Russia's foreign ministry warned today that the world is dangerously close to a nuclear war.
Moscow said Western nations were teetering on the brink of a direct armed conflict with Russia. The foreign ministry
said Western provocations could lead to catastrophic consequences. Meanwhile, Western
nations have accused Iran and North Korea of helping Russia in its war against Ukraine by
shipping drones, artillery shells, and manpower labor to the war front line.
There's more conflicting information about Paul Pelosi's odd encounter with a home intruder.
Doc Burkhardt and I will give you the details later.
But first, we want to focus on a strange lockdown of thousands of factory workers in China.
We will start by looking at a report from asiamarkets.com.
And here's the headline.
Is the Foxconn Apple iPhone factory a casualty of China's semiconductor war retaliation.
Doc, what is, why are we starting with this story about an iPhone factory in China?
Well, there's a lot of strange circumstances that have popped up over recent days,
starting basically Friday and then through the weekend,
about a lockdown taking place at this particular factory
in China. A lockdown so severe that people were trying to escape the factory.
Running, climbing fences.
Climbing fences.
Running down streets.
Yes. So we're going to try to sort out some of the information and misinformation that's been
put out here over the past few days and show you some
pretty dramatic video of what it looks like in communist China if you decide to go do your own
thing. So Apple's biggest iPhone factory has been crippled by China's ruling party. Images of
workers fleeing the factory in Jingxu after strict COVID-19 control measures were imposed by the government
have flooded social media over the past 48 hours. Now, the images purportedly show workers climbing
fences surrounding the facility, fleeing on the backs of trucks, and in some cases,
walking with suitcases along highways away from the factory. The iPhone manufacturing facility
is operated by Taiwanese company Foxconn Technology Group and employs about 200,000 people.
So this is not some small factory in China.
200,000 employees?
Yes.
A factory?
It's a city.
Yes.
That's why people had suitcases.
They lived there.
I mean, the first thought that comes to mind is the Communist Party is retaliating against Taiwan.
Right.
And the United States.
This is an iPhone production facility.
The factory is owned by Taiwan, but the factory is in China.
Yes.
The factory makes iPhones for the United States of America. So it appears on the surface that China is using COVID
as a way to retaliate against Taiwan and the United States.
I refuse to believe that in late 2022,
there are still massive, deadly outbreaks of COVID in China.
Well, and part of that is that China has a zero COVID policy.
At least that's what they say.
And they use that as a political hammer.
That's where I'm going.
They're saying when you say zero COVID tolerance,
it means if there is one case in any location of somebody infected with COVID, there's an immediate lockdown, which is so extreme, so draconian.
It doesn't make sense when the world has moved far beyond the COVID pandemic mentality.
And we have suspected here for quite some time that China is using post-pandemic scare campaigns
as a way to lock down people who are enemies of the state.
Right.
They're taking people to COVID camps who are not sick
at all, but they're sick after they get there. They may not survive. They may not live through
the experience, but they're really going to concentration camps. It has nothing to do with
COVID. It has everything to do with opposition to the Communist Party.
And that's what I think is going on here in this factory.
Well, while China's strict zero COVID policy and associated draconian containment measures
have been commonplace in the country for many months now, the timing of this iPhone factory
disruption raises the suspicion of a political-motivated attack on America's largest company, Apple being that company.
Sources close to the Foxconn factory saga say the first sign of COVID distributions came after government officials visited the site on Thursday, October 20th. after the U.S. announced new controls to cripple exports to China of critical technology used to
manufacture semiconductors and prevent U.S. citizens from working in companies associated
with semiconductor manufacturing in China. And so there's these parallel events that are taking
place. We put some new measures on China to restrict the flow of technologies going there. And so it could be reasonable to assume that China might be using this as retaliation against those moves.
Now, insiders say that after the so-called COVID outbreak was declared around October 20th,
the factory continued for some days as business as usual with additional mandatory testing implemented,
but no visible mass illness among staff. It was then about one week later when the situation intensified and according
to one source the government seemed intent on bringing the factory to a halt and while many
workers chose to flee others were taken away by buses to COVID-19 isolation camps starting October
26th leaving the factory basically at a standstill.
Isolation camps. Yes. A nice word for concentration camps, communist concentration camps,
and no sickness in the factory. Right. That's the key. There are no reports of anyone actually
being ill. But the government used, imagine this, Doc, a communist government using
COVID as an excuse to take people to concentration camps. Can you imagine something like that?
But that's exactly what's happened. Australia built concentration camps. That's right.
And we've talked about this, of course, in the past, that we know that the COVID measures that were implemented are just the first step to total control of population.
And they will use COVID policies that were established during the pandemic and use that to control people later on.
They didn't take those policies away.
They didn't rescind those policies.
They're still sitting on the shelf ready to be used.
These things are working wonderfully in China. And here in the United States and in Canada,
the emergency measures are still there. The public thinks, oh, it's over.
No.
No. They've tested it on you. They know the reaction. They know how far the public will go.
They know where the resistance begins.
And they know how to deal with the resistors in the next wave.
I'm talking about here in the United States, in Canada, in Europe.
We're dealing with the same commies who are using COVID to take away freedom and liberty from people.
And they're watching China and saying, you know, they might be onto something there.
I'm going to take it one step farther, Doc.
They're not watching China.
China's instructing them.
Here's how to do it.
I'm convinced the whole thing,
this entire thing,
the lockdown and mass maniacs
that we had in the United States for two years, I believe, took their marching orders from Beijing.
You had American politicians and health officials and news media, that's easy to believe, who were getting instructions from Beijing how to take down the West.
And then you had Beijing Biden
ready to go right along with it.
Absolutely.
And he's going to be in office
for another two years.
So you can have another lockdown
at any day,
any day that these people decide
to release another virus.
Twice we've heard in
recent weeks of laboratories, one in Boston, now in Great Britain, creating new versions of the
COVID virus that are, what, 10 times deadlier? Yes, the one up in Boston, 10 times deadlier.
Why would you create something 10 times more deadly than what you had?
Those scientists should be arrested.
They're a threat to the human race.
Why would you do it?
Unless it's going to be released into the public.
If the virus didn't exist, it can't be released.
If the virus doesn't exist, there's zero.
Listen.
Right, I understand what you're saying.
If the virus didn't exist,
the probability of that virus
spreading through society is zero.
Yes.
When a laboratory makes it,
you now have a probability of it being released,
accidentally or deliberately.
But before they made it, there was zero probability it would be released because it didn't exist.
So these scientists are threats to the human race.
And some of them truly believe that the human population needs to be called.
It needs to be thinned.
And they are radical green earthers.
They are humanity deniers.
I like that.
Yeah.
They want to deny humanity the right to exist.
Well, we want to show you some images
of what's coming out of China
with this factory that's closed down here. This is a picture
of a worker escaping in the back of a truck. We have a few others. I mean, they're catching rides
any way that they can, if you believe that this is a legitimate thing here. The factory, as Rick said,
huge factory, employs tens of thousands of people. And when the lockdown started here,
they were looking for every possible means of transportation to get out.
Let's go to number 11 here for control. Here's Foxconn workers getting picked up.
Alexander Boyd, he's been providing a lot of information coming out of China here over the past few days.
We have a little bit of video here just showing some of the panic that is in that.
You can actually feel the panic by the workers.
On the day that the Chinese locked down the factory and began hauling workers in buses,
taking them in buses to concentration camps.
Right.
We've got some video.
Watch this. We didn't add that music.
Right.
So just letting you know.
Now, we also have some more video of some of the Foxconn workers trying to get out of the factory area after the lockdown took place.
Let's watch this. well whatever's going on in china um it's not good oh sure if we could show you one more tweet
here and then this is showing uh some some of the COVID camps and everything.
This is them reporting tens of thousands of workers being forcibly sent off to COVID camps right now.
And in this particular case, this is one of the workers.
Please help us, Mr. President.
Mr. President?
Yes.
You're not talking about Joe Biden, are you?
Who's the Mr. President?
I would assume that they're talking about President Xi.
Oh, my gosh.
He's not going to help either.
He's the one sending you there.
Well, hey, you know what?
While we're on the topic of...
Are there any more videos?
We did them all?
Okay.
While we're on the topic of Americans
providing cover for the Chinese communists
to promote extreme measures such as lockdowns
and forced vaccinations and such.
