So help us, almighty God. I have never opened in 24 plus years a true news program the way I'm going to do it today. Some unusual things have happened at our church in recent days that I need to share with you, our true news family and friends. Now I have served God for a long time, and I'm sensitive to the Holy Spirit. And whenever a series of things happen in a short period of time that contain a common element, I know it's wise to take such things seriously as a possible warning from the Holy Spirit. So I'm going to tell you what's happened to me in recent days. So let me state it very clearly. I am not suicidal. If something happens to me soon, you can be certain it was not suicide, nor was it an accident. Let me explain the series of unusual things that have happened to me since last Friday. And I am taking

this very uncomfortable action of talking about it publicly because that's my best defense. If there is a serious plot underway to harm me. So let the plotters beware that Almighty God is watching and already telling us what the plans are. Doc Burkhardt is here with me. And Doc is my witness that all these things have happened. So I'm just going to walk you through it step by step. It started last Friday. Now, last week for two weeks, I really wasn't on vacation.

I just worked from the house. I came in here half days. Usually came in around noon. Just in jeans and just dressed down and just would stop in to check up on how the progress is going on. We're dismantling everything to move to another location. As I told you yesterday, we've sold our church property. You may be asking why.

Because the Holy Spirit told me to. It's that simple. I'm not bragging, but I got a pretty good track record on when to buy and sell real estate. And I listen and I hear the Holy Spirit and I do my best to make those transactions in the season that he's telling me to do it. And I felt like he was telling us, this is the season to sell this piece of real estate. That's another topic, okay?

And it really gets, you know, a transfer in the kingdom more than anything else because it's a church that's purchasing the property. Yeah, it's a wonderful congregation. We are delighted at who has purchased the property we're absolutely delighted i've known the pastor for years it's a wonderful congregation and this is going to be a good home for them the lord has a different plan for us he's taking us in a new direction and we don't need this giant studio the way that we've done it. Now, so Friday, I was sitting in the office, and I was with to them a dream that a dear friend of ours in Jordan, Laura, she's an American who lives in Jordan, and she had a dream about me on Thursday night. And so it was shared with me and I was sharing it with Doc and Travis.

So I want you to picture this. I was holding my phone in my left hand. Travis is to my right. Doc is to my left. My computer is in front of me. And I read the dream to them. And basically Laura's dream was she saw me being transported in an SUV and I was surrounded I had I had bodyguards right I had bodyguards around me and and she just saw me being transported in a black SUV with, she described what looked like, basically what looked like, you know, secret service agents,

which you picture somebody around a president or something, dressed in suits, wraparound, sunglasses, earpieces. And she said they looked like bodyguards. All right, so that's the end of her dream. She just saw me in an SUV riding somewhere, and she said the SUV appeared to be like something you would transport an official in something that you're, you're sending, this is like government business. Okay. Whatever, whether it's kingdom business or government, you know, she didn't know. She just said, that's what she saw in the dream. Right. Okay. So I'm telling Travis and doc about this and I've got my phone and I'm reading

from, from her text. As I'm doing that, I opened up I opened up the judge report and there were there was this big headline there about Tucker Carlson possibly being a target for assassination because of his outspoken political views. And I don't know if this is the exact story. I'm going to put it up. This is from NBC. Now, this is the first one.

Tucker Carlson Stokes' conspiracies claims the united states is speeding towards assassination of trump and so in this story tucker carlson said the only thing left for the regime in america to do is kill donald trump yeah so this was friday all right this story came out so tucker carlson said they've impeached him twice. They use phony accusations. They've indicted him multiple times. They've smeared his name. Nothing is stopping him.

He's more popular than ever. At some point, they're just going to kill Donald Trump. And so, again, I got my phone in my left hand. I'm talking about this dream that came in and we're looking at these stories. Now, the next story was, this is the one we really were focused on. Tucker Carlson is dead man walking, Putin ally warns. And the guy on the right is uh we've talked about yes we've we've talked about him often he's a well-known famous tv news talk show host in russia and he was talking about tucker carlson in america being outspoken and he said that man is a dead man walking they meaning the regime they're going to kill him yes and so doc and i and travis were in a conversation and doc said you know rick we we may be entering into a season of political

assassinations and it seems like we have those in our history in Western civilization, in American history in particular. Go ahead. I mean, think about in the 60s, you had JFK, RFK, Martin Luther King. There were attempts on Hubert Humphrey and others. And so, I mean, even all the way, if you want to extend the period up to Ronald Reagan, up to Gerald Ford and Ronald Reagan, Gerald Ford had two assassination attempts by two different women over the course of 17 days. So, so, so there are seasons, if you will, where it seems like the cycles kick in and we are now about 50 60 years distant from that period and these cycles tend to go in 60 to 70 year cycles and so but we're in a much different political stage right now in this country

