Ukrainian President Zelensky is in Washington tonight
meeting with President Joe Biden.
He will address the U.S. Congress later tonight
to beg for more money and weapons,
including long-range missiles to strike Russia.
Democrats and Republicans in Washington are united in their determination to give Mr. Zelensky
anything and everything he requests, no matter the cost, including the cost of getting America
into a war with Russia. Meanwhile, the Russian Defense Ministry produced and released a music video
boasting of the destruction of America and NATO.
Let's start with Mr. Zelensky's trip to Washington to plead for dollars and missiles.
We have NBC News.
This is late this afternoon.
Zelensky and Biden kickoff show of unity and force with Oval Office meeting.
Doc, nice cozy December Christmastime meeting.
Fireplace.
In front of the fireplace.
Talking about missiles and death and destruction and war.
Nothing like a fireside chat at Christmas time
about how can we make this war bigger?
How can we make the world more dangerous?
How can we keep this war going and not end it?
Nobody's talking about ending the war.
No, everybody's talking about ramping it up.
Just days before Christmas,
days before we celebrate peace on earth, supposedly,
we're talking about war on earth.
Hey, I want to encourage everybody,
watch our Friday program this week
because Doc and I tell a true story
about how a Christmas carol stopped fighting
in World War I for one week.
It is an amazing story.
The singing of Silent Night, Holy Night,
brought an end to fighting at Christmastime 1914.
For one week, the men on both sides of the war
refused to shoot each other.
They hugged each other.
They exchanged gifts.
They buried each other's dead.
They only went back to war
because the warmongers back home in their countries
were furious, demanding that they get back to war because the warmongers back home in their countries were furious, demanding that
they get back to killing people. But if it was left up to the guys on the battlefield,
they wanted peace. They didn't want to kill the other guys.
Yeah, let's sing Christmas carols.
Yeah, so why don't we sing Christmas carols right now? If we could get Joe Biden and Mr. Zelensky to break out in a Christmas carol, Silent Night,
and we'll get Mr. Putin singing Silent Night in Russia, maybe we might have peace on earth.
It worked in 1914.
Unplanned, spontaneous, just the move of God when the world had its first world war.
So be sure to be listening and watching on Friday.
This coming Friday.
And so the next story is Fox News.
President Biden to deliver Patriot missiles to Ukraine as Zelensky visits Washington.
There's no big surprise.
Everybody has known that the U.S. is going to give Patriot missiles to Ukraine.
So President Biden's administration will send Patriot missiles to Ukraine for the first time on Wednesday as Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky visits Washington to address Congress.
That's happening later tonight. the country's most advanced air defense system, will come as part of a new $2 billion security aid package for Ukraine
that Mr. Biden is expected to announce today, which we'll talk about here in just a minute.
Zelensky left Ukraine to visit Washington for the first time since Russia's invasion of his country began in February.
Now, Congress has already approved $65 billion in aid for Ukraine,
but lawmakers are now debating an additional $45 billion. Senate Minority Leader Mitch
McConnell is all in on supporting Ukraine, while Republicans in the House have expressed
moderate skepticism. He said, quote, providing assistance for Ukrainians to defeat the Russians is the
number one priority. He said, number one priority, Rick, for the United States right now,
according to most Republicans, Mr. McConnell told reporters.
That's Mitch McConnell's number one priority, is war with Russia. That's his number one priority.
How about taking care of the American people?
All right. I mean, we have inflation that's out of control.
We have...
What isn't out of control in this country?
Name something that's not out of control.
Everything in the country is out of control.
And Mitch McConnell says for the Republicans,
the number one priority is to fight the Russians.
So we have a total package there combined together, $110 billion to protect Ukraine's
border when we can't even protect our own border.
Oh, we can protect our own border.
I know we can.
But we won't.
They want an invasion of our border.
But all the money goes to Ukraine to stop the Russians from coming over their border.
No, Mr. McConnell, that's not what we want. We don't want war with Russia. And you don't
represent my views. And neither do the Democrats. It's time all of them go away. And we need a peace party
in America. Right. We've got two war parties. Yeah. No, we got one war party. Yes. The Democrat,
Republican, perpetual war, corruption, sleaze and pedophilia party. That's what we have.
Some things in this article, Doc,
well first of all my thought is,
well Mr. Zelensky, he was wearing his T-shirt there today,
so he flew all the way over,
you know the Pentagon flew him here.
Yes, I know that.
Our military flew Zelensky to America.
Yes.
Why does he qualify for a U.S. military transportation perk?
Maybe it's a U.S. war.
Maybe that's part of it.
But yes, we flew him.
We made the arrangements.
So he left Ukraine so fast he didn't have time to pack?
I guess so, except his BVDs, I guess. He's going to the White House to beg for
money and missiles. He's going to speak before the United States Congress, and he didn't pack
a suit and tie, right? Right. Does the Congress have a dress code? Yes, I would assume so. I never
see anyone that's not properly attired when they enter Congress or if they're speaking to Congress.
Unless you're a clown.
Right.
Clowns get to wear costumes.
So he's in his costume.
The other thing that was on my mind as you were reading this is Mr. Biden is giving away Patriot missiles.
What are Patriot missiles?
Why did we spend money building them?
What are they supposed to do?
They're supposed to defend us from...
Defend who?
Americans.
America.
They're supposed to defend America.
So the American people
spent a lot of money in our tax money
to build Patriot missile launchers
and the missiles to defend America.
Right.
So we're giving them away.
Do we have extra ones?
Is there like a big warehouse somewhere filled to the ceiling with Patriot missiles and missile launchers?
I would assume that there's a limited supply.
I mean, we give a lot to our, and sell a lot to our NATO allies.
But we don't have a warehouse full of them.
I would assume not. And
missiles cost $3 million each.
So where I'm going with this, Doc,
is if there's not
a warehouse
with surplus
Patriot missiles,
then we took them
from someplace that needed them.
Biden is taking Patriot missiles from some location,
some strategic location where they were placed there
for a specific purpose, to defend America.
He's removed them.
I see what you're saying now.
He's weakened our defense to strengthen Ukraine's defense.
Yes, yes.
Why is nobody talking about this?
