Starting point is 00:00:00 The following program is made possible by the faithful prayers and financial support of listeners just like you. To find out how you can help, visit www.truenews.com. This is True News. The truth, the whole truth, nothing but the truth. So help us God. I'm Rick Wiles. A high-level Russian banker with close ties to President Vladimir Putin was found dead in his Moscow apartment along with his wife and daughter. The mysterious mass murder comes at the same time Western allies vow to send more lethal weapons to Ukraine to kill Russian soldiers.
Starting point is 00:00:53 Doc Burkhardt and I have more information about the war in Ukraine that is becoming more serious each day. So, Doc, this story, I found it this afternoon. We're going to show you the news of Australia. Ex-Kremlin official found dead in Moscow apartment
Starting point is 00:01:14 alongside wife and daughter. You know, I always like for the American audience just to flip it around. If that headline said ex-White House official found dead in Washington apartment along with wife and daughter, it would be a major story in the United States.
Starting point is 00:01:30 Right, they'd be leading with it, as they say, if it leads, it bleeds, it leads. And so in this particular case, he was not only a Kremlin official, but he was also the vice president of Gazprom Bank, one of the Russian banks that's still not under sanctions yet. And so it's, through the years, Gazprom Bank, one of the Russian banks that's still not under sanctions yet. And so it's, through the years, we've talked about dead bankers a lot,
Starting point is 00:01:54 you know, how they end up being found dead or on the sidewalk or something like that. So we have another dead banker story. So a former Kremlin official in Gazprom Bank, Vice President has been found dead in his elite $3.5 million Moscow apartment by his 26-year-old daughter, police have reported. Alongside the body of multimillionaire Vladislav Avayev, 51, was his pregnant wife, Yelena, 47, and younger daughter, Maria, 13. Investigators are keeping an open mind on the 14th floor massacre carried out with Avayev's pistol and investigating any links to his work and personal life. The bodies, all found with gunshot wounds, were discovered by the couple's distraught adult daughter, Anastasia, wherein she entered the apartment after failing to get a hold of her
Starting point is 00:02:36 family. And so further along in the article, they make the suggestion that perhaps Avayev killed his wife and daughter and committed suicide. That's the suggestion that they have. But we've learned over the years that when bankers die, there's usually another reason, and there's other connections and everything. And so it's interesting. Any thoughts on where this is headed, Rick? And we probably never will know anything because over the years I've never seen any details come out about the numerous bankers who have died mysteriously since 2008.
Starting point is 00:03:14 I used to keep a running log of dead bankers, and it got to the point where I couldn't keep up with the numbers. I mean, I couldn't keep up with the numbers. Right. You know, I mean, I couldn't keep up with the stories. There were so many. It got over 100 bankers since 2008. And often they fell off the top of buildings or stair steps, you know, over stairs. Well, the only thing I thought about with this was that Gazprom Bank is the only bank yet that's been sanctioned. That has not been sanctioned. Has not been sanctioned by the West.
Starting point is 00:03:47 And the first thought I had when I saw this was that this is a message to Gazprom Bank, you know, that, hey, you're not, you know, beyond the reach of the West, let's say. Possible. But we don't know, as you said. We don't know. Well, Joe Biden, Boris Johnson, and Justin Trudeau today pledged to send more lethal military weapons to Ukraine to fight Russian soldiers. Right, and they're upping the ante a little bit here, Rick, by sending howitzers. That's one of the things that we'll be talking about here in the next few minutes. BBC is also reporting this, that Kiev's allies pledge more weapons to help win the war.
Starting point is 00:04:26 And so the U.S. and other allies vowed to send artillery, anti-tank, and air defense aid to Kiev during a 90-minute video call on Tuesday. Ukraine says it needs the weapons to help defend itself as Russia launches a new campaign in the country's east. Clashes there have marked what Ukraine leader Volodymyr Zelensky said was the start of the battle for the Donbass. This will become an artillery conflict. And you're going to see this several times in our reporting today.
Starting point is 00:04:52 U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson said in Parliament after meeting with other leaders, they, Ukraine, need support with more military. That is what we will be giving them. And speaking to reporters in New Hampshire, U.S. President Joe Biden confirmed that Washington would also be sending Ukraine more artillery, heavy guns deployed in land warfare. In Berlin, Chancellor Olaf Scholz said Germany was providing finance to enable Ukraine to buy anti-tank weapons and ammunition from German arms manufacturers.
Starting point is 00:05:30 The aim is to strengthen the Ukrainian military such that it can push back the Russian attack, he said. Meanwhile, the Czech Republic said it would repair Ukrainian tanks and armored vehicles when they are damaged in conflict. So you've got more and more involved. But just so you understand where this is headed, they're taking up another step right now, aren't they? They sure are. So Germany gave Zelensky a credit card today. Right. Today, your credit application has been approved. You can buy more weapons. Right. And as long as they're made in Germany. And the Czech said, hey, your service agreement has been extended. We're going to keep repairing your tanks and everything. And it even comes with training.
Starting point is 00:06:05 That's right. Because we will send soldiers to another country to train your soldiers in that country. They can go back and use the weapons. And that's exactly what Stripes is reporting. Stripes is saying U.S. troops to train Ukrainian forces on howitzers in coming days. And this is important to know on the howitzers.
Starting point is 00:06:25 This is a step up in the weaponry that we've been sending. We've been sending stingers and javelins. Now we're sending in heavy artillery in the next step. American troops will train Ukrainian forces in the coming days on how to operate U.S. howitzers as the Pentagon sends them 18 of the cannons as part of the latest $800 million in military aid, a senior U.S. defense official said Monday. The training, which will occur outside Ukraine, will teach Ukrainian forces to operate the 155-millimeter howitzers. They will
Starting point is 00:06:59 then return to the fight and train other Ukrainians to use the American cannons, the official said. The aid package includes, hey, a bonus of 40,000 artillery rounds as well. They said we've made some progress in terms of setting up some training for Ukrainians, the official told reporters at the Pentagon. These are train-the-trainer sessions, so training trainers outside of Ukraine is coming in coming days on the howitzers specifically. Rick, do I hear kind of a repeat of history here a little bit? Because didn't we do that with Vietnam? Didn't we do that with Afghanistan? Didn't we do that with Iraq?