because there's been a there's been some type of regime takeover in this country there's an invisible shadow government that's running the country. It doesn't matter who's in the White House. It doesn't matter who's in Congress. There's a shadow government that's running things. And what you and I were alluding to was the possibility that this takeover of the USA. By the way, did you notice I'm drinking out of a Dixie cup? Oh, my goodness. Can you imagine they're of a Dixie cup? Oh, my goodness.

Can you imagine they're still selling Dixie cups? Dixie! I can't believe they even allow Dixie cups to be sold anymore. It'll be popping up somewhere tonight. Yes. so we could you know we could be in a stage right now where the regime that's running this country is becoming fed up with opposition they just fed up with it they're fed up with resistance uh their covet regime didn't make it. Their COVID plot did not succeed. Nothing that they've been doing has worked because there's been a steady, strong resistance.

And Doc said, you know what? We might be at a place where they just start killing people that resist them. Now, with that in mind, again, I'm holding my phone with the dream from Laura and Jordan. I saw Rick with bodyguards. We're looking at the website. Tucker Carlson could be dead man walking for his outspoken views. And while this is happening, one of our other managers, Brandon, walked in. I'm not kidding you.

Walked into my office, docs a witness, and walked in and said, hey, Rick, look what we found. This is body armor is this yours and he laid this body armor on my desk this is body armor that somebody made for us years ago quite frankly i forgot about it right and it was packed away and in our move somebody discovered it but brandon brought And in our move, somebody discovered it. But Brandon brought it in and said, hey, Rick, is this your body armor? I said, okay, that's strange. Okay, we're looking at, we're talking about bodyguards. We're talking about Tucker Carlson being shot.

And an employee walks in and says, hey, rick i think this is your body armor and we all went okay that's strange all right now let's take it to the next level rick all right so the next level this is all happening with a within maybe 30 to 45 minute time period here so let me back it up before this happened last friday something else happened i think i want to say wednesday i walked out of my office into the foyer and there was a snake on the floor in the foyer okay and now you might say, oh, you guys are really making things, building it up bigger. I'll just tell you something. Doc's a witness in the years that he's been here. Yes. inside this church building as a divine sign to us

that there is either a snake, a human snake, presently on the property or about to appear. Right. Is that true? That's true. And then on Thursday morning last week,

because I usually do an inspection of the property first thing in the morning, I find a snake by one of our exit doors. Two and a half, three foot long snake, orange snake. And I sent a message to Rick and I said, hey, letting you know. Second snake. I found a snake here. Okay. So the second snake appeared the very next day.

Then yesterday, one of our dear partners, Marlita, who has been a friend of this ministry for many, many years, sent an email or maybe called. I think maybe she called. I think she sent an email and then she called to give the description and everything. And said, I had a dream last night about Rick. And just briefly described the dream. And Jody, our office manager who talked to her, said, why don't you write that out and send it to us in an email? And so Marlita sent the dream and we received this this morning. So this is what Marlita dreamed. Rick sitting in a chair behind a long light gray table with a plain white wooden wall

behind him. I did not see anyone else sitting with him. I had the feeling that he was doing the True News program. Then I saw that he had been shot through the head and the bullet went through his head into the wall behind him. There seemed to have been at least one other bullet hole in the wall. I sensed that Rick was killed. Next, I saw a good-looking man in his 40s walk into the room, tall, slim, short, dark hair. He had a gun in his hand and a fluorescent green vest on like a security guard

but i did not get the impression he was for rick i felt that he was against rick yet he originally tried to make it look like he was for rick using deception i also sensed that there was at least one other man with the man in the vest but I did not see him in the dream end of dream now we receive this today this is where this really starts to get spooky the first line I saw Rick in a chair behind a long light gray table with a plain white wooden wall behind him.

What you don't know, what Marlita doesn't know, what nobody knows is that we are moving this studio because we have to tear down. We're moving into my office. It's already set up. All right. And I have my walls are white bookcases. And where I'm seated this morning, it arrived yesterday and it was placed in my office today is a gray table. Sitting in front of the chair and my chair in front of a wall of white bookcases. Right.

