I'm Jake but my friends call me Moose Jaw. I'm a blacksmith and I like to work with my hands.
I watch True News and it's apparent to me that we are in World War Three and the US is very unstable.
I have faith in God but he expects us to use our brains and our hands to prepare for trouble times.
There are two things we need, food and water.
That's why I buy my supplies from AmericanReserves.com.
American Reserves offers easy-to-prepare chicken and beef meals, pastas, soups, and vegetables that only need boiling water. You can purchase the world-famous British Burkefield gravity-fed water filters equipped with Dalton ceramic candles and other emergency
supplies at AmericanReserves.com. My family's security is critical to me.
Something big is coming. Procrastination could be costly. Act today before a crisis suddenly
appears. Be ready. Be wise. Go to AmericanReserves.com. presumptive nominee of the Republican Party, made a surprising turnabout today on the issue
of banning TikTok, the Chinese social media platform. Previously, Mr. Trump supported calls
to ban Americans from using the platform. However, Mr. Trump told CNBC that he now favors keeping
TikTok in America. Let's watch a clip from the CNBC that he now favors keeping TikTok in America.
Let's watch a clip from the CNBC interview.
Mr. President, talking about China, I want to ask you about perhaps one of the biggest business stories and policy stories of the moment, and that is TikTok.
You have called TikTok a national security threat.
At one point, you said that their, quote, data collection threatens to allow the Chinese Communist Party access to Americans' personal and proprietary information. And yet it
appears that you've now reversed your view on banning TikTok. Why is that? So I had it done.
And then Congress said, well, they never they they ultimately usually fail. You know, they are like extremely political and they're extremely subject to people called lobbyists who happen to be very, very talented, very good and very rich.
I could have banned TikTok. I had it banned just about I could have gotten it done.
But I said, you know what,
but I'll leave it up to you. I didn't push them too hard because, you know, let them do their own
research and development. And they decided not to do it. But as you know, I was at a point where I
could have gotten it done if I wanted to. I sort of said, you guys decide, you make that decision
because it's a tough decision to make. Frankly, there are a lot of people on TikTok that love it. There are a lot of young kids on TikTok who will go crazy without it.
There are a lot of users. There's a lot of good and there's a lot of bad with TikTok.
But the thing I don't like is that without TikTok, you can make Facebook bigger. And I consider
Facebook to be an enemy of the people, along with a lot of the media.
What Facebook did with lockboxes, with the $500 million Zuckabucks lockboxes that he put in,
I mean, I consider it illegal.
But, you know, they put people in jail when they spend more than $5,600 in a campaign.
They go to jail if they're $200.
Look at Dinesh D'Souza.
They put him in jail over a couple of hundred bucks.
And yet here's the guy who spends $500 million and he doesn't go to jail.
Mr. President, but do you believe that TikTok is a national security threat or not? Because if it is, and I believe that you're the emergency powers order that you had put in place at the time suggested that it was.
Was that not true?
I do believe that. I do believe it.
And we have to very much go into privacy and make sure that we are protecting the American people's privacy and data rights.
And I agree. But, you know, we also have that problem with
other you have that problem with Facebook and lots of other companies, too. I mean,
they get the information, they get plenty of information and they deal with China
and they'll do whatever China wants. You know, if you look at some of our American companies,
when you talk about highly sophisticated companies that you think are American, they're not so American. They deal in
China. And China, if China wants anything from them, they will give it. So that's a national
security risk also. But when I look at it, I'm not looking to make Facebook double the size.
And if you ban TikTok, Facebook and others, but mostly Facebook will be a big beneficiary.
And I think Facebook has been very just I think Facebook has been very bad for our country, especially when it comes to elections.
Mr. President, you met recently with Jeff Yoss, who's a hedge fund manager, has a stake in TikTok.
He's a huge GOP donor. Steve Bannon has suggested that you've been paid off to switch
your view. How did your view change? How did that come about? And did you have a conversation with
Jeff Yoss about it? No, I didn't. I met with him very briefly. I made a speech and I said hello to
him and his wife was lovely. And actually, her primary thing was on education. She wants choice, as I do.
And she mentioned to me more than anything, you know, we talked about education.
It was a meeting that lasted for a few minutes.
Now, the only one I met was, I met them both.
