House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy called it pure insanity. And Michigan Congressman Tim Walberg declared the idea to be pure madness. Keep in mind that the Joe Biden, who wants to give a million dollars to foreigners who illegally cross the U.S. border is the same Joe Biden who wants the IRS to snoop inside your bank checking account. The USA has been subjected for decades to an invasion from Mexico and Central America. The lawless Biden administration has taken the mass migration invasion to another level. They fully opened the border to allow hundreds of thousands of people to illegally enter America. And now they want you and me to enrich the illegals and reward them for their criminal behavior.

But no, it was real that they were actually, they're actually proposing that,

considering payments to those who came into this country illegally. Reparations. Reparations for illegal behavior. It's the transfer of wealth. This is the communist revolution in America. It's the transfer of wealth. They're transferring, they're replacing citizens. They're bringing in illegals to become future citizens.

And they're draining the wealth from the current citizens to give it to the new illegals that are coming in. Right. It's not an accident. It's a plan, Doc. It's a plan. It's a plan to destroy the republic. And again, you just wonder how, what's the breaking point when the American middle class says, that's it. We're going to crush the communist revolution.

You would think this would be it. But no, it doesn't appear that people are that upset about it. It blew my mind last night. Doc, they're just numb. Yeah, they've been put through the ringer so many times that even a story like this no longer shocks anymore. I mean, it doesn't, does it? It's like you're so shell shocked that when the next shell drops, it just goes over you again. But we need to wake up. We've got to wake up to this, what's going on, because this is only part of the whole story. I know that

this kind of broke late yesterday and several outlets covered it last night, but that's not the whole story about this. People are afraid to wake up because if they woke up, they would have to do something about it, and they know what they would have to do. And, yes, they would have to take action on it. Yeah, buy a pitchfork. Yeah, buy a pitchfork.

Get ready. This is it. I mean, we're down to the bare threads of the republic. Buy a pitchfork. Get ready to do what we have to do to stop the communist revolution. They're pushing us. They're pushing us to this point. It's in your face, radical agenda that says you no longer matter.

You middle-class American citizens no longer matter. We're replacing you. We're going to drain everything out of you, and then we're going to push you out eventually. I'm going to tell you where it's going. You may think, oh, that won't happen in America. Well, you didn't think this would happen in America. I'm going to tell you where it's going. in Australia right now. They are seizing bank accounts. They're seizing homes. For what? For what reason? To pay off COVID fines. COVID fines. Because people are refusing to be vaccinated and they get fined. And if they don't pay the fines, then they can have their bank accounts dipped into or they can have their assets seized and sold at auction. That's happening in Australia right now. That's not some time in the future. And as we've seen, it looks like Australia is the lab for lockdowns that can only be on the drawing board for here. And once again, that's simply a redistribution of wealth as well. Of course.

So by a pitchfork, get ready. We have to stop the revolution. It must be stopped. We can't talk about it anymore. We have to stop the revolution. It is a communist revolution and it's worldwide. It's beyond politics. It's demonic. But today our theme is the invasion of America's southern border. We really don't even have a border anymore. It's ludicrous to even talk about a border.

The border was erased years ago. You know, I've been doing this show for 22 years, and I've been talking about the invasion for 22 years. Right. Could you imagine that they'd be announcing weeks in advance, there's 30,000 people coming up to the border right now? What's hard for me to understand, Doc, is that the American public has allowed this to go on. And that's true, Rick. They have allowed it. So when I started this news show, Bill Clinton was in the White House.

Yes. Bill Clinton was allowing the illegals to come in. So then he was replaced by George W. Bush, who allowed the illegals to come in. Eight years, yes. That he was replaced by Barack Obama, who not only allowed, but encouraged. And then he was replaced by Donald Trump, who pretended that he was going to stop it. But he didn't build that wall, did he? No. And he didn't put troops on the border

He didn't stop illegal immigration. He had the power to do that and didn't do it He really didn't and people say oh, but he did build the wall But he never finished it and he knew he wasn't going to finish it because he signed a bill that prohibit him prohibited him from finishing the wall. And we pointed this out, and others pointed it out several years ago. What year was that, 2018? I believe so, yes. We said, he signed that law.

He's not going to finish the wall. This is all a charade. And so, yes, he built sections of it, but they never finished. That's why today there are large gaping holes in the wall because you have a section of the wall and then a hole, a section of the wall, a hole. That was because Trump signed a bill that prohibited him from finishing the wall. So what he did was he put up pieces. And he could say, I put up a wall. Yes.

To those who want a wall. But he was deceiving his supporters because he knew he was not allowed to finish the wall. But he signed the bill. Yes. He didn't have to sign the bill. He signed it. So there was the other one. And then, you know, now we have we have Biden and Biden.

Biden has no shame at all. He's just the borders are open. All right. The borders are open. Come. These migrants are not walking and they're not paying these cartel thugs, you know, five, ten thousand dollars to take them across the border. Where would they get the money? Where do children get the money? Who's paying?

You're telling me a child is giving a drug cartel leader five thousand dollars to transport them across the border? Of course not. I mean, it's ludicrous. And yet the media just continues to publish these stories. It's an outright lie. Somebody's paying for it. And just like the Haitians that came into Mexico and across the border, how did they walk across the ocean?

