While the political circus in America distracts the attention of the American public,
a genuine world war is intensifying in Eastern Europe. Days ago, Russia vowed to sink ships in
the Black Sea if it suspects the vessels are transporting military weapons and ammo to the
Ukrainian army. In return, the Ukrainian military vowed to sink
civilian ships en route to Russia. Is anybody paying attention to the worsening political and
military conditions between NATO and Russia? Let's start tonight with the report that Russia will
board and inspect ships in the Black Sea.
As you see, this is Interfax News Agency in Russia.
Russia will inspect ships in the Black Sea to make sure there is no military cargo.
Doc's got the details.
Yes, so Russia will consider all ships in the Black Sea as carrying military cargo.
However, before taking any measures, it will inspect the ships.
That's coming from Deputy Foreign Minister
Sergei Vershinin.
He said, I mean, we have to make sure
that the ship is coming with something bad.
That means asking.
That means inspecting if necessary
to see if it's true or not.
He said at a briefing in Moscow earlier today.
Now, according to the Deputy Minister,
this is completely logical,
especially after the terrorist attacks that took place. He, according to the deputy minister, this is completely logical,
especially after the terrorist attacks that took place. He went on to say, now there is no maritime humanitarian corridor as there was here until very recently. Now there's already a zone of
heightened military danger, Vershinin stressed. He noted that in addition to the measures of a
forceful nature, there are measures that should be taken by everyone and understood by everyone because we are.
Now, this is the interesting part here, Rick.
We're talking about insurance and reinsurance of ships that may be engaged in some kind of activity in this area.
And then he brought it down to this.
He said this is already a decision that's been made in essence of a financial and economic nature, the high-ranking diplomat said.
Now, of course, he's speaking diplomatees, you know, but the essence of this is ships.
They're just going to assume that any ships entering the Black Sea as carrying military weaponry.
Yeah, Doc, you know, I'm not a lawyer in international law but if i understand if i
understand it correctly and if anybody out there you if you know the details that are different
from what i'm going to say please tell us my understanding is that short short of a declaration of war in the conditions that Russia is in right now in Ukraine,
they can stop ships on international water.
They can stop ships and they can board them and inspect them.
Under current international law,
just in the conditions that we have right now
with this military conflict,
they cannot sink them.
That's my understanding.
They cannot sink any ships.
They can board them and inspect them.
And if the ship is found to be transporting
whatever Russia says is contraband, they can seize the ship.
Got you.
That's my understanding.
However, if Russia declares war, formally declares war against Ukraine, it then is legally permitted to sink ships.
So I think the stage that we're at right now is that they are going to stop ships,
board them, inspect them, and if they find weapons and ammo,
they're going to seize those ships, but they're not going to sink any. I think what confuses people that may be watching or listening
is that there needs to be an understanding that Russia,
China does too, by the way,
they follow the rules of international law.
No.
The West, they just throw it out the window lots of times.
But the West...
But they claim that they're a rules-based world order.
But Russia, they're stickler for the rules.
And right now they're operating under the smo the
special military operation uh which is not a war even though the rest of the world will call it the
war in ukraine from russia's perspective it's a special military operation and from the legal
perspective it is and so they can operate under that umbrella now if they were to sink a ship
that changes the whole right dynamic of the
situation because that would be a violation of international law right until they declare war
against ukraine and then the rules change the rules change so i'm expecting the russians to
like i said to stop and board and inspect ships, maybe even seize ships.
But there's always the possibility
there's a shootout on the ship.
What happens if there's gunfire?
What if they board a ship that has illegal cargo in it
and there's a gunfight?
Everything changes at that point.
But I think we're moving towards
the eventual declaration of war
and the reason i'm saying that is that um this next story this is today russia today
russian warships conduct drills in black sea well they weren't just drilling on how to
stop and and board and inspect ships they were drilling on how to stop and board and inspect ships.
They were drilling on how to blow them up.
That's right.
We'll show you a video here in just a few minutes.
But let's first take a look at the RT article.
So RT is saying that Russia's defense ministry has announced that the Black Sea fleet had conducted a naval exercise to enforce a blockade.
Now, this comes in response to Russia and Ukraine declaring that any civilian ships
headed to each other's ports would be presumed to be carrying military cargo.
Now, according to the Russian ministry statement, warships and naval aviation
trained in isolating an area that was temporarily suspended for traffic
and conducted measures to detain a simulated trespassing
vessel.
Now, during the same exercise, a Russian patrol boat fired cruise missiles at a target ship
placed on a training range.
It was successfully hit and destroyed, the ministry noted.