We have to turn to none other than Jim Cramer of CNBC.
Now remember, just days ago, Jim was crying because he told his viewers that they
should invest in Meta. And Meta, Facebook now, Meta, has lost tremendous value. And so he was
so distraught that his fans had lost a lot of money by following his advice that he cried on CNBC.
But in this next clip, he's not crying.
He's letting his true inner self come out.
Yes.
Watch this and listen closely.
And they've got to deal with, what do you do if you told people the way to beat this is no vaccine?
And now you have a vaccine.
So I think what you need is a propaganda outside of the state infrastructure exactly to start moving political opinion but i think when we think of propaganda we think about
other regimes that we didn't really appreciate
you're mighty silent i am silent i'm just thinking about those poor people stuck at Disney, Shanghai Disney for...
I mean, it's the worst places to be stuck, but still.
It's a real small world after all.
Now, Jim Cramer was referencing the zero COVID policy going on in China.
And he was actually praising the efforts to keep the propaganda in order.
And to keep the people locked down.
Right.
And you could see that one of his co-hosts was so dumbfounded by the comment,
he didn't even know what to say in response to Kramer's comments.
He should have said, you're out of your mind.
What are you, a communist?
That's what he should have said.
You have to confront these people.
Kramer was promoting China policy.
He was promoting the China way on CNBC.
Do you think they've used other hosts on CNBC
to promote the China way?
Look how out in the open it is now.
It used to be so crafty so subtle
now he goes we need a propagandist
propaganda is good right Rick
yes we need to be like other
other countries like China
that lock people down
and it was kind of like well if you get locked
down in Disney that's not so bad is it
it's scary I'm telling you there's a lot of them in this country a lot of them Well, if you get locked down at Disney, that's not so bad, is it?
It's scary.
I'm telling you, there's a lot of them in this country, a lot of them,
in powerful, influential places who take their marching orders from Beijing.
They're starting to out themselves now.
Why is that, Doc?
Because they think they're winning.
They think they're in the lead.
You know, we've got to stay on top of this.
And there are a few voices out there that are really starting to question all the crazy narrative that we've had over the past several years.
The rare, True News is one of those,
but there are even some politicians now that are finally going out of their way
to ask the right questions finally.
That's right.
And one of them is Carrie Lake, the future governor of the state of Arizona.
She's coming on strong.
She's going to win that race.
And she, I'm confident, is going to be the next governor of the state of Arizona.
And I think she's already a leading candidate to be the Vice President of the United States in 2024.
She's that good, Doc.
She has everything going for her.
Oh, I like Carrie Lake.
I like what I'm hearing from her.
I hope she remains genuine.
A Ron DeSantis, Carrie Lake ticket in 2024?
It would be pretty powerful.
Be awesome.
Anyhow, she's asking questions about who are these people who locked us down,
wouldn't let our children go to school, closed our churches, made us wear masks.
Who are they?
They need to be held accountable.
Let's watch.
Back to health care. Will you help myself and some senators put
the criminals responsible for COVID in jail? That's a good question. I do want to get to the
very bottom of who made the decision to mask our kids. Fauci, CDC, I think the school teachers union was in on it.
I want to find out who made these decisions to shut our businesses down
and shut our churches down.
I want to have a commission to investigate COVID
and how it was handled in this state
and hand up any civil or criminal charges that need to be made because we're not
going to just forget what happened when our lives got turned upside down, when our businesses got
shut down, when our grandparents and parents are forced to die alone in a nursing home,
when our people who work so hard were forced out of a job because they didn't want to get a shot that their boss wanted them to get.
So I want to find out where a lot of these decisions were made,
who was responsible.
And if there is a way and if there was some criminal activity,
I think we need to look at that.
Absolutely.
This wasn't just some little petty theft.
This was a theft of our freedom, our lives. This was the
theft of our health. And I'm all for it. And I think that's why they're fighting against me.
I think that's why they're fighting against me. Isn't it sad though? Someone just triggered me.
Okay, guys. Isn't it sad we can't ask questions about this?
We couldn't ask questions about COVID because the big news said you can't ask questions.
I got written up by the most disgusting paper in America, the Arizona Repugnant.
Because as a reporter, I recognized that there were good doctors and good studies on things like hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin.
I did a little research because, you know, journalists know how to research. A lot of them forgot how, but I didn't.
And I found studies that showed, yeah, this could be effective. Why not get this information out?
When I tweeted information out, the Arizona repugnant wrote nasty stories about me to try
to get me canceled. I'm trying to help people. And these propagandists
didn't like that. And you couldn't dare speak out as a doctor. You'd lose your job.
And now they want us to feel the same way about speaking out against our government if we see
things that are going wrong, if we see things going wrong in the elections. Don't speak out.
We have freedom of speech in this country, and we're going to use it. This is a hill worth dying on.
Who are these people that are censoring Americans?
Who are these people?
Can't we ask that question?
Well, you're not even allowed to ask the question, are you?
That's right.
You're not allowed to ask questions.
But we do.
Yes, we do.
That's what gets us in trouble here.
We ask questions.
We ask questions, and we don't back down. We were in the first wave of censorship,
but we just kept going because we are propelled by the Lord Jesus Christ.
We always give honor to Jesus Christ. We always draw our strength and our hope from Jesus Christ.
We always publicly acknowledge Jesus Christ. And so when our enemies come against us,
we run to the cross. We just run home to daddy and say, hey, they're saying ugly stuff about us.
They're trying to hurt us. Please protect us, dad. And our heavenly father protects us.
But there's a very powerful group of people in this country. They're not, numerically they're not big,
but they have a lot of clout. They have a lot of power and they want to
censor anybody who questions their narratives, questions their agenda,
questions their policies, questions their plans. And so here's an example,
Carrie Lake, now the Republican candidate for governor of Arizona, and they tried their plans. And so here's an example.
Carrie Lake, now the Republican candidate for governor of Arizona.
And they tried to destroy her.
Yes.
Simply because she didn't go along with the narrative.
You know, she wasn't supposed to win.
I mean, just months ago, Doc,
she was being mocked as a loser candidate.
Right.
She was going to go down big.
Well, now they're very afraid that she's going to win.
And the Democrats are going to have to steal a lot of votes to prevent her from winning.
She's going to have a lot of dead Democrats voting to get things taken care of.
She's very, very popular.
And I think she has the potential
to be a vice president on a Republican ticket. Something else that we're noticing in recent days,
I see these trends and, you know, I just spot it and go, certain words popping up.
Right. Okay. Pandemic amnesty. Yes. And this has been coming up here over the past few days as a result of
a lot of Democrats running away from their policies during COVID. Yes. So they shut down
all the schools during COVID, right? And now? They shut down businesses, restaurants,
they shut down the world, and now they're away now they're they're being questioned did we
really need to shut down schools did that really make a difference or did we was there another
reason behind it and so the atlantic uh had this article that popped up uh earlier this week let's
declare pandemic amnesty in other words what they're saying is, you know, there were some mistakes
that were made along the way during the pandemic, Rick. You know, we made decisions based on
lack of information and everything, but can't we just, you know, forget about all that and just
move on? You know, the article was written by Emily Oster. She's an economist at Brown University.
Right. She's the author
of The Family Firm,
a data-driven guide
to better decision-making
in the early school years
and expecting better.
But she was a proponent
of the lockdowns.
Yes.
She was a proponent
of the mask mandates
and the mandatory vaccinations
and the vaccine passports.
Now she wants everybody
just to forget about it.
Right.
Declare an amnesty.
An amnesty.
Wait a minute, an amnesty?
That means you know you did something wrong
and we're going to look past it.
And no accountability, no punishment.
That's the important part.
So the next one I saw that repeated the words,
none other than Randy Weingarten,
one of the most radical socialists in America,
the head of the Teachers Union of the United States of America.
And now she says, yes, we need amnesty.
Well, that woman, more than anybody,
shut down the schools of America.
Absolutely.
And now you have millions of children that are two years behind in their education and suffering psychological development problems because of Randy Weingarten.
And this is measurable, Rick.
Yes. So when you measure up the United States against other countries that did not lock down kids at school, we are significantly behind now.
We've dumbed down America.
We've dumbed down our kids because of this.
Weingarten was one of the most radical COVID extremists in America.
And, Rick, if she had had her way, we'd still be,
we'd still have kids locked down out of school.