Is there a footbridge? No, they had to get to South America somehow and then from South America up to Central America and then be allowed across the Mexican border. Doc, I have flown to Haiti. It's a long flight. And I'm in Florida. It's a long flight. How did they walk here? Who flew them? Who chartered planes to fly the Haitians to Mexico? I have a feeling George Soros is involved in it. And I've said that for years. Some, one or more billionaires are paying for the migration of the illegals. They're not walking on their own. You're not going to tell me that five and six year olds are walking from Guatemala to Texas. I don't believe it. But if you were to listen to the mainstream media, you'd believe that.

Yes. All those poor children, we've got to let them into America. Look how they suffered. They walked all this way. Without their mommies. And so now we're told 30,000 people are on their way to Texas. This wave that's coming up through Texas. Who's feeding them? Only they didn't start in Mexico, did they, Ray? Who's feeding them?

How are they eating along the way? Where are they getting their water? Who's taking care of them? 30,000 people is a lot of people so they're moving you know through central america and mexico 30 000 people at a time and they're all being fed i hadn't even considered that the logistics the logistics of feeding 30 000 people is enormous 30 000 people that are moving migrating you've got a great It means that there are buses and trucks there with food. It is a well-organized and well-financed operation.

So we're going to show you today some videos of drug cartels, drug cartel members, heavily armed, wearing military uniforms, military weapons, and driving heavily armed military vehicles. Now, we're also going to show you some videos from a conference held about two weeks ago in Las Vegas by American patriots that the media called a QAnon conference. It wasn't a QAnon conference. There's no such thing as QAnon conferences. It was a conference of American citizens who gathered to educate other American citizens about the destruction of the republic. But of course, the news media, if they don't want anybody to hear what somebody is saying, they slap some type of label on them to destroy their credibilities. That's what they did to those patriots.

But we're going to show you two long segments, a video from that event. And we want you to see and hear what they said is happening south of the United States of America. They actually believe that there is a military invasion coming. And it's been building up for quite a while. That this 30,000 block of migrants that's headed towards Texas, that there will be a military invasion ahead of them. They will move into Texas and Arizona to seize American territory. In other words, they're going to push the border northward and claim part of Texas and Arizona. Now we've been talking about this, I said, for many, many years. And just earlier this month, Doc, there was video of heavily armed Mexican cartel members taunting U.S. soldiers at the Texas border.

Right. So this was back the first week of October here. And so this is just a screenshot of, you know, surveillance camera footage. You're looking at heavily armed members of the Mexican cartel but just two days after this particular story came out they actually had a Fox News crew at the border Rick and this Fox News crew observed not just Mexican cartel members at the U.S. border but actually on U.S. territory that they had actually crossed into the border so I would say Rick that the invasion has already started. You got the scout teams are already moving ahead. And this has happened weeks

ago. And so this is in preparation for what may be coming in future. Here is Fox News Bill Malugan reporting on this. This is back on the 8th of this month. We witnessed automatic gunfire going from Mexico directly into the United States. The National Guard soldiers we were with, you can hear them kind of reacting, saying, whoa, holy bleep. They say this is suspected cartel gunfire going indiscriminately directly into the United States. They said it was going above one of their observation posts, kind of near the border wall, but incredibly rare to actually see direct gunfire from a machine gun going into the US like that.

This was the second volley. I didn't get my phone out in time for the first volley, but pretty wild to see that. And to wrap it up here, the National Guard soldiers told us multiple times in recent days, armed cartel members with AK-47s have stood on the opposite side of the Rio Grande from them and have taunted them, have racked the slides on their guns, and have yelled to them in Spanish that, oh, we should just shoot you soldiers.

So tensions here along the Rio Grande, along the border, obviously going up, and that cartel activity in the city behind us, it's still there. Doc, during the Obama years, you know, he didn't have any scandals. Oh, yeah, that's right. A scandal-free presidency. But one scandal that I do remember was Fast and Furious. And that's when Obama and Eric Holder were caught transporting guns, sending guns through the ATF in the United States. The ATF was sending high-powered rifles into Mexico, giving them directly to the drug cartels.

Now, the cover story was they wanted to follow the trail of guns back into the United States and catch the bad guys. Okay, that was the story. Let me tell you what I said it was. Now, this is back during the Obama years. I said, Obama is a communist, and he's arming the drug cartels to invade America. Yes. We're at that place. It's coming now, in the very near future. For all we know, those shots being fired into the U.S. were by weapons supplied by Barack and Barack and St. Obama and Eric Holder. That's right. And we have no idea how much ammo he sent there. We don't know how many weapons were shipped by the ATF to the drug

cartels. It was to arm the communist revolutionaries in Mexico to invade Texas. And what many Texans fear right now is that invasion is going to happen in the very near future, possibly in the weeks ahead. Also, there was a gun battle today or yesterday in Mexico? In Matamoros. And so, in fact, it was such an extreme gun battle, but they actually had to lock down the city. They had to shelter in place because of the extent of the things going on. What I I don't know if you happen to notice the picture, Rick, here at the border here at Mattamorris. Look, there are tents sitting there, Rick, in the picture, tents right at the border.

So they came prepared. Not only are all these people walking up from Central America and everything, they've got tents and stuff too. Matching tents. Yeah, and so, but focusing on the gun battle there and everything, this is where it's at now, where the cartels are so heavily armed that they can cause an entire city to be locked down. Not only do they have weaponry for ground forces

and everything. Rick, I saw this story today. I almost fell on my chair. Narco submarines play a growing role in ferrying drugs bound for the United States and elsewhere. They're not limited to their movements on land anymore, Rick. Listen, if you can haul cocaine and fentanyl and everything else in a submarine, you can also carry a small nuclear device in it too, wouldn't you say? You better believe you can do it. And if they can get penetrate this with all the drugs and they're getting the drugs in, aren't they? That's obvious.

