In the past hour, the London Telegraph has revealed the U.S. plan to control Ukraine's
natural resources.
I'll give you the details later in today's true news, along with Ukraine's martial law
president Zelensky's prediction that Russian President Vladimir Putin will die soon.
And I'll give you the details about that one later in the program.
First, however, I want you to hear
Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene's response to a British reporter
who questioned her about the
Houthi war plan signal snafu
that the Democrats and the news media want to keep going in the news cycle. So let's start our analysis with this story. As you see the
headline right now on the screen, Marjorie Taylor Greene tells British
reporter to go back to your country. This reporter was attempting to question her
about the the signal story that has been raging in Washington for the last couple days.
The American people aren't interested in it, but the news media and the Democrats want
to keep it going.
This is what Marjorie Taylor Greene told the reporter from London.
Yep.
Anybody else?
What country are you from?
From the UK?
Okay.
We don't give a crap about your opinion and your reporting.
Why don't you go back to your country where you have a major migrant problem?
Okay, do you care about American lives being put at risk?
Let me tell you something.
Do you care about people from your country?
What about all the women that are raped by migrants?
Do you care about American lives being put at risk about service members fighting for
you?
It's a different day, Doc.
I know.
It's a different day.
Yes.
I've never imagined a U.S. congressperson of any stripe doing that.
And so what are your thoughts on that?
Was that a good thing or a bad thing Rick?
Is really blunt yeah, that's true
You know, I
Wouldn't go to London and question
Members of Parliament about things going on and in Great Britain because it's really none of my business. It's their country.
If you're going to be a reporter and report on something from another country, let it
have a connection to your country.
That's a good point.
If it doesn't have a connection to your country, just stay out of it. It's like visitors to a house.
You're not supposed to get involved in family matters.
You're a visitor.
So that's my opinion about it.
Marjorie Taylor Greene was quite blunt
in the way she handled it.
I don't know if I would have been that blunt, but
she's she got her point across. I'll tell you that. So I
don't want to stay on this story because you know, I
think it's I think it's over.
But
Der Spiegel in Germany had had an interesting twist on it today.
They said they found private data and passwords of high ranking US security politicians on
the internet.
So I'll take it.
Now that's the headline from Der Spiegel.
Notice who they have in the picture there.
Yeah, Pete Hagseth.
Yes. Well, they did find information on him. Now the article from Der Spiegel is
behind the paywall and I didn't feel like paying the wall. So I found the
story in the Times of Israel and their headline passwords, other info from top
Trump officials and signal leak found floating online.
It says the private contact information of three senior Trump administration officials
has been found online by a German newspaper, adding to concerns about the security of sensitive
information after plans for a strike in Yemen were shared over a commercial message app and inadvertently
shared with a journalist in a report.
On Wednesday, Der Spiegel said it was able to retrieve cell phone numbers, email addresses,
some passwords of U.S. National Security Advisor Mike Waltz, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth,
and National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard.
The information was found using commercial data search services and information posted
online by hackers.
Sales, marketing, and recruitment companies use such services to obtain the data. Der Spiegel assessed that most of the accounts,
now listen, this is the important thing here.
The German magazine said most of the accounts and numbers
were likely still used by the officials,
at least until recently.
Well, Doc, let's go ahead.
We'll finish it before we comment.
Well, among the passwords were those for email accounts
and other services such as Instagram, LinkedIn, cloud
storage service Dropbox, and apps
that track a user's location.
For instance, Pete Hegg's cell phone number and email address
were particularly easy to find.
The report said the email address along with the password showed up in over 20 data leaks. In some cases the number was
associated with a WhatsApp account that had apparently recently been deleted.
The same provider found Waltz's phone number which is reportedly available on
a people search engine that acts like an online phone directory. Dr. Spiegel also
found several passwords to Waltz's email address.
The report said Gabbard had apparently blocked
her contact details on commercial search engines.
Very smart.
But the information was found in data leaks
dumped by hackers.
The Gabbard and Waltz numbers were tied to accounts
on the messaging services WhatsApp and Signal,
which Der Spiegel had said made them possible targets
for spyware.
Now, the U.S. Defense Department did not respond to requests for comment.
A spokesperson for the NSC said Walz's passwords and accounts had been changed before he joined
Congress in 2019.
The Office of the Director of National Intelligence said Gabbard's information was leaked nearly
ten years ago. She has not used those accounts for several years and has
frequently changed her passwords. It's interesting that they were able to
acquire that much information but it's a nothing burger really because anybody
could have found that information if they had enough money to get a
commercial search app.
Well, the other issue is how old are these passwords? Well, like in Gabbard's case,
the information was 10 years old.
Right.
So.
So again, it's not a big,
I don't think it's a major issue.
I don't think senior intelligence officials
are using passwords right now and email addresses that they were
using privately a year or two ago before they had these positions.
Right.
And so when you first look at the story and look at the headline, you think, oh my goodness,
another breach and everything.
But that's just simply not the case at all.
This is just them trying to stir up flames
from ashes that are dying pretty quickly.
And you notice that over the past 24 hours,
every Democrat has called for the resignation
of Pete Hegseth, every single one of them.
Even though Pete Hegseth did not invite Goldberg
in on the call or anything like that.
So they're making a lot of hay out of this story because it's the only thing they got,
Rick.
It is, and it'll pass away.
Yes.
It'll go by.
They give it a couple more days.
The main thing I want to talk about here today is developments in Ukraine, London Times, British Prime Minister
Kerr Stammer in Paris for talks on a pacifist Ukraine force.
Well, that will terrify the Russians.
Yes.
You're gonna send a pacifist army?
What does a pacifist army look like, by the way?
I could say something funny, but I'm not going to say it.
I'll get in trouble.
So the Times said, France has insisted that European peacekeepers deployed to Ukraine
will be a pacifist force as the leaders of more than 30 nations in a coalition of the
willing, including Kerr Stammer,
gathered in Paris. So you got 30 nations have met in Paris today. This happened
today. Right. To talk about the peacekeeping force they're going to send
to Ukraine, which isn't going to happen. That's right. The US isn't going to agree to it,
and Russia is not going to agree to it.
And after that, nobody cares.
It doesn't matter.
These guys are just, this is Kabuki theater.
Nothing's going to come out of it.
These just little boys pretending
that they're organizing an army.
And nothing is going to materialize.
So Mr. McCrone said, and this is before dinner with Mr. Zelinsky, quote, we are not on the
front lines.
We don't go to the fight, but we are there to guarantee a lasting peace. It's a pacifist
approach. Wait a minute. How does that guarantee a peace in a war zone?
That's right. If you're not there to fight, then what are you there for?
You're not going to keep the peace. On the front line, it will not be European troops
that will be deployed. What we are working on is to give our Ukrainian
friends our forms of security guarantees in the form of reassurance.
Yes, and you're gonna hear that word a lot now, reassurance. It gets repeated in
a whole bunch of different stories related to this summit. Reassurance,
reassurance. So the European troops are going to be as far from the fighting lines as possible, just
to reassure the Ukrainians.
But what if the Ukrainians needed them?
Well, they'd just have reassurance, Rick.
You're going to call for, we need help from the pacifist army.
I mean, what does that look like, Doc?
Right. I mean, it sounds crazy. And the Russians
have responded to this too. Maria Zakharova, a spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry,
are accusing France and Britain on Thursday of hatching plans for military intervention
in Ukraine under the guise of a peacekeeping mission. She told reporters that the intervention
could lead to a direct military clash between Russia and NATO. So the Russians are making it clear. You
can call yourself a pacifist force all you want to, but our reassurance force,
but we look at you as enemy, enemy combatants. That's right. That's why I
absolutely do not believe these guys will enter troops into Ukraine.
This is all for show.
Euronews, French President Macron announces plans for...
There it is, Doc.
I've never in my life heard of a reassurance force.
Yes.
It's sort of like lethal aid. This is a military term I've never heard.
We're gonna send in a reassurance force.
Well, leaders from nearly 30 countries
and NATO and EU chiefs have met in the French capital
to discuss bolstering aid to Kiev
and deploying European troops to secure long-term peace.
President Macron announced a plan
to send reassurance forces from several
European countries based in certain strategic locations in Ukraine in the event of a peace
treaty with Russia.
These forces would act as a deterrent against potential Russian aggression, he told reporters
during a press conference at the high-stakes coalition of the Willings Summit for Ukraine
and Paris.
However, these reassurance forces are not intended to be a peacekeeping force, once again,
as they will not replace the Ukrainian armed forces and will not be positioned on the front lines.
The French leader said that not every country at the summit agreed with this plan.
It is not unanimous, he said, but we do not need unanimity to achieve it.
So it's a coalition of the unwilling.
Yes.
At least some unwilling.
Yeah.
But they're still going to do it.
That's what they're saying.
We're still going to do it, whether any of you guys decide to opt out or not.
We're still doing it.
We're doing it.
And you're only here for show.
Yes.
But honestly, Doc, they're not going to do it.
Because the Russians are going to send them a message.
The moment your troops cross from Poland into Ukraine, we kill them.
And that will cause all the European politicians to freeze.
Yes, and to rethink.
Just what are we getting into?
Right.
Here's Mr. Macron's post on X today.
This is the coalition of the unwilling, as they gathered in Paris to talk about their reassurance force.
I got a couple videos here. The first one, and this is from today, this is Mr. Zelinsky arriving
in Paris to meet his buddy Emmanuel Macron. And they are very close aren't they are and I'm going to show you some more
videos to show you just how close they are. Now this one this video is like I think 2023.
Yes. Are they going to dance around the maypole?
Watch this. It looks like they're getting ready to take off. It is, watch. This is weird.
I love my brother, but we're not even that close.
Well, that's just kind of, to me,
it's just kind of creepy.
Mr. McCrone has to get in bed every night with an old man.
That's pretty weird.
Yes, he said it, folks.
I did say it, okay?
Then, hey, the next one, don't play it yet,
because I want to get parents,
if you have children, little children,
they don't need to see this, okay?
It's just something your kids don't need to see, okay?
But I want you to see, this is the clown that the West has supported for three years and
taken the world to the edge, to the brink of nuclear war.
Yes.
All right?
I gave you time to get your children out of the room.
Don't show this to them.
This is Mr. Zelensky before he became president of Ukraine.
That's him dancing for money and he still does it today.
He still does it, doesn't he?
And he does it well.
Yeah.
Okay?
That's who we backed.
That's who the West backed and almost went to nuclear war.
And we're still not home yet.
Right.
