Starting point is 00:00:35 supply needs. An all-out war between India and Pakistan could erupt by Friday. The war could become the world's first nuclear war. In other World War III news, a chemical plant exploded in Iran and the Israelis aren't shy about talking about who did it. Meanwhile, President Zelensky hinted that the Ukrainian military may attack Russia's Victory Day parade on May 9. This is True News for Wednesday, April 30, 2025. True News' last podcast will be this Friday. Starting next Monday, Dr. Burkhardt and I will work exclusively in teaching the Word of God to those who have ears to hear. Let's begin our analysis and commentary
Starting point is 00:01:47 of today's world news by looking at this headline, published in Pakistan by The Nation newspaper, India planning military action against Pakistan in next 24 to 36 hours. Now this came out last night. Right. So the clock is ticking. Literally, Doc, the clock is ticking. Literally.
Starting point is 00:02:06 I mean, it is ticking there. Minister for Information and Broadcasting Atula Tarrar has sounded the alarm over what he's calling credible intelligence indicating that neighboring India may launch military action against Pakistan within the next 24 to 36 hours using unfounded allegations, this is the way the nation is reporting it, related to the recent Pahalgram incident and terrorist attack as justification. In a video statement, Tarrar declared that any Indian aggression would be met with a certain and decisive response, underscoring Pakistan's unwavering commitment
Starting point is 00:02:45 to defending its sovereignty and territorial integrity. He said the responsibility for the consequences of any conflict will lie squarely with India, he warned. And then Times of India, Prime Minister Modi gives armed forces free hand to respond to Pakistan. Again, this was published last night. So I saw these two articles back to back and I knew things were escalating
Starting point is 00:03:12 in the India-Pakistan conflict and that this was becoming very serious. And so it says, amid growing indications of retaliation, Prime Minister Modi has given complete operational freedom to India's armed forces to decide on the mode, targets, and timing of response to Pakistan. So what happened?
Starting point is 00:03:38 There was a terrorist attack last week on the India-Pakistan border. Yes. And a lot of tourists were killed. Yes. Pakistan is blaming India and India is blaming Pakistan. And they're now fighting, literally fighting. They're not just throwing words. I, this is the movement of Indian military personnel going to the India-Pakistan border. Once again, another viewpoint, trucks moving at night on the way to what's called the LOC Line of Control. Right. It's kind of like a DMZ that separates the two countries.
Starting point is 00:04:27 Then Times of India. India issues strong warning to Pakistan against violating ceasefire along line of control. Yes, the article from Times of India says that the Director General of Military Operations of India and Pakistan spoke via hotline on Tuesday following Pakistan's unprovoked firing along the Line of Control, as Rick was speaking about in Jammu and Kashmir. During the conversation, the Indian Army is said to have issued a strong warning to Pakistan over the ceasefire violations.
Starting point is 00:05:02 These exchanges occurred between the backdrop of rising tensions between the two countries in the wake of the ceasefire violations. These exchanges occurred between the backdrop of rising tensions between the two countries in the wake of the recent terror attack. The cabinet committee on security, headed by Prime Minister Modi, met amid speculations about India's possible retaliation to the terrorist attack, given its cross border linkages. Right now, there is firing underway along that line of control.
Starting point is 00:05:29 Oh yeah, so Doc, when we say that things are heating up, we mean it. That is not a target practice. They're shooting at each other. Right, and this is ongoing right now. Folks, this is how fast the world can change on you. And if you were watching any of the mainstream media here in the US, you wouldn't know anything about this. They're not talking about it at all.
Starting point is 00:05:51 Not Fox, not CNN, nobody. They're talking about it's Donald Trump's 100th day in office. And you have a potential nuclear war brewing. Listen to the firing in this episode. And they're not shooting just guns at each other. They're firing rockets at each other. This is how fast this has escalated in less than a week. It's gone from a terrorist attack, border dispute issue. Now you've got India and Pakistan facing off.
Starting point is 00:06:22 But here's what you need to consider everybody that India and Pakistan have nuclear weapons. They are nuclear powers. And if Pakistan feels threatened, India feels threatened, I am of the opinion they will not hesitate to even go nuclear really fast, Rick. This is one of those stories that is under the radar for most of the world and everything until the big bombs start dropping. That's right and they hate each other. Yes. I mean it's visceral hatred. And it all started, you know Pakistan used used to be part of India. Yes. Until the Brits drew a line in the dirt.
Starting point is 00:07:07 In Bangladesh? Yes. And said, this is where you're going to be now, and this is where you're going to be. And then now here we are, nearly 100 years later. And it was divided by religion. Yes. Pakistan is Islam, and India is Hindu. And so you've got Muslims fighting Hindus and both sides have nuclear weapons.
Starting point is 00:07:34 And the Pakistanis are saying they have intelligence that has convinced them that the Indian government is going to launch a major military operation in the next 24 to 36 hours. And again, that was last night. Right. So we are well into this countdown. And then when I saw, that was the first article I saw about the 36 hour countdown. But then when I went to the Times of India, and I saw that the prime minister had signed off, giving the Indian military free rein, yes, do
Starting point is 00:08:16 what you got to do. You you're authorized to carry out whatever strike you've got to do. Then I knew this fights on. carry out whatever strike you've got to do. Then I knew this fights on. This is getting very serious and we could have a nuclear war by this weekend. Maybe even literally by tonight tomorrow morning.
Starting point is 00:08:40 It's that serious folks. Another one. Let's see. This is. Did we do we show number eight? Yes, we did. We did. All right. So we saw that one. And number nine, Pakistan Army responds to Indian firing at the line of control. Basically, we've shown you the videos. I've got a video of Pakistan's army chief, their highest ranking general on the front lines at the border with a warning
Starting point is 00:09:16 for with India. Here we go. Here's a short video. I'm here to reassure the people that we, the defenders of Pakistan, will never hesitate from any sacrifice in preserving our sovereignty and territorial integrity. And we will fight for as long as it is required. And war makes strange bedfellows, doesn't it, Rick? It does. So, India today, India takes Taliban on its side, pushes Pakistan into a corner. So the Indian government is moving about to other nations trying to get
Starting point is 00:10:01 allies in this war. So isn't that how you get a world war? That's right. And this is a dramatic shift in policy for India. India is taking the Taliban-led government in Afghanistan on its side as it moves to act against Pakistan over the recent massacre. India has held talks with Kabul even as Pakistan faces a Taliban-linked insurgency in one of its provinces. And this comes even as Prime Minister Modi, as Rick said, gave complete operational control
Starting point is 00:10:31 to Indian Armed Forces on the response. The Taliban, of course, and they've come out on the side of India on this, have condemned the terror attack in Kashmir and are reaching out for better ties with New Delhi. Now, this is really a diplomatic coup for New Delhi, which actually snapped formal ties with Kabul after the Taliban takeover in August of 2021. Pakistan, which hosted and sponsored the rebels, seems to have lost out on this deal and Indian delegation visited Kabul on Monday where it met the Taliban's top leadership and discussed recent regional developments, pushing Pakistan further into the corner. So we're going to see Afghanistan come into a world war on the side of India?
Starting point is 00:11:19 With a Taliban leading Afghanistan. And what did we leave behind? What did Joe Biden leave behind? Eighty billion dollars worth of military equipment. Which could come in handy in a big war, couldn't it? Right. OK, the next two articles. This gets interesting. Pakistan today, Pakistan has credible evidence of regional adversaries. has credible evidence of regional adversaries.
Starting point is 00:11:47 That regional adversaries sponsored the Jaffar Express attack. That's the attack on the, it's on a train. Yes, a separate terrorist attack. Yeah, this is a separate one. Yes. So yeah, go ahead. Yeah, Pakistan informed the United Nations on Tuesday that the country had credible evidence proving that the Jaffar Express attack was externally sponsored by regional adversaries.
Starting point is 00:12:11 The Jaffar Express train was hijacked on March 11th when Balochistan Liberation Army terrorists ambushed and hijacked the Peshawar bound train carrying 440 passengers. Security forces launched a two day operation concluding on March 12th. And then we have this from the nation in Pakistan where the leaders, the Pakistan Ulemi Council declares Friday a Yom-e-Istikam Pakistan amid rising regional tensions.
Starting point is 00:12:44 Basically declaring a holy war in all of this. This Friday. Right. Chairman of the Pakistan Al-Aliymi Council, Alama Ashrafi has announced the upcoming Friday will be observed as what's being called Day of Pakistan's Resolved. Just folks hang on because what Doc's about to get to something here. There's a reason that we are bringing this article to you. Right, so in a statement from Lahore, Ashrafi highlighted the credible evidence of Indian involvement in terrorism has emerged not only in Pakistan but also internationally in countries like Canada and the United States. Ashrafi alludes that the recent incident in Pahagram was a joint operation by Israel's
Starting point is 00:13:31 Mossad and India's RAW designed to falsely implicate Pakistan and to transform occupied Kashmir into a conflict zone similar to Gaza. All signs indicate Mossad's presence in occupied Kashmir with the intent of sparking Gaza style conflict. The prime minister and foreign minister of Pakistan have offered to facilitate an impartial investigation into the Pahagam event, he stated. All right, so, Doc, he doesn't present any evidence that the Israeli Mossad are involved in this fighting
Starting point is 00:14:08 But let's just take him at his word Let's say he does have the evidence Why is Israel was the Israeli Mossad? Trying to start a war between India and Pakistan What's in it for Israel? Except they're killing Muslims What's in it for Israel, except they're killing Muslims? That's part of it. It could also be offering a distraction from what Israel's doing in the Middle East.
Starting point is 00:14:33 Maybe Israel is wanting to do something big against Iran and they need an excuse. No, if Iran and Pakistan start shooting off heavy, heavy weapons at each other, what's to stop Israel from doing the same thing to Iran? Well, Doc, remember last year during the heated fighting in Gaza? I don't recall who the official was in Pakistan, whether it was a civilian politician or a military officer. But somebody threatened the possible use of Pakistan nuclear missiles against Israel for killing Gazan Palestinian Muslims. I recall that, yes.
Starting point is 00:15:18 It just was out there for one day. The the the possibility that Pakistan would come to the defense of the Palestinians. So did Mossad, did they get an assignment? We got to take out Pakistan. They could take on Israel. They've got nukes and they just threatened to nuke the Zionist state. I don't know. It didn't present any evidence, but the fact that he said it
Starting point is 00:15:50 gets you an honorable mention on true news. Then we have Jerusalem Post. Iranian port blasts could be planned attack, not an accident, IDF general says. Planned by who, my friend? That's the question. In an interview with the media line, General Amr Avivi hinted at Israeli involvement in a recent chemical strike on Iranian rocket fuel, observing that this attack was on fuel for ballistic rockets. So it makes sense that this is a planned attack and not an accident. So he's admitting that Israel may have been involved in this. But this is a second attack. Yes. This is not the port. Right. This is a different one. Now he noted that the Iranian state media are laughing at the US.