And, you know, I don't think I ever met him before, but he never mentioned TikTok.
She did mention school choice, and that's what her
whole, in fact, she said, my whole life is based around School Choice. It was a very important
thing to her, and I agree with it. Well, Zero Hedge published this article this morning.
Trump just sold out. Bizarre TikTok flip-flop followed meeting with hedge fund manager who has $30 billion investment fund.
And, Doc, let's take a look at what TikTok, I mean, what Zero Hedge said.
And they were basing a lot of their information on a report by Punchbowl News.
Right, yeah.
So let's go ahead and take a look at this.
And so that at least appears what to have taken place here.
Mr. Trump recently met with billionaire fund manager and GOP donor Jeff Yoss, who does
have a stake in TikTok worth more than $30 billion, as reported by Punchbowl.
Yoss is a big financial backer of the conservative group
Club for Growth, which was anti-Trump before turning pro-Trump. Yoss has given $10 million
to the Congressional Leadership Fund, the House GOP-aligned super PAC in this cycle, as well as
another $250,000 to a joint leadership fund for Speaker Mike Johnson. Now, Politico this weekend reported that Kellyanne
Conway, the former top Trump aide, is being paid by the conservative Club for Growth to advocate
for TikTok. Conway, who isn't registered as a TikTok lobbyist, called some members about
representing Mike Gallagher and Raja Kishnamurthy's TikTok bill before Thursday's markup, sources close to the issue said.
Now, on Sunday, the National Pulse also reported that former Trump aide Kellyanne Conway has begun lobbying for TikTok
and is claiming regulatory guardrails would be better peddling the pro-CCP line to Congress members.
Rick, this would be a significant policy change, wouldn't it?
It's a bizarre development in politics.
And when you were, if you listen carefully to Mr. Trump on CNBC, his reasoning was not
consistent.
It had major flaws in it.
Yes.
When he was asked about the security of TikTok, he said, yes, that's a concern.
Well, it was a big enough concern that when he was president, he issued an executive order over it.
What do you do with TikTok?
You know, it should have been banned years ago when it just got started in America? I think the number right
now is 170 million Americans are using TikTok. What do you do? All of us who use social media
to get our information across, we have to deal with this fact that half of the american public is using tiktok right and yet it's well known that
tiktok is a communist party platform from china and it's been used to um
um greatly degrade the the minds of young children and What did you think of his, President Trump's really episode attack on Facebook on Mark Zuckerberg?
What he was saying was, I would rather have a China Communist Party controlled social media platform in America than allow Mark Zuckerberg to grow any bigger.
That was his reasoning.
Right.
Is that a valid? Is that a valid?
Is that a valid?
It just doesn't feel right.
Reason to have your position
as a future president of the United States?
I hate this guy.
I hate what he did to me in the last election.
So I'm going to...
I'm going to back the communists against him.
So you're going to back the communists
against the Zionists? him so you're going to back the communists against the zionists
is that is that the reasoning that mr trump's giving it's something very bizarre and i don't
know exactly what uh this billionaire has uh where where he fits in this mr yas is he trying to buy tiktok is he trying to get a stake in tiktok
is does he have i'm wondering behind the scenes oh i understand are the negotiations underway
between him and china that is china saying you know what if we had an american investor
our propaganda platform would be more secure in America.
I understand what you're agreeing with.
Why is Kellyanne Conway working for TikTok?
And Yoss is a big donor to the Club for Growth.
Kellyanne Conway is advocating for TikTok
for the Club for Growth.
Right.
So there's your direct connection between the two.
But why the Club for Growth? why are they involved in it is it because yas is giving them tens of millions of dollars
so what's his stake it's got to be that he is i'm i'm just assuming he's privately negotiating
with the chinese to buy a stake in t. And therefore they could say
it's partially owned by Americans.
It's not all Chinese anymore.
It's partially American.
But Mr. Trump's change,
it doesn't look good for him.
It makes him look very inconsistent
that he can flip that fast.
How do you think his base will react to this information, this news?
Well, you heard what Steve Bannon said.
It was a sellout.
Right.
But the average Trump voter, no.
Probably won't make a difference.
No.
They will let him do anything he wants to do.
They will always justify his actions.
Always.
It doesn't matter.
