Starting point is 00:00:00 This is True News, the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help us God. Independent investigative journalist Seymour Hersh dropped another bomb on Joe Biden's Ukraine war scheme. Writing on Substack, Mr. Hersh claimed that Ukrainian President Zelensky skimmed off $400 million from the Pentagon that was sent to Ukraine to purchase fuel. Doc Burkhardt and I have the details. Doc. Wow. What a story. I just read this story about 30 minutes ago.
Starting point is 00:00:52 Right. Popped up in the Eurasian Times first. Yes. And we'll show you the headline here from Eurasian Times. I'm not seeing anything in the United States. There's no news about it at all. Oh, because Seymour Hersh is, you know, he's persona non grata right now. And so.
Starting point is 00:01:08 But nobody's touching this as of right now. As you see, this is your Asian Times. Zelensky embezzled $400 million allocated by the U.S. for purchasing fuel. But it gets even worse. As we tell you, we'll go next to Mr. Hirsch's Substack blog, trading with the enemy. And the reason why Mr. Seymour Hirsch has to be on Substack is because he's been banned, right? He's been deplatformed. He's a Pulitzer Prize writing writer. He's the greatest investigative journalist alive in America. And he's banned.
Starting point is 00:01:50 His most recent truth bomb they dropped was about the Nord Stream pipeline and about the American involvement with that. And now to have this come out today, and this is today, it's fresh. Seymour Hearst trading with the enemy and extensive detail about what Vladimir Zelensky is doing in Ukraine. Let's look at the article here. It says,
Starting point is 00:02:14 and this is from Mr. Hearst, the Ukraine government headed by Vladimir Zelensky has been using American taxpayers' funds to pay dearly for the vitally needed diesel fuel that is keeping the Ukrainian army on the move in its war with Russia. What also is unknown is that Zelensky has been buying the fuel, get this, from Russia, the country with which it and Washington are at war, and the Ukrainian president and many in his entourage have been skimming untold millions from the American dollars earmarked for diesel fuel payments. Let's just digest that first. According to Mr. I'm laughing. It's not funny. What's funny, what's ridiculous is the clowns that are in charge of the U.S. government. According to Mr. Hirsch, Zelensky is skimming off hundreds of millions of dollars of Pentagon funds,
Starting point is 00:03:12 money that the Pentagon has sent to Ukraine to buy fuel to keep the war going. But the even crazier thing is that Zelensky is buying the fuel from Russia. Now, Doc, how would evil Doc do this? If you had more than 400, that's the part he kept. That's the spread. Yes, that's the spread. How did he do it? What do you think he did? Well, did was that uh he uh received funds for oil
Starting point is 00:03:47 based at the current market price so maybe he had enough money from the pentagon for maybe a billion dollars all right so let's use billion because that's got one and a lot of zeros easy to understand but russia since it has sanctions put on it has to sell its fuel at a discount, which is way below market price. And in this particular case, let's just say that he had a billion dollars earmarked for buying fuel, but only paid 600 million for that same amount of fuel. The spread is $400 million. And that goes quietly into Mr. Zelensky's pockets. How does that work? You're at war with Russia, but you cut a deal to buy fuel from them. And Russia says, yeah, we'll give you a special discount. Well, and we'll use the money to, to buy more ammo to shoot your soldiers.
Starting point is 00:04:41 Forrest Gump said, stupid is as stupid does. I don't get it. But the greed that's in Ukraine, the corruption that is in Ukraine shouldn't surprise anybody. Are you surprised by it? No, not at all. Not surprised at all. And this is just fuel.
Starting point is 00:04:56 Yes. This is just fuel. That's not counting arms and everything else. How about pensions? We're paying for the Ukrainian pensions. That's right. We don't even know if the pensions are being paid. How about rebuilding their electricity grid?
Starting point is 00:05:09 Yes. Look at all the opportunities to skim hundreds of millions of dollars. There's no accountability, no auditing, nothing. We're just sending, how much have we sent so far to the U.S.? It's got to be near 100 100 billion dollars at least make me more than that um so if he skimmed 20 billion 50 billion who would know billion we're
Starting point is 00:05:38 not we're not talking millions we're talking you think they're going to audit this right of course they're not. The Pentagon has no idea. The Pentagon budget is almost a trillion dollars a year, and they don't know where the money has gone. Well, they know where the money's gone because the CIA at least is aware of it. Go deeper in the story here. It says one estimate by analysts from the CIA
Starting point is 00:06:03 put the embezzled funds at $400 million last year, Rick. Just one year. One year. At least. Another expert compared the level of corruption in Kiev as approaching that of the Afghan war, although there will be no professional audit reports emerging from the Ukraine.
Starting point is 00:06:20 Of course not. Zelensky's been buying discount diesel from the Russians, one knowledgeable American intelligence official told me. And who's paying for the gas and oil? We are. Putin and his oligarchs are making millions on it. Now- Can I say something, Doc? What famous American political family is known to have lucrative business deals in Ukraine? The Bidens, maybe?
Starting point is 00:06:48 The Bidens. And particularly what industry? Particularly in energy. In energy. Could Hunter Biden be negotiating energy deals? Could the big guy be getting 10% of these deals here? That's what I want to know. $40 million to the Bidens?
Starting point is 00:07:10 Nobody's looking. Nobody's asking. Right. I mean, that crossed my mind when reading Mr. Hirsch's article. So why wouldn't Biden, being as corrupt as he is, send billions of dollars of U.S. tax dollars to Ukraine, knowing he's going to get a kickback. And how long has this been going on?
