TRUNEWS with Rick Wiles - Plea Deal Implosion: Hunter Biden Is Under Federal Investigation
Episode Date: July 26, 2023Hunter Biden's plea deal imploded at a dramatic hearing on Wednesday, and the president's son is still facing charges related to foreign deals with China and Ukraine. Despite the collapse of his sweet...heart deal, Republicans are vowing to continue pursuing him and his family's shady dealings. The drama began when US District Judge Maryellen Noreika refused to sign off on the original plea agreement, saying it linked a tax-related plea deal with sparing him full prosecution on a felony gun charge. She then sat in a huff as government lawyers and the Biden team argued over the terms of the agreement. They seemed to come up with a new one within minutes, but Judge Noreika again expressed concerns about it. She also said she was worried about the time frame of the deal and what charges will be included or left out of it. During the hearing, Biden appeared to be nervous. He wore a tan suit and stood with his 'sugar brother' and attorney. He also admitted to struggling with alcohol addiction, telling the judge he'd been treated for it six times in his life and had been in a rehab facility twice in the past year. He also said he was sober for 2019 and would undergo random drug tests under his probation. Those admissions could potentially backfire and give ammunition to his defense team when the trial begins in October.Rick Wiles, Doc Burkhart. So help us God. Hunter Biden's plea deal imploded at a dramatic hearing on Wednesday,
and the president's son is still facing charges related to foreign deals with China and Ukraine.
Despite the collapse of his sweetheart deal, Republicans are vowing to continue pursuing him and his family's shady dealings. The drama began when U.S. District Judge Mariela Noriega
refused to sign off on the original plea agreement,
saying that it linked a tax-related plea deal
with sparing him full prosecution on a felony gun charge.
She listened as government lawyers in the Biden team
argued over the terms of the
agreement. They seemed to come up with a new one within minutes, but Judge Noriega again expressed
concerns about it. She also said she was worried about the time frame of the deal and what charges
would be included or left out. During the hearing,
Biden appeared to be nervous. He also admitted to struggling with alcohol addiction, telling the
judge that he had been treated for it six times in his life and had been in a rehab facility twice
in the past year. He also said he was sober for 2019 and would undergo random drug tests under this probation.
Those admissions could potentially backfire and give ammunition to lawyers when his trial begins in October.
Let's begin with this headline published today by the New York Post.
Hunter Biden's sweetheart deal on gun tax charges
torpedoed by a federal judge in a sensational courtroom dust-up yes we've been monitoring
this story all day today it's uh wow what what a story um, Doc, it started to break up, I want to say, around 10.30, 11 a.m.
Right.
When I saw the first breaking news report on it, and I watched, I think it was MSNBC,
and the reporter at the courthouse was just, he was just stunned.
He was trying to tell the audience what was happening.
We'll have a clip of that here in a minute. According to the New York Post, Hunter Biden's
plea deal on gun and tax charges fell completely apart after a judge rejected his demand for
blanket immunity for all criminal conduct, including potential charges related to illegal
foreign lobbying. Now, the judge indicated that future charges against Hunter Biden,
including failing to register as a foreign agent, could still be pursued.
Hunter Biden ended up pleading not guilty to the charges,
and the collapse of the plea deal could potentially lead to further investigations
into his business dealings and potential conflicts of interest involving his father, President Joe Biden.
So the stunning turn of events, this is from the New York Post article itself,
came more than 90 minutes into the hearing at the federal courthouse in Wilmington, Delaware,
where Hunter was expected to plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of willful failure to pay taxes
and enter a diversion program on a felony federal weapons charge.
Now, prosecutors admitted under questioning from U.S. District Judge Mary Ellen Norica
that President Biden's son could still be charged with offenses,
including failing to register as a foreign agent for lucrative dealings in countries such as China and Ukraine
that allegedly involved his father.
Now, the defense attorney, Chris Clark, said this,
as far as I'm concerned, the plea agreement is null and void.
And that was the defense attorney speaking to reporters a little before noon today.
It got worse after that.
Both sides then tried to move forward with a revised plea deal
that specified Hunter would face no additional charges linked to tax crimes from 2014 to 2019
or any counts involving his drug use and associated gun ownership crimes. However,
Judge Noreka indicated she needed more information about the new deal, forcing the first son
to enter a pro forma plea of not guilty before the hearing was adjourned.
This was Hunter Biden arriving at the courthouse earlier today.
And of course, the reporters were all over the place.
This was a high profile hearing that was taking place for Hunter Biden.
This is the federal courthouse in Wilmington, Delaware.
And of course, the first son arriving for the Biden. This is the federal courthouse in Wilmington, Delaware. And of course, the first son arriving for the hearing and his attorneys in tow as well. And the Secret Service agents.
That's true. So he does have Secret Service protection. As a criminal. Right. He's a
criminal and he has Secret Service protection. So, Doc so doc you know at the beginning of this year
I said I predicted
I said what's going to happen
is that
the Department of Justice
you know under
Attorney General Garland
is going to give Hunter Biden
a plea bargain
and they're going to roll up into one plea bargain
all of his crimes and slap him on the wrist and then tell everybody, hey, we dealt with it.
He pleaded guilty. We've got the deal. We got a conviction. But they're going to do it in a way that no future investigations would be able to get him on really serious charges, like possible trafficking underage girls for sex purposes, bribery, things like that.
I mean, they got him on a gun charge and not paying his taxes. But what I said at the beginning of the year, I said they're going to put together a plea bargain that will encompass everything in a way that they think it will.
But the public's going to be told this is about failure to pay taxes and he left his gun somewhere or something like that.