If she had her way,
you and I would be in prison.
She's so extreme, so radical.
But this is not,
this COVID pandemic amnesty call
is not limited to America.
It's north of the border.
It's in Canada.
CTV News, Alberta Premier,
exploring pardons for COVID-19 related fines.
This is literally legal pardons
for people who were arrested and fined
for violating Trudeau's mask mandates and vaccine mandates and all the lockdowns.
So you have the premier, basically the governor of Alberta, saying, you know, maybe we went overboard.
Maybe we should just issue some pardons to the citizens whose lives were destroyed.
Right. Premier Danielle Smith said she, and this is of Alberta,
said she's receiving legal advice on how she can issue pardons to Albertans
who received fines or were arrested for breaking COVID-19 public health restrictions.
She claims since most fines and charges came from the Alberta Health Services
administrative direction, the premier may be able to wade into rescinding them.
It was a political decision to throw out
the Charter of Rights and Freedoms
to put those fines in place in the first place,
and I think it can be a political decision
to make amends and apologize for it
and eliminate them, Smith said.
Wait a minute, it was a political decision.
It was.
A political decision to issue the fines.
They rescinded basically the charter rights of Canada.
For politics.
For political purposes and let administrators determine fines.
Not legislators, not the people, but bookworms.
Yes, health bureaucrats.
Yes.
Now, it goes on to say the things that come...
Little Fauci wannabes.
Right.
The things that come to top of mind for me are people who got arrested as pastors.
People who got arrested or given fines for not wearing masks, she added.
These are not things that are normal to get fines and get prosecuted for, Smith said.
So I'm going to look into the range of outstanding fines that are still there
and to get some legal advice on which ones
we're able to counsel and provide amnesty for. What about the Canadian truckers? What are you
going to do for them? Well, they're right now even going through hearings, you know, talking about
the trucker convoy and everything and the missteps by the Ottawa government and the mistakes they made.
And they're really calling into question,
did the government have the legal right
to reach into people's bank accounts
and pull out the money?
Well, whether they had the legal right to do it or not,
they did it under emergency orders.
This is what I think.
The COVID crazies know that the political winds are changing.
Yes.
In a big way.
In a big way.
They know that there's going to be a blowback.
But I think that they fear something even more than just a change in the political climate.
What's that?
Criminal investigations.
I believe they fear that there are going to be criminal investigations of the pharmaceutical companies and the medical doctors that pushed the propaganda and the news media that pushed the propaganda.
And maybe they have reason to believe
that there's a whistleblower that's come forward and we don't know about it yet.
Somebody from on the inside who has told
somebody in authority the whole plan.
We need, what do we need?
We need amnesty.
You know, maybe they fear Nuremberg trials
for mass slaughter of human beings
because that's what these people did, mass murder.
And so do you think there are politicians
like Premier Smith of Alberta are getting ahead of this?
By saying, we better get amnesty to these guys because they're coming for us later on, and we're going to need amnesty as well.
Yes, that's what I think.
I think they fear that the political winds are changing, and it's going to be a radical change.
And truth is going to come out about the vaccines in Australia.
There's a medical board, I forget the name of it,
but they have admitted that the vaccines were on the market,
the fake vaccines,
they were on the market being administered to Australians for five or six months before this medical board knew that they caused heart inflammation.
And they know it.
Yes.
They know it.
Yes.
They said, we didn't know it for six months, five or six months.
But they're admitting now.
Well, wait a minute.
Your responsibility was to make sure that no vaccine was placed into the public marketplace until it was tested.
And so those that were making the accusations that these fake vaccines were causing these issues, these hard issues, they were declared, you know, they were broadcasting misinformation.
Absolutely.
Lies.
They needed, as Jim Cramer said,
they needed a propagandist.
They were propagandists.
And they went after anybody who questioned them.
They went after them with a vengeance.
They smeared them.
They deplatformed them.
They took their bank accounts from them.
They took their jobs from them.
They destroyed careers and reputations. But the worst
thing is they killed people. They killed people with the virus and they killed people with the
fake vaccines, which were not vaccines, but operating systems that have caused
an innumerable number of deaths throughout the world.
The death rate is up.
Any place, any country that has administered the vaccines,
the death rate is up.
Across the board.
Across the board.
That's mass murder.
Yeah, they're talking about amnesty.
Yeah, they know. They know they need amnesty.
Well, we're going to switch over to the Pelosi saga.
We've got a little bit more to tell you because the story keeps changing every day,
just a little bit, little variations.
The propaganda changes every day.
Yeah, the damage control people.
So this is Fox News.
U.S. Capitol Police officers were not watching live home security cameras when Paul Pelosi was attacked.
Well, blow me down, Rick.
I'm shocked.
What were they doing?
Were they taking a nap?
Were they in the toilet? What were they doing? They're paid to watch the homes of these
powerful politicians, and they weren't watching on the very night that Paul Pelosi was beat with
a hammer. Will there be any accountability? Will anybody lose their job? Well, let's take us for instance here. Let's say
that we had a break-in in our facility. We've got cameras that watch our property. And we have 24-7
security, human security. Yes. Okay. Now, suppose there was a break-in and we find out that
they weren't watching. What would be the result? A lawsuit. Right.
There would be repercussions.
Yes, somebody's got to be held accountable.
But will anyone be held accountable here?
There are some reports on the Pelosi property there are 28 cameras.
I don't know if that number is exact,
but even if it's one camera,
let's just say just one camera,
there should have been somebody watching.
Yes, but they also say, and we'll see this later,
that there was no security inside the Pelosi home.
And I caught that too.
And just like, wait a minute.
Is it because the Pelosi's were so confident
that there was so much exterior security
being monitored in Washington that there was no need exterior security being monitored in Washington
that there was no need for security alarms
inside the house?
There could be a reason, Doc,
that they were saying,
we got 28 cameras outside.
There are eyeballs on this house 24 hours a day.
We don't need to put security alarms inside
because nobody can get in the house.
Right.
But that's not true.
No, it's not.
It reminds me of the Paris Tunnel
when Princess Diana was in the crash.
It just happened that night.
The surveillance cameras malfunctioned.
How about the Epstein jail?
Yes, the cameras malfunctioned.
So, doggone it,
it happened again. It happened one more time. So, well, officers from the cameras malfunctioned. So, doggone it, it happened again.
It happened one more time.
Well, officers from the U.S. Capitol Police say they have live video surveillance outside the Pelosi's San Francisco residence,
but weren't watching it when David DePay allegedly attacked Paul Pelosi,
the husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, sources tell Fox News.
The officers were monitoring a live feed of many cameras,
which includes surveillance of the Capitol complex,
but also monitors some points away from the Capitol,
which include the Pelosi residence.
Now, it goes on to say,
according to sources,
an officer was monitoring the feeds
and saw police lights on a dark street
outside the Pelosi's residence.
When going through surveillance footage, the officer saw the alleged attack on October 28th
when DePay allegedly struck Paul Pelosi, people briefed on the incident said.
Oh, wait a minute, wait a minute.
So were they watching or were they watching?
Go back to that slide.
The Capitol Police in Washington, who were watching in real time,
they're supposed to be watching,
at some point, the officer either comes back to his desk
and sees the monitor, or he wakes up from his nap,
or something, and he notices flashing red and blue lights
in front of the Pelosi home.
The next sentence says, when going through surveillance footage, blue lights in front of the Pelosi home.
The next sentence says, when going through surveillance footage.
Look at that.
When going through surveillance footage, there's a gap. You see that period after residence?
And then the W in the next sentence?
There's a gap.
There's a gap right there, Doc.
Did the officer call San Francisco police?
What happened in that gap?
Because he didn't see anything
until he reviewed surveillance footage.
There's something suspicious right there. And apparently he went back through reviewed surveillance footage.
There's something suspicious right there.
And apparently he went back through the surveillance footage and he saw the attack.
Yes.
But did he call San Francisco police
the moment he saw the lights flashing?
Hey, what's going on out there at the Pelosi home?
Well, and that's a great question.
But what gets me, Rick, is he saw the attack.
Afterwards.
Afterwards.
Which means there are cameras.
That means there's cameras inside.
Wait a minute.
It does say attack.
It does.
It says.
Oh, wait a minute.
Go back there.
Put the quote.