So this dream is, I saw him sitting in a chair behind a gray table with a white wooden wall behind him. That's precisely what's in my office right now. Right. Which just creeped out a lot of people. Then Travis said when he read this, he goes, oh my gosh. Yesterday, a man wearing a green fluorescent vest

walked into our church and asked to use the restroom. That happened yesterday. So we got the gray table. We got the white wall. We have a man in a yellow greenish vest. Right. For less safety. vest, fluorescent vest.

We have the dream from Laura and Jordan, Rick's surrounded by bodyguards. We have the article about Tucker Carlson could be taken out for speaking out against the regime. And an employee walking in and saying, hey, Rick, I think this is your body armor. This is all happening in a very short period of time. Right. So if you've been watching us for a long, long time and did I miss anything? Did we miss? There's been so many things. I don't know if I missed any other little signs that have happened. But you know, we don't believe in coincidences. There's no such thing. So in my view, one of two things is happening. I'll put my Dixie cup over here. One of two things is happening.

Number one, and both are spiritual, both are supernatural. Number one, it could be Satan is simply just messing with us and we're in the middle of a big move. There's a lot of changes.

We're taking new territory. We're expanding. It could be that Satan is just messing with us and all these things are just arranged by him. Okay? The second possibility is that God, Almighty God, my Heavenly Father, is aware of a real plot. And He

through His Holy Spirit is sending us various signs to tell us the details of this plot. How they plan to carry it out. And be aware of these things. And to be aware. Now, the man that walked in to the church yesterday in a fluorescent vest wanted to use the bathroom. Do I think he's a, no, I don't think he's an assassin. But if, if this warning is from the Lord, then the Lord arranged for that man to come to our church so that we would look at all this and go, wait a minute, this matches. A man just walked through the door wearing a vest. How quickly could this happen?

How quickly could this happen in real time? Because we just opened up the door and let the guy come into his restroom. So if he was an assassin, how quickly could it happen? How fast could the situation change? Get out of control, yes. Why did I order a gray table? Why not a white table?

I like white furniture. Why did I order gray? Why did Marlita see a gray table in front of a white wall? Because to me, the Lord's letting her see precisely where I'm going to be seated in the coming days and weeks. There's a lot of the snakes, the two snakes that appeared here. One inside and one by a door. Back to back. What does all this mean?

And look, I'm not losing sleep over it, but here's what I've learned over time. When I think there's a possibility that there is something being planned against me, my best defense is to go public and tell everybody i've done it in the past during the obama years i was under surveillance for over six months and that's no i wasn't hallucinating doc knows yes i was under surveillance. Vehicles, unmarked vehicles sat outside. Unmarked black vehicles? Yes, sat outside of our office, wasn't this building, it was a previous office. They would park out there at 8 a.m. and stay the entire, well, usually they switch around noon, they'd switch out and another vehicle would come in. Right. But there would always be a vehicle parked directly outside, not on our property, but the vehicle pointed towards my office and one person sitting in it watching our building all day long.

That went on for six months. In the hot Florida sun, mind you. Yes. And mysterious breaking and enterings in our building. Somebody would come into the building, and they were gaslighting me. They would move things around. Nothing was ever stolen.

Just things were moved. The attic door in the ceiling would be open. I'm a witness to that. You saw it. I'm usually the first in the building in the mornings. I'd come in, and the attic door would be open. Yes. And I know we didn't leave it open.

That's right. And we had security alarms. We had cameras. And nothing stopped them. Okay. And one day I had the security alarm and the locks changed on the same day and they came in the same night. That's true. Nothing.

And they pulled the attic door down again. Just to? Just to gaslight me. I'll tell you what I did. I went to the sheriff, told the sheriff what was going on, and I said, if somebody comes into our church office at night when we're closed and they break in, what can I do? And the deputy said, Rick, you're in Florida. You can defend your property. I said, thank you very much. So I went on True News that night and I told the whole story. In fact, we sent out an email with photographs of the vehicles

that had been watching us for six months. We'd been taking photographs. So we put out a big newsletter and said, hey, here they are. This is what it looks like. We're not making this up. And I said, somebody's been breaking into our church office weekly for six months and i'm going to tell you something one of these nights you're going to come in the lights are going to be off but i'm going to be sitting in the middle of the room holding a shotgun and when you come in I'm going to light up that room. Did I say it? You did. And what happened?

It all stopped. It stopped immediately. They never came back. So, that's why I'm doing this right now. Just in case, just in case somebody is plotting something,

know that Almighty God is watching. You're not going to get away with it. Almighty God is watching. I need you to pray. I need you to pray for me. Pray for us and just surround us, cover us with prayer and pray that mighty angels are with us at all times. And all of us here are sensitive to whatever signs the Lord sends to us. And sensitive to the appearance of people who could cause harm. Right.