Right.
Well, what happened today is that they go into the courtroom
and the judge started asking questions.
And she started asking questions like,
does this agreement protect Mr. Biden from future prosecutions?
Well, his defense attorney said yes.
And the federal prosecutor said no.
All right.
So now, Rick, the whole expectation coming up today was that this was going to be done today.
This was all going to be over with today.
This is it.
You know, we were going to see Hunter Biden's corruption rolled up and just rolled out the door.
And we'll never talk about it again.
Something changed.
What happened, Rick? Because in the past two weeks, whistleblowers have come forward with stunning evidence.
Enough to put the whole Biden family in prison.
Things that you can't deny.
Like $10 million bribe money.
Right.
The things that we heard coming from the IRS agents and so forth.
And you got Devin Archer that's due to testify next week.
So the evidence is mounting. It's piling up.
Do you remember a few days ago in Israel
the Mossad chief said
talking about the possibility of civil war in Israel
he said, whichever way things go
I will come out on the right side of history.
Okay, so this is what I think happened.
I think some federal prosecutors
who are not corrupt, who are really
trying to do their job correctly, I think some, just like those
IRS agents were trying to do their job correctly. I think some, just like those IRS agents were trying to do
their job correctly.
Right. I believe that some
federal prosecutors got some backbone
and said,
I am not
going to do something
corrupt. I am
not going to participate in covering
up Hunter Biden's crimes.
I am not going to follow the
orders coming down from Merrick Gar Biden's crimes. I am not going to follow the orders
coming down from Merrick Garland's office.
I am going to follow the law.
And I think they went in there today
and shocked the Biden family.
Because the judge asked Biden's defense attorney,
does this plea bargain protect Hunter Biden from future prosecutions?
Oh, yes, Judge.
She turns to the prosecutor.
Does it protect?
No, sir.
No, ma'am.
No.
He could be charged.
And that he's currently under investigation.
She said, is he under investigation?
And the prosecutor said, yes, he is.
So there is an active investigation
underway of Hunter Biden. The whole thing collapsed today. The Biden family is going down now fast.
This is really starting to accelerate. I don't think they can keep Joe Biden in the White House many more months.
I think he's,
like I said yesterday,
there's going to be a family intervention.
Suddenly,
Uncle Joe's dementia is going to accelerate.
And Jill's going to come out
and tell the nation
that Pops can't do it anymore. He's going to come out and tell the nation that Pops can't do it anymore.
He's got to resign.
And they're going to take him away.
They got to get him out of there.
Doc, if he has dementia, you can't put him on trial because he doesn't know the answers.
Right?
Right.
Isn't that going to be his defense argument?
Well, judge, you can ask him all the questions he wants.
He doesn't even know his name.
And then all we have to do is just show clips of him during his presidency and say,
Yeah, it was obvious he was senile.
So, senility is going to be the defense for Joe Biden.
It doesn't work for Hunter.
All he can use as a defense was, I was high.
I was always stoned.
I didn't know what I was doing.
That'll play in some courts.
He might get some mileage out of that in some courts.
But they got to get Joe Biden out of that in some courts but they gotta get joe biden out
of white house now this is looking really bad on biden and his his son's plea bargain collapsed
today in real time so i want to show you um well and something else collapsed today too and that
was the news media news media they were just like going what they like they got
hit by a train they panicked i'm going to show you what i first saw uh this morning and again i
think it was around 10 30 11 o'clock uh i i think that's the approximate time msnbc had was doing a
a breaking news report and their reporter was at the courthouse and he was trying to
make sense of what was happening. We've got this, uh, I think, yeah, I think we've squeezed
it all together in one video. Here it is. Well, right now the United States department
of justice and the son of the president of the United States, Robert Hunter Biden have
no deal. That's what was just stated in court. Both sides are taking a 10 minute recess right
now to see if they can agree to terms on the plea agreement. Starting about 11 a.m., the judge
started to question whether or not a provision in the agreements, this pretrial diversion on the gun
charge, and as well, and we're just finding this out now, and I ask the audience patience with this
because we haven't been able to see these court documents today. But apparently, as part of the pretrial diversion agreement for the gun charge that Hunter Biden faces, there are additional tax charges that are covered in that, meaning they won't be brought should he abide by the terms of the pretrial diversion agreement is outside of my purview, but yet it's referenced
in the plea agreement between the two parties. And she questioned the government and said,
you're asking me to approve and accept this plea agreement, but yet I've got this pretrial
diversion that's hanging out there. And is it your understanding, Hunter Biden, that, you know,
if there's some sort of a break in the agreement here, are you willing to still move forward as
far as the difference between the pretrial diversion agreement and the plea agreement?
Hunter Biden said, no, Your Honor. The two sides meet at exactly 11 a.m. Chris Clark,
who represents Hunter Biden, goes over to the. THE JUDGE TOOK A 10-MINUTE RECESS THERE. AND HE SAID, AND THIS IS A QUOTE, WE'LL RIP IT UP. WE'LL TEAR UP THIS
AGREEMENT RIGHT THEN. THE TWO SIDES GOT BACK TOGETHER AGAIN AFTER THAT 10, 15-MINUTE RECESS
AND SAID, LOOK, WE AGREE NOW THAT THE PRE-TRIAL DIVERSION IS SEPARATE FROM ALL OF THIS. AND WITH
RESPECT TO THE PLEA AGREEMENT, THE ONLY REASON WHY WE REFERENCE THIS PRE-TRIAL DIVERSION AGREEMENT of this. And with respect to the plea agreement, the only reason why we reference this pretrial diversion agreement is just to say that when you cut to sentencing guidelines, which is this idea
of what eventually sentenced Hunter Biden should get for the misdemeanor tax offenses, that you
can't include the gun charge into that. Everything seemed to be OK at that point. But then the judge
asked, look, there's an ongoing investigation here.
