Doc, I am so glad that Joe Biden finally, finally admits that his stupid, idiotic, dangerous policy could provoke a very real nuclear war. Yes, and for the first time he's out there admitting that this is a real threat by Russia, prompted by the U.S., and you're watching and listening to the only outlet that's talking about World War III right now. According to NBC News, U.S. President Joe Biden has warned

that the threat of Russian President Vladimir Putin using tactical nuclear weapons is real. And that comment came as Ukraine continued its counteroffensive to proclaim occupied territories in just days after the Kremlin began deploying its own weapons to Belarus. President Putin has said that the first tactical nuclear weapons have already been deployed to Belarus and the rest of the batch will be delivered before the end of the year. The U.S. has stated that it has no reason to adjust its own nuclear posture and there is no indication that Russia is preparing to use nuclear weapons. However, Biden denounced Putin's move to station tactical nuclear weapons in his close neighbor and ally Belarus as totally irresponsible on Saturday.

And then on Monday, he seemed to reiterate his concerns about Putin's threats. When I was out here about two years ago, speaking at a private event, saying I worried about the Colorado River drying up, everybody looked at me like I was crazy, Biden told a group of donors in California on Monday. They looked at me like when I said, I worry about Putin using tactical nuclear weapons. It's real, Biden said. Well, Mr. Biden, why is the threat real? I mean, Doc, why does he have this disconnect

between the threat of nuclear war and his stupid, idiotic policy? Because he's just basically following orders, Rick. Right. But after over a year, a year and a half of war, American leaders are now saying, OK, you know, this idea of nuclear war, the possibility is real. We admit it. Well, look how far we've gone. We're so dangerously close to the cliff right now that these guys are finally admitting that this dangerous policy that they have pursued against Russia could end up in the destruction of Western civilization. I just find it.

And don't discount that. The world functioned for a long time without Western civilization. It did just fine without Western civilization. And so that's where we could go. I mean, this- And the world continues to go on, but without the West. Yes. That's a real possibility. Now, what brought on this sudden realization by Joe Biden that, you know what, it's a real possibility we might have a nuclear war.

What brought this about? Well, because Ukraine is threatening to directly attack Russian territory. And we had this from TASS news agency. General Shogu spoke about the plans of the armed forces of Ukraine to strike Crimea with HIMARS and storm shadow missiles. Now, it didn't limit it to Crimea. It said and Russian territory as well. And the HIMARS come from the United States of America? Storm shadow from the UK.

Now, this is from General Shogu in a statement he was giving to military leaders. He says, according to our information, the leadership of the armed forces of Ukraine plans to strike at the territory of the Russian Federation, including Crimea, with HIMARS and Storm Shadow missiles, the defense minister said. Mr. Shogu emphasized that if these missiles were used beyond the National Missile Defense Zone, it would result in immediate attacks on the decision-making centers in Ukraine, leading to a full involvement

of the United States and Great Britain in the conflict. Now, we'll say this, that depending on which translation system that you use, it would say the decision-making centers in Ukraine or of Ukraine. And I was talking with Rick before we got started here today. Well, why does it have a different meaning? Well, because if it's decision-making centers in Ukraine, that implies that a direct attack on Kiev. If it's the decision-making centers of Ukraine, that implies decision-making centers outside of the nation of Ukraine. Which would be London or Washington, Berlin.

Yes. And the Russians have said all along that the real decision-making centers aren't in Kiev. And we all know that. We all know that. The Russians know that, and everybody that's involved knows that. But I was making the comment to Rick before the Godcast began. Why would Russia nuke Kiev? Right there by the Russian border, why would you do that? They don't want the radiation to drift over into their country.

And the West's argument is that Russia, they just want to take over Ukraine. They want to own Ukraine. Then why would you nuke it? One thing that's not lost in the translation is leading to the full involvement of the United States in Great Britain. Right. Because, why? You're using U.S.-made HIMARS and U.K.-made storm shadow missiles.

