And the world is now facing the real possibility of an all-out nuclear war between Russia and the United States and perhaps the entire NATO alliance. We're going to spend today talking about the state of the world and what it means for you, not so much financially, politically, what does it mean for you spiritually where are we right now in the timeline leading up to the second coming of Jesus Christ

doc it was chilling on Saturday you know I opened up the news one of the news sites that I go to and there was the headline, Putin places Russia on high alert. Okay, we've got the New York, not the New York, but the London Times. Putin puts Russia's nuclear force on high alert. When I first saw it, it was just a news flash. And I saw a news flash on Russia Today, RT. And they had nothing more than maybe two sentences. This was on Saturday morning. But by Sunday, the news media was churning pretty rough. And that's when we knew this war with Ukraine had just taken a very serious turn. Before Doc and I get into the discussion of nuclear war, I just want to go ahead and get the stupid news out of the way.

I don't want to mess with the stupid news later in the show. I just want to deal with it right now. So I'm going to show you an example of stupidity on steroids. So this is the ready.gov website. The preparedness site for the U.S. government. From FEMA. Right. So FEMA, the Biden administration,

over the weekend, updated their FEMA website, ready.gov, to help you know what to do just in case Russia nukes the United States of America. Folks, this is not satire. This is for real. And I'm going to read, I'm going to have Doc read a couple quotes from the U.S. government website. You just think, nobody's this stupid. But yet they did put it in print.

They did do it, and they put it in print. So let's just get it over with, read the stupidity, BUT YET THEY DID PUT IT IN PRINT. YET THEY DID DO IT AND THEY PUT IT IN PRINT. SO LET'S JUST GET IT OVER WITH, READ THE STUPIDITY, AND THEN MOVE ON TO THE SERIOUS NEWS. ALL RIGHT, SO THIS IS FROM THE READY.GOV SITE. A COUPLE OF THESE QUOTES ARE GOING TO BE PORTIONS THAT ARE GOING TO BE REPEATED BECAUSE THEY GOT TO DOUBLE DOWN ON THE STUPIDITY. SO IT SAYS ON THERE, IF WARNED OF AN IMMINENT ATTACK,

IMMEDIATELY GET INSIDE THE NEAREST BUILDING AND MOVE AWAY FROM WINDOWS. THIS WILL HELP PROVIDE PROTECTION FROM THE BLAST, if warned of an imminent attack, immediately get inside the nearest building and move away from windows. This will help provide protection from the blast, heat, and radiation of the detonation. Okay, so far, that's good advice. If a nuclear bomb drops in your city, I don't know what good it's going to do. But when you have reached a safe place, try to maintain a distance of at least six feet between yourself and the people who are not a part of your household. I just got stupid. Yeah, they double down here, Rick. If possible, wear a mask if you're sheltering with people who are not part of your household.

Children under two years old, people who have trouble breathing, and those who are unable to remove masks on their own should not wear them. They're worried about masks. I'd be worried about the flesh burning off your bones. Doc, they're telling people to practice social distancing. Yes. While they're hiding from nuclear explosions. That just shows the disconnect in their brains. There are people on here that will say, you know what?

That's a good idea. That's a really good idea. If there's a million degree heat wave coming through my house and radiation. You're going to be screaming at the person next to you. Put your mask on. Put your mask on while your bones are being melted. And so it goes on to give some more advice here about once you're in the building, go to the basement or middle of the building, stay away from the outer walls and roof.

And once again, they double down. They try to maintain a distance of at least six feet between yourself and people who are not a part of your household. It repeats this information. It goes on to say, all right, so you're in the building, Rick, once you're there and you're social distancing and everything, and you somehow have survived all of this. Stay inside for 24 hours unless local authorities provide other instructions. Continue to practice social distancing by wearing a mask and by keeping a distance of at least six feet between yourself and people who are not a part of your household. So they've tripled down on this, Rick. It just doesn't make any sense at all, does it? I don't have words for this kind of stupidity. I really don't. I mean, what do you say? These people are running the government. These people are getting us into a nuclear war.

And they're telling us to wear masks. And social distance. And stay six feet apart in a bomb shelter. And we're supposed to trust these people and have confidence in them? As if you could actually survive a nuclear strike in your city. The last thing that's going to be on your mind is whether you're six feet apart from somebody else who's not wearing a mask. It's really over the top for me. I can't even come up with words to explain my thoughts about the stupidity of a people running America right now.