When going through surveillance footage, the officer saw the alleged attack.
When DePay allegedly struck Paul Pelosi, the officer saw the alleged attack.
So there are cameras inside the house.
So let's see the video.
Roll that video.
Let's see it.
All right.
Let's see the actual surveillance video of the attack.
And then these questions are answered. We don't, we can move on to something else. Right. So there'll
be another one like this. We can, we can focus on, but right now we're trying to get these loose ends.
But you see, they just create, they create just more loose ends in all this. So sources tell Fox
News that Capitol Police pay less attention to security cameras when one of its protectees is away,
and the House speaker wasn't with her husband in San Francisco.
Now, if the officers were watching the feed monitoring in real time, the break-in would have been seen.
Well, we just heard that it was seen.
When asked twice, now this was the other day when they were talking to Brooke Jenkins,
when asked twice during a press conference if there was a security alarm system in place
at the Pelosi's residence, San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins didn't answer the question.
She said there was no security present, responding to a question from a reporter.
No security present. Does that mean no physical security guards,
officers in the home,
or no security system in the house?
But the other officer in Washington, D.C.,
said he watched the attack.
Right.
So there was cameras inside the house.
Right.
Now, Ms. Jenkins,
in the course of the investigation there
in San Francisco,
has put under seal
the 911 call,
the video,
the police officer video
that they wear.
The body cam.
The officer interviews,
that's under seal.
Why?
That's the question.
Are these national security topics?
Let's hear it. That's the question. Let's national security topics? That's a question.
Let's see it.
What's the big deal?
Just the 911 call, what's the deal with that?
But it's under seal.
The body cam of the officers, don't you want to show how brave and honorable San Francisco police are and they did the right thing?
Let's see the body cam footage. Let's hear or see
the interviews that the police did with the officers regarding the situation. What's wrong
with that? Any other case they would, but not this one, Rick. I would actually watch CNN for hours
if they showed all these things. You would just think CNN would have these videos and audios. Do you realize how many people would be tuning in to CNN?
It would be a big event.
But that would go against the principles of CNN because they'd have to tell the truth for once, right?
That's right.
Well, hey, we do have the United States District Court because now you've got two cases here.
You have San Francisco prosecuting
DePape. Right. But then you also have the United States government prosecuting him because he
attacked the family member of a U.S. government official. So two charges that the feds are
pursuing are an assault on the immediate family member of a federal official and attempted
kidnapping of a federal official.
Now, the kidnapping is related to Nancy Pelosi, but the assault, of course, is on Paul Pelosi.
And so this is, you know, a document you can pull up yourself and read.
We're going to go through a couple items here that some things that have caught Rick's attention.
Yeah, I want to go down to page three, Doc. Okay. It says facts supporting the probable cause events
at the Pelosi home in San Francisco.
This is the FBI agent's statement.
On October 28, 2022, at 2.23 a.m.
Keep that time.
This is the first time we've seen that time. Right. 2.23 a.m. Keep that time. This is the first time we've seen that time.
Right.
2.23.
San Francisco dispatch received 911 call
from Paul Pelosi,
located at the Pelosi residence
in San Francisco, California.
Pelosi stated words to the effect
that there is a male in the home
and that the male is going to wait for Pelosi's wife.
Pelosi further conveyed
that he does not know who the male is. The male said his name is a.m. Right.
Paul Pelosi made the 911 call at 2.23 a.m.
Pelosi conveyed, I guess that, is that the same as Pelosi said he does not know?
Didn't say he was terrified or anything, did it? Conveyed is, you got the impression from Pelosi that he doesn't know the male, David DePape. But then the next sentence
says, the male said his name is David. Makes sense of those two sentences.
Well, David knew that, or the Pope knew that Pelosi was making the 911 call.
Heard him do it.
Okay, did the Pope yell through the bathroom door, my name is David.
What does this mean?
Pelosi conveyed that he doesn't know who this guy is,
but the man said his name is David.
Okay?
Remember the time, 2.23 a.m.
is when the 911 call came in.
Number 10, at 2.31 a.m., that's eight minutes later,
San Francisco Police Department
Officer Colby Wilms,
first time we've seen a name,
responded to the Pelosi residence
and knocked on the front door.
When the door was opened,
they've been very careful about how they say this.
Remember last weekend, somebody, a third person opened the door.
Then they had to kill that story.
Ever since that statement on weekend about a third person opening the door,
the police and the prosecutors and everybody in law enforcement
have been very careful to say the words
when the door was opened.
As though thing.
From the Adams family.
Thing came up and opened the door.
We don't know who thing is.
Or the door opened on its own.
The door opened by itself.
Okay, so when the door was opened,
Pelosi and DePayne were both holding a hammer with one hand,
and DePayne had his other hand holding onto Pelosi's forearm.
Okay, now don't go.
Okay, so Doc.
I'm not going to ruin it.
All right, yeah, don't ruin it.
Okay, we'll pretend this was the hammer.
Okay.
Okay, you're
right-handed i'm right-handed we'll assume that pelosi and the paper both right-handed okay okay
so grab the hammer with your right hand right okay and i'm grabbing it with my right hand so
it says the paper was holding on to pelosi on, okay? So this is the scene that the police saw, right?
Assuming they're both right-handed.
This is when the door opened and the police officers entered.
Just keep this image in your mind.
I'm going to read the next sentence.
Pelosi greeted the officers.
It actually says that in the affidavit. I'm reading it word for word. Pelosi greeted the officers. It actually says that in the affidavit.
I'm reading it word for word.
Pelosi greeted the officers.
Okay, so on policy.
Hi, officer.
Come on in.
He didn't say, help me.
You want some coffee?
He didn't say, help me.
He didn't say, you know, hey, what are you doing here?
He said, hi.
Good morning.
Come on in.
Coffee's ready.
He greeted the officer. He greeted the greeted the office remember the
officer came for a well-being check yes not not a distress call okay so the officer asked what was
going on the pape responded that everything was good chill officer. Everything's good. Officers then asked Pelosi and DePay to drop the hammer.
Okay, so far. Now we get to number 11. DePay pulled the hammer from Pelosi's hand and swung
the hammer, striking Pelosi in the head. They weren't inside at this point?
They opened the door. Pelosi greeted them. Good morning, officers. Glad to see you.
What's going on here, guys? Everything's good. We're both holding a hammer. We're both holding a hammer.
So this means that Pelosi and DePape
were standing at the door.
Ding opened the door.
So I think they're going to tell us here
that Pelosi is the one
who opened the door.
So he's holding the hammer with his other hand.
He opens the door.
The officers are standing outside.
They don't barge in.
Now, mind you, they get a 911 call.
The husband of the Speaker of the House has an intruder in the house with a hammer.
And they're standing outside?
They're standing outside.
Only two officers.
Not a SWAT team.
Two officers.
And they stand outside waiting to be invited in.
They exchange pleasantries.
What you doing?
What's going on here?
Everything's cool, all right?
Why don't you put the hammer down?
All right, so that's when DePape grabs the hammer, okay,
and slugs Pelosi in the head, okay?
Where are we at now?
All right, so officers immediately went inside
and were able to restrain DePape.
While officers were restraining DePape, Pelosi appeared to be unconscious on the ground.
So while the husband of the Speaker of the House is laying on the ground,
and we're told in a puddle of blood later, what are the officers doing?
They're removing a cell phone, cash, clipper cards,
and other things from DePayne's right shorts pocket.
While the man is on the ground bleeding, right,
the husband of the Speaker of the House is bleeding on the floor.
And what are the cops doing?
They're searching DePayne's pockets.
Really?
No first aid?
Where's the first aid, doc?
Where's the officer who ran to the cruiser
to get a first aid kit?
Stop the bleeding.
Did they prop up his head?
Doc, you have some medical training.
What do you do in a situation like this?
You respond quickly,
especially if you've got somebody
with a possible concussion.
And he's bleeding.
They said a puddle of blood.
Later you'll see there's a puddle of blood.
So the man has a puddle of blood
and they're letting him lay there
for three minutes on the floor. At least three minutes. At least
three minutes. And they're checking the pockets of the assailant, right? Does this sound odd?