That puts them directly involved. I'm of the opinion that what General Sogo said today is if Ukraine uses American and U.K. missiles to hit Russia, the United States of America and Great Britain will be brought into direct participation in this war. That's what I think he said, which means the Russians will strike immediately against the United States and Great Britain.

And it also furthers the argument, as you were mentioning yesterday, Rick, that Russia, whether you like Russia or not, they fight by the rules. There are rules that are in place for this particular conflict. They have not called it a war. Russia has never called it a war. They've called it, you know, we would call it a special military operation. And there's a specific zone that is assigned to this operation. And if the U.S. and U.K. with their weapons supply to Ukraine, they assist in the violation of that, then they become targets and may escalate this into a full-blown war. Well, President Zelensky, according to Newsweek, is boasting that the U.K.'s storm shadow missiles are boosting Ukraine's counteroffensive against Russia.

So President Zelensky is boasting about this new capability. has praised the storm shadow missiles given to Ukraine by the U.K., which have a range of 150 miles and can make precision strikes against Russian targets. Now, the missiles outperformed the weapons systems previously given to Ukraine by the U.S. and have reportedly been used to aid Ukraine's counteroffensive to recapture occupied Russian territory. A former British military intelligence officer noted the missile's effectiveness in striking protected Russian targets, but added that they won't win the war for Ukraine alone. Philip Ingram told Newsweek that the Storm Shadow missile has a bunker-busting warhead with an element that blows its way through reinforced concrete before the main section explodes, destroying any protected target. He went on to say, this was Mr. Ingram, he said, their effectiveness is clear in striking protected Russian headquarters, logistic sites, and concentrations of Russian troops where they have felt safe, out of the range of the HIMARS

systems, Mr. Ingram said. And then he went on with this quote. He said, by themselves, they won't win the war for Ukraine, but it is clear that they are causing the Russians real problems. Over time, this will help Ukraine's counteroffensive attacking the russian rear areas while their ground forces attack forward areas head on so a very clear uh the british are very proud very excited about what their their missiles are doing in ukraine against the Russian forces. And the Russians have repeatedly for the past year, I would say since late last year, have repeatedly warned that the Western decision-making centers will become targets.

In fact, just two weeks ago, Doc, Dmitry Medvedev said all Western officials involved in the war are military targets. That includes presidents, vice presidents, prime ministers, ministers of defense, generals

in the Western countries that are involved in this war helping Ukraine. Weapons manufacturers. We had this story about Lockheed Martin. Defense contractors, that's right. They all become military targets. Mr. Zelensky is also bragging that he's pressuring Great Britain for more weapons, more missiles. This is a tweet. And also pressuring Prime Minister Roshni Sinek to NATO membership for Ukraine.

He said, I had a phone call with the Prime Minister of the UK. We discussed the defense needs of Ukraine and our further cooperation to expand Ukraine's capabilities on the battlefield, in particular through long range weapons. So we're talking about

those storm shadow missiles. We coordinated our positions on the eve of the NATO summit in particular through long-range weapons. So we're talking about those storm shadow missiles. We also discussed steps to implement the peace formula and prepare security guarantees for Ukraine. I emphasize the need to increase sanctions pressure on, I believe, Russia, particularly because of Russia's ramping up production of missiles using Western components. in London. And I wanted to focus on number 15. This is a quote from General Shugoo, the Russian defense minister. He said today that the potential use of U.S.-supplied HIMARS and U.K.-supplied storm shadow missiles against targets in Crimea would mark the West's full involvement in the conflict and would entail immediate strikes upon decision-making centers in Ukrainian territory. Those are seen to include the Ukrainian presidential administration and Ukrainian intelligence headquarters. So they're going to go after Zelensky's house. Right. That's what they're saying. They're going to blow up the Ukrainian White House and the Ukrainian CIA. Those are the first two big targets. Right. According to this article. This next one's very interesting. I saw this in several publications today. Russia accuses the United States of planning to drop malaria-bearing mosquitoes

