Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov said weapons from the West have changed the rules of the war and Vladimir Putin predicted that revolutionary changes are coming to the world order. These are the things Doc Burkhardt and I will tell you today plus a lot more. Amen. So let's start with the latest news coming out of Ukraine

because this thing is ramping up by the day. Yes. You can feel the tension. You can feel the heat. And as I've been saying, if this thing is not peacefully resolved in the next one to two months, things are going to become ugly and dark

and dangerous this fall and winter because we will be too deep into it for the countries to pull back without going to war. And when I say go to war, I don't mean just Russia and Ukraine. I'm talking about NATO. All of Europe. All of Europe. Yes. And Russia. So we'll start with the first one, Russia's Lavrov, Sergei Lavrov, that's their foreign minister,

conducted a one-hour interview with Russia Today. Now look at the headline. Russia's Lavrov talks Ukraine, sanctions, oh, and nuclear war. Right. So now you've got to consider here is the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs openly talking about nuclear war. Right. So now you've got to consider, here is the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs openly talking about nuclear war. Now we've seen the different talk shows and things like that on Russian television

that have talked about this, speculated about it. But this is the first time that Mr. Lavrov has brought this up at this level. Now, you've got to keep that in mind because when it's at this level, when the talk is at this level. Now, you gotta keep that in mind because when it's at this level, when the talk is at this level, Rick, that means they've already had conversations about it. Yes, it does, and when it reaches the level

of it's a conversation in a talk show interview. Yes. What are you talking about, your favorite cupcake recipes? Oh, and let's also talk about nuclear war. Right. entered the vocabulary of the world in 2022, and it's like the public has just accepted it. That's what's so weird to me is that it doesn't cause any alarm bells to go off. For me, I get real weirded out.

I can't help it. I know what nuclear war, I can only imagine what the day after nuclear war looks like, and I don't think any of us want to be here to see it. The world completely changes when the next nuke is dropped. That's right, and it won't be just one. So the next story, also from RT, this is coming from this interview.

Yes. Lavrov said, the United States and Great Britain want a real war between Russia and the European Union. Right, Rick. And he is saying in this interview that Washington and London seek a larger confrontation. And what he says, Rick, really makes a lot of sense here now. The U.S. and U.K. want to escalate the Russian-Ukraine conflict into a larger confrontation between Moscow and Europe, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Wednesday in an interview with RT and Sputnik.

Now, notice how he says this, Rick. Our U.S. and British colleagues, with the support from the Germans, Poles, and the Baltic states, very much want to make this war a real war, pitting Russia against European countries. Lavrov claimed that US and Britain are benefiting from the conflict between Russia and Europe because the economies of the EU countries

are bearing the brunt of the sanctions. He added that the US has been acting irresponsibly by stoking tensions with Russia. Now, let's keep that up for just a moment, Rick. It's an interesting concept that the U.S. and Great Britain are promoting this war to pull down the economy of Europe. Now, think about that. That actually makes a whole lot of sense, doesn't it?

It does, because Europe's going to shut down this fall. Yes. And you've basically taken Europe off the economic calendar for five to 10 years just from what you've done right now. And so they're no longer really a major world player, or it's going to take a while to catch up with where they were because they were steamrolling there for a while until COVID hit. And the Euro currency is going to take a hit. Right. So Mr. Lavrov may be on to something here. And Europe will become desperate for American energy supplies. Right.

So the U.S. comes out a winner. If the U.S. can make this become as tense and hot as possible without going to a full nuclear war. And make Europe dependent on the U.K. and the U.S. Now think about that. I mean, that... Because the German factories are going to shut down. Yes.

Most of Europe's going to shut down. France is in a war economy already. Italy is drying up to a bone. Their government collapsed today. Yes. So there are so many things that are happening in Europe right now. Mr. Lavrov's comments about this make a whole lot of sense. Rick, are we in a conflict with Russia,

or are we in a conflict with Europe? If he's correct, then the ruling class of America is playing this war to severely damage the European Union, to damage their economy. And notice he said Great Britain and the United States. Right. That the two of them are working together. That's an interesting statement also,

that Great Britain is part of this operation. Now, if you're a citizen somewhere in mainland Europe right now and you're reading this, you've got to start asking yourself, wait a minute here. We're the ones taking all the heat on all this, or losing all the heat, as it may be. Yeah, this fall they're going to be losing the heat on all this, or losing all the heat, as maybe what's going to fall in the water. Oh, yeah, this fall they're going to be losing the heat. So what are we getting out of this except trouble?

And Europeans are starting to ask those questions, Doc. I'm seeing it appearing in European news websites where citizens are saying these these sanctions were supposed to hurt Russia but they have they've bitten us the European middle class we're the ones paying the price right how's this working and and this is the first time I thought about it since Lavrov said this.S. is also trying to bring down the European Union to bolster the United States and Great Britain. It's diabolical when you start thinking about it. Isn't it really?