It sounds really odd. Okay. I just wanted to make sure. Now they asked if he had any ID on him. He
said, no, I'm not carrying any ID. It might be in my backpack. Apparently,
he left a backpack out on the back porch of the Pelosi home. When officers removed the tape from
Pelosi's residence, police body worn camera footage showed a glass door that appeared to
be laminated glass broken near the door handle. San Francisco Police Department recovered zip
ties in Pelosi's bedroom. Remember, that's back upstairs. They're downstairs now. And in the hallway near the front door of the
Pelosi residence. In addition, law enforcement searched DePape's backpack at the Pelosi residence
and they found, among other things, in that backpack, a roll of tape, white rope, another hammer, one pair of rubber and cloth gloves, and a journal.
Well, we can move on to item 12.
San Francisco Police Department Officer Colby Wilms was able to interview a witness, Witness One, who saw an individual in all black carrying a large black bag on his back,
walking near the Pelosi residence where Witness One was parked.
Witness One was working private security at an address nearby.
Witness One then heard, okay, this is what I want you to pay close attention.
I want to see how many of you are potential law enforcement officers.
Witness one then heard what sounded like banging on either a door or a car
and then heard the sirens within a minute or two.
Right.
Now, when did the officers arrive, Rick?
At 2.31.
No, no, no.
2.23.
The call, the 911 call was at 2.23.
Yes, the call was at 2.23.
Officers arrived at 2.31.
An eight-minute gap.
Right.
But here, it's a one- to two-minute gap.
Right. He hears the attack and the police show up with, he says within one to two minutes. So there is a six to seven minute gap here. That doesn't
make sense. How could the call go in at two 23 and eight minutes later, the cops show up.
But here, an eyewitness says,
no, I heard the banging on the door,
and then within a minute or two, the cops were there.
Where are the old-fashioned crime investigators
that would just stare somebody in the eyes
and say, you're lying.
Because something's not right here.
Something's not right.
There was banging,
there was something going on,
and then a minute later,
the cops show up.
Okay, now let's go back to the weekend.
They said around 2.27,
the police arrived
and the police were only two minutes away
from the Pelosi home.
They did say that this weekend.
They said two minutes away.
The police arrived within two minutes of the call.
Now, it's eight minutes.
But a witness says it's two minutes of the call. Now, it's eight minutes. But a witness says it's two minutes.
They changed the timeline.
Somebody got their story mixed up.
And isn't it interesting
that there was security outside,
but security for another,
either home or business nearby.
But there were a lot of cameras for the Pelosi home,
but the Capitol cop back in D.C. was snoozing,
wasn't paying attention to it, okay?
Where in this narrative was somebody shouting,
where's Nancy?
January 6th, insurrection, where's Nancy?
Because this is what CNN and MSNBC told us over the weekend.
Oh, they were saying that in the first hour.
That's what I'm saying.
The very first hour.
I got up Saturday morning real early.
No, no, I didn't get up real early.
I don't get up early on Saturday.
So that's not true.
But when I first got up,
the first thing I heard about was the attack.
And the first thing I saw was
an insurrectionist yelling, where's Nancy?
And I thought, oh my gosh, here we go.
Don't tell me.
But they blew it all over the news,
Saturday and Sunday.
A MAGA maniac with a hammer
yelling, where's Nancy?
Who told the media that?
Well, Pelosi was on the floor bleeding for three minutes.
Did he look up and go, he yelled, where's Nancy?
Did the cops tell the media that?
No, the story, it was released this way
that was the narrative
that was released
on Saturday morning
but Nancy didn't rush back
to my knowledge
she didn't get back
until Sunday
I believe you're right
her husband
laying on the floor
bleeding
in intensive care in the hospital heads cracked open and you're right. Her husband laying on the floor bleeding. In intensive care in the hospital.
Heads cracked open.
And you're still out there campaigning for Democrats?
And you didn't rush back that very hour?
You didn't say to the Democrat group you're speaking to,
I'm sorry, I have to leave.
My husband just got his head hammered.
Yeah.
Paul's been hammered again. I got to leave. My husband just got his head hammered. Yeah. Paul's been hammered again.
I got to get back home.
It was strange.
She didn't leave for over a day
to return home to see her husband.
She must not have been too worried.
But her son said they were putting him back together slowly.
Was he a bionic man? Did he fall apart? I mean, what did they have putting him back together slowly. Was he a bionic man?
Did he fall apart?
What did they have to put back together?
When you read
a son says they're putting my dad
back together slowly,
what does that sound like to you?
Sounds like we're in for a long haul on this.
The injuries are far worse
than we could have imagined.
Broken ribs, dislocated shoulder,
broken hip.
They're putting him back together slowly, right?
Not, he got knocked on the noggin.
But as you see,
we're going to see here in a minute,
he was talking in the ambulance.
That's right.
He was coherent enough
to talk in the ambulance. That's right. He was coherent enough to talk in the ambulance because Pelosi
was interviewed by San Francisco Police Department Officer Arian Starks in the ambulance during the
transport to San Francisco General. Pelosi stated he had never seen DePape before. Pelosi was asleep
when DePape came into Pelosi's bedroom and stated he wanted to talk to Nancy. When Pelosi
told him Nancy was not there, DePape stated that he would sit and wait. Pelosi stated that his wife
would not be home for several days, and then DePape reiterated that he would wait. At some point,
Pelosi was able to go to the bathroom, which is when he was able to call 911. Pelosi stated that
when the officers arrived,
that was when DePay struck him with the hammer.
Doc, why didn't the FBI agent put the elevator story in here?
That's another great question.
Where did the elevator story come from?
Yesterday, he went to the elevator.
That came from Brooke Jenkins
and the press conference yesterday.
But it's not in the federal.
Not in the FBI report.
Okay, so let's stop here again.
I'm still puzzled by the bathroom thing.
So Pelosi's got a guy in his house.
We won't say anymore that he's in his underwear
because we don't know.
That was a story NBC reported.
I was just taking it from NBC.
Okay?
NBC.
They said
in his underwear. Was it NBC?
Yes.
And Fox.
We'll just say
he was in shorts.
Okay?
But he's in Pelosi's bedroom at 2.30 in the morning.
Well, it had to be earlier, 2.20 something.
Right.
Because the phone call, 911, came in at.
2.23.
Yes.
And if you remember, the very first report said sometime between 2 a.m.
No, the first one said between midnight and 2 a.m.
Right. The very first statement by police on Saturday said somewhere between midnight and 2 a.m.
They weren't even sure then when DePay entered the home.
They said between midnight and 2 a.m.
And then they closed the window down to 2 to 2.30.
And then the police arrived in two minutes. Because remember, we said
the other day or last week, well,
you know, hats off to the
San Francisco Police Department.
That's admirable. They got there
in two minutes. I like that. Okay?
They got there. Call comes
in, and they're there in two minutes. But it's
not a distress call. It's a wellness
check. They're not saying wellness
checks anymore. So
still puzzled about
the bathroom thing.
So I want you to picture this.
They're in
the Pelosi bedroom.
It's 2 o'clock in the morning
let's say. Let's give
them that. It's 2 a.m.
You wake up.
There's a man in your bedroom with a hammer.
Right.
Wants to know where your wife sat.
Okay.
Now, he apparently didn't shout, where's Nancy?
He just said, where's Nancy?
Okay.
Don't you think that's more realistic?
Right.
Hey, where's Nancy?
He wouldn't yell, where's Nancy?
All right.
So he asked, where's Nancy?
Paul Pelosi gets up out of bed,
and he's talking to this stranger who's got a hammer.
Now, Paul Pelosi, for an 82-year-old man,
I've never met him, but I'm just going by photographs and video,
he appears to be a sharp, alert, tall man.
Doesn't seem to be frail for his age.
Sharp mind because he makes millions of dollars.
He's kind of like,
do you remember Johnny Carson's The Great Carnac?
So what he does, he holds the card up
and he says
the Congress
is going to pass a bill
on microchips.
It would be wise to
invest a lot of money there.
Apparently that's how he, certainly
Nancy doesn't tell him.
Because she wouldn't do something
like that. But he might have overheard something.
But yes.
So he's sharp.
He picks up little tidbits of information.
He hears Nancy on the phone.
He goes, hmm, they're going to pass a bill.
If I invest in there, I'll make millions.
All I'm saying is Paul Pelosi's a sharp thinker.
He's not grandpa in a nursing home.
For 82, he's still got it going.
Okay?
He cruises around in a $100,000 sports car at 2 a.m., right?
Right.