The Russian Defense Ministry further announced that starting on Thursday, it would revoke
security guarantees under the deal. It now considers all ships moving to Ukrainian ports in the Black Sea
as potential carriers of military cargoes
and their flagged nations as involved in the Ukrainian conflict
on the side of the Kiev regime, as we reported yesterday.
The Ukrainian military issued a similar warning on Thursday,
which it claimed to be a response to the Russian policy.
And their statement declared the Black Sea a danger zone for Russian and Russian-bound ships.
As Rick mentioned, they weren't just practicing how to seize ships out there, but they were also practicing how to blow them up. I've got a little video here. russia's uh targeting uh several uh targets downrange in a special area
in the black sea so let's show that here while we're talking about it it's very short yeah and
this this took place today this uh this is not uh file footage uh you know from military
drills uh months or years ago it it it happened. Here we go. This is actual video released
by the Russian military today. As you see, missiles being launched from Russian warships.
There's a target ship, a dummy ship out in the sea being blown up. Obviously, the message is very clear.
This is what happens
when a ship carries weapons
to Ukraine.
So that's why,
this is why I'm saying,
I think right now,
in the coming days,
they're going to stop,
board, and inspect ships. And if things heat up, they're going to stop, board, and inspect ships. And if things heat up,
they're going to, the Russian Duma, their parliament, is going to declare war against
Ukraine. Then they have the right to sink any ship that comes into the Black Sea headed to Ukraine? Any ship.
Doc, it changes everything.
Would NATO run a blockade?
Well, I think... Would they go that far?
How many NATO countries are bordering the Black Sea?
You got Turkey.
I forget all the different countries.
There's quite a few.
There's three or four of them at least. And so they're operating in the Black Sea. You got Turkey. I forget all the three or four of them at least. And so they're
operating in the Black Sea now too. Right now the only conflict
that's going on is Russia and Ukraine. But Russia said
we'll inspect any ship that we think is delivering weapons out here.
But they didn't say they're going to blow up any ship that's in the Black Sea. Right. Just ships that
are going to Ukraine up any ship that's in the black sea right just ships that are going to ukraine right so if the other nation nato nations that have uh you know that have uh coastlines with
the black sea they're free to to navigate the black sea right as long as they don't go to
ukraine so ukraine has been getting weapons from one of two routes.
They have either been getting them at the ports along the Black Sea,
Odessa and those areas, or they've been coming across the border at Poland.
And so, and we'll talk more about Poland later in the Godcast.
I'm surprised the Russians have allowed this to go on so long.
I mean, we don't know how much they have targeted these supply routes but
apparently there's still weapons getting getting to ukraine uh now the next one is from navasti
news service and so ukraine has declared the targets of ships going to the russian ports of
the black sea right so uh ukraine is saying basically turnabout's fair play.
Ukraine's Ministry of Defense escalated tensions Thursday by declaring that effective today
any ships navigating through the Black Sea towards Russian ports will be perceived as
faring military cargo while also imposing a ban on high-risk shipping in select zones
of the Black Sea and the Kerch Strait.
Now, this response is a retaliatory measure to Russia's assertion
that all vessels heading to Ukrainian ports via the Black Sea
could be seen as potential transporters of military supplies.
And this is marking a significant hardening of positions amid the ongoing disputes in that region.
So Ukraine's Ministry of Defense escalated tensions by declaring that,
effective January 21, any ships navigating through the Black Sea toward Russian ports
will be perceived as very military cargo.
Went on to say, in turn, the state Duma deputy from Sevastopol, Dmitry Belik,
called the actions of the Ukrainian authorities
rage of despair. According to him, Moscow has made it clear that Kiev will no longer receive
military cargo through the grain corridor, which has obviously been happening this whole time.
Therefore, Zelensky was furious and ordered his military to do at least something to go to any
provocation in order to attack
civilian ships sailing under a neutral flag just to reopen a corridor for the supply of weapons,
the deputy stressed. Now, as I mentioned before, obviously, Ukraine has been getting weapons
either one of two ways. Russia just has effectively cut off the naval route for those weapons to be delivered at this point.
So, Doc, the grain deal that's been in effect through the past year, allowing Ukrainian wheat and other grains to be exported to nations and the Russians protecting the ships and letting the ships get out.
Right. and the Russians protecting the ships and letting the ships get out.
What I'm hearing in all this is that NATO was using the grain deal as the cover to bring in weapons and ammo.
It makes so much sense where the UN last week was trying to make a deal
to keep the grain deal going,
even by tempting Russia by allowing them access to SWIFT again.