What's happening is we just have different groups trying to take down the economies of other countries. That's really what the world is about. To prop up themselves. Instead of just being the best at what you can be, and that's the way we used to be. I thought so. Maybe that never existed.

Maybe that was just an illusion in my head. I just thought years ago, America was just a leader in the world that we led by being the best. Right. The best and the goodest. Now we lead by being the worst. Right. The best and the goodest. Now we lead by being the worst. And when I say the worst,

the worst in values, the worst in integrity. We lead by tearing down other countries. Yes. So the next one, this is also based on the same article, Lavrov, Russia has expanded its Ukraine war goals. Right.

So the Russian military aims are no longer focused only on eastern Donbass region, says the foreign minister. Russia's foreign minister, Sergey Lavrov, said Wednesday that Moscow is expanding its military objectives in Ukraine and aims to seize control of entire southern regions. Saying nearly five months after the Kremlin launched its full-scale invasion, Lavrov said in an interview with RIA, Novosti, and RT that Russia's military targets now go beyond the so-called People's Republics of Donetsk and Luhansk and include areas where Russian forces have already made gains, including the Kyrgyzstan and Zaporozhye regions and a number of other territories. He goes on to say in this article, following failed peace talks at Istanbul

in late March, Russia had said it would scale back its targets to focus on eastern Ukraine. President Vladimir Putin's initial invasion had also targeted Kiev from its outset on February 24th, but was met with fierce Ukrainian resistance. However, the geography of battle has now changed, Lavrov added. The foreign minister's remarks come as Russia makes slow but steady progress on Ukraine's eastern front,

capturing the entire Luhansk region earlier this month. Okay, so, Doc, bottom line, what's it mean when he says it's changed? He's saying the Western weapons that the United States and Europe have sent into Ukraine, you've changed the rules. Right. Where Russia was at back in February and March and April, that's not where they're at now. They're fighting a different war. And they know that the West and NATO is deeply involved in this war.

The CIA, MI6, intelligence agencies, military commandos in the West are deeply involved in the war against Russia. And so it's changed. And high-powered weapons have been sent to Ukraine. And so what he's saying is you can expect, what you can read between the lines is you can expect to see our tactics change,

which confirms what we've been hearing for the past week or two. Things are going to become ugly and nasty in August. The fighting is going to become intense. They're going to start taking out structures and facilities that were off limits before. Right. And as we mentioned yesterday, they have held back on really destroying infrastructure within Ukraine, both as they've advanced and everything. They haven't hit railroads, they haven't hit train lines, roadways, things like that.

They had every opportunity to do that. They could have shut Ukraine down several times over if they'd chosen to do that. But they have a special military operation. They have a plan in place. Now those plans have changed. Rick, would NATO be justified in saying, we told you this is what Russia was going to do,

but they've put Russia in that position to do it, haven't they? They have. They have. I read today Mrs. Zelensky, I forget where she's at, somewhere in the West, to receive an award. Right. She was speaking against the members of Congress because she was pictured with Nancy Pelosi today. Okay, that's where it was. Okay. How does the wife of a president of a country that's in war, how does she travel around giving speeches? That's a great question.

That just doesn't make sense to me. And how do all these celebrities just go in and out of Ukraine, world leaders? I mean, world leaders have huge entourage and everything. I think what the Russians are going to do is put an end to it. Yes. I think they're going to drive the Zelenskys into their bunkers, that they're going to start hitting Kiev and other major areas very hard. The Western news media is going to be screaming for the world to stop Russia.

But I think the Russians are going to go after them. One thing I read Mr. Lavrov said today is, you know, we have not changed in our objectives. It is to denazify Ukraine. We're after the Nazis. And they're not backing down from this. And they have a very clear objective, and that is to remove the Nazis from the Ukrainian government. And I think they're going to step it up. And so August, September is going to be intense.

And we're going to show you some of the other things that we're not the only ones who are expecting this thing to heat up in the next month. This next story is from Bild, a German magazine, ex-CIA director, retired general, David Petraeus. He says Russia will use nuclear weapons against Ukraine. And he would be in the know on this. As a U.S. General, David Petraeus was the Supreme Commander of American troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. Later he became the head of the Secret Service as CIA director. His word carries weight. He regularly reports on the current military situation in Ukraine on the LinkedIn social media platform.