Starting point is 00:16:32 They think they're having the upper hand. Impress President Trump to choose whether he's going to be a Churchill or a Chamberlain, insisting that if Iran does not fully dismantle its nuclear sites, there's one option, an attack on the nuclear sites. Vivi said that the Iranian state media are laughing at the new US and so that's... Repeat. Right. So the idea here, of course, is that Israel still has a plan to take down Iran, one way or another. And what if Donald Trump does make a deal with Iran and does, you know, come up with
Starting point is 00:17:09 a solution and a plan to manage the Iranian nuclear sites? Doctor, do the Israelis spark a war between India and Pakistan and in the middle of all the chaos they strike out at Iran? It would be great cover for them. I mean, no one saw the India Pakistan situation coming. At least not the timeline that we're talking about. BBC's got a here's an article huge blast at Iranian port kills 28. Now this is a different this is the port. Right. Okay, so
Starting point is 00:17:43 there was a port that was attacked earlier last week and then the chemical plant. Right. So two different events that are taking place in Iran. They're obviously, I mean, it obviously Israel's behind it. Stuff's blowing up in Iran. Right. And there's only one country that wants things to blow up. Yes. Let's go to World War Three in Europe. London Times. Ukraine hopes to sign US mineral deal within 24 hours. Well that sounds great doesn't it? Yeah that was early this morning. Kiev has agreed to sign a long-awaited minerals deal with Washington hopes to do so by Thursday, the Ukrainian prime minister has said. This is truly a good, equal, and beneficial international agreement on joint investments in the development and recovery of Ukraine. That's coming from
Starting point is 00:18:35 Dnysh Shmihal on national TV. I hope that the agreement will be signed soon within the next 24 hours. Now, Yulia Saveri-Denko, the economy minister, is traveling to Washington to finalize the agreement. I think maybe late evening Kiev time, the deal there can be signed. So it must be signed by now, right? Well, things happen when you're dealing with Zelensky, don't they? Yes, so we go to the Financial Times in London, the US Ukraine
Starting point is 00:19:06 Minerals Deal hits last minute hurdle. Imagine that doc, they're getting ready to sign it. And the Ukrainians backed out. Yes. So like the headline says, the US and Ukraine had hit last minute hurdles, as they were on the verge of signing a framework deal on exploiting Ukraine's minerals. Now the agreement they had been due to sign after marathon negotiations, which was seen by the Financial Times, said Washington and Kiev would boost investment in Ukraine by developing its natural resources and creating a joint investment fund.
Starting point is 00:19:41 We've talked about this quite a bit in the past. But problems arose as Ukraine's first deputy prime minister, Yulia Shveri-Denko, flew to Washington on Wednesday to sign the deal, according to three people familiar with the matter. US Treasury Secretary Scott Besson's team told Shveri-Denko she should be ready to sign all agreements or go back home, the people said. Now, all agreements, not just a singular agreement, but all agreements. The Americans want the Ukrainians to sign not just the framework deal, but also a second detailed fund agreement that would complete the full minerals deal and a third technical document altogether on Wednesday said three people briefed on the situation.
Starting point is 00:20:26 Now a person familiar with the U.S.'s thinking said on Wednesday that Ukraine had sought to revisit terms, as they always do, agreed at the weekend, and that Shveri Dinko had been told not to fly to the U.S. until the agreements were finalized. They don't stop. Yeah. They just don't stop. were finalized. They don't stop. Yeah. They just don't stop. I can only imagine the frustration in Donald Trump's mind dealing with somebody
Starting point is 00:20:53 at the level of Mr. Zelensky and his staff, and the way that they're operating, and constantly changing terms, promising to sign, and at the last minute saying, oh, wait a minute, we have to change, we've got a few items on page three that we have to change. He's been playing this game for months and it hasn't worked. And I think what he's risking is Donald Trump, President Trump becoming furious and simply pulling out completely from Ukraine
Starting point is 00:21:32 and saying, you're at the mercy of the Russians now. We're not doing anything to help you. Right. You know, Rick, over the course of his lifetime, you know, real estate mogul Donald Trump, how many closings do you think he's been at over the course of, you know, four or five decades of doing business, probably thousands of closings over those years? Imagine the frustration of
Starting point is 00:21:54 getting to closing day. And the guy on the other side of the table said, Oh, there's a one more term I wanted to talk to you about here before we sign all three of these agreements. You come to a point in time where you just say, I'm done. I got other deals to work on. I got other things to do. You guys can blow up your own house if you want to. Because they're not professional and they don't keep their word.
Starting point is 00:22:17 And you start to think you're dealing with a clown and you are the guy was a comedian. Right. And you were dealing with the most corrupt country in Europe. Run by a clown. Yes. A corrupt clown. Now, Mr. Zelensky is not done. Russia today, Zelensky openly threatening
Starting point is 00:22:40 Victory Day terrorist attack. Victory Day is the big parade, the day that Russia commemorates in the defeat of Nazism. That's right. According to Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova, Ukraine's Zelensky has openly threatened to target the Victory Day parade in Moscow on May the 9th. On Tuesday, Mr. Zelensky described targeting Russia pressure points to push the country towards diplomacy as he reiterated the ceasefire call. Said they are now concerned that their parade is in jeopardy and rightly so, he remarked, referring
Starting point is 00:23:19 to the event scheduled for May 9th in Red Square. What they should worry about is that this war continues. Now, Ms. Zakharova reacted on social media on Wednesday asking what kind of truce Kiev can offer given that the Zelensky government is literally planning terrorist attacks on air. She added that boasting about such intentions is exactly what typical terrorists do. Now, Ukrainian media actively discussed the prospect of striking Red Square while President
Starting point is 00:23:50 Vladimir Putin and foreign dignitaries observed the parade. On Tuesday, Member of Parliament Roman Kostenko, Secretary of the country's Parliamentary Defense Committee, stated that Kiev possesses, listen to this, the necessary weapons systems for such an operation, asserting that planning it would not be difficult. Where'd they get those necessary weapons systems, Rick? The United States. That's right. Great Britain and Germany. Yes.
Starting point is 00:24:19 So think about this, next week, May 9, that's about a week away, maybe just a little bit more than a week, and the big Victory Day parade is underway in Moscow, and you've got, you know, tens of thousands of soldiers marching, you've got hundreds of thousands of Russians watching the parade in the reviewing stand is Vladimir Putin. There's a Dmitry Medvedev Xi Jinping will be there. Yes, mr. Lavrov. They're all there Poor Shinko. I mean imagine if there was and a British storm shadow missile or a German Where they call theirs? I forget what the Germans call theirs. But imagine a Western rocket comes into the parade review ground. And people are killed and injured or world leaders. Imagine if you took out several world leaders in one strike then you'd really have a fight going on isn't that how World War one
Starting point is 00:25:31 got started with the murder of one person that's right the Archduke Ferdinand and that that started it I hope that they don't do something this ridiculous, but I still think the European warmongers that manipulate Emmanuel Macron and Kerr Stammer and Mr. Mers in Germany, I think the warmongers are quite capable of doing this because they want to keep this war going. They want to interrupt President Trump from entering in any kind of agreement with Russia and Ukraine to stop the war. They want this war to continue. And yes, I think they would blow up Red Square on May 9.
Starting point is 00:26:25 We've got a video. This is this is Mr. Zelensky not ruling out the possibility that he could strike Moscow during the 80th Victory Day anniversary. Doc is going to read the English subtitles. Right now, they're worried that their parade is in question. And they're right to be worried that this war is still ongoing. They must end the war. So was that a threat?
Starting point is 00:27:04 Whether it was, I think it's a threat, a veiled threat, but still a threat nonetheless. Because at least in their minds, the war would still be continuing. So we've got to get this war wound up or we're going to be really in a big mess really fast. So Doc, one of the rules I've always heard for decades about monitoring the economy is keep your eyes on copper. That metal, the prices of copper, either the supply of copper, it is a barometer of where the economy is going. Yes, and the reason why is because it's used in so many applications from electronics to electricity to, I mean, so many different, every motor that's built on or every electric motor that's built has to have copper. And so the what happens with copper tells a story about manufacturing,
Starting point is 00:28:06 military applications, everything else. Yeah, because if the price of copper is climbing, it means the economy is hot. Right. If copper is going down in price, it means there's not a very strong demand for copper. And that means the economy is cooling. So look at this from the Financial Times. China's copper supply set to run out as U.S. tariffs bite. All right. Now we'll walk you through this story here. China's copper stockpiles are on track to dwindle to nothing in just a few months as the market suffers one of the greatest tightening shocks in its history on fears of US tariffs. That's according to senior executives at commodities trading house Mercuria. Huge US demand as buyers rush to get their hands on copper ahead of potential imposition of levies by the Trump administration
Starting point is 00:28:58 was sucking imports of the metal into the country from the rest of the world and setting it up in direct competition with China for supplies. Chinese stocks of copper have rapidly declined over the past few weeks and at the current pace of draws, those Chinese inventories could deplete to zero in the middle of June. That's coming from Nicholas Snowden, Mercurius Head of Metals and Mining Research. According to the Shanghai Futures Exchange data, the country's inventory fell by look at this number here, almost 55,000 tons to 116,800 tons last week, the biggest weekly drop on record. This is potentially going to be one of the greatest tightening shocks this market's ever seen. Beijing had a razor thin
Starting point is 00:29:45 inventory buffer to meet domestic demand, he added. So every vehicle, every military application, everything, every kind of machine that you want to build in China could come to a screeching halt here within the next few weeks, Rick. Yes. China could be out of copper. The economy is going to change worldwide, globally. The economy is going to change in coming months. And if the cycles experts like Harry Dent and Charles Nenner and others are, if they're correct,
Starting point is 00:30:22 they are forecasting an extreme downturn in the last quarter of 2025 and predicting depression in 2026, depression with a D. So when you see things like this and you know that China's economy is going to be like an emergency break is pulled. And the shipping containers are empty coming in. They're not even, it's not that they're empty, they're not even being shipped from China. There's nothing leaving. Yeah, we talked about a little bit about that yesterday, about the massive drop of containers and everything at the Port of Los Angeles. And then we have this Wall Street Journal report today. China's export orders plunge hit by Trump's trade war.
Starting point is 00:31:21 China's economy showed its first significant signs of damage from the trade war. Steep U.S. tariffs pummeled export orders and production of the country's factories. A gauge of new export orders fell in April to its lowest readings since COVID ravaged the country in 2022, while overall manufacturing activity in China was the weakest in more than a year. That's according to surveys published by Wednesday by China's National Bureau of Statistics. Now you have to understand that's government run and they might not be telling the whole story. The sharp pullback shows President Trump's eye watering tariffs on
Starting point is 00:31:58 Chinese imports are starting to squeeze the engine room of Chinese economy, piling pressure on Beijing to boost its stimulus efforts to shore up growth. And so there's no easy end in sight in this even if we resolved everything today, and we were back to where we were, what was it a month and half ago, it would still take weeks, months, maybe even a year to normalize things. And so it's going to be a difficult time for it would still take weeks, months, maybe even a year to normalize things. And so it's gonna be a difficult time for us to adjust
Starting point is 00:32:30 here in the US, but it's gonna be a much more difficult time for China because they rely on those exports, Rick. Which means China's gonna be cutting jobs. And that produces social unrest and they can't afford it. This next article is Financial Times of London UPS to cut 20,000 jobs as it prepares to cut in half the Amazon shipments. What does that tell you? That tells you that the exports are really dropping fast. UPS has
Starting point is 00:33:06 said it will cut 20,000 jobs this year and close more than 70 buildings as the logistics group seeks to reduce cost and prepare for halving half in package volume from Amazon, its biggest customer. The job cuts will target workers responsible for delivering packages to customers in support of UPS's transportation and logistics services. If you recall, the group cut about 14,000 jobs last year, primarily at the management level.