Government says yes.
They agree.
They say, what does that ongoing investigation involve?
They say they can't talk about it.
Otherwise, the trial clock is on.
As I was leaving the courtroom, she was talking about status conferences, future filings,
as if there was no plea agreement at all, as if the very reason why we are here today does not exist.
So as I stand here, I'm just looking at my clock to make sure,
watch rather, that they're not back in.
As I stand here, there is no current plea deal between the Justice Department and the son of the president.
And they said, okay, so you're asking me to accept a plea agreement,
but does that cover any potential charges?
And she referenced the work that Hunter Biden has done
for entities in
foreign countries. And she said, does this preclude you from bringing FARA charges in the future
if I accept this plea agreement? And the government said, no, we could bring those charges.
The defense, Chris Clark, acting on behalf of Hunter Biden, disagreed with that and said,
no, that's not my understanding of the agreement. And then the federal prosecutor said, then there's no deal. That was at 1131. And Chris Clark, who represents Hunter Biden,
says, as far as I'm concerned, the plea agreement is null and void. Just as I left the courtroom
itself, the judge determined that there should be a 10-minute recess to try and figure out
whether or not the two parties can quickly come to an agreement.
Meanwhile, over at CNN, they're about to pull their hair out over there.
They're going into a meltdown, wondering how is it possible that this plea agreement
that has apparently been talked about and referenced now for months
suddenly vaporized in a moment of time.
Doc, CNN was expecting that tonight
they would be able to sit there with the little smirky grins
saying to the American people,
we did it again.
We covered up another crime.
What are you going to do about it, American people?
We're the ruling class.
It didn't happen.
They were flipping out today.
Let's watch.
Someone made a bad mistake here.
Am I wrong looking at this, saying that these someone,
whether it be Hunter Biden's defense or prosecutors here,
How could there be such a big miscommunication?
I cannot even begin to explain how the Justice Department walks into
that courtroom without knowing exactly what the scope of immunity or coverage is for Hunter Biden.
And equally, I cannot even begin to understand how Hunter Biden's lawyers walk into that courthouse
without knowing exactly what the constraints, what the limitations of that deal are.
Well, they did. Well, the cover up news network missed it on that one didn't they they did
um now the republicans made a a move a legal move last night and they submitted a brief
to the court and this is uh this is the new y Times, July 25th.
So yesterday.
Yes.
Republicans in Congress seek to block Hunter Biden's plea deal.
It worked.
It worked.
The Republicans actually hit a run.
They got it.
They actually did one.
I'm proud of them.
So it was enough to get the judge's attention and the judge started asking questions.
So let's take a look at here.
New York Times on the eve of Hunter Biden's court appearance to enter into a plea deal for misdemeanor tax crimes that would allow him to avoid prison time.
House Republicans and conservative groups sought to intervene in the case, urging a judge to throw out the agreement he reached with prosecutors.
So the highly unusual legal maneuvering, which experts said was unlikely to succeed, remember this was yesterday,
illustrated the lengths that House Republicans and their allied groups have been willing to go to as they have tried to use Mr. Biden's legal and personal troubles to inflict political damage on his father, President Biden. It says Representative Jason Smith of Missouri,
the chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, filed a brief in federal district court
in Wilmington, Delaware, where Hunter Biden's plea deal is to be considered by a judge on Wednesday.
That's today. Right. So now if you recall, the committee had heard
testimony from two IRS investigators who claim to be whistleblowers and have told the panel that the
younger Mr. Biden received preferential treatment from the Justice Department. Mr. Smith's brief
asked the judge to consider the testimony in deciding whether to approve the agreement. So
understand what what's being said there.
They're reminding the judge.
We've had whistleblower testimony that has said that Hunter Biden's been up to no good dealing with money and finances.
And so in that brief.
And, Doug, what they're also saying here to the judge is in the time span since this plea bargain was reached between the Justice Department and the Biden attorneys.
We've had this testimony.
This testimony has come out.
And in this testimony, there is evidence that the Department of Justice has been corrupt.
Right.
That they have been interfering with this.
So therefore, this plea bargain is corrupt.
And it was enough for the judge to just end this plea bargain today.
It was an amazing event.
So now the situation here is not that the Justice Department exercised charging or plea negotiation discretion,
but the presence of credible allegations at the investigation, charging decisions and plea negotiations were tainted by improper conduct at various levels of the government.
That's coming from the attorney for Jason Smith, Theodore Cotilla.
And he's the one who actually followed the brief with the federal court there in Delaware. Okay, now, Doc,
we're going to take a turn towards weird.
Get ready for this one, if you haven't heard about this. So, that happened, this story
that we were talking about happened yesterday. Yes. Something else happened yesterday,
too. Yes, after the Republicans filed that brief, and after
the Republicans submitted to the court, hey, here's all this evidence of the testimony of the IRS agents.
Right.
Judge, you need to take this into consideration. This is new information since the Justice Department entered into this plea bargain. And then this happened. All right. So this headline from The Hill.
Judge says Hunter Biden legal team apparently misrepresented identity to court clerk. All right.
Now, you got to follow the story here about what happened. According to The Hill, the judge overseeing Hunter Biden's criminal case accused a member of his legal team misrepresenting themselves
to the court clerk's office,
potentially leading to sanctions.
The issue arose when a staff member from Biden's law firm called the court clerk's office
seeking to remove documents from the public docket claiming they contained sensitive information.
