The failed presidential candidate posted a video to Twitter trying to scare Democrats into voting for that party's left-wing extremist candidates in America's midterm elections. In a month of November, just coming up in a few weeks, early voting has already started in many U.S. states. Now, in this video produced by Crush the Coup, Mrs. Clinton warns that Republicans have a plan to steal the 2024 presidential election. Doc Burkhardt is here with me. Doc, Hillary has taken this to a new level.

She spent four years claiming that Vladimir Putin hacked the election and stole the 2016 election. She was the real winner in 2016. Donald Trump was an illegitimate president. And then she flipped it around in 2020. And when the Republicans said, hey, something wasn't right there about the 2020 election, she immediately said they're election deniers. But now she has gone into preemptive election denying. For 2024. For 2024, saying she has, she's got knowledge that the Republicans are going to steal the 2024

election. And they're going to use the U.S. Constitution to do it. Oh, yeah, that's really scary. So, Doc, she made a video for this group called Crush the Coup. Did you know that there's a coup going on right now? Well, according to them, there's a coup. There's a coup being planned. Yes. This is getting so crazy.

There was a coup, and now there's going to be another coup. Yeah, there's a countercoup coming, and they're planning a counterc coup in 2024, according to Hillary. So I want you to see this video because she says it with a straight face as only Hillary Clinton can lie. And she's telling the Democrats, you've got to get out there and vote in 2022 because the Republicans have a plan to steal 2024. Here's Hillary crush the coup. Hello, Indivisibles. I'm here to highlight something that is keeping me up at night. And I know this group really understands what I'm about to say. I know we're all focused on the 2022 midterm elections, and they are

incredibly important. But we also have to look ahead, because you know what? Our opponents certainly are. Right-wing extremists already have a plan to literally steal the next presidential election. And they're not making a secret of it. The right-wing controlled Supreme Court may be poised to rule on giving state legislatures, yes, you heard me that happens, the 2024 presidential election could be decided not by the popular vote or even by the anachronistic electoral college, but by state legislatures, many of them Republican-controlled. But there's also good news in the face of this very real threat to democracy. Indivisible has launched Crush the Coup to make sure we're ready to defend democracy in 2024.

She can claim that there's a coup underway, but just don't say who's doing the coup, all right, as long as it's a Republican. So Hillary is claiming that that no good, rotten Supreme Court, the same Supreme Court that they loved, and now suddenly it's evil, it's wicked, that the Supreme Court is going to give,

can you believe this, Doc, state legislatures the authority to oversee the elections in their states? Yes. Is that a question? In defiance of the popular vote, Rick. In defiance of the millions of mail-in ballots that the Democrats are going to flood states with, they're very worried that this year it's becoming more difficult to be a crook. That's true.

This is what it's really about, Doc. It's more difficult this year, and definitely in 2024, it will be more difficult for the Democrats to cheat. And she's really worked up about it. So what is she talking about? The Supreme Court may give state legislatures, she said, the authority to overturn elections. Now, is that really what the Supreme Court? No, not at all. There is a case before the Supreme Court about the constitutional authority of state legislatures in overseeing the electors that are sent to the Electoral College, which she called an outdated organization. If she could have her way, she would abolish the Electoral College.

But right now, she's a fan of the Electoral College, for right now. So this case is coming up, and the issue is, what is the authority of the states in overseeing the electors? I think it would be really wise, Hillary probably hasn't thought about this, let's read the Constitution. All right? So what does the U.S. Constitution say about electors? So we're going to look at Article 2 of the U.S. Constitution, and this is Article 2 about the president of the United States, the executive power. Doc, I want you to read just the first two paragraphs right there of Section 1. Right. The executive power shall be vested in a president of the United States of America.

He shall hold his office during the term of four years and together with the vice president chosen for the same term be elected as follows. Each state shall appoint in such manner as the legislature thereof may direct a number of electors equal to the whole number of senators and representatives to which the state may be entitled in the Congress. But no senator or representative or person holding an office of trust or profit under the United States shall be appointed an elector. So we'll stop there for just a moment. It's pretty clear who has the power to

determine the electors represented by the states, and that's the state legislature. Yeah. Let's put it back up again. Let's look at it very clearly. The one line, each state shall appoint, now right there here is the key line, in such manner as the legislature thereof may direct. Right. So the power is with the state legislature to determine how their electors are determined. If they wanted to draw names out of a hat, they could do it that way.

If the state legislature in Wyoming wanted to do it one way and Nebraska wanted to do it another way, they very well could. The Constitution does not, two things. The Constitution does not prescribe a uniform way that the electors are chosen. And number two, the Constitution gives each state legislature full authority and leeway to decide how those electors are chosen. The electors report to the state legislature. Yes.

The state legislature is the boss, not the governor, not the senator. And certainly not Washington, D.C. Not Washington, D.C., not the Speaker of the House. Not the Republican Party or the Democrat Party in each respective state. The state legislature. The electors report to the state legislature. And so the Supreme Court is going to make a ruling on this because this is connected to the challenges from the 2020 election.

