This is True News, the truth, the whole truth, nothing but the truth, so help us God. The global geopolitical landscape shifted today, but few people noticed it. America's longtime Middle Eastern allies, Saudi Arabia, politically slapped Joe Biden in the face by slashing oil production and also by indicating that the House of Saud is ready to change dancing partners on the world stage. Goodbye, USA. Hello, Russia. Let's dive into today's news and analyze what happened and what it means to you and me. We will start with this first story published by oilprice.com. OPEC plus to cut oil production by two million barrels per day. Doc, just yesterday, you and I were talking about it and nobody knew for certain what the decision was going to be,
Starting point is 00:01:26 but most of the experts said maybe half a million barrels. Or a million tops. So when the news broke very early this morning, our time, that oil production was being cut by 2 million barrels per day, that was a significant piece of news. Absolutely. And then the White House responded with President Biden saying that the damage it's going to, the OPEC decision today is going to have on gasoline prices.
Starting point is 00:02:13 But gasoline prices in America have already gone up. I was just talking to a friend about an hour ago, and he said gasoline was up 25 cents today in his home state of Michigan. Yes. I read that in some U.S. states today, it jumps 60 cents. And a friend of ours that we talked to earlier today, they're paying more than $6 a gallon for gas out in California. Yeah. So now we expected some sort of cut that was anticipated.
Starting point is 00:02:45 We knew it was probably going to happen. We didn't know the amount. But the two million dollar two million barrels a day is a significant amount. And the reason why it's significant is we have already drained down the strategic petroleum reserve by more than half already. We're releasing a million a day right now. And so we've been doing that now for about, what, three months, close to three months. No, actually longer. Biden has drained out 180 million barrels.
Starting point is 00:03:18 Oh, my goodness. Okay. Well, that's even bigger news then. You know, and President Trump filled our reserve with, you know, it was filled to the top. Right. At the lowest prices. And now Biden is draining it. At the highest prices. At the highest prices. And the purpose of that oil is to provide the country with an emergency supply.
Starting point is 00:03:52 It's strategic. Yes. You know, not just extra, not just, well, it's icing on the cake. No, it's strategic in case all oil gets cut off. That's right. And to have it already down less than half. Daily Mail also had this story, too. OPEC to cut oil production by 2 million barrels a day.
Starting point is 00:04:10 The White House said on Wednesday that it's clear, now this is their wording here, it's clear that the OPEC alliance is aligning with Russia. Now those are important words to notice today after it announced a massive production cut of two million barrels. It stands to be a big boost for Moscow, despite the West's effort to choke off oil and gas revenues as a source of cash flow to fund Russia's illegal invasion of Ukraine. Daily Mail's words. Meanwhile, American drivers could face another increase in gas prices and what could end up being a massive setback for the Biden administration.
Starting point is 00:04:46 Now, a joint statement from White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan and National Economic Council Director Brian Deese said, Biden is disappointed by the short-sighted decision. It comes at a time when maintaining a global supply of energy is of paramount importance. This decision will have the most negative impact on lower and middle income countries that are already reeling from elevated energy prices, the statement read. Yes, and they're reeling from elevated energy prices because of the crazy foreign policy of Joe Biden and the European Union, which has provoked Russia to invade Ukraine.
Starting point is 00:05:27 And then they put the sanctions on Russia, which was the purpose of provoking Russia, because they wanted to drain Russia of its finances, bring it down. And now Russia cuts off the gas to Europe, and then somebody blew up Russia's pipelines and then blamed Russia for doing it. And now Europe has no gas coming to it. And the White House is crying fake tears over
Starting point is 00:05:55 poor countries suffering, paying higher energy prices. When Biden came into the White House, America was energy independent under Donald Trump. The first day he shuts off a pipeline. The very first day. He blew up our own pipeline with his pen. The man is a wrecking ball. Look, Biden is term number three of Barack Obama. Obama's running the show. Because this kind of reckless policies is what Obama did.
Starting point is 00:06:33 For eight years, people would say, why would the President of the United States do that? That's hurting the country. Because it was hurting the country. It was by design. Obama was there to wreck the United States of America. And who did Russia think Obama worked for? Great Britain as a spy. You all remember that?
Starting point is 00:06:59 The pieces are starting to come together. Russia detained Senator Obama on his first trip to Moscow. He was with Senator Richard Lugar, who passed away. Obama was detained by the Russians and held for questioning because the Russians thought Obama was a spy for Great Britain. And why would they think that, Rick? Well, they knew he had a fake U.S. birth certificate. He was born in Kenya, which was under the control of Great Britain at the time.
Starting point is 00:07:37 They had reason to suspect Obama. We've wondered for years, who would Obama work for? Maybe he worked for the queen maybe maybe the monarchy of great britain is the hidden hand behind a lot of these things that are going on right now hence the uh opposition of russia to the uk right now the hints of turning the anglo-saxons yeah turning the UK into a Martian desert. Yeah. And we're going to see more of that here in just a few minutes. So what you saw there in that story from Daily Mail, the White House said, it's clear that Russia is aligning with Saudi Arabia. Doc, that's the big story. The big story is not the cut in production.
