In recent days, Austria has announced, the government officials have announced that they're going to enact a mandatory vaccination law punishable by large fines and up to four weeks in prison. Germany is also moving in that direction.

And European nations across the European continent are also considering mandatory vaccination laws. But are you ready for a global mandate? True News told you about this many months ago that there was talk at the United Nations and the World Health Organization of a future global pandemic treaty among nations. Well, today it is starting to come together and there is now talk of a global pandemic treaty. An organization, let's say a governmental body, is being assembled with delegates from various nations to draft the treaty. And that treaty will then be submitted to nations around the world for ratification. The United States, thanks to the Biden administration, is fully on board and promoting this global pandemic treaty.

Doc Burkhardt is here with me to talk about this globalized vaccine mandate that's coming. And it's really the new health world order. Right. It's what they're introducing here today. And it's almost crazy to think that after all these years of listening and watching True News, I was a listener before I became a part of the organization here. Rick, you've been talking about the lead up to this for more than two decades. It just is surprising to me to see headlines come alive of topics that you talked about 15, 20 years ago. Yes. And we talked, you know, Doc, at least 15 years ago about terms like social distancing. Yes. Because that term was introduced at least 15 years ago that they were setting up the mechanism for a future pandemic and social distancing would be implemented. And if you remember, back at the beginning of this pandemic,

I was telling you about it. You were sitting in my office. Right. And I was recalling that discussion from 15 years ago. And I said, I said, you know what? Very soon we're going to hear the phrase social distancing. And it was the very next day. The next day. The next day. I think the CDC, somebody from the CDC mentioned it, or maybe Anthony Fauci, but suddenly the phrase is there. So we realize, okay, they are implementing the plan that they created 15 years ago. That plan's been there. See, this is what folks have to understand.

They're not just making this stuff as they go. They're implementing a plan that they created 10, 15 years ago. And since the opportunity didn't present itself to implement this plan, they created the opportunity to implement the plan now. That's right. And so here's an article from Politico. It's from a few days ago. Basically, it's telling the plan here they're seeking a buy-in for a new world health order. That's the words that Politico used there. It starts off with the U.S. and Norway are trying to set up a worldwide fund for pandemic preparedness, but many European and Asian countries are pushing for a new international pandemic treaty. Well, I'm glad to see Politico has now become a promoter of a conspiracy theory.

Right, because that's what we've been accused of. Anytime we've said that there's a new world order coming, we've been attacked. But Politico here, they can say that. Because now it's a fact. Yes. It's no longer a warning. It's a fact. The new world health order is being implemented now.

There's a story today from the Washington Post. World agrees to negotiate global pandemic treaty to fight the next outbreak. Notice the next one. Right, they're already planning ahead. You think this is pretty bad? They got plans for the next one. So less than a week after the new Omicron variant of the coronavirus was reported to the WHO, global leaders on Wednesday agreed to start negotiations to create an international agreement

to prevent and deal with future pandemics, which some have dubbed a pandemic treaty. And so they are in the process now of really setting up a new government order, if you will, a new world order that of unelected people, these are just health people, that are going to guide us into the next pandemic.

These health officials are the ones who are issuing these draconian decrees in nations around the world. Dr. Hedges, did you know that there was a World Health Assembly? No, that's the first I've heard about it. So, you know, I knew we had a U.N. General Assembly, but I didn't know we had a World Health Assembly. Who was elected to that? Did we have a vote? Who's our representative on the World Health Assembly? Do you know? I have no idea.

Right. And they don't want you to know who it is either. Dr. Tedros, the director general of the WHO, said, I welcome the decision you have adopted today to establish an intergovernmental negotiating body to draft and negotiate a WHO convention, agreement or other international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response. The commitment by countries to negotiate a global accord would help keep future generations safer from the impacts of pandemic. See you at it. You know what's going to be in this treaty? There will be trigger mechanisms that will require nations to implement lockdowns and vaccination mandates.

It'll be in the treaty. And some future president will say, I'm not for it, but the United States is a signatory to this treaty, and we're going to have to uphold the treaty. Sort of like we were bound to the Paris Accords when it was never ratified. It was never, right. But they'll ratify it. They'll get this thing through the U.S. Senate.

They'll get a treaty ratified. And in the future, some wimpy president of the United States will say, I'm really against it, but my hands are tied. This is a treaty. I have to implement the treaty. They've activated a global vaccination mandate, and we have to follow along. Now, you could say, well, wait a minute.

We're the sovereign United States of America. We'll just tell them we're out. No, the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in the past that international treaties ratified by the Senate, signed by the president of the United States, take priority precedence over the United States Constitution. Every international treaty ratified by the U.S. Senate, signed by a U.S. President, basically nullifies the United States Constitution. And so there's no way to ignore it once the U.S. goes on record ratifying the treaty. Now, if you do it like the way Obama does, Obama would just, hey, I'm going to sign a treaty.