Starting point is 00:07:37 We take people out of country and we train them and then bring them back in country. Have we not learned our lesson, or do we think that we just keep repeating the same thing over and over again, and we'll get different results? They're not trying to learn anything. They're doing exactly what their plans call for. It's not a matter of, gosh, we forgot that didn't work. It's their goal goal it is their plan
Starting point is 00:08:06 okay it's the way they operate i'm talking about the ruling class of america the western nations and uh you know russia today accused the united states and the west of stalling the ukraine war by sending the weapons and um this is Sergei Shogun, the equivalent to their chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the gentleman on the right. Remember a month ago, Western media was saying he had disappeared. They were somewhere even saying he was dead.
Starting point is 00:08:41 Yeah, possibly dead. But there he is, He's back. So that propaganda story didn't work. So Russia Defense Minister Sergei Shogun is accusing the United States and other Western countries Tuesday of trying to delay the course of the war in Ukraine by sending shipments of weapons to Kiev's military. Shogun made the comment while meeting with top military brass. Meanwhile, Russia's military has launched a new full-scale offensive in eastern Ukraine. Increasing volumes of foreign arms deliveries clearly demonstrate their intentions to provoke the Kyiv regime to fight
Starting point is 00:09:16 to the last Ukrainian, Shogu said. Doc, my own opinion about this is Putin and Lavrov and Shugoo are not going to allow NATO to pull Russia into quicksand. Because that's what they're trying to create in Ukraine. Right. NATO doesn't care about the Ukrainian people. No no they never have they got them killed if they cared about them they never would have caused this war to happen they don't care about the ukrainian people yeah they've displaced nearly eight million ukrainians in other countries which was probably a goal in itself right there empty out the country so you can use the country for other purposes. Right.
Starting point is 00:10:08 And to bleed Russia. Yes. But I'm just not convinced they're going to bleed Russia. That's where I'm at. Russia is doing some math right now and saying, we are not going to let the West determine how the course of this war is going. NATO would like this to become Russia's Vietnam. Right.
Starting point is 00:10:28 And where Russia just gets bogged down by just losing soldier after soldier after soldier, bleeding the country out physically and emotionally and financially to the point where, you know, either the people overthrow Putin or Russia collapses, just can't carry the weight of the war anymore. And I think Putin knows that's the plan, but he's not going to go there. Now, yesterday or today, Sergei Lavrov, the foreign minister, said Russia's not going to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine.
Starting point is 00:11:06 And I believe that that's an accurate statement when it was made. But tomorrow's not yesterday. People change their minds. I believe that when he said it, he meant it. We don't intend to use nuclear weapons. But that was yesterday, and tomorrow's another day. And where this is going, yesterday Russia flew a convoy, an armada. It was like a convoy in the air.
Starting point is 00:11:38 It was like an aerial convoy. What was it, 10, 12, 14 nuclear bombers? Yes. Across the Ukrainian airspace. These were nuclear bombers, not just bombers, nuclear bombers. And they were sending a very strong message. When you send the TU-160s over, the message you're sending is, we can deliver here.
Starting point is 00:11:58 That's right. Look up. These bad boys can drop some serious bombs on ukraine i don't think putin is not somebody who makes idle threats uh he doesn't make threats he gives warnings and then he carries out his action right if you don't heed the warning he carries out the next step and so yesterday when they flew the nuclear bombers over Ukraine, that was the warning where they were saying, up until now, we had no intentions of using nuclear weapons,
Starting point is 00:12:33 but we're starting to think about it. And you ought to think about it too, Mr. Zelensky, because we're not going to stay in this war for a year, two years, three years. We're going to end it and and we're going to end it fast that's where i think the russians are going do you think they care what the west will think about them if they nuke ukraine they don't care no what are we going to do just like nato doesn't care what happens in ukraine They don't care if Ukraine gets nuked. They really don't. What is NATO going to do?
Starting point is 00:13:07 Put sanctions on Russia? Call them names? What are they going to do? Are they going to go to war? Are they ready to do that? No, I don't think they're ready to do it. It's not in NATO's interest yet for an all-out war with Russia. The plan is to bring Russia down, not go to nuclear war.
Starting point is 00:13:34 So it's a very dangerous strategy that NATO is playing with the lives of people. That's what drives me crazy, these Western leaders. They're so arrogant. They're demoniacs that they plot and scheme how to start wars, how to lay traps for nations, how to provoke nations to go to war.
Starting point is 00:14:01 They plot this over decades. There's probably a manual on a shelf somewhere and says, this is how we're going to lay this one out. Well, it is. We know that they planned this way. Wesley Clark back in 2001. Oh yes. He listed the seven nations in 10 years. And they were pretty accurate. With Iran being the last one. So they do plan long range for wars and it's totally demonic. This war could stop today
Starting point is 00:14:35 if NATO would stop sending the weapons to Ukraine and tell Zelensky get to the peace talk table right now and work something out. Zelensky, get to the peace talk table right now and work something out. Zelensky's only doing what NATO tells him to do. Yes.
Starting point is 00:14:53 He's a clown, a professional clown. I'm not calling him a name. He is a clown, a professional clown. That's what he did for a living. Yes. He made obscene music videos. He's a vulgar, foul-mouthed comedian. And he pretended to be a president in a TV show before he got elected as the pretend president of Ukraine. Yes. The TV show in Ukraine was
Starting point is 00:15:19 he was a comedian who played in a TV show as the president and got elected. And in real life, he's a comedian who got elected and he's pretending to be the president right now. He's a clown. He's a puppet for NATO. He doesn't care about his own people. He's getting his people killed. Right. But I think he's emptying out Ukraine for bigger Israel. Well, he says. Qasaria.
Starting point is 00:15:54 Yes. And he's said as much. And so, you know, the Christian Zionists for years, they've talked about revived Roman empire. What we ought to be talking about is a revived Khasaria Empire. Because that seems to be what's happening here. A revived Khasaria Empire. Look, he's the one who said Ukraine's going to become
Starting point is 00:16:14 bigger Israel. I didn't say it. I'd never heard of this. Until weeks ago, I had never heard of a plan to move Empty out Ukraine. empty out ukraine and then relocate the people occupying palestine and move them to ukraine yes i had never heard of that plan until about two weeks ago yes but we documented that it does exist whether they carry it, I don't know if they're going to do it.
