The 78th annual session of the United Nations General Assembly was convened last month. A two-day Sustainable Development Goals Summit was held on September 18-19. UN officials said that only 15% of the SDGs are on target to be finished by 2030. One of the goals of this week’s UN meeting was to turbocharge the push toward completion of all SDGs by 2030. Officials said they have a rescue plan to put the Sustainable Development Goals back on track. The next big milestone will be the Summit for the Future in September 2024. I’m not the only podcaster keeping a close eye on Agenda 2030. My two guest today are also keenly aware of the well-organized plan to radically change the world. This is True News, the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help us God. I'm Rick Wiles. Today is Wednesday, October 4, 2023. The United Nations adopted 17 Sustainable Development Goals in 2015 to be finished by 2030. The 17 SDGs are big and audacious, such as the elimination of poverty and hunger, quality education for all children, clean water for everybody, and affordable energy for the world's population. The 17 big SDG goals have a total of 169 specific targets to be reached by 2030. The UN process leading to 2030 started in June 1992 when the Earth Summit adopted Agenda 21. Eight years later, the UN General Assembly held the Millennium Summit in September 2000 and adopted the Millennium Development Goals. The UN reached their goals by 2015. In 2002, the World Summit on Sustainable Development was held in Johannesburg, South Africa. The UN High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development was established in Rio de Janeiro in June 2012.

And the United Nations General Assembly adopted in September 2015 the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. So that brings us up to the fall of 2023. And Andrew, this is my first time to meet you. Glad to have you here. Thank you, sir. Love the program and love the messaging, and it's an honor to be here. Well, thank you. That's good.

Well, Alex, you're a lot younger than me, but man, I've been reading your articles for a long time. You must have started writing at age 10. I started writing for the New American when I was still in college. This was about maybe 13 years ago at this point. And one of the things that I did that got a lot of attention was going to all these U.N. summits. And I'm still doing this. I was just most recently at the one in Egypt at the end of 2022. And here very shortly, I'll be heading over to the Middle East again to cover the COP 28, God willing, in just a couple of months. Alex, I don't know if you know this, but I'll tell you the shoes that you stepped into.

Her name was Joan Vion, and she was a good friend of ours. And in my early days, I'm talking about going back to the year 2000, 1999, 2000, I interviewed Joan many times. And she passed away at a very young age. I don't recall. It's been at least about 12, 13 years ago, about the time you started. You really stepped into her shoes. And Joan financed her way around the world. She was a businesswoman and she paid her own way. She went around the world and attended United Nations meetings. And she would come on True News and tell everybody what she saw and heard. And it was astounding at the time. You know, and as I was reading my opening, I'm thinking, dear Lord, it's been so long. 2000, the Millennium Summit, I remember reporting on it.

You know, the various summits, 2002, 2015, you know, every step of the way, we've been reporting on these things. And here we are now, gentlemen, and we're looking at 2030. This is the big date that they have. World leaders are really making a very hard push to change the world by 2030. And I first came across this, let's see, I would say 2018. I want to say it was around that, maybe 17. I attended a Mobile World Congress global meeting. It was in Spain. And I went there for the purpose of learning about streaming video on phones.

That was my entire purpose in going to the summit. It was a mobile world congress. This was the conference of all the phone companies in the world. Gentlemen, at the opening session, on the opening day, on the screen in front of thousands of delegates, was the date 2030. And they started talking about the very first topic was the global brain. And that the global brain would be ready by 2030.

And I knew right away, I wasn't at that meeting to learn about streaming video. I was there to hear the plan that there's going to be a global brain by 2030. And, you know, Andrew, this is my first time to talk to you, but that moment for me was, I still remember the amazement I had as I was sitting there listening to world leaders. These were technology leaders just openly, confidently talking about unveiling a global brain by the year 2030 and how it was going to change the world. The Mobile World Congress made a full commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. At every one of their meetings, you will read about Sustainable Development Goals. Then I started to realize that corporations all over the world and trade associations had signed on.

And the average person doesn't know anything about this at all. But behind the scenes, world leaders, corporate leaders, educators, media executives are busy on a plan to change the world by 2030. Gentlemen, what do you know? I mean, on the surface, and if our guys in the control room, if we can put back up on the screen, the sustainable Goals from the United Nations. When you read it on the surface, guys, it's all warm and fuzzy stuff. Okay, so this is the Sustainable Development Goals report that they just adopted last month. Clean water for everybody. You know, gender equality for women.

Affordable energy. The elimination of poverty. All these things sound wonderful. Who would be against it? I mean, there's nothing, there's nothing, they're the 17 goals. And, you know, if you scroll down, you you'll see all 17 the various categories that they have um but there's nothing to oppose it's all warm fuzzy things that everybody could agree of course we want to eliminate poverty. Of course, we want everybody to have clean drinking water. I don't have a problem with the 17 goals. I have a problem with the strategy to get there.

I have a problem with how they intend to achieve these 17 goals. And what I see coming is global socialism. So, gentlemen, I'm going to let you make your comments about it. Where are they taking us? What are they attempting to do? Well, I appreciate it, Rick. And actually, I wrote the first real article that appeared on this in the American media, at least any article of any substance, I wrote for the New American right after they were adopted in 2015. And it was actually to go along with what you just said.

It was called UN Agenda 2030, a roadmap for global socialism. And that much was very clear. You're right. A lot of this is disguised in nice rhetoric. It's disguised in window dressing that is very difficult to oppose. You want hunger. You want poverty. You want environmental destruction. And of course, the answer to all those things is absolutely not. But what's going on here is buried behind that window dressing is the real agenda. And you can discern this even from reading the document itself. If you go to goal number 10, for example, that's the one that deals with so-called inequality. They tell you in very, very plain terminology that it's not enough anymore just to have domestic wealth redistribution. They actually call for international wealth redistribution as well.