Right. He would sign treaties and the Senate never ratified it. And Obama was like, what are you going to do about it? We're going ahead and implementing the treaty. I'll just wait on the Senate to ratify it. So just don't think because the Senate hasn't ratified this future treaty, they're not going to implement it. No, a Barack Obama type of president, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, would sign it and say, we're on record. Obama did it with gun control. Yes. He signed the Global Gun Control Treaty and put the United States on record. Now, thank God Donald Trump unsigned it.

But Obama's signature was on that treaty when he was not authorized to sign it. But that didn't stop him from doing anything. But he was a professor of constitutional law. Yeah. All right. So we got a global treaty coming. What would it look like with a global new world order regulating your health in a future pandemic? Well, look no further than Australia,

because they are the testing grounds for the new Nazi police state. And they actually have concentration camps for people who don't want to be vaccinated. And for people who don't have COVID. They don't have COVID? No, they haven't tested to be vaccinated. And for people who don't have COVID. They don't have COVID? No. They haven't tested positive for COVID. How do you get, well, then why would they be sent there? They're sent there because they were exposed,

supposedly exposed to somebody with COVID. And so they park them in quarantine. Also through contact tracing. That's the other term we got, we were introduced to this year. Through contact tracing, they say, well, Doc, we know for a fact through your cell phone records that you were over here and that guy has COVID and you were within three feet of him. We're taking you to the concentration camp. Is that how it's working? That's how it's working in Australia. That's what that's what this new treaty is going to put in place for the whole world. So what's the go? So this, I'm going to give you a warning, yeah? It's an official warning that you have to stand about and obey the rules while you get, yeah? And that we have to go to the rules again. So am I allowed to go to the laundry? You're allowed to go to the laundry, but you've got to wear a mask, yeah? Yeah, righto. And you definitely can't go up to the fencing rouse. But you're allowed to go to the laundry? You're allowed to go to the laundry but you've got to wear a mask, yeah? Yeah, righto. And you definitely can't

go up the fence anywhere else but you're allowed to go to the laundry, yeah? That's always been the case, yeah? Right, so if I was sitting just here which is right near the fence, why are these guys in a cabin that's right near the fence? It makes no sense, does it?

Yeah, but you can't leave your balcony to go to the fence to talk to somebody else. That's what I'll do, yeah? So if I was at that balcony... Again, that doesn't make sense. There has to be lines everywhere drawn, yeah? And one of the lines is you cannot leave your balcony and you cannot go to someone else.

Where it makes no sense or it doesn't seem right to, that is the line, and that's what the law is, yeah? And that's our goal, yeah? The law. What, the Cho direction? There's a law that says that. Cho direction, yep. There's a Cho direction, yeah?

And how the behaviour must be done especially in this area because it's much more highly infectious and likely to have infected people yeah highly infectious when all of us people are negative so far the risk is still very high yeah while you're here can we just do that otherwise the next time it's a five thousand dollar fine we don't want to do that it's a five thousand dollar fine if what if if you breach again if if i walk out onto that path without your mask if i cross that yellow line saying that you've broken the rule that i've broken the rule i will be issued with a five thousand dollar fine that's correct right okay i could we could even do that now but we've given the warning first have a chat with you because the big fun thing yeah yeah I don't want to fuck you I don't ever do the right thing and my job to make sure they do I think the

ends and ups nothing to do with me I'm just you know if they didn't have an Australian accent, I'd swear that was in China or North Korea or maybe, you know, World War II historical film from Nazi Germany. Right. But that's Australia. Right. That's Australia. What did that woman do, Doc? That woman was exposed to someone who had COVID. She tested negative for COVID, and she's been there for several days.

And notice what they said. They gave her the courtesy of a warning. They could have, you know, I could fine you right now. I could fine you $5,000 right now, but I'm being a nice guy. Hey, remember the names of all these people who are just doing their job. Remember their names. Yes, because that's what the Nazis said in the Nuremberg trial. I just followed orders.

Right. And so these are little Australian Nazis. So if you saw the hypocrisy of that argument there, they told her that she couldn't go to the chain link fence and talk to somebody. But if she was in the cabin right next to hers, where she can't walk across the porch because there's a white line on the porch, can't cross that white line. But if you were in that next cabin,

you could talk to somebody over the fence because you were close to the fence. It's just stupid. She wasn't infected. She was placed there because she was near somebody who was infected, but she's not infected. Right. But they said she can't talk. She can't go over the line because it's very dangerous here. You might get infected.

Well, then why do you have a well person there? Right. She's not sick. You're telling me you put well people in with infected people? Is that your logic? That's what they're saying. Right. And they also said to her, listen, you can sit on your porch without your mask.

But if you go five feet here without a mask, it'll cost you $5,000. Why are the people in Australia putting up with this? Somebody in Australia tell me, when did you lose your mind? I had great respect for the Australian people up until this year. People have lost their minds. The Australians have lost their minds. What are you doing down there?

