Starting point is 00:02:37 about the bird flu we start off today this article is from reuters and you can see this here. This is published today. Bird flu strain raises alarm as H5N1 virus kills South American wildlife. We've been following this story now since the bird flu news has been developing since the first of the year here. The deadly H5N1 bird flu virus has spread more aggressively than ever before in wild birds and marine mammals since arriving in South America in 2022, raising the risk of evolving into a bigger threat to humans, according to interviews with eight scientists. Of more immediate concern is evidence that the disease, once largely confined to bird species, appears to be spreading between mammals and this strain has already killed a handful of dolphins in chile and peru and some
Starting point is 00:03:31 50 000 seals and sea lions along the coast and at least half a million birds region wide now to confirm mammal to mammal transit transmission scientists would likely need to test infections in live animals and And it's almost certainly happened, said Richard Webby, a virologist at St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Memphis. It's pretty hard to explain some of these large infections and die-off without having mammal-to-mammal spread. And it's just a matter of time before you will detect the first South American strain in North America. And that's coming from Alonzo Alfaro Nunez, a virologologist at the University of Copenhagen. So this bird flu story is now developing into a full-blown concern for virologists and those that are watching this.
Starting point is 00:04:22 And as I mentioned earlier, we've been following this since the first of the year when the news of a massive die-off in South America first broke. Doc, I've been following it since the early 2000s. Oh, that's true, too. Because I've always had this suspicion that at a certain time we were going to be hit with a global bird flu pandemic. There was a big scare campaign in the early 2000s, and they were preparing vaccines for it. And then it kind of went away. And we've seen the bird flu story resurface.
Starting point is 00:05:01 But now it's back, and this one's serious. We actually covered this several months ago. Remember the odd story about sea lions in South America and that they were having convulsions? Right. The story didn't say bird flu, but I said it when we reported it. I said, this sounds like there's a virus, a bird flu that's but it's a bird flu that's causing the sea lions to have convulsions. Right. They didn't make the connection then. But this story today does. Yes, it makes it. And so it makes the direct connection and says that the die-off there was because of a bird flu infection among the sea lions. That's right. And next article, scientists troubled after mass death of animals from bird flu.
Starting point is 00:05:57 My worst fear is an adaptive mutation. Now, this is a quote from a U.K. scientist, and it actually comes from an article published by The Guardian in London. Bird flu confirmed among mass subarctic Antarctic region as the highly contagious H5N1 virus continues to spread around the world. And researchers previously reported that the mass deaths of seals and that a number of elephant seals on South Georgia Island, a U.K. overseas territory in the Southern Atlantic Ocean, had been exhibiting symptoms of avian flu as well. But while seabird cases were confirmed, the seal infections were classed as suspected, pending lab results. Now, the first known cases of H5N1 were detected in the Antarctic region in October among brown skua on Bird Island off South Georgia.
Starting point is 00:07:09 Two months later, hundreds of elephant seals were found dead, and there have also been increased deaths of fur seals, kelp gulls, and brown skua at several other sites. Marco Faucieri, a scientist in the U.K. Animal and Plant Health Agency, influenza and avian virology team, which collected the South Georgia samples that tested positive for bird flu, he said he saw about 20 dead elephant seals himself. Emotionally, it was almost heartbreaking to see so many dead seals. Other seals were showing respiratory signs of bird flu, he said,
Starting point is 00:07:42 citing coughs, sneezing, ocular discharge, nasal discharge, slow head shaking, and tremors. In Fauciere, he said the death toll in South Georgia was about 100, mainly elephant seals, who appear to be more affected than fur seals. He says, my worst fear is an adaptive mutation to mammals, which we are not seeing in these new samples, but we need to keep monitoring, he said. An adaptive mutation, he added, could mean it becomes a mammalian-adapted virus and consequently increases risk for humans, too.
Starting point is 00:08:15 Right, and so that leads us to this next article, New York Post. Fears of humans catching avian flu heightened as virus spreads to mammals. And they're saying it's quite likely that this would happen. Fears that humans may someday actually catch avian flu have heightened as this virus has been contracted by various mammals, the USDA has reported. Now, three states, Washington, Montana, and Kentucky, have reported cases of bird flu in mammals so far this year. So that's in the United States, folks. Washington reported three striped skunks have the virus, while Montana found it in a mountain lion, and Kentucky had a raccoon, according to the USDA. Now, the virus has already widespread among wild birds and especially poultry and has been for decades,
Starting point is 00:09:05 with more than 82 million animals currently affected across 48 states, Rick. So, Doc, even if it doesn't jump to humans, if it spreads rapidly in the United States and Europe and other nations, if it spreads among the bird population, you're going to see a massive calling of chickens and turkeys and ducks in the hundreds of millions, which then translates into a severe shortage of poultry meat and eggs. And add to that the already forecasted shortage in beef. Because of the fire in Texas. Right.
Starting point is 00:09:51 And now you're really getting a crunch at the butcher's shop, aren't you? Yes. And you add everything else that's going on. War, inflation, and now we're looking at a possible global pandemic. And these stories are all related. Yeah, they're all related. We want to show you the map. But first of all, this is from the USDA.