Yes. And the Democrats are terrified that the state legislatures are going to reassert their constitutional authority. Do you remember in 2020? And so right now, Doc, you'll see the news media talking about fake electors. Right. Trump had a fake elector plan, a scheme. If the Democrats have their way, they're going to put people in prison for talking about plotting a fake elector scheme. They plan to put people in prison. What was the fake elector scheme? It wasn't anything about

fake. They were serious leaders in various states, and there were people in Congress and in the Republican Party who were telling President Trump, we have, there is substantial doubt in certain states, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Nevada. That there were questions about? There were questions about the validity of the voting process. And he was being advised the state legislatures in those states

are Republican controlled. They could recall the electors because here's the way most states, the way this is done. When you vote for president, you're really not voting for the president. You're voting for a slate of electors. Yes. So here in Florida, when we would go vote, it says on the ballot, you know, Trump, Biden. But what you actually elected was there was a group of electors from the state of Florida pledged to Biden or a group of electors pledged to Trump. Yes. And the state law said

whichever candidate had the most votes, that slate of electors is automatically sent. However, that was chosen by the state legislature, that method. The state legislature has the authority to rescind that method, to abolish that method, to revise it, to do anything it wants to do. Because the power is with the state. The power is with the state. According to the U.S. Constitution. Yes. And so what people were proposing to President Trump in 2020 is have the state legislatures in those states that have questionable voting practices, where there is concern that there was corruption, have those state legislatures convene a special session.

Look at the evidence. And if they felt that there was corruption in the voting, choose another slate of electors. Right. Which would have been Trump's electors. Now, the news media and the Democrats are saying that was a criminal scheme. Not at all. I think it's some great wisdom. It's constitutional. Some great wisdom that was buried

in the Constitution there. Think about it. The Founding Fathers thought, you know, there could be, at some point in the future, you know, an election that goes awry. Ballot boxes get stuffed. We're talking back in frontier times here.

I mean, it's possible, right? An election could have gone bad. The Democrats got caught stuffing the ballot boxes with mail-in votes in 1864. All right. The Lincoln election. And they ran the operation out of Baltimore, Maryland. The Democrats, they're pros at this. It's a criminal organization. So yes, the founding fathers knew there may be some crooked elections up ahead. Yeah. On the other side of the fence on this, could a legislature, state legislature, override the votes of the people that voted in their state and send, let's say, the people of the state voted for candidate A,

could the state legislature determine to send the candidate B electors to the electoral college in defiance of the vote of the state? Well, that's what Hillary is going to propose. That's what she's arguing. Right. Okay. But each state has laws enacted by the state legislature, not enacted by Congress, enacted by the state legislature. What the Democrats want to do is federalize all elections.

That's right. They want federal rules and regulations and laws. And they've kind of come at it sideways here too by using Department of Homeland Security to monitor the presidential elections in all the different states. Declaring voting machines, critical infrastructure. Right. So obviously the Constitution itself is pretty black and white on this issue that we would even have the discussion about it. But that doesn't matter to Hillary Clinton because Hillary's had a long history of trying to manipulate both the media and the electoral process. Because there can't be a fair election

unless she wins, right? In Hillary's world. And she always falls back when anybody questions her, she falls back on this worn out tactic. She refers to a vast right-wing conspiracy. Somewhere out there, Doc, behind the bushes.

Hiding up in a tree there's a vast right-wing conspiracy out to get hillary you know she's the most honest woman in politics but there's this group of people out there that lie about her and plant evidence and accuse her of things and they try to defeat her and she's had to battle these people all her life, and yet she's just this honest woman. Who's trying to make her way. Just trying to be the first female president of the United States, and she just doesn't understand why this vast right-wing conspiracy keeps coming at her. Well, when I watched this video today and she said there's a right-wing extremists have a scheme, a plan. My mind immediately flashed back to the 1990s

and her famous interview with Matt Lauer when he interviewed her about Monica Lewinsky. And Hillary lied all the way through that interview. Well, let's say, we'll give her the benefit of the doubt. Let's just say, when she did the interview, she honestly didn't know about Monica Lewinsky. Maybe, Doc, maybe, just we'll give her the benefit of the doubt, okay? All right, if we're going to pretend.

Yeah, we'll pretend. Okay. All right, but she said that there was a vast right-wing conspiracy out there to get her and that they were making up these stories about Monica Lewinsky. She accused this mysterious, vast right-wing conspiracy of Republicans and right-wingers of making up the Monica Lewinsky story. Yes. Monica was this sweet little intern, and Bill was the President of the United States. Certainly those two weren't having sex.

The right-wing conspiracy made it up, trying to smear her husband and use this little virgin, Monica Lewinsky, and just use her and smear her name. And she made this big story up with this interview with Matt Lauer and of course he he bought the whole thing he fell for the whole thing and then you know this the story eventually came out of what was going on right so I thought just since it's Halloween coming up soon and I hope none of you i hope nobody in our family

in our true news family i hope none of you uh celebrate halloween but just i'm having fun at this since it's halloween let's just stroll down memory lane and go back to the nineteen nineties and relive those days with hillary clinton talking about that bass right wing conspiracy this this interview had been scheduled several weeks ago to talk about the subject of child care which we will talk about this morning uh... but we appreciate you honoring the commitment even in light of recent events so thank you very much

there has been one question on the minds of a lot of people in this country, Mrs. Clinton, lately, and that is, what is the exact nature of the relationship between your husband and Monica Lewinsky? Has he described that relationship in detail to you? Well, we've talked at great length, and I think as this matter unfolds, the entire country will have more information. But we're right in the middle of a rather vigorous feeding frenzy right now, and people are saying all kinds of things and putting out rumor and innuendo. And I have learned over the last many years being involved in politics, and especially since my husband first started running for president, that the best thing to do in these cases is just to be patient, take a deep breath,

and the truth will come out. But there's nothing we can do to fight this firestorm of allegations that are out there. But he has described to the American people what this relationship was not in his words. Has he described to you what it was? Yes, and we'll find that out as time goes by, Matt. But I think the important thing now is to stand as firmly as I can and say that, you know, the president has denied these allegations on all counts, unequivocally, and we'll see how this plays out. You know, I guess everybody says to me, how can you be so calm or how can you just, you know, look like you're not upset? And I guess I've just been