And I'll tell you where he's taking them from.
He's taking them from Asia.
And who is he making stronger? He's making China stronger. I hadn't even considered that aspect of it at all.
He's removing the Patriot missiles out of Asia
and sending them to Ukraine, thereby weakening American defenses in Asia.
And for the cause of strengthening Ukraine.
But this war wouldn't be necessary
if the US and NATO would have simply been reasonable
and negotiated with the Russians to just put the Russians at ease.
You don't have to worry. There will not be any military bases in Ukraine. There won't be any
NATO missiles. There's not going to be any NATO troops in Ukraine. No NATO membership. No NATO
membership. We don't want a war. We'll sign an agreement with you. And you promise never to
invade Ukraine. That's all that had to be done, Doc. And none of this war would have happened.
And, you know, we're not just going to send one Patriot missile battery, even though that's what
Mr. Biden said today. That's like the gateway drug for more Patriot missile batteries. And that means,
once again, that we're weakening other areas.
With every Patriot missile battery we send to Ukraine.
What's one going to do?
Right.
In an entire country, what does one do?
That's like the free one you give to get the ticket going.
Right.
So Biden is weakening American defenses
by giving away the Patriot missiles to Ukraine.
We've got a video of Joe Biden bragging that he's going to be giving away American
missiles. Let's watch.
We're going to continue to strengthen Ukraine's ability to defend itself, particularly air defense.
And that's why we're going to be providing Ukraine with Patriot
missile battery and training your forces to be able to accurately use it.
Together with our partners, we're also going to continue to impose costs on the Kremlin
and we'll support Ukraine in pursuing a just peace.
President Zelensky, the United States stands with the brave people in Ukraine.
We stand with you and you've been a great leader.
And by the way, we have a famous thing that occurs once a year.
We pick the man of the year in Time magazine.
You are the man of the year in the United States of America.
So welcome.
You have a lot to talk about.
The floor is yours.
Thank you so much, Mr. President.
It's a great honor for me to be here.
Well, he didn't wear a T-shirt.
He at least put on a sweater.
I'm very proud of him there.
Man of the Year, Time Magazine Man of the Year.
Well, Hitler was Man of the Year in 1939.
Well, Mr. Biden said he was Man of the Year for America.
All right.
And so that's even beyond Time magazine.
So, well, part of the visit by Mr. Zelensky is not just to meet with President Joe Biden and pick up the latest check,
but also to talk to Congress about future checks as well.
So Mr. Zelensky, of course, arrived in the U.S. today and met with Mr. Biden before a speech to Congress later tonight.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is paying a dramatic visit to the U.S. today,
using his first trip outside his homeland since it was invaded 300 days ago to rally his top international partner behind sustained military and economic assistance.
They want it sustained.
Yes.
Long-lasting.
Yes.
Which means there's no end in sight.
That's correct.
The trip, which the U.S. and Ukrainian officials arranged in secret over the past week,
came with some heavy risk.
After arriving in Poland by train,
Mr. Zelensky flew to Washington aboard an American
military aircraft. He arrived in the U.S. shortly after midday. A source familiar with his travels
told CNN. A separate source said he landed at Joint Base Andrews just outside the nation's
capital. So he gets to use the U.S. military and the U.S. base. And so, now, the visit by the Ukrainian leader to Washington,
expected to last only a matter of hours,
he was just here for a few hours, Rick,
amounts to a remarkable moment 10 months
since Russia's war in Ukraine began.
You know, so, Doug, this month, December,
this was one year ago,
December 2021.
The Russians made one last attempt to negotiate a peace settlement before war erupted.
One last time in December of 21.
Go back and look at the news articles.
You won't find the news articles in America.
You have to go to other
world sources and you'll find the articles
where the Russians were
reaching out to
America and NATO
and Britain and France and Germany
and saying, we're putting it in
writing. They presented
a written document
from Vladimir Putin and said, these are our concerns.
These are our red lines.
We want to resolve this matter.
And Joe Biden and the deep state of America and the whole deep state of NATO, every NATO
country, they told
Vladimir Putin and the Russians
to take a walk.
And that's why we're
in a war.
Had they been reasonable men,
had they been
statesmen,
statesmen would have negotiated a peace.
But they wanted war.
They wanted war.
And now we have it.
And they are determined
to keep this war going because
just from the Pentagon's...
One reason the Pentagon would go over to
Ukraine and get him
is that the Pentagon's budget has been inflated by billions of dollars this year.
Look at the weapons and the money that has been flowing through the Pentagon to get weapons to Ukraine.
This is a shopping feast for the Pentagon.
They're calling all these arms dealers,
these defense contractors,
hey, Johnny, we got another $2 billion to spend.
What you got over there?
Start the production lines back up.
Yeah, it's big money.
It's big money in war.
And so the Pentagon wants this war to keep going,
and they're enjoying watching
Russia be bleeded out. They don't care about Ukraine. They just want to bleed out Russia.
But I'm going to show you where this is going, how dangerous this is.
What else we got in this? Because I picked out a couple of things in this article. This was a CNN
report today. Well, John Kirby was on CNN this
morning and he made this statement. He said, the president really believes that as we approach
winter, as we enter a new phase in this war of Mr. Putin's aggression, that this is a good time
for the two leaders to sit down face to face and talk. Now, when he's talking about the two leaders,
he's not talking about Biden and Putin. He's talking about
Biden and Zelensky
sitting down face-to-face.
So he's saying,
Kirby, Mr. Kirby is saying,
a new phase of this war
is starting this winter.
Right.
What new phase?
Well, some new phase
that requires Patriot
missile batteries.
And long-range missiles.
Right.
Now, this trip was pulled together quickly by American
and Ukrainian officials over the past 10 days. And the wartime visit is meant to demonstrate in
stirring fashion the continued American commitment to Ukraine at a moment when Biden's ability to
maintain that support at home and abroad is being tested, saying that Biden will reinforce the fundamental message on this trip
to President Zelensky directly, to the Ukrainian people,
the American people, and the world publicly,
that the United States will stand with Ukraine for as long as it takes,
a senior administration official said.
No discussion of negotiations.
Right. But has he convinced the American people? And no discussion of negotiations.