Starting point is 00:07:31 Ever since the Biden set foot in Ukraine and been placed on boards. Now, it's not comical, but it is comical in what's driving all of this going on there. Many government ministries in Kiev have literally been competing, I was told, to set up front companies for export contracts for weapons and ammunition with private arms dealers around the world, all of which provide kickbacks.
Starting point is 00:07:57 So many of these companies are in Poland and Chechnya, but others are thought to exist in the Persian Gulf and, oh, bless my heart, Israel. Okay. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that there are others in places like the Cayman Islands and Panama, and there are lots of Americans involved,
Starting point is 00:08:14 an American expert on international trade told me. Now, the issue, now listen to this. The issue of corruption was directly raised with Zelensky in a meeting last January in Kiev with CIA Director William Burns. Remember, he made that big trip to Kiev in a war zone, mind you. His message to the Ukrainian president, I was told by an intelligence official with direct knowledge of the meeting, was out of a 1950s mob movie. Now, what apparently had happened is the senior generals and government officials in Kiev were angry at what they saw as Zelensky's greed. So Burns, listen to this. Burns told the Ukrainian
Starting point is 00:08:53 president because he was taking a larger share of the skim money than was going to the generals. So he didn't rebuke him for stealing the money, but stealing too much. That he should have spread it around with the generals. Yes. If this is accurate, then that's what the CIA director told Zelensky. We're just as corrupt as they are.
Starting point is 00:09:16 Because we know the corruption is going on but won't stop it. The U.S. government factors corruption into every deal that they're doing. Because we're corrupt, too. It's just built into the system. They assume a certain amount is going to be skimmed off. I wonder how, well, again, this story won't see the light of day in America.
Starting point is 00:09:42 Who's going to pick it up? NBC? CNN? None of the mainstream outlets are. I mean, you know none of them are. The kibosh will come down from the Biden administration, from the Pentagon. Don't share this story. John Kirby the other day in a press conference at the White House told people
Starting point is 00:10:01 not to report on the Pentagon paper story. He said, don't do it. Don't report on it. Don't talk about it. Don't put it on the front page of your newspapers. Don't put it on TV. So if John Kirby can do that from the lectern at the White House, imagine what they can do undercover. And they really don't have to do very much because the news media is so compliant right they've been trained like dogs they just know what they're supposed to do what they're not supposed to they've been housebroken yes that's the best way to say the news media has been housebroken the next story I've
Starting point is 00:10:43 never heard of this publication, The Cryptopolitan. It's a new one for me today, Doc. Here's the headline. Saudi Arabia buys Russian oil to evade U.S. sanctions. Now, several other outlets are reporting on this, too. So here's what's happening.
Starting point is 00:11:01 The Saudis are buying reduced price Russian oil, other energy too, and then turning around and selling that oil to Europe. Yes. Because Europe's not allowed to buy Russian oil. So the Saudis buy it from Russia and then resell it at a higher price. And by the way, Doctor, the Russians aren't selling their oil
Starting point is 00:11:24 at the reduced price that the by the way, Doctor, the Russians aren't selling their oil at the reduced price that the U.S. has demanded. They haven't done that. They just... In fact, what they're doing is they are selling oil at a reduced price to their friends
Starting point is 00:11:41 and jacking it up for everybody else. That's true and so ukraine's been getting the friend price yes for the so that zelensky can get the spread yes and so what this story is saying is uh saudi arabia america's ally the petrodollar ally is secretly buying oil from Russia, selling it for gain, and Europe knows that they're getting Russian oil. They know it. They all know it. There's nothing that's secret here. They know that Zelensky's skimming.
Starting point is 00:12:24 They know that Zelensky's buying oil from Russia. They know that the Europeans know that they're buying Russian oil, but they have to pretend it's Saudi oil. Everybody's just making a lot of money. And yet people are dying in a war. If you happen to be just a soldier, you know, sent to war, Russian soldier, Ukrainian soldier, hey, what's your life matter? The big guys
Starting point is 00:12:48 are making a lot of money. There's, you know, pardon the pun, a killing to be made in this war. Yes, a literal killing. And these greedy bums are just skimming off billions of dollars
Starting point is 00:13:03 while real people die on the battlefield on both sides. Because there's no business like the war business. I mean, when you got a war, Doc, you got a short window of time to rake it in. And these guys on both sides, they know, we got to do it now. This is it. We got the war going on right now.
Starting point is 00:13:28 Things can't get any better than this. Nobody's keeping accountability of anything. Money is flowing. War is a great business. War is a great business, and so the money is flowing right now. Another story. This is Reuters. Western curbs on Russian oil products redraw global shipping map.
Starting point is 00:13:53 So the Russians are simply just moving their oil. You know, oil is liquid, even though it's being shipped in containers. Right. But oil is liquid. And I say that in a sense like water will always find a way to go where it wants to go. You can put up dams. You can do anything you want. But water is going to find a way to get where it wants to go. The Russian oil is going to find a way.
Starting point is 00:14:20 And so the Russians are sending their oil longer routes, different transportation methods, but the oil is still being delivered. And Joe Biden's sanctions on Russia are a failure. And they just put more sanctions on Russia today. And the only thing the sanctions are going to do to Russia is cause them to be even more creative and create new alliances all over the world. Actually, they're probably helping. Please, please put some more sanctions on us. This is working so good for Russia.