So the judge ordered Biden's attorneys to explain in writing
why they should not be sanctioned for alleged misrepresentation.
So quoting the Hill, court filings indicate that Jessica Bengals, an administrative staff member at Latham & Watkins, the firm representing Hunter Biden,
called a member of the court clerk's office just before noon on Tuesday, seeking the documents removal from the public docket saying they contained
secret details and including social security taxpayer and grand jury information all right
now listen to this wait you read this one but U.S. District Judge Mary Ellen Norica
who is overseeing Biden's case later suggested that Bengals had pretended to call from the committee chairman's law firm.
Judge Noriega ordered Biden's attorneys to submit in writing why they shouldn't be sanctioned.
So Judge Noriega said this. It appears that the color misrepresented her identity and who she worked for in an attempt to improperly convince the clerk's office to remove the amicus materials from the docket.
OK, so, Dr.
Stop.
Explain.
Explain to everybody what this.
This woman working for Biden's attorneys, what did she attempt to do?
She attempted to remove the material that basically would implicate Hunter Biden. But who does she attempted to remove the uh material that basically would implicate hunter biden but
who does she pretend to be she pretended to be working for jason smith the republican chairman
of the house ways and means committee right that's doc that's got to be a federal crime. She called a federal judge's office,
the clerk of the court of the federal court,
and pretended to be somebody else
and asked to remove documents from a case
that was going to be heard by the judge the next day.
A federal case.
Involving the son of the president united states shouldn't that law firm be disbarred but they should all be taken out and hung basically for
that i mean really uh but they did have a response to it rick they said uh responding to noreca's
order tuesday night a biden attorney said said there was no misrepresentation, Rick.
The matter under consideration
appears to stem from an unfortunate
and unintentional miscommunication
between a staff member at our firm
and employees of the court.
That's coming from Matthew Salerno,
the attorney who wrote in a letter to the judge.
It's all just a big mix-up, Your Honor.
But the judge could impose sanctions on the law firm.
Now, by the time this bubbled up through the various news cycles and everything, it hit
Fox News and Jesse Waters' show last night, and he had this take on the situation. Watch this.
Hunter Biden's plea deal is now in jeopardy. President
Joe Biden's son is set to appear in court tomorrow, where Delaware Judge Mary Ellen Narica
will decide on whether or not to sign off on Hunter's plea deal. And Hunter Biden may have
just jinxed the deal. You're not going to believe what he just did. Republican Congressman Jason
Smith just filed a brief with the judge, entering into evidence the IRS whistleblower testimony.
Basically a legal move to get the judge to think, you know what, are you really going to let this guy off so easy?
And Hunter Biden's attorney called the courthouse clerk today and pretended to be a Republican attorney and told the clerk, oops, you know what,
we didn't really mean to file all that whistleblower stuff. Can you guys just strike
that from the record? Seriously, Hunter Biden's lawyer made a phony phone call to the court and
tried to remove the whistleblower testimony. He called and impersonated the opposing lawyer. Hey, this is a
Republican attorney, Chris Clark. Never mind that amicus brief. Just forget about it. That was an
accident. Good day, young lady. Was this Hunter's sugar brother's idea? You know, the one who was
ripping bong hits off his balcony in Malibu.
This sounds like the kind of caper you cook up when you're on cocaine. Hey, guys, you know what we should do? We should just call the courthouse and pretend we're the other lawyer. Democrats
just called this whole investigation a clown show, and Hunter Biden's lawyers are making prank calls
to the judge. An incredible story, and you got to admit that that's a dirty trick. in Georgia where he had said that they had added
illegal ballots to the county. He
admitted that he made the false statements. He did it in order because he's in
deep legal trouble in Georgia. They're going to take his
law practice away from him just like they did Lin Wood.
Lin Wood was compelled to resign from law and swear that he would never practice law in any state the rest of his life and yet today we have this case with the with the biden attorneys pretending to be a representative of the house republicans
and asking the judge's clerk to remove documents any other judge probably would have gone along
with it probably wouldn't have questioned it this was a smart judge. She's a smart woman. She's alert.
She's paying attention.
And maybe the Lord is just helping the judge discern and see the tricks that are being played on her.
But you had to know that the clerk of the court made a phone call to the judge.
He said, you know, I just got a weird phone call here a little while ago
from a lawyer down in D.C.
It's saying that it worked for the House Republicans.
Maybe the clerk, maybe the judge should call the House committee
and verify it.
This may not be over, Doc.
The judge may take legal action against Biden's law firm.
Now, while we're laughing about this clown show, the next one is not funny at all.
Daily Mail reporting that Biden's former law partner, Devin Archercher is in hiding.
And fears for his family's safety after receiving threats, but nevertheless, he's going to testify to the U.S.
Congress next week about his business dealings with Hunter Biden. Right. So according to the Daily Mail, Hunter Biden's former business partner,
Devin Archer,
is reportedly in hiding
and fears for his family's safety
after receiving threats.
But despite the threats,
Archer still plans to testify
before Congress next week
regarding his alleged shady dealings
with Hunter Biden.
Archer is expected to reveal details
about meetings with foreign business partners
where Joe Biden, the first son,
was involved. He needs to stay off paddleboard. So there were reports that he
was canceling his appearance. They're not true. He's not canceling, but he has gotten threats
and he's concerned about the threats, the source said. His family has received threats. He doesn't
know who from, but you don't have to be Dick Tracy to figure it out.