through it so many times. I mean, Bill and I have been accused of everything, including murder, by some of the very same people who are behind these allegations. So from my perspective, this is part of the continuing political campaign against my husband. To the best of your knowledge, Mrs. Clinton, has your husband ever given or received gifts from or to Monica Lewinsky? I'm not going to comment on any specific allegation because I've learned we need to put all of this into context and it will be put into context and anyone who knows my husband knows that he is an extremely generous person to people he knows, to strangers, to anybody who is around him

and I think that you, his behavior, his treatment of people will certainly explain all of this. When you say he's a generous person, so it is possible that he has given gifts to Monica Lewinsky? I think it's possible, of course, because if you know my husband, you know that he is somebody who will, you know, say, Matt, how would you like this? I mean, I've seen him take his tie off and hand it to somebody. So that wouldn't be a behavior that would be unusual

for him dealing with an intern in the White House? Dealing with anybody, Matt. I mean, seriously, I have known my husband for more than 25 years, and we've been married for 22 years. And the one thing I always kid him about is that he never meets a stranger. He is kind. He is friendly. He tries to help people who need help, who ask for help. So I think that everybody ought to just stop a minute here and think about what we're doing. And it's not just what we're doing

in terms of making these accusations against my husband, but I'm very concerned about the tactics that are being used and the kind of intense political agenda at work here. I want to talk about Kenneth Starr in a second. Before I get to him, let me just ask you, do you know Monica Lewinsky? No. You've never met her? I may have. You know, there are hundreds and hundreds of young people who serve as interns.

And, you know, we have big events for them. We take pictures with them. But unless they work directly in my office, I'm not likely to meet them. Did Evelyn Lieberman, the former deputy chief of staff, or any other White House staffers, Mrs. Clinton, ever come to you and say, we may have a problem with one of the interns at the White House, and mention Monica Lewinsky by name? No, that never happened. So these charges came as big a shock to you as anyone? And to my husband. I mean, you know, he woke me up Wednesday morning and said, you're not going to

believe this, but, and I said, what is this? And so, yeah, it came as a very big surprise. When he said, but, he said, but what? But, I want to tell you what's in the newspapers. I think the part of this that makes certain people across the country uneasy is that we have a 21-year-old intern at the White House who moves to the Pentagon, who then gets a job interview at the U.N. with Bill Richardson himself. And then a very dear friend of your husband's, Vernon Jordan, recommends her for two jobs in this city here in New York and then drives her personally to a lawyer's office when she's subpoenaed by Kenneth Starr. Does it not appear, though, that this intern had more clout in Washington than most others do? I don't know the circumstances of any of that Matt. I think that you know I just can't describe to you how outgoing and friendly Vernon Jordan is. I mean when he stood up and said what I believe to be the absolute truth, that he has

helped literally hundreds of people. And it doesn't matter who they are. And if he were asked to help somebody, he would help that person. I've seen him do it countless times. So I guess I know the people involved. I know them personally. I know them well. I've known Vernon longer than I've known my husband. So when people say there's a lot of smoke here, your message is where there's smoke? There isn't any fire. Well, there was fire. There was a lot of fire there. So there were so many whoppers in that segment of that interview.

You know, Bill Clinton, she said he was really generous. He'd take his necktie off and give it to you. Well, Monica, you like my pants? I'll take his necktie off and give it to you. Monica, you like my pants? I'll take my pants off for you, you know. Bill gave her, you know, whatever she wanted, you know. And then she talked about, the funny line was, waking up in the morning in bed and Bill going,

you ain't going to believe what's in the newspaper, honey. Look at the newspaper here today. Look what they're saying about me. But then the other doc was, when she talked about Monica Lewinsky, she had a, I mean, we're talking here a young woman who was, what, in her 20s? She was 21. 21 years old. She had an interim job at the Pentagon. Yes.

Then she's working for Bill Richardson. Who was, at that time... Was Secretary of Energy or UN... Or UN Ambassador. The UN Ambassador. He had been governor of New Mexico. And then she was escorted into the White House by Vernon Jordan, the civil rights activist. So how does a 21-year-old intern get a job in the Pentagon and then get connected to the UN ambassador, then to one of the most famous lawyers, civil rights activists in the nation, then escorted into the White House? And

Mr. President, we've got a new intern here for you. Her name's Monica Lewinsky. The question I always had about Monica is, why didn't anybody, well, I mean, I know why. Why didn't the FBI, why didn't any intelligence agency question her about whether she worked for the Israeli Mossad? That would have been a fair question, a legitimate question. Are you an Israeli intelligence asset? Are you planted in the Pentagon and then literally escort it into the White House. But nobody brought that topic up. Never. It was never brought up.

So we had another case in that same time period. Sandra Levy. Was it Sandra Levy? She turned up dead. Right. And she was having a little relationship with Congressman Gary Condit. Condit, yes. Who was on the House Intelligence Committee.

And she was found dead in a park and had the same question. Did she work for the Israeli Intelligence Agency? Well, those were topics that were taboo. You couldn't ask. And you still can't ask today. Right. Who's going to ask the questions? Nobody's going to ask it.

So in this time frame where this whole Monica Lewinsky thing was going on, you had several other things that were happening at the same time. You had the Ken Starr investigation that was going on at the same time. You also had the NATO conflict in Kosovo that was going on at the same time. You also had the NATO conflict in Kosovo that was going on. A lot of things are happening that those things got taken off the front page because of the Monica Lewinsky scandal. That's right. The major thing that got taken off the page, front page of the newspaper, was Bill Clinton's relationship the Chinese communists yes you had Chinese communist generals coming into the White House with money hanging out of their their pockets and

leaving with national security secrets and nothing was done about it in the China the Chinese military would not be what it is today if it had not been for Bill Clinton. That's an absolute truth. And, Doc, on this program in 99, in 2000, 2001, Bill Clinton was in the White House when I started True News. I said many times, there's going to be a day our children and grandchildren are going to pay a heavy price in a war with China. When the warheads and the ICBMs that are delivered to America from China are going to come with American technology that Clinton sold to the Chinese.

