The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. So help us God. Last March, United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres proposed the establishment
Starting point is 00:00:48 of a global emergency platform to respond to and manage future global crises, such as another pandemic. The emergency platform proposal will be presented to the Summit of the Future scheduled for 2024. Mr. Guterres said the global emergency platform would promote a worldwide response based on solidarity and equity. The platform would consist of a set of protocols that national governments, corporations and NGOs would implement in the event of a worldwide disaster, pandemic or calamity. According to the UN chief, his global emergency platform scheme has garnered the support of President Joe Biden. Let's start today by looking at this headline published by thefederalist.com the un is planning
Starting point is 00:01:48 to seize global emergency powers with joe biden's support doc burkhardt is here we're going to jump into the federalist.com article yes so according to the federalists the un is planning to assert global emergency powers with the support of President Biden. The proposed emergency platform, as Rick said, would grant the U.N. significant authority and control over public and private sectors in the event of global shocks like pandemics or climactic events. The Federalist raised concerns about the potential erosion of American sovereignty and argued that if approved, this plan could fundamentally change the United States. And they're exactly right, because it would grant the authority to the UN to basically you could lock down America if you wanted to and lock down the world. Yeah, Doc. So this is a this is a plan on the surface. But appears is that they're going to globalize the next lockdown.
Starting point is 00:02:48 In 2020, 2021, countries went into lockdowns and mask mandates and vaccine mandates at different levels, different times, some with a lot of opposition some with no opposition what they're going to do with this scheme is implement a worldwide lockdown a worldwide vaccine mandate no questions asked no parliaments no congresses no legislatures voting no politicians no public debate if countries sign on to this this document mr biden would be if he signs this he's he's going to be surrendering american sovereignty right to the united nations it's not but it's not a treaty it's it's just an agreement it's an agreement but the way they do things now this started under obama under obama i would say you could go back to bill clinton's sign gun control treaty that's right all right yes uh although it was never ratified by the senate
Starting point is 00:04:01 they're not even bothering to send them to the Senate anymore. They're just having a president sign it and say, we're on board. So they're setting up something and when you read other articles about it, there's not a lot that's come out lately. You have to go back to the beginning of the year
Starting point is 00:04:21 when Mr. Guterres made this proposal. He ties it into 2030 to the beginning of the year, when Mr. Guterres made this proposal, he ties it into 2030. And the inference that you get is the United Nations is behind schedule on implementing the 2030 agenda. And somehow, this emergency platform is going to get them caught up. But you'd have to have an emergency. That's right. That's the key to all of this. So many of the details that the UN emergency platform were laid out back in March of this year
Starting point is 00:04:58 in a policy paper titled Strengthening the International Response to Complex Global global shocks and emergency platform. Now, in that paper, the UN Secretary General writes, I propose that the General Assembly provide the Secretary General and the United Nations system with a standing authority to convene and operationalize automatically an emergency platform in the event of a future complex global shock of sufficient scale, severity, and reach. Well, that's pretty open-ended there. How would you define a complex global shock? Well, first of all, Doc, the United Nations doesn't have any authority.
Starting point is 00:05:39 That's right. Governments only have power if power is granted to them. And there's no power granted to the United Nations. The United Nations is not a world government. It wants to be, but it's not. Right. But this could give them that power. Yes.
Starting point is 00:05:54 And he's just assuming it, just proposing it as though they have a world constitution, a world charter that tells them they have the authority to order nations to obey them. But look what he says. The United Nations system with a standing authority to convene and operationalize automatically An emergency platform in the event of a future complex global shock. If you would talk to a lawyer about the words that are here, standing authority, convene. Operationalize. Operationalize. That means to set into motion. Yes, automatically.
Starting point is 00:06:43 Means when it's set into motion. Yes, automatically. It means when it's set into motion. Automatically. No debate. The UN determines when it goes into effect. I hope everybody understands what Joe Biden and Antonio Guterres and others are planning. And that is they are setting in motion the worldwide structure to lock down the entire world. And given the opportunity, we know they will do it.
Starting point is 00:07:18 Absolutely will do it. And to order a worldwide vaccination. Anything that they want to do. When he proposed this back in March, he used the phrase solidarity and equity. Not equality. Equity. That's a different term than equality.
Starting point is 00:07:43 The communists don't talk about equality anymore. Their favorite word now is equity. Equity is ownership. He said this plan will be implemented with solidarity, meaning the whole world will be one. And equity, meaning if you have something that that person needs in that country and i decide they need it i'll take it i'm taking it from you that's what equity means that a third world nation has legal right to natural resources medical you know supplies whatever is needed in another nation in a developed nation and it's not limited to physical resources either it could be related to
Starting point is 00:08:35 political freedoms let's say your freedom is restricted so we can give more freedom to this group over here but that's a that's. So now once triggered, the emergency platform would give the United Nations the ability to actively promote and drive an international response that places the principles of, once again, equity and solidarity at the center of its work. The emergency platform, excuse me, the union would bring together stakeholders. You hear that a lot all these conferences Rick and I go to. these stakeholders of the world, including academics, governments, private sector actors and international financial institutions to ensure there is a unified global response to the crisis. Notice they don't say citizens. They say everybody else except citizens. Now, the emergency platform would also give the UN the power to ensure that all participating actors make commitments that can contribute
Starting point is 00:09:37 meaningfully to the response and that they are held to account for delivery on those commitments. Now, you've got a couple important words in there, ensure. So that means you've got to force someone to do something. You've got to make them accountable. Well, who's going to make them accountable, Rick? Who's going to ensure that these commitments are lived up to? So are they about to give the united nations the power to enforce whatever mandate that uh they're that they decide to roll out because you have to have the power to enforce these things right you do and the un does not have that power right now and um there are commitments that are made you can't ensure participation without the commitments.