The next one would be the second runner up in the contest for stupidity. Definitely the FEMA website is number one. Next one, this is CBS News. Russia unlikely to deploy nukes in Ukraine,, says ex-NATO deputy. Right, Rick. So this particular deputy commander with NATO, a former top NATO diplomat, says she doesn't believe Russian President Vladimir Putin would use nuclear weapons if Western countries intervene to stop his invasion of neighboring Ukraine. But Rose Gultmuller, who served as NATO's deputy secretary general from 2016 to 2019, said that while the warning was stark, it's a threat that the Russian leader has used before.

In fact, I think he's been very careless in that regard, because if you're crying wolf all the time with your ultimate weapon, it leads, in fact, to a weakening of your deterrent, she said in an interview airing thisEND ON CBC'S THE HOUSE. news media over the weekend was saying, this is crazy. Why would Putin nuke Ukraine? He's not going to nuke Ukraine. Ukraine's his neighbor. He's telling the United States of America, I'm going to nuke you. And yet the news media and the politicians couldn't, they couldn't think that's what he's saying. They're saying, oh, he's threatening to use nuclear weapons on Ukraine. No, he's threatening Washington, D.C. BILL MOY. Brussels. Brussels, Paris, London, Berlin.

And nobody gets it? No. Or if they do get it, there's no way they're going to say that. There's no way they're going to come out and admit it, that that's the real target. And so they say, well, it's got to be Ukraine that he's going to nuke, right? He certainly isn't going to nuke the U.S. or the U.K. or NATO or anything. Well, what about the public that's watching these news shows and reading this stuff? Are they believing that Putin is going to nuke Ukraine and it hasn't occurred to them that he's actually targeting American cities.

I guess, Rick, they're trusting the media now. Now, for two years, we didn't trust them on the pandemic. Right. But now we trust what the media is telling us now. Right. Yes. About Ukraine. Very good point, because I'm going to say something. The anti-Russia propaganda was so thick over the weekend, I couldn't listen to more than a minute of it. And every network was the same, every single one.

Yes. Hatred of Russia, hatred of Putin. Putin was a madman. He's lunatic. He's lost his mind. He's paranoid. He has long COVID. That was the latest one I've heard. He's got feral eyes. Basically a nutcase in the Kremlin who's been hiding in the Kremlin for two years because he's afraid of COVID. And now he's gone loopy. The propaganda was just over the top. And so they built up a hatred of Russians. And the public is just listening to this stuff and buying into it. And sadly, a lot of conservatives, a lot of patriots. Hey, if you're a patriot, you got to hate Russia.

You have to want to bomb Russia. If you're a patriot, if you're a patriotic American, then you should hate Russia and you should want to bomb them. That's the message. Patriotism means bomb Russia. Yes, you're right. Is that right? Conservative Republican position is hate Russia, bomb Russia, build up the war machine of the United States, get more weapons to Ukraine, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

Let me say something to you. have repeatedly educated our audience that Ukraine was overthrown by a Nazi revolution in 2013 and 14. That Nazi revolution was financed, organized, and supported by the United States of America and the NATO alliance. When I say Nazis, I mean Nazis, real Nazis with SS insignia, you know, goose-stepping in the streets of Kyiv, waving swastikas, doing all the stuff Nazis do. Right. Openly saying we're nazis okay the united states brought them to power okay this is what i want you to understand if you're supporting if you're supporting the nato position the u.s position the western europe position you're supporting the news media position right now on Ukraine. Because they're all in line. Every one of them. They're all in line. Then you are

supporting the same needle Nazis who gave you COVID, lockdowns, mask mandates, vaccine mandates, and vaccine passports. The one and the same. You're supporting the same people. It's the same group of Nazis. They've just simply changed the chapter that we're looking at. Yes. We were in COVID season. Now we're in war season. COVID's over.