Right.
But has he convinced the American people?
I mean, if you took a poll today, a real poll,
where you asked real questions and got real answers,
took a poll today of the American people,
how many would say, hey, let's keep funding the war in Ukraine?
Probably at least half.
I don't think the people, the public doesn't care.
Because it hasn't impacted them. It has not impacted,
but the Russian ICBMs?
Well, wait till the recession kicks in.
The recession is going to kick in in January.
I mean, it's already starting.
Everybody's, you know,
the boat is leaking.
The holes are springing forth water.
The layoffs are just starting.
Right.
And so after Christmas,
after all the receipts have been tallied up,
everybody's trying to start counting the cost,
and that's when the bloodbath begins.
That might change a lot of people's attitudes
about where money is being spent.
But it's not going to change the politicians.
That's exactly right.
Since when do they listen to the people?
The people don't elect them.
Do you think the people elect these clowns?
Of course not.
The elections are rigged.
I no longer believe that national
and statewide elections are fair and honest.
They're rigged.
I think you can still get elected fairly on the local level.
Or the mosquito control board.
Yeah, local city council, state legislature.
But when you get to the governorship and House and Senate and presidency, those elections are rigged.
I just don't believe we have freedom in this country anymore.
We might as well have elections like Iraq.
Saddam Hussein got 94% of the vote.
But there was an election.
There was an election.
And he said it was fair.
Even though.
And election deniers were put to death.
And that's where we're at now in America.
You challenge the corruption, and they won't physically put you to death.
They'll just politically, economically, socially put you to death.
They'll assassinate your name.
Next one is, this is Reuters.
Ukraine's Zelensky arrives in Washington seeking weapons.
Shopping list.
Yes.
And look at this.
Zelensky arrived to meet Joe Biden, address Congress, and seek weapons, weapons, and more weapons.
And that's from his political advisor.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Washington Wednesday to meet President Joe Biden, address Congress, and seek weapons, weapons, and more weapons in his first overseas trip since Russia invaded Ukraine.
His political advisor, Mikhail Poldolyak, showed the high degree of trust between the two countries
and offered him the opportunity to explain what weapons Kiev needed.
He said, quote, weapons, weapons, and more weapons.
It is important to personally explain
why we need certain types of weapons,
Podoliak said.
In particular, armored vehicles,
the latest missile defense systems,
and, to top it off,
long-range missiles.
Yeah, those missiles that can reach Moscow.
That's what Zelensky's in town tonight asking for.
Right.
Give me something to reach Moscow.
Doc, you know he's there tonight asking for it.
And you know that there are a lot of people in Congress that right now want to give it to him.
They're just itching for a war with Russia.
They are.
Did we find this number 16?
Is this the video of how he got?
Right.
So he traveled by train across Ukraine to Poland.
And then from Poland, he was transported to the U.S.
And so this is him apparently crossing over into Poland
or from Langley or wherever he was transported from today.
The Russians didn't know he was on the train.
You know, that's the whole crazy thing here. Now, you've got to know that they knew that he was traveling. You've got to know it.
So anyway, if there can be video of it, you got to know the Russians knew it.
So one last Zelensky story, Doc, he's now accusing Russia of ecocide, murdering nature. He's murdering earth now. Yes. And he wants a legal
criminal indictment against Putin and Russia for ecocide, the murder of the earth.
This is not a joke. I know he's a comedian, but this is not a joke. He really is accusing Putin of murdering the earth.
Now, to become more serious, we take a look at how the Russians are reacting to all this war talk.
Here's Moscow Times.
Mr. Putin says Russia will improve nuclear combat readiness. So in response to the Zelensky visit,
Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday
that Russia would continue developing its military potential
and the combat readiness of its nuclear forces
as Moscow's offensive in Ukraine
continue to face severe challenges.
The armed forces and combat capabilities of our armed forces
are increasing constantly and every day.
And this process, of course, we will build upon, Mr. Putin said during a televised meeting with Russia's military top brass.
Why, Doc, why would President Putin call in the highest ranking military leaders of Russia and tell them,
gentlemen, I want you to increase our nuclear combat readiness.
He's planning to do something.
He's planning to use them.
And Moscow Times, too,
you notice they shaded the story
a little bit there.
You said, well,
the defeat of Russian forces in Ukraine.
Well, Moscow Times is a U.S.-funded propaganda.
They make it look like it's a Russian newspaper.
It's a U.S. website.
But I still go there for information.
You can still find corn on the cob there.
Yeah, yeah.
Go ahead, Doug.
Well, I was going to say, it went on to say that he added
that Russia would also improve
the combat readiness
of our nuclear triad.
So the Russian leader highlighted
the new Zircon hypersonic cruise missile,
which Russian troops will be able to use
starting in January, Rick.
He said in early January,
the Admiral Gorshkov frigate
will be equipped with the new
Zircon hypersonic missile,
which has no equivalent in the world. And so they've been waiting for the implementation of
this. And now, starting in January, it's going to be available to them. So when they talk about
changing the status of the war in Ukraine, hypersonic missiles are going to change the status of the war in Ukraine.
Yeah, and a Patriot missile battery
is not going to shoot down a hypersonic missile.
Right.
This next article is very interesting.
This is Russia's Interfax News Agency.
Russia built 650 facilities
for strategic nuclear forces this year.
Right.
This year alone.
Are these silos?
It doesn't go into detail here, except it says...
They're not storage sheds.
But they're all related to the nuclear forces.
Yes.
So the military construction complex of the Russian Defense Ministry in 2022
built more than 3,000 buildings and structures, 650 of which are for strategic nuclear forces, Rick.
And that was coming from General Shogu himself.
He said the main attention is paid to the development of infrastructure for strategic nuclear forces. This year, 650 high-tech facilities were built for them,
including for the deployment of Avangard, Yars, and Sarmat missile systems,
Mr. Shogu said at an expanded meeting of the ministry's board defense of the Russian Federation on Wednesday.
Now, he said, as for the military construction complex, all plans have been fulfilled.
More than 3,000 buildings and structures have been built. The Russians have been preparing for years for this showdown with NATO.