His latest report packs a punch, and he says, Putin may use nuclear threats to prevent Ukrainian counteroffensive in annexed Kherson, Zaporozhye, Donetsk, and Luhansk Oblast. Petraeus continued, after the annexation, Putin could declare that the Russian doctrine, which allows the use of nuclear weapons to defend Russian territory, also applies to newly annexed areas. So to translate that, to tie in Mr. Lavrov's comments that we mentioned earlier, where you see Russia moving in or where they already are, but declaring those regions

as part of Russia at that point, then they would be justified, according to David Petraeus, in defending those captured territories using nuclear weapons. So it's interesting that David Petraeus, obviously a deep state front man for the West, would make these comments. Any thoughts on that from your perspective? You've followed Petraeus for years. Well, when you're going to see, I think, the most ferocious Russian response,

it will be the day that the Ukrainians take down the Kerch Strait Bridge. I don't think we have any idea the fury that Russia is going to unleash on Ukraine. That's going to be a bad day. When that bridge comes down, if they pull it off, that bridge comes down, a lot is going to go down in Ukraine. It may be the city of Kiev. They may just put a tactical nuke in the downtown of Kiev. Who was it? Medvedev said Judgment Day will come swiftly. He was talking about the Kerch Strait Bridge.

He said Judgment Day will come swiftly. They're going to hit hard. And a small tactical nuke will take out a small city. And they haven't had to hit hard yet. No. You know, Mr. Putin himself said you haven't seen anything yet. But if you think Putin is going to allow Zelensky to do his Zoom interviews after they take down the Kerch Street Bridge?

And they're going to allow American late-night comedians to make jokes about the bridge coming down? Do you think he's going to allow that? Absolutely not. He's going to shut it down so fast. I'm going to talk about the shut down, the laughing and the crowing from the West that the bridge went down. He's going to shut it down fast.

And they will be in a state of shock because most likely he'll use a small tactical nuke against Zelensky himself. I'm serious. I think he'll take out Zelensky. I don't doubt you of it. It'll be the end of the Zelensky comedy show on Zoom. And then they'll say, well, who's next?

Who wants to take his place as president of Ukraine? Go ahead. If you can find his office, go ahead and move in. Oh, by the way, if you can find the city, move in. And the world would be in a state of shock that Kiev disappeared. But Putin's not going to, he is not going to tolerate it. He's not going to tolerate it.

And that will be a direct warning to the United States and Europe. You do one more thing, your capital city disappears. That's how close I think we are to an all-out nuclear war. While I'm on that subject, TASS news agency, two Russian Tu-160 strategic nuclear bombers performed scheduled flight over the Barents Sea. Right, and they were escorted by MiG jets, and the flight lasted for more than seven hours. So two TU-160 strategic long-range missile-carrying bombers performed a scheduled flight in the Barents Sea,

and that, of course, connects the Atlantic and the Arctic Oceans together. But the fact that they are actively patrolling that area on long-term flights, they do this on a regular basis, but this is significant that these were two nuclear-capable bombers, and they were demonstrating their ability to carry out a nuclear mission if they had to. Well, this next article may tell us what mission they might be on. There's a little newspaper called The Islander in Australia. Ukraine to target Russia Black Sea Fleet.

Now, according to The Islander here, Ukraine is preparing to attack the Black Sea Peninsula of Crimea, annexed by Russia in 2014, and the Russian Black Sea Fleet stationed there, according to a government official. We are receiving anti-ship capabilities. Guess from who? And sooner or later, we will target the fleet. And that wording is from Ukrainian Deputy Defense Minister Vladimir Haverlov,

and he told that to the Times newspaper during a visit to London this week. He said Russia will have to leave Crimea, and listen to this, if they wish to exist as a country, he said. That's big talk coming from little Ukraine, isn't it, Rick? Yeah, so Ukraine doesn't have weapons that can destroy Russia. Right. But he's talking as though he knows somebody who has those weapons that's promised Ukraine they'll use them. And if you also notice in that last quote that we had there as well, the Ukrainian defense minister is mentioning what the terms are for Russia as well. And that is

they have to give up Crimea and they're not going to give up Crimea. They will not give up Crimea. They'll cease to exist as a country before giving up Crimea. They've made those statements already. They've made those public. So this is going to get tougher and tougher here as we go along here over the next few months. Right, so a top Ukrainian diplomat in Tokyo said that the nation's current goal in the ongoing war, which was initiated by the Russian invasion five months ago, is to restore all territories occupied by Russia, including Crimea. Now, listen to this. by the end of this year, at the earliest. You mean like December? Yes.

So in our military calculations, if our plans, if everything will go as we think, we may, we will, liberate our territories before the end of this year. Ambassador Sergei Krasinski said in a recent interview with Kyoto News. It may not be the end of the war, but we hope to push the Russian army back to Russia

before the end of the year, Krasinski said. Rick, once again, big words coming out of little Ukraine there. And this is ambassadors going to other countries saying this. So what do they know that everyone else doesn't know? That they've got a plan in place to bring in

further armaments from NATO, maybe even direct involvement with NATO. There's a group of senators here in the U.S. and D.C. that are pushing now once again to send jets to Ukraine. So that discussion was today.

