Hysterical Democrats once again arrested former President Donald Trump in a desperate attempt to prevent him from being re-elected in 2024. Let's start with this headline from The Washington Post. Trump pleads not guilty to charges that he plotted to overturn the election. Well, as you were saying, Rick, former President Donald Trump pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to overturn the results of the 2020 election in federal court, making him the 1078th person to face federal charges related to January 6th.

Now, he's accused of obstructing the vote confirmation by directing his supporters to the Capitol and scheming to disrupt the election process. Mr. Trump also faces trials in New York related to his real estate business, defamation and record falsification, as well as an expected charge from a Georgia grand jury investigating subversion of election results. Quoting the Washington Post article, as to counts one to four, how does Mr. Trump plead? Judge Upadhyaya asked Trump as he stood at the defense table flanked by his lawyers.

Mr. Trump raised his head and said, not guilty. The judge then reminded Mr. Trump that while he would be released, there are conditions with that release that must be obeyed, including that he must not violate any laws, must appear in court when required, and must not communicate with anyone known to be a witness in the case unless it is through an attorney now his next scheduled date to appear is on august 28th before u.s district judge tanya

chitkin and so there's uh uh this is it the third indictment right it is and judge uh chetkin is basically the hanging judge in Washington as far as the January 6th defendants. She has put more of them in federal prison than any other judge. And she does not look kindly upon Trump supporters. I don't see how Mr. Trump can get a fair trial in Washington, D.C. It is an extremely leftist city and totally Democrat-controlled and loaded with corruption. I just don't see how he can get a fair trial. I'm sure his attorneys are going to make motions to move the trial.

Sure. But there will obviously be strong opposition from the Biden administration because they are planning on a conviction as soon as possible. And to get Mr. Trump off the campaign trail there, you see the jet arriving in Washington, D.C. today. Um, Mr. Trump's, uh, private personal aircraft. And I got to tell you, Doc, you know, the man, the man has his very admirable attributes and he's got some serious flaws.

But one thing you have to admit is he is the toughest old bird I've ever seen. And he doesn't back down. He could go back to his real estate business and just do what he's always done all of his life. Yes. Build casinos, hotels, do all that. But he stays in this fight.

I know. He is stays in this fight. I know. He is one tough old turkey. And they've put enough stress on him to kill some people. There are people that would die of heart attacks from this kind of stress. And the current charges are related to the idea that Mr. Trump put out there is that the election in 2020 was rigged. That gets down right to a nutshell there. Words. He said words.

Yes. He said it was rigged. He said that the election was stolen. He had won the election and it was stolen. Those were words. And so now the democrats have said if you speak those words you go to prison if you publicly state that an election was fraudulent if you seek to overturn the election if you refuse to admit that the man

in the white house is the legitimate president of the United States, you're going to go to prison. So we're going to show you what the Democrats said for four years after Mr. Trump defeated Hillary Clinton in 2016. We broke this up into two parts. Here's part one. You can run the best campaign. You can even become the nominee. And you can have the election stolen from you. How can you win with Russian interference, though? That's what I'm scared about. But rightly, because I think he's an illegitimate president that didn't really win.

So how do you, you know, fight against that in 2020 you are absolutely right he's an illegitimate president in my mind would you be my vice presidential candidate folks look i absolutely agree trump didn't actually win the election in 2016 he lost the election and he was put in the office because a russian's in affair trump knows he's an illegitimate president the president or elect although legally elected is not legitimate i don't see this president-elect as a legitimate president. You said you believe that Russia's interference altered the outcome of the election. I do. We have a president who, if in fact it is proven, has been assisted by the Russians

and may in fact not be a legitimate president. The one thing that Trump is fearful of when it comes to his being president is that finally we will see how illegitimate his victory actually was. I have an objection. I object to the 15 votes from the state of North Carolina. I object because people are horrified. He's an illegitimate president.

Do you believe Trump is a legitimate president? What I believe is that there's no question that the outcome of this election was affected by the Russian interference. There absolutely is a cloud of illegitimacy. Well, that legitimacy is in question, yes. So that was a very tainted election, and in that sense, it's illegitimate. Why do you think the president is going to such great lengths to essentially prove that he beat you? Because he knows he didn't. He knows he's an illegitimate president stolen

There was a widespread understanding that this election was not on the level. We still don't know what really happened, Isaac. I mean, there's just a lot that I think will be revealed, history will discover. But you don't win by 3 million votes and have all this other shenanigans stuff going on

and not come away with an idea like, whoa, something's not right here. The outcome of the election was affected by their interference. And now we need to know to what degree, if any, the Trump campaign was actually in collusion with Russia. He knows he's an illegitimate president. So of course he's obsessed with me. And I believe that it's a guilty conscience. We actually won the last presidential election, folks. They stole the last presidential election.