Starting point is 00:14:53 Because what have the sanctions done? Well, they've made Russia and Saudi Arabia partners. Because Saudi Arabia had to make a conscious decision to resell Russian oil. They could have sold Saudi oil. It has accelerated the movement away from the dollar towards a new financial system because other nations, and I'm talking about Brazil, Mexico, and so forth, are watching what the U.S. is doing to Russia economically. And they're saying, well, if they can do that to Russia, they could do that to us. That's right.
Starting point is 00:15:31 And we've got to get out of this system. We've got to break free of domination of Washington. And so the sanctions have been a miserable failure. And yet they still continue to add more sanctions like like the next one still continue to add more sanctions. Like the next round of sanctions, that's going to be it. That's going to be the one that's really going to hurt them. And the Russians just laugh and say, okay, watch what we do with this one. And they make more friends. They make more deals.
Starting point is 00:16:01 I mean, if this is true of what Seymour Hersh wrote, that Zelensky is buying Russian oil, it doesn't get any funnier than this. It just doesn't get any funnier. I mean, the whole thing is a colossal failure. The sad thing is the death and destruction. Yes. The corruption is one thing.
Starting point is 00:16:26 There's no human life taken in corruption. But war takes human life. And so... And war is used to hide corruption, really. Yes. You get right down to it. That's the bottom line, Doc. Another story.
Starting point is 00:16:44 This was Reuters. Russia starts fuel supplies to Iran by rail. There's another example. They're going to get the oil to the countries that want to buy Russian oil. Nobody's going to stop them. That's right. So Russia started fuel exports to Iran by rail this year for the first time after traditional buyers shunned trade with Moscow, according to three industry sources and exports data. Russia and Iran, of course, are both under Western sanctions, and now they're forging closer ties in order to support their economies and to undermine Western sanctions, with which both Moscow and Tehran cast as unjustified. And there's going to be a connection at some point between China and Iran
Starting point is 00:17:25 as well. And you're going to have this entire connection here of energy in the Middle East and East Asia. In fact, the next story talks about China and China has set the seal on the Iran-Saudi Arabia deal. And they've gone into detail here on that. Now, China's playing a major role now, Rick, in diplomacy, moving ahead in the air diplomacy, trying to put themselves out. We're not just an economic power. We're not just a billion and a half people over here doing nothing.
Starting point is 00:18:02 But we are a world player. It's just the American people need to realize that in recent months, China has replaced the United States in the Middle East. Yes. I mean, the U.S. is being ignored now. There were reports
Starting point is 00:18:18 here a couple months back that the Saudis were refusing to take calls from the White House. I mean, that's a major deal, but they were welcoming Xi Jinping. That was last year. And so now we see a year later, what does this look like? A year ago, the Saudis would not take Biden's phone calls. This year, they're welcoming top Chinese officials to their capital cities, and they're being hosted in Beijing.
Starting point is 00:18:51 It is a change of the geopolitical landscape. America is on its way out as a powerful player, and China is stepping in. And Russia is really a secondary to china uh but it is it is china that is playing the major role right now as the peacemaker the deal maker and a lot has happened in the middle east this week um we've got uh well iran opened their embassy in Saudi Arabia. This is number 15 for control. This is a big deal. This was reported in Harat. Now, this is after the Chinese had brokered the peace deal between Iran and Saudi Arabia,
Starting point is 00:19:36 and they are moving quickly to store full diplomatic ties. So whether you realize it or not, the fact that Iran is opening embassy in Saudi Arabia is probably some of the biggest news that you can know about because this means that really the two wings of the Muslim world have agreed to live with each other. That's right. And the biggest loser in this is Israel. That's right. Israel needed Iran and Saudi Arabia to continue fighting with each other. I mean, they weren't physically fighting, but they weren't friends. There was a hostile relationship between the two countries.
Starting point is 00:20:17 And Israel was counting on Saudi Arabia to help them bomb Iran. And China has come in through the back door, pushed the United States out, brought Iran and Saudi Arabia together. Brought them to Beijing in secret talks. Brought them to Beijing in secret talks, cut deals, and now they are reopening embassies in their respective capital cities, which leaves Israel and the United States on the outside looking in.
Starting point is 00:20:50 So there's one other player in the Middle East that needs to be figured into this, and that is Syria. So this is Times of Israel. Saudi Arabia hosts Iranian and Syrian officials as Middle East ties thaw. As big as the previous story was, this is just as big, host Iranian and Syrian officials as Middle East ties thaw. As big as the previous story was, this is just as big. Because now we're basically saying for years now, basically all the Middle East has kind of ignored Syria.
Starting point is 00:21:21 They've put President Assad back on the back burner. He wasn't allowed to come to any of the meetings or parties or anything like that. Well, Saudi Arabia was part of the secret alliance. Saudi Arabia, Israel, and the United States, they created ISIS. Right. And armed ISIS. So I guess the Saudis have abandoned the ISIS plan at this point. Yes. They've left Israel and the United States.
Starting point is 00:21:41 So what has happened to the Abraham Accords? That's a great question. I mean, have they suddenly collapsed? I mean, this is a whole new level of diplomacy, a whole new level of connection here. The Abraham Accords were the scheme that Jared Kushner was pushing under President Trump. And they got the signatures,
Starting point is 00:22:04 but it didn't get implemented. China's getting it implemented. That's right. And they're running the show here. Doc, something else that's happened in the Middle East is last week, maybe two weeks ago,
Starting point is 00:22:21 King Abdullah of Jordan and the president of Iraq met and agreed to build a new futuristic city. Really? Two countries building one city. Half the city will be in Jordan, half the city will be in Iraq.