So is this the reason, is this the real reason Russia ended the grain deal?
Because they plan to blow up ships.
And even that, Rick, Russia didn't end the grain deal.
They just let it run out.
Yes. This was actually an extension of the grain deal. They just let it run out. Yes.
This was actually an extension of the grain deal they had been operating under this whole time.
So it wasn't renewed.
Right.
But did they allow it to expire without a renewal because they had made a decision, we're going to take out some ships?
Well, and that seems to be the obvious response.
And so that's why all the different NATO leaders and everything are saying Russia is going to starve the world.
They're going to let kids die of starvation all over the world because they won't let Ukraine get grain out.
Well, no, Russia is stopping weapons from getting into Ukraine via the Black Sea.
Well, this next story is number 15. U.S. Navy
News says that Russia has been laying mines
in the Black Sea to block Ukrainian ports.
According to the U.S. National Security Council. Right. So the Russian Ministry of Defense
has declared that all ships heading to Ukraine in the Black Sea are potential
carriers of military cargo,
stating that stopping shipping was necessary to uphold the safety of its citizens.
Now, this announcement follows the Russian government's decision to decline the Black Sea grain initiative earlier this week,
which allowed Ukraine to ship attacks against civilian cargo ships.
Russia also had several strategic strikes that they did on the Odessa port the other day, too, which has now prevented ships from being able to dock at certain portions of the Odessa port.
And they bombed, according to the West, they bombed grain silos.
So they pretty much shut down the Ukrainian agriculture export business.
At least at the ports.
At the ports.
So the silos, the ports that are used in odessa
these things have been destroyed so to me it sounds like russia has made a calculated decision
that these are the steps that they're going to take to tighten the screws on ukraine and nato
now we've been hearing for the past week as you just said, Russia is going to starve the
world. Little kids are going to die of hunger because they don't have any bread. Russia won't,
Putin won't let the wheat flow to the world. This next story is one that I promise you,
you haven't seen, and you're not going to see it anywhere in the united states this is uh this is politico
uh blockaded on all fronts now i don't know politico published this on their american site
i've i got this off of politico's european site okay yeah it's off the eu site and so on their eu site
blockaded on all fronts poland and hungary threatened to cut ukraine's export route to the
west yes so why aren't they being accused of starving little kids in africa um because they're
members of nato and they're they're uh they're putting up resistance ukraine
wanted to move the wheat through poland and hungary you know why they're blocking it because
it would hurt hungarian farmers and polish farmers because their countries would be flooded with cheap
wheat from ukraine yes and and so the presidents of Poland and Hungary are saying,
oh no, you're not going to do that to us.
You'll destroy our agricultural markets here.
So Ukraine, they're being blocked on all sides right now.
The squeeze is on.
But again, you're not hearing this anywhere.
You're just hearing that russia is
starving children uh next story reuters wagner mercenaries train belarus special forces near
the polish border this is getting more serious pay attention to this story uh i've been watching
this for a couple days and thinking okay we're starting to see some movement towards maybe a confrontation
in belarus or on the border of belarus but actually it's actually become much more serious
today and in just a few minutes we're going to tell you what happens let's let's take a look at
this reuters story so according to a report from reuters, mercenaries from Russia's Wagner Group have started training Belarusian special forces near the border with
Poland. So the Belarusian Defense Ministry confirmed that the training is taking place
at a military range just a few miles from NATO member Poland. Wagner Group's chief,
Yevgeny Prigozhin, was seen in a video welcoming the fighters and instructing them to gather strength for future operations in Africa while training the Belarusian army.
Now, the joint training exercise between the Wagner Group and Belarusian forces involved special operations units and are being conducted at the Brest military range, which is located just three miles east of the Polish border.
The Armed Forces of Belarus continue joint training with the fighters of the Wagner Private Military Company.
That's coming from the Defense Ministry.
During the week, Special Operations Forces, together with representatives of the company,
will work out combat training tasks at the Brest military range. You notice in the story that Pergozan tossed out that
Africa story again. That started popping
up earlier this week. He's saying, I'm here training troops in Belarus, but
I'm on my way to Africa. What's going on in Africa?
We got another war? I don't think he's going to Africa. You think that's just the route?
He's just throwing that out there.
The more this goes on, the more I'm convinced you're right,
that Prigozhin and Putin worked out some sort of deal.
And this is all, they're shading NATO right now.
They're shading NATO.