Starting point is 00:33:35 But this latest reduction in headcount is part of UPS's plan, what they're saying is to boost efficiency and consolidate its U. network. After it said in January, it had reached an agreement in principle with its largest customer Amazon to lower its volume by the second half of 2026. So they're way ahead of the schedule now to align its network with Amazon's coming decline in business. UPS said on Tuesday, it also expected to close up to 73 leased and owned buildings this year. He had previously indicated it would also need
Starting point is 00:34:11 to reduce its aircraft and vehicle fleets. So there's big changes coming to UPS here, Rick. And there's that domino effect that's taking place. Yes. And UPS is is anticipating that a significant reduction from Amazon shipments will be hitting UPS in the second half of 2026. They that's what they had anticipated back in January. But now that timeline, they're moving it up. They're moving it up. They're moving it up. They're moving it up. So what do you need to do?
Starting point is 00:34:47 Well, let's move into the Gold Co. report. Financial Times. Financial Times owned by the Rothschild family. Never forget that. Rothschild's owned that newspaper. Chinese investors pile into gold funds at record pace. That's the front page of the Financial Times today. Chinese investors are piling into gold funds at a record pace as Donald Trump's trade war and fears over US recession and inflation drive a hunt for haven assets inflows into gold exchange trade of funds in China total 70 tons or $7.4 billion.
Starting point is 00:35:31 So far this month more than double the previous monthly record according to the World Gold Council the industry body. Now, let me say so the Chinese are buying, they're buying ETFs. I would not recommend an ETF. That's my personal view. You've got a piece of paper that says you own some gold somewhere. And paper burns Rick. Yes. Gold doesn't. You're assuming that the person who sold you the paper actually has the gold.
Starting point is 00:36:04 Right. But what I want you to see is that a massive amount of Chinese money is being poured into gold ETFs. I would recommend that you buy gold coins, real ones that you hold, not a piece of paper that says somewhere in the world there's gold in a vault. That you can go look at if you really needed to. Yes, you got a piece of paper but you don't have any gold in your hands. So get in touch with Goco. The article quotes John Reed at the World Gold Council saying, while we have seen ETF demand from other regions, China is really in the lead.
Starting point is 00:36:52 Adding that the Chinese investment demand for the precious metal has risen dramatically this month. What happened in China? That so many people in China are saying we've got to get gold. Right. See, look at this stuff. What's happening? Why is there a rush in China to buy gold?
Starting point is 00:37:13 There should be a rush to call 844-960-GOLD. That's GoCo's phone number. 844-960-GOLD. Get your hands on some of it. Own it. Have physical gold, not paper gold, have physical gold. That's my personal recommendation. Gold Co. 844-960-GOLD. CNBC, Eric Trump said, if banks don't watch what's coming, they'll be extinct in
Starting point is 00:37:51 10 years. Let that sink in folks. This is President Trump's son saying banks could disappear in the next decade. Let's watch. Smart people and low taxes. I mean, truly, you know, that's probably the two. And the willingness to again say yes, back to the first part of our interview. The willingness to actually look forward and realize that the modern financial system is broken, it's slow, it's expensive. And there's nothing that can be done on blockchain
Starting point is 00:38:27 that can't be done better than the way that the current financial institutions are working. Swift is an absolute disaster. There's not a week that goes by that I'm either trying to send out a wire on a Friday afternoon or trying to receive a wire on a Friday afternoon, you're worried if you're gonna hit that four o'clock cutoff time,
Starting point is 00:38:43 where you might not see whatever funds you're supposed to be receiving in the ordinary course of business for another 72 hours or whatever it might be, it's insane. Why do banks work nine to five with a long lunch break, Monday through Friday? It doesn't make a whole lot of sense. You could go try and get a mortgage in the United States or really anywhere else around the world, but you and whoever your spouse is, you could sit there for 90 days, 120 days, going through and know your customer with a bank that's literally been your banker for the last 25 years.
Starting point is 00:39:16 It takes you what, 120 days to get a mortgage to buy a house? By the time you get the mortgage, the house that you want to buy is already gone and your dream is already imploded. This isn't modern finance. This is incompetence. Try and transfer money across the world. You want to go buy a watch. You want to go buy a car. You want to go do whatever it is. The banks take half of that. You have currency conversion rates. You have all sorts of things. You have to find a branch bank in a country with a person, a banker you've never spoken to before. You don't even know if they're a real life banker or if they're a fraudster. Whereas you can open up a DeFi app right now.
Starting point is 00:39:49 You can open up any cryptocurrency app and you can send money wallet to wallet instantaneously without the expense, without the variability. Our banking system is broken. Our banking system is antiquated. Our banking system favors the ultra wealthy. And what actually got me into it is the fact that I realized our banking system, it was weaponized against the vast majority of people in our country, either the people that don't have the zeros on their balance sheet or people who might have worn that red hat that said make America great again.
Starting point is 00:40:24 And it forced me into the crypto world. And, and I'm telling you, if the banks don't watch what's coming, they're going to be extinct and tenuous. Well, I wouldn't shed any tears over that. And I think about during COVID Rick, how many people were debanked in Canada and some here in the U S two, uh, because of their, uh, you know, refusal to accept the vaccine mandate, and we're telling people not to accept it.
Starting point is 00:40:48 Same thing relates to other topics and other discussions out there where a group of people say, we'll just take your bank account away from you because we don't like you or your politics or your opinion. I personally know a man, I've known him for many, many years in the state of Texas, and he was appointed to the Texas Trump campaign.
Starting point is 00:41:06 And when it was publicized, a major bank where he had banked for decades, personally, his business affairs, his trust funds, I think he had 16 accounts at this bank. And they closed his bank account the next day after the publicity was in the newspaper that he had been appointed to a statewide campaign committee for Donald Trump. That was back in 2020. Right. And Eric Trump makes some good points here about banks. We've always joked all of our lives about bankers' hours, but what he's saying is true. We live in a world where business takes place 24-7,
Starting point is 00:41:51 you know, every day, all day, but banks are only open a certain number of hours. And a wire transfer, oh my goodness, doing a wire transfer is still a headache to this day. I can't tell you how frustrating it is when you try to arrange a wire transfer with a bank, but I can go on my app on my phone and I can send money to a family in the Philippines or to a friend anywhere in the world instantly. Hilliard And, Doc, small businesses that have a steady cash flow, they can get a loan within minutes. If you go to the bank, you have to physically go to the bank. You have to be questioned,
Starting point is 00:42:39 interviewed. You've got to take all of your underwear there, you've got to do all these things over several weeks to get a business loan. Or you can go online and have the money in your bank account in less than probably 30 minutes. So, the question then now comes, what do banks actually do, Rick? What is the purpose of a bank? It used to be a place to bank your money. Launder. But what do they do now? They just do laundry.
Starting point is 00:43:12 I guess. I don't know how they stay open. I really don't know. To me, they are often- When's the last time you were physically in a bank, Rick? Years. Yeah, it's been two years for me. I would say two years.
Starting point is 00:43:24 And that was just signed some papers, and now, I would say two years and that was just signed some papers and now I don't have to do that that was the same thing I had to I had to leave work I had to go make an appointment sit down at a bank sign a paper like why why can't I just do DocuSign but but when Eric Trump is saying that we could see the end of banks in 10 years, that's when we talk about when Ray Dalio talked about this realignment that's taking place, social, political borders are going to change, but the banking system, we've had the same banking system since the Middle Ages. Yes.
Starting point is 00:44:01 I mean really, that's what it is. We've had the same banking system since at least the 1300s. Yes. And I've got another article from CNBC. Britain, at risk of losing ground to rival fintech as financial technology, fintech, and crypto hubs and executive warns. Yes, it says that Britain risks budding fintech and cryptocurrency entrepreneurs to rival hubs if it doesn't address pressing regulation and funding challenges.
Starting point is 00:44:33 Several crypto bosses told CNBC this week that the UK has created an unfavorable environment for fintech and crypto. They argued that the local regulator takes too strict an approach to registering new firms and that pension funds managing trillions of pounds are too risk-averse. Decades ago, the UK was seen as being at the forefront in terms of promoting competitiveness and innovation. Today, things have shifted more towards prioritizing safety and soundness to an extent where growth has been held behind. That's according to J.D. Janadarna, CEO of British digital bank Zopa. If I look at the speed of innovation, I do feel that the U.S. is ahead although they have their own challenges. But look at Singapore, Hong Kong, and
Starting point is 00:45:20 again you see much more rapid innovation. I think we are still ahead of the EU but we can't remain complacent with that. So what is it again? Banks are holding up the process in this and I think Eric Trump may be on to something. It may be the end of banks. I can't believe if there's no banks, there's no banksters Rick Or they'll just put on a different hat Again, what is the purpose of a bank today? Right? What does it do? When's the last time you wrote a check? All that has to be at least a couple years at least a couple years
Starting point is 00:46:08 So again, what's the purpose of the bank? And banks today are not the banks that you grew up with as a kid. I remember you used to have a local bank, you had a banker, remember? You had your banker. Right. Well Jim is so-and-so is my banker, like your doctor, your lawyer. You've got a banker. He was the guy you went to for whatever banking needs you had. If you had to open a Christmas Club account, whatever, you went to your banker to do that. But what what purpose do banks serve to this day other than occupy real estate and charge people to use your money. Major change taking place. We're witnessing a profound changes.
Starting point is 00:46:49 Ray Dalio said the other day in his blog, the global monetary order is breaking up and it's too late to fix it. He said world leaders had time, they could have managed this transition, but they didn't. Now it's just cracking up, it's just breaking up, and it's too late to fix it. So we're going to see profound changes in the economy and in the world and geopolitical boundaries.
Starting point is 00:47:20 Wars create new maps. If you're in the map business, the war is the best time because when the war is over, you have to print new maps. That's right. Because there are new countries, new boundaries. Time magazine, Inside Trump's First 100 Days, this is a big article. People magazine, Donald Trump says loopholes have been discussed for a third presidential term. President Trump addressed his recent claim that he is not joking about running for a third presidential term. During a phone interview with NBC News last month, the president first commented, insinuating that there are methods of bypassing the Constitution.
Starting point is 00:48:06 When asked about these claims in a new interview with Time magazine, President Trump doubled down, stating that there are some well-known loopholes to the Supreme Law. Yes, that's right, Rick. As Time asked President Trump, you recently said you were not joking about seeking a third term and that there were methods to do it.
Starting point is 00:48:24 What methods? The politician responded, I'd rather not discuss that right now, but as you know there are some loopholes that have been discussed that are well known, but I don't believe in loopholes. President Trump added, I don't believe in using loopholes. So is that a disclaimer? I'm not going to do it if I have to use a loophole? He's used loopholes all of his life. Roy Cohn told him to use loopholes, Rick. The king of loopholes.