Starting point is 00:22:43 It's going to be a futuristic smart city being built by the two countries i mean there are stuff i hope they do it there's so many things going on right now you get the city of neom you have the line which is this futuristic city the cube in riyadh the cube and they're down the new downtown that they're building, this massive cube that looks like the inside looks like something from Nimrod, you know, Tower of Babel. But something's happening and it's huge. It's monumental. And the
Starting point is 00:23:24 U.S. is being pushed to the side. Israel is being sidelined. Up until, Doc, up until a year ago, Israel was the driving force in the Middle East. The Arabs were falling in line with Israel. Yes. All of a sudden, Israel is now pushed to the side. So you have to ask, what changed? What changed was the Ukraine war. Suddenly that threw all the cards up in the air,
Starting point is 00:23:56 and now they're all being reshuffled. A disaster. Now, in this particular article here that we're talking about, now Syria is being drawn back into the fold. Saudi Arabia hosted landmark delegations from Iran and Syria on Wednesday as Gulf countries prepare for re-establishing diplomatic ties after years of bitter divisions. Only hours after Iranian state media said a delegation had touched down in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia announced the arrival of Syria's foreign minister in Jeddah, the first trip since the country's civil war broke out in 2011. It goes on to say Iranians and Syrians are in Saudi Arabia on the same day. That's totally crazy and was inconceivable a few months ago,
Starting point is 00:24:37 a Riyadh-based Arab diplomat told AFP. So we're not the only ones that see it that way. That's right. It is inconceivable just a few months ago. Right. Doc, one of our True News fans who is an Egyptian, lives here in the United States, lives in Florida. Right. He writes to us a lot in emails. And I read his email today that he said, Doc, you and I, we don't understand Egypt. And I would agree. I don't talk about Egypt very much. And I think the reason is, is that Egypt is a solid, stable, secure, quiet country.
Starting point is 00:25:28 Obama tried to mess it up. He tried. Yeah, he did. And it didn't work. But Egypt, what our friend was saying was Egypt is a bigger, he was saying, because this is his home country, Egypt is the dominant player in the Middle East. And we don't see it that way because how quiet they operate in the Middle East.
Starting point is 00:26:01 But that Egypt is the major player. And I think we should be looking closer at Egypt. What are they doing? What are their plans? What influences are they having? I talked to, I talked to our, we have, we have an employee of, of our ministry who lives in, in, in Jordan. I talked to him the other day. He was telling me about major meetings of Middle Eastern officials in Jordan in recent weeks from the Middle East coming to Jordan for meetings. There's a lot going on, Doc. The whole region is in play and they're decoupling from the United States. In a big way. I mean, if we're to believe the stories of recent days about the Pentagon Papers and everything being released, Egypt had a secret deal to sell rockets to Russia.
Starting point is 00:26:53 That's a big major deal. 40,000 rockets. So in this article that we're referring to here, got a couple of minutes left here, it says, on Friday, representatives of nine Arab countries will meet in Jeddah to discuss letting Syrian President Bashar Assad's long-isolated country attend an Arab League summit next month.
Starting point is 00:27:12 That is big news. They're letting him come back home. Yeah, they're saying, come on home, brother. Come on home. It said, before then, Syrian Foreign Minister Faisal Mekdad
Starting point is 00:27:21 will meet his Saudi counterpart to discuss efforts to reach a political solution to the Syrian crisis that preserves the unity, security and stability of Syria. Let's look through this. I'm reading this on the screen here. meet his Saudi counterpart to discuss efforts to reach a political solution to the Syrian crisis that preserves the unity, security, and stability of Syria. Saudi Arabia is going to cut a deal. Some kind of deal. Okay. You know who's got to leave Syria? The United States. They're there stealing the Syrian oil. Yes. The U.S. is going to be pushed out of Syria. And Israel is going to be told, stop bombing Syria.
Starting point is 00:28:11 I'm telling you, things are shaking up in a big, big way. This is huge. Hey, one other thing. I want to go down to number 23 before we close up here. U.S. plans to refill the Strategic Petroleum Reserve soon if it's advantageous to the taxpayers. Biden drew down and depleted the oil in the Strategic Reserve. And now oil is climbing up into the 80 some dollar range and it's going to be a lot more expensive. President Trump filled it to the top when oil was at the rock-bottom prices. Biden drained it off to try to get the prices to come down because of his failed policies.
Starting point is 00:29:02 And now America has no oil in its strategic reserve. That is a disaster. We've got to take a break on the Word Network. We will be right back. Starting point is 00:30:22 big one this just happened in the past week. Right. This soap opera drama that has occurred over the past week here with Emmanuel Macron and Ursula von der Leyen visiting China last week. And the idea was, of course, that they were going there to. He was going to go there to lecture Xi Jinping. And tell him, you know, he had a message from Joe Biden.iden in fact there were several stories that before macron left to go to china he had a very like a three-hour phone call with joe biden and so the idea was that you know we're going to show unity and we're in this together and and but he left china he left china with his tail between
Starting point is 00:31:02 his legs something happened in china um because mac Macron has come back with a message that was totally different going out. He said, and now this is from just two days ago here, three days ago, Europe must reduce its dependency on the United States and avoid getting dragged into a confrontation between China and the U.S. over Taiwan. Macron said in an interview on his plane back from a three-day state visit to China, speaking with Politico and two French journalists after spending around six hours with Chinese President Xi Jinping during his trip, Macron emphasized his pet theory of strategic autonomy for Europe, presumably led by France to become a third superpower. Okay. Whoa, right there. Do you see it? Yes. That's the deal that was made.