And Al Gore won that election. I think he won it anyway. Actually, I think I carried Florida. Bush versus Gore. A think he won it anyway. Actually, I think I carried Florida. Bush versus Gore. A court took away a presidency. If all the votes were counted in Florida, that Al Gore would be president today and George Bush would be backing off. I come from Florida, where you and others participated in what I call the United States coup d'etat. There's no doubt in my mind that Al Gore was elected president.

I rise to object to the fraudulent 25 Florida electoral votes. I must object because of the overwhelming evidence of official misconduct, deliberate fraud, and an attempt to suppress for a time. It is signed by myself on behalf of my diverse constituents and the millions of Americans who have been disenfranchised by Florida's inaccurate vote count. The Supreme Court, not the people of the United States, decided this election. Speaking to a Democratic group in Chicago Tuesday, he made it clear he thinks Al Gore was the winner. By the time it was over, our candidate had won the popular vote,

and the only way they could win the election was to stop the voting in Florida. Katherine Harris, Jeb Bush, Jim Baker, and the Supreme Court hadn't tampered with the results. Al Gore would be president. The Supreme Court elected the president. Al Gore won the state of Florida in 2000, although not the presidency. But the Supreme Court tampered? That's a large charge. The Supreme

Court stopped the counting of the votes and if they let the count go on, Al Gore would have got the necessary votes. The Supreme Court selected George W. Bush as the president. He was not elected. There is overwhelming evidence that George W. Bush did not win this election. John, based on their comments and based on the actions of the Biden administration yesterday, all of those Democrats should be arrested for trying to overthrow the election of 2016. Or to create mistrust in the voting public, which is one of the charges Jack Smith brought out in the indictment, creating an atmosphere of mistrust in the voting process. All of them participated in a conspiracy. They all said the same things. Yes.

It was a conspiracy. They conspired to overturn the 2016 election you even had members of the house object to the electoral college votes yes to the slate of delegates presented to the house of representatives well isn't that what they just charged donald trump with attempting to do fake electors Donald Trump wanted wanted Mike Pence as the vice president to say we're not going to recognize these electoral votes right now because there are questions about the integrity of the elections in these states and we're going to ask the legislatures of these states to give us a certified declaration of who won the election in their states. Nothing wrong with that at all.

No. In fact, that's what the constitutional constitution is for. But Mike Pence doesn't have the backbone to do anything like that. But the Democrats had no problem in 2017 standing up in the House. And on the day that the electoral votes were certified, they challenged them. All the way up to the day of the certification. Yes. They challenged the votes. Yes.

So what you heard, all the democrats there from hillary clinton on it wasn't it this was not an issue of about the russian collusion putin hacking the election it wasn't that they believed it and they over time found out it wasn't true they had that as a plan they created the story they fabricated the story and every time they said it they knew they were lying consciously knew they were lying because they created the story hillary clinton paid for the dossier the fake dossier she paid for it right everybody in the fake dossier. She paid for it. Right. Everybody in the news media knew it was a lie. They all knew.

It's a conspiracy. That is a conspiracy. And if you could find the underground secret emails, there must be a dark web email system. Probably from a server in Ukraine. Yes. That these guys have been communicating with each other all through 2016. If you had all those emails,

you'd have enough evidence to put them all away. Yeah, they'd get 500 years too, just like they're trying to do with Donald Trump. They work for the China Communist Party I'm going to say it again Xi Jinping is taking over the United States

of America we're being taken over from the inside this is a communist revolution and Xi Jinping is directing it this is a communist revolution. And Xi Jinping is directing it. He's bought off the Democratic Party. These people are true communists.

Do we need to remember that Bill Clinton, when he was a college student in the early 70s, took a vacation to the Soviet Union? When nobody, no American could get into the Soviet Union. He could. But Bill Clinton did. Yes. Should we remember that Hillary Clinton, when she was a college senior, wrote her thesis on rules for radicals? Saul Alinsky's Communist Handbook. What makes that important? The book had not been published.

