Doc Burkhart and I will give you the details. We'll start by looking at this updated report on the U.S. missiles that are being shipped to Ukraine. Now, this is a different weapons deal aside from the long-range missiles that Joe Biden is shipping to Ukraine. They're now sending a deadly drone to Ukraine. And we got a quote from the Defense Post report. So the U.S. administration plans to send four armed MQ-1C Gray Eagle drones to Ukraine for the country's resistance to Russia's invasion, Reuters has revealed. Citing sources, the sale of General Atomics is subject to congressional approval, Reuters wrote, adding that a last-minute reversal could also scuttle the plan under review at Pentagon for weeks. The Biden administration wants to notify Congress in the coming days, followed by a public announcement, the outlet wrote, citing an unnamed official. We have a picture of these drones. This is the Gray Eagle.

That's not a toy. No. These are killer drones. Their whole purpose is, you see a missile on that particular one, they can do surveillance, but their primary purpose in Iraq and Syria has been missiles. To deliver a payload. Right. And so these things can fly in the air, Rick, for up to 45 hours. Can you imagine that? Just flying for 45 hours.

They can fly up to 30,000 feet, so they can be virtually invisible to anything that's out there. They automatically take off, automatically land. They're driven, basically, from probably somebody in Langley or in the Pentagon. And so these are the next generation. What they're shipping to Ukraine, the plan is to ship the advanced ones there.

And so these have been in operation now for a couple decades, but these are the advanced ones that are heading to the theater there with Russia the drone sale and the Shipment of long-range missiles to Ukraine is a major escalation by the United States by intervening In the war between Russia and Ukraine the Russians have told us for months. What's going to happen to any nation that supplies weapons or any kind of military assistance to Ukraine, which then is killing Russian soldiers.

And they've told us repeatedly what they're going to do. And we're going to tell you in a minute what Mr. Medvedev said today. The chief of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, said that the West must prepare for the long haul in this war. Right. So he said in a meeting with President Biden this week that Western nations need to brace for a long war of attrition in Ukraine. And this is in a meeting with Joe Biden on Thursday. We just have to be prepared for the long haul, the secretary general told reporters, because what we see is that this war has now become a war of attrition. Now, the NATO chief would not comment on whether the alliance was discussing naval escorts

to get grain exports blocked in Ukraine out through a Russian blockade of the Ukrainian coast, but said he welcomed efforts to find solutions. He also didn't, he didn't deny that NATO wasn't going to use naval vessels against Russian naval vessels. And this week in the Black Sea, Russia has increased its presence and also has been actively firing on targets within Ukraine from the Black Sea, from their ships. So there is an escalation that's going on in the Black Sea. Rick, I don't know if you know this or not, but Stoltenberg was supposed to be promoted to his new banking position, but got renewed.

Yeah, they ended up renewing his contract with NATO and his term of service there and so just the international banksters simply told him stay in the war job right we'll use you over here at the bank later we'll keep your seat warm all right so now another another insight into how Russian leadership is perceiving the actions of the West in this war came from Nikolai Petrushev. Now, this is one of the... If you want to talk about Russian deep state, he is as Russian deep state as you can get.

Involvement in Russian military, Russian intelligence agencies. I'm trying to think of an equivalent person here in the United States, maybe David Petraeus, somebody in U.S. intelligence who has been maybe director of national intelligence and a position at the Pentagon, somebody that is deeply involved in the national security state. That's this guy right here for Russia. And I would say if any of the reports are true that Vladimir Putin has cancer, and I'm not sure if he does, I would say Mr. Patrushev is probably the number one candidate to become the next president.

Well, that would be interesting. Because he's not a pushover. He would make Vladimir Putin look like a softie. Well, that's going to be interesting to see how this plays out. The Western countries have unfolded a cynical media campaign against Russia with the prime aim to discredit the country, its history and traditions, as well as to humiliate its people. Secretary of Russia's Security Council Nikolai Petrushev said on Thursday, one of the most important tasks is to work out measures aimed to protect the national security

in the media sphere, including under conditions when the Western countries have collectively unfolded a cynical media campaign to discredit our country, its history and traditions, voicing direct calls for the elimination of the Russian state sovereignty and humiliation of Russian people he said it is right there that's what will force Russia to attack the USA the Western offensive for the elimination of the Russian state and the humiliation of the Russian people. That's how he perceives the NATO offensive against this country.