We have U.S. senators like the Republican from Mississippi who want to nuke Russia. Yes. It seems so surreal that this is actually happening. We're watching it. You know, I wonder if you had a podcast in the late 30s, early 40s, before Pearl Harbor was attacked, what would a podcast have been

reported you know who knows but they might have been saying you know what these sanctions that we're putting on Japan may come back and bite us later you know cutting off the oil supply to Japan it may end up you know costing us in the long run I mean that could, you know, because those were things that led up to the conflict with Japan. Even though news was a lot slower to gather, you didn't have the internet, you didn't have television.

I think there were people in the know who paid attention and realized there's going to be a second world war. They knew it. They knew it was coming. And that's what I'm trying to get across to our audience right now. I'm no longer saying Third World War is coming.

We're in it right now. It has already started. We're in the Third World War. And I think all of us are trying to cope with it. I know I am. Here I am. I'm reporting it to you every day. I'm delving deep into it

to get this across to you. And yet, in my own mind, I try to cope with the reality of it. It's like, well, what does this look like? What do we do? You see a train coming at you and it's like, what do you do? You're on the track. Where do you go? Well, the first thing you do is get off the track. Well, then that would mean you get out of the United States.

That's what I'm trying to get at. The track is the United States. The track is Western Europe. Those are the places, Western Europe, Great Britain, Canada, Australia, United States, that's the railroad track. There's a train coming. And we're standing right on the track. And we see the headlight of the engine,

and it's coming towards us. And we're frozen, staring at the light, trying to believe, is that really a train? Maybe it's gonna swerve first. Yes, maybe it's gonna stop before it gets to us. And yet our mind says, that's a train. And it's going faster and faster and faster. And it's blowing its whistle.

It's blowing its horn. And we're frozen. And this is what I'm wrestling with. We know a war is coming and yet we all are dealing with where our minds are trying to say it's not going to happen. It's that cognitive dissonance that kicks in and we're all vulnerable to it because like you and I, we read these headlines every day and we become callous to it because we're seeing them each and every day.

And then there are the folks that have very infrequent exposure to these topics and they just completely dismiss it. They just say, oh, that can't, you know, we're America, we've got a flag, a cross and an eagle. God's gonna bless us and protect us. No nukes here. And if the Russians or Chinese here, we'll shoot them. But that's not what the next war is going to look like, is it? No. Those nuclear warheads, we're not going to stand a chance

when they go off. We're not going to stand a chance. Lights go out within an hour. It's over. It's gone. And if you survive, you will wish that you didn't survive. I mean, what's the world look like the next day? And there will be survivors. We have a population in the world of eight billion people. So if a billion die, which is unthinkable,

a billion people die in a matter of hours or days. Seven billion people are remaining and they have to start over. Right. There'll be new lines drawn on maps the next day. That's how quickly it'll happen. There'll be new lines drawn in minds because thinking will change. Yes. There'll be radically different thinking. And if you,

you will see world government come into existence so fast because people, the survivors will say never again, never again. There must be global government. Right, and they'll beg for it. They'll beg, absolutely. Next story. Where do we leave off, Doc? Story from the Straits Times, Rick. Yes.

Just a confirmation of some of the topics that we talked about here earlier. Russia plans to annex territory it controls in Ukraine, a U.S. official says. This is from John Kirby saying this. He says, Russia is taking steps toward annexing parts of Ukraine it controls in direct violation of Ukraine's sovereignty, a top U.S. national security official warned on Tuesday, including installing proxy officials expected to call sham votes on joining Russia, enforcing residents to apply for Russian citizenship. Not something that NATO would ever do, of course. So John Kirby is the one that made this statement.

Russia is beginning to roll out a version of what you would call an annexation playbook. They must have copied it from NATO. He said that at a White House press briefing, and he drawed parallels of Russia's seizure of Crimea eight years ago. Mr. Kripoch said there was ample evidence in the intelligence and in the public domain of Russia's unfolding efforts, which include installing the ruble as the national currency in the areas it intends to annex, just as it did in Crimea. Next story is almost basically the same. Israel-Hayom, Russia-Ready's next Ukraine offensive

in face of new Western weapons. The theme that we're seeing here today is there's a new phase of the war starting. Right. We're in phase two now. It's going to be much more intense. Lavrov said the rules have changed. The Western weapons have changed the rules, the layout of this war. This story, Russia prepares a new offensive in the face of Western weapons. So we're getting the message here. The Russians are going to double down in the coming weeks. It's going to become much more intense. And I think that's going to be reflected