She wrote a thesis on a book that had not been published. She had an advanced manuscript. Right. Which means Saul Alinsky gave her the book. She was a disciple. She was a disciple. Could it be that the Clintons are communists? Could it be that decades,

and I'm talking going back to the 30s, that the Communist Party has been infiltrating the United States of America since the 30s, and they have finally reached the point that they have enough power that they can bring down the constitutional republic of this country. That's what's happening right now. And these revolutionaries, these communist revolutionaries,

conceal their revolution by saying that they're defending the Constitution. When the whole time they know they're shredding the Constitution. They're brilliant. They really are brilliant. Well, Rick, China has a Constitution that guarantees free speech and freedom of the press. Right. If you agree with the Communist Party. That's right. And that's the kind of freedom we'll have here. Having a Constitution is not enough. It's not enough. Because if the Constitution can be degraded, can be minimized, if it can be warped, it's not enough. You've got to. We have a great document in the Constitution. There's no doubt about it. There's never been anything like it in the history of world governments.

But it requires a moral nation in order to enforce it. That's right. We've lost the moral battle in this country. That's right. We're not a moral nation. Alexis de Tocqueville would be spending in his grave right now if he knew how far we had degraded. He said America is great because America is good. And he would have to admit today, we are not good.

And he said righteousness thundered from the pulpits of the churches and that was the secret of america's greatness it doesn't happen anymore that's why we've wrought it from the inside but it this is of a plan this is a plan and the plan has been underway for decades. I know to some our younger members of our audience, you guys might be thinking, Rick, you're really making yourself sound like an old man talking about a communist revolution. Well, I am an old man. And I've been around long enough to know that there's been a communist

plot underway since the 1930s. It's here. They finally have enough people in this country to flip the country to communism. Can you explain what's going on? The disintegration of our society? The evaporation of our heritage, our rights, everything, it's gone.

It's a revolution. This is a revolution. The revolution won in 2020. I said back in 2010, the American people are going to go in to captivity if they do not repent and turn to God and cry out to God for help. We're going to go into captivity. We're in captivity now. You're right.

We are. Now, those of you who say, no, we're not. We're not in captivity yet. We're going to win that election in 2024. The elections are rigged. You believe that they're rigged and you believe that Biden rigged the election in 2020. But 2024 is not going to be rigged.

But they're not going to do it again in 2024. There are great, wonderful, God-fearing, flag-waving, patriotic Americans who just would say, Rick, I disagree with you. We are not in

captivity. Well, if we're not in captivity, how come you can't change it? How come you can't do anything about what's happening? How come the President of the United States is in a courtroom today? On his third indictment. On his third. If we're not in captivity, how come this is happening? How come we can't fix the problem? Because we're in captivity. The Communists won.

We now have to lead a counter-revolution. They are in control. And we have to lead a counter-revolution to the communist revolution of 2020. Back in 2019, 2020, I remember saying, I don't remember the exact year doc i remember you know we talked about uh the mexican revolution right and and i may have my my dates are going to be off um i don't recall the exact year i want i want to say the the mexican communist revolution was maybe 1920 if you can look it up doc it's saying 1910 to 1917 okay in that time okay so

what happened in 1917 in russia oh bolsheshevik. The Bolshevik Communist Revolution. So Mexico had a communist revolution. So by 1917, Mexico had fallen. Now, I think it was about

seven years after Mexico fell to the communists that they had enough power and enough clout to write a new constitution for mexico so probably you know sometime in the early 1920s mexico got a new might maybe 24 or something like that 1924 mexico got a new constitution a communist constitution mexico is still under today right and by 1926 the cristeros war had kicked in and that's when they started going after the churches so the communists began

shutting down the churches of mexico killing the pastors. They hung pastors in their churches. Yes. If you've never seen that movie, For Greater Glory, you've got to watch it. You know, I guess it's on Netflix, Amazon Prime. If you've never watched it, For Greater Glory, watch that movie. It's true. And the original communist leader who became the first communist president

of Mexico was a communist, an atheist, and a Freemason. Triple whammy. That's a deadly combination. And they went after the churches and burned the churches and hung the pastors inside their churches until the Christians

said, that's enough. And the Cristeros, the army of Christ, began to hunt down the communists. The Cristiata. Yes. And they shot them. I remember reading an interview with one of the men that was in the Cristeros.

I mean, he's obviously passed away now, you know, and he said, they asked him, they said, how did you feel about shooting those communists? Or how did you feel about killing the communists? He said, I didn't kill anybody. I just pulled the trigger and the bullets killed them. But he was fighting for his church. He was fighting for his church. He was fighting for his church because they were killing the Christians.

Folks, it's coming to this country. Every place there's been a communist revolution, the churches have been burned down and the pastors have been slaughtered. You've been captured, America. The revolution was 2020. When Marxist Milley in the Pentagon refused to back the president of the United States, I walked from my office into this studio and my soul was grieved.