You allowed these needle Nazis to take over your country, and you're not fighting. I don't get it, Doc. It's scary. It's really scary because it doesn't give me a lot of confidence that there's going to be strong resistance anywhere else in the world. And they are building these camps in the U.S. now. They are. Doc, FEMA built them years ago. Right. But I mean, they're building new ones right now. They are. FEMA. I know FEMA's built them years ago. Right. But I mean, they're building new ones right now. They're under construction now. That's not you know, theory

or conspiracy theory. That's a fact. They're doing it right now. And so there are areas of the country where they're ramping up to this. Once they get this global treaty in place, it's mandatory. You have to do what the treaty says. OK, I mentioned on yesterday's program about the police checking diners in Europe.

I said it was Austria or Germany. It wasn't. It was Paris, France. We have that video. It's a group of diners sitting in a restaurant, minding their own business, eating a meal, and in come the needle Nazis. Vaccination papers, please. Prove to us you're vaccinated or we're going to have to arrest you, take you out.

Watch this. Unbelievable. This is really happening. So Paris was invaded by Germany back in World War II. They had resistors. They had resistors then, but where are the resistors in France now? So, well, here in New York, I mean, here in the U.S., the crackdown is continuing in New York City under Mayor de Blasio. He's on his way out. He's got three weeks left to terrorize the city.

Right. So New York City orders vaccine mandate for staff at yeshivas and other private schools. Yeshivas are basically Jewish private schools. And so and other private schools are Christian schools and Catholic schools and things like that. So the director from the mayor's office comes amid fears of the Omicron variant. See how they're using this. Workers have until December 20th to show proof of at least the very first dose. Now you would think that with all

the people resisting in New York, then there are a lot of people resisting in New York that the new mayor would be attuned to that. We'll talk about him in just a few moments, but Mayor de Blasio on Thursday extended his public school employee vaccination mandate to private schools and parochial schools. And so under Thursday's announcement, employees at all private and religious education schools, including yeshivas and Catholic schools, must provide proof of a first vaccination dose by December 20th. I was surprised at this number.

Some 56,000 workers at 938 non-public schools will be forced to comply with a new mandate, according to a statement from DeVazio and the health commissioner, Dave Chotsky. So for Jewish and Christian and Muslim parents who pulled their children out of public schools in New York City because they just didn't want them to be in that mess and put them in private religious schools thinking they're safe, they can go to school, they don't have to wear a mask and not have to be vaccinated. Guess what? That communist mayor, de Blasio, is now saying he has power and authority over Christian schools, over Jewish schools, over Islamic schools. He's a dictator. He's got three weeks left in office. He leaves, I think, January 1st is his last day, and the new mayor comes in. But the new mayor is not going to be any better. He's just as crazy. Right. So there's going to be a lot. Right. He's just as crazy. Right. So there's going to be a lot of opposition to this. There's no doubt about it. A staffer at Borough Park, Yeshiva, told the Post, a lot of us felt under attack already. This is going to

continue that feeling. The worker who declined to give his name to the vast majority of Yeshiva staffers are unvaccinated. And there are schools where not a single employee has gotten a shot and. But you don't hear of a COVID outbreak in the Orthodox community either. Mayor elect Eric Adams said in October that he would take de Blasio's mandate. Listen to this Rick one step further and require COVID-19 vaccinations

for all school children pending FDA approval and that approval was granted later in October. Adams will be sworn in on New Year's Day. So he's going to continue that same tactic. You're going to take it, he's going to say every child. Yes. Every child has to be vaccinated, not just the teachers, but the children have to be, including children in Christian schools and Jewish and Islamic schools.

There's no stopping these people until we stop them. It's what has to be done. It's what you do to Nazis. Dictators, totalitarians, they don't respond to reason. They only respond to lead. At some point, the people have to stop them. We're dealing with maniacs, Nazis. These people are power crazy. You can't reason with these people. You can't vote them out of office. You can't. They're crazy. They're absolutely crazy. All right.

They're drunk with power. They will have to be stopped at some point in time. You don't think they're not going to come into your church? There's already countries in Africa saying you can't go to church unless you're vaccinated. Right. They got they have troops at the doors of the church. Which country was that? Was it Nigeria? I forget doors of the church which country was that was in nigeria i forget uganda nigeria i think was in kenya i don't know kenya kenya so they're putting military troops in front of the churches checking a vaccination status of christians going to church you don't think they wouldn't do it here? Yes, if there's no resistance. We saw what

happened in Canada. The Christians just laid down and rolled over. Okay, go ahead. Take over. Take over the churches. We fear you more than we love God. Isn't that really what it's about? That's what it is. Okay, we can live without Jesus. It's okay. As long as you don't bother us. Just don't bother us.

Look, in Germany, there were wimpy religious leaders who placed swastikas on their church doors. And it wasn't because they supported the Nazi party, who placed swastikas on their church doors. And it wasn't because they supported the Nazi party, the National Socialist Workers Party. Hitler was a socialist. He was a leftist socialist. Don't listen to anybody to tell you that he was right-wing.

