But that's the world that we're living in meanwhile extensive Hunter Biden laptop archive with nearly 10,000 photographs published on a new website this is according to the New York Post today so the New York Post reports that a website called BidenLaptopMedia.com has published nearly 10,000 photos from Hunter Biden's abandoned laptop, which were allegedly scanned and redacted by a former Trump White House aide. The photos, taken between 2008 and 2019, include explicit images of Hunter's sister-in-law-turned-lover, Holly Biden, as well as pictures of Hunter in various states of undress and surrounded by drug paraphernalia. The website's founder, Garrett Ziegler, claims that the organization is about truth and transparency and will not be removing any photos that paint

the Bidens in a good light. Now, we have a quote from that New York Post article. Federal prosecutors have yet to announce whether they'll bring charges against the 53-year-old Hunter for alleged crimes, including tax fraud and lying on a gun purchase form about his drug use. Hunter faces a separate congressional inquiry into his business affairs abroad by the House Oversight Committee, which has combed through bank records to substantiate claims of influence peddling in the first family. You know, you made a crack the other day, Rick, no pun intended on Hunter Biden, about President Hunter Biden sometime in 2046 or 2048. But, you know, hey, it's not beyond the realm of possibility, is it? Because it doesn't look like anything is going to happen in this. And they talk about investigation into alleged crimes.

There's no investigation. Yeah, who's the investigator? Who is it? Who is this person? Nobody's doing an investigation. And then they talk about some, really some minor things, you know, some tax issues and a gun issue. How about doing business with the Chinese Communist Party?

How about influence peddling? I mean, there's some really serious charges. How about trafficking children? How about RICO? Yes. I mean, you've got several Bidens that were colluding together to perpetrate crimes. New York Post also has this article as well. Hunter Biden advised dad Joe's VP office on China, Africa trip and further stripping president's denials. Now, of course, current president Joe Biden has denied any knowledge of any kind of, you know, problem with Hunter or any of his business dealings. But the New York Post reports that Hunter Biden advised his father's vice president office on China and Africa trips, further contradicting President Joe Biden's blanket denial

that he never discussed his son's overseas business interests. Now, the National Archives released heavily redacted emails that cast doubt on the elder Biden's denial with uncensored emails from Hunter's abandoned laptop filling in some of the blanks. Now, those emails show that Hunter advised on who to invite for state occasions involving China and where to visit on a trip to Africa. Now, we're going to walk you through some of this. A heavily redacted trove of messages was released by the National Archives with those uncensored emails. The emails, of course, cast more doubt on President Biden's denial. It goes on to say that three entirely redacted emails refer in the subject line to what's called a China lunch in apparent connection with the then Chinese president Yu Jintao's January 2011

state visit to Washington, while three others pertain to Nairobi ideas ahead of Joe Biden's visit to Kenya in June 2010. The China and Nairobi-focused emails were redacted in their entirety, with the archive citing a P5 exception under the Freedom of Information Act. Now, the exception shields confidential communications requesting or submitting advice between the president and the president's advisors or between such advisors. So that means the National Archives, Rick, recognized that this was a presidential communication. That's the important part to note on this. Now, the China lunch email thread on November 19th, 2010 was archived because it includes Evan Ryan and Michelle Smith, then of the vice president's office. Evan Ryan is currently

President Biden's cabinet secretary and is also married to Secretary of State Anthony Blinken. Now, it goes on to say one day before a small world. Yeah, it's a small world up there in D.C. One day before those emails were sent, Hunter Biden's business partner, Eric Schwerin, emailed the then second son regarding a Chinese state dinner two months in the future, which would feature a traditional VP Secretary of State lunch, to which Schwerin suggested inviting close Biden family business associates, including Jim Bulger and Jeff Cooper, who we've talked about in the past. Schwerin added some thoughts.

What about President Harris of Widener University? They're desperately trying to get into China with that Confucius Institute. Could also think about Father Pilar's of Scranton. They are also interested in China. Jim Bolger, someone from his group, Greg Penner, Gavin Newsom, Cooper, David Bourne, anyone from labor. And so they were actively trying to think of how they could make connections with Chinese associates, especially those of influence. And we've talked about the Confucius Institute in the past. And also making a list of Biden associates who want to do business with the Chinese Communist Party. And so Gavin Newsom was on that list.

That's right. Now, one laptop email titled China Lunch showed Swearn emailing Smith, Michelle, working on a few other names, which we can get you early next week. not only in China, but also in Africa as well. And but, you know, we would know nothing about any of this if the laptop hadn't appeared. And if the FBI continues to have its way, we won't know anything else. Because FBI Director Christopher Wray continues to stonewall the U.S. Congress and block members of Congress who have authority to demand documents. He is refusing to turn over documents from a whistleblower, an FBI official who, at risk of his own career, maybe his life, has gone public and said the FBI is in possession of a document that details a massive scandal involving Joe Biden and payment for access. Right.