Starting point is 00:48:57 So then the White House press secretary, Carolyn Lovett, she was asked about the Trump 2028 hats being sold and t-shirts at the Trump Organization store. This is what she said. The official Trump stores now selling hats and say Trump 2028, 50 bucks. Even though the Constitution doesn't envision a term three for President Trump or any Trump or any president? Is that just a hat? It's just a hat. The president was asked and answered this question yesterday. It's not something he's thinking of, though.
Starting point is 00:49:32 I hear the hats are flying off the shelves. But it's they're flying off the shelves. Yes, but it's just a hat. All right. So she denied it and she embraced it. Yes. London Times president Trump. will I seek a third term? That would be a big shattering. Yes.
Starting point is 00:49:52 So now he brings it back. That's right. So President Trump has refused to rule out a third presidential term, admitting that such a move would shatter Democratic conventions. The 22nd Amendment to the US Constitution currently limits presidents to two four-year terms in office. But it has been reported that President Trump's team is exploring ways to circumvent that. Speaking to the Atlantic, President Trump said that lots of his supporters were eager for him to stay in the White House beyond 2028.
Starting point is 00:50:22 That would be a big shattering, wouldn't it? He said, well, maybe I'm just trying to shatter. It's not something that I'm looking to do. And I think it would be a very hard thing to do. So there are big hurdles to overcome in doing that. But he doesn't rule it out. If he doesn't run for a third presidential term, he joked that he'd like to be the next pope of the Roman Catholic Church. This is Reuters news agency. Trump jokes that he'd like to be the next pope. Yeah they caught President Trump out on
Starting point is 00:50:57 the White House lawn and asked him that question specifically, and this was the response that he gave. As Pope? I'd like to be Pope. That would be my number one choice. I don't know. I have no preference. I must say we have a cardinal that happens to be out of a place called New York who's very good.
Starting point is 00:51:21 So we'll see what happens. Of course, the media went nuts over that. But he actually used it to endorse his cardinal. Right. Okay, so many years ago, back in the early days of True News, and this Friday is our last episode. It seems so surreal. But folks, after 26 years, I think I've earned a break, a rest. And that's exactly what I'm going to do, but I'm not going to go away.
Starting point is 00:51:54 I'm not going to disappear. Doc and I are going to be working together every day, teaching the Word of God on morning manna. We have plans for morning manna. I'm just not going to do this anymore. I've done this for 26 years and the Holy Spirit told me that it's time to turn the lights out on it, that it was a mission accomplished, that the Lord was done with using this work, that the Lord was done with using this work, that it had accomplished His purpose, and that I should not continue in it. He had other work for me.
Starting point is 00:52:32 But many years ago, I interviewed a lot of people. I think I recorded 5,000 interviews up until about from 1999 to 2016. We changed the format in 2016. I think I recorded 5,000 interviews. And one person that I loved interviewing was Catherine Austin Fitz, who was in the administration of George Herbert Walker Bush. And now she's well sought after you know that was back in the days
Starting point is 00:53:07 when nobody knew who she was and I know true news we you know we featured her many times and our audience really was impressed with her and then that got other podcasts to to interview her now you know she's she's well known so she was on the Tucker Carlson show, and I've got three clips before we run out of time here today, and she said, Tucker Carlson asked, Catherine, are we approaching an extinction event on the planet?
Starting point is 00:53:42 And then they're gonna get into talking about underground bases. On the Tucker Carlson show. They're talking about tunnels and underground cities. Hang on. I had a- Hang on to your hat, folks. I had a dream about an underground military base in 1978.
Starting point is 00:54:07 in 1978. I was talking about hybrid human soldiers in an underground base, but I'm so glad, I'm glad that these young guys are discovering that, yeah, they actually, the government has bases underground. So here's Catherine Al a Katherine Alston fits She's as answering the question. Are we approaching an extinction event? So of course it's not and I think we you know, people have figured that out. Yeah But but that doesn't mean that smart highly informed people aren't worried about geophysical risks. They are, and I know some of them are.
Starting point is 00:54:49 So what do you think those risks are that honest, smart people who are interested in self-preservation and thriving, like what are the risks they're worried about? So I think the first is a solar minimum where you get big drops in the economy and the agriculture and you can't feed the population. Because there are changes in climate because of the distance of the earth from the sun. And that changes. Right. So we know throughout history, we go through periods of solar minimum.
Starting point is 00:55:17 Solar minimum is the name? I think it's called solar minimum. I'm not an expert in any of this. So they are worried about climate change, but they don't think it's coming from your suburban. Right. It's not coming from human behavior. Now there are environmental problems coming from human behavior.
Starting point is 00:55:33 For sure. That's for sure. Right. So that's one. And do you think that risk is real? I don't know. For the record, I have one friend who's very well informed who has convinced me that that is real, that they're very concerned about water.
Starting point is 00:55:52 If you look at the history of solar minimums and you look at what it does to, there was a Russian, I can't remember if he was an economist or science, that did a lot of research on the stock market and solar activity. If you're the central bankers and you're in charge of managing the financial system, that reality would make me very nervous. I think there's something there worth understanding. The other thing is it appears to me, if you go back through history, every 10,000, 12,000 years we have some kind of huge disaster.
Starting point is 00:56:31 An extinction event. A near extinction event. So I don't know if you've ever read the science fiction book, Three Body Problem. No. It's fascinating. It's one of the top Chinese science fiction and it's about a plant. I've read no Chinese science fiction. Okay. I'm feeling very ignorant this morning.
Starting point is 00:56:53 No, no, no, no, because here's the thing. I'm just trying to figure out what in the world's going on. Amen. We'll start in the same place. And so that always, as you know, that always leads you to the most- It does. Right. It does. Right. It does.
Starting point is 00:57:05 Right. So in one, I think the thing that got me to read Three Body Problem was Obama made some cryptic comment about people ought to read this book. It was like, hint, hint, here are the problems I'm dealing with. And the Three Body Problem is about other bodies that come into the solar system and it's impossible to predict their trajectory and then when they do, they create this catastrophic flooding and earthquakes and all this other stuff. Anyway, but I think that whether it's a magnetic pole shift is one of the theories of what
Starting point is 00:57:44 causes these events. Whether it's a pulse shift, magnetic pulse shift is one of the theories of what causes these events, but there is a history of near extinction events. And one of the things that I've looked at, because I'm trying to figure out, between fiscal 1998 and fiscal 2015, there were 21 trillion of undocumented adjustments in the US government. Okay, so Professor Rick will help Katherine and Tucker. She was talking about a solar minimum. That's not correct. A solar minimum is the least solar activity during an 11-year cycle.
Starting point is 00:58:30 There's a solar minimum, solar maximum. What she, I think, she was referring to is called the Maunder minimum. Right. And that's a mini ice age. Right. So it's Maunder, M-A-U-N-D-E-R, Maunder minimum. Study that one. Find out about a Maunder minimum. There have been a number of space scientists
Starting point is 00:58:55 in the past 10 years who believe that we're going to have a Maunder minimum sometime in the 2030s. Wow, the 2030s you say. The 2030s, doc. Yeah, so study at Monder Minimum. She also mentioned a Chinese science fiction book, Three Body Problem. And I've not read it, but I have a copy on its way.
Starting point is 00:59:29 I hope it's not UPS, but it is coming from Amazon because when I heard this interview I Went online and and bought a copy. I got the English version obviously. I don't speak or read Mandarin But it's it's a three-body problem is what happens when there are three Bodies in outer space that are affecting each other. Right, so if you have two bodies, let's say you have the Sun and the Earth, you know, as they, as the Earth rotates around the Sun, if you believe that, rotates out around the Sun, the math is pretty easy on that. But what happens if somebody else joins the the party? Right, if you let's say you had a system that had two Suns. So how would a planet go around two
Starting point is 01:00:11 Suns? Well it wouldn't go directly in a circle but it would be pulled in by one Sun and then pulled back in by another Sun. Or what if they start adding bodies to it they impact one another. But what happens if a unexpected visitor shows up in the solar system? Well, that throws the math off in a big way. And so it ends up disrupting cycles that were present before. Right. So it's a fascinating story. I've watched the series on Netflix. I haven't read the book, but it is a fascinating story. I've watched the series on Netflix. I haven't read the book, but it is a fascinating story.
Starting point is 01:00:49 Good. And so well, the next one is Tucker asked her about are there secret underground bases in the US? Is that really true? Or there are there military bases or their cities? And, and she says that's where a big portion of government money has been going for decades. It's building these. That's the dark money that Doge is tapping into and saying,
Starting point is 01:01:17 why don't we have people 300 years old getting Social Security? Because they have all these ways to funnel money into these dark projects. So we have a part one and part two of Catherine Alston-Fitz talking to Tucker Carlson about secret underground bases, not only in the USA, but around the world. Let's watch. Danielle Pletka If you go to our website, missingmoney.saliher.com, we have years and years of documentation including the government financials that show this. And so the question is where's all this money going? And one of the things I've looked at in the process of looking at where all this money is going is the underground
Starting point is 01:01:57 base and city infrastructure and transportation system that's been built. I'm sorry? Yes. So we have built an extraordinary number of underground bases and supposedly transportation systems. Some of these are a record of, some of these are documented as part of the national security infrastructure. I think there are many more. In the United States, in the United States, and all over the world. But in from 2021 to 2023, I took one of the smartest subscribers in the Salir Report Network. And he and I spent two years collecting all the data and all the allegations on underground bases. And then we systematically went through and tried to estimate our guess, this is totally
Starting point is 01:02:53 a guess, of how many underground bases both underground in the United States, but also underground under the ocean around the United States. And our estimate was 170 with the transportation network connecting them. And what would be the purpose? If you thought you were going to get a near extinction event, so to me there are two purposes. You have so many activities going on that you need to keep secret that you're basically building the capacity to, for example, if you're doing a secret space program, you need to keep secret, that you're basically building the capacity to, for example, if you're doing a secret space program, you need to platform it from things that can't be seen.
Starting point is 01:03:31 But I think if you're worried about a near extinction event, you know, that's... So I know nothing about this, my only window into it, I knew a contractor who worked on one in Washington, in the city of Washington, in the city of Washington, DC. Right. And I remember him telling me about a power box,
Starting point is 01:03:52 like a transformer box on Constitution Avenue that he told me, because he worked on it personally, was actually the exit, the egress from the White House. That was kind of by vehicle. I thought that was, I was like, really? Because, oh yeah, no, I installed it, I know. And I thought, well, that's kind of crazy that in the middle of this big city where I live, I lived in, I was on Constitution Avenue every day, that you could build something like that without
Starting point is 01:04:18 me knowing it under the VP's house at the Naval Observatory. Same thing. I think most people know that next to my brother's house on the Naval Observatory. Same thing. I think most people know that. Next to my brother's house on McComb Street in DC. So, I always thought that was like preparation for nuclear war. Like I didn't really think about it that much. Yeah, it's preparation for catastrophe. You think that there are facilities like that in other places outside DC? Oh, yeah. So if you're interested, we have a great interview.
Starting point is 01:04:48 I did an interview of Richard Dolan on underground basis on the Salaria Report, and it's sort of an introduction to the topic, and it's based on a lot of the research of a guy named Richard Souter, who is very hard to interview, so Richard kind of went through all the material. And clearly it's, I don't know if you ever saw, Washington Post did a project, it was in 2010 or 2012, called Top Secret America. And one of the reporters, it was a team of two reporters, one of them put together a database of all the different top secret installations that had been built in the country, including since the Patriot Act.