You know, Mr. McCrone and others could, they still could bring this
to a boiling point if they dared to move troops into Ukraine. Okay, so about an hour or two
ago the London Telegraph revealed the Trump plan, now this is their words, Trump plan to force Ukraine to restore Putin's gas
empire.
It is the US plan to reclaim the two, three hundred billion dollars that we have spent in Ukraine, and by extracting oil and gas and other resources
from Ukraine.
And so they actually have the agreement, and they published it today.
So it says, Donald Trump, again, this is the Telegraph.
Donald Trump is holding a gun to the head of Zelensky demanding huge reparation payments
and laying claim to half of Ukraine's oil, gas, and hydrocarbon resources as well as
almost all its metals and much of its infrastructure.
The latest version of his minerals deal obtained by the Telegraph is unprecedented in the history
of modern diplomacy and state relations.
Alan Reilly, an energy expert at the Atlantic Council,
said, quote, it is an expropriation document.
There are no guarantees, no defense clauses.
The US puts up nothing.
The Americans can walk away.
The Ukrainians can't.
I've never seen anything
like it before."
End of quote.
Well, you've never had a real state tycoon.
For president.
So doing what he wants to do.
So it goes on to say that the text leaves little doubt that Mr. Trump's chief objective is to incorporate Ukraine as a province of
America's oil, gas, and resource industries. It dovetails with parallel
talks between the US and Russia for a comprehensive energy partnership,
including plans to restore West Serbian-Siberian gas flows to Europe.
In large volumes with US companies and Trump-aligned financiers gaining a major stake
in the business, the revived gas trade
would flow through Ukraine's network
and later via the Baltic as the Sabata's
Nord Stream pipelines are brought back on stream.
So we blew them up and we're gonna get them started again.
And not only are we gonna get them started again, Doc,
we're gonna own half of it.
That's right.
Okay.
So this new draft states that the United States
Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund,
that's what they're calling it,
will control Ukraine's critical minerals or other minerals,
oil, natural gas, including liquefied natural gas, fuels or
other hydrocarbons, and other extractable materials.
I think we have an image of the partnership here.
This is just the first paragraph that we're looking at there.
And so this is, you know, so the London Telegraph does have a copy of this agreement and so...
And it's a Delaware corporation.
Yes.
It's a partnership, a Delaware partnership.
As you see, this agreement of limited partnership of the United States-Ukraine Reconstruction
Investment Fund, a Delaware limited partnership.
And it goes into the details of the partnership. Now in addition to all the
mineral resources and everything that we've been talking about,
there is some interesting additions in this that really expands this agreement.
It says later on in there, the U.S. will control infrastructure
linked to natural resources, including, but not limited to,
roads, rail, pipelines, and other transportation assets, ports, terminals, and other logistics
facilities and refineries, processing facilities, natural gas liquefaction and or regasification
facilities and similar assets. So if
if there's any part of the Ukraine economy that transports minerals or any
oil or gas the US controls that too. Yes. This is a total US takeover of Ukraine.
Yes. At least in the energy sector and I don't know if they're going
to get into the farming sector but this is a total control of Ukraine's
energy sector. Doc, we were saying a moment ago about the Nord Stream pipeline coming back online and the US will be will be I would think would be owner of
half of it but whose half do you think they're gonna own? Oh the German half.
The German. That's right. They're gonna take it from Germany.
You're right. You're absolutely right. That's exactly what they're
going to do. They're certainly not taking the Russian part. No. No, we're going to own
it with Russia. And we're going to sell the gas to Germany. It's so funny. We blew it
up, and now we're going to own it. Yes. The Germans paid for half of it.
The US blew it up.
And now we're going to take Germany's half
and sell the gas to them.
That's the way the world is working right now.
I've never seen anything like this.
It's quite amazing.
But none of these political players in the world are at the stature of Donald Trump in
terms of deal making, negotiations, vision casting, big dream builder.
He thinks at a different level. and none of these people think at
that level and so they are at a disadvantage and this guy's gonna march
through the world over the next four years and gobble up the resources of a
lot of countries. Yes. And I think Russia's gonna be our partner.
Yes, I mean.
Europe is gonna be on the defense.
Yes.
Now you understand why the Europeans
are so desperate right now.
Trying to stay relevant, because they know
they're already out of the picture.
They are out.
They have been opted, I mean they have been removed from the world scene
and they are stunned, they don't know what to do. They're trying to act like they're
players but Mr. Putin and Mr. Trump I think are just laughing at them. They're not taking them seriously.
They're completely out of this thing.
So again, this is what The Telegraph has published today.
It says, the US will choose three of the five board
members of the new fund.
It will have A shares and golden shares, America will receive all the royalties
until Ukraine has paid off at least $100 billion of the war debt to the U.S. with 4% interest
at it, less the $350 billion that was floated earlier by Mr. Trump but still half of Ukraine's
GDP and unpayable. Ukraine has only B shares and will receive 50% of the
royalties only once its arrears are paid off. So after Ukraine pays off its war
debt they still only get 50% of the royalties from their resources.
Right. I tell you this, this deal is, I mean, I understand the reasoning behind
it and everything, but we've never dealt with a situation like this, not in the
modern age, where, you know, we say, where we say, you were in a war
with someone else, but we're going to take your resources to achieve peace.
Dr. Darrell Bock But we paid for the war.
And I didn't support Lindsey Graham when you know, he said hey there there's
Ukraine's got trillions of dollars of resources. We know we go in there and take that
Because to me that sounded like well the entire reason that we were there in the first place was to get the minerals, okay?
But what mr. Trump is doing is different than what Lindsey Graham was
advocating But what Mr. Trump is doing is different than what Lindsey Graham was advocating.
Mr. Trump is saying, we are going to recoup our losses.
And we're going to turn a profit.
And what this does now, Doc, is sets a precedent that in the future, countries that are thinking
about, hey, we're going to start a war,, we're gonna get the United States to come in here
and pay for this war,
they're gonna have second thoughts about it.
That's right.
What's it gonna cost us afterwards
is gonna be the question.
And so, and you know,
the Europeans are missing a real opportunity here.
They could have been in on this deal.
They could have been a part of this.
But no, they're trying to break up the deal.
They're trying to make it.
They are, they wanna keep the war going.
Yeah.
Doc, I am convinced that Great Britain
is the instigator this war has been from the beginning.
I don't know if all roads lead back to King Charles,
but he is the king.
Somebody in Great Britain, is there somebody with more power to King Charles, but he is the king.
Somebody in Great Britain, is there somebody with more power than King Charles?
Somebody in Great Britain has orchestrated this war.
Remember, it was Boris Johnson that ran to Kiev and told Mr. Zelensky, don't you dare
sign that peace agreement with Russia.
We'll give you what you need for war.
The British are currently driving this war.
They've been behind it for three years now. What prompted me to think this today is Ukraine continues to attack Russia.
Even as the U.S. is trying to work out a ceasefire with Russia, the Ukrainians continue to attack
Russia.
Who is instigating it?
Who is telling the Ukrainian army attack again? Here are the
targets, here are the missiles, here is the satellite, surveillance that you need. Who's
doing these things? Because I don't think it's coming from the Pentagon. I think it's
coming from the British military and the British intelligence establishment.
I believe Britain is the one that's trying to keep the war going.
And then you think about King Gerald's making this offer to President Trump, hey, bring
the United States into the Commonwealth.
Come on in, become a member. The old boys sly. I hope President Trump
doesn't fall for that ploy. But at the end of the day I think Great Britain is the power behind the curtains that's driving this war.
Now here's a London Telegraph today, Prime Minister Starmer just sent military chiefs
to Ukraine to draw up a ceasefire.
It's so ridiculous.
You don't have a say in it.
He's acting like he's in control, Doc. It says Sir Kerr Starmer has
announced that British military chiefs will visit Ukraine to develop operational plans
for enforcing any future ceasefire deal. He said, we will be ready to operationalize a
peace deal whenever its precise shape turns out to be.
And we will work together to ensure Ukraine's security
so it can defend and deter against the future.
And listen to this.
He said he called for Russia to be given a deadline
to come to the negotiating table.
He said, I don't want to put a hard deadline on this,
but we need to see this developing in days and weeks,
not months and months.
Nobody's paying attention to Kerr Stammer.
I know.
Nobody.
He's saying, our troops are coming to defend, to enforce the peace, the ceasefire,
and Putin's got to agree to this thing in days.
And what if he doesn't?
What are you going to do about it, Mr. Starrmer?
Well, now, you're going to have a unique situation here in a few days, then, because you're going
to have British military chiefs, along with teams from France and Germany, in Ukraine.
That's what he announced today.
Yes.
They're sending military officers from London to Ukraine.
Yes, along with teams from France and Germany too.
So guess what?
What if Russia takes them out?
Right.
Don't write it off.
They're NATO members, and they're military,
and they are in Ukraine.
Would they be legitimate targets or not?
Don't write it off, the possibility
that Russia takes them out this week.
They cross the line. they go into Ukraine,
they're in a war zone.
And they're there to meet, to talk about
bringing thousands of troops in.
Yes.
The next one is from Germany.
China is apparently considering participation
in coalition of the willing
Hmm would Russia how would Russia feel about Chinese troops in Ukraine?
And how would Donald Trump feel about it while he's trying to extract
Minerals and gas and oil does he really want PLA troops there? I wouldn't think he would, but this might be a compromise that would say, well, you've got
forces there that aren't NATO. That's what Brussels is basically floating out there.
Brussels diplomatic sources said that the inclusion of China in a coalition of the
willing could potentially increase Russia's acceptance of peacekeeping forces in Ukraine, but that the matter is delicate.
Do you really need peacekeeping forces? If Russia and the United States agree they're ending the war, do you need outsiders in Ukraine?
No, because both Russia and the United States are going to protect their investment.
Yes.
Just like the United States does all the time, all over the world.
Is anybody going to attack U.S. interests in Ukraine?
I mean, we start putting Americans on the ground, not military, but you start bringing in oil
and gas and mineral companies.
If they come under attack, what do you think is going to happen?
The United States military is going to go after them.
So it's not going to be the Russians attacking, it would be the Ukrainians attacking the Americans.
That's right.
So I don't see Donald Trump agreeing to Chinese troops entering Ukraine. And I don't see
Mr. Putin agreeing to Chinese troops in Ukraine.
Because whether you like it or not, the idea or not,
because whether you like it or not, the idea or not, Russia and China are just friends because they have to be.
They really aren't that fond of each other.
No, they're not.
The Russians really don't trust the Chinese.
I think what we have here is Emmanuel Macron
has been calling Beijing,
saying, please join my coalition of the willing we need you you're you're
you're I mean he's literally saying well China is much more powerful and bigger
than Europe if the Chinese come in they'll take us seriously but the Chinese
aren't gonna fall for this what what what do they seriously. But the Chinese aren't going to fall for this.
