I'm Rick Wiles. China's commercial real estate sector is wobbling. Evergrande is selling off assets to meet bond obligations before defaulting on its debt. Yesterday, another Chinese commercial developer missed its payment on debt. Fantasia Holdings Group failed to repay $205 million due on Monday. It was not the only missed payment by the company. Country Garden Services Holdings, a Hong Kong-listed property management company owned by Fantasia, also failed to repay the principal amount on a $108 million bond due on Monday. Financial analysts say a default by Fantasia is now likely. The U.S. government is also running up fast on a deadline to refinance

its ever-growing debt load. The U.S. Congress has less than two weeks to raise higher. The federal government's debt ceiling failure to meet the deadline could result in a default by Washington on its massive debt. Led by New York Senator Charles Schumer, Senate Democrats convened a closed-door meeting today to debate their path forward to increase the U.S. debt ceiling without the support of Senate Republicans. The New York leftist Democrat has scheduled a vote on Wednesday on the Democrat plan. It will require 60 votes to move forward in the U.S. Senate, evenly divided among Democrats and Republicans.

The Democrats have suggestions about what to do legally to spend more money that Washington doesn't have yet. And if you think you've heard crazy news so far this year, just wait until you hear what the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury is considering today. Doc Burkhart has a lot to say about this story and many more. Yes, sir. Hey, Doc, this is some crazy news today. Well, first of all, we're seeing the start of the ripple effects of the Evergrande debacle. Yes.

It's starting to happen. Other mortgage companies, other real estate investment companies in China now are starting to fail, starting to collapse. What I'm surprised at, Rick, is it isn't happening faster than it is. Well, they missed their payment. So you have both Evergrande and Fantasia have missed their payments. Right. Then you go 30 days. And if they don't come up with the money in that 30 days, then they're declared in default.

So we're looking at something into November for these Chinese corporations to be in default. Evergrande is selling off their crown jewels. Right. Like arenas. Yes. They're selling off their crown jewels. Right. Macarenas. Yes. They're selling off their prime property. They'll probably come up with some money to meet the bond payment that they missed last month. This one. This one. But eventually they'll get down to the yucky stuff that they own and nobody will want it. And then that's when the company will be declared insolvent. But this Fantasia is a different one. And it shows that the Chinese

commercial real estate market is extremely soft right now and wobbling and could collapse at really in the next 90 days. I mean, we may not get out of this year without a financial crisis. And then you have the U.S. government. Now, most people assume, oh, Washington will do it. They'll pull a rabbit out of the hat. Once again, they'll do it. But the Senate is divided evenly, 50-50, between Democrats and Republicans. It takes 60 votes to move forward on the debt ceiling.

That means 10 Republicans have to, well, it doesn't take 10, but yeah, it would take 10. You'd have to have 10 Republicans who would have to join the Democrats to raise the debt ceiling. Is there no option for the Democrats on that? Do they, is there some sort of sneaky play that they can put out there to do just a simple majority or anything like that? Or do they have to make some sort of deal with the GOP? I think they have to make some kind of deal. I don't know how they're going to do this. And Mitch McConnell is playing his hand pretty shrewdly. You know, I think he's relishing in sitting back and doing to Chuck Schumer what Chuck Schumer did to him for years, which is make your life miserable. Right.

And so the Republicans are basically taking the attitude to Chuck Schumer and the Democrats, okay, you want to be in control? You're in control. Raise the debt ceiling. You don't need us. Just do it. And in the news today, we'll be talking about one option that they may consider in all this. And so this is crazy. This is the crazy stuff I was talking

about. So Janet Yellen, our secretary of the Treasury, who was, you know, on the Federal Reserve during the Obama administration. She's pushing some very radical proposals under the Biden administration. Number one, the proposal for the IRS to get into your bank account. Yes. For any transaction, $600 or more. Yes. Banks are going to be required, mandated, to inform the IRS of every transaction you make that involves more than $600. I mean, Doc, this just takes in just about everything. Yes.

Your paycheck, your, I mean, just a simple transaction, buying furniture even. Why don't we just eliminate all banks and just have the bank of the IRS? Well, I think there would be some that would relish. They would love that idea, wouldn't it? Yes. Because that sounds very Soviet Union. So that's one of the ideas.

She is complaining about the debt that they're spending that has to be covered. She says the U.S. government is facing a $7 trillion shortfall over the next 10 years. Wait a minute. What is the Biden plan right now? To spend more money. And how much is it? Trillions. It's almost $7 trillion. And she's saying right now, without that bill, we're short. So if we pass that bill, what are we short?