Whatever Mr. Trump does, whatever he says, it's okay with his base.
They may not like it, but it's okay.
They're not going to hold him accountable on anything.
That's just the way it is.
Meanwhile, on another story,
while we're talking about social media platforms,
Telegram.
This is another foreign-owned platform.
They have reached 900 million users worldwide.
Yes.
900 million, almost a billion users.
Right.
A platform that started, I think, what, 2013?
Somewhere around 2013.
A little over 10 years old.
And as Rick said, it has 900 million users and it's nearing profitability.
None of these social media companies ever make a profit, do they? No.
Where do they get the money to keep it going?
Right.
Now, by the way, this is Financial Times.
I want to give credit to Financial Times in London.
So, according to the owner of the secret messaging app, the company is moving closer to a potential
blockbuster stock market listing.
Pavel Durov told the Financial Times that Dubai-based Telegram had grown to become one of the world's most popular social media apps while making hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue after introducing advertising and premium subscription services just two years ago.
And so they had not had any kind of revenue or any kind of money coming in until just a couple years ago.
And once again, you have to ask this question,
how are they able to finance all this? And why? Why would you continue year after year if there's
no money? So Durov, who fully owns Telegram, said the company had been offered $30 billion plus
valuations from potential investors, including global late-stage tech funds, but has ruled out
selling the platform while it explores a future initial
public offer. All right, let me ask you a question. Maybe you know, maybe you read the rest of this
article. So you have Telegram that has 900 million subscribers. It's currently got a market
valuation of $30 billion. How many full-time employees work for telegram i don't know the answer that question
just give me a guess what would you think a 30 billion dollar company 900 million users how many
full-time employees i'll just shoot a number in the air and say a thousand oh you shot pretty high
how many 50 50 yes for a 30 billion dollar company yes 50 50 people with a
billion users yes 50 people they have 50 employees i'm telling you there's there's something about
these social media platforms that we don't know the truth about them. Things don't, they just don't make sense to the data.
The math doesn't add up, does it?

or truenewsgold.com. You've been hearing a name, Lakin Riley, and tragedy with this young woman
several weeks ago, killed, murdered, University of Georgia campus, killed by an illegal yes an illegal immigrant not an undocumented immigrant
an illegal immigrant a criminal a murderer and he's not an immigrant either he's an invader yes
he's not an immigrant yeah he's not an immigrant he's an illegal a criminal in america a thug a
murderer and he was brought into America.
Yes.
And not only him, but two of his brothers. Two other brothers here also.
Yes. Fox 5 Atlanta reporting. Third, a Barra brother, also arrested for entering the country illegally.
That's right. And that happened just a day after that Lakin Riley was found murdered on the University of Georgia campus.
Now, if you watch the State of the Union address last Thursday,
you saw the confrontation between Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene and President Biden.
President Biden responded to Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Notice the media has called it heckling, but she challenged Joe Biden to say her name, meaning Lakin Riley.
Unfortunately, he couldn't say the name Lakin Riley.
Watch this.
Not really.
I. Lincoln, Lincoln Riley, an innocent young woman who was killed by an illegal.
That's right.
But how many of thousands of people being killed by legal?
So two things in that particular clip there.
First of all, he mispronounced her.
Lakin's name is not Lincoln.
It was Lakin's name. It's not Lincoln. It was Lakin. Secondly, when I was watching this, I sat up
when he said it. He said illegal. I thought, oh, he just went off script.
And he said how many thousands had been killed by illegals.
That's right. So he doubled down on that. So that's what happens when Joe Biden is allowed
to roam on his own.
Well, the Democrats brought him back real fast.
Yes.
And he got his knuckles wrapped for saying illegal.
Yes.
And saying thousands have been killed by illegals.
So NBC News, Biden says he regrets referring to an illegal.
He regrets it. Yes. He regrets calling a murderer in America illegally
and illegal. Yes. The behavior of a president like this is shameful.
That he's intimidated by a radical section of the Democratic Party.
Yes.
But during your response to her heckling of you,
you used the word illegal when talking about the man who allegedly killed Lakin Riley.
An undocumented person.
And I shouldn't have used illegal.
It's undocumented.
And look.
He's not going to speak disrespectfully about murderers.
But he will about Donald Trump.
And his supporters.
Right.
