a total of 130 tests were carried out at the site, including the October 1961 detonation of the largest nuclear weapon ever tested, the 50 megaton AN-602 Tsar Bomba Hydro hydrogen bomb, according to the nonprofit organization Nuclear Threat Initiative. Think about that, Doc. They tested the largest nuclear bomb ever tested. At this particular site.

And that was 1961. Yes. And nobody has tested anything bigger since that Russian test in 1961. You can only imagine where we are at. What we could do. What could be done. How far it has advanced. But the largest nuclear explosion on record was done by the Russians at this site, 1961. And they're getting ready to test another nuclear explosion to test to tell the West we're loaded and we're ready to

shoot yes and you better back down they're doing it for the sake of their conscience because they know the Russian leaders know maybe a billion people might die. They know that three-fourths of their country may die. Think about that. They're planning for nearly the total destruction of their country, but still surviving to fight the war. the mysterious website that for over 10, 12 years predicted that America's population would be reduced to 90 million people by 2025.

In a state of unreality, watching mindless, stupid TV shows and movies and videos and TikTok and everything at have absolutely no clue what is about to happen.

Walk outside of this building, just go down the street, knock on doors and say, hey, do you know about a nuclear war that's coming? They'd laugh at you. They would laugh, absolutely laugh at you. They have no idea.

You can talk to people all day long and they don't believe you because they would say, well, if you were right, it would be on CNN. It would be on Fox News. Everybody would say, well, if you were right, it would be on CNN. It would be on Fox News. Everybody would be talking about it if this was real, but nobody's talking about it. So you must be crazy.

We're not crazy. We're the only news source that has consistently told the American people day after day after day after day that we're in World War III, and that if sane minds don't intervene, there's going to be a global calamity unlike anything the human race has seen since the Great Flood. That's where we're at, Doc. The only thing comparable and greater than the death that's coming from this war would be Noah's flood. There's never been another event that's taken out that many people at one time. That's what we're facing. Jesus said his return would be as in the days of Noah so this nuclear test is coming up

The U.S. Federal Communications Commission and Federal Emergency Management Agency Are trialing their U.S. wide emergency alert systems on October 4th Now the Wireless Emergency Alerts, or WEA, system for phones is being tested at the same time as the Emergency Alert System, or EOS, for TVs and radios. So around 2.20 p.m. Eastern Time, 11.20 Pacific Time on Wednesday, cell towers will begin broadcasting the emergency alert for 30 minutes. If your phone is in range of a cell tower, you'll get a message that says, this is a test of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No action is needed.

The alerts sent on TVs and radios will last for one minute and will state, this is a nationwide test of the emergency alert system issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency covering the United States from 1420 to 1450 hours ET. This is only a test. No action is required by the public. So we have been getting messages and emails and chat messages about this alert coming up. You and I have been in radio a long time. We used to manage these alerts and everything on a regular basis. What's different this time? Because it's the day after a nationwide civil defense drill in Russia. That's right. And the scenario is 70%

of Russia destroyed by a nuclear war. I would not be surprised this Wednesday if some cell phones receive a message and some television stations transmit a message that says nuclear war has started. And this wouldn't be the first time that's happened, would it? And they would say that was a mistake. Yes. Disregard it. That was a mistake. Operator

error. Don't pay any attention to the emergency alert that you received. Remember the EAS test they did in Hawaii a few years back where they said, hey, there's missiles incoming. Yes. That's right. They said the missiles are incoming to Hawaii. And then they just said it was a mistake. A mistake. All right. So, Doc, we have a Russian civil defense drill tomorrow on nuclear war.