Yep. Where's the news on COVID now? Look how they switched. Two weeks ago, COVID was everywhere, right? Not this week. But then they switched. Two weeks ago, COVID was everywhere, right? Right on schedule. It's the same Nazis. Didn't miss a beat. No, it's the same Nazis. And so if you're calling for war with Russia, you support the Nazis who gave you COVID and vaccines. The same people that are injecting gene therapy drugs into babies, the Nazis. That's who you're supporting. And when Putin says he's going into Ukraine to

de-Nazify Ukraine, he is serious. They're going in to rid Ukraine of real Nazis because the Russian people have a really, they had bad experience with Nazis in the 1940s. Tens of millions of Russians were killed by Nazis. So understand the psychological warfare that's being played on your mind. How can you go from two weeks ago, you're for the freedom convoy. Yes. You're for the freedom convoy in Canada, and yet it was shut down by the granddaughter of a Ukrainian Nazi. Yes. How can you do this how can you switch from one position to

another and not connect the two that's the power of propaganda in your mind and the american people have their minds so saturated with propaganda that they are sleepwalking into world war iii into World War III. Putin has threatened them with nuclear annihilation and few people in this country are taking it seriously. They don't believe it's going to happen if they're even aware of it. It's something that's happening on TV. It's something that's happening somewhere else on social media. It's not happening to me at all. Doc, I mean, I lived through the 62 Cuban Missile Crisis. I was a kid. You know, I was nine years old.

But I remember the whole world shut down that week. I remember relatives in my family who that week were digging holes in the ground and building bomb shelters that week. Like they stopped going to work and started building bomb shelters. Okay. That's how close we were to war. This right now in the United States, people are on their phones and They're clueless. They're out to lunch. They have no idea that they are facing

annihilation. And they're the same ones that would wear a mask if there was a nuclear strike in their city. Yes. And it would social distance. But the anti-mask mandate people

are buying into the propaganda too. That is really what connects the two, isn't it? Yes. They got you. They got your mind. They couldn't get you on COVID, but they got you on Ukraine. Yeah.

All right? They got you with Russia. They got back inside your head. You had slipped away from them for a while, but they got you back with some war propaganda because American patriots have been told war is good. America, nobody can bomb countries like America, okay? Now America can bomb countries, but Russia can't. Oh, the United States can go in and blow up Iraq,

blow up Afghanistan, blow up Libya. Name the countries we've blown up in the past 20 years. There's a list of them. America can do that. We can sit at home on our sofa and watch it and eat popcorn and watch live bombing. And we can bomb them by remote. Yes. We've got drones. Yeah. People sit here, work for eight hours, bomb stuff, go home, you know, and watch American Idol at night.

Hey, America used white phosphorus bombs on the Iraqi people. Yes, and they did. Yeah. Nothing was said about it, was it? Because it was America that did it. But now America's mad that Russia is fed up with America's you-know-what. Fed up. We've been telling everybody that watches True News for years this day is coming. You're going to NATO, United States, you're going to push

Putin over the line. They did it. They finally did it. Doc, it's never going to be the same. You can't go back. YOU CAN'T GO BACK TO WHERE THE WORLD WAS AT LAST WEEK. YOU CAN'T GO BACK NOW. OKAY? WE'VE GONE DOWN A PATH NOW, AND WE DIDN'T HAVE TO GO DOWN THIS PATH. WE DID NOT HAVE TO GO DOWN THIS PATH. BUT NOW WE HAVE, TOGETHER, WE ARE NOW GOING DOWN A PATH UPON WHICH WE CAN NEVER RETURN. SO YOU'VE GOT THREE ALTERNATIVES upon which we can never return. So you've got three alternatives here. Russia capitulates, backs down. NATO capitulates and backs down. Or we go to war and blow up the whole world.

Those are the three. There are no other choices now. Blood has been drawn. Putin warned and warned and warned. If you come near my border, I'm going to fight. I'm not going to let you put weapons on our border. I'm not going to allow Ukraine to join NATO. The Nazi freaks that are in control of the Western nations, and that's what they are. They're pedophiles.

They're drug dealers. They're thieves. They are just the worst sort of Luciferian, devil-worshiping freaks that could ever take control of nations. And they've taken control of nations that used to be led by good men and women. And this ruling class that we have on us now, it's oppressive. It's demonic. We're living

under demonic powers. I was thinking about this over the weekend, Doc. I was thinking about the propaganda, how thick the propaganda is. And it is thick. All right. We experienced it with COVID, the COVID propaganda. Folks, there hasn't been propaganda as thick as COVID since 9-11. And then prior to 9-11, it was Y2K. Y2K was a global propaganda campaign.