He wasn't. He was a socialist. But there were wimpy religious leaders who put swastikas on their churches. And it was not because they supported the Nazi party. It was because they were afraid of the Nazis. And they would hang swastika banners on their churches to say to the stormtroopers, please don't come in here and beat us up. Please don't come in here and wreck the church.

You don't have to fear us. We're wimps. We're cowards. We're not going to stop the Nazi party. That's what you have in this country right now. You have this in Canada and Australia. Christian men who are unwilling to take a stand against tyranny. At some point, it has to be stopped.

Or all freedom will end. Absolutely all freedom will end. What's happening right now is one of two things. This is either the darkest moment in world history, a global coup d'etat, a global takeover by tyrants, but time will continue. And God will not interrupt it at that point. It's either option number one or number two is we're at the end of the age. And this is the rise of the Antichrist beast. And Christ is coming back. I don't know which one it is. I lean towards the latter because what I see coming in place is the mechanism to enforce the mark of the beast.

God can knock this whole thing over if his people pray. But if it is the end of the age, then we're going to go through it. If God has decreed, he's done. He's finished with mankind. He wants to wrap it up. He wants to bring his church home. If he's at that place, then we're not going to stop it. We're just going to have to go through it and endure to the end. But we need to be doing some serious praying about which one, which option is it? Which scenario is it? Is it the darkest moment in world history or is it the end of the age of mankind?

But I'm telling you, these people are power crazy and there's no stopping them. They're not, whatever they take tomorrow, they want more. Yes. They're going to be vaccinating babies. They're going to be vaccinating babies. They're going to be vaccinating infants.

They'll be vaccinating embryos in the womb. There's no stopping these people. The ones are not killing. They want Satan's syrup in your body. We'll take a break. Do you know they have, COVID is in deer now? It's not the first report of it, but Canada has now found COVID virus in deer. This is number 15. This is from the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Virus that causes COVID found in Quebec deer. Steve, were they not wearing their masks in the forest? I guess they weren't social distancing either, Rick.

How did a deer catch COVID? Unless it's being sprayed into the atmosphere. Well, that makes sense too. Wouldn't that explain how deer has COVID? I mean, the deer aren't coming up and mingling with people. They're not shopping at Sam's Club. No. And so how are deer getting COVID-19?

I would say they're breathing the air that's being sprayed by military planes. The aerosol. Don't tell me the U.S. military and NATO would never spray a biological weapon in the air because they've been caught doing it in the past. They've admitted to doing it. Going back to the 1950s, the Pentagon was spraying biological agents over American cities. Don't trust the U. it. Yes. Going back to the 1950s, the Pentagon was spraying biological agents

No, no, Doc. No, it was made. It was man-made. It was man-made for the fake vaccine. Fake vaccine was made first, then the virus. You really can't explain why deer, gorillas, lions, hippos are getting COVID. You know, how is that even possible? But anyway, they just want you to, hey, here's the story, read it and just move on. Here's another interesting one I found, Doc. In Jerusalem Post, could Omicron variant have developed in AIDS patients? All right. Now, Rick, the Jerusalem Post can have this headline, can't they?

Yes. And their Twitter account's not banned. By the way, did Twitter restore our account? I think we're back up. I'll check with them. And why did I get my knuckles wrapped yesterday by Twitter? What did Ricky do wrong yesterday? Let's see here. Oh, I know what it was. The American Heart Association.

Oh, yes. The AHA article. We quoted the article. We quoted a story about a report from the American Heart Association and Twitter wrapped our knuckles and said, you naughty, naughty people over there, True News, we're going to shut down your account. If you just dare one more time to publicize an American Heart Association report. So this article from Jerusalem Post. Notice that a newspaper in Jerusalem can have this headline, but if we say it, we get in trouble.

Medical disinformation. So, but here's the quote from the article here. The burning question, how did the world get a COVID variant with more than 50 mutations, including over 30, on the virus of spike protein? According to Professor Cyril Cohen, SARS-CoV-2 mutates at a rate of about one mutation every two weeks. So a variant like Omicron would mean that it started mutating almost two years ago. Say it again. A variant like Omicron would mean that it started mutating almost two years ago, which does not add up with what we know. So why are we seeing so many mutations at once in a variant? So let's think really hard about what they just said there.

Because what they really are saying is somebody's releasing this stuff. I mean, it would have to have started mutating almost two years ago, Rick. It's as odd as a deer catching COVID. Now, it goes on to say in that article, in normal people not vaccinated, infection lasts five to ten days, he said. Now, this lapse in time is what the virus has to change until you infect someone else. In vaccinated people, the virus has around a day, meaning the virus would not thrive as it does in unvaccinated people. But it does thrive. Listen to that. That is why it that is why it's so important to get vaccinated in order to stop the spread of the variants.