He cruises the town.
Well, cruises the wine country.
Sections of town.
The wine country.
So he's still got it going.
So he's got this stranger in his house with a hammer
asking, where's your wife?
So he's got to think of something.
So he starts squeezing his knees together
and going, I got to pee.
I got to pee.
I got to pee.
That's as legitimate as anything else, right?
Yeah.
If we're to believe this.
I'm trying to picture what happened.
So he's going, you know, I got to pee.
I got to pee.
You know what I mean?
And he's telling Depepe, you know, if you don't let me go, I'm going to pee my pants.
And Depepe's like, you know, look, I'm planning on beating your head with the hammer.
Blood doesn't bother me, but if you pee, I am going to pass out. Just go to the bathroom.
Just go to the bathroom. So I'm just going with the story here. Paul Pelosi goes in the bathroom.
All right. So he's in the bathroom. Supposedly that's where his phone is.
Yes. So he's a phone. He's charging a phone in his bathroom. Everybody does that, right? Okay. He's odd. So
he charges his bed, his bathroom, his phone is in his bedroom or his bathroom. He goes in there
and he calls the police. And mind you, the pape can hear him talking to the police. Mind you, the Pope can hear him talking
to the police. Yes. Did he
shut the door? Did he lock the door?
What did he do?
Or did he leave the door open?
I don't
guess it makes any difference, Rick, because he left the bathroom.
Because he came back out.
Okay, so I was thinking about
this early this morning.
What would I do if an intruder?
If the intruder was dumb enough to let me go to the bathroom.
Right, what would I do?
And I thought this early this morning.
I thought about this when I was shaving.
So I'm in my master bedroom, bathroom this morning.
And I'm thinking this through.
I'm looking at my master bedroom.
Susan's over there sleeping.
I've just taken a shower.
I'm shaving.
I'm thinking, what would I do
if an intruder came into this house right now,
walked into this master bath holding a hammer?
What would I do?
Well, I know what I would do
because I'd have a gun.
Right.
I guess Pelosi doesn't have guns
because they're Democrats
and they don't believe
in defending yourself.
I guess, all right?
But what if my gun
was too far away
and I couldn't get to it
and the only thing I can think of is I got to pee, okay?
And somehow I convinced the intruder
that I got to really go bad.
I got bladder problems.
I got to go.
Prostate problem, whatever it might be.
I thought I would go into the bathroom,
lock the door,
and then the first thing I would do is
I would unscrew the commode lid
so that if he breaks down the door, The first thing I would do is I would unscrew the commode lid
so that if he breaks down the door, he's going to get a commode lid in his kisser
the moment he comes through.
Bam!
That's the first thing.
I'm going to look around.
What else is in here?
Is there a flower vase?
Is there a jar?
Does Susan have tweezers
to pull her eyebrows?
I'm going to pull his
eyeballs out with tweezers. I'm going to do
something. I'm not
going to open up the door. Right.
I'm not going to go back out. I'm going to say, hey,
let's go downstairs.
This story stinks.
If this is the way it happened, then Pelosi's go downstairs. This story stinks. If this is the way it happened
then Pelosi's really dumb.
But he's not dumb.
He's smart.
But they're not smart enough
to come up with a story
that can't be picked apart.
So at some point
Pelosi leaves
the security of the bathroom.
And is escorted by the attacker.
Downstairs.
Did they hold arms?
Did he say, well, here, let's walk together?
They may as well, because DePape knew that Pelosi had made a call,
knew that the police were on the way.
Yes, he says that right here.
I think it says in DePape's interview later on.
Yes, okay, so Pelosi stated
when the officers arrived,
that was when DePape struck him with the hammer, okay?
Number 14, Pelosi stated
that DePape had a hammer with him
during the events described above.
The hammer did not belong to the Pelosi family.
Notice that he made a point to bring that out.
Further, the hammer did not belong to the Pelosi family.
That's not my hammer.
Right.
Even though he had a hammer in his backpack downstairs.
Yes.
That backup hammer, I guess.
Yes, he had a backup hammer.
Section B of 15, the paper stated that he broke into the house
through a glass door,
which was difficult task
that required the use of a hammer.
DePaype stated that Pelosi was in bed,
appeared surprised.
DePaype told Pelosi to wake up.
DePaype told Pelosi he was looking for Nancy.
Now this is the interview they did with DePaype.
Okay, so let's go over, Doc, to page six.
DePayne stated he wanted to tie Pelosi up.
Now, listen to this.
DePayne said he wanted to tie Paul Pelosi up
so that DePayne could go to sleep
as he was tired from having had to carry a backpack to the Pelosi residence.
Around this time, according to DePayne, DePayne started taking out twist ties from his pocket so
he could restrain Pelosi. Pelosi moved towards another part of the house. I guess that was the
elevator sequence there. No, because the elevator was before he went to the bathroom.
That's right.
But the pape stopped him,
and together they went back into the bedroom.
So they're back into it.
There's something going on there in the bedroom.
While talking with each other,
Pelosi went into a bathroom
where Pelosi grabbed a phone to call 911.
DePayne said he felt like Pelosi's actions compelled him to respond.
DePayne remembered thinking there was no way the police were going to forget about the phone call.
Number E, DePayne stated that they then went downstairs to the front door.
The police arrived and knocked on the door.
Pelosi ran over and opened it.
That's according to DePayne's testimony.
Pelosi grabbed onto DePayne's hammer, which was in DePayne's hand.
So Pelosi ran to the door, and it was Pelosi that opened the door.
But by this time,
either DePape ran with him
or caught up with him.
Because by the time the door opened,
they're holding the hammer together.
See, this doesn't make sense, Doc.
No, it doesn't.
Okay, think about it.
If Pelosi ran to the door and opened it for the cops,
was he dragging DePape with him?
Or was he separated from DePape
and then ran back to him after the door was open?
No, because they were at the door when the police,
when the door opened.
They said that earlier.
They were, remember the door opened.
According to the police report. Yes, okay.
When the police, when the door opened, they're there,
and the beating took place in the doorway with the cops still outside.
Yes.
They had never even entered the home.
Until Pelosi was tried.
But this one part right here, Pelosi ran over and opened it.
Pelosi grabbed the pane's hammer.
How did DePayne get there at the same time with Pelosi?
Did they run together?
Or was he so fast that by the time Pelosi got to the door, DePayne was right there?
I'm just asking questions.
I'm not
insinuating anything. But if I were a criminal investigator, these are the questions I would
be asking. Because I would be saying, there's holes in these stories. And I'm trying to fill
in the gaps. Tell me how this happened. You'd be going back and forth between Pelosi and DePayne
and saying, okay, tell me.
When you ran,
was DePayne holding onto your arm?
Was he directly behind you?
How many feet?
How did he get to the door
at the moment you opened the door
and the police officers were there?
And instantly he grabbed a hammer.
That's really fast action, Doc.
He ran.
He ran to the door.
DePape is instantly there grabbing the hammer.
But looking chilled out and cool
because the cops didn't even come in.
And the cops said that DePape said everything's cool.
They weren't concerned enough to rush until after DePape struck Pelosi.
Now, one more part of this here, Rick, that the officers went to investigate DePape's residence.
We talked about this yesterday at Malcolm Lubliner's home. DePape lived in the
garage. It says on October 29th, law enforcement, so the day after, law enforcement searched the
garage at the Shasta Street residence pursuant to a federal search warrant. So among other things,
remember he had the backpack at the Pelosi house before. Among other things, agents seized two hammers.
Two more hammers.
That guy had a fetish about hammers.
A sword and a pair of rubber and cloth gloves.
Remember he had rubber and cloth gloves in the backpack too.
Agents also found evidence that DePape lived in the garage,
including DMV paperwork, IRS letters,
and PayPal credit cards.
Mind you, the guy's an illegal immigrant, okay?
But he's able to get a driver's license.
He's able to, you know,
be getting letters from the IRS.
Obviously, maybe having some sort of tax problems
or tax issues.
But what do you do with hammers and rubber gloves?
I'm just asking.
I'm probably not the one to ask that question.
He has multiple hammers and multiple pairs of rubber gloves.
If we're to believe the whole story,
if we believe everything that's been told to us so far,
he took two hammers with him over to the Pelosi room.
But he's got more hammers over at the house.
He's got two more hammers back at his house.