on Russian troops. This is from the New York Post. I saw it in some other European newspapers today. It was a story in the Russian press today. But they're very serious about this. I mean, they're putting this out as though they have information that has convinced the Russian military that the Pentagon is definitely planning to airdrop some mosquitoes, compliments of Fort Detrick. And the recent dam destruction in Ukraine can provide the perfect cover for that as well, as we'll talk about. And a breeding ground for mosquitoes. That's right. So the New York Post is saying that a senior Kremlin official, Igor Kirillov, has accused the U.S. of planning to target Russian troops by dropping malaria-carrying mosquitoes on them using drones. Kirillov made the claim while referring to the recent Kharkov Dam collapse in southern Ukraine,

which he said could lead to the formation of foci of diseases transmitted by mosquitoes. Now, Kirilov did not provide any additional details about the claim, but said that a proposed patent for drone could deliver a container with insects to a given area and release them. He said the flooding of the Kurshon region planned by the Kiev regime can complicate the situation, including with regard to arbovirus infections, Karloff said, referencing the recent Kokova Dam collapse in southern Ukraine. After a drop in water level, it's possible to form a foci of diseases transmitted by mosquitoes, primarily Rick West Nile fever, he said. The high technical level of U.S. preparedness for the use of infected vectors

is evidenced by a patent for a drone designed to spread infected mosquitoes in the air. Now, when I saw this quote, Rick, I knew I had to ask you. Rick, you're probably one of the few people that actually talked about West Nile virus in a very serious way. And this was what, 2005, 2006? No, no, no, 99. Really that far back? July, I remember, July 1999. West Nile virus suddenly appeared in New York City, somewhere around Central Park.

Right, near the United Nations. Yes. Yes, I remember. And then the story didn't go anywhere, but I jumped on it and stayed on it. And I remember I talked about West Nile virus so much in 1999. I remember our radio fans complaining, saying, can you move on to another topic? You've kind of worn this out. But I knew there was something big about it. I knew that this thing, this was laboratory produced. Now, at that time, I leaned in the direction that Cuba had produced the virus, and Cuban delegates attending the U.N.

Right. In July of 1999, released vials of mosquitoes in Central Park. According to the information I had gathered, Fidel Castro had a keen interest in how mosquitoes and other insects carry disease. And then I learned that Cuba has a very vibrant, robust biological warfare center in Havana, outside of Havana. So I put together that theory. In fact, there was a Republican congressman who, he never credited me with that reporting, but he carried on that vein of that theory.

And I forget his name. He's no longer in the Congress. But he obviously listened to a couple of our radio shows and it impressed him that I was on to something. Now, looking back, did Cuba do it? Did our U.S. government do it? Cuba was repeatedly in the 90s accusing the CIA of basically crop dusting Cuba with insects that were infected. That was a repeated accusation by Castro.

And so, turnabout was fair play? He may have. He may have said, okay, I'm going to do it to you guys. West Nile virus has spread across the United States of America. People are getting West Nile virus now and they don't even know what they have.

They're going to have paralysis. They're going to have all kinds of serious reactions. They don't even know because the medical community, I don't think, has been trained. I don't think the government wants anybody to know how many people have been infected with West Nile virus. But you should study it. You could have somebody in your family, in your neighborhood, who gets infected with West Nile. It's a very serious disease.

It can cripple, you can paralyze you. But suffice it to say that, especially I would say Eastern Europe is not, that's not a common place for West Nile virus. No, no. But also the Russian general, Igor Kirillov. Yes. You know who that that is that's the general who has been making the accusations against the u.s funded biological research centers in ukraine right he's the one who has released reports about what was produced in those labs and how the money circulated from the u.s government to to Ukraine to build the labs. Then the pharmaceutical companies made money on it. And then the pharmaceutical companies made political contributions to the politicians in America

who funded the labs in the first place. Right. All right. It's a great business if you're in it, I guess. So when I saw his name in the story i took it seriously right well he's their chief of you know based on biological warfare biological warfare right so um another one this is a rt a russian member of parliament says the uh ukrainian counteroffensive to end in weeks.