Starting point is 00:16:46 We're just following the story as we go. But Russia does not have an unlimited military supply. Unlike NATO, NATO can continue to print more money and send more weapons and everything. Russia does not have the ability to do that. And so they're going to be calculating their cost and saying what is going to be in the best interest of Russia. Not defending Russia. I'm just saying that's what they're going to do that. And so they're going to be calculating their cost and saying what is going to be in the best interest of Russia, not defending Russia. I'm just saying that's what they're going to be doing. That's why this next article is so important. And actually changed this headline from earlier today. Earlier today, the headline Russia issues surrender or die
Starting point is 00:17:19 ultimatum and News Australia changed it later on. Russia calls on Ukrainian forces to immediately lay down arms and give up Maripol. I guess they felt like that was a softer headline to be sending out. It was, and I saw that, you know, surrender or die, and I thought, wow, I've got to check this out. So I went to some of the Russian websites and translated them, you know, through Google Translate to
Starting point is 00:17:46 English. And actually, the stories, the news stories in Russia, the Russian military told the people and the armies, yes, we do not have any desire to destroy your city and kill the people. We want to treat you humanely. Yes, they were asking them to surrender. Put down your arms. We give you our word that nobody will be harmed if you put down your arms. We will provide medical care. That's not the surrender or die ultimatum. That's not surrender or die but that's what they had earlier on the site yes and so uh but if you dig into the article none of that is actually said in fact it goes on to say russia on tuesday called on ukrainian forces to immediately lay down arms and issued a new ultimatum for the defenders of the besieged port city of maripol to give up
Starting point is 00:18:42 the russian defense ministry's warning came after Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky announced late on Monday the start of a new offensive by Moscow that is focused on the east of the former Soviet state. We once again call on the Kiev authorities to show reason and give the corresponding orders to fighters to cease their senseless resistance, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement. But understanding that they will not get such instructions and orders from the Kyiv authorities, we call on the fighters to voluntarily take this decision and lay down their arms.
Starting point is 00:19:20 The statement made no direct mention of a new ground offensive in eastern Ukraine. And so I'm not seeing surrender or die in that. No. But. Well, they are telling them surrender. Right. But they're not saying you're going to die. But if you continue, your death awaits, Doc, to what we were saying a few minutes ago, the West wants to pull Russia into a pit of quicksand that they can't get out of.
Starting point is 00:19:57 I think Putin's too smart to step into that trap. What weapons do they use to end the war? To me, they only have thermobaric, you know, kind of the Moab, mother of all bombs, sucks all the oxygen out of your lungs. Hypersonic missiles that they could deliver, but that's more for long range. Right, that's long range, you know. So is that and tactical nukes, Moabs and tactical nukes. All right, so Lavrov said we're not going to use nukes, but they just flew about 12 nuclear bombers over Ukraine yesterday. Was that to say we're rethinking our position?
Starting point is 00:20:39 How do they end the war quickly without just pulling out and going home? Because he's not going to do it. Putin is not going to give up. He said that they're there to denazify the country, to remove the Nazis from the Ukrainian army. Zelensky is propped up by a military, a Ukrainian military that is pro-Nazi. The West is supporting a Nazi military. That's the truth, folks. That's not an exaggeration.
Starting point is 00:21:16 It's not propaganda. It's self-confessed by the troops themselves. They'll tell you. You go to Ukraine, they'll tell you that they're Nazis. They're not pretending. They'll tell you. You go to Ukraine, they'll tell you that they're Nazis. They're not pretending. They're real Nazis. There's a video floating around on Twitter today that there's an offensive between Russian troops
Starting point is 00:21:33 and Ukrainian troops. Don't know if it's true or not, but it does catch your attention where the Russian troops holler out, Sieg Heil! And a couple of Ukrainian troops pop up and do the salute and they get shot. Don't know if that's true or not.
Starting point is 00:21:48 Probably not. But it does illustrate that, you know, the idea that Russia is in this because they have a long memory with the Nazis. What do you think they're going to do? I think at some point they're going to have to use tactical, I'm not endorsing this, that Russia, because they can't
Starting point is 00:22:04 continue to bleed forever, they're going to have to use a strong force to end the conflict where it wakes the West up, shocks the West. And the only really solution to that is probably going to be a tactical nuke on a prime military target. I hope it's not a civilian target, but it would probably be a prime military target. I don't think they want to kill Zelensky, but it would probably be a prime military target. I don't think they want to kill Zelensky, but they do have to say, we are in this. We are serious about this. We plan to end this. Because this war could end today if the spigot from the West was shut off.
Starting point is 00:22:39 That's right. That's it. If that pipeline from the West was shut off, they'd send a billion a week. We don't even know if Zelensky is in Ukraine. Right. For all we know, he's in a studio somewhere in a Western country. Yeah, he might be in Poland, he might be in Estonia. He could be anywhere.
Starting point is 00:22:58 He could be in the United States. He could be in Langley. We don't know where he's at. I don't think he's in Ukraine in a war zone. I just be in Langley. We don't know where he's at. I don't think he's in Ukraine in a war zone. I just don't believe it. I've seen too much deception in the past 24 years, and I just don't think he's doing it. Another story I found today, I found it in one of the Israeli papers, Jerusalem Post. Sunken Russian warship may have carried a Christian relic true cross piece. And this is an interesting story here.
Starting point is 00:23:32 The Russian warship that sunk during the military operations against Ukraine last week may have been carrying what is claimed by some Christians to be a fragment of the cross that Christ was crucified on. In 2020 it was decided that a Christian relic, a piece of the true cross, would be carried on the Mosque. Archpriests of the Russian Orthodox Church of Sevastopol District, Sergei Kalyuta, told Russian state media outlet TASS. And so in a lot of Orthodox areas, there is a big focus on relics and icons.
