I'm Rick Wiles, and this is the most politically incorrect newscast on radio. The only newscast willing to tackle the hot issues, too hot for television, too hot for the mainstream media. In the May issue of American Freedom News Magazine, we have devoted the magazine to the issue of cloning, particularly human cloning. And one of the top stories in the May issue of the magazine is about a group based in Montreal, Canada, called the Raelians. Now, the founder of this religion is a gentleman named Rael, and he is with us right now on the telephone in Montreal. Rael, welcome to American Freedom News. Thank you very much. It's a great honor and a great pleasure to be on your station, because as you are the most politically incorrect show, I am the most politically incorrect religious leader. Well, thank you, sir.

Let's help the listeners of the program understand your religion, the Raelians, you worship science. Is that right? Absolutely. We say that in the 21st century, which is only the 21st century for a minority of humanity, I should say, because Christians are only a minority, and they try to impose in the world the Christian calendar. But I close in this parenthesis. In the 21st century for Christian people, it's incredible that science is still not the main religion of the world.

It should be, because the problem of humanity today is we have men of today with technology of tomorrow and religion of yesterday, and that's what the problem is in the world. We have men of today with technology of tomorrow and religion of yesterday. And that's what the problem is in the world. Now, Rael, if I understand it, you started the Raelians after an experience in 1973 when visitors from the sky visited you. Was it in France? Correct. I was a journalist in France in a racing car magazine and a race car enthusiast and driver myself, which has absolutely no connection with the subject I am writing about today. And I had this close encounter, like Stefan Spielberg said a long time ago,

with a very advanced civilization from outer space. And these people gave me a message which explained how they came on the Earth a very long time ago and did create life on Earth using DNA, genetic engineering, and cloning. And when I published the book explaining my experience and giving the message they gave me 27 years ago, people were laughing when I was saying that soon human beings will be able to clone themselves, and then came Dolly the sheep, and everybody stopped laughing and starting to be afraid, and we started to laugh, of course. All right, so you started talking about human cloning 27 years ago? Yes, and at this time, believe me, everybody was saying it would never be possible.

And it was very difficult to explain to the people it's coming. And then when Dolly the sheep was cloned, it was a big event for us. Now help us explain to us that experience. What happened that day in 1973? You say that these visitors came to you from space. How many were there? Was there a vehicle? What did you see? journalist and I was guided, if you like, telepathically guided to a volcano at about 10 kilometers from the city. And I saw in the sky a very strong flashing light. At the beginning, I thought it was an helicopter or something like that, but there was absolutely no noise. And slowly, a kind of a craft looking like a flattened bell, if you like, made of a very shining silver metal, came down without any noise,

and it looked very heavy, like maybe 10 or 20 metric tons, and stopped at about 30 meters from me. Then the trapdoor was opened under the craft, and a small human being came outside. And that, I can, of course, it's a long story. I cannot explain everything here because we need hours to explain all the details. The people who want to know about this encounter can read it in my book. How big was this human being that came out of the spacecraft?

A little bit smaller than the average human being, but very similar to us, and looking more like Asian people than European people. The name of these people is the Elohim, E-L-O-H-I-M. Elohim? Elohim, yes. This is the name you can find in the original Hebrew Bible. As you know, the Hebrew Bible, you don't have the name God in it, but Elohim, E-L-O-H-I-M.

You can say, of course, but the translation is God. Absolutely not. In Hebrew, Elohim means those who came from the sky, and it's plural. And, of course, for our primitive ancestors, everything coming from the sky was supposed to be a god or supernatural, and it was not. In fact, and this is one of the most controversial parts of my books, the Bible is all just a theist, godless book.

Rael, now Jews and Christians will say that Elohim means God. Yes, and this is a mistake. And if you ask to the most advanced scholars, Hebrew scholars, they recognize Elohim means those who came from the sky, and it's plural. All right. Now, on that day in 1973, what did this visitor say to you? So they explained that they came a long time ago on the earth. There was no life on earth. They built big laboratories,

and inside these laboratories, using DNA, genetic combinations, and cloning, they did create all life on Earth, and eventually men in their image, like it's written in the Bible. And that's why we are here. So according to what they told you, Darwin's theory of evolution, that's not real. You're saying that these visitors from the sky told you that these basically space scientists came to the Earth, I think you said about 25,000 years ago. They set up a laboratory on the Earth, and they used their DNA, and they created human and animal life forms for this planet. Is that what you're saying?