I don't know how he knows that, but that's his prediction. Well, he's basing it on troop levels. He says, according, and this is according to RT, the head of Russia's State Doom and Defense Committee, Andrei Kartapilov, has claimed that Ukraine's counteroffensive will exhaust its offensive capabilities in July, and Moscow's troops are likely to repel Kiev's offensive and launch an attack of their own. Khrotopilov predicted that if Ukraine continues at their current pace, Moscow will finish repelling the offensive in three weeks and move on to dynamic actions themselves. He claimed that Ukraine has already lost around 20,000 soldiers out of the 40 to 50,000 that had trained for this specific offensive. So the Kotopilov is claiming that just in this

offensive that Ukraine's lost half of the troops in this offensive. Okay, so let's look at this, Doc. He said Russia will finish repelling the Ukrainian offensive in three weeks. Yes. That would take us to what date in July? About the 15th or so at this point? Maybe the 10th. Okay. Somewhere in the 10th, 12th of July, I guess.

Then, he said, Russia will move on to dynamic actions. I interpret that as they're going to drop the anvil on Ukraine. Yes, because all Russia's been doing right now is holding the line, letting Ukrainians just fight and get shot at, basically, right now, draining their their troop levels down but you don't have a corresponding drop in troop levels with the russians okay so think about this let's look at what we're seeing today and what has been said um this member of parliament saying the ukrainian counteroffensive will be uh it'll be a doa in three weeks then the Russian military is going to strike very hard we don't know what that means but I would think it's kind of

like a fireworks display the grand finale right maybe the Russians have been saving their grand finale for this moment when the Ukrainian military has been bled out and then they pulverize what's left of it. That's probably non-nuclear. I don't think that the Russians are talking about nuclear. But Great Britain and the United States, the Anglo-Saxons, they have so much invested in this war. They can't let the Russians win. You're right. Putin's, I mean, Biden's pride is on the line.

His reputation is on the line. He'll go down in history as the president that was defeated by Russia, even though Russia is not fighting the United States officially. But Biden's pride's on the line. Great Britain is deep into this war for some reason. The British establishment intensely wants this war. They want Russia defeated. So, the question is, Doc, will Biden and Sinek and Great Britain, will they supply Zelensky with whatever he needs to do his Hail Mary pass? The grand finale. Will they give him something for a Hail Mary pass? The grand finale.

Will they give him something for a Hail Mary pass? Well, we might know a lot more about that tomorrow. Is that why Biden is now saying, you know, nuclear war is a real possibility? Because he knows what they're going to do in the next three or four weeks.

Well, remember, they're having the big meeting, the NATO summit meeting and starting in Vilnius this week is it this week and so um so i believe it is i believe it's starting this week and so because uh zielinski was referring to it with sunak earlier um now um this isn't some lightweight making this comment this would be like a comparable to somebody the the head of the Senate Armed Services Committee here in the U.S. saying this, or the House Armed Services Committee. This isn't some, you know, just a political commentator. This is the head of the Defense Committee for the state Duma. Can we get back to 13? I don't think we, we didn't read the tweet,

did we? So Zelensky said, we discussed with Prime Minister Sunak obtaining long range missiles so the HIMARS and the shadow storm shadows

is not enough yes he wants something bigger he wants something that reaches Moscow that's what he was talking about are they going to give it to. Are they going to give it to him?

Are they going to rush it to Ukraine in the next several weeks? Well, if what the head of the State Duma Defense Committee is saying is true, then Ukraine is bleeding to death right now. Yes. They may be out of the picture. Even though the West says Russia's losing, Russia's losing. They've been saying it for 18 months. That's right. Putin hasn't died either. He was supposed to die last year of cancer.

Remember his shaking leg? Yes. And his hollow eyes. Remember the hollow eyes pictures and stuff. And then he was going nuts. He was losing his mind. They did all that stuff. None of it has worked. And the West is losing the war to Russia.

And they're going to lose more than just the war. They're going to lose their prestige and their clout. Because the whole world will know that you can stand up to the bullies. That's what they are. They're bullies. Look, I'm so fed up with the bullies in this world. That's what we're dealing with. They're bullies. And they come in lots of different shapes and sizes, don't they? And they're pushing us around in America. We're dealing with bullies in America. If you say something that they don't like, they deplatform you.