Starting point is 00:24:06 It's very important to their faith, very important to their tradition. And this article, this item from the True Cross is something that's been handed down and brought to Crimea back at the very foundation of the establishment of Christianity. So it has a long, long history. Yes, so the piece of wood that was in the chapel,
Starting point is 00:24:31 there was a chapel in the worship. Right. An Orthodox Christian church chapel in the worship. Imagine that. They had a church on a battleship? Well, America would have a gay bar, a transgendered tattoo parlor. I'm just trying to imagine that, but you're right.
Starting point is 00:24:53 Well, that's where we're at. We're a bunch of wicked pagans. We Christians are now living in a wicked pagan culture. And our military has been taken over by the pagans. And very few people have done anything about it, including the soldiers, who know better. They know what's being done is wrong,
Starting point is 00:25:15 but they won't oppose it in the United States. So you had an Orthodox chapel on the ship. So there's a chapel on the ship, and in the chapel was a relic, not a human relic, but a fragment of wood that the Orthodox Church said was from the cross on Calvary. The story was that Helena, mother of Constantine. She was a great Christian woman, and she sent expeditions to Palestine when her son was the emperor.
Starting point is 00:25:57 And they gathered up various artifacts that the Christians in Palestine had preserved for hundreds of years. Supposedly, they had the cross that Jesus was crucified on. That's the story, okay? I can't verify. I'm just, that's the story. So that cross was then divided up and spread out to churches. So many, many churches claim to be in possession of a piece of wood from the cross of Calvary. That's what's supposed to have been in the chapel on the ship that sank last week in the Black Sea. So it's an interesting story. Again, you see the Russians, it's about Christianity.
Starting point is 00:26:57 The West is backing Ukraine, led by a Christ-hater, a profane, vulgar, obscene guy. What am I talking about? Well, the Western tech companies have scrubbed the videos, but there may be places out there that still have Zelinsky's vulgar videos. But he was an obscene, vulgar comedian before the war started,
Starting point is 00:27:29 before he became, got the acting job as president, okay? I've heard of acting presidents, but he's a president who's acting, okay? But he was just an obscene guy. So the West is backing a Nazi military led by an obscene, vulgar comedian. And the other side is a Christian nation that takes their faith seriously. And Crimea, which is part of Ukraine, was until a few years ago, is where Christianity originated for all of Russia. In Ukraine, in Belarus, in that whole area. So the Christians in Russia, they see this war as, they see a religious connotation to this war.
Starting point is 00:28:39 I don't like thinking about war that way, but I understand where they're at. They believe their survival is at stake, that the West is I understand where they're at. They believe their survival is at stake, that the West is coming. Putin said it today. He said, this is no longer about, forget the exact words he said, you know, about NATO, like possible scenarios. He goes, this is real. They're coming. They plan to take our country. I mean, that's where they're thinking now. NATO's right at the door. We have to fight in Ukraine. So if you're a young Russian soldier, what are you being told? Fight for mother Russia. The Western pagans, the homosexual loving, gender bending pagans from the West are going to invade Christian Russia. That's what the soldiers are being told. And it's not, it's not incorrect.
Starting point is 00:29:38 That's right. And the fact that Mr. Putin would say that also triggers the ultimatum within Russia itself. The only time they said that they would ever use nuclear weapons if they felt that their existence itself was threatened. And so they're at that point. On other parts of the world, this is from the UK, the Times in London. It says, ISIS urges jihadists to strike Europe and Israel while the West is distracted by Ukraine. I didn't know newspapers, they still have comics.
Starting point is 00:30:13 This is on the comic page, right? No, this is, they have to resurrect ISIS again. I think this is what the third or fourth time. ISIS, yes, okay, ISIS. You mean the imaginary terrorist group that was trained and funded by the United States and Israel and Saudi Arabia, that ISIS? And how many times have we wiped out ISIS?
Starting point is 00:30:40 I can think of at least twice, two different presidents saying that ISIS. They just come back, They just keep multiplying. They just grow their legs and arms back. So the Islamic State Terror Network has declared a new global offensive. Oh, it's global. Oh, yeah. Against Europe and Israel in a bid to avenge the death of its leader in a U.S. special forces raid earlier this month.
Starting point is 00:31:00 So in a message timed for the holy month of Ramadan, the group told its jihadist supporters to take advantage of the West's distraction with the war in Ukraine to stage terror attacks while the crusaders are fighting each other. Fresh from the Mossad propaganda unit. And doesn't ISIS stand for Israeli State Intelligence Services, if I remember from the book? Yes, that's what it stands for. So there is no ISIS. There was only a—there were fighters. Yes. Okay?
Starting point is 00:31:33 They were murderers that the CIA and Mossad rounded up and paid them. And they wore masks before everyone wore masks. Yes, they were wearing masks long before because they really were killers. But there's no such thing as ISIS, okay? ISIS is the Israeli State Intelligence Service. All right, that's a fact. It's Khazarians dressed up as Muslims. I don't know what else to call it.
Starting point is 00:32:08 Khazarians dressed up as Muslims. Some of them six, seven foot tall with red hair. Killing Christians and making people hate Muslims. Yes. So it's an old trick. It's been done for years. I just, when I see it, I just laugh at this stuff now. The propaganda has become so ridiculous that,
Starting point is 00:32:31 it was years ago, I would have read that story. I would have said, oh, look at this, Doc. ISIS is going global. This is bad, really bad. After they'd been wiped out. Well, back before they got wiped out. The second time? Yeah, you know, I don't buy it anymore.
Starting point is 00:32:48 I gave up on all that stuff after Al-Qaeda. Once I saw how fake the Iraq war was, I mean, people died, it wasn't fake. It wasn't like crisis actors. They killed people. But the propaganda it wasn't like crisis actors. They really killed people. But the propaganda was, they had fake news. And, you know, Al-Qaeda, again, another outfit of just mercenary murderers for hire. Initially funded by the CIA.
Starting point is 00:33:26 Yeah, so the CIA trained Osama bin Laden and then they wrote him out of the movie. But how do we know he's dead? We don't know. He could be living, he could be living, you know, French Riviera.
Starting point is 00:33:43 They buried a Muslim at sea. Yeah, he could be living on the French Riviera. They buried a Muslim at sea. Yeah. He could be living on the French Riviera and he's got a new face. They gave him a face transplant. You know, it's all fake.