But in immunosuppressed people, you might end up with a kind of chronic infection, which the virus lingers for a month or so. And during that time, the virus could actually dodge the immune system and accumulate more and more mutations. So think about that. If you have if you've been vaccinated with the symptom suppressor, that allows the virus more time to inhabit your body and develop more mutations, Rick. Which is why the symptom suppressor was developed. So the virus is just replicating over and over in a person's body because the immune system is not able to stop it. The vaccine's purpose is to shut down your body's immune system so that other viruses can kill you.

It's really very simple. And then the record doesn't show that you died a year from now from COVID or the vaccine. It just says you got some virus in your body a year from now and it kills you. But the vaccine is shutting down your immune system. It's really a wicked diabolical plan. So, all right, well, let's move on to the Jislin Maxwell trial. You know, Jislin Maxwell, the Israeli spy. Her father was an Israeli spy, Robert Maxwell. That wasn't his real name. But he was an Israeli agent, and he was murdered, fell off his yacht. The lady, Jislin, named for his daughter, and he fell into the ocean and drowned. And then his daughter stepped into his shoes and took over.

The family business. Took over the family business of spying for Israel and running a lot of vice operations. She even learned to drive a submarine and fly planes. And she's an amazing person. You almost think she's a female James Bond, but she was just Jeffrey's girlfriend. Well, she was so much like a female James Bond. She had a helicopter license. She had a submarine license. She also had the wherewithal

to print out a 58-page manual to people that worked for Jeffrey Epstein. These were for housekeepers, maids, chauffeurs, that told them to refer to her as Lady of the House. Now, I know she's been trying to distance herself from jeffrey epstein over the past couple years but then in her own handwriting

or her own typewriting if you will she refers to herself as that including instructions like stuffing epstein's car with hundred dollar bills and a see nothing say nothing protocol of the pedophiles activities. Okay, the man in the photograph with the mask over his face, and he's not wearing a mask because he's worried about COVID. He's ashamed of himself, and he's going into the courtroom where no cameras are allowed. Right. That's Juan Alessi, a housekeeper and a chauffeur for Jeffrey Epstein at one time. Did you, Doc, did you read any of the 58-page manual? I read a couple

pages of it. I glanced over the first few quotes from it from the Daily Mail article. That's been about it. Wow. I may print it out and use it here. You know, the rules that they had, I mean, Doc, I mean, I'm joking. I don't know anybody out there. You want to adapt it? It was a rule book on how people had to talk to Jeffrey Epstein. Literally the words they could say, couldn't say. I know one of the things, you were not allowed to look directly at Jeffrey Epstein. Literally the words they could say, couldn't say. I know one of the things you were not allowed to look directly at Jeffrey Epstein. You couldn't look right at him. You could talk to

him, you could look down, but you're never allowed to talk directly to Jeffrey Epstein. So it's basically a rule book for working for rich people. All right? That part I get, all right? They want their standards in their house. But it's when you get to the see nothing, say nothing, keep your big mouth shut part. Well, keep your mouth shut about what? Oh, could it be all the naked little girls in the house? Right.

So we have some quotes from this article. So Jeffrey Epstein's former housekeeper revealed the imperious nature of Elaine Maxwell while he was employed under the couple. Juana Lesi revealed how Maxwell wanted the house run like a five-star hotel, which included washing Epstein's car, stuffing it with $100 bills, and avoiding eye contact with him as Maxwell claimed he detested it. Staff were handed a 58-page household manual filled with demands. Try and anticipate the needs of Mr. Epstein, Ms. Maxwell, and their guests. Do not discuss personal problems with guests. Unobtrusive is the key. Smile. Never disclose Mr. Epstein or Ms. Maxwell's activities or whereabouts to anyone but one bullet on the checklist read in particular see nothing say nothing and

when asked by the prosecutor Maureen Comey what he who happens to be who former FBI director Comey's daughter so what he understood that meant unless he replied I was supposed to be blind, deaf, to say nothing. A photo or a photo or it was in the frame it was right there by the by the door I'm not sure if it was a photo or for frame but it was obvious it was meant to be a young girl exposing herself so anyone that went by there anybody that worked in that house anybody that was a guest in that house and walked by that door saw that so there was no excuse to to what they saw in there. the screen now. So I said this, gosh, when was was when was just Lynn Maxwell arrested? That was last year. I lost track. It's about 18. She's been there 17 months. OK, so last year. All right. So I said this on True News last year.

The. Just Lynn Maxwell is not going to go to prison. I guarantee you she's not going to go to prison. She is a protected person. She's an Israeli agent. She's protected. Jeffrey Epstein was an Israeli agent. The New York prosecutors are not after the pedophiles.

They're certainly not going to expose the Israeli Mossad spy ring that was entrapping rich, powerful, influential American men and videotaping them raping little girls and then blackmailing them so that the Israel lobby would get anything it wanted passed in the U.S. Congress and signed in the U.S. Congress and signed in the White House. That's not what they're after. They're not going to expose that.