Because when they start saying things like, we need to eliminate the Russian government or Russia's out of control, that's a marker for them, right? Yes, and what the West has done in the past several months is de-platform an entire country just to erase them. You don't exist.

And there's even talk among some globalists, what if the West simply decertified Russia as a nation? And what he just said, we officially unrecognize you as a country. You don't exist. That's the direction that Western leaders are going in. They want to crush Russia. They want to eliminate the Russian government.

They want to humiliate the Russian people. And it is the most bizarre thing I've seen because there doesn't seem to be a logical explanation for it if if Russia was this evil wicked country that was trying to destroy the world then you know you could understand the Western resistance but But that's not Russia. Right. They're not the Soviet Union. But the Western leaders have this hatred of Russia. And it is hatred.

And even you just saying that out loud creates hatred among some people. Yes. But, Doug, it is hatred. Right. There's no other explanation for it. There is Western hatred for Russia, and it does not make sense. As a people, we have more in common with Russia than a lot of the other parts of the world.

Right. And our culture, our religion, we ought to be the best of friends, the best of allies. And you know, at the beginning of the Trump administration, it looked like we were heading in that direction. But the deep state shut it down really fast. Right, because they needed an enemy.

You're hearing it for the first time on True News. This is reported by the TASS news agency Dmitry Medvedev, the former president of Russia, says Russia will hit the decision-making

centers in the attack from Kiev. What it means is, he said, if any weapons supplied by Western nations hit Russian soil, we will hit the decision-making centers of the countries that sent the weapons. Right. That very specifically means the Pentagon. Let's read the story. Right. So Moscow will strike deadly at the decision-making centers of Kiev

and send weapons received from the U.S. against Russian territories. This was stated by Deputy Head of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, in an interview with Qatari TV channel Al Jazeera. If these types of weapons are used against Russian territories, the armed forces of our country, that being Russia, will have no choice but to act to defeat, he uses this word, decision-making centers, he says. So the deputy head of the Security Council stressed everyone understands what kind of centers these are. This is the Ministry of Defense and the general staff and anything else. But you

need to understand that the final decision-making centers in this case, unfortunately, are not even located on the territory of Kiev. Therefore, this is certainly a threat that will need to be taken into account, Medvedev said. So according to him, Moscow drew attention to the change in Washington's position on the supply of weapons to Ukraine. He said, at first, President Joe Biden said that they would not supply multiple launch rocket systems, the MLRS, especially advanced ranges. And then this position was adjusted. And it was announced that in any case, certain types, such as the HIMARS, would be delivered, the deputy chairman said. although according to him these MLRS do not have such a long area of destruction, not such a range as some other systems, but it still poses an obvious threat to Russia. The Americans stipulate

this by saying that these systems will only be used on the territory of Ukraine, but for obvious reasons they do not fully control those decisions, in any case which are applied and adopted by ukrainian authorities therefore this is of course a threat and we must respond to that threat that had concluded all right so now rick drill down for here for us what exactly he's saying what decision making centers is he talking about let's go go back and let's walk through this. First of all, Mr. Medvedev, former president, former prime minister, he is deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council.

Now, Mr. Petrushev is the chairman. You have, so. I understand. You see where we're at. Right. Petrushev just said the West wants to humiliate us, eliminate us as a sovereign nation. Then Medvedev says we are going to strike at the decision-making centers. Yes. Now, it's important to understand the Russian National Security Council, this is, in the United States, the National Security Council is an office in the White House. Right. That's not true in Russia. It is the most powerful government apparatus in Russia.

The president of Russia is a member of the Russian Security Council. You're right. In the United States, the Security Council reports to the president. In Russia, the president is a member of the Security Council. The Security Council is really the official government operating entity of the Russian deep state. Yes. Their top generals, their defense contractors, their intelligence agencies.