So we're not responding to this in fear. No, not fear at all. It's not an attitude of fear, but it's sort of like, you know, the warning lights you have on the dashboard of your vehicle. They're there to cause you to react, to say there's a problem or there's an issue I need to resolve. I need to air up my tires. I need to check the oil. Why is the car getting hot? Let's figure this out. I don't get

rid of the car. So I respond and respond accordingly. So we're responding accordingly. These are dash lights. They're flashing on the dashboard. If we ignore it, then, you know, and something happens, we, you know, we're held responsible, but if we respond, so what's our response first, we respond positively saying, Lord, maybe you're showing us something here. Maybe there's a weakness and, you know, uh, in our response or in our security or whatever it might be. Uh, or it may be something spiritual that we need to be keeping our, uh, you know, we need that angelic bodyguard around us if you will and so we're not angelic barter a body body armor but we're not operating in fear no we're operating by faith and folks if we're really in the end times and i believe we are

it's going to become more dangerous. We're up against evil. We're not fighting political people. We're fighting demon-possessed people. We're fighting the satanic empire that is seeking to take control of the world. And if that's the case, then things are going to become very dangerous for many of us who dare to speak out and oppose it and resist it.

So I need your prayers and we need your financial support also I'm under a lot of pressure I'm really under a lot of pressure more than you know more than I want to talk about I feel squeezed from so many

directions right now I feel very very pressured and I know it's not from the Lord it's the from so many directions right now, I feel very, very pressured. And I know it's not from the Lord. It's the enemy. Yes. I can feel it. It's demonic.

And there's pressure coming at me from different directions to just bring me to a place of just throwing up my hands and quitting and saying, I can't take it. I can't deal with the pressure. I'm not going to do that. Okay. But it is difficult to do that. Okay.

But it is difficult. It is very difficult. And we need financial support right now. That would alleviate some pressure. We're moving and we're dismantling things. We're moving into another location. We're trying to keep the program going. Next week, it's going to look funky, folks.

I'm just going to tell you right now. It's going to look funky until we get defunctified. Defunctified. Because we're going to be operating out of my office for a couple weeks, maybe a month. And then we're going to be in another location. Hopefully, we'll be in a permanent studio within a month after we get out of here. It's just there's so much that has to be done while we're keeping

I've got things to do for Jesus. I've got things to do for Jesus. And I rebuke, I rebuke in the name of Jesus Christ every death plot from hell.

I rebuke it and I refuse to allow it to enter my mind. And we are putting up a shield of faith in our hearts and minds, and we will not entertain it. We will not worry about it. We will not be fearful. My protection is from Almighty God.

I trust in Him. If He can't protect me, who can? Who can protect me? And you know, on Friday when laura sent the dream she said they look like bodyguards right you know i text back and i said they may be angels what you're seeing in the dream are angels and the suv is representing kingdom government business. Right. And those are angelic bodyguards. So that's where I'm at right now.

So the gentleman, Mr. Vladimir Solioff in Russia, he said, he said, Tucker Carlson, Carlson's a dead man walking because he's saying that the United States and Russia will go to war next year.

Now, that's what they were talking about in Russia. So let's take a look at this story from RT. World War III has already begun, says Ukraine's security chief. Right. And he was saying this at a defense council meeting. The head of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council has claimed a third world war is already underway, with the Moscow-Kiev conflict pulling in countries far beyond the region. Now, speaking at the Kiev Security Forum on Tuesday, Alexei Danilov argued that NATO needs Ukraine as a member as global turbulence is set to continue. We're going to strengthen the alliance,

he insisted. If somebody thinks that World War III hasn't started, then it's a huge mistake. It has already begun. It had been underway in a hybrid period for some time and has now entered an active phase, he said. Well, he's only saying what we've been saying since February of last year, that World War III had already started. Now, sitting on a stage beside former CIA Director General David Petraeus, Danilov said that if somebody thinks that the conflict in Ukraine is about settling the scores between Kiev and Moscow, then that's

a mistake too. Things are much more complicated. Now, Petraeus also highlighted the scale of the Russian-Ukraine conflict, saying, I haven't seen anything like it since World War II, he said. He went on to say the Russians are not particularly impressive in terms of knowledge or performance on the battlefield, but they have created a rather outstanding defense system and it is quite difficult to punch it through, he claimed. So basically the Ukrainians are getting their marching orders from the CIA and they sent Petraeus out to deliver the message to him.