Starting point is 00:31:53 That's the deal right there. So walk this through for sure. Okay. So right now we are in a unipolar world one power system. The United States america has been running the world since world war ii the russians have been demanding a bipolar world i think the world's already bipolar but at least two major power sources and russia wants to be that other power source macron what he said this week is europe will become the third power source the world is being divided up doc so two things have to happen that means that europe has to disengage from nato from the u.s and nato and that china has to disengage from NATO, from the U.S. and NATO, and that China has to guarantee the security of Europe as an independent power. Yes. In other words, say, we won't mess with you. We won't bother you. We won't, we'll live together. We'll work, we'll do trade and business,
Starting point is 00:32:59 and we'll keep the U.S. from interfering with you. Doc, I said to you, I don't know if it was this week or last week in one of our conversations, I said, I wouldn't be surprised that a deal is made that the U.S. team says, look, we can't push this any longer. We're going to go to war billions will die or we just got us we just got to divide up the world and and live a different way and the u.s would take control of north america south america the european union would take control of the european continent china would take control of of asia and russia would join the european union it would be eu russia together as one right one power block and then uh they all would decide about the southern hemisphere what to do with africa Yes. And other parts of the world. And I wouldn't be surprised that they just divide up the world and say, okay, here are the power blocks.
Starting point is 00:34:11 This is what's forming right now. Right. I really think that when Macron talked to Xi Jinping, that was, first of all, Xi Jinping said, you don't want to get into the middle of a gun show between us and the U.S. over Taiwan. Because you know that the U.S. was pressuring France to do just that. He may have shown Macron a map of targets inside France. So maybe he flipped the script on Macron and said, listen, you don't want to get into a shooting war. There's going to come one, but you don't want to get involved. But how about this?
Starting point is 00:34:48 How about if we guarantee security for Europe independent of the U.S.? But, Doc, you and I witnessed this ourselves in St. Petersburg. We saw Vladimir Putin offer the same deal to Macron. We saw it. We were there. We saw it. We were there. We saw it. And remember the audience kind of giggling and laughing and because it was such a radical idea at the time, so far out there, no one considered it. But now is this what has gone down now? If Russia and China sign a security agreement with Europe and pledge we will never attack you.
Starting point is 00:35:31 We'll protect you. We won't attack. But you also have to agree that you are not in any type of antagonistic operations against us. That's right. Where does that leave nato in the united states it is the end of nato that's right nato disbands and all of the nato military bases in europe and all the american weapons and tanks and nuclear weapons nuclear weapons all go to this new european entity and america walks away from it like we did in Afghanistan. If you would have said a year ago that was possible, I would have said, no, that's not it. But now, after this meeting, something happened in China this week. Now, the Times is reporting that Macron urges Europe to break free from China and U.S.
Starting point is 00:36:25 During a Netherlands state visit. President Macron urged Europe. Now listen to this. So this is setting up Macron and Europe into that third power. Urge Europe to break free from its economic dependence on the U.S. and China in a speech yesterday that risked fanning a furor over his refusal to back Washington over Beijing. Speaking at The Hague, the French leader depicted China and the U.S. as twin threats to the strategic autonomy. And you're seeing that phrase pop up in a lot of places now. That to the strategic autonomy that he believes is vital for the sovereignty of the european union in areas such as industry energy
Starting point is 00:37:05 technology defense agriculture and climate change he's seeing china and u.s as twin threats to the sovereignty of of europe threats mind you he just called an ally a threat yes but he couldn't get away with that without calling china a threat too what did the u.s do to europe in the past year we we wiped out their energy supply right we blew up the nordstream pipeline and if an enemy had done that like they tried to convince everyone that did you would attack an enemy but a friend did it not an enemy so uh nbc news is reporting uh macron sparks outrage by suggesting that europe take an independent stance from the u.s on taiwan so there you have
Starting point is 00:38:00 it um where macron is saying you know what maybe we maybe we don't want to get involved with that french president emmanuel macron has caused a stir by saying europe has no interest in accelerating the conflict in taiwan and should become a third pole independent of both washington and beijing political actors on both sides of the atlantic criticized the president's position as being too accommodating of china just as it carries out military drills around taiwan in an interview with french newspaper los ecos and politico during his three-day visit into china last week macron said the worst thing would be to think that we europeans must become followers on this topic and adapt to the American rhythm or Chinese overreaction. Now, one of our U.S.