Starting point is 01:05:30 And what you saw was just this explosion of money and building so many both underground and above ground facilities. Just as a theological matter, I hate to say this, but I think it's true. If you're building a lot underground, you're on the wrong side. I just don't, I don't think that's a good sign. So I'll tell you a very funny story. Right? I mean, like, God, just like, let's just, the obvious first.
Starting point is 01:05:57 That's not good. So I'll tell you a very funny story. So in, after I left the administration, after I left the Bush administration, I went on the board of Sallie Mae. And I'm on the board of Sallie Mae, and after one of the first meetings, there was a wonderful stop. You've been talking about underground bases and colonizing space, and you clearly seem totally sane, but I'm sure some people are like, well, she's obviously crazy. I should have set the stage
Starting point is 01:06:26 at the beginning with your biography, like you're as mainstream, you're on the board of Sally May. You're a partner at Dylan Reed. It's like, you're not just like on the internet. Right, I'm sorry, I just wanna say that. I just wanna say that. This is like a former high level federal official
Starting point is 01:06:44 who's on the board of Sally Mae and a partner at Dylan Reed. Okay. I just want to say that out loud. Okay. So I'm on the board and there was a lovely chairman, a really lovely guy. And he comes up, he says, can I talk to you after the meeting? And I said, sure. And he pulls out this big glossy brochure for the Council on Foreign Relations.
Starting point is 01:07:02 And he said, the time has come for you to join. And he said, we want you to ask Nick, Nick Brady to sponsor you. And I said to him, you know, Sam, I just don't wanna do this. I just, I really don't wanna do this. And he looked shocked and he said, you don't understand. If you don't do this, you're out forever. And just at that moment, just at that moment, you know, it's
Starting point is 01:07:26 these moments when things come to you. I saw in my mind, I'm very pictorial, I saw in my mind a locker in the underground base and they were taking my name off of the locker. Well the fact that Tucker Carlson has this as a topic. And Rick, why are we still doing news? I know. Tucker Carlson talks about underground bases now. We paved the way 25, 26 years ago talking about underground bases. And she started throwing the names Richard Dolan, who I've kind of followed off and on since I was a teenager, and then Richard Saunders talking about these things.
Starting point is 01:08:10 This is now out in the general conversation now. But Doc, here we are in 2025 and highly informed people like Tucker Carlson don't know anything about underground bases. See the shock on his face when he said, what? What are you talking about? about underground bases. And see the shock on his face when he said, what? What are you talking about? The only thing he thought of an underground base was a tunnel underneath the White House.
Starting point is 01:08:31 And when she said 170 bases. But I remember one day when Rush Limbaugh was asked by a caller what he thought about the Bilderberg group, and he said, I never heard of it. And I thought, come on. Come on, Rush. You've never heard of the Bilderberg Group? Well, anyhow, I remember Doc when I lived in Texas, a woman who was a lifelong Texan, had long roots in Texas and influential in business and so forth.
Starting point is 01:09:05 And she told me about a place nearby and she said, Rick, there is an underground military base in that field. I go, where is it? She goes, there are jet fighters underground. That if they need jet fighters, this base opens up and jet fighters come out of the ground. And she said, nobody sees it because they're just driving by and all they see are cattle. So, Doc, how many of these things are around our country?
Starting point is 01:09:45 I know what I saw in a dream in 1978 when I was not saved. It's one thing that's what God used to get me to go to church. And I dreamed about an underground... What I saw was a tunnel, a highway with artificial lighting, and I saw thousands of hybrid human soldiers coming out of the darkness on both sides, coming out into the lanes of the highway and strapping on their gear and preparing for battle. And they were not humans. They had human features, but their heads were...they had elongated skulls like a horse, but they looked like a lion.
Starting point is 01:10:34 Right. Oh, believe me, I woke up and I was shaking. Well, there was a reference to the book of Revelation in that dream. And I never owned a Bible, never read the Bible, but I knew it was in the Bible, the book of Revelation. I knew that. And that's what got me to go to church. Praise God. So, Doc, did I see, did the Lord allow me to see something that had already existed?
Starting point is 01:11:04 I believe He might have given you some insight with that, Rick. Or was He showing me something far into the future, like a war in 2030? No, I think they've been around for a while now. We've talked about Cheyenne Mountain. Those are the giveaway ones there, Greenbrier and others. But the day I knew that there were numerous underground bases all over the country is when Elon Musk launched the Boring Company. After that, and we've been in Las Vegas,
Starting point is 01:11:37 and we've been in the Tesla tunnels in Las Vegas, and it's, I mean, it is pretty impressive what they've done there. But that's the commercial application of it. Imagine what the military application of it is. And I believe it's been going on for a while. Can I prove it? I can't prove it until there's a hole that opens up and one of these bases are revealed.
Starting point is 01:12:00 I think they let Elon Musk launch this company because at some point in the future They're gonna have to tell people hey by the way. We've got a whole bunch of underground bases around the country Maybe we'll be allowed to visit them It'll be a whole new area of business Well, there's a big war coming up Yes in the 2030s and it could get off to a bad start in India and Pakistan this week, and things get really hot in the world. And then for a couple years you think, well, calm down.
Starting point is 01:12:32 They killed 200 billion people in India and Pakistan, but things are calmed down. No, it's going to rev up again, and it'll be China and the United States in the next round. So be aware of the times that we're in and that Christ is coming back. If anything that I've said for 26 years on this podcast is Jesus Christ is coming back. Have your life ready for His return. He is our only hope. Amen. And I'm going to continue to say it, just won't be doing it on true news. I'll be doing it in other ways.
Starting point is 01:13:09 And I'm so grateful for the people who have supported me throughout the years. I ask humbly for you to continue to support this ministry. We will continue to speak. It just will be different. I may do short news videos from time to time, but it won't be called true news. If I feel impressed from the Lord to say something about an event, I'll do it. I'll release a video. But I'm just not going to work all day long to have a one-hour program like we've been
Starting point is 01:13:42 doing since 1999. So I deeply appreciate everyone who's been with me. There's nothing else I can say about the news. It's repeating. Here I am in 2025, making comments about a podcaster in 2025 who's just discovering underground bases. Underground bases. What am I gonna say? You guys talked about this 25 years ago. I'm not knocking him, I'm glad he's finding out.
Starting point is 01:14:13 But I'm just saying, it's old news to some of us. We've known this for a long, long time. What else can I say about it? That there's another world that we don't know about. And they're preparing for a war. They're preparing for a big war. They're preparing to live underground. And you aren't.
Starting point is 01:14:35 You're not invited. You don't have a room. You've got to be in the club. And that war is coming very fast. And that's what I've been talking about for 26 years, this war that's coming. OK, I'm going to end with a happy video. If this video is real, this is the coolest gold retriever on earth. Or if it's AI, it's really done well.
Starting point is 01:15:03 So here's a family photo photo and the cat was missing. So the gold retriever went in and brought the cat out and then watch what they do as they're going to take the photograph. They're going to pose. Oh, that's funny. That's cute. That poor cat. The cat's just putting up with it. Yeah. All right. Keep your mind on God's creation, the things that are real, and don't get absorbed and obsessed with all the fake stuff that the world is producing right now. There's a lot more fake stuff coming.
Starting point is 01:15:45 Worship the Creator. Amen. Worship the Creator. The Creator who made those dogs and the cat. The Creator who made you. Worship the Creator. That's it. Thank you so much.
Starting point is 01:15:57 We appreciate your support. We'll be back here tomorrow. Keep your eyes very close on India and Pakistan. If it goes nuclear, folks, the atmosphere will be saturated with radiation. It will be saturated with radiation. I think, and I don't know, I didn't look, but American Reserves, we just got in our first shipment of potassium iodide tablets. Really? Yes.
Starting point is 01:16:33 And I believe that they are on the website right now. I asked about it earlier today because we ordered our own potassium iodide tablets many, many months ago. And we had them made for us for American Reserves. They are finally arrived and I was told that they're they're on the store right now but I didn't look before I came out here so if it's not there today it'll be there tomorrow. There it is. We are here today, brothers and sisters from around the world gathered at faithandvalues.com at 8 a.m. Eastern time for a one hour Bible studies lately. It's been going 90 minutes. I apologize for that. I'm going to try my best to keep it to one hour. I think we hit that mark yesterday and we are in the 13th chapter of the book of Romans. chapter of the book of Romans. We've already got 14, 15, and 16. We will be finished Romans. Yes. And moving on to another book. So I anticipate we won't be in another book probably until the first of June. I think it'll take all of May to get through the rest of Romans. And then we'll be studying a new book for the summer.
Starting point is 01:19:30 So here we are today, Romans 13 verses eight through 14. And there's some heavy stuff in here that is applicable to every one of us. No one is immune, nobody is above it, all of us. So let's jump in and start reading and studying. Father God, our heavenly Father, Father, we thank you for this day. We woke up alive, blessed, forgiven, loved. Father, we're
Starting point is 01:20:08 loved by you. Just that fact, we are loved by you. What else? What else would we need today? We're loved by you. Father, we desire to know more about your Son Jesus and His Kingdom. And so we are here as brothers and sisters to be taught by the Holy Spirit to be built up and strengthened, edified and enlightened and illuminated by your Spirit. So come Holy Spirit and speak to us in the name of Jesus. Amen. Amen. Praise God. So glad to have you here in Morning Manna at 8 o'clock hour here on the East Coast. It's always a privilege for us to be able to
Starting point is 01:20:54 share this meal of the Word of God with you on a daily basis. We know that many of you have responded and told us that you're being fed by Morning Manna. And we appreciate those that take the time to be with us live, usually between 300 and 400 people on a daily basis. We're so blessed to have you here. And for those by extension who listen to Morning Manna at other times of day, God bless you as well. And we pray that you are being fed
Starting point is 01:21:22 by the word of God as well. We are still in Romans chapter 13, and we're gonna pick back up at verse eight, go through verse 14 today. This is a continuation where Paul is teaching on practical Christian living for the believer, good citizens operating in a bad world. And so starting at verse eight,
Starting point is 01:21:44 I'm reading from the King James. Oh, no man anything, but to love one another, for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. For this, thou shall not commit adultery, thou shall not kill, thou shall not steal, thou shall not bear false witness, thou shall not covet.
Starting point is 01:22:02 And if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. Love worketh no ill to his neighbor, therefore love is fulfilling of the law. And that knowing the time, interesting phrase there, and that knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep. For now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.
Starting point is 01:22:35 The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Let us therefore cast off the works of darkness and let us put on the armor of light. Let us walk honestly as in the day, not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. Verse 14, but put you on the Lord Jesus Christ and make not provision for the flesh to fulfill the lust thereof. As Rick said, this is a heavy passage today, but still dealing
Starting point is 01:23:13 with practical Christian living as Paul has been addressing here in chapters 12 and 13. Amen. Verse 8, Oh, no man anything but to love one another, for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. What Paul is saying here is that all believers should clear out all debts except the ongoing obligation to love others. That's right. It's interesting, Rick, that in verse 7, he was talking about paying tribute, paying taxes, paying honor. Then he talks in this verse here about debts.