And they do it in very plain language. I can actually read it here. It says goal number 10 to reduce inequality within and among countries. In other words, national socialism won't cut it anymore. Now we need international socialism. And they go on to say in the in the point there that that's only possible if wealth is shared and income inequality is addressed. And, you know, that sounds kind of cute unless you realize that's exactly the same thing that every mass murdering communist dictator said before they started shipping people off to gulags, torturing people, massacring people and all the rest of it. Right. When you when you talk about redistributing wealth, the corollary to that is, well, first you have to steal people's wealth so that you can redistribute it. And that's exactly what they have in mind. Now, they want people to think, oh, wealth redistribute. We're going to take money from billionaires. Sorry, George Soros and David

Rockefeller. We're going to be and Klaus Schwab and Bill Gates. We're going to be taking your billions and we're going to be giving that to hungry people in Africa. Nothing could be further from the truth. We all know these billionaires stash their money in the tax exempt foundations. Anyway, they're not going to pay any more taxes for this. They're coming after the American middle class and they're not planning to redistribute this to your starving peasant somewhere in the third world. They're planning to redistribute it to the governments and the kleptocrats and the dictatorships that have impoverished or kept in poverty these third world populations. So that much is very clear from reading this document.

Then you go to goal number four, and they're talking about, in very plain language, indoctrinating children. And they actually make clear that this indoctrination needs to be so thorough. It's not just going to be that these children will passively accept their agenda. In fact, if you read the text of this document, it says your children are critical agents of change. They're going to use these new goals to channel their activism into creating a better world. And then you get down to goal number four, where they kind of get into this explicitly and they tell you what they're doing. They say the children need to be so thoroughly indoctrinated that, and I'm going to quote here, that all learners will promote all of those things you talked about. Sustainable development, which is an ideology from the pit of

hell masquerading as environmentalism and humanitarianism. All children will promote gender equality, which sounds nice superficially, unless you know what they're talking about. They're talking about radical feminism. They're talking about the destruction of the family. They're talking about forcing women and wives out of the house into the workplace so that children can then be reared by the government from the earliest moment that they can get along without their mother. When they talk about human rights, even, right? The concept of human rights sounds so noble. And we as Christians, we accept that God has given us certain rights. In fact, this was enshrined in our founding documents. God gave us a right to life. God said, thou shalt not steal.

Therefore, you have a right to life. God said, thou shalt not murder. So you have a right to life. God said, thou shalt not steal. So you have a right to property. All of these are flipped upside down when it comes to the UN's understanding of human rights. And this comes through very clear when you read their documents, like the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. They actually say in Article 29, again, very plain English, none of these rights and privileges may be used contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations. What good are rights and privileges if you can't use them contrary to the power that is supposedly giving them to you? It's absolutely absurd on its face. And so as you keep reading this document and you put your thinking cap on, what you see very quickly is to implement these things would require giving not just government,

but international government, a blank check on our freedoms, on our wallets, on our families, on our communities. And ultimately, you know, I thought it was very telling that as soon as this was adopted by all the governments of the world, Barack Obama purported to sign on for the United States, although he never got it ratified by the Senate. But as soon as they signed off on this, the the most murderous dictatorship in all human history, I refer to the butchers of Beijing. They came out and they bragged in all of their Communist Party propaganda, newspapers, television stations. They said we played a crucial role in developing Agenda 2030.

You had the head of the former head of NATO, Javier Solana, came out right after that and said, this is going to be the next great leap forward. And if you know anything about the last great leap forward that happened in China, tens of millions of people died as a result of that great leap forward. And Javier Solana is, of course, a socialist. So anybody who says great leap forward, you know, you're running the other direction. So you had people like Robert Mugabe, you know, the mass murdering Marxist maniac who enslaved what was once known as Rhodesia with help from Henry Kissinger and Jimmy Carter and the rest of the clown car saying this is going to be wonderful. This is going to create a new world order.

So when you have mass murdering genocidal dictators embracing something, it's obviously not something that's going to be compatible with our traditions, with our biblical views. So it is incredibly dangerous. And for years and years, Rick, my article was the top result on Google. If you typed in Agenda 2030, Sustainable Development Goals, UN Agenda, no matter what you typed in, my article at The New American was the top result every which way, every time. Then they broke their algorithm. And now Melissa Fleming, the UN communications are came out and said this publicly. She said, we have a partnership with Google now where we're going to suppress misinformation. There was no misinformation in

my article. All I did was quote from their document, which anybody can read. So they're trying to gaslight us here and trying to sell tyranny like they always do as something that's going to get rid of poverty and hunger and all the rest, because telling people that this is going to result in your enslavement, the destruction of your prosperity, the end of self-government, that's just not quite as appealing to the general public as, oh, we're going to stop hunger and poverty. So very, very dangerous. Agenda 2030 is, of course, accelerating. They plan to radically revamp the UN next year. And then, of course, we have the broader Agenda 21, the agenda for the 21st century. Agenda 2030, I think of it as like, you know, the Soviet five-year plan with Agenda 21 being, you know, the great goal of creating the new

Soviet man and totally restructuring all of human society. So that's where they're going with this. And it's hard to overstate the danger. And yet I would say not one in 10 Americans could tell you anything about Agenda 2030 or the Sustainable Development Goals. And they like it that way.