So how do we interpret what General Petraeus said? The Russians aren't that impressive on the battlefield, but they have created a defense system that we can't punch through. That sounds like, hey, in a conventional land war, we think we can beat the Russians fighting on the ground. But they've got nukes that we can't deal with. Right. And isn't that what Russia has been telling us for two years? And listen, let's just be frank about this. If the Ukrainians were really making headway, they'd be crowing about it everywhere. They're not crowing about it.

They're basically at a standstill with the Russians. Well, look at what Mr. Biden did today. This is defense news. U.S. to send depleted uranium rounds to Ukraine. They've been talking about it.

Now they're doing it. Yes. Okay. And the Russians aren't going to like this. This is a nice big package of depleted uranium rounds valued at about $175 million. And these depleted uranium rounds are part of a much larger aid package that Anthony Blinken announced today in Kiev. He's over there in Ukraine right now too, Rick, of $1 billion, another billion dollars.

And so the depleted uranium rounds about $200 million of that $1 billion shopping list that the Ukrainians are going to be receiving here soon. Well, you know, Mitch McConnell said today it's not the time to go wobbly on Ukraine. How ironic that he would say that. Talk about wobbly Mitch. But, yeah, he said let's not go wobbly on Ukraine.

We've got to keep sending the money, and they've got to get the weapons. The whole deep state, Republican and Democrat, the entire deep state in this country is pushing this war, which is risking global catastrophe. There's a dear brother. I'm not going to say his name or his location. I love him dearly. Okay. I love him. I love him like a son.

And he is a praying young man. One of the most sensitive to the Holy Spirit that I know. And he prays a lot. He prays for me and Doc. He prays for this ministry. And he contacts me and he tells me things going on in this ministry he has no idea he has no idea because i don't talk about it and yet he'll call me and tell me i was praying and this is what the lord told me well that's thank you because that's that's

the information i needed to make a decision i know know he hears from the Lord. He told me last weekend that the Holy Spirit told him that 2024 will be the worst year in the history of mankind. That takes in a lot of history. That's what he said. I'm not saying that that's, I i haven't the lord hasn't said that to me i'm

just telling you that's what this young man hears when he's praying that 2024 will be the worst year in the history of mankind right and that says a lot doc these people these warmongers are demoniacs they are driven by demons to bring death and destruction to the world I'm so concerned that we're going to wait until the war has happened,

now. Why right now? Why aren't sensible people in the world saying, stop the madness. Stop it. Stop it. Stop it. Let me get off this crazy train. Why aren't responsible people. Denouncing.

This bloodlust. In these. Demon possessed people. That are driving the world. To. Nuclear. Holocaust. Where a billion. Two billion, three billion people could die.

Why isn't anybody speaking out about it? Our disastrous foreign policy is so bad, it is so disastrous, that what we have done is that we have pushed Russia, which wanted to be an ally that 20 some years ago wanted to join nato after the fall of the soviet union russia wanted to join nato and we turned them down because they needed a boogeyman that's right because the banks and the and the military manufacturers needed an enemy they needed and china wasn't ready yet that's right, because the banks and the military manufacturers needed an enemy.

They needed an enemy. And China wasn't ready yet. That's right. So they had to keep Russia as an enemy. So the entire foreign policy has been disastrous. Up until February, no, December of 2021. Right. Putin and Lavrov were still reaching out to the United States and NATO and Europe saying we don't have to have a war.

We can work this out. And even as as far into 2020 as April, the Russians and Ukrainians had come to a 22. Right. 22. Yeah. 22. Yes. 22 is the Russians and Ukrainians had come to a place for a terms of a settlement of the conflict. And the Biden administration stepped in and said, no, you can't do that. You can't settle with the Russians. No, we don't want you settling with the Russians. Let's take this fight. So with this. Because it's not about Ukraine.

It's not about Ukraine. And the Ukrainian. What was that guy's title? Intelligence chief or whatever we just talked about? He said this is not about disputes between Russia and Ukraine. It's much more complicated. It's very complicated. Well, no, it's not complicated. The West won't stick down Russia.

Right. And Ukraine is the proxy war. And and he's getting, you know, his people, they're getting the siphon off billions of dollars and everybody's getting rich from this. But I want you to see this next story, NBC News. Kim Jong-un may soon meet Putin in Russia for arms talks. So we're driving Putin into the arms of the Chinese, into the arms of the Chinese, into the arms of the North Koreans, is not what he wanted to do. It's not what he wanted to do, Doc. He wanted a relationship with the United States and Europe to sell Russian goods.