On the level of COVID, they got the entire world to change their computers in one year. They told the entire world, pandemonium is coming, December 31st, 1999. The whole world went out and bought new computers or did remediation on their existing computers. Either way, they ended up with software and hardware that was CIA compliant. Right. So every computer system that's sold by the big computer companies from 2000 on, basically 2001 on, guess what? It's backdoored to the CIA and other intelligence agencies. Okay. So Y2K was a massive global propaganda campaign. Then came 9-11 and we

were hit again with another massive propaganda campaign. We were told that a bunch of guys from the Middle East who didn't know how to fly... Went to a Cessna training school. Yeah, flew Cessnas. And then took over giant commercial airliners. And then the FBI just found their driver's license and their passports there in the rubble. Americans were still in the rubble.

The rubble was still smoldering, but they found the passports on the same day, just lying around there. It was amazing. Amazing. Flame retardant passports. Yes, the American people bought it, and off to war we went,

and we bombed, and we bombed, and we bombed. So now, Russia has reached a point where they've said, we're done with it. We're not going to, because we know we're next. You're coming after us. You've been working your way through the world, and now you want to attack Russia. And that's exactly what NATO was planning to do,

to eventually attack Russia for what purpose? Well, I have my own views that the people running the West are Luciferians and they want to crush Christian Russia. But they also want the resources of Russia. There's a lot of oil, a lot of stuff in Russia that they want. So it's about acquisition of natural resources. The Russians know that they're next and they're now putting up a fight. And the whole world is against them. But I was thinking about this over the weekend, Doc, the propaganda, how thick the

propaganda is, how thick it was for two years with COVID. You couldn't talk sense to anybody. No. You could not talk sense to anybody. And if you put something online, you were censored. Yes. It was taken down. The propaganda is so thick in America. You can't talk about Zionism. You're taken down. Right. There are just topics you can't talk about Zionism. You're taken down. They're just topics you can't talk about in America anymore. And I thought, what is this thing? How big is it? How monstrous is this entity that has control of America,

that it has the ability to order people to stop talking, stop thinking, THAT IT HAS THE ABILITY TO ORDER PEOPLE TO STOP TALKING, STOP THINKING, STOP SAYING THINGS THAT THIS BEAST DOESN'T LIKE. It doesn't have to be this way. God's people are letting this happen. God's people are falling in line with the satanic system. God's people are letting the propaganda get into their minds and their hearts and cloud their thinking and their discernment and saying and doing the very things that this beast wants them to say. They're conforming to the image of the beast. And that's all they've done for two years is conform, isn't it?

And now with this new propaganda push, we're going to continue to conform as a race we are. That's right. We still have a choice in this matter. Putin orders special service regime in Russia's deterrence force. Right. So as this broke over the weekend here, he said in response to aggressive statements in the West, Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued orders to introduce what he described as a

special service regime in the Russian army's deterrence force. Putin stressed that the Western countries were also taking unfriendly actions against Russia in the economic sphere. We'll talk about that later in the Godcast too. I'm referring to the illegitimate sanctions, which are very well known to everybody, he added. Top officials in NATO's leading countries have been making aggressive statements against our country. For this reason, I give orders to the defense minister and chief of the general staff to introduce a special combat duty regime in the Russian army's deference forces, Putin said, at a meeting with Defense Minister Sergei Shogun and Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov in the Kremlin on Sunday.

Now, these deterrent forces incorporate the strategic offensive force and the strategic defensive force. The strategic nuclear potential constitutes the backbone of the SOF, armed with intercontinental missiles and aircraft, including high-accuracy, long-range weapons. The strategic nuclear potential includes the strategic missile force. Now, the SOS also includes the strategic conventional dual-purpose force, strategic and long-range bombers, and also submarines, surface ships, and naval missile-carrying naval aircraft carrying high-accuracy long-range weapons. In other words, he's activated the entire nuclear force of Russia.