Remember that day? I shouted. I said, America has fallen. It's fallen. And I had a young member of our staff. He's not here anymore. And he said, well, Rick, don't be so pessimistic.

You need to pray for America. And I looked at him and I said, I was praying for America when you were sitting in a diaper in your mother's house playing with your Tonka truck. Don't tell me I need to pray for America. I've been praying for

this country. I've been praying for this country for decades. And I've been warning. And I'm telling you now, the country has fallen to the communists. And if this, if we don't have a counter-revolution and overturn this communist revolution,

by the 2030s, members of the Communist Party of China will move to the United States and be elected to the House of Representatives, the Senate, and governorships. It's coming by the 2030s. How could they do that if they're not citizens? Have you heard that the Democrats are letting non-citizens vote? How about Illinois? What did that reprobate governor do

this week? Allowed illegal aliens. They can become police officers. Illegal aliens can now be police officers. So people that come into the country without papers can now come up to you and ask you for your papers. Yes. Think about that. That's exactly what I'm saying. We've been overthrown. We've been overthrown. There was a time in this country if this kind of stuff was going on, the men of the country

would have organized and eliminated it. So what have they been doing? They've been attacking manhood for decades. They've been turning men into sissies. Now they're turning men into women. They have eliminated the possibility of opposition. But there's still enough men left. There's still enough.

If they get the backbone to confront the communists. Look, it's not about politics anymore. This is a communist revolution. But see, that idea is so far out that most people go, I can't say that. That's so far out, I don't know if I believe that. What do you believe?

The President of the United States is in a courtroom today for the third time. And if it had been you or me, they could have put handcuffs on you and hold you off to the pokey today. And they didn't because they know that if they did that,

really all bets are cut. But the judge did warn President Trump. Don't do anything that would incite something. Yes. Don't break any laws. Well, do you think Jack Smith will find a law that he broke? Let's watch the second part of that video of the Democrats saying that the 2016 election was rigged. What I observed as a voter, as a citizen of Illinois, four years ago, were troubling evidence of the fact that not every vote was being counted. Don't think that George W. Bush won the election in 2000 against Al Gore because I think he

probably lost Florida and also nationwide. If you invite me back on this show in about eight weeks, I think you're going to learn that Al Gore actually did get all the votes there. The court has been thwarting formation of the popular will, the most spectacular example being Bush v. Gore, where the majority, by a 5-4 vote, enjoined the counting of more than 100,000 ballots in Florida and essentially gave America its first court-appointed president. I think in 2000, everybody thought, well, he did win the election, hell gore.

After the election, when you stole the election, you came back here and said, get over it. No, we're not going to get over it. You know it, I know it, they know it, We won that election. Constantly shifting vote tallies in Ohio and malfunctioning electronic machines, which may not have paper receipts, have led to additional loss of confidence by the public. The right to vote has been stolen from qualified voters. In 2004, the democratic process was thwarted. The 2004 presidential election in Ohio was riddled with unnecessary problems.

Some machines malfunctioned, causing votes to be counted more than once, or not at all. Based upon an inordinate number of allegations suggesting gross voting rights violations and misconduct, I join with my colleagues in objecting to counting the state of Ohio's electoral votes.

As in 2000, the votes of many who wanted to vote were not in fact counted. This last Friday night, I arranged to meet Senator Kerry at a fundraiser to give him a copy of my book. He told me he now thinks the election was stolen. The wife of John Kerry said she has lingering doubts about the legitimacy of the election. Her theory goes like this. Two brothers, she calls hard right Republicans, own 80% of the voting machines in the US. Therefore, it would be easy to hack into the mother machines that control the electronic voting.

There were numerous irregularities in Ohio, including large percentages of rejections of provisional balloting, problems with voting machines. As we look at our election system, I think it's fair to say that there are many legitimate questions about its accuracy, about its integrity. There are still legitimate concerns over the integrity of our elections. I agree with tens of billions of Americans who are very worried that when they cast the ballot on an electronic voting machine that there is no paper trail to record that vote.