Or they take your bank account away from you. Or they'll cause you to lose your job. They'll smear your name. They'll publish trash on the Internet and ruin your reputation. This is what bullies do. Well, we're not going to be intimidated by bullies anymore. And the Russians are fed up with the bullies telling the Russians, we'll do what we want to do. We'll put nuclear missiles on your border. We'll put troops. We'll put tanks. We'll do anything we want to do. We'll put sanctions on you. We'll break your economy. We'll seize the private

property of your citizens that's in other countries. We'll seize it and sell it. We'll do whatever we want to do. And the Russians said, you know what? We're done with it. We're done with this stuff. We're not going to live like this anymore. We're going to fight. They stood up to the bullies. We have to stand up to the bullies in America. Who are some of those bullies, Rick, that you would say here in America? Well, Soros. Does he live in America?

Where does that snake live? Snakes live in holes in the ground. Yeah, well, where is that snake's hole? Does he actually live in America? I don't think so. But he has a disproportionate amount of influence in this country. I personally think the man should be arrested for interfering in our affairs.

Well, another big bully that's out there is the LGBT movement, too. They've acted like they're bullies. Yes, they are bullies. They're not oppressed. And if you do push back on them, what's the first thing that happens? They cry, they're the victim at that point.

And then you have the ADL. Right. They do the same thing. They. They cry. They're the victim at that point. And then you have the ADL. Right. They do the same thing. They're bullies. So there's a lot of bullies in this country and they've teamed up and they're coming after hardworking, God-fearing, honest, patriotic Americans as though we're the enemy, as though we're criminals or something. That's how they treat the people that built this country. They treat us like we're criminals. It is time to stand up to the boys and let them know we're not afraid of you. You don't intimidate us.

We're going to defy you. We're going to get in your face and laugh at you. There's more of us than there are of you. Yes, and that's what we need to realize. Yes. If we get back to the playground rules, the only way to defeat the bully was for the weak ones to stand up to the bully. Yes. Because we outnumber them.

Yes. Come together, but then they discover they're not weak. Yes. See, bullies want you to think that you're weak. If I could do anything in the coming year, it would be, it would be to say things and to do things that inspire the average American citizens to stand up to the bullies. If I could accomplish anything, if we could bring down that wicked regime, I have that passion to see that kind of movement to inspire millions of just everyday,

normal, plain, hardworking, tax-paying, God-fearing, church-going people to say, that's enough. We're going to stand up. We're going to come together. We're going to link our arms with others, and we're going to resist these people. We're not going to sit around and just talk about what they did to us, because that's basically what we've been doing for the past 10 years. We're just talking about what they did to us today. Right, not what we're going to do.

Well, they deplatformed so-and-so. They shut this guy's account down. They did this. You know what? We're shocked. We're shocked by their boorish behavior. Because decent, civilized people don't act this way so they have to be treated at the level that they live and they're pigs they're just trashy pigs and they do not deserve

respect they do not deserve uh obedience obviously And I would go even so far that they don't even deserve discussion because they refuse to even talk. That's right. They just automatically say, you are not allowed to speak. That's right. I'm allowed to speak, but you're not because your viewpoint is in opposition to mine. Therefore, you're wrong. And therefore, you need to be shut up. Doc, yeah, their view is that you're not entitled to think. They're now moving towards your mind. They want inside your mind.

They want to control what you're thinking. They're not satisfied with just controlling your words they now want to control what you think and you're going to see people arrested for and deplatformed for what they say in their homes or for what they think in their head and what they think in their head because they're moving in the in the realm realm of being able to read thoughts. When they perfect that science, and they can determine, at least what they claim to be, your thoughts, and they can present to a court, this is what Doc Burkhart was thinking. You're going to be convicted just for thinking things. For thought crimes.

Thought crimes. That's what Orwell would say. Yeah. You know what? We don't have to live this way. This is tyranny. This is tyranny. We fought against tyranny

in the West, didn't we? I'd rather be dead than to live like this. Honestly, I don't want to live like this. I don't want to live with these freaks. I'm done with it. I don't want my children and my grandchildren to live under their tyranny.