Starting point is 00:08:29 The big story is that Saudi Arabia is leaving the USA and getting a new dance partner, Russia. Right. That's the real big story here. This has shifted everything in the world today and the reason for it is called the petrodollar the petrodollar has been in existence since the early 70s here we go again we're back to the 70s aren't we right we're going through the same thing again
Starting point is 00:09:00 it's it's like we're reliving the 70s. So, Richard Nixon was in the White House at the time. Henry Kissinger was Secretary of State. Nixon took the United States off the gold standard. No longer was the US dollar backed by gold. Why? Well, Great Britain was cashing in wanting gold for its money. That's what was happening. Great Britain did it. I don't know if you know that. I heard that from
Starting point is 00:09:41 Pat Buchanan. He was in the Nixon White House. He said Nixon was forced to take the U.S. dollar off the gold standard because Great Britain was cashing in all their U.S. dollars wanting gold. And the U.S. Treasury couldn't keep up with it. Once again, Great Britain. So Great Britain forced Nixon to take the U.S. dollar off the gold standard Henry Kissinger being a pretty shrewd guy I never cared for him never liked him but he was smart okay Kissinger came up with a replacement for gold uranium oil and well yeah and oil and backed by uranium yes yes in nuclear missiles yes yes that's true uh oil so he cut a deal with saudi arabia and he said uh we want all oil deals in the
Starting point is 00:10:37 entire world to trade in dollars to be traded in dollars no matter what country is buying or selling oil it's got to be done in dollars so saudi arabia said buying or selling oil, it's gotta be done in dollars. So Saudi Arabia said, we're in, but what do we get out of this? Kissinger said, the Pentagon will back you. Nobody will ever attack Saudi Arabia. We will defend you. And then Kissinger said, we have another demand.
Starting point is 00:11:04 In return for the military protection, you have to take all of your, not all of it, but you have to take a lot of your excess profit that you're going to make from oil, and you have to buy U.S. debt and finance the U.S. Treasury. That's the origin of the petrodollar, and that is what's been running the world since the early 70s until today. It's a really big day
Starting point is 00:11:34 because Saudi Arabia told Biden, we don't want to dance with America anymore. We're going to dance with Russia. We're also going to dance with Russia. They're also gonna dance with China. And this means the steady decline of the US dollar. And the rise of the petro-yuan.
Starting point is 00:11:55 That's where we're going. Right. So, Doc, well, you read an article today. Do you wanna talk about it? There was about the deal that Biden made. Oh, yes. I came across an article today that apparently on President Biden's trip to Saudi Arabia here back in July, that he had made a secret deal with the Saudis. And the secret deal consisted of that the Biden administration would continue to pull oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, but that they would buy 200 million barrels of Saudi oil to replenish it on the condition that the Saudis would not cut production. Well, that came to a
Starting point is 00:12:47 screeching halt today with the reduction in production that was agreed to by OPEC plus. And so not only have we not replenished the reserve, according to the secret deal, we have not, we have drained it down more than half. The deal was so secret that even Biden's own energy secretary, Jennifer Granholm, didn't know about it for weeks. And when she was informed about it, she had to backtrack on a story on an interview that she had done. And so to have this information come out now, and you're not going to see it in the mainstream press or anything like that. They're not going to talk about it because they're not going to talk bad about Biden slash Obama at all. But the fact of the matter is this has really caused a great deal of concern. The White House was caught off guard by it. They expected some cuts. They did not expect this. This was a slap
Starting point is 00:13:42 in the face to Joe Biden and the Biden administration. There's no ifs, ands, or buts about it. You can't sugarcoat it. You can't put icing on it. This is a bad thing. It is. Doctor, you remember back in the spring, the Saudis wouldn't even answer the phone calls. Yes, initially. Imagine the president of the United States is calling the head of state of a small country, and the small country is refusing to answer the phone. That's how little respect they have for Joe Biden. So what they did today was whatever Biden has said to them in private meetings, he's arrogant, he's hot-tempered. And if he doesn't have a script, he can say anything. Who knows what he said without his teleprompter?
Starting point is 00:14:29 They got even with him today. They got even with him today. In fact, it's caused such consternation that now the two defense ministers are talking to each other. National News is reporting that Saudi Arabia and the U.S. are discussing their military and defense cooperation. I bet they are. Apparently, our Secretary Lloyd Austin called their defense minister. We have this tweet. Now, the Saudi defense minister tweeted this. You know, didn't put it out everywhere else. He tweeted this on Twitter. He said, I received a call from the Secretary of Defense to review
Starting point is 00:15:05 the Saudi-U.S. partnership and discuss joint cooperation between our two countries in military and defense and ways to strengthen it. We also discussed a number of international developments and issues of common concern. Rick, he did this on purpose. He did this to shame the U.S.
Starting point is 00:15:22 Yes. To let them know, you know, we can continue to cooperate. We can continue to work. What are you guys doing stopping it? And he made the announcement on Twitter. Yes. And basically saying to
Starting point is 00:15:37 the Secretary of Defense, you're not that important to me. Right. I'm going to tweet it. I'm not going to even respond to you directly on it. We're not putting out a diplomatic official statement on letterhead. We're doing a tweet. And that's the shame. And what did Lloyd Austin want to talk about? Are we still in the petrodollar? Are we still doing Kissinger's deal? Are we still friends? That's what he's calling about because it's unraveling for the Biden administration. Everything's falling apart for them. Can you name one thing in the world that's going right for Biden? No, I think really hard. No, nothing. It's a disaster. He's a total disaster.
Starting point is 00:16:27 I mean, diplomatically, he's down the tubes with Russia and Europe and Asia. I mean, what positives have been going on, Rick? I wish the Biden people would speak up and defend him. All the people that voted for him, I wish they would defend him. They don't want to. They don't want to be seen with him. All they wanted to do was get rid of Trump. That was all they were interested in, get rid of Trump. Well, you gave us Biden, and the world is in a mess.
Starting point is 00:16:57 USA is in a mess, and the world is facing nuclear war. And this is not funny, how far down we have fallen since January of 2021. So we'll look at number eight. This is going back to, Doc had mentioned Joe Biden going to Saudi Arabia. And there was even some question
Starting point is 00:17:24 on that trip whether he was actually going to go to Saudi Arabia. Because they was even some question on that trip whether he was actually going to go to Saudi Arabia. Because they wouldn't take the phone calls. Right. This went on for months before the Saudis actually finally said, OK, come on over and we'll talk to you. OK, but this is maybe a minute or two of a DW News report from Germany about Biden meeting Mohammed bin Salman back in July. We begin the day with the most anticipated moment in U.S. President Biden's visit to the Middle East. Today, Biden arrived in Saudi Arabia. On his way to greet the king, he was met by the crown prince. It was a five-second exchange that grabbed half the world's attention. The U.S. president greeted Saudi crown prince Mohammed bin Salman with a fist bump. No small
Starting point is 00:18:13 talk, no smiles. Both appeared more than willing to get it over with as quickly as possible. Now, up until today, Biden had refused to speak with the crown prince. Two years ago, as he campaigned to become U.S. president, Biden accused the crown prince of serious human rights abuses, and he vowed to make him a pariah. So why in the world did Biden make Saudi Arabia a stop on his first tour of the Middle East? Biden needs the Saudis' help to bring down oil prices. And so far, they've refused to pump more. Even if they change course, even if that helps bring down the price at the pump for U.S. consumers, what will be the ultimate price? Biden, for many, is now seen as a backpedaling president who just paid a visit to a prince who does not look much like a pariah.