Starting point is 00:10:27 So first comes commitments. So Joe Biden and various presidents, monarchs, prime ministers around the world are going to make commitments on behalf of their country. And then when there's another calamity or pandemic, the UN is going to call those chips in. You made a commitment, now pay up. But what if Slovakia or somebody says,
Starting point is 00:10:55 we can't live up to our commitment or we don't want to commit? Well, here it says, we have to hold Slovakia accountable. So who's going to hold Slovakia accountable? Who's going to enforce that? Well, the first thing that comes to my mind is NATO. NATO would go in and get it.
Starting point is 00:11:18 This also says, we just read this one. Yes. The next one says, although the duration of the emergency platform would initially be set for a finite period at the end of that period the secretary general could extend the work of an emergency platform if required well we know where that's going right and as will be always there will be a the world will be in a global state of emergency forever. Forever.
Starting point is 00:11:50 It'll never end. That means the secretary general would have the authority to keep the emergency platform in place indefinitely, all without reauthorization from member nations. That's what's in this document. So that makes him a dictator. Right. It makes the Secretary General of the United Nations a dictator. He can decree a worldwide emergency in effect and refuse to lift the orders. Now, one more quote from this particular article.
Starting point is 00:12:23 It asks about that global shock that we talked about. So what kind of global shock could trigger the emergency platform? Well, the United Nations provides several possible examples in its formal proposal. Now, listen to these, including a major climatic event. They could say the icebergs are melting. Future pandemic risks. It's, you know, it's the next virus that's rolled out. A global digital connectivity disruption.
Starting point is 00:12:49 A major event in outer space. An unforeseen risk. And here's my favorite one out of the, quote, black swan events. Just, you know, crazy stuff that happens that you can't even think about. You haven't even imagined yet, Rick. But the ones that got me were the major event in outer space. What are we talking about? Are we talking about an asteroid?
Starting point is 00:13:15 Are we talking about a comet? Are we talking about aliens invading? What are we talking about? Well, a major event in outer space. Right. Not from outer space, but an event in outer space right not from outer space but an event in outer space like a space war like an intergalactic space war would that be a major event that would be big that would be a major event because if if if two asteroids collided in space how would that affect me unless the debris rains down on the earth but
Starting point is 00:13:47 something happening in space doesn't affect me unless they have something else in mind but it is curious wording that they have and also lot global loss of the Internet think about that. Someone could throw a switch. Or the Russians cut the cables. Right. And so we go into a global lockdown. Global martial law. That's what you would have.
Starting point is 00:14:16 Global martial law. The United Nations Secretary General would have the power to declare global martial law. Now the question is, Rick, if the UN did something like that, would people go along with it? Would people just say, well, that's the United Nations. I'm not following around with that. Well, a recent study in Britain, this is from the London Telegraph that we're looking at.
Starting point is 00:14:41 Britain was drilled to accept lockdown in future pandemics, says Nudge Unit Chief. Now, according to a leading behavioral scientist from the UK, Nudge Unit, Britain is drilled to accept lockdowns in future pandemics. The country has practiced the drill of wearing face masks and working from home and is capable of redoing it in a later crisis, as demonstrated in the COVID-19 pandemic. The scientists suggest that the fear-based messaging played a pivotal role in the population's general compliance with COVID-19 restrictions and could be used in ongoing and future pandemics. So Professor David Halperin predicted that the country would comply with another stay-at-home order because
Starting point is 00:15:25 they kind of know what the drill is. Professor Halperin said that while fear-based messaging in general is not effective, he defended its use in extreme circumstances. There are times when you need to cut through, particularly if you think people are wrongly calibrated. It's interesting he used that phrase in speaking about programming people, but they're not calibrated correctly. So once the public has learned a new behavior, Professor Halperin said, in principle, you can switch it back on. You've got the beginning, particularly of what is called a habit loop. If this has happened, then you should do that, he said. So major disasters leave this enduring trace on society, he explained. As well as knowing the drill, this quasi-evolutionary
Starting point is 00:16:15 impact is a strong indicator of future behavior, he claimed. They might protest. Do we really have to do it? Showing good, healthy skepticism. But once you've exercised those muscles, they're more likely to be used again, he said. So basically, just to sum all this up, he's saying the next lockdown is going to be a whole lot easier than the previous one. Even though people say, we're not going to do another lockdown, we'll never do that again. Professor Halpin is making the case, you'll do it again and quicker yes doc the nudge unit in great britain was a secretive government committee that was set up scientist the people that were on the nudge unit committee were people who were professionally trained to understand and affect human behavior
Starting point is 00:17:20 the reason they called it nudge is that the committee was recommending strategies to the government to nudge the people towards mass vaccination, towards mass lockdowns. They were nudging them. They were using very deceptive lies and propaganda techniques to inch by inch nudge the people closer and closer and closer to total submission great britain locked down pretty hard you know either equal or second to australia there was very little resistance in great britain to the lockdown at least the media didn't allow the rest of us right outside of great britain to see it see it. But the Brits laid down and did it, just like the Aussies. There was definitely strong opposition in Australia, but by and large, the overwhelming majority of the Aussie people accepted it. What they didn't realize is that there were behavioral scientists and psychologists
Starting point is 00:18:24 working behind the scenes with government ministers to tweak government propaganda, news reporting, entertainment messages. Sometimes it was threats. Sometimes it was a complimentary message. You're being a good citizen. You're a patriot. And then they would follow that up with, you're a lowlife.