They need to be stopped. They need to be crushed. They need to be chased out of this country. And I am cheering the Russians on. I hope the Russians sock them right in the face. I hope the Russians bring them to their knees. Hey, that's not unpatriotic. I'll tell you what's unpatriotic. Corrupting the Constitution of the United States of America. What's unpatriotic is rigging elections. What's unpatriotic is arresting the former president of the United States.

What's unpatriotic is planning fake evidence on him during his four years in the White House. What's unpatriotic is perverting the minds of children. That's what's unpatriotic. These people running our nation are not american patriots they're pigs they're filthy vile swine and they do not deserve respect or obedience or anything from us what they deserve is to be punched in the mouth and told to shut up because i'm tired of dealing with it i'm tired of thinking about it they're wearing trying to work that's what they want to do they want to wear us down just wear us down that we just get weary and say just let them do

what they want to do no way no way over my dead body am I going to let these freaks get their way. They're evil. Doc, this is not about politics. It's not that, oh, they believe in this view and you believe this view and you want to vote for it. That's not what it's about. No. They're evil. They're wicked.

They're wicked. I'm not even sure if some of them are human. And I mean that. I'm not sure. They're so wicked. I don't know if they can be human. This is the greatest wave of wickedness on planet earth since Noah's flood. So where does that put us in time? As in the days of Noah. As in the days of Noah. Jesus said his return would be as in the days of Noah. This is about the kingdom of darkness

and the kingdom of light. You have to choose which kingdom you're in. You can't straddle. You can't pretend that you're not in one kingdom or the other. No, the lines are clear. You're in the kingdom of darkness or you're in the kingdom of light. And there's no political solution to this. Not at all.

Next story, look at this. This is Wall Street Journal. Beijing plans a new training center in Cuba, raising prospects of Chinese troops on american doorsteps well wait a minute we were just told we just they just dropped the news on us a week or two ago that there's been a chinese surveillance base in cuba for years but rick now we're going to learn from this story, there was more than one in Cuba. More than one surveillance?

Yes. So Wall Street Journal is reporting that China and Cuba are negotiating to establish a joint military training facility on the island, raising concerns in Washington that it could lead to the stationing of Chinese troops and other security and intelligence operations just 100 miles off Florida's coast. Now, this move could give China a strategic foothold in the region and further complicate already strained relations between the U.S. and China.

A few quotes from this article, the second one is the one that's telling. Most worrying for the U.S., the planned facility is part of China's Project 141, an initiative by the People's Liberation Army to expand its global military base and logistical support network, one current and one former U.S. official said. Now, remember the other day, the White House acknowledged that there was a listening post in Cuba. Yes. Read this quote. Cuba and China and Cuba already run four eavesdropping stations on the island, according to U.S. officials. We went from one to four in a week. That's kind of like the balloons.

Right. So that network underwent a significant upgrade around 2019. So they knew about it then when a single station expanded to a network of four sites that are operated jointly, and Chinese involvement deepened, according to the officials. Doug, who was the national intelligence director in the last years of the Trump administration, this former congressman? Oh, I'll remember here in just a moment. Okay, we're both having a memory loss here on it.

I heard him two weeks ago say, that is not true. There was no Chinese listing station in Cuba when Donald Trump was in the White House. Ratcliffe. Yep. Mr. Ratcliffe. John Ratcliffe. Yes. He said, it's not true. It didn't happen.

Uh, there, there was no listening station in 2019. And, uh, basically what he said is that the Biden administration is making it up and, and just lying and, and trying to make the American people believe it happened during the Trump years. Well, even if it did happen in the Trump years, what's the Biden administration doing about it? Nothing. Not a zero thing. But who are we going to believe? Are we going to believe the Trump administration or the Biden administration? How many times has the Biden administration lied?