Starting point is 00:19:03 That was July. Yes. And what he was saying was, Biden failed to get the Saudis to pump more oil. Since July to October, it's deteriorated so much that the Saudis said, pump more oil, we're going to pump less. So this is a double slap in Biden's face today. And again,
Starting point is 00:19:36 it's another indication that Joe Biden is a failed president and the people around him are total incompetence. I've never seen anything like this, an administration this bad in my lifetime. We used to think Jimmy Carter's administration was bad. This one's, this makes, this is off the charts, Doc, for disasters, for a president. You know, on that DW report, one of its subtitles for that report was this. U.S. President Joe Biden said the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi was at the top of the meeting when he was received by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in the country's
Starting point is 00:20:17 capital. And so that was a high priority for him, not the energy situation. Remember back in July, you know, even here in Florida, we were paying close to $5 a gallon for gas. Okay. And there was an expectation that he would at least talk to the Saudis about it, but that even DW admitted that wasn't the highest priority for him. The highest priority was the Khashoggi situation. And even now, the Biden administration is still pursuing, you know, whether to give diplomatic immunity to Ben Salman regarding the Khashoggi murder. But you know, Doc, at the heart of it, the Democrats, the green communists, want high prices for energy. They want it because they are persuaded that if energy prices escalate, the middle class Americans will be forced to cut back on energy use, therefore you're gonna save
Starting point is 00:21:20 the planet and fight global warming. That was Barack Obama's policy. He promised in the 2008 campaign, he said, if I'm elected president, electricity rates are going to soar. He vowed that he would bankrupt the coal industry. And he did. Yeah. So this is the policy of the Greens.
Starting point is 00:21:43 The Green communists destroy the energy industry, force the American people to go to electric cars and so forth. Nobody can afford them. Right. Unless you're a Democrat that has your hands into Ukrainian corrupt money. And you still have to use fossil fuels to generate the electricity to charge your car. They didn't think about that, Doc. They only go half the distance of your regular car.
Starting point is 00:22:11 That never occurred to them. I pulled up another story, Wall Street Journal, from March of this year. Saudi Arabia considers accepting the Chinese yuan instead of dollars for Chinese sales. Yeah, Saudi Arabia, now this is back in March, is in active talks with Beijing to price some of its oil sales to China and yuan. People familiar with the matter said, a move that would dent the U.S. dollar's dominance of the global petroleum market and mark another shift by the world's top crude exporter toward Asia.
Starting point is 00:22:43 The talks with China over yuan-priced oil contracts have been off and on for six years but have accelerated this year as the Saudis have grown increasingly unhappy with decades-old U.S. security commitments to defend the kingdom. China buys more than 25 percent of the oil that Saudi Arabia exports. If priced in yuan, those sales would boost the standing of China's currency. The Saudis also are considering including yuan-denominated futures contracts known as the petroyuan in the pricing model of Aramco. And so I bet it's going to be rapidly accelerated now, right, Rick? Oh, there is a major shift today, Doc.
Starting point is 00:23:26 There's another story. This is from Nikkei, a news agency in Japan. I'm not going to go through the entire story. It's quite long, but the headline says it right there. This is today, October 5th. China and
Starting point is 00:23:41 Gulf states, the Middle Eastern states, share an interest in taking digital yuan global. So this is something that's been in the works for a long time. They didn't just come up with this idea today. Right. And so what's happened is they've come up with what's called the bridge, the multiple currency bridge. I guess that's been a roadblock for being able to trade back and forth with all the various currencies. They've completed that now, so that's no longer a hurdle,
Starting point is 00:24:10 no longer a roadblock between China and the Middle East as far as being able to trade in those denominations now. And that happened today as well. That's right. So the U.S. sanctions on Russia, it's backfired because what it's done, Doc, it has shown the nations of the world, if you stand up against the ruling class of America, this is how they will squash you. They will use economic sanctions. People knew it in the past that the U.S. had the power to do it, but they've never seen it done like we've seen it this year against Russia. And there are many countries, leaders in countries throughout the world who are saying, we got to stop this.
Starting point is 00:25:01 Yeah. If they can do it to Russia, they can do it to our country. Absolutely. And so it's terrifying people. They're not willing to come out in the open and talk about it. A few are now. A few are, yes. And so the Gulf states, the Arabs today are swinging to China and Russia. It's a major change. This is a sea change.
Starting point is 00:25:24 This is something that historians look back and mark this date and go, that's when things started to change. So economically, we're going to see a devaluation of the U.S. dollar, higher prices. As the dollar is devalued, prices go up. You have to pay. You need more dollars to pay for things. Right.
Starting point is 00:25:49 Okay. The next one, you know, Russia's actually had a very good day. Oilprice.com, Russia signs fuel deal with the Taliban.
Starting point is 00:26:01 How ironic is this? Russia spent, what, 15, 20 years in Afghanistan under the Soviet rule trying to get Afghanistan under control and to use its riches. And we spent 20 years there ourselves. Trying to get the $3 trillion of rare earth minerals. The only thing we ended up getting out there is opium. And so, and then we left Afghanistan and said, hey, Taliban, you can have the $80 billion worth of military hardware we've left behind.