I've got two hammers at my house.
I can tell you what hammers I have.
I've got a five-pound hammer.
I've got a two-pound hammer at my house.
That's all the hammers I have
because that's all the hammers I need.
Yeah.
Do you have any rubber gloves?
I have rubber gloves, but they're for cleaning.
Do you keep them with your hammer? No, not with my hammers. That's what I'm asking. So it doesn't
make sense. And the other thing is I saw the photograph and I, like I said, I couldn't show
it to you because we don't have copyright clearance because Getty Images has copyright on it, but I saw Malcolm Lubliner, the photographer who owns DePaype's
house, the landlord, and the caption said, landlord Malcolm Lubliner removes DePaype's
personal items, and he had a box.
He was carrying a large box about this big out of the house.
The landlord was carrying it.
So you're telling me that the FBI allowed the landlord to go into the house of the suspect who beat the husband of the speaker of the house.
Said, yeah, go on in there and get whatever you want.
Take it out.
Am I supposed to believe that?
Yes.
Okay. Now, you may be sitting there asking,
why do you keep talking about this Pelosi story?
You're watching propaganda in motion.
That's the whole thing.
From the beginning of the Godcast today,
where we talked about propaganda in China,
and then the rewriting of the propaganda
through the COVID amnesty nonsense.
They're rewriting the propaganda.
This story, you're seeing propaganda
being manipulated live.
Yes.
Day by day.
And it's to blame people like you
for beating Paul Pelosi.
You beat Paul Pelosi with a hammer.
That's the idea.
Yes.
That's the message they wanted the world to believe.
And most people around the world, that's what they think.
Yes.
If those MAGA Republicans are going around with hammers, beating people now.
Yeah.
Well, Biden's out campaigning saying Republicans are a threat to the democracy.
Right.
He's going to have a big speech about it again tonight.
That's why we're talking about it.
That's the story, folks.
I'm going to go very quickly through the remaining headlines here because they're pretty serious.
Let's jump over to 34.
This is New York Times.
Russian military leaders discuss use of nuclear weapons,
U.S. officials say.
The basis of the story is for some,
somehow U.S. intelligence agencies know for a fact
that Putin and his top advisors gathered recently in mid-October and had a
meeting to talk about when and how they will use nuclear weapons.
Two questions.
How did the U.S. intelligence community know that Putin had the meeting?
And why did somebody in the intelligence agencies tell the New York Times?
Those are my two questions.
Okay.
I can believe the first part.
That means you either had a spy, a human spy, inside the inner circle of Putin's operation?
Or electronic intelligence.
Electronic intelligence, okay.
But why would you tell?
Why would you tell the New York Times to publicize that?
Because now Putin knows that his operation is compromised.
So going along that line of thought then,
this is either propaganda,
propaganda,
or it's a downright lie.
Well, isn't propaganda downright lies?
Just painted up really nice.
So what they want the world to believe
is Putin had a secret meeting.
He's planning to nuke us.
So you know what we got to do? We're going to nuke us. So you know what we
got to do? We're going to
nuke him first.
Yeah, he might have a hammer.
Or four hammers.
And rubber gloves. And zip
ties.
Okay.
Number 37.
This is Zero Hedge.
Pentagon confirms U.S. boots are on
the ground in Ukraine.
Doc, I didn't read this.
You did.
What's the gist of this story?
Rick, they're going on the grounds of this as they're trying to track and make sure weapons are getting into the right hands in Ukraine.
The Pentagon confirmed that we actually have military personnel on the ground in Ukraine verifying that the weapons that we're sending are actually getting to where
they're supposed to go. They had some concerns that maybe they weren't all getting to where
they're supposed to be, or once they got there, they were getting into the black market.
Are you thinking Zelensky has a used Heimer lot? Kind of like a car lot, used Heimers?
They don't think Zelensky's got a black market deal going on here, do you?
Zero Hedge was actually drawing from a Washington Post and an AP story
that there were concerns.
But they supported the Ukrainian effort, but they were concerned, Rick,
that maybe not all the weapons are getting to where they're supposed to be.
They might be falling into Russian hands, Rick.
Oh, they don't think the Ukrainian government is corrupt, do they?
Well, they didn't say it out loud.
Has there ever been suspicions of corruption in Ukraine?
Well, that was before the Nazis took over.
Okay, so the next one is 38.
This is a London Telegraph.
World on brink of nuclear war, claims Russia.
Now, this one, Russia on Wednesday claimed that the world was on the brink of a nuclear conflict, accusing the West of provocation.
Western capitals have said Moscow is escalating nuclear tensions since the war in Ukraine began in February, Russia's repeated warnings of an impending nuclear conflict
are seen as a way to dissuade Ukraine's Western backers
from offering their continued support.
It goes on to say, the Russian foreign ministry said
it feared the world's five nuclear powers were teetering
on the brink of a direct armed conflict
and that the West must stop
encouraging provocations with weapons of mass destruction, which can lead to catastrophic
consequences. We are strongly convinced that in the current complicated and turbulent situation
caused by irresponsible and impudent actions aimed at undermining our national security, the most immediate task is to avoid
any military clash of nuclear powers, the ministry said. So between these two stories,
New York Times says Putin had a secret meeting in mid-October. He's planning a nuclear attack.
Then the Russians say today, the United States and the Western countries need to stop talking about the use of nuclear weapons.
This is going to end up in a nuclear war.
Both sides are talking about using nukes.
Yes.
One of them is going to do it.
I mean, there was a time where you couldn't even bring that up in conversation, Rick.
It was improper.
Now, both sides are going back and forth.
You know what? Nukes are an option now.
That's right.
Next one, Novasti, Russia Foreign Ministry,
issued a statement on the prevention of nuclear war.
And then we'll go down to CNN.
Iran is preparing to send additional weapons,
including ballistic missiles, to Russia to use in Ukraine.
So you see now how they're bringing Iran into the situation here.
Well, yesterday we were told Iran is going to attack Saudi Arabia.
So now Iran is involved in the Ukraine war, which they probably are.
Yes.
I mean, when you start wars, this is how they probably are. Yes. You know?
I mean, when you start wars, this is how they get out of control.
It says Iran is preparing to send approximately 1,000 additional weapons,
including surface-to-surface short-range ballistic missiles
and more attack drones to Russia to use in the war against Ukraine.
And this was told to CNN.
It says the shipment is being closely monitored
because it would be the first instance of Iran
sending advanced precision guided missiles to Russia,
which could give the Kremlin a substantial boost on the battlefield.
The last shipment of weapons from Iran to Russia
included about 450 drones,
which the Russians have already used
to deadly effect in Ukraine.
Now, this is all coming from Ukrainian officials there.
But that's not the only trouble spot
that we have in the world, of course.
North Korea, over the past 24 hours, Rick,
has fired a total of 23 missiles.
Yes.
But they're being, there's Mr. Kirby saying North Korea is secretly supplying artillery shells to Russia to use in Ukraine.
So now you have Iran and North Korea involved in the Ukraine war.
So is that the new axis of evil
that they're constructing?
This is the world war.
So it says North Korea is supplying
a large number of artillery shells to Russia
for the use in the latter's ongoing aggression in Ukraine.
White House National Security Council
spokesman said Wednesday,
John Kirby said also that the North
is trying to cover up its shipments
by disguising their true destination.
And Doc, then in Moscow Times,
North Korea and Russia
have ended their two-year hiatus
in railway trade.
Russia stopped North Korean trains
from coming in to Russia
during COVID.
Right.
So there's been no railroad traffic
between North Korea and Russia
for two years.
Suddenly, the trains are moving.
What are they moving?
Well, in this story,
they said they're moving thoroughbred horses.
Sure.
They probably are,
but also maybe a couple boxcars of shells, too.
And not only shells, but workers.
That's right.
North Korean slave labor.
And this is a report from 38 North. North Korean
workers have been selected to go to Russian-occupied Ukraine and will go within the next
few weeks here. North Korea has completed the process of selecting workers to take part in
reconstruction efforts in Russia-occupied parts of eastern Ukraine with plans to send the workers
to the region in early
November. A source in North Korea told Daily NK on Monday that the authorities carried out the
selection in Pyongyang from July and that 800 to 1,000 workers were recruited. Daily NK reported
in August that North Korea had planned to send some North Korean workers already in Russia to
the Donbass and that North Korean authorities had also selected workers in North Korea to dispatch to the region. In fact, Daily NK Source said the newly selected
workers in North Korea would be sent in turns in small teams of 30 to 60 people.