Right. But 2022 specifically, they've ramped. And I remember back, I think it was in February and
March, where Mr. Putin called a meeting of all the defense, basically all the Russian defense contractors and said, we're in a total war situation.
For the concept of total war, that means all the resources of a nation are now at our disposal to go to war.
And this is what the Russians have done in 2022.
They've ramped it up.
They're in a total war scenario.
And in total war, you either win or you lose.
There is no let's negotiate.
So your metals, your rare earth minerals, all your supplies, anything needed to make a military weapon,
all of it was earmarked for defense purposes in Russia this year.
So if you were a factory owner and you were competing against the Russian defense ministry,
you needed the same materials. You lost. Right. Because the country is on a war mode right now,
war footing. Everything, all the resources of the country are being directed
towards getting ready for war with the United States and NATO. This next story, this Russian
Novasti work has begun on the deployment of the Sarmat ICBM. This is their newest nuclear-capable ICBM.
Right. So General Shogu spoke to this as well.
It says, in Russia, work has begun on the deployment of the latest intercontinental ballistic missile, the RS-28 Sarmat.
And that comes from Defense Minister Sergei Shogu.
And he said that at an expanded meeting of the board of the military department.
He said successful launches of a new heavy missile of the Sarmat missile system during state tests made it possible to start work on its deployment. So they're beyond the testing phase now. They're
ready for the deployment stage. Now, as President Vladimir Putin noted, the intercontinental
ballistic missile will be put on combat duty in the near future.
He said the Sarmat will replace the world's heaviest strategic missile, the Vovoda,
according to NATO classification, what they call the Satan missile.
Development work on this project began in 2011.
The new missile will be able to attack targets both through the North Pole and through the South Pole,
overcoming missile defense systems.
Now, according to Sergei Kurokhev,
commander of the Strategic Missile Forces,
the Sarmat has such unique characteristics
that will nullify the capabilities
of advanced missile defense systems.
And so they've gone beyond the testing phase now.
They're ready for the deployment stage of this.
My guess is there are probably already some that are deployed.
You don't announce you're going to deploy unless you probably already have some.
Yeah.
Doc, he also made another announcement today in that televised meeting with the Russian military leaders.
He's expanding the size of the Russian army by half a million men.
He also told the military that they will get everything it needs.
Now, he's adding 500,000 soldiers to the armed forces of Russia.
And I assure you, he's not recruiting drag queens and homosexuals and
lesbians and transvestites. They're recruiting real Russian men because they plan to go to war
against a country that has fallen into sexual immorality and lunacy and has brought transvestites and drag queens
into the military of the United States of America.
So the Russians are expanding their armed forces right now.
This was a direct order today
from Putin to the military generals,
you go get another half million men,
put them in uniform, and get them combat ready.
I want to jump down to quotes number 31 and 32.
This is Mr. Putin talking.
He said, I would like to draw the attention
of the defense minister, head of the general staff,
and all commanders who are here today.
We have no restrictions on funding.
The country and the government are giving the army
everything it is asking for.
And then he said the defense minister said it was necessary
to increase the number of combat personnel in Russia
and the Russia's army to 1.5 million troops,
an increase of $500,000.
So Putin signed off on this today.
The next story is from Russia Today.
Moscow comments on NATO presence in Ukraine.
Again, this is General Sagoop.
Right.
And you have to be naive not to see that NATO is in Ukraine.
You'd have to be, you know, pretty much blind.
Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shogu pointed to the presence of NATO staff officers and
other specialists on the front lines in the ongoing conflict in Ukraine on top of almost
$100 billion worth of pledged weapons and supplies from the military bloc countries.
He says that Russia's armed forces are presently facing allied forces of the West,
General Shogu said on Wednesday.
The U.S. and its allies supply the Kiev regime with weapons,
train its soldiers, provide intelligence, dispatch advisors and mercenaries,
and wage an information and sanctions war against us. General Shogu said NATO countries have so far expended more than $97 billion on weapons deliveries
in order to make up for what he described as considerable losses inflicted on the Ukrainian military by Russian forces.
NATO staff officers, artillery personnel, and other specialists are present in the zone of combat operations, the defense minister added.
This is really important.
Let's go back to that line, guys.
NATO staff officers, artillery personnel, and other specialists are present on the battlefield of Ukraine right now.
Directing the war against Russia.
Regardless of your position on the war.
A rational person.
Would understand that the Russians are telling us
the West is deep up to their eyeballs in this war.
And we would not have lost as many Russian soldiers
if the West had stayed out of the fight.
That's what they're saying. If you guys would have stayed out of the fight, that's what they're saying.
If you guys would have stayed out of the fight,
we would have never lost so many Russian soldiers.
Therefore, we're going to have to get revenge for their blood.
Yes.
And he's laying the case.
He's making the defense.
The whole reason why we did all this to begin with was we didn't
want NATO in Ukraine. And now they're in Ukraine. So they're going to have to do what? They're going
to have to destroy NATO. Yes. That's where it's at. If you follow the logic, you got it right, the war was to before the war
the Russians said we will not allow
NATO in Ukraine
then the war started
now NATO is in Ukraine
Russia has now been pushed
into a corner
where it has no other choice
but to destroy NATO
or be destroyed by NATO.
Right.
Because if NATO is in Ukraine now, if Russia does not take it on, next year
NATO will be in Russia.
Yes.
Russia will be in NATO and NATO will be in Russia.
Yeah. So they know that their survival is at stake.
And that's why I'm trying to get across to our audience the danger level, because the
Russians perceive that their survival is at stake right now.
Yeah.
No matter what you believe about the Russians, whether you think they're the devil or you
think that Vladimir Putin's the savior, either way, you need to understand about the Russians. Whether you think they're the devil or you think that Vladimir Putin's the savior.
Either way, you need to understand
what the Russians believe is their survival is on the line.
It's a bear.
Okay, it's a bear.
A bear is ferocious.
I've never hunted bear.
I don't want to hunt bear.
There's nothing the bear has. I don't have anything in
the squirrels, but not a bear. Okay. You wound a bear and you get that bear cornered. And especially
that bear, if that's a mother bear with young cubs,
and she's wounded, and her cubs are at stake,
and you keep coming at her,
she is going to tear into you and shred you to pieces
because that's the only thing she's got left to do.