also in the economic realm as well because Russia now, this is from Interfax, says that Nord Stream gas pipeline stops once again for scheduled maintenance. I put scheduled in quotes there. It is scheduled, all right. But the headline is one that you need to look at here. Nord Stream

after maintenance prevention will again work at 40 percent capacity. So now the West has done all the sanctions, basically all the sanctions they can do against Russia. And now Russia is doing sanctions against the West. That's we're in this phase two of the sanctions. Now Russia is going to put the squeeze on the West. We're in this phase two of the sanctions. Now, Russia is going to put the squeeze on the West. So what we have here is Nord Stream. Nord Stream is the gas pipeline from Russia to Europe. So they shut it down. Was it the beginning of this week or last week?

I think it was last week. Last Monday? Yes. So they shut it down for maintenance. And we said, that's probably not going to come back on. Well, today they announced it's going to be restored, but only at 40% capacity. Yeah, we don't want to force too much fuel through that pipe. So we better back it off to 40%. Yes. Now watch the next scheduled maintenance. They'll back it off to 20%. But that means that there has been a 60% reduction

in the amount of natural gas flowing to Europe. That's a massive cut, which means Europe must immediately start rationing gas. Yes, or else they're not going to have gas to get through the winter. And I predicted that back in June. I said, by the end of July, Europe will be rationing gas. So let's look at the next headline. Here's CNN. Europe plans to force countries to ration gas. Force. As Russia weaponizes energy.

Russia weaponized energy? Really? No, the West weaponized finances. That's right. So the European Union has unveiled its emergency gas rationing plan a day before it fears Russia could drastically cut the flow

of natural gas to the continent. Well, heads up, they already have. The commission is also hoping to pass a new law that would give it the power to force states, and when it says states, countries to reduce their demand for gas when there is a substantial risk of a severe gas shortage or an exceptionally high gas demand,

it said in the press release. That confirms another thing I said. The EU will confiscate gas from other European nations. Right. And there will be energy lockdowns. Energy lockdowns. You had COVID lockdowns. Now you'll have energy lockdowns. And eventually, by the time we get into the late fall, early winter, Joe Biden will be seizing American energy supplies under wartime emergency powers to ship the supplies to Europe in the fight against Russia. And they'll probably stop in the UK first before they head to Europe, right? Yes. I'm just starting to make a lot more sense now. They'll get

their take right off the top. Zero Hedge has an interesting article. We're not going to go into detail about it. You can find it yourself at ZeroHedge.com. The price of liberation is Ukraine dumping its gold again. There's a small problem with that. They shipped most of their gold to the U.S. back in 2014. Yes, but they claim that they're selling more gold right now. So how are they selling gold they don't have?

That's a good question. I don't know. It's supposed to be in safekeeping in the U.S. It's sort of like, here's my wallet. Would you hold on to it for me? Why Goldman Sachs is holding it or the Federal Reserve? All right, this next one is very important this came out this afternoon putin predicts revolutionary changes to the world order pay attention to this story yes so he is saying a new epic of world history is approaching and

only truly sovereign states will be able to succeed in the changed environment, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday. Speaking at a business forum, Putin claimed that truly revolutionary, enormous changes would lead to the creation of a new, harmonious, fairer, and more community-focused and safe world order. In this new epoch, only truly sovereign states can ensure high growth dynamics, he said. Now, by the term sovereignty, the Russian president means freedom of national development and thus of each person individually, as well as technological, cultural, intellectual, educational viability of the state, and responsible, active, and nationally-minded, nationally-oriented civil society. Such a state, the president said, will serve as an example for

others when it comes to the standards and quality of people's life, the protection of traditional values, important phrase there, and high humanistic ideals. This kind of world is in sharp contrast to the Western-dominated unipolar world order which in putin's opinion is becoming a break on the development of our civilization and so president putin has basically said the reason why we can't advance in the world is because of the west yes because the values of the west doc for many years america was America was, as Ronald Reagan said, the shining light on the hill. The world looked to the United States for inspiration. We were the leaders of freedom, of liberty, of free enterprise, of individual achievement.

Right. All great, noble ideas. Which were based on Christian values and Christian principles. That's right. And what I'm seeing and hearing out of Vladimir Putin's words is that Russia is transitioning to become that new shining light on a hill, saying they will become the example to the world where individuals can thrive. He used the term sovereign nation.

Yes. Meaning an independent nation, not tied up in treaties and bound with obligations to foreign powers, but a sovereign nation that makes up its own mind, its own decisions for the best of its people. That used to be us. Right. Until we became the face and the voice of the new world order. And really our world order is a social world order.