Starting point is 00:26:33 Another crowning achievement of Joe Biden. And then this today, Russia signs fuel deal with the Taliban. Now, no matter how you feel about the Taliban, and Russia's going to sell its fuel. And it's selling it to Afghanistan. And in this deal... And Russia wasn't looking to sell oil to the Taliban last year. No, they didn't need to.
Starting point is 00:26:57 We forced them to do it. But there's more to this story. Russia could receive agricultural goods as a result of it and resources. Afghanistan will get one million tons of gasoline, one million tons of diesel fuel, 500,000 tons of liquefied petroleum gas, and two million tons of wheat a year. Taliban Commerce and Industry Minister Narudin Azizi announced this week, what Russia will get in return from its cash-strapped partners is much less clear, but it appears that agricultural goods and the prospect of future access to Afghanistan's natural resource wealth could be on the table.
Starting point is 00:27:37 Meaning rare earth minerals. Ironically, Russia will get access to what it fought for many years ago. Yes. Not only is the Taliban doing business with Russia today, the Philippines is swinging over to Russia. That's right, Rick. This is from Arab News. Philippines' Ferdinand Marcos Jr. is open to buying Russian fuel. Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos on Wednesday said his nation may need to turn to Russia to fulfill its fuel needs amid rising global energy prices,
Starting point is 00:28:12 bucking pressure from Western allies for countries to shun Moscow. Speaking to the Manila Overseas Press Club, Marcos, who is also agriculture minister, said the Philippines may also deal with Russia for supply of fertilizer. He said, we take a very balanced view because the truth of the matter is we may have to deal with Russia for fuel and for fertilizer, said Marcos. Well, let's take a look at Europe. They're the people that joined the United States in putting the sanctions on Russia. How's it working out for them right now, Doc? Well, the EU is preparing for possible power cuts and other emergencies as the energy crisis intensifies.
Starting point is 00:28:53 The EU Commission is preparing for power cuts and other emergencies within the European Union amid concerns over the conflict in Ukraine and a possible energy crisis within the bloc. Now, they're talking about because some countries are having access to energy and others aren't. But they call it an energy crisis. Yes. Like energy disappeared. Yes. It's still around.
Starting point is 00:29:17 It just cut it off. Falling Russian fossil fuel exports to the bloc have pushed several EU states to put into effect emergency plans that may lead to rationing as they race to find alternative supplies. Now, the EU is preparing for two different scenarios here. In the first scenario, only a small number of member states are affected by an incident such as a blackout, and other EU states can supply power to the affected members. EU Crisis Management Commissioner Janice Lenarkic was quoted as saying, but if a large number of states are hit at the same time, the bloc's countries would have to cap their emergency aid deliveries to other members
Starting point is 00:29:57 and the Commission could cover the needs through its strategic reserve, she added. So, once again, it's going to be cold. It's going to be cold, and none of this had to happen. They brought it on themselves. We got an email from a friend of ours that lives in Russia today, Rick, and we asked them, you know, how are things
Starting point is 00:30:17 going in Russia? He lives several hours from Moscow. He said, life is normal here. We have plenty of fuel. We have plenty of heating oil. We can buy groceries. We're not starving. Nothing bad is going on right now here in Russia. We watch the news too. And we know that there are people trying to leave to avoid the military draft and everything. But we just take it, hey, the same thing happened in the United States in the Vietnam War.
Starting point is 00:30:46 People were running off to Canada and other places around the world. They didn't want to go in the war. And so it's a different scenario in Russia. Russia's not going to freeze. No. Russia's going to have food through the winter. Russia's not going to freeze.
Starting point is 00:31:03 And just a few hours away, just across the border, there may be blackouts. There may be people that go without heating fuel for weeks at a time. They have to take cold showers every day. But the sanctions were meant to crush Russia. Instead, they are crushing Europe. will the european leaders say we've really made a huge mistake well they're on the same green communism train as joe biden is they're convinced that this is more important than keeping their people warm uh washed and and fed. Yes. They really believe it. RT reporting Russia warns of potential direct military clash with NATO. And they're saying this because of the continued deliveries of weapons,
Starting point is 00:31:59 intelligence, and even personnel to Ukraine, making a direct NATO-Russia confrontation more likely. And this was by diplomat Konstantin Voronstov, and he was telling that to the UN General Assembly on Tuesday. Moscow's envoy was speaking after the Pentagon announced the contents of another military shipment to Ukraine. This one valued at $625 million. Where is Biden getting this money?
Starting point is 00:32:25 Well, that's just it, Rick. No one asked that question. Where does he find that? Does the Congress vote to appropriate this money? That's my question. And does the Treasury say, hey, Joe, we got it? Print up some more? I mean, where is it coming from?
Starting point is 00:32:42 The Federal Reserve. It's just funny money, Doc. We're an empire that's going down. We can print as much as we want. Now, the U.S. is increasing the deliveries of weapons to Ukraine. This is what the diplomat was saying today, providing its military with intelligence information, ensuring the direct participation of its fighters and advisors in the conflict.
Starting point is 00:33:06 Now, Voronstov, he's the deputy head of the Russian delegation, and he spoke this to the General Assembly's first committee, a body charged with arms control and security issues. He said this not only prolongs hostilities and leads to new casualties, but also brings the situation closer to the dangerous line of a direct military clash between Russia and NATO. Voronstov said. Okay, so, Doc, there was a press conference at the Pentagon to announce the new aid, $625 million,
Starting point is 00:33:37 to Zelensky's personal checking account, I mean, to the Defense Department. Honestly, I wish somebody in Congress would demand accountability of all this money sent to Zelensky. You're not going to convince me Zelensky's not siphoning off hundreds of millions of dollars. And he's not the only one. He's sharing it. He's sharing it with his oligarchs. The ones hiding out in London. By the way, somebody told me his wife is hiding in London.