Even if it kills her doing it.
Yes, even if she dies doing it.
And that's where Russia is right now.
Regardless of how you feel about Russia,
Russia is a bear.
And it's been wounded by the United States
and NATO.
And it is
it's mad and it's afraid.
It's mad, afraid
and threatened.
A bear.
It's extremely dangerous.
It's extreme.
And Joe Biden tonight,
and Mitch McConnell tonight,
and Chuck Schumer tonight,
and Kevin McCarthy tonight.
All of them.
All of them are with Zelensky plotting
how to get more blood out of that bear.
And they risk that all of us die.
All of us.
Because the bear will strike out and rip us to pieces.
Even if the bear is killed.
Because they've said, if there's no Russia in the world...
There ain't going to be no world.
That's how far they're willing to go.
Whether you believe them or not, that's where...
That's their thinking.
That's your thinking.
You have to know how the other guy is thinking in a fight.
Right.
Now, General Shogu said something else in his remarks
that we probably need to pay real close attention to.
It's number 37 for control.
He said, you know, more than 500 satellites are working to provide intelligence
to the Ukrainian military, of which only 70 are purely military
and the rest are dual purpose, according to General Shogun.
Well, what he's saying is that 500 Western satellites are now military targets.
And many of those satellites belong to Elon Musk.
So Elon may have more time on his hands to run Twitter because Starlink may go down.
Well, you've got all the different satellites.
They're providing mapping, intelligence, communications.
So when he's saying 500 satellites,
he's saying every satellite that you're using to provide information and intelligence...
It's a military target.
It's a target.
And Russia has space-based weapons,
and they haven't used them yet.
But he's hinting that they're going to use it 500 times.
Rick, how ugly is January going to be?
I don't want to think about it.
Look, right now I'm trying to get through December.
We've got to get through December.
Then we'll get through January.
Then we'll get through February.
We've got to bring this war to an end.
And we've got to get the warmongers out of power. But you can't vote them out because the elections are rigged.
I'm not going down that road again and say, well, we're going to organize for 2024.
No, the elections are rigged. Right. And even the candidates that even talked about,
you know, let's look at this funding on Ukraine
and everything, they've already buckled after the election.
Of course.
Because they know who butters their bread.
That's right.
They're not going to provoke the regime.
That's not going to happen.
Elon Musk, he's already been told to shut up.
He's going to resign from the company he bought.
He's already been told to shut up.
Hey, Elon, you want to continue
getting those military contracts?
Take a poll and we'll let the bots decide.
And the bots will remove you and then you'll save face.
Okay, the next one here, this is Igor Gherkin.
Now, he's a prominent Russian military blogger.
And he said in an interview this week
that Russia should use tactical nuclear weapons not on Ukraine,
but on NATO nations. You see how far this has gone by the end of the year?
Doc, months ago, you had Russian military analysts on various TV shows talking about
using tactical nukes in Ukraine.
Right.
Let's say back September, October.
And they've kind of backed away from those comments, too.
But now in December, we're now seeing Russian talking heads saying,
let's skip Ukraine.
Let's just go straight for NATO.
The real enemy.
Yeah.
So let's take a look at what he said here.
So a prominent Russian military blogger critical of Russia's war effort,
in other words, he's thinking they're not doing enough,
has said that tactical nuclear weapons should be used in the conflict,
but against NATO and not Ukraine.
Igor Gherkin made the comments at the end of an interview
on the YouTube channel of Russian businessman Andrei Kovalev,
И все на Западе будут этому только аплодировать. the case there that Russia's not going to use tactical nukes in Ukraine. Why? Because they
consider that Russian territory. So where would they use tactical nukes? On NATO countries that
are providing the aggression. Paris, Berlin, London. Brussels. Yes. Washington. That's what
he's talking about. But he also says too that if we do use tactical nukes, you can bet that they're going to start using tactical nukes, too, in response.
And then where does it end, Rick?
It goes to ICBMs and the whole shooting matches up.
This next one is a video that is circulating in Russia this week.
I hope our audience, I hope most of you follow along on what we're doing and appreciate it.
You know, from time to time I see emails, people saying, you know, Rick, Doc, stop reading all these articles and,
you know, jazz up the program and get some guests on there. And, you know, I'm going to be honest
with you. I'm doing the best I can to get information to you that nobody else is giving you.
And I'm not here to entertain anybody. I'm not a news monkey. I'm not out here to dance for peanuts, okay?
I'm trying to get really serious information to you
the best I can with the small staff that we have
and the small budget that we have,
and we're showing you real news articles
and real videos that nobody in the West is seeing except a very
select group of people that are tuned in on what's really going on.
You can be sure that in government agencies and think tanks, they're seeing these things
that you and I are seeing.
But they don't want you to see it.
And that's why we're doing this.
So this next video, this is a music video
that is circulating in Russia right now on social media.
It is extremely popular.
It was produced and released by the Russian military...
The Defense Ministry.
The Defense Ministry, their Pentagon.
This is their music video.
Now, it's like almost five minutes long, and it's in Russian,
and we didn't have time to get the subtitles on.
But we're going to play about half of it.
But you don't need subtitles to figure out what they're singing.
Just your imagination will tell you what they're singing. Right. Your imagination will tell you
what they're singing. The video is
entitled, and the song is entitled
Sarmatushka.
Sarmat,
the new missile, the new ICBM.
Sarmatushka.
Some
of the lyrics,
let's put up number
40, 45, before we show the video.
We are carefully placing our Sarmat into a steel container.
The dashboard is sleeping.
The missile is awaiting command.
The Russian Sarmat is ready to strike our enemy.
It's ready to carry out an order to turn the enemy into dust. It has
one joy to disturb NATO's sleep. Those are just some of the lyrics of the song. Here's a glimpse
of this popular Russian music video.
This is Russian war propaganda for the Russian people.
Yes.
They're getting the Russian people fired up with Russian patriotic feelings.
We're going to fight for the Holy Land of Russia,
for Mother Russia. We're going to war against the enemies of the Russian Orthodox Church,
against the enemies of Christianity, against the enemies of the Russian people. And the song is meant to stir up
the patriotic feelings of the Russian people
to support the war.
