Wars and rumors of wars have been dominating our attention throughout this year, but we must not forget what Lucifer's disciples are doing behind the scenes while everybody else is worrying about World War III. A new New World Order will emerge in the rubble and aftermath of the Third World War. What will it look like? Well, a major goal among globalists is to have in place a global digital identity system and to have it ready by the year 2030.

How will it be done? What will it look like? Well, the most serious project currently underway to build and implement a global identity project for 7 billion humans is called WorldCoin. Let's look at a recent article by Reuters news agency. We have the headline on the screen. WorldCoin aims to set up global ID network akin to India's Andhar. So Andhar is a project that was launched by India a number of years ago. And they have essentially completed a digital scan of every person in India. What, 1.2, 1.3 billion people? They scanned their eyes.

They have their digital fingerprints, facial recognition. And you can't access government services. You can't vote. You can't do anything unless you're in the system. The Andhar system. Right. So the goal of WorldCoin is to have a global Andhar system where the eyes of every human being on the planet have been scanned. Yes.

Facial recognition scanned, the facial imprint of every person scanned into a system, and it's all entered into a global system that becomes the foundation for all digital transactions in the 2030s. That's right. Is it sci-fi? Is it somebody's wild dream? Or is it real? Doc, there's serious money behind this. Oh, yes.

There's big money behind this. Oh, yes. There's big money behind this project. And they are already scanning eyeballs. Folks, we talked about this earlier this year. WorldCoin will have orbs. It seems so. It's like out of a science fiction movie. There will be orbs placed throughout the world, and humans will be told to go to the nearest orb and have their face and eyeballs scanned. And it's not something that's going to happen in the future. They're doing it.

It's happening now. There are a thousand of these orbs in the world right now. And there are people lining up to do it. That's right. Excited about it. That's right. We'll talk more about that. In this Reuters article, WorldCoin, the cryptocurrency project set up by OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, aims to establish a global ID network akin to India's Aadhaar system, as Rick had said.

More than 2.4 million people have already signed up to have their irises scanned by WorldCoin's orb devices. That's right, 2.4 million in exchange for a digital ID and free cryptocurrency. We're shrugging off privacy campaigners' concerns that the database could be misused. Now, WorldCoin, co-founded by Altman, says its aim is to create a global identity and financial network, suggesting on its website a variety of ambitious use cases, including distinguishing people from artificial intelligence. They make a big push on that, Rick, and providing a means for distributing, listen to this, universal basic income. The company's head of project, Tiago Sada, told Reuters the company sought to emulate India's Aadhaar system, which describes unique ID numbers and records individuals' fingerprints, face, and iris scan. This isn't science fiction.

This is science fact happening today. Yes, and Doc, Sam Altman is a very brilliant young man. He's the co-founder of OpenAI. Basically, he's one of the chief architects of artificial intelligence. Right. You can't dismiss this guy. You can't just blow this guy away and say he doesn't have any influence. He helped create artificial intelligence. And if you're using open AI, you're using his product. If you're using

chat GBT, you're using his product. That's right. So why is the thing that really stands out here is to distribute a universal basic income, a UBI, to 7 billion people? What kind of system – Doc, this is global communism. You're right. It is global digital communism. You won't be able to buy or sell without it. Sound familiar? And somebody else will decide what you receive. Right.

You will be placed into a digital caste system like India. All right? So they're building this on the Andhar system, like India. All right? So they're building this on the Andhar system out of India. Well, India is the country that has the caste system. You're born into a caste, into a level that you cannot rise above. Some people are at the bottom. Some people are in the middle. Some people are at the top. If you're at the top, you can never are at the bottom. Some people are in the middle. Some people are at the

top. If you're at the top, you can never go to the bottom. If you're at the bottom, you can never rise to the top. They're going to implement a global caste way. And your income will be based on your cast. Everybody will receive their income through this system. It's called WorldCoin. There will be a digital cryptocurrency factor to this operation. You're going to be paid your annual income through this cryptocurrency, world coin. But you're going to have to be in the system. So why do they think they need a global system to distribute universal basic income?

What is coming? What are they planning that's going to change civilization so extremely that there will have to be a mechanism to distribute digital money? It's not going to be real money. It'll be digital money. They're going to distribute going to be real money. It'll be digital money. They're going to distribute it to 7 billion people. These people are going to be locked into a digital cast. They're going to be told what they are allowed to receive. And they will only be able to receive revenue based on this digital funny money.