Another source close to Archer denied that he was in hiding, but confirmed that he had received
threats. Now his wife, Krista told the Daily Mail at their Brooklyn townhouse, he's not here. He's
not at our other home. He's not in DC, but she wouldn't reveal where he is. Well, obviously, they knew where to find her, right?
The Daily Mail did.
That concerned me in that article there, that if the reporters could find her, anyone else could too.
Speaking of paddle boards and the Obamas here, this is from the New York Post.
Witness recounts moments before Obama chef Tafari Campbell's paddleboard death.
Now, up to this moment, Rick, we still don't know who this witness is.
I know.
And these articles are written in a way like nobody at the newspaper even cares.
Right.
I mean, it's like such, I mean, holes so big in the story you could drive a Mack truck through.
So the unidentified fellow paddleboarder saw Campbell losing his balance.
This is number 25 for control and falling into the water.
Then swam to shore and alerted someone who then called 911, according to the report.
So we have three people in this quote.
We have Tafari Campbell Campbell who fell off his board. We have the unidentified fellow
paddle boarder who saw Campbell fall off his board.
And then we have yet a third person here in this story, Rick, that went
and called 911. So there's three people in this story.
And two of them are unidentified.
Right. What's the secrecy? You know, hey, that 911 caller, they should get a medal in a parade
and everything. I mean, at least they tried, right? They should be identified. Why isn't
somebody interviewing them? Why isn't somebody saying, did you do your best to try to save Tafari Campbell?
I mean, that's a big story. How does the Obamas have this kind of power to censor the news media?
It's not like they have to censor them because the news media isn't interested in doing its job.
It isn't the news media.
It's the propaganda media.
But the Obamas have the, it's like the news media it's the propaganda media but the Obamas have
it's like the Clintons
they have the ability just to tell
news organizations
cover for me
it's like one phone call
just cover for me
because
why would all these news organizations
cover up the identities of these people
if there wasn't somebody higher up telling them to do it?
Once again, if we flip the script, if it was at Mar-a-Lago, an unidentified witness.
Well, who was that witness?
Yes. So, yeah night, a young female was found drowned in Donald Trump's swimming pool.
And a witness saw her drown.
Yes.
And somebody went into Trump's house and called 911.
But we don't know who any of the people are.
How long would that story go on?
And it took us a day even to know who
drowned remember that yes somebody drowned sunday but it wasn't until late monday that they were
even identifying who it was right now uh the probe into now listen this it did the funny just writes
itself the probe into the tragedy has been completed r Rick. It's completed. And there was no evidence to suggest the death was suspicious, police
said. There's nothing suspicious about this, Rick. This was
this investigation was completed faster than the
Secret Service search for the owner of the cocaine in the White House.
Now, they said an autopsy has also been completed.
They've already done an autopsy, Rick. Where's the autopsy has also been completed they've already done an autopsy right where's the autopsy
but that a toxicology report could take weeks so they admit that they've they're doing a toxicology
report doc i want to go back uh the intro that we had we didn't we didn't we didn't go through we
won't have it on the screen but i want to go through it uh and i can just read it okay the witness to tafari campbell's paddleboard death
who was in the water with him at the time at the time recounted desperate attempts to save him. Despite trying to swim to Campbell,
who was not wearing a life jacket
and wasn't tethered to the board,
the person could not reach him in time.
Campbell was an excellent swimmer.
You've seen the videos of him swimming in a pool.
Right.
The man was an excellent swimmer.
He was young, strong, physically fit, and in eight feet of water.
So now we're told desperate attempts to save him.
What does a desperate attempt look like to save somebody who's drowning?
Well, I would think somebody's hitting the water.
They're going out there.
They're, you know, I mean, they're making an effort. They're thrashing around. I mean, the one who's drowning is thrashing around. He's kicking
his feet, he's begging. Desperate attempt to save him. Well, tell me about the
desperate attempt. He fell off his board and went down. Came up. What was the desperate attempt to save him?
Did the other person have his arms around him? No, that's
not true because they couldn't reach him in time. Well, then what was the desperate attempt?
Right. There was no desperate attempt.
But he was, the other person was in the water
with him at the same time
yeah there's how far away
how far away were these two people we were told in a story yesterday that the incident occurred
100 feet from shore okay so that's uh what third of the length of a football field okay so that's, what, a third of the length of a football field. Okay, that's some distance, a little bit of distance,
but not an impossible distance if you're a moderate swimmer.
But here's, once again, I mean, we have three characters here.
We've got Tafari Campbell.
We've got the other paddleboarder or whoever was in the water.
And we've got that third person that went in and called 911.
And was the third person on the shore and saw it i would have to assume you know well that's a great question too did they see it all happen too
something and where were the stinks and where were the secret service agents who are guarding
obama's property this happened happened on Obama's property.
And are there no cameras?
Are there no surveillance systems?
I mean, can just anybody walk onto the president's compound?
Did the other paddle boarder have a hammer?
Well.
Hey, look, there was, and I could not verify it.
Last night on the internet, people were posting messages that
various local police officers there in Martha's Vineyard
said that Campbell had, his face was disfigured,
that it had been blunt trauma.
I couldn't verify it.
I couldn't find any source that looked legitimate. So I
don't know if there's any truth into it. We don't know.
But that was floating around last night, circulating.
But without that, everything else is suspicious about this.
Yes. Everything is suspicious. And for the police to say, there's nothing
suspicious about this. Black is suspicious. And for the police to say there's nothing suspicious about this. Black guys falling off
paddle boards happen all the time up here at Martha's Vineyard. Now the article went on
to emphasize once again the former first family was not
at home at the time of the tragedy, officials said.
Well now there's been various
interpretations of that.
Where were they?