What do they gain?
What do the Chinese gain from this?
Well, they would gain a foothold in Europe.
That would be the only advantage that they would have, that you would have a massive
Chinese presence in Europe.
Which is why the U.S. and the Russians will not agree to it.
There's no way that they would agree
to Chinese troops in Ukraine.
I mean, most of the European countries over there,
we witnessed this at Barcelona here a couple weeks ago.
China is fully embedded in their technology
and infrastructure all across Europe.
And now you're going to invite
the Chinese military in as well?
I mean, just why do the Europeans keep coming up with the stupidest ideas to destroy
themselves?
I don't know, Doc.
I don't know.
Their leaders are really inept.
Mr. Zelinsky today made a prediction that Vladimir Putin will die soon, and he said,
that's a fact. How many times has Putin died over the past 10 years now? I can recall at least
three times.
Well they've revved up the story again that he's dying of cancer and
Parkinson's disease. This is the son.
Says, Vladimir Putin will die soon,
and that's a fact, raged Zelensky,
who predicted as he urged the US to stay strong
and keep up the pressure on Russia.
Zelensky said, quote, Putin will die soon.
That's a fact, and it will come to an end.
Putin will die soon. That's a fact and it will come to an end
Ukrainian intelligence claims Putin is unwell. I
Don't know what they based that on
He was supposed to die three years ago, yes
And knowing Putin, he would fake his sickness. Yes. Remember, was it three years ago, I guess, where they had the pictures and his leg was
shaking or something? I forget.
He was sitting with General Sugu.
Yes, that's it. And they were dissecting the video and so all that it's got Parkinson's disease
He's dying and I'm gonna die any day just drop dead and I what I and I remember saying this three years ago
I said yeah, and before he walked out into the room to sit down. He said to an aide watch this
Watch my leg watch what I do
Now that'll drive them crazy in the West.
Let's go to the Gold Co. financial report.
KSL TV in Utah.
Bill that will allow Utah to make payments in gold
awaits the governor's signature.
Wow, what a story.
Doc, things are changing.
Yes.
They discovered the clause in the US Constitution
that says that states shall pay their debts in gold and silver.
Yes.
How about that?
Where did that come from?
It's been in the Constitution for hundreds of years.
200 years, yes.
A new bill that could allow the state of Utah
to pay its vendors in gold and silver
was recently passed in the 2025 legislative session.
It now awaits Governor Spencer Cox's pen,
and according to the bill's sponsor,
his signature is forthcoming.
Now once signed, the new legislation
would allow the state to pay its vendors
with the gold and silver that it's invested in in the past.
We have a clip of Representative Ken Ivory,
he's a Utah rep, introducing,
talking about House Bill 306,
which would be using gold and silver for vendor payments.
Watch this.
As Article 1, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution says, no state shall make anything but gold
and silver legal tendering payment of debts. If you think that the debt is going to increase
and they're going to increase the money supply, historically gold has followed that same curve. This is a way that we help the state, providers to the state, and if in the future the legislature
decides to build on this with the dozens of other states that are working on this, we
can move forward to help the people in our state preserve the purchasing power of their
earnings and savings, which I would submit is the best thing we could do for home affordability, for the ability to keep up with the standard of living in
our state.
And since it is our number one export and import, the study group will continue that
we continue to advance and promote this FinTech effort in our state that is part of our major resource.
Interesting.
It is.
And I've got also, this is a radio interview, also KSL, and news radio, and this is Utah
State Representative Ken Ivory going into more detail about his plan for Utah
To pay its debts its vendors with gold and silver here he is
Time now for the KSL in depth there is legislation on the governor's desk right now that would allow those who work for the state
Vendors for the state vendors to be paid in precious metals joining me, now live is the bill sponsor, representative Ken Ivory. Representative,
thanks for being with me.
Hey Maria, my pleasure.
So tell us where did this idea come from?
Well, it's been out there for a while. We started working on precious metals as a legal tender back in 2011.
And then last year, you recall, I passed a bill that allows us to invest up to 10% of our rainy day
fund in precious metals. And as you've seen, uh,
gold charts, if you look at them, that that's doing extremely well,
and is one of the most secure, uh,
means of payment recognized in the world for thousands of years.
And so this just takes another step to begin making gold
fractional and transactional where you could buy a soda pop or buy a business with gold.
And so it begins to make electronic fractional transactional gold and silver as a payment
system that's recognized in the Constitution.
So what types of adjustments did the state treasury have to make to accommodate gold
and silver payments?
Well, the first step is a competitive RFP.
And so the treasurer will put out a request for proposal.
And there are a number of service providers that are providing.
I mean, Maria, think of like gold backed Bitcoin.
That's the type of thing we're talking about, but it's not just an algorithm.
You have physical gold attached to that payment system.
So Treasurer puts out a competitive bid.
And then at the end of the day, they'll select one provider that for the state,
it ends up being just like having another bank account.
The state pushes dollars and the vendor receives gold that is vaulted audited insured in Utah
Gold reached a record price. You mentioned that it's gone up. How does that affect what you're doing or does it?
Well, I think it plays very well the US Senate last year
Unanimously, I mean when do they ever do anything unanimously, right? The US Senate unanimously passed resolution 600,
but they warned that China and Europe
are developing alternate payment systems
to weaken the dollar.
This gets people in Utah and the state
payment system options,
because with a $37 trillion debt
and overspending $2 trillion a year, it's good to have options and it's good to have
options that hold their value across decades, across centuries.
So do you expect the governor to sign it?
Yeah, we sure do.
He signed the House Bill three 48 last year and,
and that's performed extremely well. And it's been a, uh,
a tremendous hedge for the state.
This just takes that next step where we, we develop options, uh,
kind of like the speaker said in the precious metals report,
a form of money for millennia. Uh,
it puts the state in the position of restoring, uh,
what was the foundation of money when our nation was created.
So, Doc,
what I want our True News audience to comprehend
is that we are living in unprecedented times.
Amen.
The world order is being redesigned.
The new world order died.
We have witnessed the death of the new world order.
A new new world order is springing up.
And we, nobody really knows yet
what this thing's gonna look like.
And I think that there will be two, maybe three new world
orders competing over the next 50 years.
We're also watching here domestically
the dismantling of the liberal state.
Yes.
Donald Trump is systematically dismantling the liberal state.
He is dismantling the educational establishment.
Yes.
They are defunding the far left NGOs that were not
non-governmental organizations.
They were governmental funded organizations.
So we're witnessing this tremendous transition.
And then we're seeing it in the area of finance
with cryptocurrency, the rise of gold again.
And now we're seeing states reverting back
to the constitutional position that they should pay
their debt
in precious metals. So...
Now you imagine Rick, just that last part right there,
we could not have even had that conversation five years ago.
No. The atmosphere, I mean the
attitude and atmosphere wouldn't even allow. What are you talking about making payments in
gold and silver
Even though you're quoting the Constitution right and I did years ago. I said look right there. It is. It's in the Constitution
but now
We see state legislatures passing bills. We see state governments like Texas that set up
their own
State controlled gold vault yes, you can store your gold in Texas.
A lot is happening.
And so I want our audience to see the big picture.
Don't miss the scope of the changes that are taking place.
We, in my opinion, the world is moving towards the going back to a gold
based economic system. Yes, and maybe digital but it'll be backed by gold.
Right, there'll be a digital component to it backed by gold. This is
what Mr. Ivory was describing. said imagine a gold-backed Bitcoin
so understand where we're going and
Make your decisions based on these these changes
The folks that we recommend as Gold Co
One of the best precious metals companies in the United States highly highly rated, their phone number is 844-960-GOLD.

we are in an inflationary cycle and
gold is outperforming stocks. And this, I believe this inflationary cycle has got another
10-15 years on it. And precious metals is the place to be invested right now. So, GoldCo 844-960-Gold. And while we're on this topic of finances,
and we're talking about inflation, and gold is your hedge against inflation. That's the reason
you invest in gold, because of high inflation. So, the next stories that we're going to be talking about
are Mr. Trump's tariffs.
Now I support what he's doing.
He's bringing jobs back to America.
I know what he's doing and I support it.
He is saying the leaders of this country
deliberately sent our factories to Asia years ago.
And I'm going to bring them back.
And I applaud him.
I support him.
But I will tell you the medicine is going to cause some reactions.
Yes.
Do you have to understand that the medicine that he's
giving America will call some reactions.
What am I talking about?
Well the tariffs which are necessary to
get the factories to come back but
they're going to increase the prices of
goods particularly cars in the immediate future and
When I say immediate I'm talking about now that could last for
several years I
mean
Japanese and European and and other company Korean car companies
Aren't going to build factories next week.
Yes, it's going to take a while.
It's going to take years to move their production facilities
to the United States.
So these tariffs are going to be on them,
because that's the big squeeze.
Yes.
That's the hurt.
That's the hammer.
Because if he takes the tariffs off,
they're not going to build the factories.
Now, if they come and make promises to build factories,
Donald Trump will likely reduce the tariffs on them.
As long as they make the commitment,
like I forget which car company made the promise this week
to build a car factory down in Louisiana.
And so Donald Trump said,
we'll probably drop the tariff requirement and for that particular
Car company I forget which one it was. Well doc this announcement today a 25% tariffs on foreign-made cars it wiped off I
Think this morning it was like 11
trillion dollars of
value in in these automobile corporations.
It put the hurt on them today.
This said, President Trump said he would put a 25% tariff
on vehicles and auto parts imported into the United States.
They will take effect April 2nd,
and the U.S. would collect the duties the following day.
April 3rd, they start collecting... Next week.
Next week. They start collecting the taxes. He said he believes that the import duty could
raise up to a trillion dollars in revenue over the next two years. I've got a video.
Here's President Trump talking about it. What we're going to be doing is a 25 percent tariff on all cars that are not made in the
United States. If they're made in the United States, there's absolutely no tariff. We start
off with a two and a half percent base, which is what we were at, and we go to 25 percent.
And basically, as you know, and as you've been seeing, not reporting as accurately as it
should be reported because it's a massive story.
Business is coming back to the United States so that they don't have to pay tariffs.
And I think also because of November 5th, the election, they're very happy.
AI is coming back to levels that nobody's ever seen before.
It's a new sort of a new business, I guess, when you think about it. But it's plants are going up all over the United States and many of them have already
been started. We're getting early electricity taken care of. We're getting permits very quickly for
them and we're going to make their life very happy. They're coming in with tens of billions
of dollars. Individual plants will cost 10, 15, 20 billion dollars. We're
going to let them build electricity generating plants along with their plant and they can't
even believe it and we're going to get a very quick permits as I've done always. I did that
in Louisiana with two LNG plants. I got them one permit in one day after waiting 14 years
and the other one in one week after
waiting for 12 years.