Starting point is 00:33:55 We're living inside a Masonic matrix. It's all fake. The only thing that's real is Jesus Christ and the Word of God and the Kingdom of God. Everything else this world has is fake. The only thing that's real is Jesus Christ and the word of God and the kingdom of God. Everything else this world has is fake. And you need discernment to know
Starting point is 00:34:11 how they're fooling the people to keep the world in control. Next story. This was great news yesterday. TSA will not enforce COVID mask mandate on planes and public transportation after a court ruling. So Judge Mizell here in Florida, federal judge appointed by President Donald J. Trump. She said the CDC overstepped its authority, really overstepped its authority. And she struck down the mask mandate on public transportation. And it was only minutes after that ruling came down that all the different airlines and transportation services,
Starting point is 00:34:56 they were issuing statements about, well, there's no mask mandates and everything. Even Uber, because if you rode in an Uber, you had to wear a mask too. And where did the federal CDC get the legal authority to tell Uber, which is privately owned automobiles. Uber doesn't own one car.
Starting point is 00:35:18 The cars are owned by private individuals. Where did the CDC get the authority to order private citizens to wear a mask if they hauled somebody from this point to that point? Where did they get the authority to do that? They didn't get the authority. Uber went along with it. Uber went along with that.
Starting point is 00:35:39 And pretended they had the authority. Pretended they had the authority to do it. And so if that's the case, if they really believed that the mask saved lives, then they would have kept the mask in place privately, right? If they really believed it. But they didn't believe it because within minutes, all these different outfits were dropping mask mandates.
Starting point is 00:35:59 So the air suddenly is clean. I have a theory. I have a theory that the judge is going on vacation next month. And she just says, I'm not wearing a stupid mask. I'm getting rid of that mandate. I want to share a couple videos with you, Rick. This first one, this is, I don't know what airline this is. I couldn't find out from the video.
Starting point is 00:36:19 But in mid-flight, a pilot came out of the cabin, got on the speaker on the plane, and announced to the passengers in flight that the mandate had been lifted yesterday. Let's watch this. April 18th, the Biden administration announced that the Transportation Security Administration will no longer enforce the federal mandate requiring masks in all U.S. airports and onboard aircraft. Finally! Effectively, immediately, masks are optional for all airport employees, crew members, and customers inside U.S. airports and onboard aircraft.
Starting point is 00:37:01 So we were bound by a piece of paper. Yes. Or a piece of cloth. And so another one, and this one is, I think you'll enjoy this one, Rick. This is another flight. And once again, they're in mid-flight. They get the announcement. And this is the response only of the passengers but of the flight crew. About ready to have a revival meeting. Oh yeah, sing it lady.
Starting point is 00:37:38 But you know, the White House though, even though they've said they're not going to fight the ruling, they've said that today,'re not going to fight the ruling, they've said that today, they're not going to fight the ruling. Peppermint Patty Jen Psaki had some words to say in response to Mr. Ducey's questions in the news conference today. Listen to what she had to say today, Rick. In hospital capacity, we feel, still feel that is entirely reasonable based on the latest science and public health decisions shouldn't be made by the courts. They should be made by public health experts. So again, I can't, I'm not going to get ahead of the department.
Starting point is 00:38:16 No. So what she said was, and this is important because she said that decisions like this should not be made by the courts, but by public health experts. Okay. Let's go along with that, Pepper and Patty. Then what about Roe versus Wade? Because isn't that based on the courts? It sure is. Okay.
Starting point is 00:38:39 So if you want to carry that argument out, let's carry that argument out. You want to go it out all the way? Then that's where it takes you. But they're not going to do that, are, let's carry that argument out. You want to go it out all the way, then that's where it takes you. But they're not going to do that, are they? No, they're not. And that was aboard Air Force One. I wonder, do they have to wear masks on Air Force One? Well, as a matter of fact, Mr. Biden today said they would maintain masks on Air Force One for the time being. Yeah. So what, another week? We'll see when he's not wearing a mask anymore. It's so stupid. It is. People are so done with it. They're just done. But the poor children in a lot of schools in the country are still wearing masks. Little children in elementary school. So they had an
Starting point is 00:39:18 Easter hunt at the White House yesterday. No one was wearing a mask there. Not one person was wearing a mask. You had 30,000 people that showed up for the event. Do you know about the Easter bunny there yesterday? Yes, I saw the Easter bunny was guiding the president away. The bunny wasn't the real Easter bunny, no. No, he wasn't the real Easter bunny. He didn't think he was. There was somebody in that suit,
Starting point is 00:39:43 and it wasn't the Easter bunny. And do you know why somebody was in that suit and it wasn't the Easter bunny. And do you know why somebody was in that suit? It was a White House staffer. To keep the president? Yes. Every time somebody started to ask Joe Biden a question, the Easter bunny appeared and broke up the conversation. Yeah. And one, the Easter bunny is standing in front of the president waving like this. So who in the White House came up with that strategy i don't know but it was a great idea for president grandpa joe biden and so that's that's that's where they're at that joe biden is so feeble and senile they have to they have to have a white house staffer dressed as eas Easter Bunny to block citizens from asking him questions
Starting point is 00:40:28 because he may babble out something about his hairy legs or corn pop or whatever. Remember corn pop? Corn pop. Who could forget corn pop? But rest assured. Yeah, yeah. While we're talking about sinality here, allegedly Biden told Mr. O, the big man, you know, the big man,
Starting point is 00:40:50 the guy that gets 10% of every deal that Hunter Biden gets talking about Big O, the big man. It's not Pops. It's Obama who's the big man. I hope people start thinking about this go just go back last week that video of obama in the white house and biden walking around nobody paid attention to him everybody was hovered around obama tell me who was the big man obama the investigators need to
Starting point is 00:41:21 start thinking about obama was the one getting the 10 percent of every deal Hunter Biden made with the communist Chinese. Right. Well, anyhow, supposedly, according to The Hill, Pops told Mr. O, the big man, he's going to run for reelection in 2024. In other words, he told his boss that, you know, that he's going to run again. Right. And that's why that's going to run again. Right. And that's why Obama's laughing. Really, Joe? He said, you silly old fool. You don't even know what room you're in right now.