Or was the whole thing drama, made up drama for the benefit of the west remember
the russians love chess and one way to you know fool your enemy in chess is to feint a move
and it's the more we go along with this the more we see the activities of progozen for one day he's in russia the next
day he's in poland uh you know no one knows where he is belarus yeah belarus he's at yamia
and then he's on his way to africa right but what is key in this story is what's happening
in poland right now and we're going to see it here in this next one from Reuters. Poland to move soldiers to east of country due to Wagner risk, state news agency reports.
So Poland is shifting their troops to the Polish-Belarusian border.
So are we going to see a war break out between Belarus and Poland?
Well, as we go along here in the Godcast today,
we might just actually see that.
So in response to the activities of the Wagner Group,
a Russian private military firm
actively training Belarusian forces in Poland,
Poland's security committee has taken the assertive step
of relocating military units to its eastern regions.
Now, the committee perceives this joint training operation
between Belarus and the Wagner Group as a direct provocation, prompting them to bolster their
defenses to mitigate any potential threats. As we mentioned before, Progozin was shown in a video
on Wednesday welcoming fighters to Belarus, once again telling them they would take no further part
in the Ukraine war for now, but ordering them to gather strength for Africa while they train the Belarusian army.
So on Thursday, the Belarusian defense minister said Wagner mercenaries had started to train Belarusian forces.
They went on to say the training or joint exercises of the Belarusian army and the Wagner Group is undoubtedly a provocation.
That's Zbigniew Hoffman, a Polish official.
The committee analyzed possible threats, such as the dislocation of Wagner Group units.
Therefore, the Minister of National Defense and Chairman of the Community, Maruz Blaszek,
decided to move our military formations from the west to the east of Poland.
Now, let's pair this story with the next one.
This is from RT, where Putin warns Poland of Poland's intentions in Ukraine and Belarus.
So speaking at a meeting with permanent members of Russia's Security Council,
Mr. Putin said the government in Kiev is willing to go to any lengths to stay in power,
including selling out its own people and handing over, listen to this,
Ukrainian territories to foreign powers.
This is Putin speaking.
That's right.
So the first in line, according to the Russian president,
are the Poles, who he claimed probably expect to form some kind of coalition
under the NATO umbrella and directly intervene in the conflict in Ukraine in order to then tear off a bigger
piece for themselves to regain, as they believe, their historical territories, today's Western
Ukraine.
So let's just stop right here, Doc, and let's look at what Putin said today vladimir putin said that the polls are probably expecting to form a coalition
under the nato umbrella and directly intervene in the war in ukraine
putin said today he expects polish troops to enter the war nato troops they're nato troops if they're
poland they're nato right so this is what putin is saying today he is expecting polish troops to
invade ukraine didn't we call this months ago about About a year ago. To do what?
To tear off a bigger piece for themselves.
Which is what part?
Western Ukraine.
Right.
We've said for a year, Poland's going to take Western Ukraine.
They're going to put troops into Western Ukraine, telling Zelensky, we're here to fight for you.
Right.
We're going to protect Western Ukraine for you.
We're here to help you.
What they're really doing is Poland is going to be establishing a military beachhead inside Ukraine.
And when the war is over, Poland is going to say, hey, we're staying.
We're just staying.
We're going to occupy.
This is our territory.
600,000 years ago, the people that lived here were Poles.
This will just be East Poland now.
Yes.
So, well, Putin suggested that the true purpose for such a coalition would be to occupy Ukrainian territories. The prospect is obvious.
If the polish units enter
for example lvov or other territories of ukraine then they will remain there and they will remain
there forever now putin also noted that it is well known that warsaw dreams of also claiming parts
of belarusian territory as well so the russian leader warned however that while ukraine has the
right to sell off as much of its own territory as it wants,
when it comes to Belarus, any aggression against a part of the Union state would also mean an aggression against Russia.
Belarus and Russia are in a mutual protection pact right now.
So any attack on Belarus would be a direct attack on Russia.
You know what he just said, Doc?
And he said, we'll respond to this
with all the means at our disposal, he said.
What Putin said today to Poland is,
if you want to steal Western Ukraine, go for it.
We're not going to fight you over it.
We're not here to take over Ukraine.
Yep, that's basically it.
What he said is, if you want to take Western Ukraine, do it.
But if you touch Belarus, you're going to be in a fight with us.
So he drew the line at Belarus and said, over here, you don't come over here.
We'll let you take Western Ukraine.
We're not going to dispute it.
We're not going to fight you over it.
You can have it.