Yes. He just wanted to sell stuff and bring up the standard of living of the Russian goods. He just wanted to sell stuff and bring up the standard of living of the Russian people. But we have treated Russia with such disdain. We grind them into dust. We treat them with disrespect. We spit on them. And now for the past two years, we've

killed tens of thousands of their young sons and now they're bitter and this is not going to go away if even if we escape a nuclear war the animosity is going to last 100 years doc oh yes he's it's going to last 100 years they are not going to forgive and forget what the west did to their sons and dimitri medvedev has said that lavrov has said that so several of key officials in russia i'll pull up um um lavrov's uh text today. I'm not going to read the entire thing.

What chapter of Revelation did he quote from today? Well, he ended it. He said, And may they be damned regardless of their legal qualification of their actions. Let them burn in hell. That's the former president of Russia talking about us. Let them be damned. Let them burn in hell.

And he used to be considered the dove. Yeah. He was a nice guy. The easygoing Russian politician. Now he's angry and they're going to get even. They're determined. You've killed our sons. You killed our sons. The blood

of Russian sons have been poured out because of you people. Be damned and go to hell. That's their attitude right now. And so what did we do today? We sent depleted uranium. we made it worse today and we continued to push putin and now that's thrown him into the arms of the north

koreans and so so they're going to talk about uh sharing weapons buying and selling weapons between themselves okay north korea north korea wants food r Russia's got a lot of wheat. Russia's got a lot of stuff North Korea's got, or needs. North Korea's got what? A lot of missiles. So most likely Putin is going to trade food, wheat and food and oil and stuff for missiles. For ammo. For whatever Kim Jong-un's got, ship it to the front line

so the Russian soldiers have more weapons for this war. That's what's taking place. And the NSA, the National Security, um, uh, Security Council, uh, advisor, Jake Sullivan, uh, he said, Russia is going to pay a price. No, no, North Korea. He said, North Korea is going to pay a price. North Korea will pay a price if it provides weapons to Russia, says Sullivan. Wait a minute. What if Russia said Germany's going to pay a price if they provide weapons to Ukraine?

That would be a threat on NATO, wouldn't it? Sure. But Sullivan can say North Korea's going to pay a price. You know why? Because he's arrogant. It's another arrogant, deep state, bloodthirsty maniac with power who could get us all killed. And so now he's threatening North Korea. Well, what are you going to do to North Korea? That was the question I asked when I saw the press conference yesterday. So this was yesterday at the White House.

Both him and Karine Jean-Pierre, they were doing a press conference. Jake Sullivan was taking a bunch of questions on security issues. And the question regarding North Korea came up because there's both the Asian summit that's going on that Vice President Harris is at right now, and of course, G20 is coming up too. And so Jake Sullivan's responding to a question here in particular about North Korea. Watch this. Just to follow up on North Korea, could we get a little bit more analysis of how you think this is benefiting the North Koreans or what they want out

of this? Do you think that part of this has to do with them getting less than they want from their traditional patron in Beijing? Do you think that the U.S. has any leverage in terms of what it can do here in terms of either providing food aid to the North Koreans or ratcheting up sanctions? Where's the room for movement there? So I can't speculate on North Korea's motives, what I can say is this. Providing weapons to Russia for use on the battlefield to attack grain silos and the heating infrastructure of major cities as we head into winter to try to conquer territory that belongs to another sovereign nation, this is not going to reflect well on North Korea, and they will pay a price for this in the international community. We have also imposed sanctions, specific targeted sanctions, to try to disrupt

any effort to use North Korea as a conduit or as a source for weapons going to Russia. We did so as recently as mid-August. And we have continued to convey privately as well as publicly to the North Koreans and asked allies and partners to do the same, our view that they should abide by their publicly stated commitments that they're not going to provide these weapons. What has changed in their calculus is not something that I can speak to. That's in the mind of Kim Jong-un, and he obviously will be the ultimate decision maker. But we will continue to look for opportunities to dissuade the North Koreans from taking this step, to get others to do the same, and to report to the world what we are seeing in terms of the actively advancing discussions that are taking place between these two countries. Well, I'm going to show you where this is headed. The London Guardian reported that a U.K. air base project could pave the way for Great Britain to host U.S. nuclear weapons.