Trichet, Movedez, yes. That's the ruling council. If anybody was going to remove Putin, it would be the National Security Council. That's their deep state. So even Putin has to work with them. They don't report to him. He is a member of that ruling elite.

So what we have here is the chairman of the National Security Council, the director, Perturchev, who is Mr. Deep State of Russia, said the West wants to humiliate us. We have the vice chairman saying, we will take out the decision-making centers. And he said, that's beyond Kiev. It's beyond Ukraine. He means the Pentagon. He means NATO headquarters.

He means the defense ministry of Great Britain. He means any country that is involved in supplying weapons to Ukraine. That would include the Polish government. Any country that has been supplying weapons to Ukraine, they're going to take out the decision-making centers. Well, the decision-making centers in the United States would be in this war. It would be the Pentagon. Right.

The White House. You could say the Congress because they appropriated the funds to send the weapons. The State Department. The CIA. Langley. Those are the decision-making centers. They each get a nuke. That's what he said today.

That is basically what's going down because the shipment of this MLRS is really crossing the line for Russia because there's no way it's limited to Ukraine. And they knew that. They had a promise from Ukraine. The Ukrainians said, yeah, we won't shoot into Russia. Well, the full intention was for them to do that. Of course it is. And they don't have the technology, the training, and the personnel to even operate the MLRSs.

No, but the U.S. does. That's right. And Western operatives will be the ones that fire the rockets. That's right. And the drones that we just saw earlier. Doc, our worst nightmare, we're going to wake up one day, and we're going to pick up our phones and look, and we're going to see the Pentagon disappear during the night. That's what's coming.

Or it's going to happen broad daylight. We're just going to be shocked. You're going to come running into my office and go, they just did it. They just knew DC. They just knew DC. They just did it. DC's gone. Folks, it's going to happen any day.

This is how close we are to destruction. And this is why I'm going on national television this coming Monday to tell the American people, your time to repent is running out. I've been at this assignment for 24 years. And in 1999, the Holy Spirit told me while I stood in my pasture in Texas when I was living southwest of Fort Worth on an October night, and the Lord said,

Repentance. Nineveh had 40 days. And they repented. From the top and the king all the way down, like Doc says, even the cows repented. They put sackcloth on the cows. The whole city repented. And God relented of the judgment he was going to bring on them. He brought the judgment 40 years later because they went back into sin. They forgot about the promises they made God. They went right back to the vile things that they were doing.

But I'm telling you my friends, we are dangerously close. Very, very close. And I pray that the American people will begin to cry out to God, have mercy on us, have mercy on us. The sad thing is I don't think that they will. I don't think that they will until there's a disaster. And then it's too late. Then they'll be weeping and crying and saying, oh God, why did you let this happen?

Why didn't you warn us? Yeah, why didn't you warn us? Why did you let this happen, God? Where were you? Where was God? Oh, God was there the whole time saying, repent, come back to me, turn from your wicked ways.

are about to be eliminated this uh... jurors and post article says the large russian naval uh... landing force of twelve ships is reported ready for a task sports intended purpose in the black sea according to russian statement utah's for the first time such a large grouping of the russian navy operates in the black sea which consists of 12 large landing ships of the Northern Baltic and Black Sea fleets.

So they brought in ships from all their other areas of defense to this position. These BDKs are now ready to perform their intended task as part of a special military operation, a source in the Crimean authorities told TASS. They already have the plan in place. They're getting ready to do something here, Rick. According to the source, the flotilla of 12 vessels includes three large landing craft from Russia's northern fleet, three from the Baltic fleet, and six from the Black Sea fleet. Naval News reported the movement of these craft into the Black Sea prior to the war. I was going to say, Doc, I remember this going back to the

early part of the year. Right, back in January and February. They were beginning to make these movements. It's unclear what the source meant by the force's intended task. The large landing vessels are capable of beaching and unloading soldiers and vehicles for amphibious assaults as well as transporting significant amounts of war materials to ports. Well, it's obvious what they're getting ready to do. They're getting ready to invade eastern Ukraine and hold that part of eastern Ukraine. That's their intent. And it's all part of the special military operations.