If they can get the drugs in, they could get a nuclear device in as well? Let's, I think right now, let's drop down to number eight. Okay. This is July 2020. Right. The Independent in London. Mexican drug cartel shows off uniformed troops with military weapons and armored vehicles in video. Again, this is over one year ago.

And we're going to show you, here's the video. This is on the Mexican side. Where did they get this equipment? I mean, this is some pretty fancy gear here, Rick. Maybe, well, that was last year. I was going to say maybe they got it in Afghanistan. Maybe compliments of Joe Biden and Mark Milley. But somebody provided them with heavily armored vehicles.

Right. These are this is no small potatoes here. These guys are fairly well armed themselves. They've got armor shielding. The trucks are they've them have.50 caliber machine guns on them. But what I want our audience to look at is they pan the trucks. Look how far back it goes. This isn't like four or five trucks. It extends a good mile back there. So this is the cartel showing off here.

This is the cartel in Mexico showing this is who weel in mexico showing this is who we are rick they're de facto military force in mexico they are the government of mexico in most places the mexican government has no control over their own country no these guys could you know and many people that live in mexico you know treat the cartel as if they are the government. So they are in many ways the de facto government there. But I'm just shocked at the level of weaponry that these guys have, especially on the vehicles, Rick. Doc, if they make a military incursion into Texas and Arizona and seize property, seize ranches, kill American ranchers, take control of American towns.

Who will defend us? Would Joe Biden stop it? I mean, it's one thing to say, well, you know, I'll defend my property and everything. But how are you going to defend yourself against this? I mean, you have to have military-grade weaponry to defend yourself against this kind of invasion force. Don't give them 10 miles inside Texas and claim 10 miles of Texas. They have seized American territory. And then you move another 10 miles and another 10 miles. Yes.

Do you have confidence that Joe Biden and Mark Milley would repel the invasion? I think that they would. I think that they would recognize it. I think that they would say it's a changing America. It's a changing world. We stole it from you anyway. So that would kind of be the attitude, wouldn't it? It would. Nancy Pelosi's not going to be outraged. She's not going to do anything.

This kind of stuff's going to happen right in front of your eyes. You think that they're gaslighting you now? Just wait until the military invasion takes place, and that's going to be the next level of gaslighting. The $450,000 per illegal immigrant is going to seem small when you see them give away part of Texas and Arizona and not fight for it. What do we have, 26 Republican governors right now? Yes. Something like that. I think so. So what needs to happen is that every Republican state governor in America needs to send 5,000 to 10,000 National Guardsmen to Texas right away. Now?

10,000 per state. That's 260,000 troops sent to Texas. Texas needs to put 50,000. I mean, if the governor called for every man in Texas to take up arms and defend the border, he'd get a million men. Right. You need to take action. They're going to invade Texas. Because it doesn't appear the federal government is going to do anything about this at all.

These people need to be shot when they come across the border. They need to be shot when they come across the border. Because they're an invasion force. I don't know what else to say. If those armed men cross the Rio Grande, shoot them. What else can we do? It's an invasion of the nation. We're being destroyed in real time. We're watching this take place. And our leaders are either worthless and in a coma or complicit in it. And so it's up to the American people to defend the republic. This may happen in the next 30 days. We may see an armed invasion of Texas and Arizona from the drug

cartels. So don't count on, don't count on Joe Biden and Mark Milley to defend the Republic. Doc, we have, we've got two segments of video to show today. Tell our audience what they're going to be watching. Well, if we can pull up number six here real quick. A few months ago, we did a story on a ICE agent. His name was Victor Avila. And, of course, the story got some attention, not the attention that it should have gotten, but it was a federal agent named, IC agent named Victor Avila who had been actually shot at, captured by the cartels.

And it was quite a compelling story. We had the opportunity to share a little bit of that story here on the Trinity News Godcast. When we first aired this, I remember how shocked I was at seeing how open it was that the cartels were so heavily armed and how they were able to move without, you know, any resistance at all. In fact, it seemed like at times that the Mexican cartels were actually working in coordination with U.S. federal agencies, that they were given information about where agents would be. And Victor Evia actually made that accusation that they were obviously told where I was going to be. But he was an agent.

Yeah, but he was an agent. But somebody inside the U.S. government was working secretly with the drug cartels. Right. And he says it's at every level. And even the guy that ended up taking the Mexican official ended up taking Mr. Avila into the U.S. and his assistant. Both of them now are in U.S. federal custody. Those guys are in federal custody. The corruption is at every level in the Mexican government. But we need to recognize it's in our government, too. CUSTODY. THOSE GUYS ARE IN FEDERAL CUSTODY. THE CORRUPTION IS AT EVERY LEVEL IN THE MEXICAN GOVERNMENT, BUT WE NEED TO RECOGNIZE IT'S IN OUR GOVERNMENT TOO.

OUR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS WORKING IN COOPERATION WITH THE CARTELS. IT IS NO QUESTION IN MY MIND ABOUT IT. VICTOR AVILA IS CONVINCED ABOUT IT. WHAT THE PURPOSE IS IS AN INVASION. WHO'S FINANCING IT? IT COULD BE THE CHINESE. IT COULD BE A HOST OF OTHERS. What the purpose is, is an invasion. Who's financing it? It could be the Chinese. It could be a host of others. How do you get vehicles like that, Rick?