Precisely. Precisely. That's what that executive order has done. And he told us in the beginning of that statement why he did it. Two reasons. The West is imposing severe economic sanctions on Russia. Again, we have repeatedly told this audience that economic sanctions are acts of war. We got into World War II because Franklin Roosevelt put economic sanctions on Japan. And Japan took that as an act of war. And they bombed Pearl Harbor. We were not, America was out of the war and we were sitting out. We were neutral. Yes. ACTIVE WAR AND THEY BOMBED PEARL HARBOR. WE WERE NOT, AMERICA WAS OUT OF THE WAR AND WE WERE SITTING OUT, WE WERE NEUTRAL.

YES. BUT THE WAR MACHINE IN AMERICA WANTED IN THAT WAR. AND THEY GOT THEIR WAR. AND THEY GOT IT. SO WE PUT SANCTIONS ON JAPAN AND JAPAN BOMBED PEARL HARBOR AND THEN THE REST IS HISTORY. AND HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF AMERICAN MEN DIED BECAUSE OF IT IN WORLD WAR II.

WEEKEND BY SAYING HE ACTIVATED TO FULL COMBAT READINESS acts of war. Putin just confirmed it this weekend by saying he activated to full combat readiness the entire Russian nuclear weapons arsenal because of economic sanctions. The other thing he said was NATO officials are talking aggressively against Russia. And so the Russians are sitting, the Russian leadership, they're sitting in Moscow expecting NATO to make an aggressive move against Moscow any moment, a first strike. They are expecting a first strike. And because we have changed our policy on first FIRST STRIKE. AND BECAUSE WE HAVE CHANGED OUR POLICY ON FIRST STRIKES. YES. WE ARE NOW A FIRST STRIKE NATION. NATO IS A FIRST STRIKE ALLIANCE

NOW. THAT'S RIGHT. WE WEREN'T BEFORE. THIS HAS JUST BEEN WITHIN THE PAST YEAR AND A HALF THAT WE'VE MADE THIS HUGE SHIFT. IF YOU'RE RUSSIA, NOT SUPPORTING CHEERLEADING RUSSIA, BUT YOU'VE

Now, this particular TV show is supposed to be a favorite of Vladimir Putin's. That's the rumor anyway. But it's's definitely you mean like Donald Trump watched Fox News yes sort of like that so Russian state television host Dmitry Kisilov opened his Sunday primetime show with an ominous allusion to nuclear war he said

our submarines are capable of launching over 500 nuclear warheads which guarantees the destruction of the U.S. and all NATO countries, Kislov said on his weekly program, Vesti Nadelli. Why do we need a world if Russia is not in it? I mean, if the only option is total destruction of Russia, and you're looking at that from their perspective, then they would say, well, what difference does the world make then? Right. And that's where we've put Russia now. Yes.

When I say we, I mean NATO has put Russia now. And it didn't have to be this way. Russia now feels cornered by the entire world. And they're now actually openly talking about burning down the world. And they're now actually openly talking about burning down the world. Didn't have to happen. It did not have to happen. NATO brought this upon us. The ruling class of the West brought this upon the world. And then they turn around and they blame Russia for doing it. And the propaganda is so thick that people like me talking like this, we're in danger. Yeah, we're accused of being pro-Putin, pro-Russia in all this. Senator Romney came out today and said anybody that is talking against NATO is a treasonous.

Really? Yes. Oh, that's rich coming from Mitt Romney and his son on several boards in Ukraine. And so, okay. So I'm a traitor. Well, he said almost treasonous. Almost treasonous.

Almost treasonous, yes. Well, I do question NATO. I do question their motives here because they've been goading Russia into this situation for two decades now, at least. Yes. Really, if you go back, it's been longer than that. And as we pointed out before,

when Bill Clinton was in the White House, Vladimir Putin came to power in 99. Bill Clinton was still in the White House. Putin asked Clinton to allow Russia to join NATO. They didn't want this fight. Because they wanted an enemy. That's what they wanted. Because they need an enemy to justify the expenditure of funds for war. Right. Because if Russia joined NATO, then what do you need NATO for? You don't need NATO, do you?

No. Okay. Now, we're going to take another step to show you how serious this thing could become in the next 48 hours. This is Daily Mail, Ukraine war, Belarus po some really shocking statements. Of course, the news media spun it as bizarre, weird, crazy talk, but he was just being very frank. Let's read what's in the Daily Mail. Right, so Belarusian special forces were seen loading onto airplanes in preparation for an air assault on Kiev in what could be a widening of the war, military sources stated.