And you've heard our own politicians, Pompeo and others, that have said that. But another quote from that article is really telling here because it shows the distinction between the West and Russia, at least from President Putin's perspective. He accused the West of being racist and neocolonial, saying that its ideology is becoming increasingly more like totalitarianism. Totalitarianism. The president argued that despite attempts by Western elites to preserve the existing world order, these changes are irreversible.

Those are pretty strong words where he calls the West racist. How are they being racist? Well, they've said anything Russia is bad. If you're connected with Russia, you're bad. I think he's even implying that they're saying that white people in America are bad. The American culture today is racist. White people are now treated as criminals.

Right. And Dr. Birx, you didn't speak up for us. You didn't defend us, but you knew it all along. Right. So Dr. Deborah Burke said most viruses take months or years to become infectious. But the infectious diseases expert and former presidential COVID advisor said COVID was already more infectious than the flu when it first arrived.

She said that meant COVID was either an abnormal thing of nature or that Chinese scientists were working on coronavirus vaccines and became infected. That's interesting. Yes. She accused China of initially covering up how infectious COVID was. China was implying they were containing it, but asymptomatic spread cannot be contained without testing, she said. So they've opened the door on this now. That's the first time I've heard someone in authority,

in a leadership position that Dr. Birx had, who said the Chinese may have been working on a coronavirus vaccine, and they got infected. And that's how I got out of the lab. So they had the virus first,

and then they created the vaccine. Because you've got to have the virus first, and then they created the vaccine. Because you've got to have the virus first. So once again, why hasn't Anthony Fauci been handcuffed and taken in for interrogation? He funded the experiments. Yes. Take him to Guantanamo Bay and interrogate him. He knows a lot. And millions of people died.

I almost died. A lot of people became extremely sick. And it was a man-made virus. And Fauci's fingerprints are on it. And he's never been held accountable for it. Oh, and he told us, I'm going to retire in two years. Let's just in two years. I'm going to stay here for another two years. He backed off on that. He did? Yes. I never said that. Really? Yes. He backed off on that yesterday. Here we are. We were already celebrating his retirement from two years ahead.

People don't trust us, they don't believe us, and it makes me wonder if this job, as I'm currently doing it is effective, but if it's doing more harm than good. I don't have a good answer for that.

I do. I do. Yes, you are doing more harm than good. And you're not effective anymore. The people don't believe you. They just don't believe you anymore. So now he hasn't officially came out and said that he's going to declare an emergency yet. He is saying that climate change is an emergency, but he hasn't used executive actions yet to start to implement any policies. But we all know that Joe Biden is, you know, wed to the left, the radical left of the Democrat Party. Listen, Rick, just 1% of the population is concerned about climate change. 1%. That's in an actual poll.

They're talking about the things that are bothering people, just a general poll. Climate change for just 1% of the population is number one. People are worried about other things like, hey, we're paying $5 a gallon gas. I'm having to pay $5 for a bag of chips now, things like that. Now, we did have the president, he was out speaking today,

and he did have some comments regarding some of the information regarding his approaching, perhaps announcement sometime this week. We have a soundbite from that. You all have a duty right now to our economy, to our competitiveness in the world, to the young people in this nation and to future generations. That sounds like hyperbole, but it's not. It's real. To act boldly on climate. And so does Congress. What's notwithstanding the leadership of the men and women that are here today has failed in this duty. Not a single Republican in Congress stepped up to support my climate plan. Not one. So let me be clear. Climate change is an emergency. And in the coming weeks, I'm going to use the power I have as president to turn these words into formal, official government

actions through the appropriate proclamations, executive orders, and regulatory power that the president possesses. I think he just announced it. He's going to declare a climate emergency. We're going to get the climate lockdowns. Yes. It's going to be tied to the supply of energy, Doc. They want you to stop driving. Yes. COVID was, the COVID lockdowns was about implementing the green energy policy, the green agenda. They wanted people locked down. They wanted people to stop driving. They really are thinking like this, Doc,

that they accomplish more with the COVID lockdowns than all of their other political agendas to get their radical environmental agenda accomplished. So we're going to go into COVID, I mean, into climate lockdowns this fall, but it will be connected to the disappearance, the limited supply of energy because of the war. Yes. And we will be ordered to go into our homes. They said, well, I'm going to drive anyhow. Well, they will order the delivery of fuel to gas stations to be stopped. Yes, because guess what? They travel interstate highways. Yes.

And they'll put sanctions on companies that transport fuel. Because they have to have interstate licenses from the federal government in order to transport fuel. They'll do just—they'll do to the truckers what Trudeau did to the canadian truckers yes they'll take their insurance from them they'll seize their trucks get ready i'm telling you this fall is going to be ugly and we've got to be prepared for it and and it's going back this why i've been doing this thing about about miracle money i know some people might well, that's just a cute little thing. It's not.