How do you get them shipped in? How do you get them made like that? The cartels are getting help. Of course. And the cartels are producing drugs like nobody's business, but they have to have the raw materials, and that's coming from China. That's coming from other places. So Victor Ravilla was at an event called the Patriot Double Down event. That was in Vegas. And actually it was this week, Rick, earlier this week. And he had the opportunity to

speak to the crowds there. He told his story. And so you're going to hear his story here in a little bit about what happened to him. Everything led up to it. But then he goes on to say, Rick, after he tells a story about the incredible story of how the cartels basically have taken over Mexico. They are the government of Mexico. Mexican government's not going to do anything. The cartels are the government. The cartels are the military. The cartels have outgunned the military of Mexico. That's why they don't mess with them. And so all these illegal aliens that are coming up through Mexico, they are just being allowed to go in because they're providing cover for the cartels. Rick, the cartels are here. I'm going to tell you a little bit of who I am. I'm a retired ICE special agent, and I have a powerful story to share, not only about my past, but what I'm doing now in conjunction with what Jason is doing. Zetas Cartel while on official assignment. We were ambushed on our way back to Mexico City after being shot at over 100 rounds. Special Agent Jaime Zapata tragically lost his life in the line of duty in defending our country. I was shot three times, once in the chest and twice in my left leg. And I'm telling you, I'm here by the grace of God to be able to share this story. And so a lot of things happened. This happened under the Obama-Biden administration. Two of the weapons recovered that were used against us were part of Operation Fast and Furious. You guys remember that debacle? detail in the book, Aging Under Fire, about the shooting. And then I went to a little bit of

identity crisis. But then I said, you know what? I have a lot to offer. I have a lot of expertise on the border. I'm a subject matter expert in human trafficking. I rescued a lot of women and children from these horrific conditions, a lot of border security. I'm going to write about that in the book as well. And when you read that, you'll be like, did you just write it yesterday? Because it's exactly what's happening at the border right now and the lawlessness that we have witnessed down there. And we're going to be talking about that lawlessness right now. And so we I continue to go down and say, you know what, I'm going to go down the border. So it started in March. I started traveling to the border to Mission, Texas, to Laredo.

I just came back a week and a half ago, spending a week down there. I know Jason does that a lot as well. And El Paso, Hudspeth County, it's very diverse and it's very different. And I can share with you the firsthand. I talked to the agents. I talked to the citizens, the business owners, and exactly what's happening. If you know and you think the border is bad, it's worse than what you think it is. And we're going to share exactly what is going on right now,

and I'm going to turn it over to Jason so we can start talking about this. Ladies and gentlemen, it's great to be with you. I'm a retired captain from the Texas Department of Public Safety. And after 24 years of law enforcement and moving nine times across the state of Texas, I have to tell you that I was pretty upset after seeing what has been happening on our southwest border and knowing, telling you, the American American people what's really happening so after retirement in 2016 I began coming forward trying to get it out and it was very difficult I'm going to tell you now today fast forward four and a

half years our mission and our goal and what we are trying to do is change US policy by illuminating what is really happening to the American people so that we can eliminate it today we're not going to just talk about it. We're going to show you what is happening from what we have been recording, what we have been doing, because I'm a firm believer, ladies and gentlemen, that if we show it to you, then we all agree what's happening because all of us have been lied to for so long. All right. There has been an evolution. When you think of cartels and the problem at your southwest border, we mostly know them as the drug cartels, right? That's what we remember after the last 30-plus years of this. But they have evolved through quantum leaps and capabilities and tradecraft. The real tripwire of the changes that began was in 2006 when the Calderon administration began using their military to go after the cartels. And what we found was absolutely fascinating, and that is that the cartels fought back. But see, this is what you weren't told. Instead, you were told how could the Mexican government go after their own people

using the military. But what we were seeing at the Texas-Mexico border were these raging gun battles that were lasting literally an hour to several hours, everything from light anti-tank weapons, RPGs. We were stunned at what was happening. So that was truly the change into an insurgency model. And then in 2009, what the Lausettas brought was something totally different. They brought discipline and they brought trade craft to the cartels. Remember, they were former special forces who then began training the cartels how to operate using military tactics and military-grade weapons. And at that time, I was commanding the Border Security Operations Center, literally watching these evolutions take place. What the worst part of it was was that as these mass killings began to take place in 2009, Americans were not being told. Think for a second of the

72 migrants killed in San Fernando. Horrible, horrible event. All because the Losedas wanted the Gulf cartel to be held accountable for that. So they literally executed near our border 72 migrants. Fast forward to the Allende massacre of 300 men, women, and children who were killed, who were chopped into pieces, and then what was known as guiso, or the stew, where they cook them so that their bodies can't be recovered. Because the cartels will tell you when you sit down with them, they will tell you very clearly that you can't count a body that doesn't exist, and that's actually why they have the stew and the methods of disposing bodies the way they do. And the final change-up was in 2015, where they now are today as a true parallel government with the Mexican government. And when you sit down with the leaders and you're debriefing them and you're talking

to them, I will tell you as someone who has sat across them and built programs to go after them and crush them, that they look at the government as the cartel. There is no difference anymore. So the highest levels of the Mexican government today are corrupted. That's where we really are. The U.S. law enforcement has failed the American people by telling you what it is. So what I do now is I do this. I try to show it to you. Let me show you what your border looked like in December of this year when we brought Lara Logan and Fox News down to Roma, Texas. What you're about to see is first viewed on a night vision camera,

but listen to an hour and a half long gun battle at your border and ask yourself, how can this happen? But yet the American people aren't being told to what degree. And ladies and gentlemen, just so you know, in Miguel Aleman, right across from Roman, Texas, these you get some ground to ricochet. This is Lara Logan arriving now with her film crew. Another day at the port. We are doing everything we can to illuminate this and get it out. That went on for an hour and a half. Now let me show you what it looked like through the lens of Fox Nation. There we go. It's 4 a.m. on the southern border in Texas in the tiny town of Roma.