And I said, we're going to have a war someday. And the Chinese are going to deliver warheads to our country with rockets built with American technology. Supplied by Bill Clinton. There you go. This is Washington Post, January 28, 1998. First lady launches counterattack. Right. So that's what you would have read back in 1998. And I did read it in the Washington Post. I believe that Today Show interview was the very next morning or the same day, one of the two. It was right in that same timeframe. Yeah. Well, we've got a couple

more segments from that famous interview. Let's see on the next one. Be number eight. Number eight. In this one, she's responding to the various investigations and allegations that are going on separate from Monica Lewinsky. So this gives you kind of a framework of everything that was going on within the Clinton world at that particular time. This is number eight for control. Think of what we've been through for the last six years and think of everything we've been accused of.

And you know, initially when this first started and I would be accused of something or my husband would be accused of something, I would be really upset and I would want to rush out and I'd say, that's not true. And then somebody would nitpick and say, well, what about this? And I'd say, well, I hadn't thought about that. And then I'd rush around. I'd say, well, that's not true. Are you saying, though, that this doesn't upset you anymore? You're almost numb to it?

It's not being numb so much as just being very experienced in the unfortunate, mean-spirited give and take of American politics right now. So having seen so many of these accusations come and go, having seen people profit, you know, like Jerry Falwell with videos accusing my husband of murder, of drug running, seeing some of the things that are written and said about him, my attitude is, you know, we've been there before, we have seen this before, and I am just going to wait patiently until the truth comes out. So if what you have heard is something you can believe, and if what the president has told the nation is the whole truth and nothing but the truth, then you'd have to agree that this is the worst

and most damaging smear of the 20th century. Well, I don't know. There have been a lot of smears of the 20th century, but it's a pretty bad one. Well, just think about it, and this is what concerns me. This started out as an investigation of a failed land deal. I told everybody in 1992 we lost money. People said, it's not true.

You know, they made money. They have money in a Swiss bank account. Well, it was true. It's taken years, but it was true. We get a politically motivated prosecutor who is allied with the right-wing opponents of my husband who has literally spent four years looking at every telephone million dollars more than that now but looking at every

telephone call we've made every check we've ever written scratching for dirt intimidating witnesses doing everything possible to try to make some accusation against my husband we're talking about kenneth star so let's use his name because he is the independent counsel. But it's the whole operation. It's not just one person. It's an entire operation. Did he go outside of his rights, in your opinion, to expand this investigation? After all, he got permission to expand the investigation from a three-judge panel. The same three-judge panel that removed Robert Fisk and appointed him. The same three-judge panel that is headed by someone who was appointed by Jesse Helms and Locke Faircloth.

Also, Janet Reno approved this expansion of an investigation. Of course she is, because she doesn't want to appear as though she's interfering with an investigation. I don't, look, I'm not gonna take all that on, because I've learned that we just have to ride this out. It's just a very unfortunate turn of events that we are using the criminal justice system to try to achieve political ends in this country. And you know when I'm here today

I'm not only here because I love and believe my husband, I'm also here because I love and believe in my country. And if I were just a citizen out there, maybe because I know about the law and I have some idea of some of the motivations here, I would be very disturbed by this turn of events. When the last time we visited a subject like this involving your family was 1992 and the name Jennifer Flowers was in the news. And you said at that time in an interview, a very famous quote, I'm not some Tammy Wynette standing by my man. In the same interview, your husband admitted that he had, quote, caused pain in your marriage. Six years later, you are still standing by this man, your husband, through some difficult charges. If he were to be asked today, Mrs. Clinton, do you think he would admit that he again has caused pain in this marriage? No, absolutely not.

And he shouldn't. You know, we've been married for 22 years, Matt. And I have learned a long time ago that the only people who count in any marriage are the two that are in it. We know everything there is to know about each other. And we understand and accept and love each other. And I just think that a lot of this is deliberately designed to

sensationalize charges against my husband because everything else they've tried has failed. And I also believe it is part of an effort, very frankly, to undo the results of two elections. Let me talk about your role. There have been reports that you've taken charge at the White House and decided to be the chief defender of your husband, of the president, and deflect these charges. How much of a role are you taking in this? Do you think you should take? Well, I certainly am going to defend my husband, and I'm certainly going to offer advice, but I'm by no means running any kind of strategy or being his chief defender. He's got very capable lawyers and very capable people inside the White House and a lot of very good friends outside the White House.

But you're probably the most credible defender of the president at this time. Well, I probably know him better than anybody alive in the world. So I would hope that I'd be the most credible defender. Oh, she was good. Yes. She could...

Didn't skip a beat. She could tell a whopper and never flinch. She was good. Yes. She didn't skip a beat. She could tell a whopper and never flinch. She was amazing. To this day, she's still lying. Where's your 33,000 missing emails, Hillary? Why did you smash your BlackBerrys with hammers? I mean, she's still covering up. That reminded me, when she destroyed her Blackberry phones,

and... State Department phones. State Department phones, and deleted 33,000 emails. That reminded me of the missing records from the failed land deal, Whitewater. Yes. Because the records were missing. They couldn't find the records.