I want to show you one of the quotes
where you saw Vladimir Putin.
This is the actual quote in English.
This is number 43, guys.
This is Mr. Putin saying,
we have a legitimate
right to respond. Yes,
it would be a global
catastrophe for humanity.
But why do we need
such a world in
which Russia does
not exist?
Now, that's a quote from Putin.
Right.
Now, whether you agree with it or disagree with it,
that's their doctrine.
That's their military doctrine right now.
That's their worldview.
That's their worldview.
If the West is going to destroy Russia,
then Russia is going to destroy the West.
There won't be anybody alive.
There will be total destruction worldwide,
and they are quite prepared to do it.
It is a wounded bear that's bleeding,
is very afraid, very-
But hasn't pulled out its claws yet either.
No, no, no, no.
It knows that its enemy is coming in to kill it,
to kill its young,
to take its land,
its home,
and it's already been wounded,
but it's not a fatal wound.
It's just bleeding.
It hurts.
It's bleeding.
It's angry.
It's afraid. It's angry. It's afraid.
It's paranoid.
It's a bear.
It's a bear.
Have you ever seen the size of a grizzly standing up?
Well, as a matter of fact, I saw one at, what are those?
I can't even think of it right now.
It's off the top of my head where by all the hunting gear and stuff like that,
they had a display of a grizzly bear,
10 foot tall, that thing.
You don't realize the massive size of it.
When it stands up, it's ferocious.
You grow up watching Yogi Bear on TV
and then you see a grizzly bear 10, 11 foot tall.
Same as a polar bear.
And a brown bear.
When they stand up,
they're enormous
and they're ferocious.
And the Russian bear
has not stood up yet.
But it's getting ready to.
It's getting
ready to roar.
And when its claws come out, it is going to getting ready to roar. And when its claws
come out, it is going to shred
America to pieces.
America may defeat
Russia in that war, but there
won't be anything left of either country.
We did
this for Ukraine?
For Zelensky?
This is why we're doing this.
He's worth it. Zelensky? This is why we're doing this. He's worth it.
Zelensky.
We're all going to die
for Ukraine and Zelensky.
Total madness.
Let's see.
Let's go down to...
Well, number 46, Washington Post.
No conclusive evidence Russia was behind the Nord Stream attack.
I had to check whether I was reading Washington Post or Mad Magazine reading this.
I know.
After explosions in late September, whether I was reading Washington Post or Mad Magazine reading this. I know.
After explosions in late September severely damaged undersea pipelines built to carry natural gas from Russia to Europe,
world leaders quickly blamed Moscow for a brazen and dangerous act of sabotage.
And with winter approaching, it appeared the Kremlin
intended to strangle the flow of energy to millions across the continent,
an act of blackmail.
But now after months of investigation, millions across the continent, an act of blackmail.
But now after months of investigation,
after months of investigation, it says,
that numerous officials privately say that Russia may not be able to blame
for the attack on the Nord Stream pipelines.
They said, listen to this,
there is no evidence at this point
that Russia was behind the sabotage,
said one European official,
echoing the assessment of 23 diplomatic
and intelligence officials in nine countries
interviewed in recent weeks.
Some went so far as to say
they didn't think Russia was responsible.
Others who still consider Russia a prime suspect said positively attributing the attack to any country may be impossible.
Yeah, right.
It'd be impossible to blame anybody at this point.
Seismologists have pinpointed the timing of three separate explosions on the 26th of September,
which caused four separate leaks on the two pipelines.
No one doubts that the damage
was deliberate. This is where I thought I was reading Mad Magazine. An official with the German
government, which is conducting its own investigation, said explosives appear to have
been placed on the outside of the structures, but even those with inside knowledge of the forensic
details don't conclusively leadively tie Russia to the attack.
Officials said speaking on the condition
of anonymity
to share the information,
some of which is based
on classified intelligence.
Doggone it,
we're never going to be able
to figure out
who blew up that pipeline, Rick.
It may have been Russia,
maybe not,
but we're, you know.
I would vote
for the British Navy.
I think the Brits did it.
Remember the phone call?
Yes. From Liz
to
I think
it was the Polish leader?
No, I think it was the U.S.
Oh, yes, yes. To Austin,
Lloyd Austin. Right.
And said, it's done.
It was like minutes after the explosion.
And wasn't it like an entry layer?
They talked about her phone being hacked and all this other stuff.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
And then she resigned.
Yes.
They had to get her out of there.
I want to jump down to number 56 because these articles now tell you the consequences of blowing up Russia's pipeline.
Because Russia was quite happy selling its gas to Europe.
And you know what?
Two years ago to this day, Russia had record fuel going to Europe.
They were making money hand over fist.
Two years ago to this date, I came across an article,
the record profits, 2021, December 2021.
But you had Obama, Trump, and Biden all say,
we have to stop the Russians from selling gas to the Europeans.
Who blew it up?
Who was involved? I would say my first suspect would be the person that was constantly saying, we got to stop them. That
would be the first suspect. So when I go back to this London Express, UK blackout fears grow. Has no question,
France will slash energy exports to Britain.
Great Britain buys electricity from France.
And now here we are, Doc, in December,
and they're admitting,
you know those French,
probably next month,
they're going to cut off the electricity cost.
Why? Because they need electricity. They need electricity.
They're going to keep their lights on.
Yeah, so let's look at this article.
So a nuclear expert is told to express that the likelihood the U.K. will experience blackouts is when it has grown,
after France announced delays to the repairs of its aging nuclear reactors. Paris has confirmed that maintenance halts
at two of its EDF reactors
will last for an extra four months.
Four months.
And then it may have to carry out lengthy repairs
at seven other reactors next year.
All right, so four months from now,
that puts it at the end of March
that those are out of commission.
Yes.
And so while it may appear as though this is only an issue for European partners across the channel,
Dr. Paul Dorfman, a nuclear expert from Sussex, has warned that this could have bleak consequences for Britain.
This is because the U.K. normally relies on receiving some nuclear power exports from France,
which are sent to British shores via interconnectors.