Exactly. Exactly correct. Then what happened from there? Then, at the beginning, why did they come on the Earth to do that? an e-book, because I love e-books also. So at the beginning, why did they come on the Earth? Because they had the same problem on their planet that we have today on the Earth. Ethical committees, primitive religions saying it's not good, we must not create artificial life, we must not do human cloning. And so the scientists asked permission to their government to find another planet in the universe where they can go and work far from public opinion and media, crazy media and tabloid against cloning and against artificial life. And that's exactly what they did.

They came on the Earth, and then they started to work far from the public opinion of their planet. So life on Earth was started by what you call the Elohim, the visitors from the sky, because on their home planet they were not allowed to clone the human beings on that planet. Yes, and it's a kind of eternal cycle because ourselves, our scientists, if they are not allowed to create artificial life, we'll maybe, and there is already a project in the American NASA, to send scientists on another planet to create life. And we will become gods or Elohim for another civilization on another planet. Now, you teach that the Elohim, these visitors from the sky, returned at various

times during the history of the human race, and they established various religions on the planet? Yes, because they wanted to guide us to a higher level of peace and of freedom and of science also. But science is good. The level of science is good on Earth, but not the level of peace and wisdom. And there is a natural law in the world. When a civilization on the planet, there is an infinite number of planets with life on it, not a thousand, not a billion, an infinite number, because the universe is infinite. When the life on the planet develops and suddenly discovers science and technology, if they have at the same time a too high level of violence and aggressivity, then they destroy

themselves. And that's what they try to help us to avoid. That's why they send the messengers, which they were called the prophets in the history of humanity. Like Moses. You remember Moses at the top of the Mount Sinai talking face-to-face with not God, but Elohim. And Jesus, who was the son of one of these people

from space, the Elohim, and a woman from the earth, Mary. And many, many other prophets like that, who were just here to try to bring a message of love and peace. All right, now help me understand this. You're saying that the prophets of the various religions, Moses, Muhammad, you're saying Jesus, Buddha, all of these men were placed

here by the visitors from the sky yes to raise the level of peace love and fraternity on the earth because they were afraid for us because the level of violence and aggressivity between human beings were always too high

so when we will discover the new one they will discover the nuclear energy and the chemical warfare and what we have now, we are able to destroy life on Earth, destroy their creation. And that's what they were afraid of. Ray, we're going to take a quick break.

I'm Rick Wiles, and we are talking about human cloning today. My guest today is Rael, the founder of the Raelians, also the founder of Clone Aid.

If you have read our May issue of the magazine, American Freedom News, and you read about his plans to clone a human being, maybe by December 25th of this year. Now, just before we went into the break, we were talking with Rael. He was explaining that what he says is the Elohim, what he says means the visitors from the sky, placed prophets or messengers on the earth to found the various religions. Now, before we move on to another topic, were the messengers human beings or were they from this other race? Most of them were human beings and some of them were half. Like Jesus was half Elohim. His father was one of the Elohim and his mother was Mary, a girl from the earth.

And you have that a lot of time throughout the history of humanity. And if you read the Bible, you see that at the beginning, the very beginning of the Genesis, it's written, the Son of Elohim find out that the data of men were beautiful, and they pick some of them and make them their wife and have children with them. So it's written. All right, so you're saying that Mary, the Virgin Mary, was impregnated by one of the Elohim from another planet. Absolutely. Now, what about Jesus' resurrection? How do you explain that?

That's one of the most ancient cloning. He was killed by the primitive and aggressive and violent civilization of this time. And so the Elohim, to impress the population and to really give a good start to the Christianity, which was supposed to bring more love among human beings, took some cells and the genetic code of Jesus was killed and cloned him and sent him back. That's the explanation of the resurrection of Jesus. If I understand, you say that the messengers, the prophets, that all of these religions of the world are going to

come together at some point. Is that correct? Yes, absolutely. Because on their planet, the Elohim are preparing an incredibly wonderful gift for us. They keep alive on their planet, after death, the most brilliant human being of the history of humanity. Not only the prophets, but also the people who they've devoted during their life, the most brilliant human being of the history of humanity. Not only the prophets, but also the people who devoted during their life the best of themselves for peace, for love, for science, for the progress of humanity. After death, yes, there is life, but it's scientific life.