That's what these guys are planning. But there has to be events that lead up to that that will force those 7 billion people into that system. Yes, that's where I'm going with the doc. What do they expect to happen that will force the world to accept the system. Now, we reported on this back a few months ago, back in July. We started talking about this when they first started bringing out these big orbs, started launching them out. Was that only in July? Yeah, just a few months ago.

You know, this year, I've lost all track of time this year. It's November. Yeah, I mean, we've breezed through this year. So I saw a report, and this was July. This was a BBC News report. And it was shortly after WorldCoin announced that they were building this global eye-scanning project using these orbs. And so this is a BBC report from July 25th. The report originates from a trade show, a technology trade show.

And so the news is new at the time this BBC report was issued. Where it's talking about people lining up to have their eyeballs scanned. All right, let's take a look at what BBC reported to the world back in July of this year. Now, Project has been launched offering people cryptocurrency in exchange for a scan of their eyeballs. AI entrepreneur Sam Altman, who runs the company behind ChatGPT, is offering people £40 worth of a new digital currency to visit physical scanners in cities. More than 2 million people have volunteered so far for the project, which aims to help confirm if someone is a human or a robot online. With more on this, our cyber correspondent Joe Tidy joins us now. Joe, welcome to You Just

Explain All. Yes, as you say, this is a very remarkable and unique project that's been launched. Most cryptocurrencies, of course, in order to be a part of the cryptocurrency network, you just buy some coins yourself, you spend your own money. But this is a project that's paying people to be involved. You have to go and you have to find one of these silver orbs that are in 35 different countries around the world. I went yesterday to a pop-up site here in London because yesterday was the full launch of the cryptocurrency coin. And you look into the silver orb and it scans your eyeball and proves you're a person. And then you have to link that up with your mobile phone to make sure that you are a human and not a robot. And in exchange, you get 25 of these

coins called WorldCoin. And at the moment, they they're worth something they're worth about two dollars per coin But of course, we don't know if that'll go up or go down because like most cryptocurrencies They are floating in value and often quite volatile And as I say, it's a very strange and almost dystopian idea that you have to go and do this to get Cryptocurrency coins, but people are are doing it i met lots of people yesterday most of them in fact all of them were men in their 20s and 30s who wanted to be a part of this probably incentivized by the money of course but also by the idea because sam altman the creator of chat gpt says this isn't just about the crypto coin that is just the incentive to get people signed up this is about proving that you are a human in

order to live your life online so that people know you are a person. You can prove your personhood, as is the phrase, instead of an AI chatbot, which of course we know are becoming more and more lifelike. What are they going to do with this information? And are there any dangers associated with it in terms of personal, not necessarily information, but the data that they can perhaps use in the future? Well, that's the big worry, isn't it? Of course, your iris scan is one of the most sensitive, unique parts of your biometric data. There's a big concern what's being done with that data. The organisers, World Coins, say that what they do is they use the orbs to get a scan of your iris,

and then they use that to make a unique code that's responding to that iris, and that is the code that's put into a big database to check whether or not you've done it before and whether or not you are a verified human and that the data is deleted instantly after that's been done that's what they're saying a lot of trust of course a lot of trust in the company a lot of trust in the people that make the orbs as well which is a completely different company but it is it is it is a big ask for people to do. And they are trying to get millions, probably billions of people to sign up to this. And

that's why they're putting all these orbs, about 1,500 around the world now in various cities across the world. And they're encouraging people to come in, of course, with that bonus of coins. And there's been a lot of criticism of Sam Altman. What's he – how has he responded to that? Well, he says that the criticism is welcomed. He says that the haters give him energy, him the team, and he encourages people to keep criticizing. He says that this is an ambitious project and he says it might succeed, it might fail, but he's having a try with this. But there have been some criticism and cynical comments as well from people in the crypto world. For example, Vitalik Buterin, who is the founder of Ethereum,

he's described it as having dystopian vibes. And then the founder of Twitter, Jack Dorsey, who's also a crypto fan, said that visit an orb or an orb will visit you. You know, there was a science fiction movie back, I think it was in the 70s, and the bad guy in the movie had these orbs that would chase you down. I vaguely remember that movie. I'm trying to remember the name of the movie, but there were these silver orbs that would chase you around. When I first saw these orbs, that was the first thought that came to my mind. If you don't go to the orb, maybe the orb will eventually come to you.