But don't come to Belarus. We're not going to dispute it. We're not going to fight you over it. You can have it. You can have it, but don't come to Belarus. We'll fight. So he established boundaries. Right. And what Poland heard was we can take western Ukraine. You got it. Now,
you know, Poland has, as Mr. Putin says, dreams of occupying maybe portions of Belarus. But
I caught a video today of Vladimir Putin talking about Poland. You know, the whole idea is, well,
this is traditional territory that belonged to Poland, you know, like Rick said, 600,000 years
ago. But Vladimir Putin reminded Poland that there are parts of Poland that didn't always used to be Poland.
They were part of Russia.
And so we have this video clip here. Сталина Польша получила значительные земли на Западе, земли Германии. Это именно так. Западные
территории нынешней Польши — это подарок Сталина полякам. Наши друзья в Варшаве подзабыли об этом. Okay, and I'll interpret that for you.
We're going to let you have Western Ukraine.
I'm not going to fight you over it.
If you cross the line and try to take Belarus,
we're going to cross the line and take back what Stalin gave you.
That's what I heard, too.
They may have forgotten about that part of history, but I want to remind you.
We'll remind you remind you and so when we're marching we're going to take back what used to be russia he didn't say they're
going to do it now the inference is if you cross over into belarus then the fight is on and if the
fight is on we'll set the rules and we're going to we're going to declare that
the rules are we take back land that russia gave you after world war ii after world war ii
but at the end of the day putin gave permission to poland to take western ukraine and you know why
he wants to speed up
the end of the war.
He's actually
increasing Poland's appetite.
I have to admit, it is.
What he's doing, Doc's he's he he gave poland permission
today so if poland is salivating over getting western ukraine and they heard this today and
you know they did and in their intelligence agencies and their military meetings they're saying the same thing that we're saying.
Putin just gave us permission to take Western Ukraine.
He also told us if we take Belarus, he's coming into Poland.
Let's just take Western Ukraine,
but we can't take Western Ukraine until the war ends.
So let's not extend this war much longer.
Because he just gave us Western Ukraine. Right. Now you understand why
Progozin and the Wagner Group are sitting on the border
in Belarus right now. Just a reminder to the
Poles, hey, this is the line
here. Go West west young man go west young man you don't you don't want
to come over here or in this case go east so yeah go east uh one more story on world war three and
and on the eastern um front this also russia today russia could target german tank manufacturing plant in ukraine
yes i guess so yeah so the germans are planning on big uh building instead of shipping tanks
there we'll just build them right in ukraine so according to rt russia plans for german defense
giant rime metal to build a tank factory factory in Ukraine have faced opposition from the Russian
foreign ministry. Russian foreign ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova referred to the
proposed factory as a global provocation and expressed concerns about its vulnerability to
potential Russian strikes. Rheinmetall CEO Armin Poppiger downplayed the threat, stating that the
factory would be treated like any other Ukrainian defense facility. Well, that's the way the Russians would look at it too.
Plans for the construction of a tank factory in Ukraine by German
defense giant Rheinmetall would constitute a global
provocation. Such a plant, if it is built, will be a
legitimate target for the Russian forces on par with any other
object of the Ukrainian defense ministry.
She said that on a briefing yesterday.
I have a feeling that plan is not going to be built. No. This is not going to happen.
Something changed today
with Putin's remarks.
He offered Poland
Western Ukraine.
Zelensky's out of the picture.
I mean, he's a non-player.
Right. He can be
king of the Kiev Republic.
Everybody would probably be happy
with that. He could still be Winston
Churchill just in Kiev.
Just in Kiev.
This next one, guys in control, Eddie, I got this out of order.
I want to go down to number 35, Yonhap News.
North Korea warns U.S. nuclear marine visit to South Korea may fall under conditions for its nuke use.
Yes, so Yonhap News is reporting that North Korea's defense chief has criticized the
visit of a U.S. nuclear-capable submarine to South Korea, and he warned that this visit may
meet the conditions for North Korea's use of nuclear weapons. That's according to their nuclear
force policy. The defense chief emphasized that the submarine's deployment posed a direct nuclear
threat to North Korea and warned that the situation has become critical and dangerous.
And we have a quote from the defense minister.
He said, I remind the U.S. military of the fact that the ever-increasing visibility
of the deployment of the strategic nuclear submarine and other strategic assets
may fall under the conditions of the use of nuclear weapons
specified in the DPRK law on nuclear
force policy.
And that's coming from North Korean Defense Minister Kang Seung-num.
And Kang pointed out that the North's nuclear doctrine allows for the execution of necessary
procedures in cases where a nuclear attack is launched against it or is judged that the
use of nuclear weapons against it is imminent
the quote is the u.s military side should realize that its nuclear assets have entered extremely
dangerous waters
few people paying attention to what's going on on the Korean Peninsula.