$14 trillion. $14 trillion. Over 10 years. So where's all this money coming from? Well, it's one thing, Doc. I mean, the U.S. taxpayers are being squeezed again. I mean, they're draining us. It's a transfer of wealth from the working class people, from the, let's say, the productive people, okay? Money from the productive people's society is being transferred to others. One through communistic, socialistic welfare transfers. And then the other one is corporate welfare for Wall Street, because they get their welfare too. And then that floats up to the billionaires. Yes, they get subsidized and

they get bailed out and all that kind of stuff. But somebody else that gets money from the U.S. taxpayers, and that's foreign countries. And one country in particular really has their hand deep into the U.S. cookie jar, and that is, of course, Israel. So in this bill, it was just passed about two weeks ago by the House. It's in the Senate. And by the way, the vote was, I think, 403 to 9. A blowout vote. In fact, that's what Defense News says.

Defense News says that it was a blowout vote in Congress. And what are we talking about? We're talking about a billion dollars for the Israeli military. Right. For the Iron Dome system. One billion dollars of U.S. taxpayer money. And only nine members of the U.S. House dared to vote against it.

It's now in the Senate. And only one senator is standing in the way. And that is Kentucky Senator Rand Paul. So how is it, Doc, that Secretary Yellen is telling us that we are short $7 trillion. If we pass Biden's Build Back Better bill, we're going to be in the hole another $7 trillion. Although they say it's zero. It's not going to cost anything. They're using that new math, I guess.

Yes, new math. Not going to cost anything. And so we have to raise the debt ceiling within the next two weeks. But somehow there's a billion dollars to give to Israel for its military. How does that work? That's the way it works. And so Israel says we need the money. In fact, you hear them tell it's emergency money. We've got

to have this money. Except what they don't tell you is, is we help them develop the iron dome system and then we turn around and buy an iron dome system back from them. And then we give them another billion. Then give them another billion to build it again. So there's a transfer of wealth taking place. Yes. From the American people to Israel. All right, so I want you to hear Secretary of Treasury Yellen. She was on the CNBC show Squawk Box,

and she was talking about the shortfall. And she was also talking about the Biden nominee for the office of the comptroller of the currency. Right. Which we'll talk about that here in a minute. But here's Secretary Yellen. I wanted to talk to you a little bit for a moment just about taxes, because to pay for all the things that the administration is seeking, there is a big tax raise on the docket, but also an effort that I know you're a proponent of for the IRS to collect more information and more tax dollars, but more information about taxpayers' bank accounts, including annual cash flows. And I was curious whether you think the IRS has the wherewithal to actually do that. Well, of course they do. Right now, on every bank account that earns more than $10 a year in interest, the banks report the interest earned

to the IRS. That's part of the information base that includes W-2s and reports on dividends and other income that taxpayers earn. So collection of information is routine. But there's an enormous tax gap in the United States, estimated at $7 trillion over the next 10 years, in terms of a shortfall of tax collections to what we believe are owed. And that's not coming from people failing to report wage income or dividend income where there's good information. It comes from places where the information on income is opaque and can be hidden. And a simple way for the IRS to get a sense of where that might be is just a few pieces of information about individuals' bank accounts. Nothing at the transaction level that would violate privacy, simply aggregate inflows into the account over the year and aggregate outflows. And that would really help the IRS target their auditing resources, which we have proposed to greatly expand, to do their

audits on those usually high-income, wealthy individuals that may be concealing their transactions and their income. And these would be helpful indicators of where it would make sense for auditing to occur. So it is not reporting of individual transactions or anything of the like. And it would be a simple thing for banks and other payment providers to provide along with the other information they're already providing. So we're short $7 trillion and we found a way to get that $7 trillion. We're going to go into people's bank accounts because they're hiding money somewhere. We just know it.

Then we got to get it down to at least $600. That's why Biden says it's not going to cost anything. Yes. Because they have a plan to pull that much money out of the taxpayers' personal income. Now, this is what I want to point out. And this is going to get me in a lot. I haven't been in this much trouble for a while. It's about time. Yeah, it's about time.

So what you have here is you have Secretary of the Treasury Yellen. She is Jewish. She's being interviewed by the Treasury Yellen. She is Jewish. She's being interviewed by Andrew Sorkin, who is Jewish. The two of them are talking about whether the IRS has the authority to get into your bank account and grab the money. How did we get the IRS? Well, we go back to around 1913, and the Roth Rothschild controlled international banksters pushed in this country the income tax, which we did not have in this country. The establishment of the IRS and the establishment of the Federal Reserve banking system and the international Jews took control of the American monetary system. My friends, this is why we are in slavery.

