Starting point is 00:00:00 The following program is made possible by the faithful prayers and financial support of listeners just like you. To find out how you can help, visit www.truenews.com. This is True News. The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help us God. Influential Democrats and their news media friends have been doing serious damage control since last Friday's report that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's husband, Paul Pelosi, was violently assaulted in their San Francisco home, allegedly by an unknown intruder. True News is not satisfied that all the facts have been reported. Doc Burkhardt and I have questions that we think deserve answers.
Starting point is 00:01:00 Let's start by watching again the video of last Friday's press conference held by the San Francisco Police Department and its chief. Let's watch. Okay, good morning. Okay, we'll go ahead and get started. Good morning, everybody. My name is Chief Bill Scott with the San Francisco Police Department. At approximately 2.27 this morning, San Francisco police officers were dispatched to the residence of Speaker Nancy Pelosi regarding an a-priority well-being check.
Starting point is 00:01:34 When the officers arrived on scene, they encountered an adult male and Mr. Pelosi's husband, Paul. Our officers observed Mr. Pelosi and the suspect both holding a hammer. The suspect pulled the hammer away from Mr. Pelosi and violently assaulted him with it. Our officers immediately tackled the suspect, disarmed him, took him into custody, requested emergency backup, and rendered medical aid. The suspect has been identified as 42-year-old David DePappe. Mr. Pelosi and Mr. DePappe were transported to a local hospital for treatment. This is an active investigation currently being led by the San Francisco Police Department
Starting point is 00:02:20 Special Investigations Division. We are working closely with our partners from the FBI, the U.S. Attorney's Office, the U.S. Capitol Police, and our District Attorney here in San Francisco County, D.A. Brooke Jenkins, and her team. The motive for this attack is still being determined. Mr. DePepe will be booked at the San Francisco County Jail on the following charges, attempted homicide, assault with a deadly weapon, elder abuse, burglary, and several other additional felonies. Well, Doc, various pieces of information came out over the weekend. None of it confirmed. Right. Okay. And so you had the news media putting out a lot of information about the attacker, Depepe. They painted the picture.
Starting point is 00:03:17 The guy's a right winger. He's a MAGA maniac. He's a Trumper, he's into conspiracy theories, he's an anti-vaxxer, an election denier, a climate denier. You know, went through the whole litany of crimes. But the police never said any of that. No. This all came from the news media. And we're told we have to believe it because the news media said so. And yet other people who knew Depepe said he had a Black Lives Matter poster in his window. He had a gay pride flag at his home.
Starting point is 00:04:00 He lived in Berkeley, which is not exactly Alabama. It's the bastion of socialism, radical Democratic Party ideology. And I guess at some point in the past, he performed a nudist art, whatever that is. I guess you walk around naked and do whatever. And also made hemp jewelry. Not likely to be, like you said, in necessarily the conservative ranks.
Starting point is 00:04:35 But the news media painted him basically as an NRA gun-toting. I mean, they didn't say he had a gun. They just painted everything but that. A white nationalist, Trump voter. Right.
Starting point is 00:04:49 You know, COVID vaccine denier. You know, the whole litany of smears. But again, no confirmation from the police or any law enforcement agency that these things are true. The other thing that came out over the weekend was the audio from the police dispatcher. And the dispatcher made a reference that the caller, referring to Paul Pelosi, indicated that he knew the man, called him David, referred to him as
Starting point is 00:05:25 his friend. Yes. Let's listen to the audio from the police dispatcher. A priority 910, 2640 Broadway, Cross of Scott and Normandy. I have a 14-hour copy. R.P. stated that there's a male in the home and that he's going to wait for his wife. R.P. stated that he doesn't know who the male is, but he advised that his name is David and that he is a friend.
Starting point is 00:05:47 R.P. sounded somewhat confused. 12-hour, we're back in copy. Units, code 3 to 2640 Broadway for 14 hours. Cover 12-hour, we're copy. 15-hour, we're also code 3. Everyone call the license position units on scene 2640 Broadway. Special call, special call medic 66, location 2640 Broadway. Special call. Special call, Medic 66. Location, 2640 Broadway.
Starting point is 00:06:09 So he's identified as a friend. Right. And new, isn't it, first name? His first name, David. But he also said, you know, the officer said that the caller appears to be confused. Yes. What would explain Paul Pelosi referring to the intruder as his friend and knowing his first name? I mean, that's an odd. Yes. Okay. Let's say David Depepe went there to kill Nancy Pelosi. They're now saying to break her kneecaps, okay?
Starting point is 00:06:45 Kidnap her and break her kneecaps. Why would he introduce himself to Paul Pelosi and say, hi, my name's David? And I'm your friend. I'm your friend. I have a hammer, but I'm not going to hurt you. Where's your wife, Nancy? It just is odd that Paul Pelosi knew the man's first name, referred to him as a friend.
Starting point is 00:07:11 Now, they quickly, the news media went into action quickly to knock down this story. So we see here, this is number three with Breitbart. NBC News walks back report. Oh, this is, I'm sorry. So this is another, and we'll talk about this one also. Walks back a report that there was a third person in the house during the attack. So we'll hold on to this. Let's go to number four. And this was a tweet from NBC. Yeah, a reporter out in the San Francisco area, Tom Winter. He says, and this was back on the 30th, on Saturday, the San Francisco Police Department tells NBC News that Paul Pelosi and the accused attacker, David DePepe,
Starting point is 00:07:57 did not know each other prior to the assault at the Pelosi home on Friday. Okay, well, the San Francisco Police Department also says that there were only two people inside the Pelosi home when they responded. Clarifying statements made at Friday's press conference would seem to indicate there was a third person inside the home who opened the door. Okay, so, Doc, on this one, what are they referring to as a third person? Well, if you recall from Police Chief Scott's statement that he gave, he said officers responded to the scene and someone opened the door. And then from that observation point, they could see Depepe and Pelosi engaged in, you know, something with the hammer. So someone was not Depepe or Pelosi. Yes. Because they were, they were both holding a hammer. Right. So it wasn't like, yeah, it wasn't like Paul Pelosi reached over and opened the door and said, hey, please come on in. No, he's, he's holding a hammer.