This is what I said over a year ago. Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested and has been held for 17 months and is on trial now for one reason. They're going to nail Donald Trump to the wall. That's the purpose. That's what they're after. If you go back and look at the indictment, the indictment is not covering 20, 30 years of her crimes. It's narrowed down, I think, like two years. Yes, a very small window. Very, very small window.

she's got 25-30 years of criminal activity rounding up little girls grooming them letting Jeffrey Epstein rape them and all these rich, powerful men. I mean, look at the look at the list of names of people with Epstein, Jimmy Buffett, the singer. Look, you go down the list of the people, Bill Gates.

These prosecutors were after justice and wanting to put pedophiles away, they could indict all these guys. But they're not. They're going to get one person. Donald Trump. Comey's daughter is the prosecutor. James Comey, FBI director, protector of Hillary Clinton. Comey is after Trump. I agree with you, Ray. When they have enough evidence, see, they're bringing just Lin Maxwell's butler and all these maids, all these people in testify.

The mountain of evidence is going to be so great. It'd be so easy to get a conviction on just Lynn Maxwell. And they're going to say to her, well, Miss Maxwell, we have enough evidence to lock you up for 1000 years. We could get you a pardon. We could make a plea bargain here if you would just tell us, did you see Donald Trump rape a child? That's it.

And I'm willing to stick by that prediction that they are after Donald Trump. They've got information about something Trump did during those two years.

Right. Now, I don't know if you recall or not, New York York, I believe was it either a New Yorker or New York Times article, and it was published back in 2004, where it talked about Trump traveling with Jeffrey Epstein and noticing a young girl with Jolene Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein. Well, keep that in mind. Further on in this particular article, it says Alessi, Mr. Alessi, the housekeeper, said that he remembered two girls during his appointment with Epstein who appeared to be underage. He was shown a photo of the first accuser in the trial known as Jane and confirmed that it was her, that she's the one that was testifying this week. The second was Virginia Roberts, the woman who claims that Epstein loaned her out to Prince Andrew for sex when she was 17, allegations he denies.

Alessi said that Jane was introduced to me by Miss Maxwell at the Palm Beach house and he estimated she was around 14 or 15 at the time. Alessi said that on Jane's visits to Epstein's house, he would pick her up and that he recalled Maxwell instructed him to chauffeur her. Asked by Prosecutor Maureen Comey why she didn't drive herself, Alessi said that she didn't have a license. When she arrived at the residence, she would go to Maxwell's desk. Alessi said it was not my job to ask where they were going. He went on to say he recalled driving Maxwell, Epstein, and Jane

to Epstein's plane and seeing them board together. Alessi said he recalled meeting Roberts on a trip to Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago club with Maxwell. That day they had visited at all the luxury spas in the area when Maxwell suddenly told Alessi, who was driving, stop. Alessi said, I stopped the car and she opened the door and went toward this girl who was coming down the ramp. She looked young. She had blonde hair and was wearing a white uniform like a nurse. Roberts has said she was working in the locker room at Mar-a-Lago at the time. And so once again, you have these connections with Donald Trump. The jury, they were shown two photos of Roberts,

one of which shows her with blonde hair and smiling. She looks aged around 16. Alessi said that after he saw Roberts very often at Epstein's house and estimated she was probably 14 or 15 years old. Doc, they're going after Trump. They're certainly making the connections there. They're going to become indignant about Trump.

They're going to overlook Clinton, Bill Gates, everybody else. And once they cut the deal with Ghislaine Maxwell, they can never bring her back again in the court. She'll get lifetime protection. She'll never be able to testify against Bill Gates. You see where this is going? Sure. They'll make a plea bargain with her to get Trump. And that guarantees she will never, ever again be brought in to testify against Bill Gates or Bill Clinton or any of these other sleazeballs that were raping little kids.

Right. And he's there in a crowd of people blowing his germs out.

I mean, if you're sick, go back up to the president's private residence and rest and hold the press conference another day that would be the sensible thing to do i mean you're talking here mr mandate yes okay the guy who goes shopping without a mask when the store has a big sign says mass required here he is sick

and he's not first of, he's not wearing a mask and he shouldn't even be there. Common sense says if you're sick, even with a cold, I mean, come on, even people with a cold, if you're sick, don't go around other people. Right. Okay? I get the part about grandchildren.

I deal with this. I got 10 of them. All right? And you know, you get a little one, I had one of my little grandkids climb up on my lap and give me a hug and a kiss on the cheek and said, Pap, I'm sick. I got a fever. And I go, oh, hi. Well, thank you. Glad to see you, sweetheart.

But that's what it is. So I don't fault President Biden on that part. Okay, his grandkids are near him. But it is, he shouldn't be holding a press conference. He should have just canceled it, said, I'm not feeling well. But the other thing, Doc, he said, I'm tested every day. He's tested every day. He's tested for COVID every 24 hours. That can't be fun. So somebody points a stick up his nose every day. Yeah.