Starting point is 00:18:58 You're threatening the lives of babies because you're not vaccinated. And so they were nudging the people towards total compliance so he's saying very confidently you're going to do it again i'm a behavioral scientist i know your behavior you you've used the uh the muscles yes the lockdown muscles if you will and you'll be able to go right back into it again and you'll just roll with it the majority of people just roll with it and he said all you have to do is calibrate the people calibrate their minds fine-tune them uh he referred to a habit loop you've got the beginning particularly of what is called the habit loop if this has happened then you should do that okay so
Starting point is 00:19:47 he said in principle you can switch it back on once the public has learned a new behavior you can switch it back on so he was paid by the British government. Teach us how. To program the people. To program the people. That there's a switch that we can turn on and off. And he's boasting. We did it. And the United Nations is saying, we're going to do it worldwide. Right.
Starting point is 00:20:20 And we now have. We now have statistics on who the resistors are. And we know how to deal with them. They're going to do something, there's no doubt. And we have to resist. But they are going to do something at some point in the future. They're getting ready for it uh this next one is a a tweet from jennifer zing and she she has a uh a podcast um but i i want to make this disclaimer uh jennifer zing is a member of the Falun Gong cult, which is banned in China.
Starting point is 00:21:05 It is a religious cult. The Falun Gong is the owner and publisher of the Epoch Times newspaper. So whenever you buy or read the Epoch Times, you need to know that that is a publication of the Falun Gong cult. Just like the Washington Times is owned by the Unification Church. Moonies. But I guess if we were honest, all the news media is owned by some religious group.
Starting point is 00:21:38 I mean, we're a religious group. We're Christian. All right. She's in a non-christian religious cult but i would say cbs and nbc and cnn they're all part of religious cults one way or the other i i'm just saying that just to to make it clear the source from where she's operating. However, you have to admit that the Epoch Times does incredibly good investigative reporting.
Starting point is 00:22:13 Just like the Christian Science Monitor does excellent reporting. And yet it came from Mary Baker Eddy. Right. It was a spiritualist. But as a newspaper, it was a great newspaper. Are they still around?
Starting point is 00:22:27 I think they shut down, didn't they? I don't know. We haven't talked about them for a while. I think they went away a couple decades ago. I don't know. I don't know. But anyhow, let's get into this text because she is quoting a person who interviewed
Starting point is 00:22:47 Shan Chao, a researcher at Wuhan. And not just any researcher, he was the vice director of the Wuhan lab. Yes, the vice director. So this woman, Jennifer Singh, did not personally interview Shan Chao. She interviewed the interviewer. And she released today what, or maybe this came out yesterday, she released the highlights of that interview. It's very, very shocking what she has put out here today. So let's go through it. And then we have just a small clip of a long video that she released.
Starting point is 00:23:32 But in the first two, three minutes, you get most of the points that are in this interview so she says basically in this uh tweet that she sent out uh chan chow said i was given four strains of coronavirus to select the most infectious one in february of 2019 they were artificial engineered in the lab and bioweapons several colleagues went missing from their regular workstations during the 2019 military world games in wuhan one of them later said they were sent to check hygiene conditions of the hotels where athletes from various countries were staying but chow had suspicions about their real activities goes on to say in apr April 2020, I was sent to Xinjiang to assess the health conditions of Uyghurs in the re-education camps so they could be released earlier. And so she goes on to say, this is an overview and introduction to the exclusive interview
Starting point is 00:24:36 conducted with someone who had direct conversations with Tian Chao from March to April 2020. She makes it clear that she did not interview Chao himself. We have a small video clip where she explains a little bit more about this particular revelation that's coming out now. Hello everyone. Today we have an exclusive and shocking revelation about the coronavirus. Researcher Shan Chao from the Wuhan Institute of Virology has made some astonishing claims. This is the official profile page on the website of the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Starting point is 00:25:17 So researcher Shan Chao from the Wuhan Institute of Virology admitted to my interviewee that in February 2019, his supervisor gave him four strains of coronavirus and asked him to test and to find out which one had the best ability to infect as many species as possible and how easy it was to infect other species, including human. Shanchao's team did tests on transgenic mice with human SAE2 receptors, monkeys, and ferrets. The tests were finished in May or June of 2019. Shanchao even went as far as calling the coronavirus a bioweapon. He also mentioned that several of his colleagues went missing during the 2019 military world games in Wuhan. Later, one of them revealed that they were sent to the hotels where athletes from various countries were staying to check the health or hygiene conditions.
Starting point is 00:26:26 Since checking hygiene doesn't require virologists, Shanchao suspected that they were sent there to spread the virus. Furthermore, in April 2020, Shanchao said that he was sent to Xinjiang to check the health status of the Uyghurs who were imprisoned in the re-education camps so that they could be released sooner. Once again, since conducting health checks doesn't require a virologist, he strongly implied that he was sent there to either spread the virus or to observe how the virus worked on humans. Very powerful accusations that a senior researcher in Wuhan
Starting point is 00:27:15 was dispatched by the Chinese government military to spread the virus. Right. And that the military world games in i think october of 2019 yes that that they deliberately infected soldiers including from the united states soldiers from all over the We know that in February of 2020, at Davos, the Chinese delegation was very sick because we witnessed it. Yes. Particularly the one senior executive from Huawei. Yeah, because he was giving a presentation and was hacking and coughing the entire time. So was he ordered?