Starting point is 00:08:58 Yes. Okay. So who opened the door? That's the question. And then you have Tom Winter here saying that they've clarified reports. There were only two people in the home. All right, now you didn't clarify it because what you've just done is you've confused things. There's more confusion because the police said somebody opened the door. So did the police open the door? Did, I mean, did someone come along and open it and then ran away? Or was there a third person in the home? Would a police chief in a press conference say, referring to his police officers, somebody opened the door?
Starting point is 00:09:32 No, he would say, our officers opened the door. Right. But that's not what he said. He said, somebody opened the door and the officers went in and observed. So there's some damage control being done here. Yes. There was a third person in the house. Right. And there was another question too, a couple of things. You know, on Friday, they never mentioned anything about a 911 call. Not at all. It was a wellness check. It was a wellness check. A priority well-being check.
Starting point is 00:10:02 Right. And of course, when the1 audio came out over the weekend it was like okay well why didn't you say this friday why didn't you say well officers responded to a 9-1-1 call at the pelosi residence but no they didn't they didn't say anything about that at all and one of the other things that really kind of caught my attention here is one of the charges that they threw up against David DePepe was elder abuse. Elder abuse is usually filed in charges where there's a relationship that's in place. For instance, a son beating up his father or a daughter beating up her mother.
Starting point is 00:10:38 That's an interesting point. But elder abuse. I mean, yes, he was older and yes, he was abused. But there's no relationship. Well, or was there? We're getting conflicting statements here. The 911 call Mr. Pelosi supposedly made recognizes David, recognizes him as a friend,
Starting point is 00:10:59 and then you get the report they didn't know each other before then. And it wasn't a 911 call. It was a well-being check. Yes. Which means, hey, somebody go over to the house and check up on my old dad or check up on my uncle. If you have an intruder in your house with a hammer, you're not asking for a well-being check. You're like, come quickly. My life is in danger.
Starting point is 00:11:27 He has a hammer. Yes. Okay, so this is the other thing that I think is very suspicious. I would just, look, my view on this is we're not going to, we're not going to claim
Starting point is 00:11:46 that anything was happening in the Pelosi home that we do not have knowledge about. Right. That would be wrong. I'm not going to say, you know, there was some type of sexual relationship going on or any other thing. All I know is that this was the biggest news story last Friday.
Starting point is 00:12:10 Yes. And there's a lot of unanswered questions. And the one group that's not asking any questions is the news media. Right. They're not doing their job. Now, if the Pelosi family and the San Francisco Police Department answer the questions and their answers are satisfactory, and you can say, all right, it all makes sense. We get the picture now. Then the case is closed and Depepe needs to go to prison. He probably needs to be in a mental institution.
Starting point is 00:12:46 I'm sure the Democrats would rather have him put in a mental institution and get help than to put him in prison. Because they're saying he's mentally ill, right? But there should be answers to the questions. You can't just brush this thing away and say you got to take our narrative and don't ask any questions it is what we say it is so I have questions we're now learning
Starting point is 00:13:15 that when the police entered they were in the bedroom that came out this afternoon right okay so they weren't in the hallway they weren't in the hallway. They weren't in the living room. I asked this question Friday, what room were they in? And finally came out today. So according to the government, they were in the bedroom. The other story that came out Saturday was that Depepe was in his underwear. That was reported by Fox News.
Starting point is 00:13:47 It was reported by some of the California television stations. I think we do we have we have the repairs. They've cleaned this one up, too. I mean, they scrubbed this story. It went away quickly. This watch. Up there is reporting, Martha, that the suspect was arrested in his underwear and the authorities have found a manifesto as they put it on social media involving conspiracy theories including anti-government covid police okay so he's in his underwear but they just they happened to also find a manifesto. Right. Against COVID vaccines. Says who?
Starting point is 00:14:30 Do you see how they inserted the propaganda? Right. Oh, boy, we got a problem. He's in his underwear. What do we say? What can be bigger than that? Oh, hey, I got one. He's an anti-vaxxer.
Starting point is 00:14:43 And he has a manifesto. Those are always scary, Rick. Manifestos. Well, let's see the manifesto. Yes. And let's see the evidence that it was there before the attack. Because you can plant evidence online and create a crime scene. Sure.
Starting point is 00:14:59 Digitally right now. So the other question Doc and I have is the entry. They say he entered the Pelosi home through a back door, a glass door. Right. You pointed out that the photographs of the broken glass show the glass on the outside. Yes, a lot of glass at least on the outside of the door. Doc, the last time, if you tried to break a glass with a hammer, typically the glass goes inside.
Starting point is 00:15:36 Now I can understand if the claw of the hammer, as he's pulling back, he might be bringing some glass back, but most of the glass would go inside the house you would think so But but the media said look look at the pictures look at all the the broken glass on The pavement well that doesn't make sense Because that would indicate that the wind the glass was struck from the inside right? so the glass was struck from the inside. So did Depepe break the glass or was the glass broken later to create a narrative?
Starting point is 00:16:10 And even to get to that... And did they forget, oh, we broke it from the wrong direction. Right. And even to get to that point where you're breaking the glass, think about this, Rick. You have to get over a wall
Starting point is 00:16:22 into the Pelosi compound, somehow get past security. Cameras? I got to think, You have to get over a wall into the Pelosi compound, somehow get past security. Cameras? I got to think. There's got to be motion sensors on property. She is the House Speaker. I mean, if you don't have a physical person out there, then you've got to have cameras and motion sensors.
Starting point is 00:16:41 This is the husband of the third in line to the presidency. And if you break the windows, if you break glass on a door, the security alarm goes off. Right. So there was no security alarm in the Pelosi house?