Starting point is 00:34:11 And a lot of wealthy Ukrainian oligarchs are being sheltered in London. How do we even know Zelensky's not in London? We don't even know. We don't know. We have no idea. He's just standing in front of a green screen doing VR. You know the other day when he was signing that declaration on, you know, it's against the law for us
Starting point is 00:34:36 to negotiate with Putin. You and I, we're in the TV business. That was a green screen there. Was it? It was so obvious. When you got the zoom in on it and everything, it was so obvious. It was really almost amateurish.
Starting point is 00:34:50 You could really tell. Well, the people at MI6 should... They should not let the interns run the show. Improve their VR studio operations. But anyhow, in this press conference, let's put number 31 up on the screen. I want people to see this is an actual document from the Pentagon yesterday. Pentagon Press Secretary Brigadier General Pat Ryder
Starting point is 00:35:17 and Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Laura Cooper hold a press briefing. Now, initially it was supposed to be in response about this new aid package. Yes. And to talk about that and things that are being delivered. So there was a couple questions asked by reporters about the HIMARS, the missile launchers that the U.S. is supplying to Ukraine, along with the missiles. And so the next one, we'll see the question and answers. This is extremely telling about what the US policy
Starting point is 00:35:57 is right now. So here's the question. All right, so the question from the reporter was, as you know, Ukrainians would like the next level weapon, namely the ATACMS, to provide distance far into other places, particularly Crimea. Can you kind of help us understand what the administration's position is on these, given what's been said about supporting Ukraine's efforts to restore its territorial integrity? And if there were assurances provided to the U.S. by the Ukrainians on targeting, would that suffice to make that provision? So the Assistant Secretary, Ms. Cooper,
Starting point is 00:36:32 said, so in terms of this capability, but again with other capabilities as well, we're looking at what the battlefield needs are. And it's our assessment that with the existing Gimler's capability that they have on the HIMARS and that we're providing more of with this package that they can reach the vast majority of targets on the battlefield. And so keep that in mind right there. They can, these missiles from the U.S. can reach the vast majority of targets on the battlefield. Now this is going to become more plain in the next question and answer. So the next question from the reporter. Now, this is going to become more plain in the next question and answer. So the next question from the reporter into Crimea, though they can't provide with any of
Starting point is 00:37:10 the weapons that they provided us. So Secretary Cooper, Assistant Secretary Cooper says, we think that they can reach the vast majority of targets, including Crimea. And just to be clear, Crimea is Ukraine. So the U.S. Pentagon is deliberately supplying to the Ukrainian army missiles and launchers that will reach Crimea. Right. If they can reach Crimea, they can reach anywhere in any of the eastern Ukraine republics. But, Doc, that is a clue that Ukraine is about ready to start shelling Crimea. They're just waiting for the bullets.
Starting point is 00:37:56 Because they got the go-ahead from the Pentagon. Right. Also, I don't know if you saw this yesterday, but the Ukrainian military told the Pentagon, we'll let you pick the targets. So the coordination is becoming more close every week. Yeah, so this statement by the Pentagon was not lost on the Kremlin at all. They picked up on it pretty quick.
Starting point is 00:38:22 So Dmitry Peskov there on screen, the Kremlin in response to Pentagon statements on Crimean attacks said the Pentagon statements about possible strikes by MLRS in Crimea confirm the involvement of the United States in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. And this was by Dmitry Peskov, the Russian presidential spokesman. He said such statements, both directly and indirectly, confirm the direct involvement of the United States in this conflict, which creates an extremely and extremely dangerous situation, Peskov said, answering a question about how the Kremlin assesses the Pentagon's statements about possible strikes on Crimea. What they're basically saying here
Starting point is 00:39:06 is that we're saying that the U.S. now is directly involved in attacks on Russian territory. The United States is. And if they're directly involved, then they have directly become a target then. That's right. Did we do number 28? About the...
Starting point is 00:39:30 Cleverley? Cleverley? No, we didn't. basically Secretary of State of Great Britain. And he made a comment about how Great Britain would respond to the use of nuclear weapons in Ukraine. Right, so they're having the Conservative Party of Congress right now are gathering in the UK this week. And so all the new leadership are speaking. James Cleverley, the UK Foreign Secretary, told Conservative Party
Starting point is 00:40:05 members on Tuesday that the government was ready to join any Western response should nuclear weapons be used on the battlefield in Ukraine. Pointing to what he saw as Russian President Vladimir Putin's sequence of strategic errors, Mr. Cleverley said that any use of nuclear weapons would lead to consequences. He said, quote, we need to make it very clear that his sequence of strategic errors has got to stop, he said on a panel. We will continue to support Ukrainians in the defense of their homeland and stand up for the international rules and norms. Now, when he was asked how Britain would respond to the use of tactical nuclear weapons by
Starting point is 00:40:45 Russia, Mr. Cleverley told a fringe event at the Conservative Party conference that he could not go into detail, but there would be a response. It would inevitably be the case that the use of nuclear weapons by any country anywhere in the world would not go without a response. I'm not going to discuss the nature or the threshold. Well, we do know how far the UK would go. Liz Truss told us, right? She said she would push the button.