Ukrainian intelligence has reportedly learned from within Belarus that special ops troops had been spotted loading up planes for a major attack. So that means, Doc, Belarus is joining this war. Right. So we've got a world war. Yes, you get Belarus ready joining this war. Right. So we've got a world war. Yes. You get Belarus ready to jump in on this.

Now, once again, this is Daily Mail saying this. So in a bizarre rant on Sunday, Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko warned that the war in Ukraine will become a meat grinder. Speaking at a polling station during a referendum on constitutional change that would give the despot further power, the Putin ally thundered, the conflict in Ukraine is the thin edge of the wedge. Believe me, I know what I'm talking about. If it continues like this, the worse will happen. And look at the propaganda in that quote there, Rick. Now, he, in referencing Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, will not be hidden in any American or some other bunker. That's why the war should be ended today. I wouldn't even call it the war. This is a conflict.

The war will last for one to two days, but there will be a meat grinder in three days. Now, I think he's giving us a preview, isn't he, Rick? Yes. He's saying, if you think this is bad, this is just a conflict right now. The real war is going to start soon, and we're going to turn Ukraine into a meat grinder.

And he said, it won't last more than three days. That is a very stark, blunt, in-your-face declaration. He wasn't bizarre. He wasn't crazy. He's just stating the facts as he sees it. His country, Belarus, borders Ukraine. If Ukraine joins NATO and nuclear weapons are in Ukraine, they also are pointed at Belarus. Right. And let's face it, Lukashenko knows how desperate that the West is to get rid of him, too. The CIA tried to kill him last year. AT BELARUS. RIGHT. AND LET'S FACE IT, LUKASHENKO KNOWS HOW DESPERATE THAT THE WEST IS TO GET RID OF HIM TOO. THE CIA TRIED TO KILL HIM LAST YEAR.

RIGHT. SO, I MEAN, THEY'VE TRIED TO TAKE HIM OUT. AND SO, JUST A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO, THEY WERE COURTING HIM. THEY WERE TRYING TO ALLURE HIM INTO NATO AND TO JOINT MILITARY ACTIONS AND EVERYTHING. WELL, YOU KNOW, IT'S TALKING ABOUT BELARUSIAN TROOPS MOVING FROM BELARUS INTO UKRAINE. THERE'S SOME VIDEO SHOWING THE CONVOY OF TROOPS. YEAH, THIS CONVOY OF TROOPS IS COMING FROM BELARUS INTO UKRAINE, AND THIS IS REALLY IN RESPONSE TO THE CONVOYS OF WEAPONS OR LETHAL AID THAT ARE BEING SHIPPED IN This is coming from Belarus into Ukraine. And this is really in response to the convoys of weapons or lethal aid that are being shipped in from other areas.

Is this a convoy that we're looking at right now? Is this the same as the three-mile-long convoy they were talking about last night? Well, actually, Rick, now there's a 17-mile convoy in Ukraine IN UKRAINE THAT HAS FORMED UP OF RUSSIAN MILITARY AND BELARUSIAN FORCES. I THINK RUSSIA, IF I'M CORRECT, AS OF YESTERDAY, ONLY HAD ONE-THIRD OF THEIR TROOPS IN UKRAINE. WELL, DEPENDING ON WHO YOU ASK, SOME OF THE DIFFERENT MEDIA OUTLETS TODAY ARE SAYING THEY HAVE TWO-THIRDS OF THEIR FORCES IN.

SOME ARE ONLY SEEING A THIRD. BUT ONE THING THAT IS SIGNIFICANT IS THEY HAVE OBSERVED THEM ROTATING THEIR FORCES. OKAY. Some are only seeing a third. But one thing that is significant is they have observed them rotating their forces. In other words, listen, the way I look at it, Rick, is Russia has just sent in their junior varsity team right now. They haven't even sent in their first string players yet. That's why Lukashenko is saying the meat grinder is coming. Right. Did you see the one story? I mean, again, we could do a whole show on the propaganda.