They keep the genetic code. With genetic code, they clone yourself on their planet, and you have the same personality, the same memory, which is re-implanted in your brain. And then one day they will bring back, for what was called in the past the last judgment, they will bring back all these people to help us to have a higher level of civilization. Tell us about this higher level of civilization. What is it going to be, and when is it going to happen? First of all, we have to explain to young generations, the future is beautiful. And thanks to science, we are entering a new world which will be really heaven on earth.

And you cannot imagine how much science and technology will make life of humanity wonderful in the future. Not only through cloning, which will give us eternal life. Right now, cloning is not a big deal. It's just making a baby. We will have a different education. We will be a different person. Step two, very soon, human beings will discover accelerated growth process, or AGP. What is that?

You take a cell from your body, and inside a special machine, you can clone yourself directly adult. I mean somebody exactly like you, but with 15 to 17 years old. But without memory, without personality, like a blank tape, if you like. Step three, which is coming at the same time due to computer science, we will be able to transfer, download, upload, if you like, all the data, all the information which make us who we are inside the hard disk of a computer, but we replace the hard disk of a computer by this clone, adult clone of yourself. That makes it possible when you die to transfer your memory, your personality,

what you really are inside a brand new adult body. And then you have eternal life through different bodies. But that's only a short example. Nanotechnology is coming also, which will make all kinds of work not anymore necessary on Earth, because all the work will be done by nanorobots or nanobots or by biological robots, and we will have not anymore to work for our food or for salary. That will be a big revolution in humanity. Rael, you're saying that science is going to be able to download what we would call our souls

onto a computer chip, which then can be installed in another cloned body? This is a possibility, but it's much simpler than that. It's directly downloading from your brain to the hard disk of a computer or directly to the brain of a clone of yourself. You don't need a computer chip. You can directly go from the biological computer chip, which is our brain, to another brain.

When do you think this is going to be possible on the Earth to do these things? Very soon. I think within 30 years because the technology is improving so fast that nobody can imagine. All the scientists in the world would say, oh, this will be possible for one century, two centuries, three centuries from now. Always we're proven wrong. And very, very fast, science is accelerating. Why?

Thanks to computers. You know, computers are doubling the power they have every year. So one day, you know, in the last 20 years, we discovered more things than in the whole history of humanity. In the next 10 years, we will discover more than in all history of humanity. Then five, then two, then one day you can reach a level where in one hour we will discover more than in all history of humanity. This is the exponential acceleration of science due to computers. We have a number of articles about human cloning, and I find Relle to be the most fascinating person in the world right now to talk to about human cloning and and we're going to in a few minutes talk about his organization's uh plans in their laboratory what they're doing right now on human cloning raelle i want to go back to this episode in 1973 when you had your first encounter with this these visitors from the sky the what you call the Elohim if I understand it they they told you that that when the human race was at the point of being able to clone humans when

they were when we reached a point of understanding cloning, that the Elohim, the space visitors, would come back to Earth. Is that right? Yes. Yes, exactly. Because not only that, but at the time where we understand cloning, like by luck, but it's not luck, everything is happening at the same time. At the same time, we discover computers. At the same time, we start to travel in space, space shuttle, space exploration.

At the same time, a lot of things are happening. And humanity of today has nothing to do with humanity of even the last century. Okay, now, they also instructed you to build an embassy for peace near Jerusalem where they will return. Tell us about that embassy. Yes. They ask that the mission they gave me, the first one was to explain, to bring this fantastic message which suddenly destroyed all supernatural belief and explain, destroy the mystery of God, if you like, and bring a new hope to humanity.

And at the same time, they want to, they love us. It's a love story. They love us because we are their children. You know, if you have a child through cloning, it's still your child. And they love us. They created us scientifically, but they love us. And they are afraid that we destroy this beautiful planet they created for us. And so their dream is to come back and to help us slowly

because they are afraid of the military people who can use the technologies to make weapons and to fight and create more war than us. You know, if you give a very advanced technology to Saddam Hussein or people like that, you know what they will do with it. So they want to come to be welcomed if we want to welcome them, because they are not invaders.

They say, if you want to welcome us back with a lot of humility, please build an embassy, and we will come back to have contact with your media, the press, and your government. And that's the mission they gave me. If possible, they would like this embassy to be built close to Jerusalem. Why Jerusalem? Because this is where the whole story started, the Garden of Eden, where they created the first human being. So sentimentally, in memory of that, they would like to be back at where it all started.