Starting point is 01:24:03 Yes. That there was something that was an obligation. There was something that was owed there. Paul shifts this. Don't owe any man any. Don't owe taxes. Don't owe honor. Don't owe anything but to owe love.
Starting point is 01:24:20 Yes. Owe no one anything. People may not bring it up, but their memories will remember that you owe them something. You will forget it, but they don't, even though they don't bring it up. And we're all that way aren't we? We are. We are. Doc the other day and I'm being very transparent here as the Holy Spirit brought to my remembrance a very small personal loan when I was a very young man. And I never paid it back, I forgot about it.
Starting point is 01:25:12 And the Lord here, this is like, like almost 50 years ago. And the Holy Spirit said, you never paid him and he's not forgotten. Even though he never brought it up. So guess what I'm going to do? You're going to pay the debt. I'm going to pay the debt and I asked AI, what would be the interest on this? And I'm gonna pay it with interest. And that gives me an opportunity to witness and say it was the Lord who told me to do this, okay? It's the Lord.
Starting point is 01:26:01 I just standing here had flashes in my mind of people that owe me money and I have I don't bring it up I've given people my credit card and when they're in a jam and I just sit here just put on my credit card and I never got paid back. I never asked for it But we do remember, don't we? Yes. We do remember it. And so Paul says, oh, nothing to anybody but love. That's the only debt you should have, the debt of love.
Starting point is 01:26:43 It's an ongoing obligation to love other people. Why? Oh, because what did I say at the beginning of morning manna? We woke up this morning and realized our Father loves us. What else do we need today other than to know that he loves us? Is he remembering anything against us? Not if it's under the blood. If you repented of a sin, he doesn't remember it. That's right. You have to bring it up and remind him. And even if you remind him, he doesn't remember it. That's right. You have to bring it up and remind him. And even if you remind him, he doesn't remember. He doesn't remember. He doesn't know what you're talking about.
Starting point is 01:27:32 Because your sin is as far away as the East is from the West. Try to measure that, the East and to the West. Because you just keep going and going and going eastward, and you keep going and going and going westward, there's no end. That's how far. His forgiveness, his forgetfulness about sins that are repented, he doesn't remember. And that's one of the unique features of God, one of the unique qualities of God, one of the unique characters of God, the ability to forget. The ability to forget. We think of forgetfulness as a curse. With God, it's an essence of His character. A
Starting point is 01:28:20 virtue. It's a virtue for Him. That's right. Is it it's part of his love his forgiveness of repented sins is an extension of his virtue It's one of his admirable traits and we are to emulate him and But people humans don't forget. They cling onto things and hold on to it and use it for, they weaponize it, whatever. For other people, not themselves, oh when it comes to
Starting point is 01:29:00 their sins, God forgives and he forgets. But for the sins of others, I think we can remember it for quite some time. It's a double standard. And what this verse is saying is, oh, nothing to anyone except the debt of love. I would be the very first to tell you that I am deficient in the love department. I work at it. I have to work at it. Not that I dislike people or hate people, but I don't actively love them enough in a proactive way. I have to work at it. Not, don't have any desire hurting one,
Starting point is 01:29:59 do anything harmful or anything, but that's different, you know, to love someone is proactive. Yes. So the perpetual debt of love is a lifelong calling and it's never fully repaid. Because you can't, you can't ever repay God for the love He showed you in saving your soul, forgiving you, saving your soul. You can't repay Him. And so God says then the way you treat others is the way I treat you. Never stop loving them. Always show love. And you can't ever, you can't ever be paid up. In the love department, it never says paid in full.
Starting point is 01:30:59 Except Christ on the cross. But we can't, we can't match that. And so that's why we're in a perpetual debt of love. Right. So it's, oh no man, anything. I mean, that's obviously financial. It's many things. Right. And like I said, coming out of verse 7 there, the things, the debts that Paul listed—doos, tribute, custom, fear, honor—so it's not financial, but to all these things. Yes.
Starting point is 01:31:45 And it includes, like I said, not only financial things, but it can be things like favors. Some people expect favors from you, and you should never get in that position. Never be in any kind of transaction where somebody says, you owe me a favor. That's when you got to deal with it right away. I had a brother, this was many, many years ago, Doc, and I did a favor for him. Well, let me put it like this. He made a contribution to a cause that I was involved in,
Starting point is 01:32:47 a couple hundred dollars, I asked him for it. And he turned that around and asked me to do him a favor. And I did. And then he asked me to do it again and I did. And it was involving his properties, real estate properties. And he needed a witness on documents. This went on for 11 years. This went on for 11 years. This went on for 11 years. And one day he called me and he said, Rick, I need
Starting point is 01:33:27 you to sign some documents, a witness for me. And I said, brother, I don't know what you're doing. You got to get somebody else to do this. And he said, yeah, but you owe me. I said, I owe you. He goes, yeah, remember, remember that donation I gave when you asked for a donation for a project? I said, well, that was 11 years ago. Are you, am I still paying that off? See, in his mind, his act of what he wanted you to say was charity, goodness, was actually to put me in a place of indebtedness to him. Oh my goodness. That's tokenism. Yes.
Starting point is 01:34:15 Yes. For those who don't know what tokenism is, it's giving a gift but with an obligation attached to it. Therefore, it's not a gift. Right? And that's a really it's witchcraft to get right down to this. So you know, he didn't get angry, but he never talked to me again. And it's probably better best for you that he never did. Right? Which showed me my value in his life,
Starting point is 01:34:45 which was I was just there to be used. I didn't know that that was my ranking until he never called me again, never talked to me again. Well, praise God the Lord moved him out of your life because you had been obligated to this day. Yes, but he was an outstanding member of the church I used to attend. See what I mean? This stuff goes on inside churches. Yeah. And so don't let anybody entrap
Starting point is 01:35:18 you in some kind of debt that can't be repaid. Even when that debt is not financial material, it's this one in this guy's case was an obligation. I expect you to do this for me every time I call you. Yeah, because I gave a donation. It wasn't a donation then, was it? No, it was an entrapment. And it certainly wasn't given in love. Nope. So, and he stretched that out over 11 years.
Starting point is 01:35:54 It wasn't like every day. It could have been twice a year. He was a contractor, a developer, and he needs somebody to sign off on documents for him. And I just got to the place, I said, brother, I don't even know what you're dealing in. I'm not putting my name on anything. But he put that guilt on me. Were you owed to me? When people start using guilt as a weapon, you know there's something up.
Starting point is 01:36:28 Yes, right. Yeah, I don't mind being transparent. I try to show you what goes on so that you can deal with this in your own life. So, Romans 13, 8 is introducing Paul's teaching that love fulfills the law. Amen. Which is what Jesus taught us. Jesus taught us to love the Lord with all of our heart, mind and soul, love our Heavenly Father, and love our neighbor as ourselves. And if you do those two things, you have fulfilled all the law. Yes.
Starting point is 01:37:19 Because it's impossible to keep the law. Right. It's impossible to keep the law. And the only way to keep the law is to love the Lord with all your heart, mind, and soul, and to love your neighbor as yourself. And when Paul says that love fulfills the law, it's a fulfillment law, he means it's the whole package. There's not something that's set outside that's part of the law that you start to keep and everything like that, but that love itself fulfills all the law. God demonstrated His love toward us by giving His Son Jesus Christ.
Starting point is 01:37:53 The Lord Himself, the creator of the law, exemplifies the law by giving of His Son in love. How do we operate in that? By love. That's not even of ourselves. We can't even love without the Holy Spirit in us. I mean, we have to have the Holy Spirit in order to love. So loving one another, I believe, includes all people, not just fellow Christians. I believe we're required to love all people, not just fellow Christians. I believe we're required to love all people and we are to treat others with the same love, mercy, grace,
Starting point is 01:38:36 kindness that we receive from the Lord, lest he treats us like we're treating others. And you don't want that. You don't want that. You want to make sure the Lord is treating you. You want to make sure you are treating people the way you want the Lord to treat you. You want to make sure you are treating people the way you want the Lord to treat you. There have been times in my life where I greatly deserved punishment from the Lord, and he showed me mercy and grace.
Starting point is 01:39:22 And when I asked him why, he said, because you have stored up a lot of mercy and grace. And when I asked him why, he said, because you have stored up a lot of mercy and grace credits in heaven. By the way, you've treated other people. And so there have been times Doc, I probably drew my account down to almost nothing. Just wiped it out. Just wiped it out. But then start building it up again. David, King David, was pretty good at that. And think about it. Not only did he commit adultery, he murdered his lover's husband. Yes. Murdered really bad. Plotted.
Starting point is 01:40:13 Yes. Conspiracy to commit a murder. And yet, we extol him. And God does too. And Christ, Jesus Christ is described as the son of David, the son of Abraham. And David is mentioned first. The son of David, the son of Abraham.
Starting point is 01:40:47 He is the son of a murderer, the son of an adulterer, the son of a prolific sinner. And he gets his name mentioned right there in the Bible. Jesus Christ, son of David, son of Abraham. Abraham, he had a few warts. Lied about his wife. Actually pondered off on an evil, corrupt, violent king. Said, hey, it's my sister, Taker, don't kill me. That's pretty bad.
Starting point is 01:41:34 Abraham. Father Abraham. Father Abraham, the father of our faith. And he, Abraham, the father of our faith. And he, I mean, he really did some stinkers. And he probably thought, they probably, Abraham and Sarah probably thought it through and said, listen, technically, you're my half-sister. So I'll just tell him, you're my sister. And that way we're both saved here. But what's interesting is that later on in the story of Isaac, Isaac did the same thing except Rebecca wasn't his sister.
Starting point is 01:42:15 If Isaac just flat out lied, Abraham told a half truth which is still a half truth is still a lie. But I always thought it was interesting that Isaac did the same thing. He lied about his wife in a similar situation. So sin sometimes lingers in families, but at the same time Abraham is the father of our faith. Isaac was counted faithful. In a lie or redemption. God said that liar is faithful. So you need to be who God says you are,
Starting point is 01:42:59 not who the devil says you are. Sometimes we act like who the devil says you are sometimes we sometimes we act like who the devil says we are and That's what gets us in trouble when we act according to what the devil how the devil has defined us But you have to act according to how God has defined you right and With Isaac Isaac was a liar, and yet God called him faithful. God cut a blood covenant with Abraham, even though Abraham committed sins. God built an empire around David, and David was the lineage of the Messiah
Starting point is 01:43:51 came through David. Right. The apple of God's eye, a man after God's own heart. But he was a murderer. A murderer, a liar, a character. Thank God there's hope. Yes. And this is why Romans 8 is talking about love. Love others the way God has loved you. Then in verse 9, Paul goes through a litany of things you shouldn't do. Thou shalt not commit adultery, thou shalt not murder, thou shalt not steal, thou shalt not covet, and whatever other commandments there are, are all summed up in this saying, you shall love your neighbor as yourself.
Starting point is 01:44:53 That list, you got adultery, murder, stealing, lying, false witness, coveting, and all the rest of them. Which sin is worse than the other? Can you rank them? Is there a top 10? I mean, which one, which sin is the worst of all? Is there a ranking? Does God have a priority list on sins? No, they're all repulsive. Every one of them.