Starting point is 00:28:04 Was he infected by the Chinese government? Was he told go to Davos and spread it to all the Western government and corporate officials? Because I still remember Donald Trump's son-in-law suddenly just disappeared from Davos. That's right. Got on a helicopter and got out of there. Got out of there, went to Zurich and flew home.
Starting point is 00:28:28 And he was supposed to go to Jerusalem. And he went straight back to the United States in the middle of Davos. I remember having that conversation in Davos. What does he know? What spooked him? And we were talking about the Chinese who were coughing.
Starting point is 00:28:47 And my thought was, he's been informed by intelligence agents, American intelligence agents, this is a highly contagious virus. And he just, I got the briefing and I'm gone. I'm going home. So this, if this person is correct,
Starting point is 00:29:10 then Shan Chao, number two at Wuhan, was deliberately ordered to infect people with coronavirus. In an ingenious way, way too by doing hygiene checks on the athletes that were at the military games. Giving them the virus as he checked their health. But what's more insidious
Starting point is 00:29:38 in this is that they did the same thing at the Uyghur camps too. They did hygiene checks. But that was to kill them off. That's right. That was for mass die-off. Next story is the French parliament has passed a law that will allow French police law enforcement agencies to spy. Well this is on suspects but everybody's a suspect. Yeah, when suspects, but... Everybody's a suspect in France. Yeah, when the government is involved, everybody's a suspect.
Starting point is 00:30:09 The only thing I see that they've done here is they've made the spying legal. It's not like, oh, tomorrow they're going to start spying on people through their phones. No, they've been doing it. They're just legitimizing. It's just now legal in France. So France is planning to pass a law that would grant police the authority to remotely access and spy on suspects' mobile phones. This provision is part of a broader justice reform bill and has faced criticism from both the left and right defenders who view it as an infringement on privacy and civil liberties. Supporters argue that it is necessary for combating serious crimes and terrorism, while opponents view it as a threat to personal freedoms
Starting point is 00:30:51 and expansion of heavy-handed security measures. Now, the headline says mobile phones, but listen to a quote from the article here. It's not limited to phones. Covering laptops, cars, and other connected objects as well as phones. You mean like the microphones in your dashboard? Yes, or your connected refrigerator can be used to spy on you. Now, this measure would allow geolocation of suspects and crimes punishable by at least five years behind bars. Devices could also be remotely
Starting point is 00:31:26 activated to record sound and images of people suspected of terror offenses, as well as delinquency and organized crime. That's pretty broad when you really stop to think about it. Well, terror offenses could be defined as criticizing the government or saying someone is a man when they're pretending to be a woman that could be that could be terror that could be defined as terror that's where they're going with the doc so now during a parliamentary debate late on wednesday uh mps and president emmanuel mccrone's camp inserted an amendment limiting the use of remote spying to, this is sort of like the UN proposal, when justified by the nature of the seriousness of the crime and for a strictly proportional duration. Once again, that's
Starting point is 00:32:18 entirely open-ended there. I mean, you could just say, well well we need to keep doing this for an extended period of time so once they do it they'll just do it all the time and they're going to do it they are dr this next story is uh very chilling i have to do the same disclaimer as published by the washington times the washington times is owned by the Unification Church, the Moonies. But the Washington Times does excellent investigative reporting. China's military is leading the world in brain neurostrike weapons. Doc, we're now moving into the age of military weapons that attack your mind. Yes.
Starting point is 00:33:09 And I believe they're already in use. I believe they've been in use too. So according to a report by three open source intelligence analysts, China's PLA is at the forefront of developing brain neurostrike weapons. These weapons, which use microwave or other directed energy technology, are designed to disrupt brain functions and potentially influence government leaders or entire populations. The report highlights the concern of China's brain warfare weapons becoming a real threat, particularly in conflict situations and advocates for international talks, policy remedies, and countermeasures to dissuade
Starting point is 00:33:46 China's use of this technology. So what is Neurostrike? Well, Neurostrike is a military term defined as the engineered targeting of the brains of military personnel or civilians using non-kinetic technology. The goal is to impair thinking, reduce situational awareness, inflict long-term neurological damage, and cloud normal cognitive functions. Now, according to the report, Neurostrike capabilities are part of the military standard military capabilities and should not be viewed as an unconventional weapon limited to use in extreme circumstances. In other words, it's a weapon that they will just have as part of their toolkit.
Starting point is 00:34:32 Likely areas for, uh, of use for the weapons include Taiwan, the South China Sea, East China Sea, and the disputed, uh, China Indian border.