And then Vince Foster, who mysteriously died in a park with a gunshot, you know. Suicide to the back of the head. Yes. He was in charge of covering up Whitewater. They were moving documents around. I think on the day he died, there were White House employees

who saw employees moving boxes of documents out of Vince Foster's office. I mean, the woman has been lying since she came out of her mother's womb. But one thing has been consistent, even in this interview with Matt Lauer, challenging elections. Yeah, she said they were trying to undo

the results of two elections. The Democrats are still using that play, isn't it? That's right. You're an election denier. That's right. Unless you're a Democrat, then you're just challenging the fraudulent results.

If they win and you challenge them, you're trying to undo the election results. But if her opponents win, then she has the right to accuse them of being illegitimately elected.

Right. Okay. You got it. Yeah. So they're still using the election denying thing. And she's doing it now saying they're going to steal the 2024 election. The reason I'm doing this, I want to refresh everybody's minds about Hillary Clinton. And for those of you who are too young to remember this stuff, you need to see that old gal's been around a long time.

And she's still using the same plays. She's still doing the same games. Nothing has changed. She said, think of everything I have ever been accused of. I can't remember everything I've been accused of, I can't remember everything he accused of. Yeah, there was a three-volume set of videos I remember watching. The Clinton Chronicles. When she talked about Jerry Falwell, it was the Clinton Chronicles.

He was offering them to his supporters. He didn't make the videos, but I knew the man that made them. We used to offer them in our early days. She talked about the fake land deal. She said the Republicans are using the criminal justice system to achieve political goals. Isn't that what the Democrats are doing right now to Donald Trump? Yes. They're using the criminal justice system, the Department of Justice, the FBI, to get

And one morning on the Today Show, he just wasn't there anymore.

So you're watching this right now. He's resisting. This is the former president of the China Communist Party. Yeah. Watch as he goes by. He's totally confused and not knowing what's going on. Now, the cover story is he wasn't feeling well and they were escorting him off. Well, if you weren't feeling well, you'd escort yourself, right? Yes, I would say he's not breathing well right now because that man most likely is either six feet under or he's breaking rocks somewhere in a labor camp. But look at Xi Jinping.

Interviews and documents obtained by The Washington Post show a change likely to have major impact on its ability to control harmful content and prevent data security crises. Elon Musk told prospective investors in his deal to buy the company that he planned to get rid of, listen to this, nearly 75% of Twitter's 7,500 workers will lean the company down to a skeleton staff of just over 2,000. Imagine if this was a car company, right? And a new CEO comes in, a new buyer comes in, and they slash 75% of all the work staff, production staff.

General Motors or Ford. Right. Imagine that happening. I mean, it'd be such a shock to even contemplate. That's how much fat there is there. That's how much fat there is there. Twitter's current management plan to pay the company's payroll by about $800 million by the end of next year.

A number that would mean the departure of nearly a quarter of the workforce, according to corporate documents. The company also planned to make major cuts to its infrastructure, including data centers that keep the site functioning for more than 200 million users that log on each day. So Twitter's going to have to make money now. Yes.

They're going to have to show a profit, or they have to go to the wayside. They're not going to go to the wayside because he spent too much money to buy it. Right. So he's going to use it, but he's going to use it his way. And I think, Doc, I expect that Elon Musk will abandon San Francisco and the homeless streets and everything else. How about a weather report, Rick? This is a Spanish newspaper. Ukrainians have prepared for harshest winter in decades. In decades. Doc, that's the opposite of what

the American newspapers are saying is Europe's in for a mild winter. They're not in for a mild winter. But that's a European newspaper, and it says harshest winter. And Ukraine is already experiencing freezing nighttime temperatures, even now. And hundreds of thousands of people are being forced to endure them without any source of heating. That's because on October 10th, Moscow began massive attacks against the Ukrainian power grid. Since then, not a day has gone by without a strike against infrastructure that is key for the survival of the population. So this past Saturday was the most devastating day yet, according to a statement issued by Ukrainergo, the state company that manages the national electric grid. More than 30 Russian missiles left entire populations in 10 provinces without electricity. In Lutsk, a western city near Poland, the hot water supply was interrupted.

So, Doc, why did Russia begin bombing the power grid? Because Ukraine exploded a powerful bomb on the Crimean Bridge. And Russia said there would be repercussions for this. And this is it. So now the war is going to bring Ukraine as harsh as winter in decades. Yuri Vitrenko, president of the state gas company, Naftogaz, said as much in August. And since then, the situation has only gotten worse. In October, Russia has been focusing on destroying Ukraine's energy infrastructure. Now more than 40 percent of the country's electricity network is out of service, in addition to hundreds of kilometers of gas pipes, water pipes, and all the refineries. Russia's goal is to leave millions of people without resources

to cope with the cold. No, their goal is to denazify the country. That's right. And so I believe the Russians know this is going to be a rough winter, THE COUNTRY. THAT'S RIGHT. SO THE RUSSIAN, I BELIEVE THE RUSSIANS KNOW THIS IS GOING TO BE A ROUGH WINNER. AND I THINK THEY'VE KNOWN FOR A DECADE. YOU KNOW, THEY HAVE DIFFERENT SOURCES OF INFORMATION FOR WEATHER THAN WE DO.

AND OF COURSE WE HAVE A DIFFERENT SET OF PROPAGANDA OVER HERE. THIS STORY GETS BLEAKER, DOC. YOU KNOW, I REALLY FEEL SORRY FOR THE UKRAINIAN PEOPLE. I HATE WAR for the Ukrainian people. I hate war. It's the people suffer. It doesn't matter which side of the war they're on, the people suffer.

Putin didn't ask for anything else.

about the electricity crisis there in Ukraine. Well, let's go back to number 31, guys. In Kiev, the heating season should have started two weeks ago, but Naftogaz has confirmed that this year it will start later and end earlier due to the lack of gas and coal. The two main coal mines in Ukraine have suspended their activity due to the attacks. The alternative for millions of people are electric stoves, but this resource is also at risk.