No firm date has been selected, but they plan to send the selected workers in early November
as they select new workers. It's early November and the trains are running. Yes. So I suspect that weapons and slaves are on the train going to Russia,
which will then go to Ukraine.
Doc, earlier this year there was a report that North Korea
was going to send a vast amount of workers to Ukraine.
Do you remember the number?
Oh, it was tens of thousands.
Yes.
So apparently they're starting at this point.
Now, you mentioned a few minutes ago that North Korea was firing missiles today.
Yes.
Right.
So far, the number could be up, but it's about two dozen missiles.
Now, what's significant here is that the North Koreans are testing their limits as far as where the missiles are going.
This is a very important story here.
North Korea's missile flies across the NLL for the first time.
What's the NLL?
Well, that's the Northern Limit Line.
That's a line that both North and South Korea have agreed on we're not going to cross.
Do you know the last time North Korea fired a missile
at that location? Back in the 50s. 53. So in fact, it was enough of a problem today that
air raid sirens are going off in portions of South Korea. And that stands out here. So
now, meanwhile, the exercise with South Korea and the U.S. and other allies are still going on.
Kim Jong-un is blaming that exercise, build up to war, for his response.
And what is, in his mind, what are these exercises for?
They're planning to nuke North Korea.
Yes, he said it's the last stage for a nuclear attack.
So he's convinced that there's a war coming.
Now, whether you believe it or not, whether I believe it or not,
doesn't make any difference.
Doesn't matter.
But if Kim Jong-un believes it...
And he's got nukes.
He's got nukes.
But we don't have to worry about it, Rick,
because they're not a nuclear power.
They're not a nuclear state.
Yeah, we said so.
According to John Kirby.
But he has nukes and ICBMs
that can reach Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, California,
maybe into the Midwest United States.
But we're not supposed to think about it.
We are in World War III right now,
and we're all alive by the grace of God.
And look, I'll say it one more time. If you're not saved, please, please stop playing games with God.
He loves you dearly.
He wants to save your soul.
He's not trying to hurt you.
He's trying to save you.
And all of us could disappear in seconds. He wants to save your soul. He's not trying to hurt you. He's trying to save you.
All of us could disappear in seconds. We're living day by day by grace right now.
We're in overtime. This is a dangerous time to be alive.
All of us, we're all going about our daily lives the best that we can without fear overtaking us,
anxiety running to a bunker.
We just have to live our lives every day.
But be aware.
Be aware that it could be your last day.
That's right.
So if it's your last day,
where will you be
after you take your last breath?
Where will your soul be?
That's up for you to decide.
All right. Because God has already made a way for you to be saved. There's not one more thing that he can do to make you saved. He had already done it. It was done on the cross. All the work was done
on the cross 2000 years ago. Jesus said, it is finished. It is finished. What was finished?
The work, the work to save your soul, to forgive your sins, to deliver mankind from the power of
the devil. It is finished. And it's up to you to accept that work and to rest in it and to say, I believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
He is the Messiah, the Savior. And I believe he died for my sins. And I desire to be born again.
It's up to you. It's just that simple. You don't have to clean up your life to get saved. You get
saved first, the Holy Spirit will clean up your life.
My Lord, if we all had to wait until we got cleaned up to get saved, none of us would get saved.
It's a process.
It's sanctification over years of the Lord working in your life.
Justification is instant.
You're justified by faith.
Come to Christ, you're born again, and you're justified.
It means you're in right standing with God. He has written your name in the book of life.
Sanctification is the work of the Holy Spirit over years. So don't worry about getting clean.
I've heard people say, I got to get myself together before I go to church and get saved.
No, you'll never.
You can't do it.
It's impossible.
It's impossible to get yourself cleaned up.
But the Holy Spirit can do it.
So get your life straightened out by going to Jesus Christ and believing on his name and then find a pastor to baptize you
and then live for Christ every single day
that the Holy Spirit direct your life.
You'll have peace.
You'll have peace that you didn't know existed.
Maybe some of you might be like,
how do I know? Well, why don't you just, I mean,
maybe you're agnostic. You know, I'm not an atheist. I'm just, even if you're an atheist,
this works if you're an atheist or an agnostic. If there is no God, then saying these words is just meaningless.
Okay?
Nothing could hurt you, right?
But if there is a God,
don't you want to know him?
So all you have to say is,
all right, I'm going to say this one time.
God, if you exist,
make yourself known to me,
and I'll believe.
That's all you have to do.
That's right.
He's going to come.
He's going to show up in your life.
I don't know how.
I don't know when
because he does it differently
for each person,
but you will know.
You will know
that the God of the universe
appeared in your life.
I don't know how he'll do it.
I know what he did to me, but it's different for everybody else.
So if you have those doubts, just say those words.
If you are God, if you really exist, if Jesus Christ really is the Messiah,
then make yourself known to me.
Identify yourself to me, and he will show up in
your life. Then you have no excuse and you can believe on his name and know that you met the
Lord Jesus Christ. We care about you very much. Doc, let's end with prayer. Let's talk again of nuclear war, we have to pray and keep this suppressed, that madness does not succeed, but that peace would succeed in the world.
Let's pray.
Heavenly Father, in Jesus' name, we come before you as a people believing you, believing your word, and believing in the power of prayer.
And Lord, we know that in this world of ours, there is trouble.
And you told us there
would be trouble until the day that you return, that even to the very end, there would be wars
and rumors of wars. But you also told us to pray against strongholds. And so right now,
in Jesus' name, we pray for the power of peace to be brought up here in the hearts and minds of world leaders right now.
There's talk of nuclear war,
but there doesn't have to be.
Where's the talk of peace, Lord?
I pray that the Prince of Peace
will speak to hearts and speak to minds
to bring the temperature of the situation down
where men and women can live and work together
and that the gospel of Jesus Christ can be preached.
Lord, there are going to be so many people dead and Satan will steal away from the possibility
of hearing the gospel if war breaks out. And so, Lord, I pray, hold your hand in this situation.
You are greater than the forces of darkness that seek to take lives. Lord, we pray for world leaders. We pray for
those that make these decisions on whether or not to escalate a fight. We pray in Jesus' name
that they would mysteriously somehow say to themselves, by your word speaking to them, Lord,
where is the peace in the situation? So, Lord, in Jesus' name, we pray right
now for calmness, for a sensibility of knowing that we can live together without killing one
another. Lord, I pray that you would continue to encourage the hearts of those that are watching,
that they will not respond in fear, but they will know that they're secure in Jesus Christ,
believing in you no matter what trouble comes,
and that you would encourage them, Lord,
to live boldly for you.
In Jesus' name we pray, amen.
Amen, amen.
Hey, one week from today,
48 of you are going to be with Doc and me on a jetliner on our way to Amman, Jordan, and we
are going to have a great time. I'm not worried about one thing. I walk in faith. I have the
peace of God in me. I'm not concerned at all about this. I'm looking forward to it. We're going to
have a great visit in the Holy Land. You and I are going to get to know each other. We're going to have breakfast and dinner every day. And Doc and I are going to have plenty of time to fellowship with
you and explore the Holy Land. So we are looking forward. We will be meeting you at JFK Airport
one week from today. This is Wednesday. And we will be off to Oman, Jordan and it is
going to be a great time. The weather's getting a little bit cooler. Daytime
temperatures low 70s, upper 60s for the daytime. Nighttime mid to upper 40s.
Right, so you will need a jacket. Yes, definitely have a jacket for the
evenings and good walking shoes.
And don't forget your electricity converter.
You need that, the two-prong converter.
And that's it.
And we will meet you at JFK Airport one week from today.
It is finally here.
And I'm very excited.
I can't wait to get back.
Then I'm going back to Jordan in December
to attend an event.
I was honored to be given an invitation
to a private reception with King Abdullah.
And so I'm going to be going back
in early December.
And God is just opening up doors.
It's taken four years, Doc.
Yes.
Four years of praying about Jordan.
But now the doors are opening.
And I'm eager to see what is up ahead in 2023 and 2024.
We love you very much.
God willing, we will be back here tomorrow.
God bless you. Редактор субтитров А.Семкин Корректор А.Егорова