Starting point is 00:38:50 I got to say it again. What we've just witnessed this week is the president of France speaking on behalf of the European Union just broke off its relationship with the United States. And he uses stronger words than this, too, as we go further along in this story. You know, I'm trying to trivialize this, but if this was a husband-wife situation, and I'm not comparing, I guess I am, the United States and Europe, husband-wife, okay? Let's say we're joined at the hip. If a wife went on a trip
Starting point is 00:39:31 and while she was gone, she said, I've got to put some distance between me and my husband. Let's say she took a trip to China. She comes back and says we got what we need some space between us all right all right what does that say a divorce is coming that's right i hadn't thought of it that way but you've got it he just announced there's a divorce on the way and and mr mccrone wants to be the president of Europe. He wants a European army. He wants those NATO military bases to be converted to an EU army military base. And he wants to be the president
Starting point is 00:40:15 of a European Union super state. And that's been the plan all along. Remember who he worked for before he became president of France. He worked for the Rothschilds. He is a stalking horse for the Rothschilds. He's still working for his banksters. And they need to solidify Europe into a super state. And this might just do it. One of the U.S. reps representing Gallagher had some words about President Macron's comments and basically called him that a stooge for the Chinese Communist
Starting point is 00:40:55 Party sent to divide America and Europe. Let's watch this. I want to ask you about French President Macron because his comments are eye-opening and I think that America should take notice. Okay, here's what he said to Politico in Europe. The paradox would be that overcome with panic, we believe we are just America's followers. He's talking about Europe. The question Europeans need to answer, is it in our interest to accelerate a crisis on Taiwan? No. The worst thing would be to think that we Europeans must become followers on this topic and take our cue from the U.S. agenda and a Chinese overreaction. So is he basically suggesting that Europe should basically cede
Starting point is 00:41:33 Taiwan to the Chinese and let the Americans stand there hanging? That's how I read it. I mean, his comments were embarrassing. They were disgraceful and also play right into the CCP strategy, which is to divide America and Europe, primarily using economic incentives, dangling market access in China in order to get the Europeans to adopt a more pacifist approach. We need to I hope President Biden has already gotten on the phone with President Macron and talked about this. This is a massive propaganda victory for the Chinese Communist Party. And the irony and the tragedy is it actually makes war across the Taiwan Strait more likely. By sending the signal that the West will stand idly by while a communist country invades a flourishing democracy like Taiwan, that invites aggression.
Starting point is 00:42:27 It actually does not perpetuate peace. And so I hope the French president will realize that. But his comments were very damaging and very geopolitically naive. Well, you know, I understand the congressman's viewpoint, but I think he's missing the bigger picture and that is america's influence in the world is imploding because here at home our morality has imploded right we're not we're we're joke people in other countries look at us and they go, this is a country that has men wearing dresses. They have government officials dressed as women. They're having drag queen shows in front of little children.
Starting point is 00:43:17 We don't want to follow these people anymore. They're just looking at us as freaks. It's a freak show. They look at the violence the shootings the crime and going the country is they did they just arrested their former president they're laughing at us and they're just shaking their head going it america's over it's done and they're they're they're taking care of themselves that's the bottom line that's what you're seeing right france is saying you know what america's collapsing we got to take care
Starting point is 00:43:50 of ourselves we are not going to go down with them so france has to and all the eu has to ask the question if there was no u.s what would they do yes that's precisely what they're doing. Now, Mr. Macron actually doubled down on his comments by claiming that France won't be a U.S. vassal. Okay, now that's a strong word. That's like a slave state of another nation. French President Emmanuel Macron on Wednesday stood by his controversial comments on Taiwan, saying that being a U.S. ally did not mean, being an ally does not mean being a vassal. It doesn't mean that we don't have the right to think for ourselves. And he spoke this at a press conference in Amsterdam with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte.
Starting point is 00:44:39 So now this is the message he's delivering across Europe. Again, his wife saying to her husband, we can be friends. After she comes back from China, hey, we can just be friends. I don't have to live in your house. And this is what Macron has stated today. France is decoupling from the United States of America and it's going to chart its own course, have its own foreign policy,
Starting point is 00:45:09 and it's not checking in with the U.S. But I think, I actually think he's carrying out Biden's plans because Biden works for the Chinese.
Starting point is 00:45:24 Beijing Biden. It works for the Chinese. Beijing Biden. It works for the Chinese. Biden is absolutely delighted. Everything's going well. China's taking over. That's what Biden was bought for. He was bought for a reason.
Starting point is 00:45:43 And he's carrying it out. And so I don't think the Biden administration internally is shocked by this. I think they're delighted by it. It's all working according to Chairman Xi Jinping's plans. What was the purpose of the buy-off? China didn't buy off the Bideniden family so that biden would become president and withstand and oppose china no absolutely not it was so that he would privately secretly do whatever china wants done and so you have to come back to the realization that our leaders at the top are corrupt and they've sold out, including the top guys at the Pentagon.
Starting point is 00:46:29 And that China won the 2020 China won the election in 2020. They got rid of Donald Trump who was standing up to China and they overthrew him because they took control of the of the democrat party the democrat party is the franchise of the ccp it's the american franchise of the ccp you have all these little commie you know goons running around in america with their bullhorns and disrupting speeches colored hair yeah it's just it's they're just communist activists. And China is is breaking down American society. I want to get a few more things here before we we close up here for in about 10 minutes. Poland wants man.
Starting point is 00:47:22 They want to get in on this war money so bad. They want a factory built in Poland to build depleted uranium shells. That's right, Rick. Poland wants to host the production. How's that for economic development? That's right. Depleted uranium ammunition for American Abrams tanks on its territory. And this has come from Prime Minister of the Republic, Mateusz Moriwecki. He said this on Polish television. He said, we are trying to make sure that Poland hosts the production of ammunition for Abrams with depleted uranium, ultra modern ammunition. He said this during a visit to a business in Anniston, USA, Anniston, Alabama. In addition, the prime minister proposed to take place in Poland, a European maintenance center for Abrams tanks,
Starting point is 00:48:09 which according to him will allow the Republic to become one of the main operators. He also said that Romania is also considering whether to buy Abrams tanks. And it is important for me to place a service center in Poland and a service center for the whole of Europe, he summed up. It's a repair shop. Right. Bring your tanks to Poland. But produce depleted uranium shells?