You've got to have electricity. Right. As President Zelensky made clear this week, a general blackout is possible. STOES, BUT THIS RESOURCE IS ALSO AT RISK. YOU GOT TO HAVE ELECTRICITY. RIGHT. AS PRESIDENT ZELENSKYY MADE CLEAR THIS WEEK, A GENERAL BLACKOUT IS POSSIBLE. WHAT GOOD ARE ELECTRIC STOES IF YOU DON'T HAVE ELECTRICITY? I MEAN, SO YOU HAVE PEOPLE WITH ELECTRIC STOES, BUT THERE'S NO ELECTRICITY IN THEIR HOMES. THEY'RE GOING TO FREEZE THIS WINTER, DOC. WELL, I MEAN, MUNICIPALITIES ARE ALREADY REDUCING THE ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION OF THEIR winter doc well municipalities are already reducing the electricity consumption of their buildings public transportation urban lighting and in some cases such as the city of zittimer power cuts are

taking place at certain times on certain days of the week millions of citizens are voluntarily reducing consumption as can be seen in kiev where many businesses have turned off part of their lighting yet this according to the Ministry of Energy, will not be enough to prevent power outages from becoming a regular occurrence. Because he knows that if he continues to strike at the infrastructure, the military is going to have to shift its resources to support Ukrainians in Ukraine. And then it's an open door for Russia at that point.

At some point the soldiers start thinking about my wife, my children are back home with no electricity, no heat. My mom, my dad, my grandpa, they don't have any heat. I'm out here in the fields fighting the Russians. Maybe I should go home and take care of my family. That's what's going to happen. You're right. The army will, the soldiers will begin to desert just to go back to take care of their families. And you can't help but think that Russia's counting on that. And they're prepared for winter. Ukraine's not prepared. They admitted it. And remember, Russia is prepared. If the reports are true, the Ukrainian army does not have winter uniforms. They don't have boots.

They don't have winter combat uniforms. They're not ready for the snowfall. And other European nations are kind of afraid to give up their winter gear in case they need winter gear this winter. Now, we have this story from Interfax and CensorNet titled, To get through winter, Ukraine needs 4 billion, just this winter, Ukraine needs 4 billion euros and spare equipment. The article goes on to say Ukraine needs 4 billion euros to get through the winter and heating season, as well as equipment for water and energy supply.

This was announced by the Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, Alexei Chernozov. We calculate that we need 4 billion euros to survive this winter, reconstruct houses, support the health, care, and energy supply sectors. We want a million Ukrainians to return home by the end of the year, and they need decent conditions, he said. And he was speaking at the International Expert Conference on Reconstruction of Ukraine in Berlin on Tuesday. They're already wanting to rebuild Ukraine. He said, according to him, in the short term, Ukraine needs backup

equipment for water and energy supply. In particular, mobile water purification stations, mobile heating stations, diesel generators, electric heaters. Chernosov noted that about 6,000 generators have already been purchased. Another 1,300 are expected to be delivered. I asked the partners on behalf of our country to focus on this equipment. The next step, of course, is the restoration of our power plants, but we'll take time, and winter is already on the way, the minister emphasized. Winter is coming for Ukraine. It's going to be very tough. Reality. A lot of people are going to suffer because of the failed foreign policy of the West, the CFR gang, the Bilderberg boys, these guys that think they're born to rule, and they brought the world to the brink of

President Biden said today that Russia would be making a serious mistake if it uses tactical nuclear weapons. Is Russia preparing to deploy a dirty bomb itself or a nuclear weapon? I spent a lot of time today talking about that. guaranteeing you that it's a false flag operation yet. I don't know. But it would be a serious, serious mistake. Well, now, notice what he said there. I think it was a Freudian slip on his part. CBS News reporting Russia has notified the United States that its annual nuclear exercise has begun. And yeah, go ahead. Slight delay because they had expected this to begin a couple of weeks ago. Right. And now Russia is making the formal declaration now that they are involved in their annual exercise. Okay. I'm going to do one more, and I'm going to shorten down how much we're going to talk about this, but I came across something today in a New York Times article that I believe was published yesterday. Well, let's go back.

Let's go back, guys. I'm sorry. Number 43. This is how I saw it. This is a Jerusalem Post. This is today. New troubling developments with Russia's nuclear arsenal, says U.S. officials. So I was like, where is this story? I've not seen this.

I kept searching for it. I couldn't find any source other than the Jerusalem Post that was quoting the New York Times. So I found the New York Times article, and this says Western officials warn Russia could use a dirty bomb as a pretext. And let's go ahead, Doc. Let's do this one, and then we'll turn out the lights. But it's the last quote that we really need to see, but we'll start with number 45. Right. So top officials from the U.S., Britain, and France sought on Monday to call out what they said was a transparent ploy by Moscow to create a pretext for escalating the war in Ukraine, rejecting claims by the Kremlin that Kiev was preparing

to detonate a dirty bomb on its own territory. Now, the strikingly public effort to expose the suspected Russian maneuver, which began with a joint statement issued on Sunday by the three allies, reflected a belief in Washington, London, and Paris that President Vladimir Putin's commanders may be preparing the ground for a sharp escalation in the war. Let me ask you, has the Pentagon ever used false flag operations to start a war? Absolutely. You better believe it. Absolutely.

They were going to blow up airliners in South Florida and blame it on Castro back in the 60s. What about the USS Liberty? Was the Pentagon involved with Israel in the attack on the Liberty so that they could start a war and bomb Cairo, Egypt? I mean, I can name a lot of Pentagon false flag operations. So they don't have clean hands. Right. So notice how they're shifting this narrative now into blaming Russia.