He said, but over the last few months, France's nuclear power output has plummeted
as the nation makes repairs to its nuclear reactors,
which are aging or suffering from corrosion issues.
Now, it goes on to say that while EDF has returned a number of units to service over the last few weeks,
Bloomberg is reporting that its aging plans will run much lower than their optimal capacity this particular winter.
Now, Dr. Dorfman said this means there will be no question that France will have to hold back on their usual levels of energy exports to Britain. And this could be a cause for concern as the National Grid had already
warned that if the UK fails to shore up enough energy imports this winter it may
have to roll out organized blackouts in the coldest winter months at peak times
to balance the grid and avoid a total shutdown. Now Dr. Dorfman told the
Express the ongoing safety corrosion issues have a significant impact on France
and its ability to export power.
There is no question that France will choose to light up Paris in extremeness
than to deliver power elsewhere, like to the UK, for example.
And he said, we are at the beginning of winter.
We don't know where the Russian invasion of Ukraine will go.
France's housing stock is badly insulated, and the French are only just coming to grips with the issue of energy.
They don't really understand where they are with electricity and power.
And so when asked whether these issues could make the National Grid's emergency plan,
which the network operator has argued is an unlikely worst-case scenario,
Dr. Dorfman said that it would.
He added France may have to roll out organized blackouts too.
The nuclear fleet is very old and cracking up.
France is now even importing power from Germany.
Now that's what you need to understand right there.
France is already importing power.
France is buying power from Germany.
Germany's running out of energy,
and they're selling energy to France.
France is selling it to Great Britain,
and they're all bankrupt
because they blew up Russia's pipelines.
They're all going to suffer,
and the European people are going to suffer for years
because of the lunacy of their politicians and bureaucrats.
And even winding back years earlier,
poor decisions 10, 15 years ago said,
well, we're going to get out of the nuclear energy business.
And so they started winding down their plants.
Why keep them up?
We're shutting down the nuclear plants, right?
But France was the leader in nuclear power.
Right, but they were still shutting down plants.
But they abandoned
their strength.
Why? Because of
the radical green
commie movement and the
environment movement.
It's almost, you know,
you make them so reliant
on imported energy
and tell them that, alright, shut off your power that you already have. You've reliant on imported energy and tell them that, all right,
shut off your power that you already have.
You've got all this imported energy coming in.
And then after you get them to shut down their own energy,
you cut off this bigot to the other energy.
And now you've got them in a stranglehold.
If anyone else was looking at the entire scenario,
I would say it's the US fighting Europe right now. If you were just looking at the damage scenario, I would say it's the U.S. fighting Europe right now.
If you were just looking at the damage that's being caused.
Because like Dr. Dorfman said,
we're just at the beginning of winter.
Today's the first day of winter, Rick.
That's right.
12, 21, 22.
First day of winter.
And look at how the weather is changing this week.
Yes.
Okay.
There is a possibility that we're going to have snowfall, light snowfall in Florida. Look at how the weather is changing this week. Yes. Okay.
There is a possibility that we're going to have snowfall, light snowfall in Florida.
Friday night.
By Friday night.
Right.
I've seen weather forecasts for the upper Midwest.
Two feet of snow Friday.
50, 60 mile an hour winds.
Temperature was plunging in the 30s to 40s below zero in some places in the northern tier.
So if it's happening in America
in the northern hemisphere,
it's happening in Europe too.
Right.
Kiev, something like 80% blackout today.
The capital city.
Well, Zelensky is over here begging for money.
His people are suffering
because he did the dirty work of the warmongers.
He carried out the dirty work of the warmongers
and his people are suffering tonight.
But you told me the other day
that his wife was in Paris shopping and spent $40,000.
That was the stories that was circulating here about a week and a half ago.
Where's she getting that kind of money?
Apparently she was at some event where they were garnering support for Ukraine.
And the reports were that she was out shopping at some high-end places
in Paris. Has he paid that much as president of Ukraine? That he can give
his wife $40,000 for a weekend to go shopping? He's got to have clothes Rick.
Well he doesn't have clothes. She does. She dresses pretty nice. So all the
money's going there. So not only is Germany, France, and Great Britain running out of energy for this winter,
Sweden is also in trouble.
Sweden should prepare for unprecedented power cuts.
The government said this today.
So Sweden's government on Wednesday warned households and companies
to prepare for possible power cuts this winter amid nuclear reactor outages, cold weather, and a shortfall of energy in Europe
after Russia reduced its gas exports.
Russia didn't reduce it.
That's right.
You blew up their pipeline.
And you sanctioned them.
You said, we don't want your gas.
So the risk of outages is real, and Swedes must prepare themselves for this.
That came from Minister for Civilian Defense Carl Oskar Bolland, and he spoke at a news conference.
Sweden has never been in this situation before.
He said,
And the Swedish government earlier this month urged people to use less electricity. Emergency plans must now take into account, now listen to what they're saying and
telling the Swedes here, they must take into account the possibility of short as well as
longer outages where power does not return as planned. He said those who under normal
circumstances can take care of themselves must also be able to do so in a crisis such as a power outage, Boland said.
In Scandinavia in winter.
Right.
Power. Take care of yourself.
So what do they recommend taking care of yourself in case there are some outages? Well, the official recommendation includes keeping a battery-driven radio,
flashlights, bottled water, and food that is simple to prepare.
In case of an outage, households should designate a room.
When I saw this, I was like, okay.
In case of an outage, households should designate a room in which the family can stay in
in order to preserve heat over time, the minister said.
So this is coming from a government official.
Find a room in your house where you can keep warm for a long time.
And get everybody together and hug.
In Sweden.
Thank you, Zelensky.
Thank you, Stoltenberg.
Thank you, Biden. Thank you, all you European leaders.
This is the destruction you've brought to the West. Europeans are getting it now. We're going
to get it later if we continue down this road. And Biden has every intention of getting us deeper
into this war.
And they're making the deals tonight.
As we sit here, Doc, they're making the deals tonight.
Europe is also facing the most devastating bird flu outbreak ever.
Ever.
This story.
Europe has been gripped by its most devastating ever outbreak of bird flu in the past year. That's according to European health authorities as experts study the feasibility
of vaccinations. So between October, 2021 and September, 2022, about 2,500 outbreaks of bird
flu were detected on farms in 37 European countries. And that's coming from the European
Food Safety Authority and the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control.