And let's talk about that. Rael, why do you think they want to come back to Jerusalem? Because that's where was the first laboratory where Adam and Eve, the first human being, were created. So they would like to be back, if possible, to the very spot

where it all started a long time ago. So you're saying that the Elohim, when they visited the earth the first time, their first human cloning laboratory was near Jerusalem, and that's where they created Adam and Eve. Yes, but the first creation, to be very precise, was not made by cloning, but by really synthetic creations. When you clone a human being, you start from the cell of another human being. That's not what was done. It was really the creation of artificial DNA from nothing.

I mean, from chemicals which are in the ground, from the Mendeleev table, all the chemicals which make a body. That's the next step. And scientists on the Earth will soon be able also to create artificial life, not from cloning, but from scratch, from nothing, from dust. Rael, when they return to Jerusalem, what will the visitors from the sky do? Oh, that will be the most beautiful day of the history of humanity, not only because they are our fathers from space, they love us, they have a so high level, not only of science, but of wisdom, of spiritual knowledge to teach us. But also, they will come back with the messengers they had in the history of humanity, who were called the

prophets, like Jesus, Moses, Muhammad, and many others who are still alive on their planet through cloning, we will come back with them in order to prove to their followers that that was the story. Are they going to set up a global government? They will help us. Yes, that's part of the key to have a peaceful future is to have a world government, a world money, until we can destroy completely the money, which is also in the future what will happen. So there will be world government, world money system, all the religions are going to come together and unite?

And the world language, yes, yes. Will there be one person in charge of the Elohim? Will there be one leader, one individual of the Elohim who is superior, who is in charge? No, he's not superior, but he's the president of their government. And his name is Yahweh, and he's the president, if you like. They have a council of 700 eternal people who are leaders of their civilization, and they are the wisest and the most advanced people. And the leader, yes, is Yahweh. And will he be in charge of this global government, this global religion, and this global money system?

No. On Earth, we have to have human beings taking care of themselves. So it has to be, in their image, a federation of the different countries of the world, united and peacefully federated. But do you think that will there be a one human being selected to be like the president of the world? Oh, that should arrive democratically by the human beings themselves. There is no, absolutely no way that the Elohim want to rule the earth. Absolutely not. They want us to become adults, to decide for ourselves and to evolve ourselves. So their job is going to be to help us set up this world religion, world money system,

and world government. To guide us spiritually, to help us to create the tools to make our civilization more advanced by ourselves. Welcome back to American Freedom News. This is an exclusive interview with Rael. He is on the telephone with me from his location in Montreal, Canada. And we're talking about human cloning. We're talking about his belief that there are space visitors that he calls the Elohim who will return to Earth in the near future, come back to Jerusalem and help the human race set up a world religion a world money system

and a world government now Riel has an interesting home in Canada it is called UFO land rail is this this building is actually made from hay bales yes it's a museum it's a name UFO land it's a museum which explains about the message, new technologies, cloning, and everything. And it's made in the shape of a huge UFO. This is a building of about 700 feet long, which is made of straw bells, yes, with concrete on it. How many straw bells, yes. How many? With concrete on it. How many straw bells? Oh, thousands of them. I don't know exactly, but thousands of them.

It's a three-storey building, but it's a really very green technology. And, of course, the straw bells are covered by concrete to protect us from rain. Now, inside your building, the UFO land, and I have a photograph here in front of me. Those who have the magazine have already seen this. But inside the building, you have a replica of the spaceship that visited you in 1973? Yes, full-size replica, and people can climb aboard and look at it as it was exactly. And it's the biggest UFO replica of the world, yes. Rayel, do you mind, I'd like to ask you, where do you get the money to build this kind of stuff?

You know, it's a big effort from all our members. We have 55,000 members in 84 countries, and they all contribute to our projects to make it possible to explain to the public what are these messages of the Elohim. All right. Now, your supporters have set up a company called Clone Aid. Now, this company is based here in the United States. Is it based in Nevada, in Las Vegas? No, not in Nevada. Somewhere in the state, but I have to explain to you from the beginning. At the beginning, after Dolly the sheep was cloned, of course, we were thrilled by that. But then I was in my car, and I was listening to the radio, and not a program as interesting as yours, but there was a Catholic pope talking, and

the Catholic pope said he was against human cloning. And right after I heard that, I said, okay, he's against it. I will create a company. That was it. Because everything he's against, we support it. He's against contraception. We support contraception. He's against divorce.

