This is True News, the truth, the whole truth, nothing but the truth, so help us God. I'm Rick Wiles. Today is Thursday, November 9, 2023. Today's True News episode will be part one of an important message to our audience to immediately prepare for major events that could radically reshape the world order. I want to emphatically declare that Doc and I are not prophesying anything, but doing our very best effort to fulfill the role of end-time watchman. A watchman's responsibility is to sound the alarm at the first indication of danger.

And what we are doing today and again tomorrow Tomorrow, we'll be sounding the trumpets that we see signs of very serious danger approaching. That is the sole intention of our remarks today. Again, these are not prophecies, and surely there will be people who will accuse us of prophesying, but that's not what we're doing. We're simply relaying to you things that we are hearing and seeing internally and believe that the Lord is inspiring us to share these things with you, even though we are at risk of being mocked, criticized, and misunderstood. So, let's start with... Doc had a very profound dream last night. He texted me this morning just before we held our morning man a Bible class.

And I said, I've got to hear the details of this dream. And so after the Bible class, I drove to Vero Beach and I came into the office and I immediately went to Doc's office. And I said, I pulled up a chair and I said, tell me the dream. And he said, it's got a lot of details. And I said, well, my experience is that when I have a dream that has great details and I remember the details the following day, that's usually a prophetic dream sent by the Holy Spirit for my benefit. So if you are remembering the details,

then I'm going to assume that this dream is from the Lord. So at this point, I'm going to have Doc tell us the dream. So, Doc, I think you told me you woke up at 1.30 in the morning. Is that the time that you had the dream?

About the time, yes. So the dream woke you up? It woke me up. The abrupt ending of the dream woke me up. And when you woke up, did you have an immediate recollection of the dream? Oh, yes. For the next about hour and a half, I stayed up just kind of mulling over what I had experienced and what I saw in the dream. Okay. So I'll let you take it. You explain the dream. Well, first of all, I'm not given to dreams or anything like that, but this was so vivid, so detailed, and it's still afresh in my mind right now.

Can I tell you one thing? What's that? Joel said old men shall dream dreams. I know. Joel 228. So I'm out of the vision category now. Yes, you've left the stage of visions. You've now entered into the dreams of old men.

You grew the beard. That's what happened. Well, and I'm not giving over to very many dreams. I've had a few very life-changing dreams in the past. One is the one on Korea that I had that prompted a whole lot of things in my life. But this dream last night was, first of all, unusual. And at the same time, it didn't scare me. It didn't frighten me. But after I woke up from it, it was like, I really need to contemplate and think on this.

What is being said to me? And is it possible that the Lord is saying it to others as well? And so basically the dream starts off like this. Rick and I arrive at a local airport here, and there's a plane waiting for us, a private plane, private jet. At this point in the dream, I don't know where we're going or anything like that at all, but we see security. They escort us on the plane, and as we get on the plane and we get familiar with our surroundings, sitting in the plane is former President Jimmy Carter. And, you know, of course, we're both like shocked and everything that President Carter is here in our local area.

And so we sit down and we have a conversation with I don't remember the details of the conversation that we had. But at some point, you asked the question, President Carter, why are we on this plane and where are we going? He said, we're going back to Plains, Georgia, for my funeral. For his funeral. For his funeral. Now, President Carter was sitting there in front of us, and he was very much alive in the dream, but he's saying, I'm inviting you to attend my funeral, which will be coming very soon, and that's why I've come to get you, to take you to my funeral. And so we're kind of looking at each other, trying to contemplate and trying to discern what's going on.

The scene then changes and the scene moves to President Carter's house in Plains. I've been there. I've been by there a couple of times. No, it looks like it's a very simple home, not fancy at all. And there are people that are in the yard. They're on the porch and people that are going into the house. And we go into the house, and there's a closed coffin there with American flag on it. And everyone knows it's President Carter. He's passed away, and he's in the casket.

So everybody's paying their respects. They're filing by, and some people are weeping. Some people are putting their hand on the casket and everything. And so it's just a very solemn experience. Then it moves back outside into the yard. And in front of President Carter's house in Plains is a street like any other street in small town America. But what's unusual is there's a parade forming, a military parade. And as they bring the president's casket out of his home and put it in the hearse, in the back of the hearse.