Yesterday when we started talking about this story, they were, hey, you've got Russians and Americans talking now about how serious things are. Now, it goes on to say, while the officials said that there was no change in Russia's nuclear posture, and they believed no decision had been made to use a tactical nuclear weapon, they made clear that a move in that direction was their central concern. So, in other words, they don't have any evidence that Russia's doing it either. But we know they're going to do it. Yeah, we know they're going to do it. We've not seen any reason to adjust our own nuclear posture. You know what that means?

Doc, think about what that line means. We've not seen any reason to adjust our own nuclear posture. That's the United States nuclear posture. In other words, we haven't put our American nuclear armed ICBMs on full combat alert. That's what they're saying. Keep going. Yes. So we've not seen any reason to adjust our own nuclear posture,

nor do we have indications that Russia is preparing to use nuclear weapons. And that's from Ned Price, State Department spokesman. But we've heard these very concerning statements, and we wanted to send a very clear signal. So what concerning statements have they heard? Russia reaching out to these major allied partners saying, hey, we've got information that Kiev's going to launch a dirty bomb and blame it on us. Yes. And so the Russians are saying to the Pentagon, don't do this.

Don't go down this road. We've got the information on Ukraine. Do not go down this road. If you think this is the way to get NATO in this war, you're going to be very sorry. That's what the Russians are saying privately in those phone calls. You don't want to do this. Right. Now, next quote's an important one. Pentagon officials were on edge Monday after three phone calls in four days

between the Defense Department's top civilian official and top uniformed officer. On Friday, Mr. Austin initiated a phone call with Mr. Shogu, his Russian counterpart, the first time the two men had spoken since May. The conversation was meant to delineate the red lines that could potentially provoke Russia to launch a nuclear attack on Ukraine and to clarify for the Biden administration why Mr. Putin has been raising the prospect of a nuclear strike in Ukraine, three officials said. Do you hear what they discussed on Friday?

General Shogu and Secretary of Defense Austin. These are the red lines. The red lines. Shogu said, Secretary Austin, let me tell you, let me tell you what our red line is. If Ukraine does this, this, this, or this, or if America does that, that, that, or that, we're going to use nukes. Now, that call on Friday was before the dirty bomb accusation, okay? Because the Defense Department officials were surprised when two days later, Mr. Shogar requested another call, this time 7.30 in the morning Sunday, in which he accused Ukraine of preparing to use a dirty bomb. Now, the allegation, which the United States has said was baseless,

spooked senior defense and military officials who expressed concern that Moscow might be using the false flag as a distraction, masking some other more ominous development. Is it possible, Doc, that the Ukrainian Nazis are plotting to use a dirty bomb without telling the Pentagon and NATO? Sure. Because from their perspective, they're desperate. They can't get fighter jets. They can't get everything that

they want from the West. So we've got to move this narrative down the road a little bit. And they were unable to blow up the nuclear power plant. Right. They failed. Ukraine repeatedly tried for months throughout this entire year to blow up their own nuclear power plant. Meanwhile, in the West, we were told that the Russians were trying to blow up the power plant they were defending. Yes, that they were possessing

the power plant and shooting at themselves. Now, this next quote, this is the last one. This is the one that I want everybody to see. So that possibility only heightened concern,

the about a false flight operation, heightened concerns among already jittery senior Pentagon officials about Russia's next possible step up the escalation ladder. One senior U.S. official said there were new troubling developments involving Russia's nuclear arsenal. Now, the official asked for anonymity and declined to provide any details, given the sensitivity of the issue. At a Pentagon briefing on Monday, a senior U.S. military officer said there was no indication that Mr. Putin had made a decision to use unconventional weapons, nuclear, chemical,

or biological arms, but offered no details. So this is interesting, Rick. So there's talk of a major escalation among Russian nuclear forces, but they're not giving any details about it. And not only nuclear, they mentioned chemical and biological. Right. So they're saying that an unnamed senior U.S. official that could be at the Pentagon, could be at the White House, National Security Council,

told the New York Times that there are troubling developments involving Russia's nuclear arsenal. He declined to provide any details given the sensitivity of the issue. Now, that worries me more than anything else, that statement right there. So he's saying, I feel comfortable enough to tell you, New York Times reporter, listen, we're worried about some developments that the Russians have with their nuclear arsenal.

But I can't tell you. But I can't give you any details about it. That would cause me to, as a reporter, to kind of sit back and go, wait a minute here. There's something big that's cooking here. So I see it as two ways. Either the old anonymous source, hey, you can't quote me,

but man, do I have some powerful information. You can put this in your article. Just don't quote me. There's something big going on with the Russian nukes. Don't ask me. Don't ask me. I can't tell you. There could be one or two explanations for that.

Number one, he's planting false information. Right. He wants to get circulating in the American media. Something big's coming down. The Russians are getting ready to do something. Or number two, the Russians are getting ready for the Ukrainians to do something and expecting NATO to come in on top of it. And so the Russian nukes could be on high alert right now, Doc. That may be the troubling new information,

the troubling change that he sees. It could be because the Russians, General Shogo told, you know, don't you think General Shogo too told Secretary Austin and Mark Milley over the weekend? I'm going to tell you what the red lines are. That was Friday. Here's the red lines. And Sunday morning, hey, we're about to see a red line crossed.