But this is very exciting to me.
This is the automobile industry and this will continue to spur growth like you haven't seen
before I was elected.
We were losing all of our plants that were being built in Mexico and Canada and other
places.
Now, those plants largely have stopped and they're moving them to our country.
So you have to kind of balance this out here in that if it's going to
you know cause an increase in prices on these imported vehicles from
primarily Asian countries
the
What's going to be counterbalanced to that? How do we encourage, how do we get Americans to buy American?
What's the incentive there?
The first incentive would be, there's going to be about a 25% increase in the cost of
foreign cars.
That's going to be a major incentive.
Are you going to pay that much more for a foreign car?
Of course not.
Well, then that's the first one.
But he's sweetening the pot. And I didn't know about this until today. I saw this video.
The US government is going to allow you to deduct the interest on your car loans if you purchase an American made car or truck.
Here's the president talking about it.
We're going to have a lot of people making a lot of cars.
And one other thing, we are trying, we have the Speaker of the House with us who's doing a fantastic job.
And where's Mike?
And we're trying to get approved.
Mike, thank you very much for being here. We're trying to get approved if we can. If you borrow
money to buy a car, you're allowed to deduct interest payments for purposes of income tax,
but only if the car is made in America. So if the car is made in America, you get a loan, you can deduct the interest. That's a big saving. A lot of people in that part of the world,
in terms of buying cars, a lot of them don't think in terms of deductions. People that
think in terms of deductions are very wealthy people. But people are going to start understanding
what a good deduction is all about.
I mean, you're allowed to do that on your mortgage.
Right.
So I take advantage of it every year. And I'm sure many in our
audience do as well. It does make sense. It does encourage
you to buy American.
You can be able to write off the interest.
That's right.
So the the foreign cars will be higher. And the American cars and trucks will have the you have the ability to write off the interest on a car loan.
How's the world reacting to this? The ones that got hit hard by it. Korea, Junang Daily says Trump tariffs put Hyundai and Kia on collision course for big losses. So this is a major newspaper
in Seoul, South Korea. That was their headline today. It said, President Trump slapped 25% tariffs on
all car imports, striking a blow to automakers in Korea that will have to pay the price. Tens of trillions of won in profit
and even a full withdrawal from Korea.
Doc, you lived in Korea.
What is tens of trillions of won?
What does that equal to?
Billions of dollars.
There's a thousand won equals one dollar, basically.
All right, so billions.
They're gonna have to pay billions of dollars.
They're gonna lose billions of dollars in profit.
I'll go down here.
It talks about the number of cars
that Hyundai and Kia sell in the United States.
Together, they sold 1.7 million vehicles in America in 2024.
One out of four cars that they sold worldwide.
Yes.
One fourth of their sales are in the USA.
So now you get an understanding of the hurt
that this tariff is putting on them.
And there's a quote here from Ken Kim,
senior economist at KPMG,
he said the price of a new vehicle will see increases
in the range of several thousand dollars
to as high as $10,000 or more.
This is in the United States.
Yes.
The upper estimate would represent a 20% increase
given that the average transaction
for a new vehicle is about $48,500.
Consumers are already reeling from elevated inflation.
Talk about sticker shock.
Yes.
All right, talk about the inflation cycle
that I've been telling our audience for over, I guess,
two years now.
It started under Biden.
When the prices started to go up after COVID, I said,
this is the beginning of an inflation cycle.
It's going to last 10 to 15 years.
What this guy's talking about now is this is part of that inflation cycle. And the tariffs are going to worsen the inflation.
Again, I support the president and what he's doing.
But the medicine comes with a price.
The medicine helps us get better as a country.
But you're going to have some queasiness for a while.
And that queasiness is going to be high prices.
That takes me back to Gold Co.
What should you be doing right now?
Investing in gold.
Gold is your hedge against inflation.
You've got to reorient your thinking for the next decade
Nothing is working the way it was it's all changed
You now have to think differently
Next one this is Nikkei out of Japan
Tokyo Trump tariffs prompt Japan to consider all options oh boy doc all
options are on the table what does that mean they're not gonna nuke us are they
well that's hope that's not the case that Japan's Prime Minister sounded the
alarm on Thursday after US President Donald Trump announced those 25%
tariffs that we've been talking about. He said, we need to consider appropriate responses.
That's coming from Shigeru Ishiba,
speaking to lawmakers during a parliamentary session.
All options will be on the table.
Now, Japanese automakers responded cautiously
to the announcement.
Toyota, Subaru, Mazda, and Honda issued brief statements
saying they were assessing the potential impact.
The industry's muted response reflects its delicate position.
Companies need to side with the American public
as major business operators in the U.S.
while being concerned about the tariffs' impact
on their domestic operations.
And so, you know, each of these companies,
they actually do build cars in the U.S.,
but not to the percentage that they need to.
So I think somewhere about half of all the foreign companies here listed manufacture their cars
in the United States, but the rest are imports
From these other countries and so they're able to capitalize on that
the
The gravy train has come to an end. Yes, even for our friends. Yes, it's come to an end. It's time to pay up
Next one. I'm not gonna spend a lot of time on, CNBC US Health Department plans to slash 10,000 jobs. Robert Kennedy is closing down various
agencies inside the Department of Health and Human Services. He's
eliminating 10,000 jobs. Another CNBC article, the US Treasury is set to lay off a substantial number of their 100,000
employees.
And they've been floating that 10,000 number there as well, Rick.
But I didn't realize the Treasury Department had 100,000 employees.
I didn't either.
That's the first time I knew it.
Now it's going to be down around 90,000.
What does this mean? Well again
the Trump team is they are implementing their campaign promises to
reduce the size of the government to eliminate waste and fraud. They're
carrying it out. I've never seen anything like this.
I've never seen a politician actually
do what they said they were going to do.
Yes.
That's the shocking thing.
They're doing it, OK?
You usually vote for them, and then it's like, oh,
we got snookered again.
They're not going to do what they said they were going to do.
But economically, for the state of Maryland,
yes, and Northern Virginia, this is devastating.
I mean, just those two stories,
you've got 20,000 unemployed people.
Not just unemployed, you're talking government
and federal government employees.
That's as, in D.C., Maryland, Virginia, that's as good of a job as
you're going to get. You've got tens, this is just two departments. Yes.
They've already shut down USA. They've shut down the US
Department of Education. I would not want to be invested in real estate commercial or residential in Maryland or Virginia
and DC.
No wonder the state of Maryland is one of the plaintiffs in a lawsuit against President
Trump because they're panicking in Maryland.
This could put the Maryland economy into a depression,
where the state has to start laying off state employees.
I know this from, I was born and raised in Maryland.
The Maryland Constitution requires a balanced budget.
Yeah, I wish more states did that.
So the governor will have to balance the budget. They don't have an option. They have to balance the budget.
Which will, it's going to impact the state of Maryland, same way with Virginia.
The entire economy in Northern Virginia, Fairfax County, and over in Maryland, PG County, and
Montgomery County, it's all government.
Right, it's not like these guys are re-employable in other industries.
They're not going to start working in a coal mine or anything like that.
I mean basically if you've been a, you know, a vetted government employee for 20 years,
where do you go?
What do you do?
Where are you going to go for a job?
Those people are in trouble right now.
I want to switch over to technology
Pardon me, you know when I first went to
Barcelona 2017 I came back telling you about I
They say they're gonna have flying taxi cabs
They're gonna have internet of things they're gonna have 5g and they're gonna're going to have internet of things. They're going to have 5G and they're
going to be able to have flying passenger drones without pilots.
By 2020.
Sometime, yeah, in the 2020s, you know. And it's real now. So here's a headline from the
Middle East, Abu Dhabi to be the first city in the region to launch
midnight air taxi. Well midnight is the
brand name. Archer Aviation
makes these passenger drones. There's no pilot.
These are passenger drones and they are going to start
carrying passengers in Abu Dhabi. We
heard that last year in in Barcelona. They told us last year these
these have been approved. If I recall doc the target date was 2026 is what we
were told last year. Right. But they've upped it.
They moved it to 2025.
And these electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft
are now going to start carrying passengers in the Middle East. They will cut a 60 to 90 minute trip to 10 to 20
minutes. Now this says that they are piloted. Right and they will be at first
and they told us that last year at Barcelona that for a while they'll have
pilots but that the goal is for these to be pilotless,
or at least not a physical pilot sitting in the cabin.
And so, but that's their goal.
There will be a human in the cockpit.
Yeah, as we start out.
All right, so I've got a video.
This is a long video.
Let's go ahead and watch it. This is this is midnight.
Their promotional video.
I want you to see what is coming to a city near you.
When our team started working together, we knew it was going to be a 12-tilt-6. But then the rest was like this total collaboration.
Yeah, I mean the idea was like, you know, you've got all the props in space.
Now how do you design the fuse and the wing for it to be elegant?
You really can't look at any one thing in isolation which is like the beauty and challenge
of airplanes is everything is just so connected. You had to make sure that all of the like lateral
area on the fuselage here was offset by having you know a tail that gave the stability that we need
and then obviously the tail could take like many different shapes. What's really cool about the V-tail
is that when you look at it from the rear,
you have a sense of holistic design
where we had like the dihedral of the wing,
you had the landing gear,
and then the V kind of all coming together
into this one point that ideally is the CG.
When you look at it from the rear,
I mean, it has such presence and confidence
that it's gonna land again with a lot of stability.
I mean, this was probably the most difficult part
on the aircraft.
The landing gear is tough.
The main gear wheels are decently large
because the aircraft has to be able to do
the conventional takeoff and landing. You know, you gotta fair fair all that in like if we didn't have the fairing
around the wheel or the landing gear you know structure the drag penalty would
be I'm gonna cut it short because it is a long video and we're over time right
now I will put up an image still to give you an idea of what this air taxi looks like.
So the world is changing, folks.
Yes.
This is the message I want to get across to you.
The world is changing, so you need to make adjustments
in the way you think, the way you plan,
the things that you do, be aware of the changes
that are taking place so that you're not swept
away by the currents of change.
But you will see drone taxis in many cities in the coming, I'd say the next two years,
because Ethiopia, of all places, Ethiopia.