Starting point is 00:34:42 Now this quote here is kind of chilling. Any breakthrough in this research would provide unprecedented tools for the CCP to forcibly establish a new world order, which has been Chinese President Xi Jinping's lifelong goal, the report said. So have they already made the breakthrough rick and they're just you know giving us a little taste of it now yes i i'm i'm in agreement they have been using these weapons for a long long time and i don't think all just the chinese russia the united states we're all using it yeah it would make a lot of sense on all those uh attacks on u.s embassies over the past few years wouldn't it yeah because the united states government can't come out and
Starting point is 00:35:31 say well yeah the chinese have the ability to uh hit your brain with a uh you know with a shock wave so they just called it the havana syndrome right we don't know what it is but they got the havana syndrome london times china plans to drill the moon for minerals says space chiefs right so the head of the uk space command has warned that china and russia are investing an enormous amount of money in exploring space and creating cosmic weapons. Part of their strategy is to mine the moon for minerals using China's new phosphate called Changsite, discovered after a lunar test mission in 2020. Now, Changsite could potentially be fuel for nuclear fusion, advancing outreach to asteroids further in the solar system. So China has released a white paper where they're looking at critical
Starting point is 00:36:25 minerals on the moon. That's coming from UK Space Command Air Vice Marshal Paul Godfrey. They've returned samples from the moon already. They are just looking to go further with that. Asteroid mining will be a thing in our lifetime. Now, General James Dickinson, the head of the US Space Command, said that the Pentagon remained confident in its capabilities amid fears that the U.S. was falling behind China in the space race. He said, we do have great technologies in the U.S. Of course, we've seen the demonstration of hypersonic weapons by other countries, in particular China and Russia. That is an area we continue to look at in terms of how we would mitigate that type of threat. Well, Rick, this isn't news to us, is it?
Starting point is 00:37:09 No, not at all. 2020, early 2020, in Davos World Economic Forum, I was between sessions and I was walking past a particular room at the davos center and i looked at my schedule and i i realized that in the room where i was standing outside the door was going to be a session about mining asteroids by no less than wilbur ross billionaire wilbur ross was the speaker and at the time he was commerce secretary right secretary of commerce president trump president trump was there at davos so a number of members of the trump cabinet were there so i went in took my seat very small very small audience maybe 20 25 people there like that i was uh the distance from here to that monitor from robert ross i was there with you and in fact on my phone i have i have photographs of secretary ross speaking and and uh so i sat there
Starting point is 00:38:22 listening to this this presentation and he was I'm thinking why would the Secretary of Commerce talk about mining minerals on asteroids this is an 80 some year old billionaire
Starting point is 00:38:39 who's Secretary of Commerce well I found out doc that the US government and large law firms and mineral companies are very busy working on this and most of his most of his remarks were on the legalities right that's what i knew was oh it's happening because they got the lawyers involved right this isn't sci-fi talk this is actually underway because the lawyers are now involved writing the contracts what do you mean writing the contracts well who legally owns the minerals asteroid if you land on you if country a lands a spaceship on an asteroid and nation b lands there also who owns the minerals who who stakes the claim yes it's just going to be like the california California gold rush and you may have space battles fall over an asteroid.
Starting point is 00:39:49 So Wilbur Ross was there at Davos was talking about how the lawyers are working to establish the global protocol to establish mineral rights on asteroids. And I was out there like, man, I want to own me an asteroid. Well, remember the number he threw out there that potentially over the next 30 to 40 years, we could see revenues upwards of 80 quadrillion. Yes. 80 quadrillion. Now, what's a quadrillion?
Starting point is 00:40:21 Well, it's a lot bigger than a trillion. Okay. So the fact that the Commerce Secretary was talking about this at Davos means that they've got a plan in place. That means they are already thinking now, we are going there. We know they've already been there. That's right. I pulled up an article from CNBC from January 22nd, 2020. Doc and I were in Davos that week. And that's the article.
Starting point is 00:40:52 And we were in that room. Set right there in front of him. Wilbur Ross fears a Wild West situation as international space race gathers steam. And we got a quote here. It says, Wilbur Ross said, who owns space? Who owns whatever we find? If you are the first one to the asteroid, does that mean you have a claim on all the minerals in that asteroid?
Starting point is 00:41:19 Ross said during a session at the World Economic Forum in January 2020. How does it work? Are we going to get into a kind of Wild West situation of claim jumpers? Or will there be some methodology? And like you said, the lawyers are involved. So that means they've got a plan in place. Yeah, but there's still going to be a shootout.
Starting point is 00:41:45 Money's involved. Wealth and power is involved. Immense wealth. We can't even contain the wealth. There's not enough wealth on Earth to even compare to $80 quadrillion. Well, Doc, we've talked so far about a global emergency compact. China drilling on the moon for minerals. Wilbur Ross worried about Wild West on asteroids.
Starting point is 00:42:22 Let's talk about artificial intelligence-driven robots taking care of humans someday. This is a Reuters story. AI robots could play a future role as companions in care homes. And in this article, according to Nadia Tallman, a robot expert from the University of Geneva, social robots powered by artificial intelligence could be crucial in caring for the sick and elderly in care homes. Tallman notes that humanoid robots could one day help ease staffing shortages in care facilities. The International Telecommunication Union has organized a conference
Starting point is 00:42:53 to promote the use of AI and robots in reaching ambitious global health goals and combating shortages in nursing and care sectors. It's interesting that they bring in the telecommunications people in order to find health care solutions here. Why do you think they got the ITU involved in this? Because we've got to have a much more robust Internet for this to really work well. There you go. You've got to go beyond 5g all right we have a short video of nadine the social robot powered by artificial intelligence
Starting point is 00:43:37 nadia thalman is my creator she modeled me on herself and i resemble her i am very grateful to her for giving me life and i am proud to be her creation i'm great thank you very pleased to meet you it's great to meet you too how can i I help you? Great for its vibrant culture, and Geneva is wonderful for its natural beauty. That's great. Maybe she's a ventriloquist.
Starting point is 00:44:15 Yeah, but social skills need some work, but I believe that they're going to be doing this. It'll be common. But what if the AI robot starts making the health care decisions for the people in the care homes and decides that you're no longer of use? Granny's not needed anymore. Granny's a waste of money. Resources, medicine, oxygen. Well, AI would make that decision. You'd have Obamacare on steroids.