So it looks like Joe Biden is going to send nukes to Great Britain. And it came out actually kind of buried in a funding request for a military base. And somebody who knew what the language meant picked up on it and said, that language means the U.S. is planning to bring nuclear weapons to Great Britain. Yeah, so let's look at this article. This is from The Guardian here. So the U.S. Air Force has secured $50 million in funding next year for a project that could pave the way for American nuclear weapons to return to British soil for the first time in more than 15 years. So listen to how this was set up. And this is good reporting. All right, so sounds pretty innocuous there.

Matt Korda of the Federation of American Scientists, who first reported on the budget request said, the mention of the arrival of the potential surety mission caught my eye as that is a buzzword, a term commonly used in the Defense Department and the nuclear weapons complex to refer to the positive control of nuclear weapons in a safe and secure way. And so people that are watching these reports and everything have determined that this request for funding for additional personnel and to build a dormitory where you would think, well, what's the connection with nuclear weapons? Well, they're building the dormitory to house the personnel that will man, maintain, and operate the weapon systems. Yes. And the key word there was the surety mission.

And so now the U.S. used to have nuclear weapons in the U.K. Due to political wrangling, they were pulled out. But now things have changed. And so we could see the reinstallation of nuclear weapons of the U.S. in the U.K. here in the very near future. Well, let's see how the Russians are responding to this news that the United States is going to park nuclear-armed aircraft in Great Britain. Here's TASS News Agency. Maria Zakharova says Russia will perceive the return of U.S. nuclear weapons to Britain as a step towards escalation yes escalation towards what well you can only escalate to further tensions and ultimately we're talking about and if you're escalating because you're talking about

nuclear weapons and you're and she says it's going to be a further escalation then you're going to escalate with nuclear weapons. And I think we're pretty escalated right now. Russia will proceed the return of American nuclear weapons to the territory of Great Britain as a step towards escalation, as Rick mentioned. This was stated at a briefing by Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said, quote, if this step is implemented by us, it will be perceived as an escalation, as an escalatory step that leads to exactly the opposite direction from solving the urgent task of withdrawing all nuclear U.S. nuclear weapons from European countries. Let me remind you that it is deployed there as part of the so-called joint NATO nuclear missions, the diplomat said, commenting on British media reports. Now, what that means is this isn't just, you know, a U.S. issue.

This is a NATO issue. By the U.S. parking nuclear weapons on British soil, this is part of an overall NATO plan to go against Russia. Yes. Now, the next couple, because I want to keep in our time, we're down to like three minutes. I'm going to go over to three minutes, but I got a couple of things I want you to hear. I'm not going to go through the entire details of the articles. I want you to see the headlines. Bloomberg, Saudis and Russia extend their oil supply curbs to the end of this year. So the two countries have agreed they are not going to increase the production of oil. They're actually going to decrease the production of oil.

And that's going to drive the price up, and both Saudi Arabia and Russia are going to profit from it. Right. So you can expect to see higher gasoline and diesel prices going throughout the rest of this year uh next one south china morning post hong kong u.s navy group heading for yellow sea in the biggest show of strength near eastern china in 10 years so there's a confrontation building in in the Yellow Sea between the United States Navy and the PLA Navy. And China, at some point, is going to respond to that show of strength. Now, wait till you see the next couple of articles. Really are astounding. In HK, Japan, Taiwan troops found to have taken part in U.S. multinational military exercise in Michigan. Yes.

In Michigan. Taiwanese troops were in Michigan training for war with China. And I've got a video clip from NHK TV in Tokyo. Troops from Taiwan have taken part in a U.S.-sponsored military exercise in Michigan. Sources have revealed that Taiwanese forces joined the Operation Northern Strike in late July and remained for about one month. The multinational exercise in the Midwestern state

is hosted annually by the michigan national guard the size and other details of taiwan's contingent are not known the u.s department of defense says the aim of the exercise is to train and prepare readiness jen has the interoperability of allied forces this year's drill took place from July 23rd to August 19th US officials say about 7,000 troops to part including those from US states and foreign forces the exercises stipulated under the US National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal 2023 the congressional act calls joint military exercises with Taiwan an important component of improving military readiness

It has also been revealed that Taiwan Air Force F-16 fighter jet pilots Underwent training at a US Air Force Base in the western state of Arizona Analysts say the administration of US President Joe Biden is trying to enhance the country's deterrence of China by involving Taiwan in its military exercises. OK, the next one. This is from the Taipei Times in Taiwan. No charges against United Daily News over bioweapons report based on falsified file. Doc, this is an interesting one. Yes.

