This is True News, the truth, the whole truth, nothing but the truth, so help us God. I'm Rick Wiles. Today is Wednesday, December 6, 2023. Russian President Vladimir Putin made a surprise visit to two Arab nations today, what was so important that it motivated the Russian leader to leave the Kremlin and fly to the Middle East? Did he discuss World War III with Arab leaders? Dr. Burkhardt and I have plenty of news to share with you today and to give you our analysis and commentary. We will start with this Reuters report about Mr. Putin's visit. The headline, Putin flanked by Russian fighters and jets into Middle East to meet Saudi's MBS.

This is a very big story, Rick. It's big, and there wasn't a lot of advanced publicity about this trip. I learned about it yesterday afternoon after we completed True News. To me, this wasn't something that was a state visit that was planned months in advance, it's like something happened that Vladimir Putin picked up the phone and called several Arab leaders and said, I'll be in your office on Wednesday. He didn't say, I need you to fly to Moscow. He said, I'm flying to your city. I'll be in your office. So let's take a look first at what happened today, and then we'll talk about what possibly could have motivated Mr. Putin to make this unannounced visit to two Arab nations. escorted to the Middle East by four Russian fighter jets Wednesday for a rare trip abroad, during which he plans to discuss oil, Gaza, and Ukraine with Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

Now, Mr. Putin's meeting with the prince, known as MBS, comes after oil prices fell, despite a pledge by OPEC+, which groups the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries and Allies led by Russia to further cut output. The Kremlin chief's plane was flanked by Sukhoi 35S fighter jets, which the defense ministry showed flying beside his Ilyushin-96 aircraft from Russia, trailing the colors of Russia's flag. In Abu Dhabi, President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nayan welcomed his, what he called, dear friend. And the UAE jets greeted the Kremlin chief with a flyby pass trailing the colors of Russian flags as well. And he said, our relations, largely due to your position, have reached an unprecedentedly high level, Putin told him. The UAE is Russia's main trading partner in the Arab world.

And he made sure to let that be heard several times throughout his visit, Rick. Okay, so what kind of reception was Mr. Putin given today in the UAE and Saudi Arabia? It was like the royal treatment, Rick. I mean, really, it was. And we have some video here. This is President Putin arriving in Abu Dhabi, the second stop on his visit. But just look at how Abu Dhabi is welcoming President Putin to this meeting and making it clear that Moscow and Abu Dhabi are friends, Rick, in a big, big way. You'll see, of course, you got the jets flying the Russian colors throughout the

sky. There were cavalry, there were camels, there were the Russian flags were present throughout the motorcade route. This was an effort to really lay out the red carpet to President Vladimir Putin. Amazing. This is significant. And again, it does not appear that it was planned far in advance. Maybe they were, maybe it was, and they kept it a secret. Right. But the first time I heard about it was yesterday. Yes. And because there was no discussion in Western news outlets about this upcoming meeting. It appears that it came together quite quickly. Next story, this is Arab news. Russia's Putin meets with UAE president in Abu Dhabi during Middle East visit. And we've got some video here also involving his arrival.

Right, and this is actually in the palace in Abu Dhabi, so you're going to be seeing how he's greeted there as well. Of course, the jet's again there and everything. But when they welcome him into the palace, into the reception hall there, you can see how they're greeting him, they're welcoming him in a very big way, Rick. Is that what a palace looks like? Look at the size of this building. Yes.

We're not used to seeing those things in the West. I don't recall Joe Biden being treated like this in any visit. No, I don't recall Joe Biden being treated like this in any visit. No, I don't recall that either. And we'll have additional video here in just a moment that will show his departure as well. And I think you'll, just by reading the body language, you'll see how the meeting went. They departed on very, appears very friendly terms with one another. And, of course, you have the color guard there as well that's showing the exit for President Putin. Well, you know, Doc, physically, Vladimir Putin isn't walking like a guy who's got one foot in the grave. Yeah, we keep getting those stories that he's on his deathbed every couple weeks.

But look at that body language there. Remember last month he had a heart attack oh yes he fell on the floor that that doesn't look like a man who collapsed on the floor of his residence a month ago now if you remember it was just a few days ago that uh the german i think it was german president not chancellor but the german president visited the UAE and nobody was there greeting. He just had to get off the plane by himself. He was standing at the top of the, you know, at the plane waiting for the reception.

And nobody showed up. For a good half hour. Oh. And so that to me was a big, big signal. And then you flip it on this side to see the tremendous welcome and greeting that he received not only in the UAE, but also over in Saudi Arabia as well. Well, something big is underway. Now, what did they discuss? Well, obviously, they discussed business.

They're both in the oil business. Right. So the price of oil has actually been falling. Falling oil prices indicate falling economic activity in the world. When the economy is slowing down, oil prices come down because there's a glut of oil. The reason there's a glut of oil is because there's not enough consumption. And yet OPEC, Russia, and various nations have been cutting oil production. And I'm certain on this discussion they talked about cutting oil production even more.