Starting point is 00:44:43 The death panels would go away and an AI panel would be in charge and death robot I still want a chimpanzee robot I'm not joking I'm going to have one someday I don't want just a regular
Starting point is 00:45:02 robot I want one that looks like a chimpanzee at least it's going to make me laugh if i have to live with a robot i i want something makes me laugh the next two stories uh this is the dark side of the uh global elite antifa activists commit suicide after hungarian police discover 70 000 child pornography files on his computer and the stuff that was found was absolutely shocking revolting hideous unbelievable but he was an antifa activist and this is a big scandal doc in in hungary because there's connections to politicians and this has become a serious scandal so an antifa activist committed suicide after hungarian police raided his home however the investigation got over as police want to know how he obtained 70 000 graphic pedophilia recordings with many of them depicting the torture
Starting point is 00:46:13 and rape of small children now the case which is connected to the german antifa scene has spooked hungary with police discovering signs of a strange ritual close to where the man hung himself. Now, the man was a Hungarian Antifa activist believed to have played a major role in attacking individuals thought to be far-right activists on the streets of Budapest with the help of German activists in February of this year. During the investigation in connection with the street attacks, the police found the child porn on the man's laptop after his partner's apartment was raided. Now, the activist hung himself in the woods near the abandoned Holdfany Missile Base, a former Soviet-era military site near the city of Byad Torbagi. I actually said it after the police moved in to apprehend him.
Starting point is 00:47:02 Now, what's more chilling here is close to where the man committed suicide, the police discovered a toy doll that had been set on fire in the middle of a fire pit built out of stones. A photo of the doll was obtained by a Hungarian newspaper, Metropole. So here's a picture of that scene. You know, Rick, in so many pedophilia cases, there is always a significant influence of ritual abuse that's involved. So there's an alter. Right. This obviously, you know, is trying to imitate child sacrifice. And so, listen, this is real evil in the world. These aren't people with problems. These are people with demons.
Starting point is 00:47:49 No one does things like this. No one abuses a small child unless they are totally possessed by demons. Doc, I noticed in the past week or two because of the Jim Caviezel film, is it Sound of Liberty? Sound of Freedom. Sound of Freedom, which is in theaters right now and doing incredibly well. But I've noticed how leftist news organizations are, they don't know how to mock the film.
Starting point is 00:48:21 They got their little snarky, you know, cuts digs against jim caviezel in the film but what one theme that i've seen recurring in in various news articles is what's up with these right-wingers why are these far-right people so obsessed with pedophilia as if it doesn't exist right or as if you know they're so preoccupied with it that maybe they're involved with it well the inference is it's one of their conspiracy fantasies they're just obsessed with it like like there's pedophile networks everywhere yeah there are, there are. Yeah, there are. Right here's one in Hungary. And it involves Satanism. And this guy had 70,000 graphic images, including the torture and rape of small children. So you have to ask yourself, I mean, you have to be honest as a reporter out there. If a guy has 70,000 images on his computer, where do you get those where'd they come from
Starting point is 00:49:27 who committed those uh atrocities that are seen and why aren't they in prison obviously there's a conspiracy that's involved and this is just one man yes one person yes and Doc, the next story is also from Europe. A top left-wing Party has sought to explain how he came to be photographed stark naked, save a balaclava and a Santa hat with a group of friends giving Hitler salutes. Auntie Lintman, the current chairman of the Social Democrat parliamentary group and a member of parliament for the Finnish district of Uusimaa has admitted to being one of
Starting point is 00:50:26 the individuals in a number of resurfaced photos taken when the 40-year-old politician was 18. He says, and he confesses to this, I am in the picture in the back with a plastic bullet gun in my hand. These pictures were not meant to be made public, mainly because we are scantily clad he told the newspaper adding that the photographs had been uploaded to a private website now listen to this more than a decade ago and that Lindman had asked the site's administrator to remove the images years ago now Lindman said of those giving Nazi salutes that they had obviously gone too far with posing and insisted the photographs were taken at a Christmas party for his high school film group when he was still a teenager. I wasn't a Nazi sympathizer then. I'm not one now. He insisted even then I could not have been in favor of the neo-Nazis because of my opinions.
Starting point is 00:51:24 You want to bet? We're not saying you're a neo-nazi we're saying you're an old nazi how about that it's regular nazi the ruling class in the west are nazis and once you grasp that once you really you know get a hold of that. It answers so many questions, doesn't it? Yes, we're under occupation of Nazis. Speaking of Nazis. What do you got? Well, here's an article from NPR. So, now this was from yesterday.
Starting point is 00:51:58 It will update you for today. The U.S. is expected to announce it will send cluster munitions to Ukraine. All right. So now we didn't last long. All right. So now we're taking this up another notch here. The next day, which is today, NBC News, U.S. to provide cluster munitions to Ukraine. So the Biden administration is set to announce that the U.S. will provide cluster munitions to Ukraine in an effort to bolster its military against Russian forces. Now, the move is controversial as some human rights groups oppose the use of these munitions due to concerns about unexpected, excuse me, unexploded bombings potentially harming innocent civilians now while there is an international treaty banning the transfer and use of cluster munitions the u.s is not a signatory but a waiver signed by
Starting point is 00:52:52 president biden is still required due to the dud rate of the munitions so president biden asked to sign off on this and i saw earlier that it looks like the announcement is probably going to be happening even as we're speaking right now. Now, the dual purpose improved conventional munitions or the DPI-CMs are surface to surface warheads that explode and disperse multiple small munitions or bombs over wide areas, bringing more widespread destruction than single rounds. Now, the rounds can be charges that penetrate armored vehicles, or they can shatter or fragment to be more dangerous for people. Now, it just so happens that the U.S., we've got a big stockpile of these suckers, roughly 10,000 cluster munitions already set up in Europe that can be shipped to Ukraine almost immediately. Rick? Amazing.