The numerous irregularities that occurred with the electronic voting machines in Ohio on November the 2nd of last year point to an unresolved national crisis. We cannot declare that the election of November 2nd, 2004 was free and clear and transparent and real. There must be independent testing of the voting machines used in Ohio. I'm not confident that the election in Ohio was fairly decided. We know that there was substantial voter suppression and the machines were not reliable. The members of Congress who have brought this challenge are speaking up for their aggrieved

constituents, many of whom may have been disenfranchised in this process. Treating today's electoral vote count in Congress as a meaningless ritual would be an insult to our democracy unless we registered our own protest against the obviously flawed voting process that took place in so many of our states. Voters who wish to cast a vote for president or vice president can't approach the polls with certainty that their vote will be counted. One of the most significant problems in Ohio and in many other states was the lack of measures to ensure the

integrity of electronic voting machines. In 2004, they caused Democratic voters in Ohio to wait for eight hours before they could cast their ballot. They turned the Department of Civil Rights and the Justice Department into the voter suppression division with voter ID laws, voter purging, voter caging, voter intimidation. There aren't going to be any more election stealings. And despite the vital tally and the inauguration and the situation we find ourselves in, I do have one very affirmative statement to make. We won. Without voter suppression, Stacey Abrams would be the governor of Georgia. Andrew Gillum is the governor of Florida.

You refuse to concede and say that you lost. Do you stand by that decision today? Absolutely. The election was not fair. The process was not fair. If Stacey Abrams doesn't win in Georgia, they stole it. It's clear. It's clear. I think that Stacey Abrams' election is being stolen from her. It was not a free and fair election. Brian Kemp stole the gubernatorial election from Georgians and Stacey Abrams. But will I say that this election was not tainted, was not a disinvestment and a disenfranchisement of thousands of voters? I will not say that.

But she did say it. So she said the election was stolen. She still claims that she was the elected governor. Donald Trump questioned the electronic voting machines in the 2020 election. And yet you had all these that in the 2004 election between Bush and Kerry that questioned the voting machines in Ohio. I remember that. That was a big story. But you can't question now not now you can't question they'll go to prison and even though the democrats did it in the past

why are they now making it illegal because from now on they'll never lose an election that's right they don't have to worry about it. You will never hear a Democrat in the future saying the election was rigged. Because they've rigged it for good. They've rigged it forever. And the only people who will say that it was rigged are the non-communists. That's where we're at right now. You know, Doc, while this is playing, I was getting some memories coming back from previous True News programs. I was thinking about October 2000.

I wish I would have saved the article. There's so much stuff that over the years I've lost it. I just don't have it. It's gone off the Internet. But it's still in my head. I still remember it. I wish I could print it. It's gone off the internet. It's still in my head. I still remember it. I wish I could print it out of my head. But there was an article that a member of the Russian Duma,

their parliament, this was October 2000, weeks, just weeks before the election between gore and and bush yes both of the men members of skull and bones yes secret society just different sides of the casket right yeah different different caskets by the way bohemian Grove was just held. The Republican secret society. Anyhow, in that story of October 2000, a member of the Russian Duma stood up on the floor of the Duma and waved a file folder and said something like

this, in my hands are documents that show that the Soviet Union Communist Party financed the early political careers of Bill Clinton and Al Gore. And he said, I have the documents in my hand that the Soviet Union Communist Party financed them in America. You know, I read that report on True News. We weren't called True News at that time. The name was America's Hope at that time. I remember it. I also remember Russian citizens saying in 2000, Al Gore, you mean Al Gore, the son of Senator Gore, his father was a senator too. Al Gore was vice president.

And before he was vice president, he was a senator. But his father was Al Gore, a senator from Tennessee. And Russians said, wait a minute. Al Gore, senior, his political career was financed by Armand Hammer. The billionaire, the American billionaire. Who was also a communist. Who was a member of the Communist Party. I mean, who names their little baby boy Armand Hammer. You know, A-R-M-A-N-D, but it stood for Arm and Hammer, the communist

symbol. I mean, who names their little kid for a communist symbol? But he became a billionaire. And it was well known among russians that that al gore senior was in the pocket of arm and hammer this is what i'm telling you this has been going on for decades right they finally have it to the place that the balance of power has tipped in favor of the Communist Party. The Democrats are the Communist Party. They're not going to have a Communist Party in America.

There is one, but they're not going to call it the Communist Party. They wised up decades ago and said, hey, if we call ourselves the Communist Party, the Americans will stop us, they'll oppose us. So they infiltrated the Democratic Party and took it over. It's the Communist Party. And now the Communist Party has overthrown the Constitutional Republic of America.

And if you oppose it, they're coming after you because they've gotten control of the apparatus of the state. I think after the 2000 election, the Democrats decided we are going to develop a system that guarantees us

that we're going to win in the future. They thought they had it nailed down with Obama, both his elections. They thought they had it wheeled out. Something happened in 2016. There were so many people that voted for Trump that no matter how hard they rigged the election,

it couldn't overcome the amount of support that Donald Trump had in 2016. Right. And so they tweaked it just a little bit more. How is it that two people, Donald Trump and Joe Biden, both received more votes than any other time in history.

