The U.S. federal government will conduct a nationwide test of the emergency alert system on Wednesday. All cell phones, radios, and televisions in America will receive emergency messages. The national test will be conducted jointly by FEMA and the FCC.

The test is scheduled to begin at 2.20 p.m. Eastern on Wednesday, October 4. A nationwide emergency alert test is coming to your phone. And so the messages on the phones will say this. This is a test of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No action is needed. Phones set to Spanish will display the same message in Spanish. Television and radio stations will broadcast this emergency announcement. This is a nationwide test of the emergency alert system issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency covering the United States from 1420 to 1450 hours Eastern Time.

This is only a test. No action is required by the public. Americans will not be alone in receiving emergency messages tomorrow. The entire Russian population will also receive emergency alerts on their phones, radios, and TVs. Dr. Burkhart has more information about the corresponding test in Russia tomorrow. That's right, Rick. Yesterday we talked a little bit about this, and several outlets, Russian and U.S. outlets, had said that the test was occurring on October 3rd, which is today. But actually it's a two-part test.

And the actual drill, the actual test, will occur on October 4th. What's happening today? Today, what's happening is that EMERCOM, the Emergency Command of Russia— That's like their FEMA? Right, is doing a drill just with leaders and everything around the country in preparation for the national drill tomorrow. And so government officials today are participating in a drill. The Russian public participates tomorrow. Is that the way this is working?

Okay. So everything is going according to plan. This is from official agency in Russia. On October 4, the system will be checked in all regions of Russia, alerts to the population, sirens and loudspeakers will sound. This is how the signal attention everyone is given. The broadcast of all Russian television and radio channels will be replaced by security information. The information will also be available in the Emmercom mobile application. And all this is done to check the operability of warning systems at the regional and municipal levels.

Stay calm. The sound signals are planned. And then Emmercom actually posted a video with this post to give an example of what it would sound like tomorrow. And we actually have that video. For those of you who were listening on radio, what we were seeing on the screen, what you at first heard were the air raid sirens. Right. That eerie, chilling warning from an air raid siren that a war has started. And then what we were seeing were a variety of government vehicles, military trucks, fire trucks, police vehicles, ambulances with loudspeakers driving through neighborhoods, down streets, telling the people that this was an emergency.

And then also the loudspeakers on street corners broadcasting the messages. They had digital trucks, digital signage on trucks posted in city parks and various public, telling people that an emergency was underway. That's what's happening tomorrow in Russia. Right. The American people are only going to get a brief message on their phone. And if they're watching TV or listening to radio, they'll hear a brief message. Doc, do you think, how many people tomorrow in America do you think will take this seriously, that we are on the precipice of a nuclear war? They won't take it seriously, because it'll be an inconvenience for them. We haven't had one of these nationwide drills in

over 10 years. And so it'll interrupt their program or interrupt the game on their app or the porn that they're watching on their laptop. And so whatever it is, it's just going to be an inconvenience to them more than anything else, Rick. They won't take it seriously. With no awareness. But in Russia, the people know we're supposed to go into underground bunkers. We're supposed to go into bomb shelters. Yes.

And remember, this particular scenario, Russia is moving ahead with their mindset. Let's pretend as if 70 percent of all residential housing in Russia has been destroyed. Over two-thirds of Russia has been destroyed. Over two-thirds of Russia has been destroyed. That's the premise that they're going with for their drills today and tomorrow. So based on the scenario of the test, really the government officials are speaking to the one-third of the Russians who survived. That's right. The ones who made it, Rick. And so what's happening today, just so you're going to hear a lot of different outlets talk about the drills that are taking place in Russia today. So this is number four for control. What's happening today

is the agency that handles consumer affairs and well-being is conducting training on civil defense in which all the territorial bodies and institutions of that agency will participate. But it's tomorrow, October 4th, where the Ministry of Emergency Situations, their civil defense, will be inspecting public warning systems all across Russia. And so these are two different events with varying degrees of coverage. But suffice it to say that Russia is going on an active alert to its people. The reason why they're doing this, Rick, is because they see a direct threat against Russia and its survivability as a result of everything that's happening in Ukraine

and the aggression of NATO that's been taking place. They see a real threat. This is for their survival, Rick. Yes. And Mr. Mavetov told us last week, we're ready as a nation. We're ready for a direct war with NATO. Psychologically, mentally, physically, they are ready. They're saying, bring it on. We know it's coming.

And we are now ready for the war. What are we doing in America? What's our spiritual condition in America? I'm going to give you an extreme example of where this nation is at spiritually as we race into a nuclear war with Russia. This is today from WNBC television, the NBC affiliate in New York City, WNBC. New York City becomes the first in the nation to make abortion care available via telehealth. This is just so incredible, Rick. You can call in and get an abortion. This is for real. And the mayor, the mayor is very proud of it, that his city is first, first in the nation

of offering telehealth abortions. They're so eager to kill babies. They just, they lust for it, Doc. Yes. It's a satanic lust to murder babies. It's the thing that drives the ruling class of America to murder more babies. How can we make murdering babies more efficient?

How can we get this baby-killing service out to more people? How can there be more blood? They just figure out new ways. They devise new ways to do more evil. What did God say about mankind at the time of Noah? What did he say that they think about continually? Wickedness continually. That's all they thought about, wickedness. Well, I would say that the mayor of New York City is a person who thinks about wickedness all day long.