It'll save your life. I'm trying to teach people to trust God. Because how can you believe God for miracle food if you can't even believe him for miracle money? I mean, miracle money is simple. Believing a miracle food will show up. Now that takes some faith. So I'm trying to get people thinking in terms of faith in God.

And we're getting so many testimonies that are pouring in. Doc himself, he's a double dipper. Yes. He got miracle money twice yesterday. Twice. So go ahead and tell them. Oh, yeah.

So yesterday I got the mail out of the mailbox. Well, actually it was from overnight, but I got it in the morning. And in the mailbox there was a check in there from my insurance company for $501.34. Totally unexpected. This was for a refund, overpayment of insurance from two years ago. Two years ago. Yeah. So I've got a copy of it. You can't print the check because I marked out the

account numbers, but this is the actual check. $501.34. So that came in my mailbox. Yesterday, after we were recording yesterday here in the studio, I go out to the front office there, get a phone call, and it was from a title company that I'd done some work with on selling the house about four or five years ago. Which year, do you know? That would have been 2016. That's six years ago. Yeah, so yeah, that's right, because it was that old house. And so six years ago, and they were trying to get my updated address because they wanted to send me a refund check. From six years ago. And if I would have told everybody that, nobody would believe it, but I had it on speakerphone so Ms. Susan, Ms. Jody could hear it.

They said, yeah, we're going to send you a check for $75 because we made an error, and we owe you $75, so it's on its way. We needed your updated address. Amazing. We got the 500-134. 75 is on its way. I already paid my vow. I paid my vow on the 501134. 75 is on its way. I already paid my vow. I paid my vow on the 501-34. But Rick, I'm not stopping there.

I'm believing God is going to do more. I have until the end of August on this deal. That's right. Let it flow. This is fun. This is exciting. Let it flow.

You need the money. We need the money. I'm telling you, there are hundreds of thousands of people who watch True News, and only about 10% of you support us. in our control room our audio engineer, he graduated from Berklee Music School, and so he made the vow the other day, and then he got a call or an email. He saw a direct deposit show up in his bank account. Yeah, he saw a direct deposit. Of $300. $300 direct deposit in his bank account, and he inquired to find out where it came from.

He found out it came from Berklee School of Music. Contacted them and they said, oh, there was an increase in your student grant. He's a graduate. He's already graduated. Right. Right? So it's retroactive. Yes.

God's not limited by time. So he got a $300 boost. And then the next one, Eric, he's our social media director. So this is this story. These are all true. This is all in Eric prayed to God, and he said, Lord, I don't have the faith like Rick, but I want that kind of faith, and I'm asking you for miracle money. Now, Eric put two conditions on it that I didn't suggest, but he did it, and the Lord honored it. He said, Lord, I don it. I don't want to just

find the money. I want it sent directly to me. And I want it to be at least a thousand dollars. That's what he needed to know that it was from God. Like he didn't want to just find a $5 bill on the sidewalk. He wanted $1,000 sent directly to him that that was a way of God saying to him, I've heard your statement, I've heard your prayer, and I am doing this for you so that you have faith to believe me. Now, this is what happened. His mom...

Getting ready to retire, was talking to the Social Security office about her Social Security benefits. She mentioned that she had been receiving, for a number of years, a very small Social uh benefit from her deceased husband eric's father who died in 1993 1993 right the person in the social security office did some calculation and discovered that they that social security had been sending an inaccurate amount for years. They sent a lump sum settlement to her, wired it into her account, and she, with her joy, decided to give her son Eric $1,000. He didn't know about it,

and she wired it to his account, $1,000. Yes. Didn't tell him about it, didn't say, hey and she wired it to his account a thousand dollars yes didn't tell him about it didn't say hey i got a thousand dollars coming just sent it to him but a settlement on his father's social security he's been deceased since 1993 right and they weren't even they didn't even know that there was a mistake right But when, see when Eric made the vow, a series of things started happening and God began moving. This is what we're trying to tell you. Don't be, well you know what, you shouldn't be doubtful because the purpose of this is to boost your faith that you believe. You should expect a miracle.

The faith part is more important than the money part. And that's what people really, really miss in all this. Yes. They think it's, oh, Rick is talking about his money. No, all we're talking about is faith. Faith. Faith in God. Trust in God. The money thing is just the mechanism he's using to show you that he heard your prayer.

But what I'm starting to say is, yes, you should believe when you request. But even having a little bit of skepticism, I'm seeing testimonies coming into us of people saying, Rick, I kind of thought that was a crazy idea, but I went ahead and said it anyhow. And I got money. See, God was honoring it. God was saying, I know you're not really sure, but I want you to know. And I'm going to give that money to you. The fact that you spoke it out.