The hearse is the first vehicle in the parade. And the parade begins to move, move along. And so this was very much a military parade. And the parade starts off with some troops that are marching and conventional weapons like, you know, Jeeps and trucks and tanks. But as the parade moves on, what stands out as extremely unusual is our comments on these vehicles that are coming up in the rear with incredible weapons that we've never seen before. And it's even hard for me to describe it. You know, unusual weapons with multiple launchers and just things beyond our current imagination. What do you recall about these new weapons? One in particular that stood out to me was one, the only way I can describe it

was like a combination between a centipede and a tank. It had multiple sections to it, and each section had an array of weapons on it. There were airplanes that we'd never seen before that were being towed along and everything. And as you and I are remarking on this, and we're both going, look at that. Have you ever seen anything like that, Rick? And you're saying, that is incredible. No one's ever told us anything about this kind of weaponry before. So we're having that kind of conversation. Then as we're standing there watching the parade go by, a gentleman walks up to your right hand and says, hello, Rick. And you turn and you say, hello.

And he said, I'm Neil Howe. Now, for those of you who know who Neil Howe is, he wrote the book The Fourth Turning. And he says, why are you here, Rick?? Well we were invited to the funeral. He says I was invited too to the funeral and then he says to you Rick this is a turning point and that's when I woke up from my dream that was it right there and it was like those words still echo right now. This is a turning point.

See, I know what this dream means, Doc. The moment you told me, I knew what the dream meant. You don't have to be a soothsayer to figure this one out. Okay, let's start with Mr. Carter. Mr. Carter is either 99 or perhaps he's turned 100. I know his birthday, I think, was this fall. Yes, in October, yes. So he's already turned 100?

Well, he's turned 99. So he's 99? Yes. Okay. So Mr. Carter is 99 years old. And earlier this year, he was placed in hospice in his home. Right. So he's been in hospice now for about nine months at home. Which is unusual. Yes. Normally, hospice is very short term. The last stage, two, three weeks. Right. So Mr. Carter has been, that's interesting, Doc, nine months. Yes, because in October it was seven months.

And, well, I guess it had been eight or nine months at this point. I'm thinking of nine months of pregnancy. Something is born, something is conceived and is born in nine months. But I don't know if that means anything. But the fact that Mr. Carter, God has kept him alive. His family thought he was going to pass away nine months ago. Right. Even his grandchildren, they were putting memorial pages out back in the spring and early summer of this year because they fully expected him to probably pass away within weeks at that time.

So he's the oldest living president right now. Former presidents that we have, Barack Obama. Bill Clinton. Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Jimmy Carter. And, of course, President Trump too. Yes, President Trump, too. Yes, President Trump. And so Mr. Carter is the oldest living former president. And for some reason, the Lord has graciously extended his life. He may be the oldest living former president.

I don't know if any president has lived to the age of 99 he may be setting the record for the oldest living former president i have a feeling that he is so what does this mean in in the dream doc and i are are summoned to go to a local airport. We arrive there. There's a private jet waiting for us. We don't know where we're going. We just know we're supposed to get on the jet. We board the jet.

And then we discover President Carter is seated with us in the jet. And we ask him where we're going and he says you've been invited to my funeral. It's just an odd dream. It's a very strange dream. A man saying I have invited you to my funeral. I'm flying you to my funeral. The next scene in your dream, we are at the Carter residence in Plains, Georgia. In the dream, you don't see us deboard the plane.

You don't see Mr. Carter transported anywhere. It's just the scene changes. And now he has passed away so we arrive at the home and there's a large crowd of mourners who have gathered at the carter residence and his casket is there it's draped with the american flag people are crying crying and um and then i'm i'm gonna skip the parade part but you have a gentleman comes up to me to shake my hand and say hello and it's dr neil howe yes well i interviewed dr howe many years ago several times and i i believe i played a role in reintroducing him to the American people, to another generation of people that had not read The Fourth Turning.

If we have a copy of The Fourth Turning that we can put, there it is. Folks, if you've never read this book, I strongly recommend this book. This book was written in the 90s. Right. The Fourth Turning by William Strauss and Neil Howe. Dr. Strauss has passed away. Mr. Howe is still with us and has written an updated book. That was published this summer.

Yes. I think it's The Fourth Turning Is Now. I think that's the title of it, The Fourth Turning Is Now. As you see in the cover of this 1990-something book, The Fourth Turning, it says, An American Prophecy. An American Prophecy. Mr. Turner, Mr. Howe's not a preacher of the gospel. I don't know if he's a Christian or not.

I've never talked to him about his religious faith. He's a sociologist. It seems like America is imploding before our eyes, but my father instilled in me a confidence that we can get through tough times. Tough times never last. Never last. But tough people do. I'm Dr. Robert A. Shuler, and I'm

He's just a few blocks from the White House. And Barack Obama never stopped being the president. I didn't think we'd ever get this far. I didn't see how we could get this far into the 2020s. It just seemed like everything was rushing so quickly that there was no way we could go into the 2020s.