Yes. And then the U.S. is publicly telling the world, we don't believe the Russians. We think the Russians are lying. We think the Russians are lying. We think the Russians are actually going to do a false flag and detonate a dirty bomb. And Shogun is calling them back saying, hey, you're playing a dangerous game here. We're telling you what the Ukrainians are doing. And you have turned this around, and you're telling the world that we're lying. Let me tell you something, sir. Our nukes are on full alert. That's the kind of conversation I

think may have happened over the weekend, which means we're this far away from from the use of nuclear weapons and possibly chemical and biological weapons. And you got Joe Biden, who got lost in his garden. Did you see that video? Oh, yes. Nuclear war starts. Somebody go get President Biden. he's wandering around outside in the

garden he can't find his way back in that's that's who's leading us right now well i wanted i wanted our audience to see it because it's it is a very serious uh piece of information that's not getting any news coverage other than the New York Times. And that was at the bottom of the article. You had to dig to get it. I had to read the entire article to get down to that last paragraph. Let's pray. Doc, why don't you pray that world leaders, God will be able to work through these men and women, somehow bring them to their senses

and bring about some type of settlement that prevents a world war. Heavenly Father, in Jesus' name, we come before you knowing that prayer works and that prayer changes the hearts of men and changes governments. It can change situations and circumstances. And so, Lord, we come together as a people that believe in you and believe in the power of prayer.

And Lord, we pray for cooler minds to prevail in this incredibly tense situation. Lord, we know that the gospel needs to be preached in all the world, and Satan is working overtime to steal, kill, and destroy and to keep so many souls out of the kingdom. Lord, I pray that you would even use the situation and the news that we've talked about here today in order to encourage hearts to pray even harder for the world leaders. Pray for President Biden. Pray for Vladimir Zelens zelensky pray for vladimir putin lord for all those that are involved in in this conflict in the struggle they don't know but not only are they being deceived by men in powerful places in this world but they're also being deceived by the forces of darkness lord and so lord right now we speak against those forces of AND ALSO BEING DECEIVED BY THE FORCES OF DARKNESS, LORD. AND SO, LORD, RIGHT NOW WE SPEAK AGAINST THOSE FORCES OF DARKNESS.

LORD, WE KNOW THAT YOU'RE ABLE TO PULL DOWN STRONGHOLDS. LORD, WE ASK IN JESUS' NAME THAT YOU WOULD EVEN USE THESE SITUATIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES IN ORDER TO ALLOW THE GOSPEL TO BE PREACHED IN UKRAINE AND IN RUSSIA AND ALL OF EUROPE, LORD, EVEN AS WE APPROACH THESE VERY TRYING WINTER MONTHS THAT ARE AHEAD OF US, LORD. and Russia and all of Europe, Lord, even as we approach these very trying winter months that are ahead of us, Lord. You can be glorified in all of us, Lord. And so, Lord, we lift up these world leaders. We lift up Xi Jinping,

and we ask that the gospel would get to his heart as well. Lord, I pray right now in Jesus' name that as we gather together as a people bound by love and faith, that we believe that you can change this world. And Lord, that the Prince of Peace can prevail. This does not have to be the end. And maybe, God, you're looking for a praying people

that will pray for those that are in authority and believe for the gospel to be preached. Maybe just one more time for the gospel to be preached in an area that's never been preached before. And Lord, if you can use us to do that, then we're willing and we are ready and we are standing by, ready to be used by you, whether it's in prayer or whether it's moving our feet

to share the good news. Lord, thank you for this God cast today. And thank you for this people that are joining together in prayer, believing that you are still God, you're still on the throne, and that prayer changes things. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. Somehow, someway, we're going to get through this crisis without a nuclear war. There may be a tactical nuke used. I'm not ruling that out, Doc. We may see one or two nukes used.

That may bring about the end of the war. It may shock the world, and world leaders realize we've got to stop this. We've got to bring this war to an end or we're all going to lose. I don't know. But I believe that there's more time. There's so much more. There's so many people that don't know Christ. There's so many places that have not heard the gospel that there has to be more time. I just believe that, Doc. There's has to be more time i just believe the doctor there's got to be more time that the lord has uh people that he desires to send to other places in the world to preach

the gospel of the kingdom and uh that's what gives me hope amen is and he has filled my heart and mine with visions and projects and goals and things to get done for his kingdom. And I'm like, Lord, why do you stir me with all these things to do if there's going to be a great war this year? And so I have to hold on to hope that somehow we're going to get through this winter without a catastrophic nuclear war. And cooler heads will prevail. World leaders will come to their senses and solve this problem. Jesus told us to go, not to stop. That's right.

And he said there will be wars and rumors of wars. But that wasn't supposed to stop you. Yes. But the end is not until the gospel is preached in all the world. In two weeks, speaking of all, there's a whole bunch

of you going to meet me and Doc in New York City at JFK Airport in just two weeks. Not three weeks, Doc. Yeah.

It's two weeks. I knew last night when you said three weeks. You haven't looked at the calendar lately. Two weeks. And we're going to Jordan. And we're going to go to the Holy Land, and we're not going to be thinking about World War.

You and I are going to go to Holy Land, and we're going to talk about Jesus in the Holy Land. So I'm looking forward to the trip. And then two weeks after I get back, I'm going back to Jordan because I got the invitation from King Abdullah to attend an event. And our employee in Amman told me today, we have an employee now in Jordan. He told me today, I told him I was coming back in December and he told me on the phone, he goes, I've been praying that God would bring you to Jordan every month. I said, well you need to stop praying like that because that's a lot of traveling. And it's a tough trip.

It's a big trip. So he thought it was funny that I was coming back in December but the Lord has opened up that door for us for me to get back there and to attend that event it's a major event yes praise God for King Abdullah and what he's doing to preserve Christian biblical sites it is commendable that his government is launching a major initiative to preserve and enhance authentic Christian sites inside his nation of Jordan.