Right. To get the price back up. But did that require this level of meeting to talk oil? No, it didn't. He did not leave the Kremlin to talk about the price of oil. I'm going to speculate. I think it was about World War III. I think it was about World War III. I think it was about Gaza and Israel.

Yes. And I believe Vladimir Putin flew to two Arab nations today and said, Russia will defend the Arab world. Defend the Arab world against who, Rick? Who would be the enemy of the Arab world? Israel and the United States. Right. I think he said to them today, we all see what Israel and the United States will do to innocent people.

They have no conscience. They have no morality. They would bomb your people into oblivion and russia will protect you i think he offered them i think today was the beginning of a the discussion of a military pact like a remember when when uh donald trump was in the House, there was talk of an Arab NATO. Right. And it failed. His son-in-law, Kushner, was pushing this idea of an Arab NATO. And you and I were talking about that NATO was going to be franchised. You could get a franchise in NATO.

It didn't happen. Did Putin offer a Russian-style NATO today, an Arab military alliance backed by Russian military might with its own version of Article 5? Right. That sounds very intriguing. That if one member of the Arab military alliance is attacked, all members will go to war, including Russia. Did Mr. Putin offer to deploy Russian intercontinental ballistic missiles in the Middle East? Did he offer nukes to Saudi Arabia and the UAE today? And they both want nukes. They want them.

Especially as they watch Israel bomb Gaza. The sheikh of Qatar yesterday, he said, Israel's not going to stop at Gaza. They have expansionist plans. They're going to stop at Gaza. They have expansionist plans.

They're going to reach out into all of the Middle East to seize land, and they're showing us what they will do. They will use artificial intelligence to bomb civilian population centers. maybe, Doc, maybe Mohammed bin Salman and the sheikh of UAE called the Kremlin. And invited? Invited him there. And said, we need to talk immediately. This is a state of emergency in the Middle East. How fast can you get nukes here?

Well, the first thing that they can do is park nuclear bombers on Air Force bases. But that would mean that the U.S. would have to leave Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Eventually. Yeah, because we're there. Yes, but we don't have nukes there. And the U.S. could be asked to leave. Right. Yeah, a lot of things could happen real quick. Now, this invitation that we're just speculating here, but it seems to fit, you know, the facts. I remember when we were sitting in St. Petersburg at the conference where – Spiff. Yeah, at the Spiff conference years ago.

And President Putin was there speaking to Macron and several other leaders. Shinzo Abe was there. Right. And he offered to give protection to Europe. Yes, we witnessed it in real time. Doc and I saw it in real time. And we looked at each other like it was a very surreal moment. Like, did we just see and hear what we think we saw and heard? Right. And, you know, so we were asking the question there, well, who would Europe need to be defended against? There's only one

player, and that's the UK and the US. That's it. Yeah. So what Doc is referring to is that he and I, it's 2018, we were at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum conference in St. Petersburg, Russia, and on the stage was Vladimir Putin, Christine Lagarde of the IMF, the late Shinzo Abe, former Prime Minister of Japan, the man who was assassinated earlier this year, and Emmanuel Macron. And there was, I think, like the vice chairman of China.

Vice premier of China, yes. Xi Jinping was supposed to be there, but he didn't come, sent his deputy. And Mr. Putin was seated next to Emmanuel Macron, and he turned to him and he said – Macron was talking about how Europe needed to have its own defense. And Mr. Putin turned to him and said, let Russia defend you. Let Russia defend Europe. Yes. It was a great moment. And Mr. Macron was stunned.

He didn't have an answer. Now, keep in mind, this is four years after the Ukrainian revolution. So all these leaders could see what's happening over happened over in Ukraine. You know, it was a big push by the UK and the US to take over a country. And that's exactly what happened. I'm going to I'm going to go with my gut instinct, and that is that either Putin went there and offered a military defense agreement, or the Arabs called him and said, we need defense. Can you get us some S-500s? And Putin said, I can do better than that.

I can bring nukes. Get ready. Things are going to change in the world. What will it do to Israel and the United States if Russia moves nuclear weapons into the Middle East? What happens when Israel realizes that they're no longer the only guy in the block with nukes? And would you see Turkey perhaps flipping out of NATO and joining such an alliance?

Eventually, yes. Possibly being in both alliances, because Turkey is both European and Middle Eastern. That's right. And so what would prevent them from joining both? Yeah, is there a clause in the NATO contract where you can't join another international bombing organization? A non-compete clause? No, I could see Turkey belonging to both and really irritating the West. But that's what I'm expecting is going to happen. I think you're going to see Russian nuclear weapons move to the Middle East, bombers. He's going to get military bases.

They're going to move troops into the Middle East, and they're going to send a signal to Israel, you're not going to be allowed to continue brazenly killing thousands of civilians and get away with it. And you're certainly not going to have expansionist plans and go into other Arab nations and think you're going to just have another Gaza. The disciples asked Jesus about the end of the age. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you aren't troubled. For all this must happen, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom.