Yes. Ethiopia yes who would imagine
Ethiopian Airlines is buying a air taxi fleet I
Mean it's Africa
They're going to have these aircraft flying
Throughout throughout Africa Ethiopian Airlines is the largest African airline. So we got a lot of changes. Real quick some politics here Wall Street Journal
Republicans grow anxious about Florida's special election. You see pictured there
with the gentleman seated there that's Randy Fine a I won't call him notorious politician here in
Florida but he's well known here in Florida he's the Ben Gevier yes of
Florida politics there you go that that's what I'm looking for he is a
raving Zionists he's the Ben Gevier of American. He was hand-chosen by President Trump to run
for this special election. This is to fill the seat of Mike Walz.
Yes. And this should be a slam dunk.
Should be a slam dunk, but he is running scared and they're not sure that Mr. Fine is going to carry this seat for the
Republicans. Mike Waltz won it the last
time by 30 points. Now his opponent, his
Democrat opponent is, let me get his name here.
Joshua Wilde.
Joshua Wilde. Yes. And he's a school
teacher but this guy is far, far left.
LGBTQ, he's a Muslim, it's interesting, he's a Muslim.
He is progressive, he promotes himself as a proud progressive. You couldn't get two of the worst choices
if you tried.
They're horrible choices.
But what's interesting about this race
is that district is heavy, heavy Republican.
I mean, if it was any more Republican,
they'd be having the convention there every year.
But while in polling, is actually polling
slightly ahead of Randy Fine.
And that's what's got everyone concerned.
Like you said, Mike Waltz, previously,
he runs away with this in the past by 30 points.
But to have a progressive leftist,, you know, a randy fine basically
neck and neck as we get down to the wire.
Then what does that say?
A lot of Republicans in that district don't want to vote for a raving Zionist.
And apparently they're just going to stay home.
Now the Jewish Telegraphic Agency gives us a little bit more
details on this. This goes back to December and according to this report
Mr. Fine was not even planning to run for Congress. That's right. But Mr. Trump
tweeted my choice is Randy Fine. Yes. And this guy woke up and realized Donald
Trump had endorsed him and he had, it's like once he realized
this is for real, then he got into the race.
That's right.
But what I want you to hear is that he says in this article that had Kamala Harris won,
he had already made plans to move to Israel.
Yes.
This is number 32C.
The day after the Shiva ended, Fine formally jumped into the race.
He says he had been fully prepared to move his family to Israel if Kamala Harris had
won the presidential election.
But now he's getting ready for a different move
into Walz's congressional district.
He said, quote, I'm going to be on day one,
the most pro-Israel anti-Semitism member
that's ever served in Congress.
This is Ben Gavir.
Yes, and he wasn't even running until
Donald Trump tweeted out,
yes, Randy Fine's my fine man.
And so now he has a name for himself as well.
This is Senator Randy Fine on his ex-account.
Tell them the Hebrew hammer is coming
regarding several progressive members of Congress. They might consider leaving before
the Hebrew hammer gets there, and then he ends it with that. Look, bombs away.
Yeah, so he's a state senator here in Florida.
That's right.
But the Hebrew hammer is coming, and he will be the most pro-Israel member of Congress that has ever served.
That means more pro-Israel than Brian Mass.
Yes.
That's pretty hard.
Yeah.
And to really understand this race, right now Randy Fine has about $93,000 in his campaign
account.
Joshua Weil has nearly $10 million.
Yes.
10 to 1 margin.
One week from the election.
Yes.
One final story, Doc.
You told me about this just before we came on,
that Congresswoman Elise Stefanik.
Yes, from New York, yes.
That she was nominated by President Trump
to be the United States ambassador to the United Nations
and that her nomination has been withdrawn,
is that correct?
That's correct, Donald Trump posted this on True Social
about an hour and a half ago now,
saying that we really need Elise in Congress. We've got a thin margin in Congress
and we really need her and her power and you know really puffing up Elise Stefanik there
saying but we can't afford to have her at the UN. We need her in Congress.
Well Doc, first of all the Democrats had delayed the special election. That's true, and they were hoping to delay it indefinitely. Right.
And just keep the seat open, that way keep that margin. That way they won't
accidentally lose the seat up there. I think House Speaker Johnson's getting
worried. If Randy Fine loses next week, and that Republican seat switches to the Democrats.
Yes, and in New York, that seat that Stefanik holds could very well go to a Democrat as
well.
You could have a House Speaker, a Democrat.
Mr. Jeffries could be the Speaker by this summer.
Yes. I mean, that's how critical this is.
Now, Elise Stefanik has had some, let's just say, interactions with some of the, and she's
a staunch supporter of Israel.
She is, well, she's loved by the evangelical community too.
But at recent events, for instance, she appeared at the ADL summit
here about two weeks ago. She was booed at the ADL summit.
She's a Zionist.
Yes, but she made remarks about October 7th that apparently didn't go over well
with the crowd. And there have been other stories in Jewish media outlets that
were questioning Elise
Stefanik a week and a half, two weeks ago.
So what really happened is the Jewish lobby said, we don't want her.
We want a real Zionist at the United Nations.
Right.
Now, the question is, who is Donald Trump going to pick for that particular seat?
Will be a Zionist.
Yes.
My guess is it's going to be Rick Grinnell.
He's gay and he's pro-Israel.
And he's served in the intelligence community too.
He's got all the stripes.
So it'll be interesting.
Yes.
So I don't know. No other name comes to the top of my mind
that could be considered, but Rick Grinnell, and Donald Trump likes Rick
Grinnell too. My former opponent, Brian Mass, I would think would be a top of the
list candidate, but he got promoted up to Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
He's not gonna give that up.
No sir, not at all.
So it's gonna be interesting to see how this plays out here
over the next couple weeks and so.
All right, well that's it for today.
We are 20 minutes over.

Father, we love you dearly and we love your Son. We love your Spirit. We love your Word, Father,
and we have gathered together, brothers and sisters from many nations.
and sisters from many nations, we've come together on this digital platform to be taught by your spirit.
So come Holy Spirit and take your seat
at the head of the table and direct this class
and illuminate us, educate us, inspire us, edify us,
build us up so that we would be brave warriors in the kingdom of God and
enthusiastic advocates of the Lordship of Jesus Christ. In His name, Jesus, we pray.
Amen. Amen. And so we now today start Romans chapter nine. I'm gonna read verses one through six,
give you a chance to turn there here.
And chapters nine, 10 and 11 deal with Paul
and his teaching about the relationship
between Jews and the gospel.
And so we're gonna be spending probably a couple of weeks
going through these three chapters,
but by the time we're done,
you're gonna be able to answer
any of the dispensational doctrines that are out there.
This is gonna be an education for a lot of people.
I hope it's a blessing.
I'm gonna read verses one through six now.
Romans chapter nine.
I say the truth in Christ, I lie not.
My conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost,
that I have great heaviness and continual sorrow in my heart. For I could wish that myself were
accursed from Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh, who are Israelites,
to whom pertaineth the adoption and the glory and the covenants and the giving
of the law and the service of God and the promises?
Whose are the fathers and of whom as concerning the flesh
Christ came, who is over all? God blessed forever. Amen.
Not as though the word of God hath taken an effect, for they are not all Israel, which
are of Israel."
God bless the reading of his word today.
This is going to mess up some people's theology.
Actually what he's going to do is straighten it out.
Romans 9.1 Paul said, I say the truth in Christ.
I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness
in the Holy Ghost.
Very easy verse to understand.
Paul said, I'm telling the truth.
I don't lie.
first to understand. Paul said, I'm telling the truth. I don't lie.
He's setting the readers up to hear something that maybe they,
their minds are going to say this isn't true. And Paul's before he gets started, he goes, hey, I want to, I want to go on a record here. I don't lie.
I tell the truth.
I speak the truth in Christ.
So he's declaring truth in Christ with unwavering sincerity. He's letting everybody know that what he's about to say is the truth.
He appealed to Christ and the Holy Spirit, showing his deep integrity, showing believers how to live authentically, to be truthful and sincere.
Paul's conscience, which was guided by the Holy Spirit, testifies to his honesty.
And so he's setting a model for all believers, which is absolute truthfulness.
So what we're seeing here is Paul's getting ready to launch his, his teaching in that's in, in
embodied in chapter nine that addresses the rejection of the Jews,
the Jews' rejection of Jesus Christ.
And so he wants everybody to know that he is starting with absolute total sincerity saying
the Holy Spirit bears witness to my conscience. When he says I say the truth
in Christ, that's an example for all of us to follow, to speak truth.
That the words that come out of our mouth needs to be truthful.
Yes, and in Christ.
And in Christ.
And when you speak the truth in Christ, the Holy Spirit
affirms your testimony.
Amen.
Being in Christ, what does that mean? It means that our lives and our words and our actions
line up with divine truth.
There's no variance.
We are in Christ.
Uh, union with Jesus Christ.
Automatically means that we are living in truth and that we reject falsehood.
You can't be in Christ and embracing falsehood.
Amen.
And living in Christ demands that we uphold a higher standard of truthfulness.
Your words should be so truthful that when people hear you speak, they'll turn to somebody
else and say, you can take that to the bank.
If that's what he said, that's what it is, or that's what she said, you can count on
it.
That's the truth.
That's the reputation
we should have.
So let's get move down to the beginning of Paul's argument, the message he's going to deliver, Romans nine two,
that I have great heaviness and continual sorrow in my heart.
So he begins by saying, look, I tell the truth, I don't lie.
And then the first thing he tells you that he's speaking the truth is that he has great heaviness and unceasing unending pain in his heart.
Over what? Over who?
Well, he's going to reveal to us in chapter 9 the depth of his love for his fellow Israelites.
Yes.
And remember, all Jews are Israelites, but all Israelites are not Jews. Israel had 12 tribes. The Jews came mainly from
the tribe of Judah. So the tribe of Judah was, they were automatically
Israelites, but if you were not in the tribe of Judah, you were not a Jew.
You were an Israelite. Right. You weren't a Jew. And that, I have said that to people,
and they absolutely go blank, and some people will argue with me and say, that's not true.
true? Yeah. But just think it through. Twelve tribes. So if you're a member of one tribe, you can't be a member of another tribe. But all the tribes were Israelites. Yes. If you were born of the tribe of Benjamin, you weren't a Jew.
And if you were a Jew, you were not a Benjaminite.
It's just as simple.
But all were Israelites. So Paul is revealing to us his deep emotional investment in the spiritual condition, the spiritual fate of Israel.
It is a... He has a profound emotional burden.
And what brought about that burden?
Well, very simple.
His grief stemmed from Israel's rejection of Jesus Christ.
Yes.
Primarily the Jews.
You know, by this time, when Christ walked the earth, the other tribes had been dispersed.
Yeah, they were scattered all over the civilized world.