The one story said, Putin's generals looked shocked when he activated the nuclear arsenal. What was the Associated Press there to take photographs of them? How do they know they look shocked? They made it up, Rick. It's a propaganda story. That stuff's just out there. It's so thick. It's sort of like Marco Rubio coming out on Sunday and saying, you know what, Putin looks sick.

He doesn't look well. Maybe he's gone crazy. Maybe he's gone mad. Now you are an observer of that, Mr. Rubio? Well, they're setting theACK RUSSIA. RIGHT. NOW MR. LUKASHENKO SAID HEY THERE IS A MEAT GRINDER COMING SOON BUT RICK AND THAT IS JUST THE BELARUSIAN SIDE OF THINGS. RUSSIA HASN'T EVEN BROUGHT IN THE BIG GUNS YET HAVE THEY? NO. AND THERE IS ONE WEAPON THAT HAS BEEN SPOTTED IN UKRAINE. THEY ARE THERMOMERIC ROCKET There's one weapon that has been spotted in Ukraine.

They are thermobaric rocket launchers capable of exploding the enemy's lungs. They've been seen headed towards Ukraine. Doc, these are, some people call them flamethrowers. They burst over the ground and they evaporate all the oxygen. THEY BURST OVER THE GROUND AND THEY EVAPORATE ALL THE OXYGEN. And that's why Lukashenko is saying, hey, it's not a war yet. This is a conflict. The war is coming. And it's going to be a meat grinder. And it'll be over in three days. What does NATO do then?

NATO started the fight. They provoked Russia. They got the fight. What do they do? Do they take it all the way? Does NATO get involved now? If Russia begins using their really big weapons, does NATO get involved? Or does NATO stand down and just walk away knowing they got Ukraine in this mess?

We've got a crazy man in the Kremlin. So what do we do about him? What else can we do about him? So Kurt Volker is, you know, promoting the idea, well, then Putin's own military and his own government need to take him out himself. And so we have Kurt Volker on Stuart Barney earlier today. Watch this. They could develop. So I think they're going to try to keep the targets, but they've got to get off the Russian supplies. One last one, if I may, Mr. Ambassador. What happens to world opinion if indeed the Russians do intend to demolish parts of Kiev to take it?

World opinion has been remarkable. Also, everyone has come around now to see Putin for the brutal dictator and aggressor that he is and to support Ukraine. I think the Ukrainians have a good chance of surviving here. I think they may actually hold off the Russians. And I think this will be ultimately the end of Putin. I don't think the world will tolerate him leading Russia anymore. Who's going to take him down? Hopefully internally, the military and the intelligence services.

I think they see that the only threat to Russia today is Putin's leadership. Do you question his sanity? I think so, to be honest. To be going after civilian populations this way, waging a war straight out of the 19th century, and then threatening nuclear use. These are the actions of a madman. That's dramatic stuff, Mr. Ambassador. We're very glad to have you on the show with those opinions.

THEY WERE ALL SAYING THE SAME THING. THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE. YOU KNOW, EVEN DURING THE LAST DAYS OF THE COVID NONSENSE AND STUFF, EVEN FOX AND MSNBC HAD DIFFERENT VIEWPOINTS. There was no difference. Even during the last days of the COVID nonsense and stuff, even Fox and MSNBC had different viewpoints. Not this morning, no story, Bob. They're saying the exact same thing.

But there was a voice that popped up on Trey Gowdy's show last night. There's a gentleman by the name of General Douglas McGregor, and he appeared on Trey Gowdy's Sunday night show. He is kind of an outlier on this, Rick. He was actually saying that this war is already over. Putin has already won this war. And that for all intents and purposes, it's over with at this point.

Let's watch this. What is Vladimir Putin up to? Is he testing NATO? Does he think NATO lacks the appetite for conflict? Russia is trying to push its boundaries up to and against those of NATO countries. Why? And how far will he go? How far will we let him go? There are new reports Moscow is massing forces and military

equipment and Belarus near the border with Poland. And Poland is, of course, a NATO member country. Here is Colonel Doug McGregor, a former senior advisor to the Secretary of Defense. Thank you for joining us. Why do you think Putin is doing this? What is his end game? Well, Vladimir Putin is carrying through on something that he's been warning us about, at least for the last 15 years, which is that he will not tolerate U.S. forces or their missiles on his borders, much as we would not tolerate Russian troops and missiles in Cuba. And we ignored him, and he finally acted. He was not going to allow Ukraine under any circumstances to join NATO. What's happened now is that the