Starting point is 00:10:19 So, and this is their latest report, and this just came out just a few days ago, where it is listing the 2022 to 2024 detections of avian flu in mammals. And we actually have a map that shows the various cases that have been popping up all over the country, mainly in the northern tier and mountain areas of the U.S., but the fact that you're seeing this number of cases over the past, really over the past two years here, this should cause some concern, especially as some of these cases start moving further south. Now, we're getting into the time of year where the weather's getting a little bit better throughout the country, and that makes a great opportunity for the avian flu to spread. Doc, I see we have one case in Florida, if I'm reading the key right. Yeah, a bottlenose dolphin. Next story is Time Magazine, and it shows why the world needs a pandemic agreement.
Starting point is 00:11:22 And who else but Dr. Tedros wrote this article? Yes, he was the one that wrote this particular article, you know, touting once again the need for a global agreement regarding pandemic response. And what this agreement really, and they keep denying it over and over again, But what it really does, it supersedes the sovereignty of every country. Because once you enter into this agreement, you're basically handing over the health care of your nation to a supranational group. It's like we're going to have a global health department. Right. The World Health Organization. In fact, they just published a few days ago
Starting point is 00:12:07 their first draft of the Global Pandemic Treaty. I've not had time to read it. I just came across this article this morning. As you see the headline, New Pandemic Agreement Draft Lands, and finally, Text-based negotiations can begin. That's when they start actually talking about it and putting additional proposals in. Actually, the fine print. That's where the fine print's coming from. And what did they tell us months ago that they expected to have it finished, I think, by May? Yes.
Starting point is 00:12:43 So we're only a few months away will a bird flu pandemic arise at the same time the treaty is ready or would there be a response saying if we just had you know the agreement in place now we would have been able to handle this bird flu pandemic. I think they'll time it together. They'll rush it through. The pandemic will be the impetus to get nations to ratify it, including the U.S. Senate. Fear is a motivator, isn't it? Yes, fear works. Well, while we're talking about fear, Vladimir Putin gave a long interview today to Novasti News Service in Russia.
Starting point is 00:13:33 And he talked about a lot of topics. And we're going to show you some of the things that he said today. This first one is from RT. Putin said, your vampire ball is over. We'll provide the context for this as we get into the article here. You ever been to a vampire ball? Your blood-sucking party is over. That's what he's saying. That's what he's saying there. The era of Western elites being able to exploit other nations and other peoples across the world is coming to an end.
Starting point is 00:14:06 That's coming from Russian President Vladimir Putin. And he said that, as Rick mentioned, in an exclusive interview with Novosti. The president stated that over the past few centuries, the so-called golden billion has grown accustomed to being able to fill their bellies with human flesh in their pockets with money as they have been parasitizing other peoples in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. But they must understand that the vampire ball is ending. Now, just in that quote there, Rick, he accused not only the Western elite of basically robbing the banks of the world, but also of cannibalism as well. Yes, he did.
Starting point is 00:14:56 Any cryptic messages in here? He's going to fight the vampires, the cannibals. Well, why did he refer to human flesh? What is he saying? He just called the West blood sucking vampires that gorge on human flesh. Maybe he's revealing more information than we really want to know. As an American who keeps up with the real news, you know by now the severity of the economic issues that are plaguing our great nation. Full drunk, that is full and drunk, nose in tobacco because snuff was used. Now the nose is covered in cocaine, right? But it doesn't matter. It's easier with those. He just called the Western leaders cokeheads. Yes.
Starting point is 00:16:51 Let's see. He called them cokeheads. Cannib coke heads cannibals vampires vampires thieves robbers those are their good points that the pentagon found 300 million dollars for ukraine i guess somebody in the pentagon opened up a file cabinet and said, golly gee, look at this. There's $300 million in here. And this is coming just, was it yesterday or the day before where the Pentagon was saying, hey, you guys have got to find some money. We're running money for Ukraine. We don't have the full article, but it says, you know, unaccounted funds. $300 million of unaccounted funds at the Pentagon. That's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:17:30 Somebody opened up a closet. General, come and look at this. We've got a whole room of cash in here. And there's a bunch of cash in here. That's where it went. We've been looking for this cash. Let's send it to Zelensky. Candace Owens said she
Starting point is 00:17:45 will stake her entire reputation the article this is Daily Mail. She will stake her entire reputation on the debunked theory that France's first lady Brigitte Macron is a man. Okay, now
Starting point is 00:18:01 you've not heard this story yet. Now this story's been floating around for a long time. But last week, President Macron publicly stated that his wife is a woman. New York Post, French President Emmanuel Macron, age 46, fires back for the first time it claims that his wife age 70 was born a man when i saw that headline last week i knew this story has legs yes the story is that trump that that was the word that was used was lunged lunged he lunged into the front seat from the back seat right grab the steering wheel and tried to drive the car from the back seat. That was the story in every outlet, every media outlet.
Starting point is 00:18:49 Like he's a lunatic. He went crazy, went bonkers in the car. In spite of the fact that it is physically impossible to move from the back of the beast to the driver's portion. And there were images, you know, donald trump having stretch arm strong arms reaching all the way up there and everything it was such a ridiculous story and yet the mainstream media they were just swollen at hook line and well where are we today let's take a look at this story here's the hill.com driver says trump did not lunge for will on january 6th in newly released testimony but we had to wait two years to hear that.
Starting point is 00:19:26 They had the testimony. Doc, they had the testimony two years ago.