Right. The tribe of Judah is who was hanging out in Jerusalem.
And that'd be the Jews.
So, Paul's grief was driven by the rejection of Christ by the Jews.
was driven by the rejection of Christ by the Jews.
And the first thing that that shows us is his love for the lost, regardless of their race, their tribe,
just his love for the lost.
His heaviness in his spirit, it shows us the emotional weight that he bore for the Jews'
unbelief, and the Romans to share in his concern. And many of the Roman Christians were Jews who had
come to the faith in Christ. But Paul had this sorrow throughout his life. He had a spiritual burden for the Jewish people and he never gave up on it. And it
cost him dearly. The beatings, the stonings, the ridicule, the opposition, it came almost exclusively from the Jews.
So the people that he loved the most hurt him the most.
Yes.
Now that's, I find that principle
operates in our lives regardless of what race we're talking about.
Many times the people that you love the most,
the people that you help the most,
are the ones who hurt you the most.
So get used to it.
I've done things for people that are out of love and shown them generosity and just done
things that changed their lives and they ended up later turning on me.
I'm like, well, how did that work?
That doesn't make sense. If I had not blessed you, then you would not have turned on me.
Let me think this through. I'm not going to stop blessing people. I'm not going to stop being good to people.
That's the price you pay So Paul's grief over the Jews wasn't temporary wasn't fleeting
But it was a constant ache in his heart
He had he felt that he had a responsibility to
Lead the Jews to Christ
responsibility to lead the Jews to Christ. Doc, correct me if I'm wrong. I don't see any place in the book of Acts where God instructed Paul, your mission is to lead the Jews to Christ.
To me, God's mission to Paul was bring the Gentiles in.
And that's, you know, the church council in Jerusalem, Acts 15, they said that.
You know, they appointed Paul and Barnabas to go to the Gentiles. But even as Paul went to the
Gentiles, where did he go first? Anytime he went to the Gentiles, he went to the Jew first.
Yes, and that caused trouble, and it messed up his mission to the Gentiles. I don't want to call it disobedience because clearly the Lord had compassion on Paul.
But I don't see any place where God told Paul, I want you to get beat up by the Jews the
rest of your life.
The instruction was to go to the Gentiles, but Paul loved the Jews so much, he couldn't
break that compassion, he couldn't break that urge in him.
One more time, maybe in this town, maybe this is the group of Jews that will listen to me.
We can give up. Maybe in this town, maybe this is the group of Jews that will listen to me.
We can give up.
Well, you know, in many places he would go to synagogue and they'd be receptive in a
lot of those places.
And things would be going good until the folks from out of town showed up.
Right.
The Judaists.
Yeah, he had his own ADL group yes followed him around
troublemakers making sure that he did not preach Jesus so anyhow that's you
know I was doing the Lord and Paul I mean God certainly didn't fault Paul for trying to win the Jews to Christ, but I'm
not convinced the Lord instructed him.
And that is a lesson, I think, for all of us to ponder in our lives.
We're doing what God called us to do, but we just keep adding something else that we
want to do.
Yeah. Ouch.
Anybody been there? I have. I'm doing what the Lord called me to do,
but I keep doing the thing I want to do for Him.
And that's usually the group that beats me up.
I'm preaching myself under conviction, Doc. all sorrow for the Jews, speaks about his awareness of the eternal consequences of rejecting
Christ. He knew. He knew what it meant, and he couldn't let go. His emotional pain was like the anguish of a woman in labor.
He hurt. He genuinely hurt.
Now compare this to Christian Zionists today.
Do they really hurt over the salvation of the Jews?
No, not at all.
No, they don't.
They don't even talk about it.
But it broke Paul's heart.
It broke his heart because he knew, what did he know?
He knew that they were condemned without Christ.
Today, Christian Zionists, they don't believe that.
They really don't.
I listened to Governor Huckabee's testimony to the Senate this week.
To be U.S. Ambassador to Israel, he said nothing about his desire as a Christian to see the people of Israel come to Christ.
He said nothing about it.
Because he doesn't believe they have to. the people of Israel come to Christ said nothing about it
because he doesn't believe they have to.
Again that's between God and them okay. When we get through chapter 9 you're going to have a better understanding of what the false doctrine that's being taught in America
better understanding of what the false doctrine that's being taught in America by the Christian Zionists. It is a false doctrine. It's not just a different viewpoint. It is a false
doctrine birthed in hell. Yes. So a believer who is in union with Christ always has a heart for the lost and has grief
over humanity's lost state.
I've said this before because I've been fortunate, I've been blessed to travel and I've said this before because I've been fortunate, been blessed to travel and I've been in many cities around the world.
But Doc, often when I'm in a hotel room and I have a view of the city,
I'm looking out over the landscape and I'm seeing a city of millions of people,
and knowing that most of them are lost.
And, you know, I pray for them. You know, the days that I'm there, Lord, send people to this
city to preach the gospel. Raise up, raise up voices to bring the gospel Christ to the people of this city.
Break the power of the devil over this city.
So you know this is the mindset we should all have.
You feel sorry for the lost.
You feel sorry.
You hurt for them.
You have grief. You hurt for them. You have grief.
You look at them.
They're pitiful.
Last night, Doc, when Susan and I went home, she asked to stop at a store, and I just sat
in the car in the parking lot, but I just watched the people
walking through the parking lot, and I saw some really pitiful people. of people that are, they are desperately lost.
Desperately lost.
And so this was Paul's attitude towards his fellow Jews.
Deep love for other people's souls often brings emotional pain to you.
You know, there's, there's, uh, there's tension here between God's sovereignty and human responsibility, and it emerges in
Paul's grief.
Yet he trusts in God's plan.
It's like he doesn't like the plan, but he trusts it.
He wishes he could change the plan.
And you know, in anguish, he cried out to God daily,
change your plan towards the Jews.
They're lost.
Do something, oh God.
Do something to open their eyes.
And here we are now, 2,000 years later, they're still blind.
But so is most of the world too, not just the Jews.
Yes, so is most of the world.
Although I saw yesterday an article in one of the Jerusalem newspapers that said 25%
of American Jews have left Judaism.
That's a wide open opportunity.
Why aren't the Christian Zionists pursuing them?
Because they would tell them you need to go back to Judaism.
Yeah, and go to the we're going to build a temple for you and we're going to have dead
cows and blood and we're going to have all that stuff for you.
Go and have a red heifer.
And like, you got 25% of the Jews in America say,
we're out of that. We're gone. We don't want that.
But Paul's continual sorrow represents persistent intercession.
represents persistent intercession.
He prayed fervently for those who did not know Christ
and didn't want to know Christ.
He prayed for people who hurt him, physically hurt him. Yes.
them. Yes. So it's an example to us of how we should look at the lost in our community, in our state, in our nation. Look at the people. You go online and most of the people online communicate
are lost. There's going to be a day, there's going to be an hour, there's going to be a
second when time ceases to exist and everybody will be frozen in where they're at spiritually.
You'll be locked into place wherever you are spiritually.
There's a moment coming when every single human alive will be locked in their place spiritually for eternity. They don't see it. They don't know it's coming. That
great gospel net has been floating in the sea of humankind for thousands of years. And big fish and little fish are swimming around
inside that net. They've got a lot of room. They can swim around. Most of them don't know the net exists.
Some of them bump up against it and that's called their conscience.
And they go, oh, that's the net. That's the gospel. That's the law of God
But most of them are unaware that the net even exists yes
But there's a day that Jesus Christ tells the angels pull the net in
Pull the net into shore and separate the fish keep the good and toss the bad into the fire
the fish, keep the good and toss the bad into the fire. See, when you understand that, that at any
moment that's going to happen at the discretion of God Almighty, He is the only one that knows
when to give the order to pull the net in. But it will happen.
And when that net is brought in, your state is settled forever.
You're either a good fish or a bad fish.
You're either going to be kept or you're going into the fire.
And again, once you understand this, then you look at the loss and you pity them and you have sorrow
and you grieve. And then you're praying for the church, the corporate church of the world.
Get your act together, church. The clock is ticking. We've got to get this
job done. Is the church really going into all the world, preaching the gospel of the
kingdom, making disciples of all men and women? Are we baptizing converts? Are we healing
the sick, casting out devils? Are we really doing that?
I mean, that's our job description, isn't it?
It's the only one.
This is what you're supposed to do.
If you're not doing those things, are you, is your congregation a member of the church?
Boy, that ought to make everybody things, but not all those things.
I mean, if you teach that healing is not for today, how can you heal the sick?
Right.
And if healing is not for today, then is heal the sick? Right. And if healing's not for today,
then is salvation for today?
Right.
So once you go down that road, there's no end to it.
Right.
Yes, this is, you know,
this is why Romans nine is a great chapter to study here.
Cause it really helps us to sort these issues out
and understand where Paul was coming from in this. He was heartbroken because his fellow
Jews rejected Christ. He was heartbroken over it. He was willing to give up his own life,
his own eternal salvation for his fellow Jews.
So your deep emotional pain and sorrow for the loss must also be balanced with joy for the saved.
If not, you'll become depressed. You'll become dire and sad. You have emotional pain for the lost, but you have joy for the saved. And you got to keep that balance in your life. The lost needs to see the joy.
So Paul's sorrow for the Jews coexisted with his hope in God's redemptive plan. It kept him going.
He knew even though the Jews would reject him, he knew there were going to be Gentiles
who would accept Christ.
So he had those two things happening simultaneously in his life.
The rejection of Christ, the acceptance of Christ,
and yet he couldn't get over the rejection of Christ.
Romans 9.3, for I could wish that myself were a curse from Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen
according to the flesh.
Modern version, for I could wish that I myself were a curse from Christ for my brothers,
my relatives according to the flesh.
He literally said, I am willing to give up my salvation if that's the price that must
be paid for my fellow Jews to be saved
Paul was saying I'm willing to spend eternity in the lake of fire
for in return for all the Jews coming to Christ
Amen
Wow Can you say that? Can you say that about anybody? That's a heavy statement. There's There is only one who gave up his life.
And became cursed himself.
Became cursed himself.
Became cursed.
Took all the curse that was destined for every Jew, every Gentile, and took it upon himself,
and that's Jesus Christ.
Right, and so every time Paul said that to God the Holy Spirit had to remind Paul Jesus already did it Paul. He
already did it thanks for the offer but it's already been done. If the Jews
won't be moved by the sacrifice of Christ why would they be moved by the sacrifice of Christ,
why would they be moved by the sacrifice of Paul?
That's a good point, yes.
But it reflects Paul's Christ-like heart, attitude,
willing to sacrifice himself
for the sake of other people's salvation.