And yet. And Joe Biden never left his basement. And when he did, nobody came out to see him. And yet he won. For guys in control, I'm going to jump out of sequence. But I think this is the appropriate time to do it. I want to go to number 57. Because this drives home my point

that we are now a communist country. So when police officers arrest a young Christian for quoting the Bible on the street, you know you're now in a communist party. Yes. You're now in a communist party. Yes. You're now in a communist nation. When you can be arrested in America for speaking the word of God on a street sidewalk. This happened in Wisconsin.

Not China. No, not Pyongyang. Wisconsin. And people shake their head and go, oh, that's terrible. No, not Pyongyang. Wisconsin. And people shake their head and go, oh, that's terrible. No, that's communism. Yes. So this is several young people were arrested by police while preaching the gospel at a public drag queen event in Watertown, Wisconsin, targeted toward children. One young man, Marcus Schroeder, was arrested while reading from the Bible, while another, Nick Proel, was

released later on with a warning. Jason Storms, minister of evangelism at Mercy Seat Christian Church, who recorded the video of the arrest, stated that the police, acting on city leadership orders, arrested several of the would-be preachers, while there were several dozen police officers assembled to protect the drag queen event. The appearance of Nazi sympathizers, who were unaffiliated with both the church and the other group, made national headlines. So, quoting from the Republic Sentinel article, the police, per orders from city leaders, arrested several young people.

Three were arrested earlier in the day while inside the park, praying and talking to attendees, and then released with warnings, said Storms. It was open to the public, thus the public's right to free speech carries with them. One was arrested later in the day for preaching on the public sidewalk outside the venue and is being charged with unlawful use of sound amplification and resisting arrest. Now Schroeder said in an interview, this is the young man that was arrested, that the incident has encouraged him and his fellow church members toward further boldness

noting that the fight's not just going to go away. He says, It was worth it. It's an honor to be counted worthy to stand with the cloud of witnesses who have gone before us and been arrested for the sake of spreading Christ and His kingdom. If the police wanted to try and set an example for others or anything like that, the only thing I've seen is actually the exact opposite, where more and more people are seeing the severity of what's going on

and being called more to action. Now, we're going to show you, first of all, the clip of Marcus Schroeder being arrested. And, I mean, this could be the Soviet Union. This could be currently in China. But this is in Wisconsin, USA. Watch this. Serve one another. For all the law is fulfilled in one word.

Even in this, you shall love your neighbor as yourself. But if you bite and devour one another, beware lest you be consumed by one another. Hey, what are you doing? What is the problem? What's wrong with you? You didn't give him any warning. He just grabbed the mic.

This is the same one that we had in here. Yeah, that was in there. It was not out here. What are you doing? Let it go. You guys have been warned. They said we can speak out here on the sidewalk freely. Nobody told us that.

How come there's no amplification? You guys are acting like thugs, man. You're acting like straight up thugs. Hey, you're taking away my pain. He has every right to be out here engaging in speech. He has every right to be out here engaging in speech. He has every right to be out here engaging in speech. There's cars driving by with their radios playing. That's amplified sound.

People are standing out here with radios. That's amplified sound. The ordinance has to do with a decibel gauge. You don't just get to pick and choose which amplification you like and which you don't. That's selective enforcement of the law. That's discrimination on the basis of speech. That's what you all just did. Content-based discrimination based on speech. Walk away because you know you just did wrong. So where are we at now? Perverts dressed as women, male perverts dressed as women, can publicly defile the minds of children. Right.

With police protection. You got it. But Christians who quote the word of God to those perverts are handcuffed and taken away. Now, those police officers don't realize it, but they have been indoctrinated into communism. I mean, if you'd ask them, are you a communist? No, I'm not a communist. No, you just act like a communist

because you've been indoctrinated. You've been through the indoctrination training of the Communist Party. And you see nothing wrong with arresting a young Christian quoting the Word of God. See nothing wrong with it. They see nothing wrong with transvestites perverting little children.

Nothing wrong with it. They've been indoctrinated. So we can't count on our police officers anymore to protect us. We can't count on the military to protect us. That's right. The military has fallen. The American military has fallen. Remember the argument in the past about, well, America won't fall because the military is on the side of American citizens.

The military has fallen. Yes. Doc, going way, way, way back to the early days of this program, the early 2000s, I remember saying to American patriots, the scariest thing you'll ever see will be homosexuals in uniforms with guns. We're now. We've reached that point now. Rick, they actively recruit them. Yes.