Apparently so. That's how concerned. Well, it might be having an impact on him, Rick. Yes, because he's becoming delusional again. He says things that aren't true. But he has done that. Honestly, Doc, he has he has exaggerated stuff as long as I have known of Joe Biden. I grew up in Maryland. He was the senator next door in the state of Delaware. I remember Joe Biden when he was bald. That's a hair transplant.

I'm just, you know, that's how long I remember Joe Biden. But he's always been, what do we say, a fibber? An exaggerator? A liar? A liar? How about a liar? All right. So his latest one is that... It's a whopper, too.

Oh, yeah. He knew Gota Meir before. He claims he knew her as the prime minister, but she wasn't a prime minister. And he claims he was a liaison during the Six-Day War, but he was a student in law school. Anyhow, listen to Joe Biden exaggerating his life story. I was saying to a couple of younger members of my staff before I came over, about the many times I've been to Israel, I said, and then all of a sudden I realized, God, you're getting old, Biden. I have known every prime minister well since Golda Meir, including Golda Meir.

And in the Six-Day War, I had an opportunity to, she invited me to come over because I was going to be the liaison between she and the Egyptians about the Suez and so on and so forth. Seriously? In the Suez War? Suez Canal War. Someone fresh out of law school. No, he was still in law school. I mean, the Six-Day War, he was in law school. So why did she reach out to him to be a liaison between Israel and Egypt? And that's a question no one asked that either. Why would, you know, oh, that's a wonderful story, Mr. President. Why did Golda Meir reach out to you?

What special qualifications did you have to be a liaison? So either he was a liaison and remembered at some future point, or he's imagining this and just creating his mind. Well, you know, Doc, I was an attache to Dwight Eisenhower during creating his mind. Well you know Doc I was in attache to Dwight Eisenhower during World War II. I'm king of the moon Rick and so I can claim that as well but the idea is he can say these things no one calls him out on him nobody and nobody will say Mr. President weren't you in law school at the time? And why would she choose a law school student for such an intense diplomatic mission at a time of war?

And by the way, she wasn't the prime minister. Right. She was not the prime minister during the Six-Day War. So what war are you remembering? What prime minister are you remembering? Are you remembering anything, Mr. President? I like it better when he talks about his hairy legs at the swimming pool. At least it makes you laugh. Okay. The guy's not there, folks. Everybody knows it. Everybody, even the people that support him, mentally, he's not there. Fortunately, here in Florida, we have a governor who is here. He's got it together, Ron DeSantis. And the big news here in the state of Florida is the governor plans to reestablish the Florida State Guard.

Yes. Now, this is really a big thing. And now the idea here, Rick, is that we have the National Guard, but now they're under threat themselves because the Pentagon is threatened to cut off pay for drills and to increase the National Guard budget to help meet the gap of that. But he's also working to establish the Florida State Guard separate from the National Guard. So Governor Ron DeSantis continued a series of appearances across Florida to announce recommendations for his 2022 legislative budget. So speaking at the Pensacola National Guard Armory, DeSantis announced he'd be requesting more than $100 million for the Florida National Guard's budget next year. The 20 military installations we have throughout Florida is an almost $100 billion impact, supporting about 100 million jobs, DeSantis said. I've been making some announcements of what's going to be in our budget, which we'll roll out very soon. I'm proud to say that this budget is going to have major investments to support the Florida National Guard. In fact, we're recommending more than 100 million to support our National Guard to ensure they have the means to carry out their missions, whether that be

the federal functions that they can do overseas. But what's really interesting is what he said next. I'm going to be recommending in the budget $3.5 million to reestablish the Florida State Guard. The Florida State Guard will act as a civilian volunteer force that will have the ability to assist the National Guard in state-specific emergencies, DeSantis said. Now, this funding will support the necessary training and equipment and other support functions for up to 200 members who can aid in response

to hurricanes and other natural disasters and other state emergencies. Doc, what's he doing? He is establishing a state militia. You got it. And a separate state militia, separate from the National Guard, because the National Guard really is a function of the federal government for all intents and purposes.

But it wasn't originally. That's right. So Governor DeSantis is putting his toes in the water to establish a state militia. And a state militia is in the Constitution of the state of Florida. Yes. It's right in the very beginning that every citizen of the state of Florida is, not could be, is a member of the militia. Florida's a wonderful state. I love Florida. I'd like to see DeSantis in the White House.

But I think this, you're going to see a trend of this. I think you're going to see other states now start putting that out there. They're going to break away. You're going to see the Texas State Guard. You're going to see the South Dakota State Guard. And these are going to be people that are loyal strictly to the state that they're from. Think about that. That's right.

Controlled by the governor. Controlled by the governor of the state. In other words, they can't be federally activated or something like that, or you can't hold a federal mandate over their heads or anything because their loyalty is to the governor of the state and the Constitution of the state and the people of that state, the way it was supposed to be. And what you're going to see is eventually men signing up, they won't go to the National Guard anymore. They'll just start signing up for their state guard.