But it also, again, it reflects his intense grief
and sorrow
over the Jews' rejection of Jesus.
That he was willing, I mean, he told God,
if you must take my soul from me,
if that's the price for my fellow Jews to be saved.
Anything you want to add on this doc before I move on?
No, he's getting ready to define now who when he says,
my kinsmen according to the flesh.
So at verse four now, he's going to define what he means by that.
And he's very specific about it. Who are Israelites to whom pertaineth the adoption
and the glory and the covenants and the giving of the law and the service of God and the promises.
and the service of God and the promises.
Six things there that he lists, six things.
The adoption, the glory, the covenants, the law, and the service and the promises.
Yes.
So what is that adoption?
Well, God called the Israelites his people. They were his people. He made them his own.
They were adopted to himself. We think of that verse, Hosea 11.1, I've called my son out of Egypt. We're talking about Israel and then later in Matthew it means Jesus.
But Exodus 4 22, Israel is my son, even my firstborn.
So God had a unique relationship with Israel.
So Paul is saying these are my kinsmen. They've had a unique relationship with God.
These are my kinsmen. They've had a unique relationship with God
And then he says as has God abolished Israel. We're not talking about the political state
What's in Palestine today?
Israel means the people of God
Has God abolished Israel? No, not at all.
Or did he open the doors for membership?
That's where I lean.
He's opened the doors for everyone to be part of Israel.
And we'll get into that in chapter 10.
Yes.
He opened the doors for citizenship. Right.
And now...
Yeah, so at one time, only people born into one of 12 tribes could be an Israelite.
Right.
But now, the whole world is invited to come in.
Right, but now the whole world is invited to come in
but not everybody who had
Israel DNA if you will where it was an Israelite and that's what Paul is getting into here in verse 4
Because he identifies who he's talking about who his kinsmen are the adopted and then he says the glory These are the people that witnessed the supernatural acts of God,
the visible presence of God.
You know, a cloud by day, the fire by night.
These are his kinsmen.
These were his family.
And then he goes on to say the covenants,
that there was a unique promise
that was made by God to Israel.
And he made it through Abraham, made it through the law, if you will,
that this was a unique people, they had a unique relationship with God.
They also honored God by their service in the tabernacle and then later on in the temple.
And then the promises.
What promises?
Not real estate promises, but the promises of a Messiah and a city.
Yes.
So, they were also, Israel was also meant by God to be the light to the nations.
Their faithfulness to God was to illuminate the world, to show the rest of
the nations of the world, this is what it's like to be in covenant with Almighty God.
Yes.
this is what it's like to be in covenant with Almighty God. Yes.
Now, if there were Israelites that rejected the law,
rejected the glory, rejected the covenants,
they're not his kinsmen.
That's right.
He's talking about people that exhibited faith in God,
believed God, followed after God.
These are his kinsmen.
These are who his heart breaks for.
So we're back to faith.
Yes.
Paul's saying, the Israelites that had faith in Almighty God. You know, often when I, in my prayer time, especially in the morning, you know, I, God
knows who I'm talking to, but I want him, I want to, I just want to start the prayer
by clearly identifying who I am speaking to and who I am worshiping and who I am magnifying
and glorifying. And, you know, I just start saying, you are the God of Methuselah. You're
the God of Noah. You're the God of Abraham. You're the God of Moses. You're the God of Isaiah and Ezekiel and Jeremiah and
Malachi and John the Baptist and Peter and John and Paul. You're my God. That's who I'm
praying to right now. I want the whole world to know who I'm praying to. Not just some nebulous spiritual being, a man upstairs or
whatever people say about him. No, I'm very specific. I'm praying to the God that part That's my God. My faith is in Him and in His only begotten Son.
The God of the covenants, the covenants sacred agreements with Abraham, Moses, David.
The Abrahamic covenant promised blessings to all the nations of the world.
How was that fulfilled?
Well, the Christian Zionists and the Jewish Zionists would tell you that the political
state of Israel is going to bless the whole world.
Yes.
That's a crock of you know what we are blessed. The whole world is blessed through Jesus Christ.
Because he fulfilled all the promises of God.
Yes.
And so the church is Israel. We were brought in and given citizenship in Israel.
There were openings.
There were a lot of seats open in Israel.
Why?
Because millions of Jews opted out and said, if believing in Jesus is what's required then we're out
So they opted out they're no longer in Israel
They might be Jews, but they're not Israel
The only people who are Israel are those who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ
Whether you are born as a Jew or Gentile, doesn't matter. It's your faith in Christ that makes you a citizen of Israel. Yes.
So every single Jew who confesses Christ is my brother or sister, and I am
privileged as a non-Jew that my heavenly father adopted me and brought me into Israel, made me a full citizen.
And I pray for the Jews who are opted out, who were removed from Israel.
I pray that they come back in. That's our Father's desire. That they
believe in the name of his Son and now can be readmitted. See, their old passport expired.
Their old passport to Israel expired at Calvary.
Every citizen of Israel was required to get a new passport and it had to be written in
the blood of Christ.
Praise God.
Because he was declared the king of Israel.
The king of Israel was inherent, Jesus Christ.
And so, any and all Jews today can get their passport.
They can be re- readmitted to Israel. And I'm just telling you these people over in Palestine calling themselves Israel, they are liars. They are deluded psychopaths.
Right. And they are definitely not the same people Paul is talking about here in Roman times.
And that's the confusing part for some. They practice cabala, witchcraft and
sorcery. They murder, they kill, they steal. There's no way are they following the laws of Moses.
And yet they'll use his name when it's to their advantage.
So believers in Christ share in the covenant promises through faith, whether we're Jew or Gentile, because Christ fulfilled the promises.
They're done.
They've been fulfilled.
There's nothing left to be fulfilled.
Amen.
The only thing we're waiting for now is the glorification of our body, the resurrection
of the dead, and the full manifestation of
the kingdom of God and the appearance of the city, New Jerusalem.
There's nothing else that needs to be done.
Nothing.
There doesn't need to be a third temple, doesn't need to be a red heifer, doesn't need to be
any of this stuff.
It's all nonsense.
And that's the big divide between where we are and where the Christian Zionists are.
The Christian Zionists believe that there are certain things that have to happen in
order to hasten the return of Christ.
And they'll list these things.
So it's the establishment of the state of Israel, the temple, the heifer, all these
different things. That's why they're so motivated politically, because
they believe in their twisted logic that they somehow control the timing of Christ's return.
Well, Rabbi Schneerson believed it too. That's right. That's why he was telling young Benjamin
Netanyahu, you need to get moving.
The Messiah hasn't come back yet.
Yeah.
We've already had several hours in the day.
Why isn't the Messiah back yet?
And Netanyahu said, I'm working.
I'm working.
I promise you, I'm working.
Well, you need to do more.
Well, he's doing more.
He's killing all the Palestinians.
He's doing that to please that old dead rabbi.
Yes.
Is that sick and perverted?
Well, the giving of the law highlights Israel's honor as recipients of God's moral and ceremonial
commandments in Sinai.
The law served as a guide for righteousness, a revelation of God's holiness. It was there to prepare them for Christ.
Obeying Christ, believing in Christ is not an option.
The purpose of the law was to get Israel ready for Christ.
The purpose of the law was to get Israel ready for Christ. But they did reject him.
They forfeited their
privilege, their position.
As we learn in the parable of the wicked vineyard workers, the Jewish leader said, hey, that's
God's son, let's kill him.
Let's steal his inheritance.
He's here for his inheritance.
We know what the inheritance is, the nations of the world.
Let's kill him and take the inheritance and we get the nations of the world. Let's kill him and take the inheritance and we get
the nations of the world. And that's how you get Zionism today, which is driven to
control the nations of the world in direct opposition to Christ. So if you are assisting Zionism, you are at war with Christ.
Let that sink in to every Christian Zionist.
You're at war with Jesus Christ if you are assisting Zionism.
Hi, I talked about the service of God, I was talking about the temple worship, the sacrifices,
the system that foreshadowed the ultimate sacrifice by Jesus Christ.
It was just a shadow.
It wasn't meant to be permanent.
It was just a shadow to tell you the ultimate sacrifice is coming, the Lamb of God.
But the Jews who sacrificed animals at the temple are the ones that sacrificed the Lamb
of God. Yes.
The promises, the promises,
in essence is the messianic hope.
The assurance of redemption, salvation,
resurrection, eternal life, those are the promises. It wasn't about land and real estate. When I hear Christian Zionists talking about
the promises of God to Israel and they immediately go into real estate. I know that those
preachers have no clue whatsoever what the true gospel is. They've been
indoctrinated with a false teaching. Throughout Israel's history, God's faithfulness was shining.
It was always about his faithfulness.
He wanted the Jews to trust him, to believe him, to obey him. So the rejection of Christ is in stark contrast to the rich spiritual heritage and that brought
about intense anguish and suffering in Paul. He was saying that the tragedy of neglecting such a rich
privilege should warn all of us against taking God's grace for granted.
Because once again, Christ fulfilled all of God's promises to Israel.
Adoption, glory, covenants, law, service, promises.
Yes.
Those are the true Israelites.
Yes.
So when you are in Christ, you are a true Israelite.
You've been adopted.
He's given you His glory. He has fulfilled the law.
He is our High Priest who fulfills the service in the worship of God, and he is the fulfillment of
every promise his father made to Israel. Everything culminates in Christ.
It all comes together in Jesus Christ. The whole entire Old Testament, it comes together and it's in the form of Jesus Christ.
But the Christian Zionists would tell you no, the state of Israel takes priority at the end of time.
time. And Jesus is going to come back and be the figurehead king of a Jewish empire.
He's going to cut ribbons and kiss babies, but the Jews are going to run the nation. See, that's the lie of Zionism. They're still trying to inherit the nations.
So the Jewish Zionists, they don't even go there, you know, Jesus, the figurehead, we
don't even want to talk about that.
But the Christian Zionists, they teach it in their seminaries. Yes, but the Christian Zionists, they take all of Zionism
and then they put a cherry on top of it
and they have a figurehead titular king named Jesus
who has no power.
But he's a Jew.
He's got a throne in old Jerusalem,
but he goes out and he cuts ribbons and he you know
I guess they kiss his children and you know he shows up but you know he's he's
the shopping malls right Grand Marshal of the parade that's that's the king that the Christian Zionists see ruling over Jerusalem. What they
want, all they're doing is putting a Christian spin on old ugly Zionism. So, can I get, I do two more verses.
Wow.
Verse five.
Who are the fathers and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ came, who is over all, God
blessed forever.