That's one of the most mind-boggling things. I think we expected the natural progression that, yes, there will be homosexuals, even though it's still in the Uniform Code of Military Justice as a crime. Right. But I never dreamed there'd be a day where the military and police forces around the country actively recruit transgenders into their ranks. That's right. So that's where we're at now. The perverts will have guns and badges and uniforms. Now, this next video.

All right. So the young man, Marcus Schroeder, he was, of course, arrested, was released later on and after charges. But a couple last night, he appeared before the Watertown, Wisconsin City Council and spoke about his experience. But it was more than just speaking about his experience. He basically excoriated those that dared to restrict free speech on his part. So this is from that city council meeting just last night. Watch this. Guys, I hope you're all doing good tonight. I just wanted to ask a simple question. I know a Nazi group showed up at the event Saturday,

and people were talking about that, and I just wanted for all of us to really think about this. What's wrong with Nazism? Like seriously, what's wrong with Nazism? Because imagine for a moment that there is no God above us, no hell below us, no heaven to live for, as John Lennon wanted to imagine. If we are truly the result of evolved stardust and our ancestors were fish and we're the descendants of monkeys, then where do we find our value as human beings?

What's wrong with Nazism unless a few understand that the God of Scripture says that we are made in His image. And so to murder innocent people is a violation to God's commands. As a Christian, I can say that Nazis, what the Nazis did in Nazi Germany was completely horrific and that they should have been resistant. In fact, the number one people group that resisted the Nazis were Christians. And the reason why was because they had a worldview that says that people are made in God's image and that they have worth and value. That's why Nazism is wrong. But if we're going to reject the Christian worldview,

then we can't hold on to the fruit that comes from the Christian worldview. We're denying the actual foundation. Intolerance is an interesting word. Tolerance, intolerance, hatred, love, bigotry, things like that. Because really every culture has something that it's intolerant towards and something that it's tolerant of. I mean, there are things like murder and rape and stealing and just crimes that we are intolerant towards as a society. And so every society has something it's intolerant towards.

The question is just what is our object of intolerance and what is our object of tolerance? When I showed up Saturday, all I did was read from Scripture on the sidewalk. I read from the Bible, Galatians. And by the way, I wasn't reading Romans 1. I wasn't reading any passage that spoke against homosexuality or anything like that. I was reading a passage from the Bible about love. And I was arrested. No reason, not given any warning, not told anything about my amplification needed to be turned down. I was arrested and taken into custody simply for reading the Bible on the sidewalk.

You see, as we become more and more tolerant of sexual immorality in our culture, we've become more and more intolerant towards Christian morality. And the more we become intolerant towards Christian morality, the more we're going to see lawlessness in our streets. The more we become intolerant of Christian morality, the more we're going to see Nazis. The more we're going to see people who don't hold to a Christian worldview, who think that everybody is a result of animals, and therefore if we are animals, then why can't we just act like animals? We were called a hate group. We were told that we don't want to understand the other side, and I just want to set the record straight. I am more than happy to have that

conversation with the other side. I did speech and debate throughout high school and one of the things that we were taught in debate is that you can't make an argument for your side until you're able to make the argument for the other side. I've sat down and had hours of discussions with LGBTQ activists. I completely understand the other side. I want to understand the other side. But drag queens twerking on kids in lingerie is unacceptable. And that's something that we have to notice as a culture. We can have our disagreements, but there comes a time when we have to understand that we are all going to stand before God one day. And we're going to have to give an account for what we have done with the children

in our society, the innocent minds and the children who deserve to be protected. Thank you. Doc, do you have any information whether the mayor and council of Watertown, Wisconsin, apologized to this young man? He was a very smart young man. Anybody apologize? I hadn't seen any information related to it. He should be the mayor. He should be the mayor. He should be the mayor. Well, they got a bunch of cowards sitting there. Cowards.

Intimidated by the communist movement. Intimidated by transvestites. Defiling the minds of children. Afraid to speak up for righteousness. Well, that's an example of what it looks like when a country has fallen. When the righteous are arrested for righteousness sake. And the wicked are in power. What happens when the wicked are in power. What happens when the wicked are in power?

The Bible tells us what happens. I mean, the people mourn. The wicked are in power in this country. But the church forfeited their power. Yes. Church has been neutered. I mean, really, it has. It goes back to 1962 when a communist, Madeline Murray O'Hare, went before the Supreme Court and won a case to have Bible reading and prayer removed from public schools.