And yet the West will continue to tell Americans and Europeans Russia's losing the war. It's horrible. It's terrible. No, they're advancing. They're taking more territory. They're launching another major invasion of Ukrainian territory. They're going to capture another major city. This is probably Odessa. That's my guess. It's going to Odessa. Yeah, that's in the southern part of Ukraine. So this war is getting bigger and hotter, and that's why the NATO chief, Jens Stoltenberg, said, well, you better brace for the long haul. We're going to be in this fight for

a long time. Well, I would like the United States to get out of it, to stick your nose out of their business. It's not my business. I don't want to be in Ukraine's wars. Ukraine is a corrupt country, and I'd like to see people go in there and clean up the corruption, but we're part of the corruption.

It's the US that put the biological warfare research centers in Ukraine. It's the Democratic Party that has been running criminal operations in Ukraine. It's the Biden crime family that's been moving illegal money through Ukraine. Why are we fighting? Why are we risking World War III? Why are we at risk of losing our own lives here in the United States for Ukraine? What is the purpose of it?

What is the purpose of all this? Freedom, Rick. Democracy. Yeah, right. Whose freedom? Whose democracy? Russia's not threatening my freedom. Russia wants to be left alone.

They just want to sell stuff and make money. Do you feel threatened by the Russian people? No, not at all. Do you feel threatened by the corruption in the United States government? Yes, I feel very threatened by that. Yes. And they have a stake in the corruption of Ukraine because that's where they outsource their corruption. Right. And because of the corruption of our leaders here in the US, that threatens my life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.

We ought to be telling you. Not Russia. That's right, we ought to be telling you. Every member of the House, every member of the Senate, get the United States out of that war. We have no business in that war. If we were out of it, Russia wouldn't even be in ukraine right now that's true because it's the u.s and nato that instigated this entire operation and now we're

all at risk of dying of seeing our countries destroyed by nuclear warheads because the ruling class of America and Great Britain and Western Europe are determined to have a war with Russia. In fact, the Bilderberg boys are meeting in Washington, D.C. this week. That means something big is coming down. Whenever they show up in America, a major decision gets made in U.S. politics. I remember, Doc, in 2008, Senator Barack Obama was running against the queen, Hillary Clinton, for the Democratic nomination. And everybody was surprised how strong Obama was running. Nobody thought Clinton could be beaten in the Democratic primaries,

but Obama was winning. And he was campaigning hard in those black Freemason lodges, Prince Hall Freemason lodges. And the black Freemasons were really organized for him. Of course, the white Freemasons were too because the deal was done

for Freemason Barack Obama to go into the White House. Well, anyhow, we got up to around June, and Obama and Hillary Clinton were neck and neck in the primaries. And it was close. And the convention was coming up, I think, in July. Well, lo and behold, the Bilderberg boys showed up in northern Virginia and had their little powwow.

You've got names like Albert Brewer, who's the CEO of Pfizer. You've got Mark Carney. You've got William Burns, former director of CIA, or current director of CIA. Yes, that's current. So why is the CIA director attending this meeting? Because he's in the group.

And there is old Mark Carney. Yes. So many names. Of course, Henry Kissinger will be there. He's a long-term member of all that. He'll be there 100 years from now. CEOs, politicians, world leaders all get together at these events where just a few years ago it didn't exist. Senator Kristen Sinema from Arizona is there. Jen Stoltenberg will be there, of course. Jake Sullivan will be there. Peter Thiel will be there.

And I saw, Doc, Politico had an article that said they were trying to spin this, and they said, the slowing down of the economy is a good thing,

but Joe Biden's having a difficult time explaining it to the American people. We're so dumb. Yeah. Well, we'll see around October, November how he's doing in explaining the slowdown of the economy. I have a feeling the Bilderberg gathering

in D.C. this week was to decide the fate of Joe Biden. I believe Kamala Harris' vice president was chosen this week. That's what I believe Kamala Harris's vice president was chosen this week. That water has gone over the dam. You can't bring that back. That's out in the open now. And I'm not so sure Hillary could become vice president under Kamala Harris, who I would think is Prince Hall, Freemason, Barack Obama. For vice president? Yes. Would they be that diabolical to do that?