But we're supposed to fear Arab banking. Zero interest. With zero interest. Right now, Arab banking would look really good in this country. Why don't we have Christian banking? Can we have Christian banking in this country? Why doesn't somebody do it? Because that would scare the elite as well.

The debt ceiling is a limit on how much they can borrow at any given time at any given time on the name of the american taxpayers if if they were limited to spending the money that we have we would have a balanced budget and and about half of the u.s government would disappear but she wants to eliminate the restraints that are on her and

other banksters. They want to go all the way. Don't tell us that we can't borrow trillions of dollars. Let's just get rid of the debt ceiling. How in the world is this even possible? How can they do this? According to the Philip Deal, the former head of the U.S. Mint, he said the U.S. Mint's got some blank platinum coins. This is what he said. He said they have some blank platinum coins. Right. And all they have to do is engrave $1 trillion on it and release it.

And they would use that to pay the debt? Is that the idea? Because they would say, here is a coin worth $1 trillion. And so the U.S. Mint would mint a coin worth $1 trillion, and then they would hand that over to the Federal Reserve? Yes. And so the Federal Reserve would basically have a token, an IOU worth $1 trillion. Yes.

By the way, just in case you're new to the program, the Federal Reserve is neither federal nor reserve. It's not a branch of the U.S. government and they don't keep anything except what belongs to you. It's owned by international banks. It has nothing to do with the U.S. government. It is owned by international banksters. It has private shares. And nobody really knows who the owners of the Federal Reserve are. Nobody really knows. Right. But there are shares. So if this ought to just tell you how how phony the money system is right here. I mean, it really should tell you that, right? It should just be as clear as day

that if they can print a $1 trillion coin, why not, Rick, why not a $1 quadrillion coin? Well, they will go there. There's no end to this. Because the money's not real, is it? It's not real. It is absolutely real. And it doesn't matter whether it's made of paper, platinum, or digits. It's not real. At some place, at some point in time, reality catches up with it. ever increasing debt. And then that debt is pushed forward into the future for some other generation to pay while the people that have the original currency, if you will, accumulate more wealth. And then it's linked to fiat currency. And fiat currency is a paper currency, whereas a gold coin that has real gold in it. See, the platinum is not that platinum coin. It's not worth a trillion dollars worth of platinum. So it's fiat. It's fiat. But a real gold coin has at least some has gold in it. OK. And so it's at the par value with what gold is selling for. So fiat banking is basically just worthless paper money. I think what it is, I think in history there's been about 800 fiat currencies over centuries.

Do you know how many succeeded? Zero. Zero. So what are the odds that the U.S. dollar is going to succeed? Zero. Zero. At some point, it has to collapse. And these banksters know it.

And so for their solution, they either push the debt forward a generation or they eliminate a generation through war, poverty, pestilence, in order to collect on the debt. boards don't cross state lines yes but money crosses state lines from the federal government to uh to local schools oh so because the school gets money from was, which came from the local people in that district, right? So what I thought was amusing about this particular headline and article was that Ivanka was the brains and Jared was just the guy who wanted the power. So Ivanka was seditious to her father. She was working for the Zionists against the interests and the directions of her father, the elected president. Right.

This is the Daily Mail saying, Jared and Ivanka were running a shadow presidency during the Trump White House years. A shadow presidency means a shadow government. That's right. And one more. We've been talking about Iranian military moving military assets towards Azerbaijan. And I found this story today in the Russian newspaper, Novosti. Israeli ambassador to Russia denies presence of Israeli military in Azerbaijan.

Had to make a big deal about this today because obviously the accusations have been over the past few days. Well, actually, there is a longstanding relationship between Israel and Azerbaijan. They do a lot of trade together. They get oil from Azerbaijan. Israel does. So they do have an established relationship. Israel has also sold military equipment to Azerbaijan. So it does not take a big leap of belief to actually think, well, maybe Israel is there. With military troops. But, Doc, they're broke.

They need a billion dollars from the American taxpayers. An emergency. It's an emergency, Rick. They need that money. Their troops are wandering around in Azerbaijan. They don't know how to get back to Israel. They just happen to be trying to start another war, which somehow the Americans will get involved in that war and American men will die for another Zionist war. Yes.

That's where it's headed. All right. Let's look at the Bible. So yesterday we were talking about the parable of the vineyard owner. This is Matthew 21. And we're going to go to, yeah, okay. So let's read this again, Doc, and then we'll go to the second one. Yeah, so Matthew 21.