Starting point is 00:41:11 She would push the button. So we know how far they would go, that they would use nukes in response. She also said, I am a huge Zionist. Yeah, she said that the other day. She's bragging about it. These two things go together, Doc. There is a connection in this war. The next one, I want to go down to number 37,
Starting point is 00:41:33 Naval News. New images reveal Russia's missing submarine, Belorod, in the Arctic. And then we have a follow-up story on the Daily Mail. So new satellite images are showing Russia's Poseidon carrying a 600-foot submarine lurking in the Arctic. Now new satellite images show Russia's huge nuclear submarine allegedly carrying apocalypse and doomsday weapons lurking around the Barents Sea as fears grow that Vladimir Putin is planning to carry out a nuclear test. The nearly 600-foot Belgorod submarine has disappeared from its home
Starting point is 00:42:11 base in the Arctic Circle and may be on the way to the Keras Sea to test the Poseidon nuke, a NATO warning note leaked over the weekend suggested. Satellite images published by Naval News that you just saw show the submarine is currently operating on the surface in the Arctic. That's what was seen in the White Sea leaving, I'm not even going to try that word, a city in North Russia a few weeks back. It was later spotted in the Barents Sea on September 27th, 2nd and 27th. The Bellegarde, I think they misspelled that, which is in the region of 30,000 tons,
Starting point is 00:42:46 is the largest built submarine in the world since and armed with the Poseidon nuke. Poseidon is a drone that is said to be capable of traveling huge distances underwater before detonating with enough force to trigger a 1,600-foot nuclear tsunami designed to drown and irradiate coastal cities. The U.S. Navy has described the weapon as an intercontinental nuclear-powered, nuclear-armed autonomous torpedo with incredible range and hard-to-kill performance. Now, according to Russian media, it is capable of traveling up to 6,000 miles underwater before exploding a nuclear warhead in its nose with the force of two megatons, more than 130 times the size of the bomb dropped on Hiroshima. That would
Starting point is 00:43:31 create an irradiated tsunami up to 1,600 feet high designed to drown coastal cities and leave them a nuclear waste ground, state media claims. Bottom line, the nuclear torpedo sub is apparently on assignment and getting ready for action. Where that target's going to be, as I said yesterday, they're suggesting that Putin is going to do a display of its power. Choose a place in the ocean and generate a 1,600 foot tsunami just to prove that he can do it. I don't think he's going to do it.
Starting point is 00:44:18 I don't think he has to demonstrate anything. I think he's just going to pick a target. So, obviously, NATO is worried. They're watching this. They're watching the submarine. How do we know they only have one? They're building a fleet of them. For all we know, there's one off the coast of Florida. There's one off the coast of Washington, D.C. We don't know right now with what's going on. The Brits have figured out how Russia blew up their pipeline.
Starting point is 00:44:48 Oh, really? Mystery's been solved. Yeah. Yeah, those Brits, they're very smart. And so here's the telegraph in London. It says, Russia may have packed explosives into the Nord Stream pipelines during construction. Oh, so they were planning on blowing it up
Starting point is 00:45:06 while they were building it. Yes. You talk about conspiracy theories. The telegraph. That's Bigfoot level stuff. Telegraphs should be deplatformed. They should be taken off all social media for spreading war disinformation.
Starting point is 00:45:23 Hey, there's a new one, war disinformation. Well, isn't war mostly disinformation? Of course it is. Well, let's just pretend that the Telegraph has figured it out, and let's read their conspiracy theory. All right, so it says that Russia may have packed explosives onto the Nord Stream pipelines while construction was being finalized last year, said the former head of Ukraine's state energy company.
Starting point is 00:45:49 Gazprom brought in its own construction ships to complete work on a final section of the pipeline around the Danish island of Bornholm after U.S. sanctions forced a Swiss contractor to pull out. The suggestion was that Russia had sabotaged in recent days. Andrei Kobalov, who was CEO of Naftogaz up until 2021, told the Telegraph, you know, it could have been the result of explosive devices planted well in advance as a sort of insurance measure. He said that it was common practice in Soviet times to build explosives into key infrastructure in case it was captured in war. Now, knowing that many of these guys are ex-KGB, we shouldn't be surprised that they use this as a standard, said Mr. Kobyiv. He said that all gas and oil pipelines are equipped with highly sensitive
Starting point is 00:46:37 sensors that would normally detect any interference with the line once it is up and running. Even in Ukraine, we have such sensors. Gazprom, with all its money, will have installed more sensitive ones in Nord Stream 2. He said, adding that such equipment is sensitive enough to answer the questions we are asking. But the noise of final construction work could have given the company the cover to place explosives on both Nord Stream 2 and the already operational Nord Stream 1, he believes. The most important thing to have is construction noise that you can use to hide your actions. Oh, that wily old Putin. When he was building the pipeline, he was packing it full of C4.
Starting point is 00:47:22 Even though I could shut it off at the other end. Well, if I could shut it off, why would I blow it up? It's crazy stuff. It's conspiracy theory. And they just throw it out there saying, maybe they'll believe this. Conspiracy theory. Guess who wants to have nukes
Starting point is 00:47:39 in their country? Poland. Yes. They're asking Great Britain, no actually this is, we'll do this one first. Great Britain and Poland to pool missile development for their land. Yes. So Britain and Poland are investigating possible cooperation in the development of surface launched long range missiles in the development of surface-launched long-range missiles in the latest step toward strengthening their ties in the defense sector. The two nations announced their intention to take a look at forming a partnership at the end of a visit October 5th to Poland by British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace for talks with his Polish counterpart, Maruz Blaszczak.
Starting point is 00:48:20 And so which two countries? The United States, UK, and Poland. Once again, Britain is involved. This thing keeps coming back to Great Britain. Yes. They're far deeper involved in this war than we realized just a week ago. The statement by Putin about the Anglo-Saxons, it's really opened up my eyes to see how many times Britain is mentioned in these stories.
Starting point is 00:48:51 But we were kind of overlooking it prior to last week. Now, the next one about Poland wanting nukes. So Poland's discussing hosting nuclear weapons with the US. This is coming from President Duda. Poland is open to hosting nuclear weapons with the U.S. This is coming from President Duda. Poland is open to hosting nuclear weapons and has discussed the idea with the U.S., President Duda has revealed. The head of the ruling Law and Justice Party, Jaroslaw Kaczynski, says he fully supports the idea as well. In an interview with the Gazeta Polska weekly,
Starting point is 00:49:20 Duda was asked about the idea of nuclear sharing, a NATO system under which countries that do not have their own nuclear weapons to host those from others that do. Now, there is always a potential opportunity to participate in the nuclear sharing program, responded Duda. We have spoken with American leaders about whether the United States is considering such a possibility, and the issue is open. The president emphasized, however, that this would not be a nuclear weapon under the control of Poland.