Yes. Yes. The Constitution doesn't say that a two-term president can't be the vice president. That's true. He is already the president. He's the shadow president. Right. I remember them floating that idea back when Bush got the, Bush senior got the nomination. You know, it was apparent that he was going to get the nomination about bringing out Ronald Reagan as his vice president. And so it's always been an intriguing twist in the Constitution that that should happen.

Who could rally the Democrats better than Barack Obama? Nobody. He is their star player. It's not Hillary. It's Barack Obama. Okay. And he could run the country as vice president. Yes.

I mean, think about it. Russia kind of did the same thing a few years back. Remember when Putin and Medvedev kind of switched positions for a while? And Medvedev was president, but Putin was prime minister. Yes. And then they switched. Putin became, they did the other way around.

So, I've got to look. Does the Constitution say a president cannot serve more than two terms or be elected to more than two terms? I think it says to be elected. Well then, if the vice president moves up to assume the vacant presidency because the president has resigned,

he hasn't been elected. Right. So it is possible that resigned, he hasn't been elected. Right. So it is possible that maybe, I don't know, it's possible that a vice president, Barack Obama, could move into the White House to replace a president, Kamala Harris, who has resigned for some scandal reason.

Right. And then he finishes out the term. Don't rule it out. It would be intriguing. Don't rule it out. You could have Barack Obama back in the White House very, very soon. Okay, while we're talking about politics,

Joe Biden says the Second Amendment is not absolute. So the Bill of Rights, Doc, the Bill of Amendment is not absolute. So the Bill of Rights, Doc, the Bill of Rights is not absolute. If the Second Amendment and the Bill of Rights is not absolute, none of the amendments are absolute. Like the First Amendment, which guarantees freedom of speech. And freedom of religion,

and the right to peacefully assemble, and the right of free press. Then that's not absolute. And it even says in the Second Amendment, shall not be infringed. What does that mean? That means you can't change this. Well, what they're talking with the Democrats now

are saying they're going to amend the Second Amendment. They're going to repeal it. Well, you can try, but I think there's enough people in the country still that would fight against that. We have a couple of clips from President Biden's address to the nation last night as he was

talking about guns and everything that's been going on the past few weeks with the several assaults around the country. This is number 23 for Control. We need to ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines. And if we can't ban assault weapons, then we should raise the age to purchase them from 18 to 21. Strengthen background checks. Enact safe storage law and red flag laws.

Repeal the immunity that protects gun manufacturers from liability, we should reinstate the assault weapons ban in high-capacity magazines that we passed in 1994 with bipartisan support in Congress and the support of law enforcement. Nine categories of semi-automatic weapons were included in that ban, like AK-47s and AR-15s. And in the 10 years it was law, mass shootings went down. But after Republicans let the law expire in 2004, and those weapons were allowed to be sold again, mass shootings tripled. Those are the facts. A few years ago, the family of the inventor of the AR-15

said he would have been horrified to know that its design was being used to slaughter children. Since Uvalde, just over a week ago, there have been 20 other mass shootings in America. According to new data just released by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, guns are the number one killer of children in the United States of America. The number one killer. More than car accidents. More than cancer. Over the last two decades, more school-age children have died from guns than on-duty police officers and active-duty military combined.

Think about that. More kids than on-duty cops killed by guns. More kids than soldiers killed by guns. For God's sake, how much more carnage are we willing to accept? How many more innocent American lives must be taken before we say enough, enough? We should repeal the liability shield that often protects gun manufacturers from being sued for the death and destruction caused by their weapons. They're the only industry in this country that has that kind of immunity. Imagine, imagine if the tobacco industry had been immune from being sued where we'd be today. The gun industry's special protections are outrageous. It must end. And the House is planning even more action next week. Safe storage requirements, the banning of high-capacity magazines, raising the age to buy an assault weapon to 21, federal red flag law, codifying

my ban on ghost guns that don't have serial numbers and can't be traced, and tougher laws to prevent gun trafficking and straw purchases. Well, he had a lot to say, of course, about gun control, and that's always the goal of the Democrats anyway, is to, their goal is to take away all our guns. But if you pin down a Democrat and ask them, what is an assault weapon? Define that for me. What is it? They can't give you an answer. In fact, in front of testimony in Congress, the proposed nominee for the ATF- He can't define it.