In that time, some 50 million birds were slaughtered on affected farms.
The toll did not include preventive calls of chickens, ducks, and turkeys
that were carried out alongside the outbreaks, the health agency told AFP.
So if you bring that math in, Rick,
you're looking at somewhere about 100 million birds
that have been culled in that time.
In one year. Yes.
And that's just in Europe alone.
This is a bigger story than they're letting on.
Okay, so we've been telling you about Russia and NATO
possibly having a nuclear war.
A couple days ago, I told you how a Pakistani politician
threatened India,
said, hey, I want to remind you,
we have atomic bombs
and they're not going to remain silent.
They're going to do what we built them to do.
Then what other country was,
oh, China, I mean, Japan and North Korea.
Right. Talking about wiping out each other.
So, hey, let's just throw in one more. And here's the Times of London. Indian army masses on
Chinese border after soldiers clash. So we'll have India and China at war also.
So India's moved an unprecedented number of troops
to the disputed border with China
after a clash between soldiers
of the two nuclear armed rivals.
So in the latest clash, the first major confrontation
for more than a year, up to 400 Chinese troops
entered the town of Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh
on the northeastern tip of India on
December 9th. Now, China considers that area part of Tibet and claims the territory as its own.
So Indian officials claim their troops had repelled the incursion after a clash
that left soldiers on both sides with minor injuries. The situation remains volatile,
however, as China steps up its military presence on the border, probing for weaknesses and moving tanks and artillery up to the frontier.
The Indian Air Force said last week that it had detected heightened Chinese air activity in the region, forcing it to deploy combat aircraft at least twice this month.
It says, it is very clear that China is preparing for war.
The government is trying to hide and
ignore the obvious threat.
Gandhi said after this month's clash,
India has roughly 200,000
troops stationed on the border
with China and has steadily
moved thousands more to the region
since the crisis in 2020.
Look at what we're talking about.
Hundreds of thousands of troops.
This is a member of the Gandhi family
saying it's obvious China is preparing for war.
You have leaders of India saying,
we're going to be at war with the Chinese army.
And they got nearly a quarter,
India has nearly a quarter million men on the border
bracing, preparing for the Chinese to come over the border.
We don't hear this stuff in America at all.
Jesus, when Jesus was asked by his disciples,
he was at the temple,
and they asked him three questions.
When will the temple be destroyed?
What is the sign of your coming?
And what is the sign of the end of the age?
And he gave, this is all, you can read all of this in Matthew 24 and 25.
It's one long answer, Matthew 24 and 25. It's one long answer. Matthew 24 and 25.
And he said, one of the things he said was,
there will be wars and rumors of wars.
He's talking about the run up
to the second coming and the end of the world.
This is an answer to a specific question.
What shall be the sign of your coming and the end of the age?
And he said, there will be wars and rumors of wars.
But don't let your heart be troubled.
This is not the end yet.
It's going to get a lot worse.
It's going to get a lot worse. He says, it's going to get so bad that God the Father, if he doesn't cut short
the days of mankind, no flesh, that's human and animal, no flesh would survive.
That's what's coming. It will get so bad that God the Father will say, that's it. We're shutting this
thing down, the whole cosmos. We're going to shut down the whole cosmos because man has just gone
berserk and there's death and destruction on the planet and it is time to bring it to an end. This is why I'm here every day,
not because I'm trying to get you depressed.
I'm trying to get you awake,
to be aware that we're in the countdown
to the second coming of Jesus Christ.
All these things that we're showing you
is not to motivate you to go vote
or get in a protest
march or anything else. It is to get you ready for the second coming of Jesus Christ. Many of you
are saved. You're baptized. Your name is in the need to get saved and you're running out of time
to do it. This thing could blow apart at any minute. And it is an extremely dangerous level
right now. And that's why I'm crying out to people. If you've not been born again,
you must do it now. Repent of your sins. Believe in the name of Jesus Christ as the Son of God,
the Savior of the world, and be baptized in water in the name of the Father, the Son,
and the Holy Spirit, you shall be saved. And then obey God. Do your best to live for God and let the Holy Spirit
dwell in you and lead you and guide you the rest of the days of your life. That's all any of us
can do. And some of you, you have to make that decision. Stop putting it off.
You know, the game of Russian roulette,
that's what you're doing.
You're playing Russian roulette with your soul,
saying, I think I can go another day without being saved.
Why do people think like that, Doc?
There's going to be a day
where there won't be a day.
Yes.
The unpardonable sin,
there's only one sin
that is unforgivable.
And there's been a lot of debate
and sermons about
what is the unpardonable sin.
All right.
My view is the unpardonable sin,
which is sin against the Holy Spirit.
What is it?
I believe it is the rejection
of the Holy Spirit. What is it? I believe it is the rejection of the Holy Spirit
wooing you
to believe on the name
of Jesus Christ.
Right.
Because if you reject Christ,
there's nothing else left to do.
That's the unforgivable sin.
Because there's nothing left.
There's nothing left that God can do for you.
Once you make that decision
that you're going to reject Jesus Christ,
and every time you deny,
every time you put it off,
every time you procrastinate,
you're denying his name.
There will come a day
where the Holy Spirit will withdraw from you.
And at that point, it is impossible for you to be saved.
You cannot be saved on your own.
You and I are incapable of saving ourselves.
You and I do not make the decision when we get saved.
And I have talked to people who think that they're so smart, so intellectual, so educated that they will tell
God when they will get saved. And I'm telling you this, you can't determine when you're going
to get saved. All you can do is submit to the wooing of the Holy Spirit. And if you reject him too often, he may leave you.
And if he leaves you,
you are lost forever
because you can't go
and knock on his door later
and say, I decided to get saved.
God will,
you can only be saved
when God is knocking on your door.
Behold, I stand at the door and knock. Yes. Stand at the door and
knock. Make that decision. It's Christmas time. Why are we celebrating Christmas? Because God
came to earth in human flesh to save mankind. We love you very, very much.
God willing, we'll be back here tomorrow.
Take care.
God bless you.