When will we be told by the Wall Street Journal there are troops chinese troops in cuba jointly training with the cumans but before we get angry at the chinese do i like the idea that there are chinese troops in cuba right now or or on their way to cuba no way but how is this any different than nato troops on the border of russia It's the same thing. That's not to give an excuse, but it's the same thing. So these other countries are saying, we're done with the United States. We're tired of your bullying. We're going to give you a dose of your own medicine. Right. And so China is following the U.S. pattern here. That's exactly what they're doing because this Project 141 site included a deal for

Chinese naval outposts in Cambodia and a military facility whose purpose isn't publicly known had a port in the United Arab Emirates. None of the previously known Project 141 sites are in the Western Hemisphere. You just wait a week. There'll be one in Central America too. Some of those facilities include intelligence gathering capabilities as well, including a Chinese base hemisphere, you just wait a week. There'll be one in Central America too. Because you can't separate corporate structure in China from the military. They're so integrated. It's kind of like the U.S. Yeah, like America. So the Chinese are only—listen, the Chinese may not have original thought, but they're good at copying. And so they're just simply copying what they've seen us do. And this is how we've infiltrated the world. We make business deals.

We buy out ports. We put people so far in debt to us that they'll never get out from underneath it. That's how they're sinking Africa right now. And if they try to get out, we send an economic hitman. That's right. And then we put a military base there. Look, I think what we're going to hear about a Chinese listening station

outside of Cuba, I think it's going to be a Caribbean island. Let's just wait. I think it's going to be a Caribbean Island. They have been for the past 10 years moving into the Caribbean. And I remember a Caribbean government official years ago when I used to go to the Caribbean islands a lot to meet with church leaders, but a Caribbean government official told me, he said, Rick, please tell the American Christians to help us. We are fighting.

We're holding on. And I said, what's happening? And he told me about the Chinese coming into the Caribbean. And he told me about the pressure from the United States, the IMF, and the World Bank to change their laws on abortion and homosexuality. That was over 10 years ago. And he said, please tell the Christians in America to help us but you know what nobody helped them and those countries have changed their laws because the pressure was too great

and the ones that didn't change their laws they went with China and China's moving into the Caribbean islands and building their beachhead hey justice And China's moving into the Caribbean islands and building their beachhead. Hey, justice was served today, Doc. Hunter Biden, they got him.

So this particular article from The New York Times, it goes into great detail about the entire investigation. But I want to pull out the five. Because if it was a felony, he loses the right to vote and loses firearms. Well, and he's not allowed to ever own a firearm again, according to this agreement that he entered into. So five key takeaways from the Hunter Biden agreement with the Department of Justice. First of all, there's a plea agreement. Hunter Biden is set to plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges as part of a plea agreement with the Justice Department. This agreement comes after months of negotiations. Now, mind you, if you deliberately not file taxes and not pay your taxes,

they consider that a felony, okay? But he gets two misdemeanor tax charges. The second one is the tax charges themselves. Hunter Biden will admit to failing to pay his taxes on time for the years 2017 and 18. The specific details of the charges are not mentioned. No, that's not quite true. It's not that they're not mentioned, it's they're sealed. That's what's going on. Number three, avoiding prosecution. Now, Hunter Biden will avoid prosecution for a separate gun charge. The court filing states that he purchased a handgun in 2018 while under the influence of drugs. However, the agreement stipulates that he will not be prosecuted for this charge if he remains drug-free for 24 months and does not possess a firearm

again. Just to refresh your memory, what the firearm charge is related to is to a handgun and a crack pipe found in a rental car returned at the Phoenix airport. And if anybody else had done that, they would be facing federal firearms charges, plus drug charges as well, but not Hunter Biden. The fourth one, pending approval. They're still working on the details on this one. The agreement reached between Biden's legal team and federal prosecutors is subject to approval by a federal judge. Hunter Biden is expected to appear in federal court in Delaware for arraignment on the misdemeanor tax charges and to enter a guilty plea. So here's the number, the big takeaway. Okay. Resolution of investigation,