This is what I've been trying to warn about. Another day at the border. We'd arrived with counterterrorism specialist Jason Jones to find war raging on America's doorstep. Oh, there you go. There's a 40. Did you hear the 40? Yes. That was a grenade. Yeah. It's unreal, isn't it? Right here on the border. Oh, there's the 40, the 40 millimeter. Oh, and there's that. Across the Rio Grande in the Mexican city of Miguel Aleman, a resident captured this view. All right, I'm going to fast forward since we're going to run out of time.

Ladies and gentlemen, what I want to show you here, what that is happening in your country today in fiscal year 21, there are three major things occurring today. First and foremost, that we have never seen, and that is that people from over 151 countries in fiscal year 21 have been apprehended at your southwest border. Historically, it's just Mexican citizens or people from Central America in the last few years. Today it is like we have never seen and what you need to realize is that the world is coming because of the policies of this administration, plain and simple. Second, the reason this is the worst border crisis in American history is because of fentanyl, fentanyl, fentanyl. It is not a drug, it is a poison and it is killing our families and people that we

care about in unprecedented levels and it should have been stopped. It should have been addressed. Third and final, the major change we're seeing is from human smuggling to human trafficking. I'm about to show it to you in ways you have never seen it before. And the way we do this is by going down there and videoing it real time to show it to you when you talk about fentanyl fiscal year 2021 93,000 deaths in this country and for those of us who are older right We remember the 80s. Look at where we were under the crack epidemic. Less than 10,000 overdose deaths. This should be on every national channel in this country,

ladies and gentlemen, and it's not. We've never been where we are. Just last week, the CDC released the latest numbers from March of 2020 to March of 21. We're now sitting at 96,000 overdose deaths according to CDC data. So when I tell you we've never been here, you can see it in the data. Not what I believe, not what I think, but yet we see no national strategy to end it. Now what you're seeing is the adjustment from the cartels from human smuggling to human trafficking. Guys, if you would, please pass around the wristbands.

I want to talk about this for just a second. What the cartels have done now, there's a difference between human smuggling and human trafficking. Victor, you want to cover that real quick? Yes. This is very important because these are two completely different crimes. You have human smuggling, which is a one-time venture where the illegal alien pays the cartel. Listen to the difference here. Pays the cartel. In my career, it was the coyote, the human smugglers were separate from the drug cartels.

And I think Jason and I agree. they're no longer the drug cartels. They're foreign terrorist organizations, and they should be designated as such. Human smuggling, you pay the $5,000 fee or whatever it is that they're charging you, you get smuggled into the United States or at sea right now, you could turn yourself into Border Patrol. Either way, you're going to pay that fee and it's over that's smuggling human trafficking is the exploitation of that woman and child whether it is either forced fraud or coercion is involved in there and this is the sexual exploitation i did these are the cases that i did from mexico that were brought uh countless women and children to new york at, Houston, Miami, and were put in brothel houses and exploited sexually

where they had to see 40, 50, 60 johns a day. The cartels have taken over all of it now. They saw the money in the human smuggling and human trafficking, billions of dollars that they're making, and they said, wait a minute, these humans pay a lot of money because they treat humans like this chair that i'm sitting on it's a product that's all it is a kilo of cocaine you sell it make a profit you have to go get another kilo of cocaine but the human continues to pay and pay and pay and i'll give you a a quick story of that i put in my book because i had to put the story in there

because believe it or not, people still say, does human trafficking and child trafficking still happen? Yes, it does. And it's happening even more now. One of the biggest cases I did out of New York, this is how they intimidate the victims. One of the victims became pregnant. They had her deliver the child in that room, delivered the child in the room, put the child in a bucket and fill the cement, the bucket with cement and left that bucket there with all the other victims. Think of what that does psychologically to the victim besides being physically abused, emotionally abused and mentally abused. These are the human traffickers that we're dealing with today. And guess what? They're coming over right now. They have a free-for-all over at the border. It's wide open. And so there's a lot of angles we could talk about here. I know we have

human trafficking. We have the drugs. But guess what we have? It's a national security issue and a public safety issue because we have terrorism. What's happening in Afghanistan, you and I know that the border is open, but so does the Taliban and so does Al Qaeda and so does ISIS. And they are using these caravans that are coming over to infiltrate and camouflage their way. They shave their beards. They start speaking the Spanish language to get in, infiltrate it into our country. Last month, up in North Texas, a terrorist, a sleeper cell, they call them. The FBI had already checked them. They already had them kind of a sleeper cell, left them alone. He went and called a Lyft driver, assassinated her,

went over and shot up the Plano Police Department. Plano Police Department killed him. He left a note. He didn't claim allegiance to any of the terrorist groups, but he said that he was emboldened by what had happened in Afghanistan that the Taliban had won. How many of those individuals do we already have living in our country, those lone wolves, these sleeper cells? Plus, I interviewed these individuals, these SIA, special interest aliens, in Mexico, from Bangladesh, Somalia, Pakistan. They are in Mexico. They have created neighborhoods, built their mosques, and they've been patient. And guess what?