They were on the island.
We know they were on the island.
The island's not that big.
Where were they?
Just tell us.
Yeah.
So we don't have to make it up.
So we don't have to create a conspiracy theory.
Give us the facts.
Facts will stop conspiracy theories.
That's all we're asking for. The facts,
ma'am. Just dragnet style.
Just give me the facts, ma'am.
We can't get the facts. You know, conspiracy theories come from the lack of facts.
We don't have any facts.
And the reason we don't have any facts is because the authorities are holding back the facts which makes people wonder what went on right it's the real story and so who
has the power to cause the authorities to withhold information someone with greater power than the
authorities that's right um another Another unusual thing that happened today
was U.S. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell
was holding a press conference
and he froze for about 20, 30 seconds.
It appears that he was having a stroke.
I don't think there's been any comment
from Mr. McConnell's office since this happened.
It was troubling.
You don't want to see anybody having that kind of a medical crisis.
We've got the video.
You can watch it.
He's talking, and then he just stopped talking and just stared for, like I said, 20, 30 seconds.
Here it is.
Parts and cooperation and a string of. Anything else you want to say?
I'm sure it's good.
Do you want to say anything else to the press?
Let's go back to you.
Go ahead, John.
Go ahead, John.
It's okay. So this is the, we're coming up on the one-year anniversary of the IRA.
And, of course,
That's unfortunate.
I don't see anybody.
That was Senator John Barrasso of Wyoming that was leading him away.
By the way, one of our team members just said that CNN is reporting that McConnell's office says he's fine.
He just had a brief moment.
He's finished.
It's over.
I mean, when I say it's over, his political career is over.
It's done.
That's it, Doc.
We just witnessed the end of Mitch McConnell's political career. He's done. That's it, Doc. We just witnessed the end of Mitch McConnell's political
career. He's done. He's finished. And it's reminding everybody that there's another old man
in power, Joe Biden, who's also physically unfit to carry out his duties. Mitch McConnell is the oldest, the longest serving senator.
And he should have retired a year or two ago when he was still in good health and could have just
gone out on a high note and said, hey, I made it in the book of records and I'm going home.
I'm going to go to Kentucky and just sit on my porch and enjoy life.
He should have done that.
These old people hang on to power until they can't, until their hands turn blue.
Or they're made blue.
And that's what I mean.
They get passed out.
I mean, look at old Dianne Feinstein.
Yeah, 90 years old.
She has no idea where she's at, what's going on.
Nancy Pelosi is actually older than Mitch McConnell by two years.
Is she really?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well, she had her moments where she was slurring her speech.
And, you know, people were saying she was drunk. I don't know if she was drunk.
She might have just been signs of senility setting in? Dementia?
I don't know.
All I'm saying is that you reach a point and it's time just to hang it up.
Doc, when I get to that place, okay, I want you guys, you just push me out here in a wheelchair and just turn the cameras on we're recording this right yeah so turn the
cameras on and let me just go at it but don't stream it anywhere just don't stream it that's
probably going to be the best content we've ever produced and then just push me back and say boy
rick you told them that time you did it that that time. We'll see you tomorrow, you know,
and let me think that it went out to the whole world.
Don't let me get like that.
I don't want to be like that.
I told my kids that if I get to a situation like that,
just take me out in the middle of the woods and leave me.
If I make it back home, you have to keep me.
Oh, okay.
You have to keep me.
I thought you were going to say you would.
If I make it back home, you have to keep me.
Put you down, you know.
But really, this is the end of Mitch McConnell's career.
He's 81.
Joe Biden is 80.
Yes.
Now, add four years to the 80.
You want four more years of Joe Biden at 84?
Yes.
So Mitch was reelected, was it 2020 or 22? I forget which year he ran. It was another six year term.
Right. He's not going to finish it out. OK. He's not going to remain the House.
I mean, the Senate Republican leader. He's just not going to do it. That's his last press conference.
That's it. It's over.
It's just not going to happen anymore.
Okay?
Who's going to be the new Senate Republican leader?
It could be Tim Scott of Florida.
Could be... That would be a generational shift there.
Yeah, it could be John Corcoran of Cornyn.
Cornyn of Texas is another one.
It should be Rand Paul, but it won't be.
They're never going to let Rand Paul do it.
Okay.
He would tell the truth.
But most likely, I would say it's going to be Tim Scott of Florida.
But that change is coming you're going into presidential election year and
one-third of the senate will be up for election in 24 right you can't have
a republican senate leader who is staring into space
and make your argument that the democrat nominee is too old to be the president
yes okay you've got to put younger people into those positions where the voters are going to
say we're going to get rid of all of you guys this clean house you know just wipe out all of
you put a new group of people in that is the biggest opening in 2024 of my entire lifetime i think 2024
there is still time for a real third party to organize a real one and if they wait much longer
they won't be able to do it simply because they can't meet deadlines.
Right.
But the mood of the public.
They're just tired of it.
The mood of the public, they're tired of it.
They're just tired of it.
Speaking of being tired of stuff, Robert F. Kennedy was on Sean Hannity's program.
He asked for a town hall last night.
Yeah. Sean Hannity's program. He asked for a town hall last night. Yeah, and he got a very, very warm welcome from the Hannity audience.
Now remember, Hannity audience, super conservative, generally very pro-Trump.
And obviously pro-Republican, but they liked Kennedy.
And I think it probably was troubling Sean Hannity that his audience was embracing Robert F. Kennedy. And I think it probably was troubling Sean Hannity
that his audience was embracing
Robert F. Kennedy. We've got
two clips. The first one
is Mr. Kennedy
vowing to end
the weaponization
of political agencies.