Starting point is 00:49:48 Participation in nuclear sharing does not imply having your own nuclear weapon. Now, after the interviewer pointed out that other countries which now have nuclear weapons began with nuclear sharing, Duda replied that while this must be viewed in terms of the distant future, I firmly believe that Poland will strengthen its security
Starting point is 00:50:07 That must be our long-term goal Isn't that nice? They want to share nukes Yes Kind of like a Mr. Rogers proposition in the neighborhood Let's share Would you like to share my nukes? Well, that's not going to happen Russia's not going to allow that to happen because it has
Starting point is 00:50:25 what, a 2,000 mile, 1,500 mile border with Poland? Mm-hmm. You're going to have the same situation that you had with Ukraine. You're going to have Russia attacking Poland. Right. Russia's not going to stand by and let the U.S. or
Starting point is 00:50:41 anybody park nuclear weapons in Poland. They're just not going to let them do it. So who do you think suggested to the president of Poland, why don't you ask us for nukes? That'll get Putin mad. Speaking of Poland,
Starting point is 00:51:00 Poland is demanding 1.3 trillion euros from Germany for World War II reparations. Right. Now, we talked about this story a few weeks ago, but now they've put it in writing. They're formally asking for 1.3 trillion of euros. This is going to be interesting to see how this plays out. Don't you find this odd? Yes.
Starting point is 00:51:27 In the middle of all this going on. All this fighting going on and Poland says we want nukes and we want German reparations. Okay, I'm going to tell you where I'm going with this. Because
Starting point is 00:51:43 as I said a few minutes ago, after Putin said the Anglo-Saxons blew up our pipeline, I have not stopped thinking about this since last Friday. What is Great Britain's role? How deeply involved is King Charles. We just saw a few minutes ago, Poland and Great Britain are working out a missile sharing proposal. They're going to help each other with their defense. Great Great Britain has had a long time relationship with Poland. And Doc,
Starting point is 00:52:30 both World Wars, World War I and World War II were over Germany. I'm starting to think World War III is over Germany. And Great Britain's doing it again. They're taking out Germany.
Starting point is 00:52:49 Hadn't even considered that before. This hit me today. This hit me today. And something else. Remember the other day when we had that cut from Bloomberg and had that Jeffrey Sachs on where he was blaming the pipeline? Who did he suspect was behind the pipeline? What two countries did he name?
Starting point is 00:53:09 The U.S. and Poland. That's right. It bugged me the other day when he said that. I said, Poland? Why would Poland even enter into the conversation about the pipeline? Why at all? And then you start tying these stories in.
Starting point is 00:53:30 Now you really begin to start questioning, well, wait a minute, what is really happening here? Is Poland an extension of British foreign intelligence? Okay, so World War I was Britain against Germany. Right. World War II was Britain against Germany. So World War II was fought over, you know, I mean, part of the reason was the rise of Hitler was, Hitler came to power because of the economic sanctions that Britain put on Germany after World War I.
Starting point is 00:54:12 Economic sanctions. He said, hey, we've been destroyed as a country. We can't breathe, they're choking us. That eventually led to World War II. Great Britain was deeply involved in World War II, obviously. Is World War III that's going on right now another attempt by Great Britain to crush Germany? Germany's manufacturing base has been destroyed. Yes.
Starting point is 00:54:43 And they've based... Coming up this November, December. They're going to shut their factories down. That's right. And now all the countries in Europe that are likely to suffer the greatest as far as modernization is concerned,
Starting point is 00:54:58 what's the one country that will suffer? Germany. Germany. Is King Charles behind this war? I hadn't even considered that before. Hungary is still receiving gas, you know, has its own deal for gas from Russia. You gave them an exemption. They talked about that today. Poland has a lot of its own natural resources to continue to keep the heat on.
Starting point is 00:55:19 Germany is the one place that has shut down everything and is continuing to shut down everything. And their economy is going to be in free fall for at least several years, even if we recovered today. I hadn't considered that before, Rick, that this is an opportunity to pick Germany apart.
Starting point is 00:55:35 Who put it in the minds of the Polish leaders? You should ask Germany for reparations. And you better do it now because the banks are going to clear it out pretty soon. Well, it's more pressure on Germany. I mean, at the wrong time to hit Germany on reparations for World War II.
Starting point is 00:55:57 But somebody, somebody, and then somebody's telling Poland, hey, we'll give you nukes. You could use those nukes on Germany. Just in case. There's a lot more going on in this war than this superficial reports we're getting into news media. Do you think we took a 75-year break after World War II and we're just kind of resuming things here?
Starting point is 00:56:28 Yeah. World War II was the continuation of World War I. Right. World War III is a continuation of World War II. And not just in Europe. We're talking in Asia and other parts of the world too. Yeah, because we're going to swing over to Asia right now.
Starting point is 00:56:43 But before we get there, just two more on Russia. Putin gives order to take the facilities of the, what's the, Zaporozhye? Zaporozhye, a nuclear power plant under federal control, Russian control. I heard Russian pronounce it Zaporozhye. Yeah, I've had different versions. I've heard Zaporozhye, Zaporozhye. Yeah, I've had different versions. I've heard Zaporozhye, Zaporozhye. I'm just going with what... You're doing it the Missouri way.
Starting point is 00:57:11 Yeah, the Missouri way. And so I dare anyone else to pronounce it. But this is a big deal here because basically, you know, we've talked about how this... They just nationalized the nuclear plant that Ukraine is trying to blow up. Right. And so in this, Ukrainians have a response. What's the response? Well, you know, if the Ukraine says this is part of Ukraine, what would you think they'd want to do?
Starting point is 00:57:36 They'd want to protect it, right? No. The leaders in the district around the nuclear power plant, this is number 52 for control, said that Kiev is preparing a provocation with flooding of that nuclear power plant. And what they plan to do, Rick, is they plan to blow up dams and hydroelectric stations along the river. According to the Russians, that's what the Russians are saying. That the plan is to flood the nuclear power plant at Zyprasaya. The Ukrainians plan to flood it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:11 Blow up their own dams. Blow up their own dams. Blow up their own infrastructure. You can blow up your own, I guess, and flood a nuclear power plant. Does it sound like a wise thing to do, to flood a nuclear power plant? Well, the Ukrainians want NATO to come into Ukraine. They need a nuclear disaster. And they're doing everything that they can to create one.