Hunter Biden's lawyer, Christopher Clark stated that the announced agreements between his client and the United States attorney's office for the district of Delaware resolved the five year investigation into Hunter Biden. This suggests that the legal matters discussed in the agreements are related to the investigation. So all the Burisma stuff, all the China stuff, everything that was talked about as far as relation of finances and everything, like Rick said just a few days ago, ain't nothing going to happen there. Doc, I predicted this over a year ago. I said, they're going to have a plea bargain and they're going to wrap all of the crimes into one plea. One big enchilada plea. And then seal it. It'll be sealed. Nobody can read it. And then nobody can ever prosecute him. Because if they put the

influence peddling in here, the bribes, if all this is inside this plea, then you cannot arrest him on these charges. If this is true, Merrick Garland needs to be impeached because he is covering up serious crimes. If this is true, if they have put these other crimes look at this point what we know about hunter biden i don't care about his gun crime or his whatever else his taxes who cares at this point he's on the take with china yes and his father is too this nail him on the big crimes. Bribery. Accepting millions of dollars from an enemy of this country.

That's the crime. I don't care about his taxes. Lock him up for being a traitor. Lock up his father for being a traitor. But if Mary Garland signed off on this and and this plea agreement covers all those other crimes then mary garland needs to be impeached immediately i i don't know the republicans have the backbone for it i don't know if they have a laugh out loud

Ben Stein is comparing Trump's indictment to France falling to the Nazis in World War II.

Sir, we're looking at really bad stuff here from the Department of Justice and really bad stuff here from the government of Justice and really bad stuff here from the government to try to persecute an innocent person. At least we know this. He is innocent until proven guilty.

All the big papers, all the big news programs are acting as if he's guilty until proven innocent. That ain't America. Ladies and gentlemen, a very bad day today. President Trump indicted on a bunch of charges that to me sound like they're as phony as a $3 bill. At any rate, we don't know whether they're phony or not. speedy trial. Oh, I guarantee you, he's going to get the fastest expedited service anybody has ever seen. They got to get that man in prison. Then this next story, this is number 46. This is T.C. Palm. That's the local Vero Beach newspaper. Donald Trump's federal trial to take place in Fort Pierce Federal Courthouse. Fort Pierce is about, what, 15 miles south of us. I'm a Fort Pierce resident. Yeah, so it's just south of Vero Beach.

We're all one region. It's called the Treasure Coast. I actually live closer to the federal courthouse than to the church here. Well, that means we will be able to do a lot of coverage of the Trump trial, because it will be minutes away from our facility. So our local paper here in Vero Beach, the TC Palm, is reporting that former President Donald Trump's federal trial for the classified documents seized at Mar-a-Lago will be held in Fort Pierce, Florida.

The trial is scheduled to begin August 14 in the courtroom of U.S. District Judge Eileen Cannon, whom Mr. Trump appointed in 2020. President Trump was indicted on 37 criminal counts related to taking classified records when he left the White House. Now, Doc, I also learned through this article today that federal judge Eileen Cannon lives here in Vero Beach. She's a resident of this city. Oh, no kidding. I didn't realize that part of it. I didn't either. So.

Sometimes I should read the local papers. So the Trump trial is going to be right here. Right here in River City. In River City. All right. That's Trump with a capital T. Yeah. So I'm assuming that we will be covering the trial.

But I don't know if they allow cameras inside federal courthouses, but they do allow reporters. Yes. So we'll be there. And we'll be able to tell you what we saw. We'll watch it. And so I guess we know how, starting August 14th, we know how we'll be doing the program. President Trump's coming to us on this one. Well, you know, the judge slapped a restraining order on him. He cannot talk about anything publicly.

He can't post anything. They're locking him down. And also, he cannot have possession of any of the materials that his lawyers get in discovery. That seems odd, doesn't it? The judge ruled that any material, which would be material obtained from the U.S. government in discovery, Mr. Trump can only see it, but he cannot have a copy of it. Have you ever heard anything like this in your life? I've never heard anything like this. I mean, that a client can't have access to... His lawyers can.

His lawyers can have the documents, but Mr. Trump can't. He can only go to the lawyer's office and read them. It's just another tactic. But this is coming from Judge Cannon, right? Because they're afraid he's going to publish the documents. He'll say what's in the documents. And he would. Of course. We've got, what, one minute left here. We're counting up now.