And made the vow. Made the vow. I'll send the money. I don't really think it's going to happen, but if you do send it, I'll send half to Rick. And God honored it. Right. And I don't think another thing that a lot of people mess up on here is that when you speak that, when you say it, when you say, Lord, I'm not even sure if I believe it, but I'm willing to let you show me that if you provide the funds, I'll provide half to this ministry. God looks at that as if you gave right at that moment. Yes, when it came out of your mouth as a pledge, as a vow.

Right. He stamped it paid. And so God will honor that even though you spoke it. Yes. God will honor it even though you spoke it. Yes. It's like speaking on your father's behalf. Yes.

And God will say, okay, you said it. I'll show you. I can fulfill that promise. And it's one thing. I do have to say this. I've read a few emails and letters that have come in. And a few people have changed the terms of their vow after they received the money. And I'm just going to let the Lord deal with your conscience about that.

Okay? And so they made the vow, I'll send half to True News. Then they get the money, and then they decided, well, I'm actually going to do this, this, and this with that half, and Rick, you get this part. You've changed the term of the vow to God. I'm not worried about whether we get the full amount or not. I'm troubled that you are cheating God.

That's what bothers me. You're lying to God, and you're cheating Him. Will a man rob God? Are you going to hold him up? Because that's the same thing. It's like you pulled a gun out on God and said, I'm going to do it this way now. What does the Bible say about a person who does not pay his vows to God? It says, God will destroy the works of his hands. Yes.

I don't want that. You make a promise to God and then renege on it or change the terms. Look, you risk the possibility that God destroys the works of your hand. That means everything you touch turns to dust. You don't want that. The purpose of this exercise is to teach you faith, to build your faith, and to develop a relationship between you and the Lord that he can count on you to do what you say,

and you can count on him. To do what he says. Yes. So would you want God to change the terms? On you. On you, no, no. This thing is about integrity. So that's a few people who are doing it.

Most people are just excited and just stunned. You know, I love reading the letters and emails. They're just stunned. It's like, oh my, this really happened. And I believe the best is yet to come. Oh, yes. I really believe that, that God is awakening faith in individuals out there that they never knew that they had,

that God has given them, you know, it's going to inspire them not only to believe and to supply their needs, but also for God to release them to do greater things for him. You're going to do greater works than Jesus, he said. Doc, take Eric's example. Eric made this request somewhat out of, it was like, Thomas, help my unbelief. I want to believe. This is what I need you to do. I need $1,000 so that I know that this came from,

because in Eric's mind, that was a big number that that, if that showed up miraculously, just showed up, and somebody sent it to him, he knew that was from God. So don't hold back. Right. If you want to put a figure to it and say, Lord, I'm believing. I'm asking you. I'm asking you to bring X many dollars.

Right. And maybe you need, maybe there's an amount that you need. Well, what you have to do is double it. Yes. If you need $5,000 by the end of August, then you need to ask for $10,000. And then watch what happens. Because you're going to give half to us

and you need half. But if you get the $10,000 and you split it and you have the $5,000 that you need for that payment or whatever is due, God has answered your prayer. He's given you the miracle. Yes. And there are those out there that have a hard time believing God, even though we should believe God, but I'm not criticizing anyone, but they need some help. But they can believe the man of God.

So take the widow woman in Zarephath. She'd given up on everything. She was gathering two sticks. She was going to eat a pancake, and she and her son were going to die. She'd given up on God at that point, right? Yes. Everybody else had given up on her. But the man of God arrived and spoke. And she believed the man of God.

Even though she'd given up on God, she believed the man of God when he spoke. And when she made the instruction, God rewarded her because she believed the man of God when he spoke. And when she made the instruction, God rewarded her because she believed the man of God. And so there are times where, yes, maybe you've seen things fall short in your life, but I'm telling you, take a step of faith. Even if you're skeptical, even if you've just cry out to God, God, I've never seen you do this before. I've never seen you work like this before. But Rick says that I can ask. Rick says that I can do this. And that's what Eric said. Yes. I want to have faith like Rick. Yes. And God gave it to him because now Eric can believe he doesn't need to rely on my faith. He now has the faith of his own. That he can believe. Because he saw God respond.

That's exactly right. And that's what we want you to do. The faith is more important than the money. And then when you tell people about it, when you testify, when you lift up Jesus and tell everybody, hey, I watched this show and this guy said, make a pledge to God for miracle money and this is what happened

and here's the money that came in. You're telling people that god was faithful you're you're lifting up the name of jesus and you're glorifying god that god keeps his promises that's right and other people's faith will be encouraged so do it you have nothing to lose you have only things to gain and make the pledge and then keep your pledge.