Starting point is 00:42:01 So nobody takes this seriously. I don't know why the hell put this out. Do they really think people believe that story? Yes, they do think people believe that story. Oh, okay. All right. People believe it then. While we're talking about senile politicians, a story was published last week.
Starting point is 00:42:18 Diane Feinstein is now so mentally unfit to serve that even Democrats are whispering, what are we going to do about Diane? Now, this isn't Fox News reporting this. This is the San Francisco Chronicle. They can't hide it anymore. No. So this is pretty much saying she's toast.
Starting point is 00:42:40 So when a California Democrat in Congress recently engaged in an extended conversation with Senator Dianne Feinstein, they prepared for a rigorous policy discussion like those they'd had with her many times over the last 15 years. Instead, the lawmakers said they had to reintroduce themselves to Feinstein multiple times during an interaction that lasted several hours. And rather than delve into policy, Feinstein, 88, repeated the same small talk questions like asking the lawmaker what mattered to voters in their district. The member of Congress said with no apparent recognition, the two had already had a similar conversation. It really is a sad situation when they keep trotting out these older politicians because they don't have a team. They don't have anyone else that they can put out there.
Starting point is 00:43:32 But if we had term limits, she wouldn't be there. Right. Term limits will fix this. And President Biden had a comment about Dianne Feinstein later today, too. I don't have that one ready. Well, he endorsed her, and he said she's sharp as a tack. And then he put his hand out in the air to shake her hand.
Starting point is 00:43:54 She wasn't there, you know. This is an interesting story I read this morning at CNBC. Billionaire Peltz draws Republican mega donors to a $5,000 a plate fundraiser. I wonder if you can have seconds. You have to pay $2,500. Fundraiser for Democrat Joe Manchin. Now, this fundraiser drew some big GOP donors, including Blackstone CEO Steve Fortzman and the Home Depot founders Ken and
Starting point is 00:44:26 Ghosn and Bernard Marcus. It happened here in Palm Beach County, south of us. Wall Street veteran Nelson Peltz hosted a 5,000-plate fundraiser for Senator Joe Manchin at the billionaire's sprawling Florida estate last month, where several top executives said they privately hoped the conservative Democrat would switch parties and run against President Joe Biden in the 2024 election. That's what I thought was very interesting. Yes, CNBC has learned. Peltz, who is a co-founder of Investment Fund Tron Partners, hosted Manchin along with at least 50 executives for lunch aimed at raising funds for the West Virginia lawmakers' re-election campaign, according to someone who attended the event.
Starting point is 00:45:06 Now, although Manchin told the group he plans to run for re-election for the Senate, to the Senate as a Democrat, a small group of donors at the event privately said they hope he changes party and runs for president as a Republican against Biden in 2024 instead, the attendee said. Now, Rick, that Republican field is going to be interesting if that happens, isn't it? Well, would Joe Manchin get in the race if Donald Trump is running in 2024? And that's the real question. I mean, that's the elephant in the room, isn't it?
Starting point is 00:45:42 Right. So, I mean, we know Governor DeSantis is not going to run for president if Donald Trump is running. Right. Okay. That would leave, the only Republicans who would run would be somebody like a Mitt Romney,
Starting point is 00:45:56 which is going to go nowhere. Right. Okay. Maryland's outgoing governor, Larry Hogan, liberal, rhino, Republican. He's talking about running. He's going nowhere. Nobody's going to vote for Larry Hogan.
Starting point is 00:46:14 Not in the Republican primaries. What do you got left? You would only have rhino Republicans running against Trump. Right. But this morning when I read that article it's the first time I thought about Joe Manchin. A, you know, the media paints him as a conservative Democrat. He's really a moderate Democrat. He's not
Starting point is 00:46:39 conservative. He's a moderate. He's a good guy. I like him. But he is pro-abortion. Right. Okay. So I mean he's he's socially he's he's fiscally conservative. He's a moderate. He's a good guy. I like him. But he is pro-abortion. Right. Okay? So, I mean, he's socially, he's fiscally conservative. He's socially leftist. Okay? But he's well-liked in West Virginia. The Manchin family has been around for a long, long time. I lived next door to West Virginia most of my life when I grew up in Maryland. And so the Manchin name is kind of like Bush,
Starting point is 00:47:10 you know, in New England. He, Joe Manchin, I never ever thought about Joe Manchin. I mean, I thought about him switching parties. I'm surprised he hasn't done. I think after the- He's in a position of power right now. Yes, right now. But I think after the election, if the Republicans take the Senate,
Starting point is 00:47:32 I think he's going to switch parties. Why would he stay in a minority party Democrats with a bunch of wacky, crazy leftists? Okay? Where's he going to go? He's going to be a minority member on any committee he's on. If he switches parties, he can become chairman of a part of a committee. Yes. But that is easy for
Starting point is 00:47:54 me to envision. But I was surprised by the idea that these wealthy donors, Republican donors, right. Met with him in Palm Beach County and encouraged him to become a Republican and run. It didn't say run against Trump, but run as a Republican means run against Trump. Yes. Now, now. And doing that in Palm Beach County. Yes. That's important.
Starting point is 00:48:19 Now that becomes a, honestly, that becomes a different dynamic in a 2024 race, and I could see moderate to liberal Republicans uniting behind Manchin. He could be a serious challenge. He really could. Yeah, I never considered him to be, you know, in that category of thinking of him in terms of presidential or anything like that. I mean, right now he is being courted so much by Republicans. So is Christian Sinema as well. They've been courting her too. But to see this going on, here's another possibility. Why doesn't he run for president as a Democrat? Well, he'd never get through primary.
Starting point is 00:49:10 He'd have to run as a conservative communist. I mean, you have to be a communist to be in the Democratic Party now. Pretty much, right. Unless you're from West Virginia, you can still get by, you know. If I could get the primary in West Virginia, that'd be the only place you'd get it. That's it. That's it.