Starting point is 01:45:33 Right. David murdered a man. He murdered a man that he had an adulterous relationship with his wife and then murdered the husband. Yes. And it's interesting that Paul lists these commandments, not the first five of the 10 commandments, he lists these. These all have to do with dealing with people, living with people. Doc, I remember when I was very young, early 20s, and I remember I was with some young people when there was a guy that came into the room and somebody whispered to me,
Starting point is 01:46:19 and I had just become a new Christian. So this would have been sometime around 78, 79. Anyhow, somebody whispered to me, he said, hey, he just got out of prison. I said, for what? They said, murder. And doc, I can still remember the queasiness I had in me. I don't want to be around this guy.
Starting point is 01:46:52 He took somebody's life. And yet, that's implying that that sin was worse than the other sins in this list. Right. If these sins were not that bad, God wouldn't have put them in the commandments. So there is no priority ranking in sin. My sin is just as offensive to God as your sin. It stinks. It stinks and so does mine. And your sin doesn't smell prettier than mine. And I think this is where a lot of people get hung up because they think, Well, your sin is more Obnoxious and and and foul odor than mine mine is less offensive And that's pride That's pride
Starting point is 01:48:04 Because to God it's all sin. I've told you the story again, I've told it before, I'll tell it again. Again, a young Christian and a his clothing was raunchy and he hadn't had a bath in years. And the Lord told me, he said, I want you to go over and hug him and tell him that you love him. And I froze. And the Lord told me again and I said Lord he stinks and A Holy Spirit said to me that's what your sin smell smelled like to me
Starting point is 01:48:53 when you came to me the first time and So I realized the stench When Jesus hugged me on the day I got saved what I smelled like to him see his love covered sins his love for the sinner is so great that he doesn't back off and go I can't be near you right It is a First Peter first Peter 4 8 and above all things be it be earnest in your love among yourselves for love covers a multitude of sins.
Starting point is 01:49:50 Praise God. So without love, religious people will talk to others about somebody else's sin. And again, they act like as though their sins smell prettier than the other person's rotten sin. It's like ranking manure in a cow lot. Exactly. Okay, so I don't wanna, you know,
Starting point is 01:50:21 yeah, I don't wanna use bathroom language, but you know what I'm talking about. Okay, so this pot doesn't stink as much as this pot. No, they all stink. So a saint filled with God's love does not damage another person who has sinned or has a weakness because their love provides a blanket over that person for the purpose of repentance, recovery, restoration. God is always restoring. His end motive is always restoration. And it's always God's desire,
Starting point is 01:51:13 get up as fast as you can when you stumble in sin, get up as fast as you can, get back on your feet, repent and be restored and move on. God's not the one who holds on to the sin. It's people. Amen. So aren't you glad that God's love on the cross covered your sin? Love covers a multitude of sins.
Starting point is 01:51:44 coverage your sin, love covers a multitude of sins. Aren't you glad that your heavenly father isn't seeking to punish you, but to restore? Then we have 1 Corinthians 13, verses one through 13. If I speak with the languages of men and of angels speaking in tongues, but don't have love. King James uses charity, it's the word love. I have become sounding brass or a clanging symbol. If I have the gift of prophecy
Starting point is 01:52:19 and know all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith as to remove mountains but don't have love I am nothing so you speak to a mountain and it moves but if you don't have love you have nothing if I give away all my goods to feed the poor and if I give my body to be burned but don't have love it profits me. Love is patient and is kind. Love doesn't envy. Love doesn't brag is not proud. Love doesn't love doesn't behave itself inappropriately doesn't seek its own way is not provoked takes no account of evil.
Starting point is 01:52:59 Doesn't rejoice in unrighteousness but rejoices with truth. bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will be done away with. Where there are various languages, they will cease. Where there is knowledge, it will be done away with. For we know in part and we
Starting point is 01:53:25 prophesy in part but when that which is complete has come then that which is partial will be done away with when I was a child I spoke as a child I felt as a child I thought as a child now that I've become a man I have put away childish things for now we see it in the air dimly but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I will know fully even as I was also fully known, but now faith, hope and love remain, these three. And the greatest of these is love. Faith, hope and love remain.
Starting point is 01:54:01 And the greatest of those three is love. All right, I'm gonna tell you another true story. This just happened yesterday. My wife, Susan, she has a mobility cart, and we bring it here to the office, and she will take a ride around the block here during the day. And there's a park across the street and there are homeless people there. So she often goes over there and ministers to the homeless people and loves on them.
Starting point is 01:54:40 And Susan is, she's not deficient in that department. I wish I had her love like she has for those who are down and out those who are homeless. So she's able to freely love on them and she she buys them sleeping bags she buys them food. Doc knows this is true isn't it doc? bag, she buys him food. Doc knows this is true, isn't it, Doc? Yes. All right. So, Doc, I don't know if Susan told you this. There's a particular young man, his name is Josh. I've met him. He's a nice young man. But he's an alcoholic and he's homeless. I would say he's in his mid-30s. in his mid-30s, extremely polite. When he talks to me, it's yes, sir, no, sir.
Starting point is 01:55:28 He's very polite. But he's an alcoholic, and he's homeless. And I've asked him in the past, Josh, how'd you get in this mess? Why are you out here sleeping on the streets? And I've done my part to try to get him in the right direction. But anyhow, Susan went out yesterday on her mobility cart. She went over to the park and he wasn't there.
Starting point is 01:55:57 And he had been evicted from the park because he had an open container of liquor. And so she was riding around trying to find him. And she came around the corner, Doc, at the restaurant that's attached to our office building. And he was sitting on the sidewalk at that restaurant. And he saw Susan. And he said, oh, Susan, I've been waiting. I've been sitting here hoping you would come by.
Starting point is 01:56:32 And she said, well, Josh, I was trying to find you. And they said you were evicted. Yes, I've been over here at this building, hoping that I would see you. And she said, well, what is it? And he said, I just wanted to say goodbye. And Susan said, goodbye, where are you going? And he said, it's not where I'm going. It's what I'm doing. I want to say goodbye to you. And then I'm going to kill myself today. Dr. A young man in his 30s sitting next to our ministry office building was in a state
Starting point is 01:57:11 of hopelessness yesterday and none of us inside here knew it. None of us in this ministry knew it, that there's a man sitting next to our building ready to commit suicide. But God sent Susan to minister to him and say, no, Josh, don't do it. Don't kill yourself. He kept saying, I'm done. I'm tired. I don't want to live anymore. Who is around you today who needs your love? Who is around you? Who is in your sphere, your realm, who is desperate, hurting, needing love? Not condemnation, not rejection, genuine love.
Starting point is 01:58:12 See, they're around us. They're around us. And Doc, wouldn't it have been terrible if that man would have committed suicide leaning against our building? When she bought sleeping bags for him and a couple other homeless people, do you know why? He had sleeping bags. He and the other homeless people had sleeping bags. They were sleeping behind the dumpster of a church. I'm not going to say the name of the church. A very big church just down the street from us. And one of the associate pastors, when the homeless men were not there, gathered up all of their sleeping bags
Starting point is 01:59:13 and put them in the dumpster, and they were hauled away to the garbage. An associate pastor of a church. One of those sleeping bags was the man that was going to commit suicide yesterday. See, Paul said, you could have all these gifts and if you don't love, it's nothing. It's nothing. And God's, yeah, God has a, he does have a ranking, love. Years ago, Doc, you know who it is, I don't have to say it. A cranky old businessman that gave me a lot of trouble. And the Lord was dealing with me to love him. And I said, Lord, I can't love that man.
Starting point is 02:00:20 I can't love him like you. I can't love him. I'm not capable. And I heard the Holy Spirit say, Lord, Rick, if you can't learn to love people like I love you and others, you can't enter my kingdom. And I cried, Oh God, teach me to love. Teach me to love. If that's how high the priority is, that not loving people can keep me out of the kingdom,
Starting point is 02:00:59 teach me to love. He didn't say, Hey, if you sin, I'm going to keep you out of the kingdom because you can repent. He said, if you don't love people, it'll keep you out of the kingdom. It's the highest thing on his list. Love. Loving others as you love yourself, okay? Yeah, you do love yourself. We all love ourselves. We pamper ourselves, we take care of ourselves. We make sure we get what we want, don't we?
Starting point is 02:01:37 But loving others requires selflessness. And it requires us to treat others with the same care that we give ourselves. I'm just thoughts, things flashing through my mind. Verse 10, love worketh no ill to his neighbor, therefore love is the fulfilling of the law. Praise God. World English Bible, love doesn't harm a neighbor love therefore is the fulfillment of the law Without love you haven't fulfilled the law right oh What I thought you said Jesus fulfilled well he did He did for him by love By love. And he goes, hey, come and be in me
Starting point is 02:02:50 and love and you have fulfilled the law. If you're in me, you have to love. You can't be in Christ and not be loving people. You can be in church, but that's not being in Christ. Most people are in church, but they're not in Christ. To be in Christ, you have to love people, as God loves you. So love fulfills the law by ensuring no harm comes to a neighbor. That love sums up the commandments. That love is an active choice. It prevents actions that hurt others, that's not love.
Starting point is 02:03:50 And then we need to repent for it because we did something that hurt somebody. But when you repent, God forgives and he forgets. And he says, get back up on your feet right away. I've got work for you to do. I don't want you to lay in there crying because you sinned. You've repented, it's over, let's go. I believe this is really speaking to a lot of people. And I believe a lot of you are stuck remembering your sins
Starting point is 02:04:32 because there are people who won't let you forget about it. And you're not being useful to the Lord because others are telling you you haven't been punished enough. They're the jailer, the warden. And God never put you in jail. You went to the court, you confessed to the judge, he said, crime forgiven, move on, next case. And you walk outside the court, you walk outside the court and there are people there saying,
Starting point is 02:05:23 you, you lousy, no good, rotten sinner. I heard you in there, I heard what you said you did. You no good sinner. And then see, we stay there in that position for years. Being brow beaten by people who are angry upset whatever that we send. But God isn't. God doesn't fall off his throne because you sin. He didn't have a heart attack when somebody tells him, Hey, you know, Doc Burkhart send yesterday. He doesn't, he doesn't grab his
Starting point is 02:06:09 chest and go, Oh, I can't, I can't cope with this. He goes, bring him in here. Tell him to repent. Okay, Doc, you're forgiven. Forget about it. Let's go move on. But people won't move on. Sometimes we don't move on. But people won't move on. Sometimes we don't move on either. Yes. Sometimes we beat ourselves up, but usually it's because others are beating us up.
Starting point is 02:06:38 Right. And the shame and the guilt and everything is on us and we never get over it. And then Satan wins because you never walk in the victory that is yours. You never end the identity that Christ has provided for you as in the book of Ephesians. Let's go to verse 11. And that knowing the time that now is, it is high time to wake out of sleep for now is our salvation nearer than
Starting point is 02:07:25 when we believed. Do this knowing the time that it is already time for you to awaken out of sleep for salvation is now nearer to us than when we first believed. So this is a call to all believers to recognize the moment that we're living in. Yes. And that the culmination of salvation is drawing near. That can be both the second coming of Christ and also your personal rapture called death. See everybody gets a personal rapture. Customized. Huh? Customized. Customized.
Starting point is 02:08:18 Personalized, customized rapture called death. The Lord removes you from this earth. So again, you can look at the word time, knowing the time. It could be the eschatological time, meaning the second coming, or it can be your personal demise, the day of your death. But salvation's nearness intensifies the call to action. Now. Now.