Starting point is 00:48:32 That just makes you a direct enemy of Russia at that point, because Russia's made it clear about the use of depleted uranium shells within the Ukrainian theater. There's a new story in the uh leaked pentagon papers and this is a london times and it says pentagon leak says serbia secretly agreed to arm ukraine that's the president of serbia is standing there um so mr uh voos huge huge yes and uh he's always uh acted like a friend of russia and and vladimir putin if this is true doc that he was secretly sending weapons to ukraine ah man i if i were him i would stay inside my house the russians are not they are not going to take this lightly now this is assuming that this document in these troves of pentagon papers is authentic because somebody could have slipped a ringer in there. If you wanted to get this guy knocked off,
Starting point is 00:49:47 you just put a fake document in there and leak it and go, hey, look at this. Because Serbia was the only country that hadn't put sanctions on Russia over its invasion of Ukraine. Serbia, the only country in Europe that refused to impose sanctions on Russia over its invasion of Ukraine, supposedly has covertly agreed to supply weapons to Kiev or has sent them already. And that's according to that leaked Pentagon document we were talking about. Now, the document summarizes supplies of military training or lethal aid to Ukraine by European governments.
Starting point is 00:50:21 It was found among the trove of classified material posted on social media in recent weeks and the most serious leak of secrets in the united states for more than a decade so this could really upset the theater of operations here because if true that puts serbia on the side of ukraine whereas they've been you know putting out there hey we're just trying to stay neutral here we don't want to get involved if i were him i wouldn't i wouldn't be at the top of a staircase i wouldn't be listening to the radio he's he's in danger if that's true so yesterday we were talking about the introduction of central bank digital coins and the plan to eliminate cash from society go to a cashless financial system and i came across the story today doc do you know what a daylaroo
Starting point is 00:51:17 machine is it's a machine that produces currency counts currency counts currency good you've seen them in the banks you know when the teller puts the money in a machine and it counts it rapidly so that's a delarue that's a delarue delarue machine okay okay so i found this story today in the london times delarue issues profit warning as demand for cash drives up nobody's buying the cash counting machines what do you do doc when your top your number one product is a machine that counts banknotes and you didn't get the memo that the big boys are getting rid of banknotes and you got a warehouse full of machines that count bank notes and your whole operation is
Starting point is 00:52:08 making machines that count bank notes and so uh delaru they put out a profit warning and their stock dropped by a quarter after the profit morning warning was issued that makes sense now and they the investors in delaru now know too cash is on its way out yes yes delarue is like being you know a buggy whip manufacturer in the late 1800s it's over right all right the automobile has been invented and horseless carriages are coming and they don't need whips but if you made your living selling producing and selling horse whips for carriages and all of a sudden there's a horseless carriage on the road and no demand for horse whips yes they still make them but you don't make them by the millions anymore right and that's this is what's happening to daylaroo it is a sudden drop in the demand for bank note counting
Starting point is 00:53:21 machines uh one more story this is on the corruption in the Biden White House. New York Post, White House. This is ex-White House stenographer. Says the FBI ignored Joe Biden's role in Hunter Biden's business dealings. And this stenographer has tried to get the fbi to listen and they won't talk right and he's also been trying to get in front of the delaware grand jury former obama white house stenographer mike mccormick tells the post that he wants to testify before the federal grand
Starting point is 00:54:00 jury in delaware considering charges against first son Hunter Biden, saying he has relevant information ignored by the FBI that implicates President Biden in a foreign influence peddling conspiracy. President Joe Biden committed crimes in Ukraine in a conspiracy with current national security adviser Jake Sullivan, McCormick said. Now, I will say that Jake Sullivan and Joe Biden have gone back many years. Jake Sullivan ran the Biden Center for Joe Biden for a number of years. But we have a couple of quotes from the article here. And it says, as to HB, Hunter Biden, I do believe that we have to reach reasonable balance here. I realize fully that his role is of long-term perspective of taking into account the political weight of our directors. We have to use their personality carefully and strategically wise. I do realize their vulnerability in that in this respect. Now, this is coming from
Starting point is 00:54:59 the Burisma paymaster, the guy who wrote the checks at Burisma, that in Przodskia, and he wrote that in an email recovered from Hunter Biden's laptop. He went on to say, therefore, I kindly suggest to indeed now or after his father left our country, just put him on our website without going for a public camping. It's supposed to be campaign. And then after we meet in may we agree on a joint plan and move forward accordingly with a media campaign or without it just concentrating on informal talks with relevant interested parties in some sense we cannot hide our directors and so the original plan was put him on the board not say anything about it but then they were going to draw attention right so they said well let's just embrace this.
Starting point is 00:55:48 Let's announce that he's on the board, make a big deal about it. And it turns out that that was something that would be something that would come back to bite them. But the stenographer was in a meeting and heard, witnessed things where Joe Biden was there. Right. The stenographer was on the vice president's aircraft coming back from Ukraine and heard things. And is trying to tell the FBI. And the FBI will not talk to him. Because the FBI is compromised.
Starting point is 00:56:23 The FBI is bought off. The FBI has been infiltrated by China. Chinese money has flowed into the FBI at the highest levels. Is that really how corrupt we are right now? Yes, yes. We're going to implode from the inside. We're going to implode from the inside because of our corruption. That's what's happening to us.