Starting point is 00:16:58 Or did Paul Pelosi go to bed and forget to turn the alarm system on? I just really find that hard to believe. He's 82 years old. You've got to know that they've been thinking about how do we protect Paul Pelosi. It just isn't right.
Starting point is 00:17:16 So is the third person in the house a caretaker who knew that something weird was going on and called the police and said, I think you should come over here and just check on Mr. Pelosi. Didn't really want to say what might be going on. I mean, the call was for a well-being check. Yes.
Starting point is 00:17:41 Not a distress call. Now, this is the other issue. They said Pelosi made the phone call from his bathroom. Right. And that his phone was charging in the bathroom. I got two things here to talk about. First of all, Doc, how often do you charge your phone in your bathroom? I would say never. Me too.
Starting point is 00:18:07 I've never charged my phone in my bathroom. It's just not a normal place to charge a phone. Maybe for Paul Pelosi, he does. So he went to bed, went to sleep with his phone charging in the bathroom instead of someplace near his side. It does seem odd. Number two, the story, the narrative is that he got away from Depepe, the attacker, by telling him, I've got to go to the bathroom.
Starting point is 00:18:39 So I'm trying to get this picture. Somebody broke into your house. There's a man in your bedroom in his underwear. He's got a hammer. And he's looking for your wife. Going to break her kneecaps. Going to break her kneecaps and kidnap her.
Starting point is 00:18:54 And you know this is really, this guy's crazy. You're in trouble. Yes. And you do a quick, you said, I got to think of something. Oh, hey, David.
Starting point is 00:19:04 Your name's David, right? My friend, David. We're friends. I got to think of something. Oh, hey, David. Your name's David, right? My friend, David. We're friends. I got to go to the bathroom. Don't go away. Just hold that hammer. I'll be back. So an assailant with a hammer says, okay, go ahead.
Starting point is 00:19:16 I'll wait until you're done in the bathroom, and then I'll beat the tar out of you. Yeah, because there's going to be a lot of blood on the floor, but I don't want any pee on the floor. Okay? I don't want you to pee your pants here. I'm just going to hit you with a hammer, and there'll be a lot of blood around here. But I can't stand pee.
Starting point is 00:19:34 I can look at blood. I can't stand pee. Is that what we're supposed to believe? That's what they're feeding us, Ray. Okay. The other thing is, if he went in the bathroom, we now know that he was in the bedroom and Pelosi's, the story is that Pelosi went into his
Starting point is 00:19:49 bathroom where his phone was charging, which means the master bath. Right. The master bath is attached to the master bedroom. Yes. So, the attacker was standing in the master bedroom clearly can hear Pelosi on the phone in the master bathroom.
Starting point is 00:20:14 And so the attacker just stands out there doing what? Waiting on Paul Pelosi to finish his 911 call? You see, none of this makes sense. It's not realistic. And the audio that we get from the police does not have the actual call that was made. It only has their response to it, the police response to it.
Starting point is 00:20:39 There's no urgency. It's like, this is the home of the speaker. The speaker's husband his life is in danger i mean according to the report they got there in two minutes that's great it's wonderful but there's no indication that they were rushing there to save his life it says they went on a a priority well-being check. And when they arrived, somebody opened the door. They looked in, they went into the house. They saw Pelosi and Depepe holding a hammer. And then Depepe took the hammer away from Pelosi while the police are there and hit him on the head.
Starting point is 00:21:29 And then the police tackled him. Then they tackled. So Pelosi was not attacked prior to the arrival of the police. The attack took place in the presence of the police. The police saw the entire physical assault.
Starting point is 00:21:48 Right? Yes. Okay. None of this makes sense. Now, the underwear thing, all right, we saw there Fox News was reporting Saturday that he was in his underwear. That story, I mean, it vanished. By Sunday Sunday you couldn't find it it was gone they just took that thing away why? who said he was in his underwear? I don't know we have a report
Starting point is 00:22:16 from Fox underwear and a manifesto the police department of San Francisco assuming they tell the truth was he or was he not in his underwear? Just answer the question. If he was in a tuxedo, then say he was in a tuxedo. If he was in his boxers, say he was in his boxers. Just give a straight answer.
Starting point is 00:22:40 Well, you can't get a straight answer in San Francisco, okay? All right. But just give an honest answer to the question. Let us come to the conclusions after we have gathered the facts. The other thing, if he was in his underwear, think about how odd this is. I understand the guy, they're saying he's mentally ill. I get that. But think about assassins. Think about how odd this is. I understand the guy. They're saying he's mentally ill. I get that.
Starting point is 00:23:08 But think about assassins. John Wilkes Booth in the fourth theater in his underwear. Lee Harvey Oswald in the Texas Book Depository building in his underwear. It changes the story completely, doesn't it? Jack Ruby in the basement of the Dallas Police Department in his underwear. How many assassins do you know were in their underwear? I would say the list is very short.
Starting point is 00:23:38 Okay, so you're going over... Let's think this through. You're going over to Speaker Pelosi's house. And your plan is to kidnap her and break her kneecaps. Alright. You know that her house has high security. You know this is a dangerous
Starting point is 00:23:57 task that you're taking on. You're probably not going to come out alive. Right. Alright. If that's your job. If that's what you're going to do, you're going to kidnap Nancy Pelosi, speaker of the house, break her kneecaps. So you're thinking, man, I got to get in there and get her and get out without being caught, without being seen. I know what I'll do. I'll go in my underwear. I'm going to get drive in my underwear. I'm going to drive in my underwear. I'm going to get out on the sidewalk in my underwear.