Starting point is 02:08:59 Now. Not the past, not the future. Now. And how we love others. When is the most difficult time to love people when they're not real lovable? It's easy to love people who are just wonderful. There's no test in that.
Starting point is 02:09:22 I mean, what did Jesus say about inviting people to your house for dinner? Hey, have a big feast. He said, yeah, it's easy for you to invite your friends. Why don't you invite these people over here? That's more challenging. That's more difficult. So it is high time to wake out of sleep. We have to arouse ourselves every day from spiritual sleepiness, lethargy.
Starting point is 02:09:57 It's remind ourselves every day, hey, it's one day closer to meeting God, one day closer. When we woke up today, we, one day closer. When we woke up today, we're one day closer to meeting God than we were yesterday. Verse 12, the night is far spent, the day is at hand, let us therefore cast off the works of darkness and let us put on the armor of light." Speaking again, the urgent nearness of Christ's return.
Starting point is 02:10:36 And isn't this verse itself just beautiful literature, the image that Paul writes here. Paul was not just a teacher. I mean, he was able to frame these ideas and concepts so far above ordinary thinking. I mean, just saying those words, the night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light.
Starting point is 02:11:06 Even if you didn't know any other scripture, just those words are so elevating to the Spirit. So the night represents the present age of sin. Yes. And the day represents the culmination of salvation when Christ returns the full manifestation of the kingdom of God. So he says the night is far gone. This age is time of sin. It's just about gone. I know it looks really dark, but hey, any moment,
Starting point is 02:11:49 the sun's coming up. The sun is not S-U-N, but S-O-N. And he will bring light because he is light. So the day is at hand. It's intensifying the eminence of God's kingdom. The return of Christ is certain. Cast off all the works of darkness. Whatever it is that is troubling you, besetting you, following you around through life, just cast it off. Praise God.
Starting point is 02:12:36 Just cast it off. Don't examine it, don't talk about it cast it off If you got a big bug on you What are you going to do are you gonna like hold it and look at it talk about it Or you're just going to knock it off of you So So that's what he's speaking here, the works of darkness. Don't get hung up on this. Just cast it off. Yes.
Starting point is 02:13:18 Just knock it off of you. The night is far gone. If it comes back on you again, knock it off again. You ever been to a picnic where big ants just keep crawling on your chicken salad? I hate that. Well, what do you do with them? You knock them off. Do you not eat your chicken salad? Of course, you go ahead and eat the chicken salad sandwich. And along comes another ant. And you knock it off. It's
Starting point is 02:14:01 because you're in an environment where these ants live. We are in a world where sin dwells. Yes. One sin, knock it off. Another one comes, knock it off. Move on. Don't hold it up and look at it and talk about it and wonder about it and analyze. Just knock it off and move on. And I think Paul too is expressing, don't get overwhelmed by the darkness of this world.
Starting point is 02:14:33 Right. It's mostly done with. Yes. It's far spent. And that was 2000 years ago, Doc. That's right. It's far spent. How much more today than in Paul's day?
Starting point is 02:14:47 It's much further spent today. In other words, ladies and gentlemen, most of the darkness is behind us. Yes. It's far spent. And that hope of glory, the day is at hand. The light of glory is at hand. I'm getting goosebumps just thinking about that now.
Starting point is 02:15:08 I know. One more verse. Verse 14. But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ and make not provision for the flesh to fulfill the lust thereof. Yes. Modern English, but put on the Lord Jesus Christ and make new provision for the flesh to fulfill its lust. We are to be clothed with the character of Christ. We are to be wearing His armor. When we fall short when we sin, we're missing something in our attire. If we are to put on the Lord Jesus Christ, if we sin, if we fall short, the wardrobe. I mean, you can be 80% dressed and still not
Starting point is 02:16:18 covered. If you're missing the wrong part of the clothing. Right. So it means put on the virtues of Christ. Right. And you have to do it daily. Right. And Rick, that same word that putting on, that same word is used in Colossians 3, 10, where it says, and put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of Him that created him.
Starting point is 02:16:50 So the implication is that this isn't a one-time event, but a continual event. It starts at a point, but it continues on. We're doing this every day, ladies and gentlemen. We have to put this on every single day. Because Satan is at your door every day trying to tempt you every day. Every day. And so this is a daily requirement. And so when we get in trouble, it's when we have not been vigilant in putting on Christ. And then Satan scores a victory.
Starting point is 02:17:37 He gets a direct hit. And once again, you have to go to your heavenly father and say, look at me. I'm wounded. And he says, let me pull the arrow out. Why weren't you dressed? But the father's there to put some salve on it and say, this will heal up this wound. I need you back out there again.
Starting point is 02:18:10 Our Father doesn't have like a super abundance of faithful people working for him every day. That's why he's quick to forgive and restore, because he's running a deficiency in the manpower department. I mean, they're hiring, and he doesn't have time. He can't afford to get rid of people. He'd rather bandage them up and get them restored and get them back out on the battlefield as quickly as possible because he has a deficiency in manpower. Not like he's got an abundance of people waiting to serve him. Jesus said, hey, the harvest fields are white on the harvest, but the laborers are few.
Starting point is 02:19:16 There's still few. There's more people today than there were 2000 years ago. So proportionally, there's still...ers. Really, they're still looking for help. They have a help wanted sign up. And what's the solution, Rick? What's the solution to that problem? Pray ye the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth laborers into the harvest field. It's as if the laborers in the harvest field depend on us asking the Father for them. When you're on the battlefield and you get wounded, and sometimes there are self-inflicted wounds. Sometimes there's friendly fire.
Starting point is 02:20:09 Sometimes soldiers accidentally shoot themselves or step on a mine. Does the general say, well, you loser, I don't want you in my army. Just go over there and sit until you die. No. A general says, get him into the hospital now. Rush to the emergency room. Tend to that wound.
Starting point is 02:20:39 Get them bound up with bandages. Stop the bleeding. Let's get this person restored. I can't afford to lose a brave soldier who's been fighting for me. So for those of you, hopefully some of you, this is applying to you today, and you will get back out on the battlefield. And don't let anybody define you.
Starting point is 02:21:16 Just let the Lord define you. And serve the Lord, and be bold, and if you stumble, quickly repent and be restored. And that's the way it's gonna be until you leave this world. Yes. And the more ministry you take on, the more trouble comes to you. Promise. Promise. Promise. Hey, when did the ocean show up, Doc? I didn't even notice.
Starting point is 02:21:54 I was halfway through. Oh, I didn't know that. Because I'm looking at my notes. I never look up at the screen. Always looking at my notes. Okay. Thank you, everybody. Appreciate you being here. And I want to go through the messages and see how this is applying to the people today. But remember what I said about the homeless man. He was leaning against the wall of our building yesterday, preparing for suicide, but wanting to say goodbye to one Christian who worked inside
Starting point is 02:22:37 that building. And the rest of us were not aware. We didn't hear the Holy Spirit say, you need to go out there. There's a man who's gonna kill himself. He hurts so bad, he's gonna kill himself today. Susan heard it, she didn't, I mean, she didn't hear the Lord say it. She just heard the Lord say, go out there and find him. She went looking for him.
Starting point is 02:23:01 She specifically was looking for him, but not knowing the despair that he was in. It needs to convict all of us. It needs to convict all of us doc when when the report came in last week that Virginia Jew free Had allegedly committed suicide With the Jeffrey Epstein case The first thing that came to my mind was wait a minute did I just get an email from her last week and in mind was, wait a minute, did I just get an email from her last week? And I had to go quickly look, and it wasn't Virginia, it was one of the other women who emailed me last week. See, these victims are reaching out saying, help us.
Starting point is 02:24:05 Please help us. In Virginia, it appears either was murdered or took her life. So the world is full of hurting people. No lack of that. Great pain, hurting, and the devil whispering, you're a loser, go ahead, kill yourself today, just wrap it up. Praise God, the Lord is sending people out like Susan
Starting point is 02:24:37 looking for somebody. Amen. Okay, to intervene. And aren't you glad that the Lord came out looking for you? Praise God. We might not even be alive. Who knows? We could have died a long time ago in a car wreck or whatever. But the Lord saved us. So, alright everybody. thank you so much. Hey, great lesson today Rick, and once again, Paul is teaching us how to be good Christians in a bad world.
Starting point is 02:25:13 I mean, it's a bad world. There's hurting people here. We were hurting people, and there might be some here today that are hurting still, but Jesus is looking for you. It's like Susan was out looking for Josh yesterday. And Wade said I was right where Josh is back in 2016. Wow, Wade, I didn't know that. But you're here. You're here. You're not there. You're here. Praise God. Because the Lord loved you. And the Lord sent somebody,
Starting point is 02:25:47 he had to use a human. Somewhere in your life, a human brought the love of God to you and didn't abandon you. So praise God. All right, everybody be blessed, be on alert, be on alert. Things are going to get crazy weird, possibly this week. Yes, folks, as we're winding down true news, the news is kicking up. I told Doc today, wouldn't it be ironic if our last day of true news on Friday, the story is nuclear war in India and Pakistan? And that could set off a much wider conflict, too.
Starting point is 02:26:39 And so, but don't count it out. You could have 100 to 200 million people die this week. Yeah. And the world will change. Overnight it will change. Yeah, a lot of things will change. It will not be the same. We've never had a nuclear war fault on the planet.
Starting point is 02:27:02 But whether there's a nuclear war or not, Jesus is still king. We serve a king and a kingdom. And during that time, there would be a much greater need for a kingdom voice than ever. And you would think that the horror of a nuclear war with hundreds of millions of people killed, that that would stop nuclear wars forever. But actually, other nations will say, well, now that it's happened, we can do it too. Yes. There's been a restraining up to now,
Starting point is 02:27:37 but you can feel the restraint has been lifted. You can just feel it. What are you saying, Doug? The restrainer is gone. I'm just saying you can feel something as if I have no other way to describe it other than permission has been granted. I don't know. It goes back to my vision of Korea, and God lifted his hand off of South Korea and God lifting his hand off of South Korea and allow it to be invaded. And so, you know, so it always brings that up to mind as well. And I know you've had visions in
Starting point is 02:28:14 the past of terrible destruction in the world. But you know what, whether or not these things are imminent this week, next week, 2030, whatever it might be, we as believers still have to live in this world. Yes. We still have to live in this world as believers. And Doc, if a nuclear war erupts this week between Pakistan and India and tens of millions or hundreds of millions of people die. The things that we are upset about today will not matter. Yeah, yes. It won't matter. It just won't matter. In a couple days it won't matter. The things that we desire and want, it won't matter.
Starting point is 02:29:06 days, it won't matter. The things that we desire and want, it won't matter. The big projects that we have, the plans for another house, whatever it is, it won't matter. It just won't matter. At that point, the only thing that will matter is you're going to survive and that your soul is right with God. So, it'll be a great time to share the gospel. Amen. All right, folks, even if you are a wounded soldier, the bugle will blow everybody get out there and speak about Jesus, because the day the night is well spent. The night is well spent. And the day spent and the day is here praise god all right i gotta go thank you all right we love you very much join us again tomorrow for the thursday
Starting point is 02:29:53 edition of morning manna we love you bye bye