Yes. And the so-called National Guards will just run out of recruits. They'll just have to keep bringing in more illegals and offering them citizenship if they become serving the military. This next story is out of Houston. A plumber discovered thousands of checks and envelopes with money hidden in the wall of Joe Osteen's Lakewood Church. Right. Now, this article here, Rick, is saying 500 envelopes. Well, you saw another article that said 3,000 envelopes were found. And so they were full of cash and checks,

and they were found behind the wall of a loose toilet as workers moved insulation out of the wall. So now you may remember hundreds of thousands of dollars that were stolen from a safe at Lakewood Church. This was way back in 2014. Now, all these years later, another bombshell has dropped, so to speak. A plumber says he found money in a wall while he was doing work at the church. November 10th, the news came to light during the radio morning show, The Bull at 100.3 there. It was just unbelievable. Morning show host for the morning bullpen, George Lindsay, said

the things he was telling us that they found in the walls. Lindsay was shocked when he listened to viewers Thursday morning, but says this one caller really took the segment over the edge. There was a loose toilet in the wall, and we removed the tile. We went to go remove the toilet, and I moved some insulation away, and about 500 envelopes fell out of the wall. And I was like, oh, wow. The caller said the envelopes were full of cash and checks. And I think where the 500 comes from is at that moment.

That's how many dropped in. Dropped out. So, Doc, you've been a pastor of a church for many years. What happened here? I mean, none of us here think that Joe Osteen's stuffing money in his bathroom wall. I don't think that at all. But what do you think happened? Someone was taking up the offering and dumping it and hiding it, hoping to pick it back up later. And so or because they didn't pick it back up later or they were doing it just to sabotage the church. That's a possibility, too. And because it said cash and checks. So there had to be a point in time where there were people noticing that their checks weren't being cashed and everything.

So we don't know the whole story on all that. I will tell you this, Doc. After I read that article, I had all the restrooms here in our church. I had all the walls ripped apart. We're looking. You know, there was another church here before we came. It's just possible. It's possible their offering is in the church bathroom.

It's in there knocking on walls, you know, with a stethoscope. It's pretty dusty in there right now. If you go in the bathroom, it's pretty dusty. All the tile's been ripped off. But 3,000 envelopes, obviously that had been going over a tremendous period of time. And it's not an unusual thing for offerings to disappear. That's why in a lot of churches they have some very strict rules on taking offerings for instance there has to be you know in a lot of churches they video record the counting of the offering and everything because there should be a high

standard in that so easy in a lot of churches to take the KFC bucket and dump it somewhere and then come back later and pick it up. And so I actually called. Well, I saw I was this happened in Baltimore and there was a church offering and. There was a crowd of people after the service and the man carrying the offering had it in his arm and it's a big crowd of people and he's trying to get through the crowd he's carrying the container with the offering I literally saw an arm reach out

and grab a big chunk of money and pull it back I saw it and the problem was identifying the person. I knew who I thought it was, but I wouldn't go to court and say, I absolutely know because there were too many people. It was just too many people. I did report it.

But stuff like that happens. And that person that did that, he actually targeted the church. He wasn't a member. Oh, he came. He came for the purpose of robbing the offering. Wow. That was how he was making a living. In that story, we're not accusing Joel

Osteen of anything. We can criticize Joel Osteen over a lot of things, but I don't think he's dumping cash and checks behind a bathroom wall. Somebody was doing it. It might've been a staffer or it might've been someone involved in the taking of the offering and everything, but it is an unusual story. It's unfortunate things like this happen in churches. They do. But churches are made of people and people are made of flesh. Hey, while we're talking about thieves, we've got one more story. You know, what's life like living in a Democrat run state or city where lawlessness reigns?

Because Democrats don't believe in law and order. They believe in letting thieves run wild. It's so crazy in California that they decriminalize shoplifting. You can legally steal up to $950 in California and nobody will arrest you. Right. Think about that. That's state law in California. So is it any surprise that scenes like this are commonplace now? So we have a segment of a TV news report. This happened

yesterday in San Jose at the East Ridge Mall. And watch this news report, NBC. Tonight, shattered glass blankets the quick service jewelry repair store in San Jose's Eastridge Mall. The owner, who didn't want to be identified, is shaken after five thieves walked in with masks and hoods on, smashed his display cases with hammers, and got away with an estimated $70,000 in jewelry. It only took 12 seconds. Tonight, most of his jewelry is gone. It's the latest in a series of smash-and-grab robberies plaguing the Bay Area. Jewelry stores have also been hit at the Sun Valley Mall in Concord and at the Southland Mall in Hayward in recent weeks.

Police officers and security guards continue to increase patrols at most shopping centers, including the Great Mall in Milpitas tonight. Notice how they're changing the terms on this wreck. They call it a smash and grab. Smash and grab doesn't sound too bad, does it? No. It sounds, oh, those kids, smash and grab, you know. They used to call it looting.

Oh, looting is racist. I know. Only white people it looting. Oh, looting is racist. I know. Only white people say looting. So you can't say looting anymore.