Here another parable. There was a certain householder which planted a vineyard and hedged it round about and digged a wine press in it and built a tower and let it out to husbandmen and went into a far country. And when the time of the fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the husbandmen that they might receive the fruits of it. And the husbandmen took his servants and beat one,

killed another, and stoned another. Again, he sent other servants more than the first, and they did unto them likewise. But last of all, he sent unto them his son saying they will reverence my son but when the husbandmen saw the son they said among themselves this is the heir come let us kill him and let us seize on his inheritance and they caught him and cast him out of the vineyard and slew him when the lord therefore of the vineyard cometh, what will he do unto these husbandmen? All right, let's go to the next group.

So we had the response. Jesus has just asked a question. Pharisees are responding. They say unto him, he will miserably destroy those wicked men and will let out his vineyard unto other husbandmen, which will render him the fruits in their seasons. Jesus saith unto them,

this is his response now to the Pharisees, Did you never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same has become the head of the corner. This is the Lord's doing and is marvelous in our eyes. Therefore, and this is what Jesus is trying to get across, Say I unto you, the kingdom of God shall be taken from you and given to a nation, bringing forth the fruits thereof. And whosoever shall fall on the stone shall be broken, So what Jesus told us in this parable was that the Jewish rulers of Israel knew very well that Jesus Christ was the Son of God. He was the Messiah.

They entered into a conspiracy to commit murder. They operated a sham trial. They had false witnesses who lied and they put to death the Messiah. Praise God. He raised himself from the dead and he's not dead. And they didn't count on that. And they didn't count on that part. And they've been scrambling ever since to figure out what to do with this resurrected Jesus Christ. Now, the Lord, the Holy Spirit, over the weekend, I was doing some edits to my book, Final Day.

We're going to publish another batch of books very soon. I was just going through the final edits. And I came to this part of Matthew 21, talking about the parable. And I was just doing light edits. But when I read it, the Holy Spirit spoke to me, and it was early in the morning on Saturday, and just said, you're missing something here, Rick. And so I read it again.

I'm sorry. What am I missing? And I heard the Holy Spirit say, it's the inheritance. OK. And so I said, OK, Lord, what are you showing me here? What are you what are you trying to say to me? And he said, what is it? What?

Tell me. Lord said to me, what is it? Tell me. The Lord said to me, what do you know about the inheritance? And so I said, well, Abraham, the Lord promised to Abraham. And I went through the four parts of the covenant that God gave Abraham. And the Holy Spirit said, that was Abraham's inheritance. Right. They were going was Abraham's inheritance. Right. They were going to steal my inheritance.

Okay. So what is that inheritance? I mean, in this first portion of the scripture here, it says, this is the heir. Come, let us kill him. Let us seize on his inheritance. Yes. And they knew he was the Messiah. And they knew he had an inheritance. And they knew he was the son of God, too. Yes. And they knew he was the Messiah. And they knew he had an inheritance. And they knew he was the son of God, too.

Yes. So Saturday morning when the Lord said, Rick, you're misunderstanding this. They wanted to steal my inheritance. You have been thinking all along that the inheritance was what I promised Abraham. That's not my inheritance. And I said, Lord, talk to me, please. And instantly I heard Psalm 2. Okay.

And so I read Psalm 2. Why do the heathen rage and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves and the rulers take counsel together against the Lord and against his anointed saying, let us break their bands asunder and cast away the cord from us. He that sitteth in heaven shall laugh. The Lord shall have them in derision. Then he, then shall he speak unto them in his wrath and vex them in his sore displeasure. Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. Get ready. Here it comes.

I will declare the decree. The Lord hath said unto me, thou art my son. This day have I begotten thee. Ask of me and I shall give thee the inheritance for thine inheritance, for thy inheritance and the uttermost part of the earth for thy possession. The heathen for the heathen is the inheritance of Jesus Christ and the nations, all the nations of the world. When they said that is that Jesus, he is the Messiah. He is God's son.

Let's kill him and take his inheritance. They knew what Psalm 2 said. I was just getting ready to ask you. Do you think they knew? They knew Psalm 2. They knew what the inheritance was. Yes, they did. All the world, all the heathens, all in their mind,

the Gentiles, all the goyim, the Gentiles, his inheritance, Jesus's inheritance in their mind was all the goyim, all the Gentiles of the world and the nations that they live in. So they said, we're going to kill Jesus. We're going to steal his inheritance. What have the Zionists have been? What have they been attempting to do for 2000 years? Capture control of the world and all the Gentiles and make them their slaves. There really is a Zionist agenda for world domination. It is demonic. It is satanic. It is against Christ.

They're in a battle with Jesus Christ to steal his inheritance, which are the souls of the unsaved people.