Doc, we have a nuclear submarine there.
And what the North Koreans said today is.
Well, basically, from their perspective, you guys are parking a nuclear silo off the coast.
Yes, that's what they're saying.
You got it. And to them, that's a provocation.
And you may not agree with it,
but from their perspective,
that's a nuclear provocation.
Is it possible we may see a nuclear strike
on a U.S. nuclear submarine?
Well, what I'm hearing from North Korea
is that they consider it a threat.
I saw a story yesterday.
I don't recall the publication. Probably
one of the Jewish publications in Israel. But it's just that the U.S.
military is preparing for war with Iran.
Now, it might be just one of those propaganda stories, and I didn't delve
into it. I saw the headlines. I had so many other projects I was working on.
But how many wars are we fighting right now what would hey the more wars the more
one more money the warmongers make so um speaking of warmongers uh i want to i like showing you
propaganda and not that i let me rephrase that i We don't like promoting propaganda.
We like exposing propaganda.
So this next article, this is from Newsweek,
and this is full propaganda today.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. replaces Donald Trump
as Russia's favorite candidate.
Over in Moscow, they don't want Trump anymore.
They want Kennedy.
They're shouting Kennedy, Kennedy, Kennedy in the Kremlin.
Putin's got a big old Kennedy 2024 button.
The dead have got a Kennedy bumper sticker on his limousine.
There's the propaganda.
They're changing it right it's no longer trump is
a russian stooge the russians tried to rig the election to get trump in the white house what
they're going to tell you now is the russians are trying to rig the American elections to elect Kennedy. So who are
they afraid of now? That's telling me, Doc, they fear Kennedy more than Trump now. They've switched
their target. Kennedy's the man that they fear now. They see that they have put trump out of business they've got him tied up with he's got 37
indictments on him right now and more to come and i'm just saying what how they see it they see it
like hey we've done our job we have donald trump we got him wrapped in chains. He's not going anywhere.
We got to do something about Kennedy.
I know.
Let's save Putin for Kennedy.
Let's get that out there in the headlines.
Let's get the Democrat members of the House and Senate talking about Kennedy as a Russian stooge.
Let's get the TV comedians making jokes about Kennedy and Putin.
Oh, man.
Can you imagine that?
I mean.
That's what they're going to do to him.
And why?
Who did he challenge?
The Democrat Party.
Oh, more than the Democrat Party.
I told you, when he said something in the past week, he crossed the line.
He crossed the line.
And they have marked him. The magic word.
They have marked him for extinction.
Even though tomorrow he's going to be appearing with Rabbi Shmuley in New York.
Doesn't matter.
He's easy.
He'll probably be doing a holocaust museum tour next week too so
wall street journal reporting that the federal judge has set may 24 may 2024 as the trial date
for donald trump's document case and that's going to be the earliest. It could be delayed even further than that. Well, he wanted it delayed after the election.
And the opposition wanted it as early as December.
So according to a recent article in the Wall Street Journal, a federal judge here in Florida
has set a trial date of May 2024 for former President Donald Trump's criminal case
involving his handling of classified documents after leaving office.
Now, Mr. Trump's attorneys had argued that he would not receive a fair trial until after the election.
The decision to schedule the trial for May 2024 ensures that the proceedings are going to be right dead smack in the middle of the election cycle.
And about two months before the Republican convention.
Right.
And he's going to be tied down in court trials.
Judge Cannon down here in Fort Pierce,
she said earlier today that this would give enough time
to the Trump legal team to get all the materials together
that they need to provide a defense you know in order to answer
some of the different things she felt like the december uh proposed date that definitely was
not enough time for this but she was also very much opposed to doing it after the election but
there will probably be delays on this and we could see it right around election time of 2024 which where it would probably land
at some point uh one big story from yesterday that we didn't have time to cover i'm sure you've heard
it um but the biden uh 10 million dollar bribe this is a new york post from yesterday um And Burisma chief said he was coerced to pay Joe and Hunter a total of $10 million, $5 million each.
And he also said that Hunter was dumb and his dog was smarter than Hunter.
That's right.
Well, this all goes back to the FD 1023 document that we've heard about for the past month.
According to documents released by Senator Chuck Grassley and reported by the New York Post,
Ukrainian gas company Burisma Holdings owner Mykola Zolchevsky claimed in 2016 to an FBI informant
that he paid a $10 million bribe to both President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden. So, Chesky reported, stated that both Joe and Hunter Biden were involved
in instructing him to keep Hunter on Burisma's board.
These allegations raised questions about the Biden's family relationship with Burisma.