Starting point is 00:58:36 And that's why Putin had to federalize it. Yes. So by federalizing, he can bring in Russian troops, not just local troops, Russian troops there to protect the power plant. And because he's claiming ownership of that region, that's one of the regions he annexed, he said he would defend it by all means. And I think that train, the military train,
Starting point is 00:59:00 is moving with the nuclear hardware on it. I think it's moving to the Russia-Ukraine border, and I believe they're going to just line up the nuclear launcher stock and point them at Kiev and say... Come and get it. Come and get it. You want to fight?
Starting point is 00:59:19 We're ready to fight. Now, we'll swing over to Asia. The last couple of articles and show you what's happening there. South Korean missile misfires creates a fireball on a golf course. This is reported by June Ang Daly in Seoul, South Korea. So a short-range ballistic missile malfunctioned and crashed shortly after being launched from a South Korean military base last Tuesday night during a joint drill by South Korea and the U.S.,
Starting point is 00:59:47 and that's according to the Joint Chiefs of Staff. In its initial 7 a.m. press release, the JCS said that South Korea and the U.S. each launched two U.S.-made Army tactical missile system surface-to-surface missiles beginning about 12.50 a.m. on Wednesday, which accurately hit mock targets and demonstrated the Allies' capability to deter further provocations. Now, this press release made no mention of a South Korean-made missile fired more than an hour earlier, which crashed almost immediately after its launch. So these missiles were fired basically in response to the North Korean missile that had
Starting point is 01:00:23 been fired the day before. Towards Japan. Over Japan. A story that a lot of people missed because in Japan, they were hiding out in fallout shelters. Had their air raid sirens blowing. Right. And so they were taking this very seriously. And you see, but it's things like this, a missile accident.
Starting point is 01:00:44 What if that missile had gone off course and landed in North Korea? We'd be in a full-fledged conflict right now because North Koreans won't mess around. They'll just start shooting anything that moves. I wonder if there was a hole in one when it hit that golf course. There was a hole afterwards in one. Definitely. Next one, Nikkei News Agency, Tokyo. U.S. aircraft carrier moves towards Korean waters as a warning to North Korea.
Starting point is 01:01:10 It's talking about the USS Ronald Reagan. Yeah, this is an interesting story, and we're going to pair it with the next one here. The U.S. aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan is redeploying near the Korea Peninsula. South Korea's military said Wednesday in a show of mind aimed at deterring any further North Korean activity one day after Pyongyang fired a ballistic missile over Japan. Now, the nuclear-powered carrier and its strike group recently left the Sea of Japan after joint exercises with the South Korean Navy
Starting point is 01:01:39 and Japan's Maritime Self-Defense Force late last month. The very rare redeployment aims to demonstrate the resolve of the South Korea-U.S. alliance to respond sternly to any North Korean provocations, Seoul said in a statement. Now, another story out of Jiang Daily. Same ship, USS Ronald Reagan does a U-turn after the Norse missile. So Ronald Reagan is turning around and coming back to the East Sea to respond to North Korea's launch of an intermediate-range ballistic missile over Japan on Tuesday. The aircraft carrier's U-turn, which the Seoul Joint Chief of Staff described as highly unusual,
Starting point is 01:02:20 is meant to strengthen the joint South Korean-U.S. readiness and showcase the steadfast determination of the South Korea-U.S. alliance to respond sternly to North Korea's continuous provocations and threats, according to the JCS. Now, if that was the purpose of it, to stop North Korea from doing it, we've just got an update here just a few minutes ago that North Korea has launched another suspected ballistic missile. This has just been within the past hour or so. It said North Korea has fired an unspecified ballistic missile toward the EC on Thursday after a U.S. nuclear power aircraft carrier was redeployed to the EC the previous day in a show of force. And so we're just going to keep going back and forth
Starting point is 01:03:04 up and down in response here. So, but... What do you think is happening here, Doc? It's, you know, once again, North Korea, it goes through cycles with North Korea. I think they're just building up once again, once again. Now they've had this most recent successful missile launch, could have easily been a nuclear tipped. And even that distance off Japan, just a few degrees of elevation, they could hit any target as far away as Guam. And that includes anywhere in South Korea if they wanted to.
Starting point is 01:03:39 And so, of course, I love South Korea and I hate to see anything happen to it, but these continuing escalations. You know, just a few years ago, Donald Trump was walking into North Korea. Yes. And it looked like suddenly, you know, we might actually— We might have a peace treaty with North Korea. I mean, we might be doing business with North Korea. But now we're back to the same old, same old,
Starting point is 01:04:06 where every week it's a new escalation and it's a new provocation, a new threat. I don't defend North Korea, but... Donald Trump was a major threat to the military-industrial complex of this country. He didn't want to go along with their agenda. They had to get rid of him. That's the major reason to get rid of him, Doc.
Starting point is 01:04:29 That's the number one reason. He didn't want to go along with the military-industrial complex. They wanted war with Russia. They wanted war with North Korea. They wanted war with China. And he was reaching out to Russia. He was reaching out to Kim Jong-un. He would have eventually worked out a deal with China.
Starting point is 01:04:55 They had to get rid of him because he was messing up the wars. Hillary Clinton was supposed to be there. We were supposed to have these wars. She's the queen of war. It didn't work out that way. They had to get rid of him. Now they got Joe Biden in there. We were supposed to have these wars. She's the queen of war. It didn't work out that way. They had to get rid of it. Now they got Joe Biden in there who everybody knows isn't the President of the United States.
Starting point is 01:05:13 It's Barack Obama who's running the country. And we have war. And we're going to have some really big war coming up pretty soon. So, look, Doc and I just gave you 65 minutes of very serious news, information, analysis about World War III.
Starting point is 01:05:37 No other newscast or podcast in the world will do today what we just did for you.