Their patience has paid off because they know that they get their people into Mexico. It's as good as being in the U.S. And this is a national security, public safety issue, not only with all the illegals that are coming in. And we're humanitarian people. We're compassionate people. We understand it's not everyone. We still have the economic migrant coming in.

But here's the big difference. What I saw in my career versus what I'm seeing now, it's a big shift even in the attitude of the illegals that are coming. Now they feel entitled. Now you better let me in is the way they're coming in. And you know what? The number one word that they do not want to use is assimilation. They do not want to come to this country to assimilate. I'm the product of assimilation. My parents came here legally, and I'm very a proponent for legal immigration. They came here legally, but what did they do? They assimilated to this country.

I'm born and raised in Texas. That doesn't mean that I ignore my heritage. I love my heritage, but I'm an American here. And that's what we need to do. These individuals are not assimilating. They're coming to this country and they want Afghanistan here. They want Guatemala here. They want Honduras here and wave those flags here. And that's not the way it works. You can't have your cake and eat it, too. We must defend the border because, as you can see, the border causes a ripple effect in every single community. We go around the country talking in Colorado and all these places. They're being affected in crime already.

The health care system, guess what? The school system. All these accompanied minors, guess where they're ending up? Somewhere in some school system next to your American child. Who are they going to, your elected official, your mayors, your city council, your county judges, who are they going to favor? You, the American, the taxpayer, you as a citizen, or the person that just came from Uganda? Because that's the people that I saw, not just Central Americans and Mexicans, people from Africa,

Argentina, Venezuela, China, Brazil, a lot of them. And a lot of them are well-to-do as well because they're realizing that the border is open. And they're like, wait a minute, if it's open right now, I never probably would have come now. But since Biden sent out the invitation, I better go now. And as Rick mentioned earlier on in our Godcast today, why not all these Republican states send 5,000 National Guard troops and park themselves on the southern border to stop the invasion? Joe Biden's not going to stop an invasion of the world across our southern border, but maybe a few patriotic governors and some patriotic National Guard soldiers will do what no one else will, and that is stop the invasion that's taking place.

Victor also goes on later in the presentation to pin the blame exactly on where all the source of funding is coming for the cartels and the source of their weaponry. It's not all coming from drug money, folks. It's coming from China. Let's continue with our presentation. This is Jason Jones and former ICE agent Victor Avea talking about the invasion on our southern border. But I want to talk about solutions and let's start with that with Jason. Yeah, ladies and gentlemen, listen, I want to tell you that this is a tectonic shift what has happened in fiscal year 21. What you're seeing behind me is a great example, right?

This is why I show you videos. This is why I don't just get up and talk because it's very important that we understand just how these operations are occurring. The wristbands that are on these men, women, and children behind me, each one of them have a designated number assigned to that individual. If you're a Mexican citizen, the cartels now charge $2,500 to cross that border. They charge $3,000 if you're Central or South American. If you're Chinese, five grand. If you are Russian or Middle Eastern, $9,000. You see that wristband

behind me? That has a number. And from there, after they, because none of them can pay these fees, right? In 2014, it was about $100 to cross the border. And the cartel didn't care where you came from. Today, what is now happening is as our government is moving people into the U.S. under the disguise of compassion, what they're doing is now these people are indebted to these criminal organizations in Mexico and having to pay a fee. That is dead bondage, what he's talking about, human trafficking. And we're spreading this virus across the country at levels we have never seen before. And there is going to be major

blowback as a result of it. And I have warned and warned. And what Victor and I are very big on that we have to come across with is what are the solutions to fix these problems? How do we do it? First and foremost, I want to tell you it's a three-phase process. First, we've got to designate the Mexican cartels as foreign terrorist organizations, ladies and gentlemen. We've got to do it. I have been at this for four and a half years. I thought we had it under President Trump when the La Lina cartel brutally, brutally murdered the La Lina family.

You may remember where women and children were executed across in Sonora, Mexico. I thought we had it. We were this close, and then we lost it. Now, what does that give us? Let's talk about that for a second. First and foremost, what it gives you is the ability to remove these cartel members in our country rapidly. It's putting speed in the system because what may surprise you, many of them are here legally on visas because, remember, the cartel have money. They can live here. They can afford to get visas. This allows us to remove them

from the country rapidly. Second, remember they are a global criminal organization. Now the Sinaloa cartel is operating in over 54 countries. Cartel Jalisco New Generation is operating in over 48. So it's not a U.S.-Mexico problem, as you've always been told. They have left that. That ship has sailed a long time ago. So what it allows us to do now is go after their money. You hear a lot of times about follow the money investigations, right? You hear this term, and it sounds really sexy. Here's the problem. It's still an investigation, and by design, under our Fourth Amendment, investigations move very slow. We want them to move very slowly.