The owner of Ukrainian gas company Burisma Holdings told the FBI informant in 2016
during a meeting at a coffee shop in Vienna that it cost
five million to pay one Biden and five million to another Biden. And that's according to a redacted
FD 1023 form. Zolchevsky made some comment that although Hunter Biden was stupid and his,
Zolchevsky's dog was smarter, Zolchevsky needed to keep Hunter Biden on Burisma's board
so everything will be okay, the document says.
Now, according to the report, the source then inquired
whether Hunter Biden or Joe Biden told Zolchevsky
he should retain the younger Biden.
Zolchevsky replied, they both did.
Doc, this testimony
in the last several days
has changed the dynamics
of this debate about
corruption of the Bidens.
The Republicans are now
openly talking about impeaching
and removing Joe Biden
from the White House.
Up until today, it was mostly Marjorie Taylor Greene,
Lauren Boebert, Matt Gaetz, and just a handful of Republicans.
Now it's moving up the food chain in the Republican Party.
More senior members of the House are talking about impeachment
because they have the evidence now.
They now have the evidence.
They have FBI documents.
Yes.
They've got enough evidence now to impeach the FBI director
and the attorney general.
They have serious evidence right now
that could impeach a number of people so in this uh this
next story this is a fox news uh the republican calls to impeach biden grow following release of
fbi document detailing bribery allegations remember this is the document that the fbi said didn't exist
or that you can only see in a sealed room but that the FBI said didn't exist.
Or that you can only see in a sealed room.
But in the beginning, it didn't exist.
In the beginning, the FBI said it did not exist.
They lied.
Then when there was proof that it did exist, they said, okay, you can look at it, but you can't touch it.
Sounds like a little kid.
And we're going to black out all the names and amounts and everything that's important.
We're going to black it out.
But the Republicans finally got their hands on the document.
They have enough.
There's enough evidence in here.
A prosecutor could put the Bidens in jail.
They could lock them up with the evidence that they have in these documents.
So we're now seeing the calls for impeachment. We have a short clip from Fox News.
This is, do you remember?
I think it's Jim Banks.
Jim Banks talking about impeaching Joe Biden.
Would you impeach the sitting president over this if it came to that?
Well, probably yes, where it sits today, and I'll tell you why.
There are at least seven or eight additional indicia that Joe Biden was involved in Hunter Biden's business.
And this provides the quid pro quo. There are tapes
purportedly out there. There's 17 of them, which, by the way, is a number that the FBI had redacted
originally when I saw the document. But the point is, you have a series of different witnesses,
whether it's Rob Walker, where it's the AUSA, or whether it's the Ziegler
and the other whistleblower, Schaefeli, who basically said they believed it was Joe Biden
that was involved here. And that leads us to move to an impeachment inquiry. And that's really where
the first step is. So you flush it out a little bit more.
That was representative Andy Biggs, not Jim Banks.
Doc, here we are in July 2023.
We have unprecedented presidential corruption.
Right.
We're on the verge of war with Russia.
Nuclear war. We have a communist revolution in full bloom in the united states we have an economy in turmoil our major cities
are collapsing full of drugs and crime and the democrats are gutting the cities and releasing
criminals from prison and ending bail like they did in Illinois.
And you've got transvestites defiling little children in schools and libraries.
And it goes on and on and on and on.
And what is Utah Republican Senator Mitt Romney doing about it?
We're going to show you. Here's Senator Romney.
Well, as you all know, today is National Hot Dog Day. And perhaps you also know that hot dog is
my favorite meat. I love hot dogs. I love them in buns. I love them outside of buns. I love them
with baked beans. I just like hot dogs. It's the best, you know, meat there is without question.
So to all of you who, like me, are celebrating National Hot Dog Day, congratulations to you.
And may there be many, many more hot dogs served in our wonderful land.
Doesn't that make you feel better?
He was amazing.
He could have been the president.
Could have been president.
He could have been president. He could have been president.
That's who they put up against, Barack Obama.
I came home for a visit from Korea.
I'd been in Korea for almost three years.
I came home for a visit for about a month.
2008?
Yeah. And so there's there's Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan, Eddie Munster running for president.
And I'm just I'm going back to Korea. You know, you got a guy wearing one wearing magic underwear.
The other one looks like Eddie Munster. This is the best the Republicans could do.
No wonder Obama won. And he was very excited about hot dogs.