And this is what he said last
night.
Being lied to.
You look at Donald Trump and all like for look, look at, for example, the way Hillary Clinton, top secret classified information.
No, no prosecutor would ever prosecute.
No rate of Chappaqua.
You got four locations.
Joe Biden has top secret classified information.
They didn't rate his home.
Donald Trump, they raid Mar-a-Lago.
And then the question is, in the 2020 election, for example, the FBI had Hunter's laptop.
In December of 2019, they verified its authenticity in March of 2020.
Why was the FBI in the months leading up to that election meeting with big tech companies
and telling big tech companies that
they may be victims of misinformation campaigns and it may be about Joe or Hunter Biden when
they knew damn well they'd already authenticated it.
And what's interesting is the head of site integrity for Twitter at the time,
actually testified in a Missouri case that, in fact, that they said it might be about Hunter.
And then none of these big tech companies allowed anybody to read the laptop story in the weeks
leading up to that election. Now, to me, that is our government, in this case through the FBI,
putting center blocks on a scale of an election. Is that something you would stop? And do you agree
with me? Yeah, I would stop. In fact, I'm going to issue an executive order the moment I get into the White House the first day
for bidding, ending the weaponization of our agencies for political purposes.
It's worse than it's ever been. In my view, it's worse than it's ever been.
In my view, it's worse than it's ever been.
And, you know, one party will be in power,
and then they'll start doing it to the other party.
Of course.
And it's going to be back and forth.
Of course. Of course.
And, you know, Judge Jody's decision, which I'm...
My name is, you know, occurs on many, many, many pages of that
because I was the first person censored by the Biden White House.
The Biden administration, President Biden took the oath of office on January 21st, 2021.
And the White House ordered Twitter to begin censoring me 37 hours later.
I was the first name to be censored.
Then three weeks after that, my Instagram account, which was my major way of talking to the public, was deplatformed and disappeared.
By the way, did you see at the censorship hearing?
You got a great-wing talk show,
hosted by one of the most right-wing talk show hosts on Fox News.
Talkers number one.
On Talker magazine, number one.
And Robert F. Kennedy was being applauded.
I'm telling you, the man is going to be the president.
I'm not looking. I want to say something here just for the record true news which is a ministry of this church we're
not endorsing anybody okay we can't we won't we're not going to do that okay i'm just talking
about personal opinion and not necessarily prophetic utterance either i'm not prophesying i'm not
going to do that stuff that uh the preachers were doing with donald trump prophesying i'm not doing
i'm just talking about my personal just gut instinct right that robert kennedy's going to
become the president united states well if you thought that clip was something. Now, remember, Sean Hannity is very, you know, pro-Ukraine war. I mean, you know.
Well, he's pro-war.
Yeah, just pro-war in general, but very much in favor of what's going on in Ukraine. There's not enough money we can send to Ukraine, according to Sean Hannity. Sean Hannity and Robert F. Kennedy have an exchange regarding the Ukraine war.
Watch the response of the audience at the end.
This is a little bit longer clip, about five minutes, but it's worth the payout at the end.
Watch this.
Peace through strength with all my heart.
Control our borders.
All these things.
They're simple.
I believe that educational school choice.
We agree on these things?
Yeah, we agree on all those things.
One area.
I don't like the fact that America is bearing the brunt and the burden of financing most of the war against Putin and Ukraine.
I think we agree on that part.
Why isn't Europe, why don't they ever step up
and defend their own continent
before they ask for U.S. involvement?
And why would Joe Biden veto Poland
given Zelensky fighter jets
to actually fight to win the war
after they were invaded?
Well, the more disturbing thing is that
on two occasions,
the Russians tried to sign a peace agreement with Zelensky.
Do you trust Putin?
Do I trust Putin? No.
But that's not—listen, I've litigated over 500 lawsuits.
All of them end up with—or many of them end up with settlements or one kind or the other.
And you never trust the guy on the other side.
You use language art, you use
the design of agreement.
So Ukraine, to appease Putin,
who I think is evil,
they've already given up Crimea,
it was annexed, so what, now they have to give up
the Donbass area?
You know,
Ukraine, because of our
pushing the Ukraine
into the war, on two occasions.
We pushed them into it or pulled them.
Let me answer your question.
In 2019, France, Germany and Russia all agreed to the Minsk Accords.
That year, Zelensky ran for president.
He was a comedian.
He had no political experience.
Why did he win? Because he ran on one issue, signing the Minsk Accords. As soon as he got in there, Victoria Nuland and the White House told him he couldn't do it. Then Putin sends
40,000 troops in. That's not enough to conquer the country. Clearly, he wanted us to come to
the negotiation. He wanted somebody to come to the negotiating table. Zelensky came to the negotiating table,
signed a new agreement that was the Minsk Accords 2 in 2022, and that would have allowed
Donbass to stay and Lugansk to stay, to remain as part of Ukraine. We said Putin signed it, Zelensky initialed it,
and Putin, in good faith, began withdrawing troops from the Ukraine.
What happened?
We sent Boris Johnson over there to torpedo it
because we don't want peace.
We want the war with Russia.
Why are you blaming America's role in this?
Look, Putin to me is an evil, murdering dictator thug,
and when he leaves this earth, nobody's going to miss him.
Let's be honest.
However, I think that Europe has a responsibility to protect their continent,
and yet it always seems to fall on the United States.
Joe Biden has committed all these billions of dollars that we can't afford
and he's not fighting the war to win the war.
I don't believe in fighting wars half-assed.
If you're going to fight a war,
you go in, overwhelming force,
you beat them, you get the hell out.