But what this allows us to do is go after them globally outside the boundaries of our nation very rapidly to dissolve all resources and capabilities they have. And then third and final, it allows us to put them in a box, put them on watch lists, and limit their mobility globally. That's how you win, those three things. And I have to tell you, if you would have told me four and a half years later that the U.S. State Department and both Republicans and Democrats with what's going on at our southwest border would not have designated these cartels as terrorists, I would have never believed it, never believed it. We've had not one but two bills that I helped draft with Representative Chip Roy, dead on arrival. So I want you to know that we're not just sitting

up here as talking folks. We are actively out there working, trying to fix it. You want to go with the? Yes, solutions. One of the other solutions that I've been promoting in the last few months is we need to engage Mexico. What did President Trump do? He went and had a little chit chat with AMLO, right? Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador and said, listen, either going to help over there and stop the illegals from coming or we're going to put tariffs on you and we're going to designate

these cartels. And I remember what Jason is talking about. We were so excited that it almost happened. But we're not quite there. But it would hurt Mexico with that designation. But listen, and I say this very passionately because Mexico is the first one to throw it in our face. We're a sovereign country. Well, guess what?

We're sovereign too. And we have laws that we must protect our sovereignty because we're losing it and it upsets me because yeah thank you we had a general the highest level official get arrested about two years ago maybe 18 months ago dea did a great job arrested him we had We had him in custody in New York and Mexico threw a fit. Well, DEA didn't tell us about this in the investigation and you violated our sovereignty. Guess what? We released them back. We let him go. But to Jason's point, I want to say two things about the cartels. And this is what we're dealing with. When I was in Mexico, the head of the federal police and the second of the federal police, the number two who responded to my shooting to my hospital

are in custody right now. The head of the federal police, Genaro Garcia Luna, is in custody in New York for corruption charges. And guess what? Sinaloa cartel member. Luis Cárdenas Palomino stood next to me in the hospital in Mexico. He is in custody for torture and also Sinaloa cartel member. This is who we were dealing with in Mexico in the high level of corruption. This is what we need to bring the awareness and this is part of the solution. need to engage mexico no matter how you like it whether we like it or not they're not our friends i work there i tell you as a mexican-american they do not like us we must engage them uh secretary mayorkas was there last week by the way and i got a little excited i said okay finally we're getting pressure on the bite administration

to go talk to these people and and say. But you know what? I was very disappointed because I had somebody there telling me what was going on. Nothing. We didn't demand. We didn't ask. As a matter of fact, we offered them more money under the Merida initiative, which is what I worked under when I was there from 2008 to 2011. That's not the solution. Look at where it's got us now. We need to engage Mexico, and this is what I call the state of Texas, because you don't have to be from the federal government. Anyone could go talk to Mexico. And I want someone from the state of Texas to go over there

and have a powwow with them and say, you're not going to use Texas as a springboard. You're not going to use Arizona and California to dismantle and bring all that poison, all the human trafficking, and all the illicit activity that goes along with the traffickers. Now, a lot of the violence that you see across our country is tied right back to the cartels. Because Jason is right. They're everywhere in our country. When I do my presentation, there's a map. And they're everywhere. According to the cartel, they exist within our communities. They're the ones pushing the drugs.

And a lot of these illegals, guess what? Since you weren't able to pay the $5,000, you will sell the fentanyl for me over there. You know what else they're doing? They're using the illegal aliens to cross the border that are being smuggled. You take 200 pounds of methamphetamine amongst the group. They're also using them for that last week they caught the driver of a load of illegal aliens was himself a sex offender convicted because here's the other group that's coming over for all these past years we've been catching illegal aliens uh in our country that have been convicted of serious sex offenses, drug offenses,

violent offenses. They do their time. We put them in prison and then we deport them, right? They're coming all right back. They caught a Tango Blast gang member today. I got the picture in Kenney County, Texas, working for the cartel, arrested this morning. Great catch by them. And I want to share real quick what's going on with Kenney County, because this is huge. We're about solutions. Kenney County Sheriff, which is right next to Valverde County, right next to Del Rio, remember the Haitians a couple of weeks ago?

They're like, we've had enough. No matter what Biden says, no matter what Governor Abbott says, we're going to protect our county, and the illegals are not going to come in. And so they started deputizing citizens. And that's awesome. They set off a 60 square foot mile block. They need funding. Go into Kenney County's website.

They need funding. They need help. Build the fence. They're literally going to stop them from coming in because once they come in and we take custody of them it doesn't matter because biden is going to release them uh the troopers are doing tremendous work and they're catching a lot of weapons a lot of illegal activity in texas but when they catch the illegal they have to turn them over to border patrol because the border patrol does the immigration but because of the catch and release policy under Biden, they get released into our country.

The solution is you stand at the border, armed, on the border. We own half of that water. And you deny entry because by denying entry, you don't accept. We need to send a message to the cartels. We need to send a message to the other cartel, the Biden administration. Let the phone ring over there. Right. I want to send a ripple effect. I want to disrupt what is happening right now. We need everyone's help. Let's disrupt this because we know that the Biden administration, although they're getting some pressure, look at the Remain in Mexico policy by the Supreme Court ordered and they refuse to exercise it. Even just this a few days ago, they're saying, wait a minute, the Remain in Mexico policy is in effect. Trump, President Trump, right? He's the one that started that policy. But Biden is saying, well, maybe we'll

send some of these, maybe we'll send some of those, not the families. We're going to ask Mexico if we can leave them there. This is the problem. We must unite and continue to put the pressure, but here's where you put the pressure, from the bottom up with your local state, your local representative, your city council, your county commissioners, your county judge, your state rep, it goes up to your governor. That's how you make, because they're going to be in your counties. Amazing information coming out of this presentation, Rick. Yes, and as we pointed out earlier in the show, Victor has been a guest on True News. So it's been a year ago? It's been a while, yes. Yeah, about a year ago. Doc, you said to me while we were watching the video, you said, we're not talking about Pancho Villa.