Starting point is 00:53:47 Ukraine can have these cluster bombs right away. And these cluster bombs could be doing incredible carnage to people. It's not just going to be the Russian soldiers. It'll be civilians. It'll be children. Anybody that gets in the way of one of these little bomblets, because that's what it is. It's a bomb that carries
Starting point is 00:54:09 a lot of little bombs. And it explodes. It opens up. The main casing opens up and hundreds of little bombs come out and spread out over a wide area. And they explode whenever they touch something
Starting point is 00:54:28 so if they touch a car the car explodes if they touch a human the human explodes whatever it touches explodes now occasionally some don't explode and they're just laying around on the ground and some kid comes along and finds it. And thinks it's a toy. And gets blown up. And that's happened. That happened in Iraq. We used cluster bombs in Iraq. Now, article from Reuters here, which Ukraine and Russia should stop using cluster bombs, Human Rights Watch says. According to Human Rights Watch, both Russia and Ukraine have used cluster bombs in
Starting point is 00:55:05 their ongoing conflict resulting in civilian deaths. The group is calling on both countries to stop using these weapons and for the U.S. to not supply them. Now, while over 120 countries have banned the use of cluster bombs, Ukraine, Russia, and the U.S. have all declined to sign the treaty. Now, Reuters quotes the chair of the Human Rights Watch. Cluster munitions used by Russia and Ukraine are killing civilians now and will continue to do so for many years. That's coming from Mary Wareham, the group's acting arms director. Imagine having your own arms director rick both sides should immediately stop using them and try not to get more of these indiscriminate weapons notice i don't say anything about the u.s here the ukraine government has urged members of the u.s congress
Starting point is 00:55:57 to press president joe biden's administration to approve sending over cluster bombs which apparently is actually happening even as we speak. Okay, so now we have a video from a human rights organization that is animated. It shows you what is a cluster bomb, how does it work, and why is it dangerous. Let's watch it. A cluster munition is a weapon which is either dropped from the air or launched from the ground and releases many smaller explosive sub-munitions in flight. These sub-munitions are designed to explode on impact, to attack enemy soldiers, infrastructure,
Starting point is 00:56:34 or light vehicles. Cluster munitions release many small bomblets over a wide area. One strike can hit an area as big as a football field and release several hundred bomblets. Cluster munitions are unacceptable because they impact a wide area and are unable to distinguish between civilians and combatants. 94% of recorded cluster munitions casualties are civilians, of which almost 40% are children. Up to one-third of all bomblets fail to explode upon impact. These unexploded subunitions continue to kill and maim civilians long after the conflict has ended.
Starting point is 00:57:15 The contamination means that people are unable to access and use their land or to move freely. It also obstructs the economy and social development of affected communities for decades. Due to the sheer number of bomblets, clearance is very costly and time-consuming. Also, their small size and interesting appearance is attractive to children who often mistake them for toys. Cluster munitions were not forbidden
Starting point is 00:57:42 until the Convention on Cluster Munitions in 2008. The convention prohibits the use, production, transfer, and stockpiling of cluster munitions for those nations that ratify it. It also ensures adequate assistance to survivors in their communities, clearance of contaminated areas, risk education, and destruction of existing stockpiles. Well, Joe Biden has approved the use of cluster bombs. So they're, as we're talking, they're being shipped to Ukraine. So once again, the West has escalated the war. There's going to be more death, more carnage, more destruction. Russia will respond by escalating in response to America's escalation. And this will continue.
Starting point is 00:58:32 And ironically, the first military to use cluster bombs, guess who it was? It was Nazi Germany. They were the ones that really developed the first series of cluster bombs. Weed it so we got the idea from the nazis from the nazis so i want to go through some uh headlines very quickly we're running out of time for today um the telegraph so we've been talking about that for quite some time the the nuclear power plant in ukraine it's under control of the russians we've heard for a year that the russians are going to blow it up even though they're in control and get their people in there and their troops guarding it and they're using the power to
Starting point is 00:59:16 light up that region that they're in control of that region right doesn't make any sense why the russians would blow it up so zelinsky put out a message the other day the russians are up to something they're going to blow up the nuclear power plant of course the russians are saying no we have intelligence that zolinski's troops are going to blow up the power plant so now the telegraphraph in London says mystery objects on the roof of a nuclear power plant reactor increases fears Russia plans to blow it up. And it's not like the Russians have restricted inspectors in there. They've invited the International Atomic Energy Agency to come in and look around. But now there's additional pressure from the IAEA. Well,
Starting point is 01:00:09 we need to go up on the roof now and take a look and see if there are mines up there. So if Russia's plot is to blow up this power plant, it's the stupidest plot I've ever heard of because it'll do more damage to the Russians than it would to the Ukrainians. The next one, Poland's quest for nuclear weapons on its soil could start world war three a senior russian politician has warned financial times in london reporting that progazin has been seen in russia that he's not according to alexander lukenko, the president of Belarus. What's going on, Doc? Well, really, the article goes in there that maybe that this is an opportunity for Prokofiev to tie up some loose ends in Russia before, you know, all the shooting starts, basically.