Starting point is 00:24:30 Climb a wall. Climb a wall in my underwear. Get past security in my underwear. Break the glass in my underwear and go into Paul Pelosi's bedroom while he's sleeping in my underwear. With a hammer. With a hammer. Two hammers. Well, we'll get to that in just a hammer. Two hammers. Well, we'll
Starting point is 00:24:45 get to that in just a moment. Two hammers. Right. We now know there were two hammers. Yes. All right. So where are we at now? All right. So today they've decided to charge David DePepe with some federal crimes. This is from the BBC. Man charged with attempted kidnap and assault. Officers were first called to the couple's home at 2.27 local time on Friday. Images of the four-bedroom property in the Pacific Heights neighborhood showed the rear glass doors where police say the intruder gained entry had been shattered. At the start of the break-in, Mr. Pelosi told the intruder he needed to use the bathroom, then made a 911 call on his mobile phone. Now, where they get that information, Rick, I don't know, but it's supposedly from a family
Starting point is 00:25:31 friend relating that information. Police found Mr. Pelosi and the suspect struggling over a hammer, but was wrested from him by the intruder who violently assaulted him with it. The suspect was then tackled and disarmed by officers. Paul Pelosi's son had this statement that they are rebuilding him slowly. Wait a minute, rebuilding him slowly? Yes. I mean, he's, I mean, that sounds pretty tragic. I mean, rebuilding him. So, I mean, what sounds... Pretty tragic. I mean, rebuilding him. I mean, what does that mean? Rebuilding him slowly?
Starting point is 00:26:12 You're slowly putting somebody back together? Isn't that... I mean, he has cracked skull, right? Right. Are the injuries worse than that, and we're not being told? Are the injuries worse than that? And we're not being told. Are the injuries internal and it's going to require a long length of recovery? Or are they exaggerating the injuries? Which very well could be. There's a lot of misinformation, misdirection in these stories.
Starting point is 00:26:40 Nancy Pelosi's son said doctors are slowing putting his dad, Paul, back together after he was attacked with a hammer during a harrowing home invasion. They are rebuilding him slowly, Paul Pelosi Jr. said, outside the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center Sunday night. As we said, federal charges have now been filed. Now, this is from the Department of Justice here. The man charged with assault and attempted kidnapping following breaking and entering a Pelosi residence. Okay. So, read the first quote here.
Starting point is 00:27:11 A California man was charged today with assault and attempted kidnapping in violation of federal law in connection with the break-in at the residence of Nancy and Paul Pelosi in San Francisco on Friday. According to the complaint, David Wayne Depepe of Richmond was arrested on Friday inside the Pelosi residence by San Francisco Police Department police officers responding to a 911 call from Paul Pelosi, husband of U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Paul Pelosi later described to police that he had been asleep when Depepe, whom he had never seen before, entered his bedroom looking for Nancy Pelosi. Now before we read the next quote, Rick, obviously at some point after the attack, Paul Pelosi had enough wherewithal and sense, even with a cracked head, to relay some information to the police. Not so fast.
Starting point is 00:28:06 Not so fast, Doc. Now, we're reading from the actual press release of the United States Department of Justice. Right. Let's read the next paragraph. All right. So, now, according to the complaint, minutes after the 911 call,
Starting point is 00:28:20 two police officers responded to the Pelosi residence where they encountered Paul Pelosi and DePepe struggling over a hammer. Now, remember, this is from the Department of Justice here saying this. Officers told the men to drop the hammer and DePepe allegedly gained control of the hammer and swung it, striking Pelosi in the head. Officers immediately restrained DePepe while Pelosi appeared to be unconscious on the ground. As set forth in the complaint, once Depepe was restrained, now look at this list. Officers secured a roll of tape, white rope, a second hammer, a pair of rubber and cloth gloves, and zip ties from the crime scene where officers also observed a broken glass door to the back porch.
Starting point is 00:29:08 So, Rick, keen observers here should notice something in this quote. And I asked you about it this afternoon. It's that second hammer. There's a second hammer. But also, Doc, what stands out to me is Paul Pelosi was unconscious at this point. Okay?
Starting point is 00:29:30 But he's telling the police. He came in yelling, where's Nancy? Where's Nancy? He knocked out. How long was he unconscious? When did he start talking? I mean, this is Monday, and you're still putting him back together. When did he start talking?
Starting point is 00:29:52 And who was in his hospital room to talk to him? If he was beat that bad, they're just slowly putting him back together. And if you recall, Rick, the shouts of where's Nancy, where's Nancy, that was right at the very beginning of the story here. Yes, who said that? Yes, who relayed that story? Did Paul Pelosi relay that story? Did a neighbor relay that story?
Starting point is 00:30:17 It's never told who said that. Who relayed that story? Because the police certainly didn't say it. And the only other place has been the media. It could be the person, the third person in the house. That's right. If it happened this way. Right.
Starting point is 00:30:36 But, Doc, these same items, tape, rope, gloves, zip ties. Rubber and cloth gloves. Zip ties. I mean, we are talking about San Francisco. Right. And some really kinky, weird stuff
Starting point is 00:31:00 goes on in San Francisco. Well, I'll give you that, but consider this. Now, if we're going to assume that David DePepe came over to break some kneecaps, did he bring all this stuff with him too? Well, he didn't have it in his pants pockets. Because, obviously, it was in his underwear.
Starting point is 00:31:18 It was in his underwear. Did he bring a bag with him? Did he bring all these items with him? Or were they already there? One of the two. So if... And why two hammers? That's the other question.