Starting point is 00:56:47 Can it be turned around? Yes. Yes. You can plug a leaking ship. Yes. I suppose. There are two words in the Bible, but God. They're awesome words, but God.
Starting point is 00:57:01 No matter how bad things look, but God. If you bring God into the situation, it can turn around. The American people have to realize how severe the problem is, how close we are to destruction as a nation, and that the only remedy. The only solution. Is to turn to God. So I'm not without hope. As long as I'm here. As long as I'm breathing. As long as God's giving me life here.
Starting point is 00:57:33 There's hope. There's hope that we can do it. We can turn it around. No matter how dark this looks. How deep the corruption appears. It doesn't take 50 of the country to cry out to god it just takes a handful of people to cry out to god that's where we are we we need a grassroots movement an organic populist movement that's outside of the churches
Starting point is 00:58:07 right because the churches certainly can't be trusted to lead us and just people began meeting and praying and crying out to god for mercy repent for the nations nehemiah repented for his entire nation. It's true. He repented for the sins of Israel. We have to start repenting for the sins of America and cry out to God to spare judgment and deliver us from our enemies. And we have domestic enemies. We're in trouble domestically.
Starting point is 00:58:44 We have people inside this country working with foreign powers to bring us down. But yes, there is hope. We can turn it around. And that leads me to this as I sign off. So I'm going to take off a couple days. There's nothing wrong. I'm not sick. There's nothing wrong. I want to take off some
Starting point is 00:59:07 time. I just want some time to pray and fast. I've been at this for 25 years. I've taken one vacation in 25 years. And I, because this work is like, I don't want to, I don't want to compare it to a hamster wheel, but it's always turning. You can't get off of it. Okay. You just can't get off it. I have to commit every day. And so I'm in here every single day and I've been doing it for 25 years and I want to spend some time with the Lord. I just want to spend a few days fasting and praying about the future direction of the ministry. Again, there's nothing wrong. I'm not going away. I'm not quitting.
Starting point is 00:59:54 I'm trying to get my direction lined up with the Lord's will. And I just need just to turn off all this noise and work and meetings and phone calls and everything that I could do every day. Just turn it off and be alone with the Lord. And I'm asking you to pray for me. Pray that I hear the Lord's voice. And so you've got something to pray about. Doc is going to go away and he's leading a team of our employees to a a media production workshop doc's going to be in a seminar uh the production guys are going to be in workshops so they're going to be gone uh through next week so it's an excellent time for me just to be quiet and it gives my wife susan a break uh because she's she's really pushing it hard to be quiet. And it gives my wife, Susan, a break because she's really pushing it hard to be
Starting point is 01:00:47 here every day. And this will give her some time to just be at home. So we're going to be gone, let's see, tomorrow's Thursday, Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. There are programs pre-recorded. Doc and I have been working around the clock for the past two weeks we have uh we have true news programs recorded all the way through next thursday and we have morning manna programs recorded and can i say about morning manna i we've been working hard to work ahead on morning manna and produce content let me tell you folks something the holy spirit has been with us in in producing morning manna i mean in incredible ways i mean just insight and revelation that god's been giving uh giving us as we've been working through the parables
Starting point is 01:01:38 and we're finishing up on the parables at least for now we'll pick back up later in the year but uh i'm telling you if you haven't been tuning into morning manna you need to do so go to rickwals.com you can watch it there we also have it on true news too so if you watch true news on a regular basis and you're not watching morning manna it's start your mornings out with it just tune in and listen to it first thing in the morning we publish a fresh one every day and so i encourage you start your day out with morning manna get fed if you're just eating the junk food of news you're going to starve you need a balanced diet and you need something else in your diet get some fiber in your diet it 30 minutes long, and you can start your morning while you're getting dressed, making breakfast, or driving to work.
Starting point is 01:02:29 You've got 30 minutes to listen to the Word of God. And Doc and I are just taking a subject each day from the Word of God and teaching on it. And we just completed seven weeks of studies of parables. And we didn't get through all the parables. That's right. So we didn't get through all the parables. That's right. So we'll pick back up later. But when we come back and start again,
Starting point is 01:02:52 we're going to pick up on the second coming of Christ. Again, I just need some time to rest and pray and catch my breath and hear the Lord. This is a really important time that we're in. It's very, very crucial that we get away and hear what the Lord is saying. Some big things are already happening. And I want to make sure I hear the Lord's voice. And when I'm able to just get away for a while and be quiet, he speaks to me. Right.
Starting point is 01:03:25 And I hear his voice. And I've just been lately realizing how long it's been since I've just turned off everything and listened only to him. So that's what I'm doing. And I promise to be back here next Thursday. But we do have prere-recorded programs. In fact, tomorrow, Thursday and Friday, Hollywood actor Dean Cain will be here. And I really like him.
Starting point is 01:03:52 It's the first time I've ever talked to him. Really like him. Had a great attitude, great spirit. Great connection, too. Yeah. And he's got connections to Jordan. I didn't even know that. So we had some things in common
Starting point is 01:04:08 right away so dean kane will be here thursday and friday and then next week we're going to revive a true news classic a program from 2002 an interview i did with dr dennis cuddy about the new world order and you're going to learn a lot from it. Maybe you heard it. Maybe you actually heard it in 2002, 21 years ago. That's it for today. Thank you so much. We'll be back tomorrow.