Starting point is 01:01:05 The shooting starts between who? Well, eventually, you know, Prokosin and his troops are supposed to be in Belarus at some point. Let's look at number 55 and 56. With regard to Prokosin, he is in St. Petersburg. President Lukashenko said, where is he this morning? Maybe this morning he went to Moscow. And what's going to happen to him next?
Starting point is 01:01:29 Well, all kinds of things happen in life. But if you think that Putin is so malicious and vindictive that he will be whacked tomorrow, no, that's not going to happen. So there is something cooking here. There is an agreement in place with these three men to do something. We still don't know the truth of that story. I'm going to bypass these other stories. Is there anything else there that we want to take a look at? Number 67, European Union. look number 67 uh european union uh greece and poland demand 1.6 trillion dollars in war
Starting point is 01:02:08 reparations from germany good luck um but this is this is a demand in preparation for the uh for the uh negotiations for the end of the of the war in ukraine That's what this is about. Poland is telling Germany, hey, you owe us $1.6 trillion, but we might forgive part of that debt if you agree to back us when we claim Western Ukraine in the post-war negotiations. That's my thought.
Starting point is 01:02:40 So it's the end of World War II. Yes, they're ending World War II. And Congressman James Comer is demanding a briefing from the White House on the unacceptable cocaine found in the White House. He's not going to get any information from the Biden White House. He makes some very good um comments in here and so does uh uh former congressman chaffetz um if we look at uh number 70 let's look at number 73 and 74 so uh there was some confusion early on about, I guess, Sunday night that the cocaine was found in the library, but independent journalist Andrew Lydon cleaned up the audio
Starting point is 01:03:31 of the dispatch to clarify the cocaine was not found in the residence's library. Rather, the firefighter had found no match in the library of a handheld Gemini device used for testing the powder. Now, the House Oversight Chairman also told Jason Chavis he planned to probe how much time First Senator Hunter Biden, a recovering crack cocaine addict, has been spending at the executive residence. I heard someone say today, Hunter Biden has actually spent more time at the White House this year than Joe Biden. So I don't know if that's true.
Starting point is 01:04:10 Where is Hunter Biden's official home? That's a great question. If I wanted to mail him a letter, where would I send it? Where does he get his mail? Does anybody know? I mean, why isn't the news? I mean, I know the answer to the question, but why doesn't the news media ask the Biden White House, where does Hunter Biden live?
Starting point is 01:04:33 Where's his house? Yeah. Can we go see his house? No, his house is the White House. He's bunking up there. That's where he's living. And where is he getting his money right now? he's bunking up there. That's where he's living. And where is he getting his money right now?
Starting point is 01:04:50 I mean, these are really good questions that need to be asked. Well, and James Comer said that too. He said, we're concerned about the fact that the president's son, who we've said for seven months now is a risk to our national security, is spending so much time in the White House. We have reports that say he's spending more time there than joe biden is we don't really know
Starting point is 01:05:11 where hunter biden lives no we don't we're going to end it with a weird report out of houston texas TV. A demonic statue was found hidden outside a Houston church just one week after that church was robbed. Here is the news report from KHOU TV in Houston. A congregation gathered to pray away the devil after a statue of death was found at the Community of Faith Church. Maria Aguilera was at the impromptu service this evening. And Maria, what do they think happened here? Cheryl, no, unfortunately, church members tell us they wish they knew who did this, but they wasted no time coming together to pray over and destroy the statue found here today. Church members singing praises, setting fire to what's less of an object placed on church grounds,
Starting point is 01:06:22 saying it's demonic. It's disheartening. It is sad to think that people would do something like that. This is sacrilegious. This is holy ground. This is our church. The object, a small statue placed in a gazebo outside Community of Faith Church in Acres Homes on Sunday, a day of worship for the church. It's a statue that announces curses, the curse of death, the grim reaper with the sickle. Bishop James Dixon says this is an attack not only on his church. We destroyed the works of the devil. But an attack on all believers of Christ. Precious Jesus, we have the victory.
Starting point is 01:07:04 That's why a group gathered to pray. Jesus, we have the victory. That's why a group gathered to pray. Jesus, Jesus. And to destroy the statue. We've never had this before. We've never had this before. So it hurts, you know, to know that this church does so much good for so many people. This just a week after thieves were caught on surveillance video stealing a safe with money and important documents from the church. So here we are a week later and and we're having to defend ourselves and to pray again against the works of the enemy.
Starting point is 01:07:36 Dixon and his church praying this doesn't happen again and that the thieves are caught saying they're not going to let these attacks get in the way of what they believe. Maria Aguilera, KHOU 11 News. Well, the pastor knew what to do with it. Burn that thing. Burned it. And not let fear come into your mind. Somebody's trying to plant fear in the minds of the people of that church. Satan can't put any curses on you.
Starting point is 01:08:10 Don't ever let anybody make you believe that you can be cursed. If you're in Christ, you can't be cursed if you're in Christ. So don't ever have that fear. They did the right thing.
Starting point is 01:08:22 They dealt with the cursing object, and they get rid of it. And they took authority over their church property. They did the right thing. Enjoy the weekend, as always. Spend time with the Lord and spend time with your family and the people that you love. Reduce the amount of time you're spending on news and the world and just devote your time over the weekend to seeking the Lord.
Starting point is 01:08:51 Doc has a great sermon this week. What are you preaching on, Doc? I'm talking about hardening of Pharaoh's heart and how, you know, it's really, did God actually harden Pharaoh's heart? The Bible says it did. So I talk about that this Sunday and how it applies to us today. That's good.