Starting point is 00:31:31 And you're scaling a wall carrying two hammers, you don't have a tool belt on. Right. Right? That would have been weird. He's in his underwear and he's got a tool belt. And if we're going to believe the narrative that David DePepe came along
Starting point is 00:31:45 and with a hammer broke into the Pelosi home, breaking the black glass, and physics, barring physics not working correctly and the glass falling where it's supposed to, you know, in all his planning, he thought, you know what? I better take a second hammer with me in case I need a backup. All right. What's your explanation for the second hammer with me in case I need a backup. What's your explanation for the second hammer? Rick, I think
Starting point is 00:32:10 all this stuff was already there in the Pelosi home. For what? For what purpose? I think for sexual perversion. What do you do with a hammer? I'll let our imaginary audience figure that out. But an intruder is not going
Starting point is 00:32:29 to bring a second hammer. I mean, it just doesn't make any sense at all why anyone breaking into the house says, you know what? I need a backup hammer to break into that house. There's so many things in the story that just are so off base and so weird. And it gets weirder every day. And you know you're being fed a lie. Rick, I calculated that over the course of about 20 plus years, you have looked over 100,000 articles and news stories over that period of time. Just based on the number that you do every day and the number of days in the year, number of years, it's got to be right around 90 to a hundred thousand articles. And there are stories that stand out stories that you absolutely know stinks that it smells worse
Starting point is 00:33:20 than a fish market. Like the death of princess Diana. Right. You just know there's more to the story. And you just get a sense for it. And even though I, you know, haven't had as much exposure to all these stories as you have, this is not right. There is something else going on here. And the media crisis machine is in motion right now on this story. Was DePefi and Pelosi having some type of really weird kinky sex,
Starting point is 00:33:56 and there was a third person in the house, like a housekeeper, just somebody employed to be there with Pelosi keep in mind he's 82 years old I mean was there somebody there who knew of Pelosi's activities but then thought I hate getting me I mean, you're hearing weird noises. You're hearing strange sounds coming out of the bedroom. You start thinking, you know, maybe I should call the police, just have somebody come over and just check on Pelosi. The police go into the bedroom. Where did they go?
Starting point is 00:34:45 They entered the bedroom. Yes did they go? They entered the bedroom. Yes. We have that now. It's in the news story here that they entered the bedroom. The police didn't tell us that last Friday. We asked that question. What room was he in?
Starting point is 00:35:05 So we now know that the police entered the Pelosi bedroom. That's where they found Pelosi and DePepe. Struggling over a hammer. The police did not say Friday they were struggling over a hammer. They didn't.
Starting point is 00:35:21 They said they were holding a hammer. And DePepe took the hammer away from Pelosi and hit him. Now, we don't know. All the media reports says it was a savage beating. But maybe there was a struggle, there was a fight, a hammer got pulled away, and Pelosi got struck as a result of it. Maybe that's a possibility. But the fact of the matter is
Starting point is 00:35:48 the media machine is in motion now. And Doc, if the police were in the bedroom, then they were in very close proximity to the two men. It wasn't like they were down the hallway. They were in the bedroom. And this guy's still able to beat Pelosi with a hammer in the presence of two police officers and obviously the two police officers weren't that concerned about
Starting point is 00:36:13 the situation because they didn't tackle according to the story they didn't tackle Depepe until after he got the hammer and struck Pelosi with it. So they weren't concerned. They see two guys fighting over a hammer or holding a hammer. So they weren't worried at that moment until the hammer got loose, I guess. Well, one thing is the police chief, Mr. Scott, Bill Scott, should hold another press conference, a real press conference, where questions could be asked. And they should have the two police officers present to describe what they saw. After all, they're heroes, right? Yeah, they saved Paul Pelosi's life. Let's have a press conference with the police officers who
Starting point is 00:37:00 were present during this attack. Let's hear the facts and a real press conference with real questions and let's get all the information out on the table and then decide this is a legitimate story, it's a legitimate explanation, and there's nothing else to talk about. If not, then I have to keep wondering what was really going on, because we see a similar pattern
Starting point is 00:37:28 in Paul Pelosi's auto accident months ago. There was an unknown person who fled the scene of the accident. Right, and they don't talk about that. The police did not show up for a long time. The police left. Was it the sheriff? Yes.
Starting point is 00:37:44 Left the scene. Left the scene of an accident. It just didn't make sense at all. That's how you know. There is something going on here. There's a media crisis machine that is at work here that is working this story just like they worked the Pelosi accident story. I don't think we're going to get the truth. Aren't these officers who saved Paul Pelosi's lives, aren't they heroes? Shouldn't they be given a medal or something?
Starting point is 00:38:14 Where are they? Let's see their faces. What are their names, Rick? Well, we don't know. They've never said their names. They just said officers. Yes. Let's hear their names so we can congratulate them for saving Paul Pelosi's life.
Starting point is 00:38:30 I mean, if this story is legit, they should be honored. If this story, if the explanation is legitimate, then Depepe should go to prison. He should go to prison and get mental health treatment if this story, the explanation of it is correct. But there's too many loose wires on the story, Rick. Way too many. But I don't think we're going to get the truth unless somebody in the police department or somebody in the Pelosi home who was there starts to talk. But we may get bits and pieces of information dribbling out over the next couple weeks,
Starting point is 00:39:13 but the story, I mean, it's already faded away. What the media did Friday and Saturday is they went heavy saying Republicans did this, Republicans. Trump did it. I mean, you actually had leading Democrats who actually said this is Donald Trump is responsible for this attack. Yes. I mean, basically, they said that this attack is the result of Republican violence swelling up. And just like January 6th, people were yelling in the Capitol, where's Nancy?
Starting point is 00:39:49 Where's Nancy? This guy entered the Pelosi home yelling, where's Nancy? Now, remember, the police never said that. This is coming from who knows? That's what I'm saying. The police should hold a press conference with the police officers so that we can ask
Starting point is 00:40:08 these questions and I would like to personally attend that press conference what do you think? you think they'd let you in the door or even let you
Starting point is 00:40:20 in the gates at San Francisco we'll send the questions by email to the police department, but they're not going to answer our questions. They'll simply say it's under investigation. It's a federal case now because this guy,
Starting point is 00:40:32 he's going to be prosecuted by the Department of Justice because he assaulted a relative of a member of Congress. So let's see, this is federal now, not local. That's how the local police will get out of it. It's not our jurisdiction anymore. The FBI is involved. Oh, the FBI. Oh, I see.
Starting point is 00:40:55 The Federal Bureau of Blackballing Investigations. Yeah, DePepe believed in conspiracy theories, yeah. And I know another conspiracy theory. The FBI is corrupt. Did you ever hear that conspiracy theory? I have. They cover up crimes. That's a conspiracy theory.