They asked him directly. Now, of all people, he should know what an assault weapon is. But they can't define it either. He said, well, the Congress will have to define it. So they're not going to tell him. So how do you enforce regulations about assault weapons if you can't define it? Because it's a made-up term. Right, it is. It's a made up term. Right, it is. to discuss the revived debate on the Second Amendment. Hassan noted that Meistsel's book, Allow Me to Retort, A Black Guy's Guide to the Constitution, claimed that the original purpose of the amendment was about slavery. There was an original purpose

to the Second Amendment, but it wasn't to keep people safe. It was to preserve white supremacy and slavery, Hassan quoted from the book. Rick, I don't know what history course he took. I seem to recall the reason why we even had a Second Amendment in the first place. The British were confiscating guns from citizens.

They wanted to make sure that the American people in the newly formed country was armed to make sure that there was never another tyrannical government. That was the purpose. Now, in the

historical documents of the Constitutional Convention, I have never read where anybody was arguing that people needed guns to shoot black slaves. None that I'm aware of either. It's amazing that in all these years, nothing like that has ever been published. And why did the British want to confiscate weapons from the colonists?

Because they wanted to be able to control the colonists and not get shot. That's exactly the reason. So when they want to take your guns now, they want to control you and not get shot. That's right. Doc, where I grew up in Western Maryland, the British soldiers were bypassing the valley that I lived in more than they were they were going around the valley 50 years before the Revolutionary War, they were bypassing the valley to avoid the farmers that were in that valley

who were shooting at the British soldiers. Imagine that. That was 50 years before the Revolution. That that valley, where I grew up, was off limits to the Brits. Why? Because the people said, we know your attitude, Great Britain.

It is to keep us in subjection to the king, to pay your taxes, and to do whatever the king of England says, and don't even come through our valley. So there's been a, there's a long, long history in America of people wanting to be free and opposing tyranny. And we are at the most dangerous place we've ever been in the history of this country because a sizable portion of the American people now prefer tyranny.

If you will call for gun confiscation of weapons in the hands of criminals, we will back you. Absolutely. The NRA will get behind you. But he doesn't want the criminals to have their guns confiscated. Well, he does.

The more disorder that they have, the more control they can have. And by the way, don't forget, any day, we're in the month of June now, any day the Supreme Court

is going to release its decision on abortion, Roe v. Wade. And we'll see who picks up the guns and starts acting crazy. It will be the left. Get ready. There's going to be a lot of violence. And they'll be celebrated for it. They'll be, yes. But they'll provoke conservative people to defend their cities. But it will be the left that will be burning down places, using violence to get what they want. The Democratic Party is a violent criminal outfit, and that Supreme Court decision is coming up very, very soon, just as the House is passing gun control legislation.

Here in Florida, we are very fortunate to have a great governor and ronda sanders once again showed us why he's going to be re-elected by a wide margin the tampa uh raised wanted a they wanted 35 million dollars of flor Florida tax money to build a sports training center. And they got it passed through the state legislature in Tallahassee. And it looked like it was good to go. and the governor didn't like it. So yesterday, he vetoed the bill and said, we're not giving you any money. If the team wants to be in politics, then we're not subsidizing your sports facility. I don't think, I personally am against using any tax money for sports arenas. I mean, they're private businesses.

Yes. Why can't a restaurant owner go get- With the exception of the Green Bay Packers. Why can't a restaurant owner, why can't any company get government funding like professional sports? Right. It's not right.

We're going to have winds of about 35, 45 miles an hour. But it's our snowstorm. Yeah. I like tropical storms. You get to sit on your porch and watch it rain all day, and the palm trees are bent over, and everything's flooded. I do have a creek in my yard that will be flooded. I will be watching to see how far up the creek comes to my house.

That's something that will be on my mind. But other than that, I like tropical storms. There's no danger to it. It's just a lot of rain. Some places are supposed to get about eight inches of rain tomorrow. I think we're about half of that, so around four inches.