That's it.
And only if it's provoked.
Putin did not need to invade in a sovereign country,
in my view.
Is Zelensky perfect? Nope.
I don't think he is either. I agree with you on that part.
But America's role, I think,
should be dictated first by Europe.
And they've got to defend their continent. And they haven't
stepped up, in my view.
I don't think most of the European
countries wanted the war either.
It's clear what happened, which is that, you know, from the beginning, we promised in 1992,
the Russian leadership said, we will move.
This was Gorbachev said when the Soviet Union, he was getting ready to dismantle the Soviet Union.
And he said, we're going to allow you, we're going to withdraw 400,000 troops from
East Germany, and we're going to allow you to reunite Germany under NATO, which is a hostile
army. That's a huge concession for them. One commitment that we want, is what the Russians said,
is that you will not move NATO to the east. James Baker, who is then Secretary of State under Bush,
famously promised we will not move NATO one inch to the east.
Well, since then, we've moved it 1,000 miles in 14 countries.
Now, when we started that plan in 1997, Bill Perry, who was the Secretary of Defense under Clinton, said to the Clinton administration,
if you move NATO to the east, I'm resigning because you are forcing the Russians
to come to war with us.
George Kennan, who's the most important
diplomat in American history, the architect
of the containment policy during World War II,
said the same thing.
You do not need to make
an enemy out of Russia.
Russia should be treated the way
we won the Cold War.
It gets complicated.
Robert F. Kennedy is the most intelligent and informed and educated candidate running for president this year. Can you think of anybody else who has a grasp of world events, history, trends, the motives of nations?
Can you think of anybody else who can speak intelligently on these subjects?
I've heard him talk about the American Revolution.
Yes. In fact, one of his very videos where he was talking about the American Revolution, that got him suspended from YouTube.
So YouTube cut it off while he was talking about the revolution.
Yes.
But he is a very knowledgeable man.
And he's a very reasonable man.
And I honestly believe the man is going to be the president of the United States.
I don't know how he wins the Democratic nomination.
I don't know how that can happen.
Is he the third party candidate?
Or, oh, this would really be crazy.
Really far.
Would the Republicans nominate Robert Kennedy?
Think about that. Would the Republican Party nominate Robert Kennedy?
I mean, he's, you know, politically, he's closer to Republicans in some ways than Democrats.
Well, he wants to secure the border you go down the list all right i
disagree with him on on abortion on gay rights there's certain social issues that that he shows
his democratic colors on but the republican party's there now and they're not doing anything
on these issues donald trump is pro-gay rights hey-gay rights what do you get if you go Republican? You're not going to get
anything conservative there. Right.
So let's watch and see where Mr. Kennedy goes. I've got a couple more I want to show you
before we wrap it up. I'm going to jump over to
number 37 Eddie
this is former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Omar said,
Israel is entering a civil war.
Are we reading this?
Is this for real?
The former Prime Minister warning that Israel is going into civil war.
We've got a soundbite about one minute from an interview he gave
in which he said,
we're now going into that civil war.
Let's watch.
There is a threat.
This is a serious threat.
It has never happened before.
And we are going into civil war now.
The civil war.
Civil war?
Yeah. And we are going into civil war now. Civil war? Yeah, I mean, civil disobedience with all the possible ramifications
to the stability of the state and to the ability of the government to perform
and to the obedience of the large part of the Israeli population
to a government which is perceived by a large part of the Israeli population to a government which is perceived by a large
part of the population to be illegitimate.
Government has decided to threaten the foundations of Israel democracy.
And this is not something that we can accept or that we can tolerate remember that henry kissinger predicted
i think the date he gave was 2020 right that israel would move to ukraine
or that his prediction was israel the state of israel would be no more is there would be no
more israel but there were other people predicting that Israel would move to Ukraine
are we going to see the Zionist state of Israel leave Palestine and move to Ukraine
and say we're here to rebuild this country.
This would be the modern Israel.
Because Ukraine historically was part of the Khazar Empire.
The Ashkenazis would be going home to Khazaria.
We're not making this stuff up.
We've done past programs about this we've shown the articles
going over 10 15 20 years jewish people saying israel will go to ukraine and even zielinski
saying that ukraine would be big israel yes there was a and that wasn't that long ago that we were doing this story. Less than two years ago. So what you
have now is the Zionist state in Palestine is breaking up.
Eddie, I'm going to ask you to do one more. This is number 46, Times of
Israel. And
28%, that's more than one-fourth, less than one-third
of the Israeli people polled said that they are considering leaving the country.
Think about that.
Almost one third of the Jews in Israel are thinking about going home, either wherever home in Europe or the United States or Russia, just going back to where they came from,
because they didn't come from Palestine. Right. They are occupiers in Palestine,
but the country is breaking up. It's falling apart. And what you're going to have is a
hardcore, radical, extremist Zionist core left.
But they'll have nuclear weapons.
I was just going to say that.
They're going to have nuclear weapons and biological weapons
and DNA specific weapons.
And then they will have to be defanged.
The world can't let a group like that have that kind of weaponry.
The world will demand that they be removed.
There's a lot that could happen
in Palestine in the coming year or two.
But we're witnessing the possible decline of the
state of Israel and its relocation to Ukraine.
It would make sense.
The Ashkenazim in Palestine are really Europeans.
From the Ukraine and Black Sea area.
Yes.
Khazaria included Ukraine.
They'd simply be going home.
And the country's wrecked. A lot of people have left. It has to be
rebuilt. It would make sense. They go home. They're the heroes. They rebuild it.
That's it. Hey,