Starting point is 00:41:16 Well, Doc, this one, NBC, is there anything in this that we need to... We pretty much covered everything that Tom Winder has already talked about. And then Elon Musk got into it. He sent a tweet directly to Hillary Clinton, only saying there might be a tiny possibility that there's more to this story than meets the eye. Right, so Elon Musk deleted a conspiratorial tweet to... I've got to give it to him.
Starting point is 00:41:43 Sent it to Hillary Clinton. Directly. Yes, suggesting Paul Pelosi's attacker was a gay prostitute. Now, this is based on a story that Hillary, behind the story, once claimed Hillary died and was replaced by a body double in 2016. We actually have some information here that is already being scrubbed from the Internet. It's already been sent to Archive Land. This is from the Santa Monica Observer.
Starting point is 00:42:14 And so this was on, this would have been, let's see, Saturday. So, the awful truth, Paul Pelosi was drunk again and in dispute with a male prostitute early Friday morning. Now, this is coming from the Santa Monica Observer, a local paper in the San Francisco Bay Area. And the writer of this was Stan Green. And Stan Green writes for the Santa Monica Observer, It doesn't add up. Some people on social media are questioning the attack on Paul Pelosi as San Francisco's gay bars closed at 2 a.m. Two gay men met in a bar and went home together. Happens every night in the city by the
Starting point is 00:42:53 bay, except one of these men was married to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. I might disappear for telling you the truth. If I do, you'll know why. But here's what really happened early Friday morning in San Francisco, in my honest opinion. According to the San Francisco Police Department, reporting person, whoever that was, they don't even say it was Paul Pelosi that reported. They say reporting person. Stated that there's a male in the home and that he's going to wait for his wife. Reporting person stated that he doesn't know who the male is, but he advised that his name is David and that he is a friend, the dispatch official said.
Starting point is 00:43:31 RP sounded somewhat confused. Okay, so you've got all that information we've talked about. It's been a rumor for years in San Francisco that Paul Pelosi is gay. Now, David DePepe is said to be a Castro nudist. Now, Castro doesn't mean Fidel Castro, but Castro in the area of San Francisco. The lunatic who allegedly assaulted Paul Pelosi is a Berkeley resident and a former Castro nudist protester and a hemp jewelry maker. Sounds totally MAGA Republican to me.
Starting point is 00:44:04 This is from Twitter. Okay, okay, so here's a theory as related to me by source. Castro nudists are a group of really radical gay male prostitutes that parade around in naked with sex devices. First of all, the police did not come in response to an alarm. They come in response to a wellness check. So someone called them to check on Pelosi. When he didn't answer the phone, the cops broke the sliding glass door to get in. Pelosi was struggling with the suspect who was in his underwear. Pelosi owned the hammer, not Depepe, or the male prostitute was doing something Pelosi didn't like. And then there was the press conference when they didn't know that the mic was on.
Starting point is 00:44:54 I don't know if you heard this in the full press conference. So during that, a reporter confirmed that the suspect was a gay Castro nudist, but authorities told him he couldn't use it. Now tell me something. These people are worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Nancy is third in line to the presidency. You don't think they have the most amazing security? And by the way, when Pelosi was in that drunk driving accident,
Starting point is 00:45:16 he had a young man with him, and that too was covered up by the police and the press. How would suspect Depepe have been able to break a window like that without triggering an alarm? He didn't. Mr. Green thinks that the police broke the window to gain entry. There was only one hammer, now we know there's two, and it belonged to Pelosi. And only one cop quoted the perpetrator saying, where's Nancy? None of the other sources said that happened.
Starting point is 00:45:44 And one of them could have easily broken that window. Remember, there was no alarm triggered. How would Depepe have gotten into that house without doing that? The cops smashed the glass to gain entry. Who called 911 to initiate a wellness check? Either Nancy or her staff who hadn't heard from Paul all evening and suddenly it's 2 a.m. or a neighbor hearing a fight at the Pelosi residence. Admittedly, David DePepe is a known nutcase. He's an election denier, says mainstream media, who has posted conspiracy theories online. That may be true, but he also lives in Berkeley where he is a 42-year-old career student. My law firm served a lawsuit against Paul Pelosi one time in San Francisco after attempting to serve at other residences, Napa, Georgetown.
Starting point is 00:46:34 They weren't home, but staff were, and multiple law enforcement officers were on the perimeter. Break-in is odd given this level of security, said Harmut Dillon, Republican National Committee chairman. And he brings up some good points in this article. Now, you can't. Staff was present. Right. And lots of security.
Starting point is 00:46:55 Yes. And you would think for that. It would be normal for the speaker's home. If you didn't have it, it'd be very odd. You would want your highest government officials to have lots of security at their home, which again makes this so troubling that this man was able to evade all the security, that there was no staff at the Pelosi home that night. Nobody from the speaker's office. No security guard sitting in the car. No security guard, no healthcare worker, nobody. Just Paul Pelosi, a home. He's home alone without the burglar alarm on,
Starting point is 00:47:46 the cameras are off, and a guy in his underwear comes into his bedroom with a hammer. Two hammers. Or Paul had a hammer. Or two hammers. Yes. But there were two hammers in the story,
Starting point is 00:47:59 that's for sure. This is just, it's one of those stories, you know there's more to it, and is just, it's one of those stories, you know there's more to it, and it just, you know, we're going to just stay on top of this. It's as stinky as his car accident. Yeah, but the media has, I mean,
Starting point is 00:48:14 the Democrats have the media to protect them. You're right. Okay? Doc, if you had all the evidence who's going to publish it? If you had it all if you had all the evidence who would publish it?
Starting point is 00:48:33 NBC? CNN? Washington Post? New York Times? Nobody. You could have video, audio And you probably do. Yes. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:48:46 Where's the video from the cameras? Were the cameras turned off? And how about the neighbors? I'm sure they all have cameras too in that area of town, Pacific Heights. It was easy to spot a guy in his underwear climbing the wall. Where's the video?