Amen. Modern English, of whom are the fathers and from
whom is Christ as concerning the flesh, who is over all, God blessed forever. Amen. It crowns Israel's privileges by linking the patriarchs with Christ.
Yes.
So Paul's sorrow that he expressed in verses two and three now contrasts with Israel's role in the coming of Christ regarding the rejection of him.
He's affirming the sovereignty of Christ, his divinity.
He's calling on all people, Jews and Gentiles, to worship him in the fulfillment of the promises of God.
And that believers in Christ are to recognize their spiritual heritage through Israel,
through ancient Israel, and then through Jesus Christ who reigns eternally.
We have a history.
If we had lived before the birth of Christ, we would never have been allowed to be part of Israel. But praise be to God, because of the sacrifice of
Christ, we are invited. Go back to the parables. The king, what was he upset
about? I've sent invitations out and my palace aides are coming to me saying,
all the people I invited say they're too busy.
And who do you invite?
Yeah.
They're not coming to my dinner party.
Yeah.
Who do you invite to a special event, Rick?
Your friends, your family, your family.
And so you're not inviting strangers.
You're wanting, you want cousin Eddie there.
You want your brother there
You know you want people that you care about and when they reject you
And they all had reasons
They had reasons for telling tell the king i'm busy
Tell the king I just bought a farm tell the king. I just started the business tell the king
Thank you king, but I I don't have time
the king thank you king but i i don't have time so the palace aids who are the angels go back and tell the king who is almighty god hey the people you love they're not coming to your party and the
king said what what do you mean well they all have things to do and your party is not a priority
have things to do and your party is not a priority.
Well, I'm hurt.
I'm, I'm offended.
I'm indignant.
I'm outraged.
How dare they treat me this way?
Well, what I do, I have all the food prepared. I have the music.
It's all the party's. I have the music. The party's ready.
Go get them.
They actually sent it, according to the parable,
they sent a second invitation.
Yeah, there was a second invitation.
The first invitation was through the prophets.
The second invitation was through the apostles.
So now the age come back and say hey they said they're not coming. Now the king was indignant. He had been insulted
and what does he do in this parable? He tells the palisades who are the angels
you go out you go into the highways and the byways, you
stay in on the street corners, you go to the intersections, you go to the downtown
marketplaces, you go out to the farms and you bring in anybody. I don't care what
condition they're in, if they're blind or crippled, I don't care.
You bring them in. I'm going to have a party. The food is ready.
The musicians are here. Let's have a party. Go get them. You
know who that's you and me. Yes, that's you and me. And the
angels went out and said, the Lord's having a big party and you're invited. I am.
Yes.
Well, I thought only the special people, the chosen people could go.
Well, they didn't want to go.
The King said you can go.
Okay, I'll go.
This is what this is the gospel.
Yeah.
And even if you say I don't have a thing to wear the Kings.
No problem.
I got wedding garments.
I've got a whole building full of wedding garments.
Come and get one on.
Something will fit.
Get in here and let's have a party. Now do you understand the Lord's mindset
that he was rejected by the Jews?
It hurt, then it offended him, then it outraged him.
We're the beneficiaries of his outrage.
Yes.
Because we got anything positive that has come out of, and I'm not saying it's positive,
I'm just if there's anything positive that has come out of the Jews rejection of the
gospel, we are the beneficiaries of it.
Yes.
Now that's a tough one to wrap your head around.
Yes, we are the beneficiaries, the winners.
But we are not to be boastful.
Don't get proud and cocky, because Paul
will tell you here later.
Don't get a big head, because you're a Gentile and you got invited in.
You get too cocky. You can get invited out.
Yeah.
Just just be humble that you were invited in.
One more verse.
And I think that's a good thing. I think that's a good thing.
I think that's a good thing.
I think that's a good thing.
I think that's a good thing.
I think that's a good thing.
I think that's a good thing.
I think that's a good thing.
I think that's a good thing.
I think that's a good thing.
I think that's a good thing.
I think that's a good thing.
I think that's a good thing. I think that's a good thing. not as though the word of God has come to nothing. Let me tell you something.
All of Israel's not Israel.
Try saying that today.
Well, they'd call you a bigot, anti-Semitic, you're racist, I mean, it's just.
And you're quoting Paul.
Yes, you're not allowed to quote Paul.
You can't quote these scriptures in church.
In a lot of churches, you can't,
you certainly can't quote them in Christian Zionist churches.
I mean, they're quoted in reform churches
and Lutheran and various other denominations, but they're
not they're not quoted in in Christian Zionist churches, Baptist, Evangelical,
Pentecostal. So now Paul is addressing what appears to be the failure of God's
promises to Israel, the rejection of Christ. Now the Christian Zionists,
they actually teach that Christ failed. Yes. But he didn't fail. This was part is God's covenant remains in effect.
That there's a distinction between physical and spiritual Israel. And we are called to see our standing in Christ as part of God's not failed because the Jews do not believe.
The promises remain in effect through a faithful remnant.
Never forget the first church was all Jewish. Yes.
Hallelujah. Praise God. Thank you, Jesus. There was a
remnant of Jews who believed in Jesus. In the Jerusalem church
And the Jerusalem church was the first church, and it was Jewish. The center of the church today should be Jerusalem, but they lost their position by their own accord because many of them did not want Gentiles to join.
Yes.
They wanted to keep it in the club.
God had a different plan.
And so the apostles were going out into the Gentile world and finding great success.
And the Jerusalem church really,
I don't wanna call it stagnant,
but it never took the leadership role it was meant to take.
So Paul is challenging the notion that Israel's, the Jews' rejection of Jesus nullifies God's
word, his promises.
God ensures his promises endure.
Yes. Look, Jesus said, if you don't praise me, God will make these rocks praise me. Yes.
I mean, do you want to be replaced by a rock?
I think about a rock praising God and another rock saying, how did you get this position?
I've these humans wouldn't praise God that I just started praising him.
So God can God will have a remnant of people who praise him, who worship him, who obey him, who have faith in him.
He will have that group.
Yes.
There will always be people on this earth who are faithful to God.
So not all Israel which are of Israel.
He's distinguishing physical descendants from true spiritual Israel, which is defined by faith. as those who embrace Jesus Christ and God's covenant, his promises through belief, not
through racial heritage.
Amen.
And aren't you glad that's the case?
Imagine if only a certain DNA got to go to heaven.
How tragic that would be.
Your DNA gets you into heaven, Rick, but mine doesn't.
Well, how would I live?
How should I then live?
But God broke that down.
That's not what I intended in the first place.
I intended you to be a light to the world
so that everybody would come in.
Not that you had a special place and no one else did.
So every believer in Christ is part of spiritual Israel
because you are united with Israel true Israel not not not the
political state of Israel you are made a citizen of Israel by your faith in Christ
if you do not have faith in Christ you are not a citizen of Israel. What is so hard about this to get this through to these
Christian Zionists who are deceived? And it's scripture. You don't even have to go
into deep theological depth. You just say this is what the Word of God says. Yes.
Either you believe it or you don't believe it. Most of the time they never even heard
the scriptures about it.
So, God's election of the saints takes priority. It has faith that takes priority over physical dissent.
Yes.
He sovereignly defines who his people are.
He's not gonna let humans decide who his people are. He decides that.
God has the freedom to choose. What you actually have are people trying to take away God's freedom to choose. Yes. God is sovereign. He will choose who his people are. And our inclusion
in God's covenant rests on his mercy, not merit or racial heritage. It's based on his mercy and grace.
Again, we have this movement in American evangelical churches that is highlighting racial priority.
And it is abhorrent.
Faith, not race, determines covenant membership.
Faith, not race, determines covenant membership. Because that aligns you with Abraham's legacy of faith.
If Abraham were here physically today, he'd be the most vocal Christian on the planet.
And would you also be able to make the argument that those Israelites who in the Old Testament
worshiped idols, committed adultery, did all those things, are they blessed? Are they chosen
of God?
No.
They can't be. You can't be in rebellion to God and be chosen by him.
No. Why did God lead the Roman army to Jerusalem in 70 AD and utterly destroy the city and the people?
Why would he do that if those people were his people?
No because they had rejected his son and they removed themselves from being his people.
Yes. And he was no longer obligated to protect them.
Okay, I'm over.
Yes.
We'll pick up verse seven tomorrow.
Well, on Monday, we will.
Oh, that's right, tomorrow's, today's Thursday, isn't it?
That's right.
Tomorrow's Friday. Tomorrow's Thursday, Friday, it? That's right. Tomorrow's Friday.
Tomorrow's Thursday, Friday.
We'll pick up on Monday.
And He brings 11 tomorrow, yes.
And so we'll pick up on verse seven on Monday.
So I would encourage you over the weekend,
read chapters nine, 10, and 11, if you get the chance,
and really ask the Holy Spirit to give you insight
and guidance as you read it.
You're going to find that the Lord will sweep out some cobwebs and dust bunnies that have been
floating around your brain for years. And so I reread it over this past weekend. And I said,
dog gone, I'm still finding stuff. Yeah. So Doc, isn't what we're studying, isn't this all
fit material for Faith Friday?
Oh, yes.
So it really is.
It's all by faith.
It's all by faith, Rick.
So that's right. Praise God.
All right. Well, we appreciate my
appreciate everybody joining us today
here for our morning manna.
And we sincerely pray that the Lord's blessing you and giving you new spiritual depth as
we continue to study the Word of God.
You notice that our focus is on the Word of God.
It's just the Word.
Let the Word speak about the Word.
And you can do that in your own life as well.
Whenever you're reading a passage or studying the Word, let the Word speak about the Word
and you will be blessed by it
So is was today's lesson helpful in?
Understanding who is Israel and who isn't?
Did it did it answer
Questions you've had in your mind, conflicts, wondering what is the truth?
Yes, very positive response there Rick.
And we're just getting started. This is level one.
We're going to go even further here in chapters 9 and 10 and part of 11. And so, Doc, if we could get morning manna in front of millions of Christians that have
been taught that Israel is a country in the Middle East that can is allowed to do anything
it wants to do.
If we could get this morning manna in front of them. We could eliminate that false doctrine because
the Word itself, if they would just listen to the Word, the Word would refute what they've
been taught. Well, that's my mission. My mission for 2025 is to take morning manna to millions of people.
Amen. We've got to get this class out to more people. Okay, everybody, I got to go. You
know what I got to do. Got to go work on on the news. Gotta get on my hamster wheel.
Praise the Lord.
Please continue to pray for us
and be sure to join us tomorrow for Faith Friday,
also Communion tomorrow.
And we encourage you to be in preparation
and prayer for that as well.
God bless you, we love you,
and we'll see you on the next edition of Morning Manna.