Right, yeah. Pancho Villa, for those who know anything about history, was the Mexican bandito that ravaged the Southwest for a while. In fact, that was one of George Patton's first forays into some sort of gunfire and conflict and everything. He chased Pancho Villa through the Mexican hills and through the Southwest American hills. But this isn't some bandito on horseback that we're talking about. These are military-grade armed cartels. And let me tell you, Willie Nelson and Merle Haggard aren't going to sing a song about these guys. No. This isn't Poncho and Lefty.

These are killers. And these guys, they outgun our National Guard. I'm telling you, I've served in the Guard, and I know the level of the National Guard. You see something like that, that is two steps above anything that any state National Guard has. We have to step up our game on this. Do we have any National Guard on the border right now? Why would we, Rick? It's open border time. But even if there were Guard troops on the border, most likely they would be unarmed.

And if they were armed, not at that level. Right. Unless there's a major change in policy that's going on, because even if they are armed, they're going to be limited in arm. I mean, these guys are Holland fit caliber machine guns on armored vehicles. What is Texas Governor Abbott waiting for? What's he waiting for? These Republicans talk big and do little. Oh, they file lawsuits. Oh, yeah.

Yeah, you file a lawsuit. Okay. Or you go on Fox News and beat your chest and talk about the outrage, the crisis. It's not a crisis. It's a plan. It's an invasion. It's a communist takeover of America. We're at the final stage. The communists have been working America for 100 years. We're at the final stage. This is it. This is the final stage. They've been working and infiltrating and organizing, and they're now ready for a military incursion into Texas. And right now you have to ask yourself, is there a wherewithal among the American people to defend their border?

Do they have what my granddad would call gumptionption the gumption to do it will they do it all right so let's let's let's talk this out doc if if the cartel all right there's 30,000 this caravan of 30,000 immigrants that George Soros has brought over the cartel is going to lead them into the United States. I mean, you think 30,000 people are going to politely come to the border and ask permission to walk in? So if the cartel leads them, and so you have women and children mixed in with the cartel troops, do you open fire?

Do you see where this is going? They're going to use the women and children as a human shield to invade Texas. Because the Americans will stand there saying, we can't fire. They're women and kids. Right. And the cartel is going to move into Texas using the women and children as human shields. And they're going to plant their flag in Texas and claim ownership of South Texas. There's going to be a slaughter of Americans.

They will go ranch to ranch and execute the Texas ranchers. And Mr. Avila was talking about Kennedy County, Texas and their efforts that they're making a stand on the border. They're putting up their own fence. They're putting their own personnel. But here's the deal. That's one county. They'll just go somewhere else. They'll just go down the road.

That was one of the frustrations on the Trump wall. He would build a section here and then build a section here and build a section here. Why would you build a wall with holes in it? That's called a door. Because he was not allowed to finish it, and Trump knew he was not allowed. But he had to keep telling his supporters he was going to build a big, beautiful wall. But he knew that legally he couldn't do it, because he signed the law that said he couldn't do it. And then there's the other consideration. Let's say that

Mexican cartels cross the border, military-grade weaponry, and let's say there is a stirring among the American people. Let's say there are some patriotic Americans living all over the country, Florida, Michigan, Missouri, wherever you are, and you say, this is not going to happen. This is, they are not going to take our country. We're heading to Texas. We're all getting in our pickup trucks, and we're taking our deer rifles, and we're taking, and we're heading to Texas.

We are going, this is going to be the second Alamo. We're going to defend Texas. All right, so you're going up against the cartel, a heavily armed cartel, but consider what might be behind you, and that's U.S. federal troops. Who are going to shoot you in the back. Yes. On orders of Mariarchas, the communists running Homeland Security. They're going to betray the Americans. I fear a massacre is coming, a massacre of Americans on the Texas border.

When it happens, it all breaks loose at that point because we all have to pick up our arms and head to Texas, all of us. I will walk away from True News. I will go to Texas, and I will fight. If this happens, that's what I'm doing. I'm going to Texas to fight because there's nothing left. You can't just sit there and allow this to happen. You can't allow

it to happen. If Texas falls, the nation falls. Yes. Psychologically, think about it. If just a tenth of Texas is captured. Let's just say Laredo. Let's just say just Laredo. Then they're inside.

They penetrated American territory and captured American territory. When is Governor Abbott going to act? When is he going to send troops to the border and order them to open fire? The thing that's going to hold them back will be the women and children the cartel is using as human shields. Thank you, George Soros, for your evil, diabolical plan that you have, because this is organized. Right. The communists have organized this invasion. Right.

There's no way little kids are carrying around $5,000 in cash on them. They sold lemonade. Right. Yeah. They made $5,000 selling lemonade and cookies in Guatemala so that you pay the cartel. Now, George Soros is paying it. Yes. Why is that man allowed to keep continue walking around? Why?

He is an enemy of our republic. He is an enemy of the republic. Why is he allowed to continue to operate in this country. I deeply fear a massacre is coming on the border and it will be the second Alamo, Doc. It'll be the second Alamo and the fight will be on. But don't count on the US government to back you.