Starting point is 00:49:11 But I bet you'd see video of him walking into the house with Paul Pelosi. That's what I suspect. But again, we don't have the evidence. But if we had the evidence, nobody would publish it. Without the ability to publish the truth, lies flourish. And that's the world that we're living in. The media covers up criminal behavior and scandals. It no longer reports and investigates. It goes after the people who do report and investigate. So I don't expect anything to come out of it. Again, if somebody came here tomorrow, Doc,
Starting point is 00:49:50 with the surveillance camera video and sworn statements from the police officers, nobody would publish what you and I said. It would go nowhere. That's the control the media has in this country right now. Look at Hunter Biden.
Starting point is 00:50:12 How much evidence do you need? And supposedly an investigation has been going on for four years. Really? Four years? Are you telling me in four years the only thing you've got on Hunter Biden is a handgun violation? That's it?
Starting point is 00:50:27 Right. Because the FBI is corrupt. The Department of Justice is corrupt. The news media is corrupt. And the criminals are in charge of law enforcement now. You have to comprehend it and grasp the fact that the criminals are now wearing the badges. That's the scariest state to be in, when the criminals have the badges and the guns. And their accomplices are the press.
Starting point is 00:51:04 Yes. That's what we have. Hey, we mentioned Elon Musk earlier. He fired the board of directors today of Twitter and named himself as the sole director. Right. I bet he's passing a lot of resolutions today. Well, he is bringing in engineers
Starting point is 00:51:22 from both Tesla and some of the other divisions that he's involved with. He's brought in 50 Tesla engineers to Twitter to start working there. From Tesla? Yes. So he's brought those over, especially from those from the autopilot division. And so that's new information this afternoon. That's interesting.
Starting point is 00:51:43 Also, while we're talking about conspiracy theories, New York Governor Kathy Hochul, she says people, Republicans, that are concerned about crime, they believe in conspiracy theories. And she called them data deniers. Right. That was a new term today.
Starting point is 00:52:04 Governor Kathy Hochul claimed worries about crime ahead of the midterm elections were conspiracy. There's no crime, Rick. That's all conspiracy. Instead, her opponent Lee Zeldin and other Republican critics were data deniers. Hochul made the comments on MSNBC's Politics Nation Sunday as her lead in the polls is slipping amid fear of rampant crime, according to Mediate. So the way to deny that crime exists is called a conspiracy theory. So if you get pushed onto a subway track,
Starting point is 00:52:39 that's all a conspiracy theory. If you get mugged walking down the streets of New York, that's a conspiracy theory. You you get mugged walking down the streets of New York, that's a conspiracy theory. You're denying the data. It's gotten so ridiculous. You can't take the Democrats seriously anymore or the news media. See, they've not come to that point of realizing that a large portion of the American public laughs at them, doesn't take them seriously anymore. In fact, a poll came out last week.
Starting point is 00:53:11 The majority of Americans, and includes both political parties and independents, named the news media as the greatest national security threat. And yet they still watch them. Yes. And the only thing that, well, I don't think they do watch them. Yeah, yeah, you've got a point there.
Starting point is 00:53:32 No, no. Because the numbers are so down, but they still, they control the narrative. They control the narrative. Yes. But, you know, the National News Media spent the last year saying that Donald Trump and the Republicans were the greatest threats to democracy. That was the line that they used, the threat to democracy. And yet a poll that was released about two weeks ago, the majority of Americans named the news media as the greatest threat to democracy. And the people in the news media and the political leftists, they cannot comprehend that at least half,
Starting point is 00:54:14 maybe more of the country despises them. Right. Laughs at them, doesn't take them seriously at all. If we could find a way to make them disappear in one just puff of smoke, we'd do it. How can we just make them? Is there some type of magic trick that you could just make them disappear?
Starting point is 00:54:35 Because that's what most people would like to do, make the news media and the leftists just vanish so that we all could live a quiet, peaceful, normal life without this craziness going on. Because there's lunacy, Doc. It's not just, these aren't liberals. They're lunatics. Liberals have vanished. Yes. All right? There are no true liberals anymore, are there? You know, Bill Maher, and I've never been a fan of Bill Maher,
Starting point is 00:55:17 but something's happening to him, Doc, in his old age. He's starting to make sense. I don't know if Bill Maher knows what's happening to him, but every once in a while, I'll hear or watch a video of Bill Maher saying something, and I'm like, okay, the end of time must be soon because I'm agreeing with Bill Maher, or Bill Maher's agreeing with me. What is it? All right? Bill Maher's an old-fashioned liberal. He's a liberal. That's a true liberal.
Starting point is 00:55:50 Those of you who remember Phil Donahue, Phil Donahue was a liberal. He wasn't a traitor. He wasn't a lunatic. These people are lunatics. They're out of their mind. They're absolutely out of their mind. And they're spreading mental illness throughout the country.
Starting point is 00:56:11 Because if you listen to them, you will become mentally ill. If you just engage in trying to refute their narratives, you will become mentally ill trying to refute their narratives. Look, Doc, we've just spent 56 minutes refuting lies. You see what they've done? This is how they're driving the country to mental illness. Their lying is so deep. Their mental illness is so extreme that people are wasting valuable hours trying to debunk their mental illness statements rather than just saying, you're crazy. I don't have time for you anymore.
Starting point is 00:56:57 More and more people are just turning off the news and saying, I'm not going to spend any time because they're crazy. And it's making me crazy talking about them. And we got to get back to being productive. There's very little productivity anymore because so much time is spent analyzing the lunacy of the left. And look, there's some lunacy on the right too. They're getting some weird people over there too.
Starting point is 00:57:28 I'm like, I got to stay away from them. Some of the stuff I'm hearing coming out of these people, we didn't bring it out today. I saw there's a book on Amazon. I ordered a copy. Oh, you're talking about Trump, Son of God? Trump, Son of God. Yeah, it's been out for a while. I ordered a copy. Oh, you're talking about Trump, Son of God? Trump, Son of God. Yeah, it's been out for a while. I know.