Starting point is 00:49:30 But, no, you can't win a primary, Democratic primaries. You certainly can't get the nomination today if you're not a far leftist socialist. So when you see things like this, the $5,000 plate dinner, and to do it in Palm Beach County, I mean, that's Donald Trump's turf down there. They're sending a message down the street to Mar-a-Lago and saying, hey, we're looking at Joe Manchin here. Mr. Trump, what are you planning to do? Are you going to enter the race, or are you going to sit this one out? If Donald Trump doesn't run in 2024, I think the strongest Republican ticket in 2024, if Donald Trump decided not to run,
Starting point is 00:50:18 I think the strongest ticket, and it could be in either combination, president and vice president, Ron DeSantis and Tucker Carlson. It wouldn't matter which one's president, which one's vice president, okay? A DeSantis, Tucker Carlson ticket would be unbeatable. I think you're right. And Tucker Carlson's name has come up in the past
Starting point is 00:50:42 as a possible vice presidential candidate. Remember just a couple of years ago, that private conversation with Tucker Carlson when President Trump visited North Korea. Yes. And they were floating out the ideas, will Tucker Carlson be a replacement for Mike Pence? So they've already put that out there in the political atmosphere. So it wouldn't be on the realm of possibility I can tell you folks those of you who are outside of Florida
Starting point is 00:51:09 I'll tell you how Floridian conservatives feel about Ron DeSantis we'd love to see him as president as long as he could stay governor of Florida we don't want to lose him as governor of Florida if he would just quit having cabinet meetings in Israel.
Starting point is 00:51:26 He only did that one time. He only did it one time. But he did do it. Yeah, but he didn't do it again. And he became a really good governor. I think he got off to a rough start. But he became a really good governor. He has grown in the job.
Starting point is 00:51:40 Some people grow in the job. And he has grown in the job. And he's an excellent governor. And I mean, I'd love to see him in the job. And he has grown in the job, and he's an excellent governor. And, I mean, I'd love to see him in the White House, but I don't want him to lose. I don't want him to leave Tallahassee. And, like, remember Bill Clinton? They wanted him to become president of Arkansas.
Starting point is 00:51:59 Didn't want him in Arkansas anymore. So I don't know. Has anybody ever done that, served as president and governor? Is that possible? I don't know. I don't know. Has anybody ever done that? Served as president and governor? Is that possible? I don't know. I don't know. A couple more stories before we wrap it up here.
Starting point is 00:52:10 New York Post, a professor has won a lawsuit against a university over using preferred pronouns. And this guy's been in a battle for years over this particular situation.
Starting point is 00:52:23 An Ohio professor won $400,000 after suing a university over the academic institution's demand that the professor use a student's preferred pronouns. The student approached me after class and said that he wanted to be referred to as a female, and I tried to find an accommodation with the student. I was willing to use his proper name, female proper name, and initially the administration was willing to go along with that, but then the administration changed course and demanded that I defer to the ideology
Starting point is 00:52:55 that I refer to the student as a female, and I simply could not do that, Shawnee State University Professor Nick Merriweather told America Reports. I mean, he couldn't, the guy's a man wearing a dress and he couldn't call him a woman. Well, how about, I can't lie. That's just basic. It's a woman. No, it's a man.
Starting point is 00:53:18 Or a man. In a dress. A man in a dress. I mean, and so, but he obviously had deeper, it was a deeper situation for him because he says, I believe that God created men and women, male and female, but also the idea
Starting point is 00:53:34 that my speech could be coerced, could be compelled by the administration. The college classroom is to be a place of debate and discussion and freewheeling ideas. The university has no place in telling professors how they are to think with the students. It was a coercion of my freedom of speech. And so... Well, he won.
Starting point is 00:53:54 Yes, and he did. And so based in Portsmouth, Ohio, Shawnee State University reportedly punished Meriwether back in 2018 for not addressing a transgender student with the student's preferred gender pronouns. The university said that it was Meriwether's job to use such language and therefore not First Amendment protected speech. That was the university deciding that, Rick. Meriwether pushed back, arguing that officials at the university violated his rights when they compelled him to go against his Christian beliefs. And so at the heart of this is what he believes about his faith. This is a faith issue for him.
Starting point is 00:54:31 And this is a lesson that we all should take away from this. Don't be afraid to speak the truth. Speak the truth in love, but speak the truth. And don't call a man a woman when he's a man. I mean, you're lying. It's a lie. It's a lie. God made man male and female.
Starting point is 00:54:55 Right, there's no confusion about that. Genesis says that. Jesus affirmed it in the gospels, affirmed the creation of men and women, and so there's not another option. You can try to read that into the Bible. You can try to bring in other religions. You can make it up with, you know, an etch-a-sketch. But the idea is that in the scriptures, it was male and female. No other options. Look, we have to just stop letting them gaslight us because that's what's going on.
Starting point is 00:55:29 All right. The lefties are mentally unstable. They're just sick, mentally sick people. I don't know what, and I mean it. They are mentally ill people. Doc, people that are men dressing as women. Right. All right. Demanding that others women. Right. All right.
Starting point is 00:55:45 Demanding that others call them women. All right. People that are giving hormones to children to change their sex. Without the parents' permission. Without the parents' permission. The child doesn't even know what's going on. This is the mark of a society that has gone insane. And those of us who still hold on to our sanity, we need to stop it.
Starting point is 00:56:12 I'm talking about stop entertaining their delusions. When they talk about it, we need to say, you're crazy. Don't back up and go, I better not say anything. They're need to say, you're crazy. Don't back up and go, oh, I better not say anything. They're transgender. No, you're crazy. You're crazy. You're crazy as a bed bug. You're crazy.
Starting point is 00:56:33 You're mentally ill. You need help. You're not a woman. You're a man. You're not a man. You're a woman. We have to say it. We have to tell people, you're mentally ill.
Starting point is 00:56:48 You need deliverance. You need help. OK, society is going berserk, going crazy. We today to run a business, to manage an organization, because so many people are mentally checked out. They're gone. They're just gone. And it's becoming increasingly difficult to manage any kind of organization because people are losing their minds. All of the structures that hold up society have fallen through. And the people, those of us who are still holding on to a moral compass and moral standards, we have an obligation to stop placating these people. We've got to stop pretending that they're okay.
Starting point is 00:57:55 They're not okay. They're mentally ill. And you have people in other countries like in Russia that are looking at us saying, they've lost their minds and they've got nukes and they can shoot those nukes yes they've lost their minds and they're in control of nuclear weapons they're not normal anymore I mean Biden released his economic report today do you know what the number one word was in the report? Gender.