Yes. Very excited. Very excited. In fact and he was very excited about hot dogs yes very excited very
excited about in fact a little too excited about hot now i'm a fan of hot dogs myself i like hot
dogs and well i'm not making a video about hot dogs i'm not going to do it um if you received
an email from us in the past two months about invitation to zoom call meetings then on monday
monday morning you're going to receive another email from me and it will have instructions in it
how to access your new account if you don't know what we're talking about most of you don't because
only the people that attended the zoom calls know what we're doing.
But I will tell you this, we're launching a new platform.
And it's the unofficial launch is Monday.
It's a soft launch on Monday.
And we have selected a group of people that support True news to give them access to the platform
before we open it up to the general public.
So it's going to open up to the public in the sea,
August 20,
21st,
I think,
isn't it?
I think it's the 21st.
Yeah.
So,
um,
yeah,
that'll be,
that'll be the official launch day for the general public.
But if you received an email from me inviting you to a Zoom call meeting, you are being given access before the general public.
The way you will get inside the platform on Monday is to follow the instructions that's in the email that's coming to you on Monday.
Think of the platform as a clubhouse
and you're being given membership in a new club now the club the clubhouse is brand new we just
constructed it so the paint is still fresh we haven't moved all the furniture in yet there's
very little furniture inside we've we've hung some paintings on the wall. That's about it. You're going to see that Monday when you get inside. It's not going to have a lot of stuff there. But every day, every day over the next me is the ability for us, for Doc and me and
others to go live any place that we're at in the world, just to go live and start talking
to you. And, and also to open up that we could have a, you know, we could have kind of like,
kind of like a zoom-like call with nine or 10 people involved in the call. So you could also be chosen to be in a presentation with us,
a discussion.
We're going to be very,
very creative in how we use it.
A new way of doing morning manna,
a new way of,
of having church services.
Our new Zion church is going to change to Daniel 11 Church. That's coming up this fall. And we've
got a lot of other plans on the drawing board. We're very excited. The new Remnant Ready podcast
is coming in the fall also. I'm going to be doing a neighborhood called Rick's Books. I've got like 5,000 old books in my office.
And each day, I'm just going to pull a book off the shelf. It might be a book written in 1850.
It might be a book written in 1690. I've got them all over the place, you know, and I'm just
going to pull something off my shelf and just talk to you about what's in those
books about the church about doctrine the kingdom of god or maybe american history and we're going
to learn together we're going to do bible studies together there's a lot that's going to be done
on this platform and i'm very excited about it is the biggest thing we've done in the 25 year history of this ministry.
It is big for us
and we're very excited about launching it.
So if you received the invitation
to attend a Zoom call,
then you will receive
a special invitation on Monday
to have first look, sneak peek at the new platform.
And we're giving you a special gift.
It's all there in the email that's coming out to you on Monday.
And I'm excited about it.
It's going to be a new way for us to present information.
We're going to continue with True News as we are, but we're also going to be able to do new things.
We can go live if something's happening, you know, at 10 p.m.
Some major event, Doc and I can go live from our homes.
We don't have to come running into the studio and get employees.
We just go live on our own platform.
There's a lot of things that we'll be able to do.
Yes. just go live on our own platform there's a lot of things that we'll be able to do yes and if doc has
an inspired thought about the word of god and he just wants to teach he can go live okay this is
there's no hard fast rules and formats that we have to follow in this platform right and so
we've been doing some test driving around the track over the past week, week and a half.
And I'm telling you, it's it's going to you're going to love it.
You will love it. And so so for our friends and partners that have been with us for many years and you'll receive a special email Monday.
So be watching Monday morning for that email that will give you access to the new platform.
That's right.
And remember, the clubhouse is empty on Monday, okay?
The paint is still wet.
We just laid the carpet.
We're still hanging paintings on the wall.
Very few of the rooms in the clubhouse have furniture.
Be patient with us. We want you to watch us over the
next month fill up the clubhouse. We want you to see it happening so that by the time we open the
doors to the public on August 21st, we will have a lot of content inside our new platform. Grow
together with us. We love you very much. make sure you watch doc this week this sunday
i'm talking about what's your sermon this sunday it's the remnant of god so you had inspired me
about a week and a half ago about the remnant and so i just dug down in the scriptures all the
references to the remnant and so good learn some great things from that and so by the way if you
ever want a copy of any of the messages, a text
version of it, you can always send an email
to info at tree news. I'll be glad to send you
one. We've had a lot of people
have been asking and so I'd be
happy to send you a copy.
And as always,
use the weekend to be
quiet with the Lord. Spend time with your family.
Turn off the noise and listen to that still, small voice of the Lord and let him speak to your heart.
We'll see you Monday.
God bless.
God bless. We'll be right back.