And the churches did nothing. Nothing. Except moaning, groaning, sigh and rub their hands. And they did nothing. Back then, in 62, the churches were strong enough that if they had stood up, the Congress could have passed a law as constitutional that would have restricted the Supreme Court from having jurisdiction over those issues. Could happen overnight.

But the church did nothing. And the church has done nothing for decades. Communists after communists after communists has filed lawsuits to remove crosses from public buildings, ban prayer, the Ten Commandments, and the churches did nothing and nothing and nothing

and nothing. And here you are today and you have been conquered. And what do you have? Nothing. Nothing. And what little bit of nothing you have left, they're going to take that too. And you think if we get a Supreme Court judge or if we elect the right person the next time, that it's all going to fall back into place. No, no, not going to happen. But there has to be a genuine revival in this country.

And revival only comes when there's repentance. When there's genuine sorrow for violating the laws of God, turning from God, forgetting God. That's America's greatest sin, forgetting God. That's our greatest sin, Doc. It's not homosexuality. It's none of it. It's not pronounced. The greatest sin. Those. It's not homosexuality. It's not pornography. The greatest sin of America is forgetting

God. Forgetting the God who made this country great. That's our greatest sin. These patriots said, we've got to get back to the Constitution. We've got to become a constitutional country again. Yeah, I agree.

But what was the morality at the time of the Constitution when it was written? What was America's morality like then? Well, there was no pornography. There was no abortion. Let's go down the line. What was life like? What was the definition of marriage at that time? One man, one woman.

They look at you cross-eyed. What do you mean, what's the definition? They didn't have divorce laws either. There was nothing. I mean, what was our morality at that time? What was our morality? What were the sermons? There was no Christian Zionism. There was no stand with Israel because there was no Israel.

All this junk that's passed off in American churches as Christianity is baloney. The preachers that preached in 1776 would not be permitted in most churches today. The sermons that were preached in 1776 could not be preached in most churches today. In fact, that was one of the reasons for the revolution because preachers were getting arrested

by British soldiers for preaching on the street. That's right. Patrick Henry's famous words, give me liberty or give me death. He spoke those words when he saw British soldiers arrest a preacher preaching without a license. And Patrick Henry said, I'll take death first. If I can't have liberty, I'll take death. He spoke those words because he watched a preacher be beat up

and taken to jail for not having a license to preach on the street. We just watched a young man in his 20s arrested for preaching on the street where is the give me liberty or give me death patriots where are you you can sit around and just keep talking and talking and talking and talking and sending videos and talking some more. But nothing ever happens. Nothing. There needs to be a genuine wave of repentance in America. Then comes revival. And when revival comes,

the Spirit of the Lord will come to this country and push out the darkness. Until that happens, God's not doing anything for us. He'll do things for us individually as we live righteously before Him. He'll answer our prayers. He'll take care of us.

But corporately, nationally, he's not going to do anything. Not going to do anything. He did an unbelievable amount of good for this country. And we have forgotten him. That's our state today. And so he has allowed us to be taken into captivity. We have forgotten him. That's our state today.

And so he has allowed us to be taken into captivity. And we are slaves today. And again, if you think I'm wrong, then tell me why you can't overthrow these people. Tell me why Donald Trump has been arrested three times if we are not in captivity now. Tell me why Hunter Biden's not in prison if we're not in captivity. Tell me why transvestites are going into schools and perverting children. And if you try to stop it, you go to jail.

Tell me if we're not in captivity, what are we? If we're not in captivity, then what does captivity look like? Because the next stage of captivity will be concentration camps, re-education centers. They're not going to call them concentration camps. They're going to give you an opportunity opportunity to be re-educated, to be indoctrinated, so that your mouth will say what your mind and your heart know is wrong. And if they can't take you to the concentration camp, they'll bring the concentration camp to you with their 15-minute neighborhoods now. Yes. You'll be locked down where you can't travel out of a certain distance. They'll use social credit scores to shackle you and the ability to buy and sell. And digital money.

Digital money. I mean, it's the same thing. It's just a more comfortable concentration camp. Right. For a while. For now. And then you can tighten the noose on those 15-minute cities and start cutting off services to those cities until it becomes a leper colony.

A ghetto. Yeah. So that's where we're at. How about something happy? Want to see something happy? It's way down here on the list. Maybe some of you saw this. Guys, this is number 63.

Toddler reunites with his grandpa at the airport in an emotional video shouting,'m coming papa it's a great video this little guy he saw his granddad arriving at the airport he didn't care about tsa security he just ran past everybody trying to get to his granddad it's it's a wonderful story let's watch the video and i'll be back for a close. How sweet is that? It's wonderful. I mean, it brings tears to your eyes.