So basically a story broke where there was the accusation that Taiwan was developing bioweapons. For the United States. Right. So now the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office yesterday said it would not press charges against the United Daily News journalist who wrote that the U.S. government had pressured Taiwan to produce biological warfare agents on the grounds that the story was written based on a falsified document provided by a source, and the journalist had sought to verify the information before the story was published. The executive, Yuan, denounced the story as having apparent errors when it was published in July. The executive Yuan is kind of like their commissioner of communications. And so, now during questioning, Cao told prosecutors that the South Sea work meeting minutes that he cited

in his story was given to him by a long and trusted friend who was a political news reporter before going into business. Cow said that he was told that the minutes were from a person working in government, but his friend did not disclose the person's identity. Now, Cow said that he checked with a Ministry of National Defense spokesperson before the story was published, asking about the P4 laboratory, a biosafety level 4 lab, mentioned in the minutes. He said the spokesperson told him that the ministry is not researching and developing biological warfare agents and has no plans to do so. Now, the prosecutor's office said the meeting minutes that Cal cited in his story

had a different format than the one used by the executive yuan now the the interesting part about this story is that wasn't the only source that he was using there were other sources that he was using to verify the information about bioweapons development but because of a possible falsified report they've thrown the whole basically the whole story they're saying it possible falsified report, they've thrown the whole, basically the whole story out. They're saying it's falsified. Right. They're saying it's falsified. What I see is the Taiwan government is trying to put in prison a reporter who was tipped off that the United States is using Taiwan to develop biological warfare weapons,

just like we did in Ukraine. Yes, and the Pentagon admitted that we had 44 bioweapons labs in Ukraine. They've admitted that. But they weren't making bioweapons. Right. They were making Kool-Aid and soda pop. One more story. Economic Times of India.

India will be renamed the country. They're rebranding themselves. They're going to change their name to Bharat. I looked at this like, is this for real? It's for real. That's an Economic Times. That's a newspaper. It's like the Wall Street Journal of India.

India is going to change their name. Or rather, in a way, it's changing its name back. Going back to pre- Colonial Times. Pre-Britain. Yes. So what happens to BRICS? Brazil, Russia, India.

Well, officially, they're going to keep both names okay but as far as the upcoming g20 meeting that's here and just uh you know in a few days the invitations that president modi's office sent out were from the president of barat instead of the president of India. Now, Bharat is the traditional Hindu identification of India. President Modi is Hindu. And so the Hindu Nationalist Party has a big influence in India right now. So this is a tweet from reporters of the news. It is indeed true. Rastapati Bhawan has sent out an invite for a G20 dinner on September

9th in the name of President Bharat instead of the usual President of India. Now Article 1 in their constitution can read Bharat, that was India, shall be a union of states. So they're moving. And now apparently DHS as well. Yes.

So they're going to subpoena the records about who tipped off who to, you know, who in the government tipped off the Bidens. Now, look at this story that just came out a couple hours ago from NBC News. The special counsel who just got appointed weeks ago. Right. David Wise is going to indict hunter biden this month and what's he going to indict him on rick the tax charges actually it's the gun charges yes yes now i'm going to tell you what i think is going to happen remember the the plea bargain that fell apart where they were and slap slap his wrist, let him walk. The whole thing fell apart. Right. So here's, this is all being engineered.

I absolutely believe that. Yes. David Weiss was then appointed special counsel, makes it look like, oh, we're going to do an investigation. Now he's only investigated for a couple weeks and he's ready to indict Hunter Biden. He's going to do it this month. We're going to get this done. Let me tell you what they're going to do.

They're going to wrap up all of Hunter Biden's sins. All of his crimes. The money laundering. The bribery. The prostitution. The trafficking. They're going to wrap it up in one package and seal it. They're going to seal it. The judge is going to seal it. And Hunter's going to plead guilty to all of it.

And he's going to get a slap on the wrist. They're going to do it right this time. They're going to do it right this time and get a judge who will sign off on it because that other judge wouldn't sign off on it. So they're going to move this someplace where they got a judge who will do it will sign off on it. Because that other judge wouldn't sign off on it. So they're going to move this someplace where they got a judge who will do it. And sign off on it. Hunter will get a little slap. The judge will seal the records for 100 years.

Nobody will ever. You won't see them. Your kids and your grandkids won't see the records. If anybody's still around 100 years from now. And they will seal the records and once he pleads guilty to all these things nobody can investigate him after that right and now think about this david weiss could have indicted him on these very specific charges before so what changed four years ago uh change here's what changed comor subpoenaed the records. That's right. That's what changed.

They rushed. They're rushing to get this done. This is going to be the fastest investigation and indictment and conviction you've ever seen in your life.
