Let's begin our analysis and commentary on world and national headlines by looking at this article published this morning by RT.com in Russia. Ukraine can use British weapons to strike Crimea as its defense secretary. This came out in Sky News just a few hours ago. And I'm not even sure if Sky News even has it

on their website. They were streaming the speech live. And so this is the RT coverage. Ukraine can use any weapon supplied by the UK to launch strikes on Russia's Crimean Island Peninsula. Defense Secretary Grant Shapps confirmed to journalists on Tuesday. London considers the region, which joined Russia in 2014 following a referendum, to be an integral part of Ukraine, he said. Russia has already warned that it could retaliate to any strikes by attacking U.K. military targets in Ukraine and beyond.

And beyond. That's the key right there. And it goes on to say, speaking at a Royal Navy conference in London, Shapps maintained that a victory for Russia would be unimaginable and unacceptable for Great Britain and called for intensified arms deliveries to Kiev. When asked specifically about the weapons the UK has supplied Ukraine, the defense secretary replied, quote, we have provided munitions for weapons to be used in the territory of Ukraine, including Crimea. He refused to reveal further details about the exact agreements reached by London Kiev, saying that he would not go beyond that in talking about tactics. We've got a got about a one minute clip of the UK defence chief making these remarks today in London.

Let me ask you this question. Would Ben Wallace and I have been so willing to be able to play a leadership role in Ukraine without the insurance of our continuous at-sea deterrent? Would UK defence have given Ukraine the end laws, the storm shadows, needed to defeat Russia's invasion without our continuous at-sea deterrent? And that decision has been made immensely easier because of our continuous sea deterrent. We went on later on in Q&A session later on in that same conference to stress that the agreements in place and the munitions that were being supplied were provided to Ukraine for the purpose of striking Crimea.

Wiping away any doubt about the purpose. Right. Doc, is there something in the drinking water in London that's causing this insanity? If it is, it's infected all of Europe, too. But the idea is, I mean, he came right out and said, we're supplying storm shadow missiles for the reclaiming of the Black Sea, of making it the Ukraine pond, if you will. So you're going to take out the Russian Navy, too. Right. That's basically what they're saying there. This is World War III.

When one country says we're going to take out another country's navy, that's World War III. There's no other way to analyze it. It's World War III. Doc, and you know this, we wouldn't be in this mess. Well, I could keep backing it up. I could go back to 2014. We wouldn't be in this mess if we didn't allow John McCain and the goddess of war Victoria Newland to go to Kiev and promise Western support if they overthrew the democratically elected

government of Ukraine in 2014. That's what the US and Europe did. They brought the Nazis to power. Then the whole thing, the process started between Russia and the West. But if you just back it up to the early spring of 2022, the Russian military moved into Ukraine, just into the breakaway provinces, the Russian-speaking provinces of Ukraine. They moved into that area because the Ukrainians were killing the Russian-speaking Ukrainians. Let's be clear about that. Most people don't know this because it's so far over there. And so we here in the United States, we really don't know all the details but the ukrainians were shelling and bombing the russian speaking cities and villages in ukraine and those regions wanted to break away and join russia

so it was civil war right they didn't want to break away until mccain anduland brought about the CIA-directed revolution in 2014. And that gave that government the wherewithal that they could go ahead and start striking Russian-speaking peoples in Ukraine. So then we fast forward to the spring of 2022. So Russia invaded the region in February of 2022. And then by the early spring, I don't know if it was March, April, Ukraine and Russia were going to have peace talks. They were on the verge of signing a peace treaty. It was done. It was written. Yes. I mean, they weren't just negotiating, talking about it.

They had a peace treaty. And Boris Johnson, who forgot his comb, flew over to Kiev and said, don't you dare sign a peace treaty. We will give you all the money and weapons you need to fight. That's why we're in this mess. Ukraine and Russia were ready to settle the issue. Had the West not intervened and stopped that peace agreement, the Russian-speaking provinces would have broke off, joined Russia. Russia would have said, okay, we're satisfied. We're done. You agree not to join NATO. You don't put any NATO missiles in Ukraine. We'll be at peace. That was in the agreement.

That was the agreement. That was the agreement. None of this would have happened. Nobody would have died. Only God knows how many young Russians and young Ukrainians have died. It's not just young. The old Ukrainians are dying. Yes.

None of it would have happened there wouldn't be death and destruction all over ukraine if the west would have stayed out of it but who is it the bilderberg boys the cfr boys the highly educated snobs of harvard and yale and princeton whose own sons and daughters don't go to war. They never go to war. But they rule the world. And they have this grand plan. And they've got to keep NATO going because NATO needs a boogeyman.

NATO had become obsolete. World War II was a long time ago. What was the purpose of NATO? They had to create a purpose. And you've got to create a war. Now, and I didn't bring it out today. I had so much to bring out. Jens Stoltenberg has now said NATO's got to expand to Asia.

Yes, I saw those comments today. Not just the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. We have to become an Asian treaty organization also. And in particular, he mentioned Indochina. Yes. So Malaysia, Vietnam, those countries. NATO wants to become a global army. That's what it is, a global army that can have war endlessly, just anywhere they want to have a war.

The point I'm making is there didn't have to be this war. It could have ended. Right. If we had diplomats, if we had men and women committed to peace, there never would have been the provocations to start the war. Even after it started, if we had diplomats, people committed to peace, reconciliation, respect, a new foreign policy, we could have quickly settled it. But just the opposite happened. The West said, we've got to destroy russia i personally think that the entire operation was designed to provoke russia to take the action they've been trying for

years to get putin to take the bait come on out and fight hey we're gonna throw we'll hit you with another pie come on out and fight we're gonna break the windows out of your house come on out and fight we're gonna kill your dog come out and fight call your mother names come out and fight putin wouldn't fight and then in february 2022 he said i'm gonna fight and it was an unprovoked attack then right oh yeah it was an unprovoked attack unprecedented yes an invasion and so putin has now said yeah i'm gonna fight and i'm not It was an unprovoked attack then, right? Oh, yeah. It was an unprovoked attack. Unprecedented. Oh, yes. An invasion. And so Putin has now said, yeah, I'm going to fight, and I'm not going to stop.

I'm not going to stop until I'm done. This didn't have to happen. For two years, they thought they could drain Russia, financially bankrupt them, drive Putin to a heart attack, split Russia, revolution in Russia. None of it has worked. In fact, it's backfired on them. Russian economy is booming right now because of military buildup. And the world is moving away from the West saying, we see what you are. See, the West, there's a connection to this in Zionism.

and Russia, and they're saying, we don't want any of this. Let's just get away from them. And so the world is breaking away from the West. That's why Niger kicked the United States out of its military base and brought in the Russians.

They don't want us anymore. And the reason they don't want us is because we're bullies. And people are tired of being bullied around And the reason they don't want us is because we're bullies. Yes. And then they tell us you have to support the troops. Well, the best way to support our troops is not send them to a foreign war.
