First, however, Mr. Trump's political continues to defy the judge's gag order. Welcome to True News. I'm Rick Wiles. Today's Tuesday, April 30, 2024. Let's start with this look at a report published by WNBC-TV in New York City. Judge holds Trump in contempt of court over gag violations.

According to the article there, Rick, Judge Juan Merchan, presiding over the first criminal trial involving a sitting or former president in U.S. history, ordered Donald Trump in contempt of court on Tuesday over gag order violations, that is, hush money trial. Now, prosecutors did not seek jail time in their arguments at last week's contempt hearing. They did, however, seek fines and a warning that further infractions could come up to 30 days in jail. Now, they presented 10 alleged violations of the gag order, which bars Trump from attacking witnesses and others associated with the case. Judge Merchant found that they met the burden of proof on nine of them and fined Mr. Trump $1,000 for each. Prosecutors had also asked that the questionable truth social post be removed. Additional information is expected in Judge Merchant's order.

You know, the Democrats were chomping at the bits, licking their lip because, oh, he could get jail time, jail time. We're going to have to take away the Secret Service protection away from him and everything else. Well, Doc, they're moving in that direction. Yeah, I know. One of the statements that President Trump made that he was fine for today was he pointed out that the judge's daughter is politically active for the Democrats. And that's a fact.

That's a fact. But you can't say it if you're Donald Trump. Now, Michael Cohen, the liar in the case. Yes, convicted liar. The convicted liar is allowed to tweet all day long. Yes. He can say anything he wants to say on social media. Cases against President Trump. They are so biased, so unjust, so unconstitutional that any fair minded American citizen realizes that this is political persecution. Yes.

Never in the history of America has the law been used to go after a former president of the United States to shut him up, to prevent him from speaking, from campaigning, to put him in prison so that he cannot be elected? This has never happened in the history of this country. And if this evil force is not dealt with in our country, what evil force? That's where they're headed with this. Now, how far will they go? House Democrats introduced a bill last week that would strip President Trump of his secret service protection. So they're sending him to prison. They want to get him in prison, but they want to make sure there are no secret service agents with him. Because right now, this has never happened in our country, a former president sent to prison. It's never happened. Nobody's ever thought this through.

Legally, the Secret Service must go to prison with the president because their duty is to protect the sitting president and all past presidents. Right. So there would have to be Secret Service agents in the cell 24 hours with donald trump there would have to be secret service agents in the shower with donald trump they can't let him alone no they can't in a prison in the cafeteria everywhere 24, 24-7 Secret Service protection. So what are the Democrats doing? They introduced a bill that would deny Secret Service protection to President Trump if he's sent to prison. So in the story from last week, Representative Benny Thompson, Democrat from Mississippi,

introduced legislation that would strip Secret Service protection from convicted felons sentenced to prison, a bill clearly aimed at former President Donald Trump. It says, unfortunately, this is from him, current law doesn't anticipate how Secret Service protection would impact the felony prison sentences of a protectee, even a former president. That's coming from Thompson, the former chairman of the House January 6th Select Committee. He went on to say, it is regrettable, Rick, that it has come to this, but this previously unthought of scenario could become our reality. And they're doing everything they can to make it a reality. That's right. They are. They would love for him to not have Secret Service protection. By the way, nearly 99% of all assassination attempts, both successful and unsuccessful, came from Democrats.

That's right. Not Republicans, not MAGA, not anyone else, but Democrats. And to this day, Bobby Kennedy doesn't have Secret Service protection. Yes. They're denying it to him. If anybody deserves Secret Service protection, it would be a Kennedy running for president. And you would think they would give it to him after people started climbing his walls at his house out in California. Well, Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene suggested that the Democrats have a plan, and that plan is to get President Trump

murdered in prison. All right. Now, this is also from last week, earlier this week as well. Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene said that Democrats want former President Donald Trump dead while suggesting that plans are being made to have the ex-president murdered in jail. Greene, one of the most outspoken proponents of the Trump MAGA movement in Congress, claimed during an interview with Infowars host and conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, that's Newsweek

saying that, that former president's ongoing legal woes show that Democrats literally want him dead. Green told Alex Jones on Monday that Trump was being targeted with rigged trials and an unbelievable perversion of our justice system before suggesting that Democrats are hoping for his death, citing a proposal from Democratic Congressman Benny Thompson, which we referenced earlier, to strip convicted felons of Secret Service protection. Here's what she said. The Democrats aren't sorry about it. They literally want him dead. Benny Thompson introduced a bill to take away his Secret Service protection. That's how serious they are. They want former President Trump dead.

They want to lock him up in jail for the rest of his life so that he dies in jail. And they want to take away his Secret Service protection so that he is murdered somewhere in jail, possibly. This is how serious they are. I wouldn't put it past it. I agree with her. Why is it only Marjorie Taylor Greene who's defending President Trump? I know it. There are no Republicans standing up for President Trump.

Nobody says anything. Of all the House and Senate Republicansans nobody says anything in his defense nobody condemns the democrats for their aggressive lawfare nobody condemns them for corruption what happened to the impeach joe biden movement there's so much evidence that joe biden is an agent of the chinese government and received millions of dollars illegally from Ukraine and other countries. All right. They're getting what they want. Yes. And once again, the Republicans are wimpy little puppies. And the only thing that you can get Republican congressmen excited about is money for Israel. Right. Then they get animated. Yes.

They go into action. Did you say money for Israel? Man, they spring into action. But talk about anything else, they're silent. They become wimpy little dogs. One good story, KGUN-TV, Arizona. The state of Arizona will not seek a retrial on a case against rancher George Allen Kelly. This is the elderly rancher who was charged with homicide because he fired warning shots at a group of illegal immigrants on his ranch, one of the people were hit by the bullets.

He said he didn't intentionally try to shoot anyone. He was trying to scare them off his property. The state went after him. They dragged this man through a hellish season of his life. They stole a significant portion of this man's life and his income to pay for his defense. Right. You know, massive amount of stress on an elderly man,

and the jury couldn't find him guilty. And the trial was dismissed. Yes, and the state has been bulldozing this story for a long time. The state of Arizona wanted this man in prison. The state of Arizona wanted an American rancher in prison for defending his property. That's right. So the state says now that it has decided not to seek a retrial in the case of George Allen Kelly. The defense has asked to have the case dropped with prejudice. Mr. Kelly, upon leaving the

courthouse with no retrial on the horizon, simply told KGUN that he was feeling a sense of relief, concluding with, thank God. And once again, as Rick said, he was simply defending his property, private property, but there is defending his property, private property. But there is no private property for the left. No, but they plan to get rid of your private property also. Doc, where they're going with this. If there's no border, there's no private property. There's going to be. I'm telling you, if the communists in this country are not dealt with, in 10 years, there will be property confiscation.

Yes. And your property will be given to illegal immigrants. That's where they're going with this communist revolution in this country. The average American just can't comprehend that this could happen in the country. Right. That's so far out of their thinking. It's not even possible. But you've got to think.