battle in eastern Ukraine is really almost over. All the Ukrainian troops there have been largely surrounded and cut off. You have a concentration down in the southeast of 30,000 to 40,000 of them. And if they don't surrender within the next 24 hours, I suspect that the Russians will ultimately annihilate them. That's why Zelensky is meeting with Putin's representatives right now. The game is over. And he's going to have to negotiate the best deal he can get. And we've already told him, the president of the United States has, that if he opts for neutrality for Ukraine, we'll back him. And I think that Vladimir Putin will do that for western Ukraine. That is the Ukraine beyond the Yemper River. But behind it in the east, where he is now, I'm not sure what he has planned there, whether he forms another republic and annexes it into Russia,

because historically it has been Russian. But the territory west of Ukraine is not he knows that and he's happy to live with that as a neutral state and so basically general McGregor said this this war is over now really for all intents and purposes that's why Zelensky is meeting in Belarus with or his representatives meeting. And they're going to have another meeting tomorrow. That's right. Did General McGregor say that President Biden told President Zelensky, if you want to declare Ukraine neutral, the U.S. will back you? That's what McGregor said. That's new to me. Right. And so I don't know where he got that. We need to look into that.

But he did say that, Rick. And so now the fact that General McGregor, I knew he was saying something truthful, Rick. The reason why is everybody's attacking him today. Everybody is attacking General McGregor today because of his comment. That's not the only comment he made last night, Rick. He also said, if we want this conflict to end, there's only one way to do it. NATO has to back down and has to admit we lost. They have to do it. That's the only, that's really the only way out of this. Watch this. It's not want to do in our usual effort to demonize him and his country.

We need to remember that Ukraine is fourth from the bottom of 158 countries in the world as corrupt. Russia is perhaps three or four places above them. This is not the liberal democracy, the shining example that everyone says it is. Far from it. Mr. Zelensky is jailed journalists and his political opposition. I think we need to stay out of it. The American people think we should stay out of it. The Europeans think we should stay out of it.

And we should stop shipping weapons and encouraging Ukrainians to die in what is a hopeless endeavor. So when you say stay out of it, you mean no sanctions, no military aid, just let Russia take the portion of Ukraine they want to take? Yes, absolutely. I see no reason why we should fight with the Russians over something that they have been talking about for years. We simply chose to ignore it. And more important, the population there is indistinguishable from their own. Now you understand why they're attacking General McGregor. A man who makes sense.

So the only way out on this, according to General McGregor, is that NATO has to back away, has to lift all sanctions, has to quit shipping lethal aid to Ukraine. And what's going to end up happening is Ukraine is going to be split in two. You're going to have a Western Ukraine, you're going to have an Eastern Ukraine. The Eastern Ukraine is going to be basically Russia UKRAINE IS GOING TO BE SPLITTEN TOO. YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE A WESTERN UKRAINE, YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE AN EASTERN UKRAINE. THE EASTERN UKRAINE IS GOING TO BE BASICALLY RUSSIA BECAUSE IT'S PRIMARILY RUSSIAN PEOPLE ANYWAY IN EASTERN UKRAINE. AND SO ZELENSKYY WILL BE PRESIDENT OF WESTERN UKRAINE. THAT'S REALLY THE ONLY PATHWAY OUT, AT LEAST AS GENERAL MCGREGOR SEES IT. BUT HE HAS TO AGREE THAT WESTERN UKRAINE NEVER JOINS NATO.

YES, THAT THERE HAS TO BE A NEUTRALITY THERE FOR THAT. that Western Ukraine never joins NATO. Yes, that there has to be a neutrality there for that. But Mr. Zelensky today signed, yesterday or today, signed an agreement to put Ukraine in the European Union. That's right. It's like, what are you doing? Yeah, it's bipolar. Do you not know that they're bombing you right now?

So I don't know who Zelensky is. He's a comedian, an actor. He's a crisis actor. And I don't know if you saw this headline. They change up the headlines throughout the day. This headline changed to this. Earlier it was that he had requested to join the EU. But now, this is how I know that Ukraine is desperate, Rick.