Starting point is 00:58:27 Gender. Yes. An economic report. Yes, an economic report. It wasn't inflation. It wasn't food scarcity. It wasn't shortages. It was gender.
Starting point is 00:58:41 47 times. They're obsessed with sex. Yes. They are obsessed with sex. They're perverts. They're obsessed with sex. They're just perverted people. And they're trying to pervert the whole nation and the whole world. So they feel normal. Yes. They won't feel normal until everybody else is abnormal. Yes. that's what they want. They want everybody to be perverted so that they feel normal. You said it, Doc.
Starting point is 00:59:10 That's really what's going on. They can't stop until everybody has been perverted. Then the perversion has become normal. We have an obligation to resist it. One more, no, two more stories here. I'm over my time. I'm not going to go through all the details. Next one is Bloomberg. Jonathan Lieberwitz is struggling to get an audience. Because that is his name. Jonathan Leibowitz. Not Jon Stewart. It's Jonathan Leibowitz.
Starting point is 00:59:49 He's struggling to find an audience. He came back, new show, and it is a total failure. This is Bloomberg. Streaming services have already proved that they can produce Oscar winning movies, Emmy worthy dramatic series and high profile live sports. But there's one genre that the new wave of home entertainment platforms have yet to figure out. Talk shows. Well, call us, John. We know how to do them. We've been doing this one for 23 years and we're not struggling with our audience. It goes on to say, witness the current stumbles of John Leibovitz. His Apple TV Plus show,
Starting point is 01:00:36 The Problem with John Leibovitz, which debuted in September, has failed to gain traction. Yes, traction. So, sorry, cut that off there. Yeah, what happened to the action? All right. How bad is the hemorrhaging of viewers? Look at this. Last fall, about 180,000 U.S. homes
Starting point is 01:00:57 saw the show's first episode within the first seven days, according to measurement firm Samba TV. By the fifth episode it had dropped to 40 000 homes down 78 percent from the premiere season uh by contrast episode on in march of hbo's last week tonight with with John Oliver was seen in 844,000 homes. So Leibowitz went from 180,000 homes on his first night. Five nights later, he's down to 40,000 homes.
Starting point is 01:01:35 If he continues to fall, he will be as low as CNN Plus with only 10,000 viewers. I wish CNN, yes, should called me and asked me for my advice on how to have a successful streaming talk show. Really? Yes. We've done it for 23 years. The audience keeps getting bigger.
Starting point is 01:01:58 We're financially solvent. And nobody wants to give us any credit for it. Warner Media pulled the plug on the advertising support for CNN Plus today. Did you hear that? The advertising support? Yes. So they know it's going down in flames. They could hand out leaflets at a bus station and get more people than CNN. Did you hear that Elon Musk offered $50 for CNN Plus? Did he? Oh, I just thought, what is worth? Hey, one more story.
Starting point is 01:02:32 This is from the sun. Flying cars. Finally. I love it. I want a flying car. So this is from the sun, the headline, Inside Wild Plans for Roads in the Sky Fit for Future Flying Cars.
Starting point is 01:02:46 So flying cars and roads in the sky will be a big part of our future, according to experts. Sky Roads, a German tech company, is developing the infrastructure to give flying cars routes and communication tools that will make urban flying not just possible but safe and reliable. Now, of course, the implementation of all this means the further implementation of 5G. You're going to need 5G to manage all the data and all the information that you're going to have necessary to keep all these cars
Starting point is 01:03:16 from hitting one another in the sky. I founded Skyroads with one goal, making flying accessible for everyone, CEO Corvin Uber told The Sun in an exclusive interview. Skyroads envisions a future where cities are populated with EVTOL aircraft flying overhead, electrical vertical takeoff and landing planes that will ascend and descend in a straight line.
Starting point is 01:03:39 There will be takeoff and landing zones called vertiports scattered throughout cities in high volume areas. It goes on to say these vertiports internal processes, clearing landing pads for the next vehicles, timing the EVTOL's charging processes, preparing vehicles for the next set of passengers will mesh down to the second with the arrival of vehicles, Uber told The Sun. Essentially, Skyroads will act as the eye in the sky and see that the vehicle's flight plans are not just geographically accurate, but also extremely precise in timing.
Starting point is 01:04:12 A feature, Uber noted, is not currently available to planes. So under these conditions, urban flying will be much more seamless than ground-based traffic, more like a train going along in its route to a subway stop rather than a car meandering and rerouting through roads and tunnels. So will we see flying cars? Well, I don't know. Everybody's seen the Jetsons, of course, the 60s cartoon and everything. The Jetsons was set in the year 2062, okay? And George Jetson was a 40-year-old man in that. So if you start doing the math, George Jetson was born this year in 2022.
Starting point is 01:04:53 That's true. To be in 2062. So how long will it take before we see flying cars? All my life I wanted to see flying cars. But who knows how long it's going to take. Will it be 40 years? It could be a lot faster than that. They need 5G to make all these things happen.
Starting point is 01:05:09 The Internet of Things, flying cars, all this. They have to have 5G. 5G is taking them longer than they anticipated. I was there at Barcelona when they announced 5G. They told us back then it would be up and running by 2020. And we're now 2022. It's starting to appear in some cities, but much slower than what they anticipated. My thought, Doc, is you want to look at the sky as much as you can right now. Because?
Starting point is 01:05:48 Video record it. Take pictures of it. Probably 10 years from now, you'll be telling your children and grandchildren, I remember when the sky only had birds and ducks? Because there will be cars and drones. And many more satellites. Yes. The skies will be filled. There will be highways.
Starting point is 01:06:15 You won't be able to sit on your porch and have any privacy because there will be a highway in the sky. There will be so many flying cars, it'll look just like an interstate going past you. Different lanes at different levels. That's what this company's putting together. Not just one road, many roads.
Starting point is 01:06:40 Many, many, going different directions. And there will be so many drones doing surveillance and deliveries that I don't think there will be any place left in the world in 20 years that you can actually see the sky. That's where they're taking it right now. Where I'm taking me is home. Thank you for spending this time with us. Love you very much.
Starting point is 01:07:06 Appreciate your prayers and your support.