We support divorce. He's against abortion. He's against everything, gay rights, name it. And so I said, okay, I cannot do anything for those other subjects, but for cloning, we can do it. And I found that the seed company, a seed company is just, if you want, a startup, just a PO box about Cloned and the website, to see, to create a synergy, to see if there was a lot of people interested, potential investors, customers, scientists.

And so for three years, it was a seed company. And then in last spring, Dr. Boisselier, Brigitte Boisselier, who is my, I placed in charge of this project, told me, Rael, we can really do it we have uh investors uh customers scientists ready to help we can really do it i say okay go and so we we cancelled the company uh clonet company and she created a new company somewhere in the u.S. where she started with only one customer, but he's not a customer. He's the main investor. He's the father of this 10-month-old baby who was killed by a medical mistake in an American hospital, and he's taking charge of every financial aspect of the project,

and that was last year only. All right, now, so this family that lost a 10-month-old baby, they started out by donating a half million dollars to you for Clonaid. Half a million, yes. A half million dollars. And Dr. Broslier is leading Clonaid. Now, she is a scientist. Yes.

And you have a laboratory, but you can't tell us where the laboratory is at? No, yes, you understand, for safety reasons, of course. And we have four scientists working in this laboratory, and Dr. Boisselier is in charge of the project. And you're going to clone this little dead boy? You're going to bring this dead child back to life? Yes, that's the goal. Yes, I place, and I must say it is completely separated from the Raelian movement. Absolutely no connection.

The only help I provide is we provide 50 of our members who are volunteers to be surrogate mothers. But there is no money of the movement involved in it. It's the father who finances everything. And there is no money of the movement involved in it. It's the father who financed everything and there is absolutely no connection. When do you expect to have the first human clone? I think between 12 to 24 months because one of the conditions I gave to Brigitte Boisselier to support their project spiritually and philosophically,

what I am doing is, if you do it, do it perfectly. I prefer to have no baby clone than a monster. So the baby will be born perfect or not. And that's why it takes time. We don't want to create monsters. And I know a lot of tabloids are talking about Frankenstein, monsters. Absolutely not. The baby will be perfect and beautiful. You mentioned earlier that the Catholic Church opposes human cloning. Last week, the Catholic Church under Pope John Paul, who's 81 years old, had a very extraordinary meeting with the cardinals of the Catholic Church. It is believed that they are beginning the process of selecting a new pope. Do you have any knowledge from these space visitors that the next pope will be friendly

to human cloning? You know, the Catholic pope is absolutely, absolutely no importance for the future of humanity. This is a dead organization with almost dead people at the head. It should disappear very soon. You think the Catholic Church will disappear very soon? Oh, completely, because it is a past. It is a middle age. It is absolutely nothing for the future of humanity. Are there Christian leaders who you see in the Christian churches who will come together with the other religions? I think this is possible, but it's very difficult when they are in the system.

I have good contact with some high-level Christian people, but they are not in the system. You know, the system corrupts always. And because, you know, we judge criminals against humanity from the time of Hitler and the Nazi people, but the Catholic Church should be sued for crime against humanity. They killed millions of people. They burned alive thousands of people in the inquisition. They tortured a lot of people. And I did, when I testified in front of the U.S. Congress, I dedicate my testimony to

Giordano Bruno, who was burned alive in 1601 because he was just saying that there was life on the planet. And so this organization, criminal organization, and still criminal because they make guilty a lot of people. Can you imagine? You know what is AIDS? It is a terrible sickness. And the Catholic Church saying it is a punishment of God. I cannot imagine being so criminal to tell to people in hospital, suffering and dying, that what they are suffering is a punishment of God. This is Middle Age speech, not 21st century. Ray, we're out of time, but one last question.

When do you think the Elohim, the visitors from the sky, when do you expect them to come back? I know time is short. I think the best thing is for people to read the book. Yes, to human cloning and the message given to human beings by extraterrestrials. They can find this book only on my website, www.rael.org. But do you think it's soon? Do you think that the Elohim is coming very soon? It has to be between now and 2035.

So in the next 30-some years, you expect them to come back to Earth? Yes.