Starting point is 00:57:48 Yes. There's some Trump supporter who's claiming that Donald Trump is Jesus Christ, the Son of God. This isn't satire. The guy actually wrote a book believing it. Okay, that's
Starting point is 00:58:03 wacko doodle stuff too. On the far right. On the far right, which we always rebuked people during the Trump years for if they got anywhere close to saying stuff like that. Like there ought to be a third temple and Trump should be, you know, who are they saying, the king of Israel?
Starting point is 00:58:24 They had coins with his face on it. It's like, it's wackadoodle stuff. Both sides, go away, go away. Come back and just have mainstream, normal life and stop wasting our times with this extreme stuff. Right. The normal family just wants to have a nice home, raise their kids in a safe neighborhood, and know that they can have as much of their paycheck as they can possibly keep,
Starting point is 00:58:56 that they can go to church wherever they want to go to church, even if they don't want to go to church. That's okay, too. Right. But we have a general agreement among all of us as citizens. We're going to be nice to each other based on Christian principles. That's right. But they won't allow that, will they? No, they won't.
Starting point is 00:59:15 They won't. They've got to be in your business. They've got to control everything you do. They have to shut you down. You're not allowed to have a voice. You have to accept their ideology. And if you don't, they attack you, they smear you. They try to destroy you.
Starting point is 00:59:34 And that's a sign of mental illness, Doc. These people are seriously, now, while we're on the topic of mental illness, let's go over to Korea. Yonhap reporting that the U.S. Defense Department told the North Koreans, if you attack South Korea,
Starting point is 00:59:58 there's no way you're going to survive. They've made that clear. A nuclear attack by North Korea against the U.S. or its allies will result in the end of the country's regime, the U.S. Department of Defense said Thursday. In its national defense strategy, the department said the U.S. will also hold North Korea responsible for any transfer of nuclear weapons or related materials and technology to other actors. Now, that's important there.
Starting point is 01:00:24 Any nuclear attack by North Korea against the United States or its allies and partners is unacceptable and will result in the end of that regime, said the NDS. There's no scenario in which the Kim regime could employ nuclear weapons and survive, it added, referring to North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. Rick, it mentioned in that quote there about the transfer of technology to other actors and they were going to hold North Korea responsible. What other actors would there be? Iran? Russia?
Starting point is 01:00:53 That's about it. So are they tying North Korea into this anti-Russian narrative now? Right. And when we go to World War, we're going to go against everybody. Everybody. News Australia today reporting Australia's warning to China with U.S. B-52 bomber plant. We're going to start parking B-52s in Australia now. Yes, sir. So the United States
Starting point is 01:01:20 is reportedly preparing to deploy up to six nuclear-capable B-52 bombers to northern Australia, which experts say sends a signal to China. A squadron operations facility will be built at Tyndall Air Base south of Darwin, according to Four Corners. Becca Wasser from the Center for New American Security said it was a warning to China amid fears of an assault on Taiwan. Having bombers that could range and potentially attack mainland China could be very important in sending a signal to China
Starting point is 01:01:49 that any of its actions over Taiwan could also expand further. And not only are we sending bombers to Australia, I'm gonna jump down here to number, let's see, number 34, London Telegraph today. U.S. to send high-tech nuclear weapons to NATO bases amid rising tensions
Starting point is 01:02:11 with Russia. We're shipping nukes to Europe. There are nukes in Europe. They've been there for decades. Now the next generation of them. America is to bring forward the delivery of dozens of highly accurate guided tactical nuclear weapons to Europe amid escalating tensions with Moscow. The new B61-12 thermonuclear bombs are dial-a-yield devices,
Starting point is 01:02:37 Rick, so you can choose your yield, meaning their payload can be changed. They're expected to be sent to NATO bases within weeks. The B61-12s had four yields that can be selected, 0.3, 1.5, 10, or 50 kilotons, your choice. The bomb dropped on Hiroshima in 1945 had a yield about 15 kilotons. The 12-foot long weapons features new tail kits that allow them to be dropped from planes as a dumb gravity bomb or in a guided drop mode with an accuracy of within 30 meters. Yeah, so the countries just continue. They continue to march towards a world war. And I pray to our Heavenly Father that this madness is stopped, that we will not witness a nuclear war, at least in the near future. And I hope that near future
Starting point is 01:03:37 is decades. I don't want to see it. I don't want my family to see it. I wish men would stop making weapons like this that could kill a billion people. But it's the reality of where we're at. And we have men and women without Christ in possession of weapons that can kill humanity. Their problem is they are without Christ. Yes. The North Korean leader is without Christ.
Starting point is 01:04:11 The Chinese leader is without Christ. The American leaders are without Christ. The European leaders are without Christ. The problem here is men and women in power at national levels without Christ. That's the problem. If they knew Jesus Christ
Starting point is 01:04:33 as Lord and Savior and they were submitted to him, they wouldn't be pushing the world to a nuclear war. Their father is the devil. That's the fact. And Satan who's pushing them to war.
Starting point is 01:04:50 Why? Because he wants a billion people to die. They'll die without Christ. That's right. They'll be lost for eternity, never able to be saved once they're in the ground. Let's pray
Starting point is 01:05:01 and then we'll wrap it up for the day father we come to you in the mighty name of our lord and savior jesus christ and father we plead with you to intervene in the affairs of mankind father there is a remnant church on this earth that will not bow its knee to Baal. There is a remnant church on this earth that will stand for Jesus Christ. And Father, for us, for those of us in that church, anywhere in the world, we are praying in one accord, Father, because right now, Father, there are people on every continent praying with me. We are in one accord, and we are asking you to intervene in the affairs out the lives of millions, even a billion people, Father. Father, we bind the devil. In the name of Jesus Christ, we bind him from inspiring men to wage war on nations. And this we ask in the name of Jesus Christ.