And Christopher Wray, the director of the FBI, will not turn it over to Congress. I mean, he's clearly in contempt of Congress. Now, mind you, this is not a classified document. That's what's really, you know, really weird about that. Well, Doc, even if it was classified, there are members of the House who have top intelligence clearance. But what I'm saying is anyone should have access to this document. You could have access to this document. It's not classified. Yes. I mean, it's not secret. It's not for your eyes only or anything like that. And Senator Grassley brought

this out. He was on Fox News and he hammered FBI Director Wray for refusing to make the Biden document public. And basically he said it's not good enough. He says Fox News is reporting that Republican Senator Chuck Grassley has criticized FBI Director Christopher Wray for not producing a document allegedly tying then Vice President Joe Biden to a criminal scheme. Grassley, who has read the document, scolded the FBI for offering to let lawmakers read the document at FBI headquarters instead of releasing it publicly. Grassley argues that there is no reason for a non-classified document to be held in secret, and Wray's refusal to comply with the congressional subpoena is unconstitutional. The document in question is an FBI-generated form that allegedly describes a five million dollar criminal scheme involving Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions. Now, we have a clip of Senator Grassley speaking to Fox News regarding both the debt ceiling fight that is now moving to the Senate side of things and also his direct confrontation with FBI Director Ray.

Next topic, you talked to the FBI Director Christopher Ray on the phone yesterday, right? And you're trying to get a look at this document. From what I understand, he says you're okay to come to the Bureau and look at it. Is that the case and is that good enough for you? Well, it's not good enough for me. We asked for the document a month ago. It's been subpoenaed. He ought to respond to a subpoena. We're doing the constitutional job of oversight. I have read that document. If he would read it and it's an unclassified document, he admits it exists. And we aren't interested in whether or not the accusations against Vice President Biden are accurate or not. We're responsible for making sure the

FBI does its job. And that's what we want to know. Senator, let me stop you there. You just said you read the document. Is that right? Yes. Then what did it say? Well, I'm not going to characterize it. We're going to make it public when they get it delivered to us. But if he would read it, he would know that all the excuses that he's giving us, that he wants to protect sources, and that's important to protect sources.

But that's not an issue with this document the way I read it, and he ought to come forth. They've got to produce this document. You know, they're up against what the Durham report has said about the shortcomings and the political bias of the FBI, and this is just one more example of them not being forthcoming to the public because the public's business ought to be public and there's no reason for a non-classified document to be held in secret. Senator, how damning is this document to the sitting U.S. President?

Well, it's, I don't know that and that's what we need to — But you've read it. I read it. Let's put it this way. There's accusations in it, but it's not for me to make a judgment about whether these accusations are accurate or not. It's up to my job to make sure the FBI is doing their job. And that's what this is all about as far as I'm concerned. Public's business ought to be public. James Comey, the former FBI director, did an interview yesterday.

He really thinks that the Republicans, and I think he's including you in this, is out to get the FBI. Listen to him here. It's really unfortunate the notion that the FBI is some sort of leftist cabal out to get the Republicans is so crazy. It just shows you how crazy our times are. The FBI will be fine in the long run. This fever around Donald Trump and the MAGA world will eventually break, but it's become

somehow a nutty article of faith that the FBI is out to get Republicans. Your reaction, sir? We are not out to get the FBI. We're out to change the culture of the FBI at headquarters. The people that are at the grassroots in Iowa and throughout this country doing their job investigating crime, we have no complaints with them. We have complaints with the fact that there was political bias with the emails of Hillary. We have political bias in the hurricane investigation that went on. We have political bias that's been proven by the Durham report. And the FBI has to straighten out their

house, get it in order. And he's trying to tell us that he's made changes since he's been there. Maybe he's made some changes, but he hasn't made enough changes. And just a recent information I got from whistleblowers maybe six months ago with a guy by the name of Tebow using political bias in starting an investigation against Trump, stopping an investigation against Hunter. That guy is no longer with the FBI. I talked to Ray about it. So Ray is willing to take some action to make some changes when he took Tebow off of that investigation job that he had.

And he needs to do more in producing this unclassified document that he admits exists. Just turn it over to us and honor the subpoena, honor the constitutional responsibility of Congress. He's given information, either leaked or directly given, of classified documents and maybe even exposing the name of a confidential source to the New York Times. Well, he's treating Congress like second-class citizens compared to the New York Times. Well, he's treating Congress like second class citizens compared to the New York Times. And it's just not right. It's unconstitutional, his actions. What Senator Grassley said was he's not satisfied. The FBI director said to Senator Grassley, a senior senator, said, OK, we'll let you come over to the FBI headquarters and look at it.

But you can't talk about it. Did you notice if you watch the video? Right. Senator Grassley didn't tell Fox News what's in the what's in the document. You know why? And I'm just I'm surmising why. Because the deal from the FBI director was, we will let you look at it on the condition that you sign a document that you will not discuss it. Can you imagine the FBI director is intimidating a U.S. senator saying, we'll come after you if you talk about it. Well, Senator Grassley has seen the document he said he won't talk about it right so why won't he talk about it the reason he won't talk about it is he was forced to sign an agreement a non-disclosure agreement with the fbi

now he signed an nda with the fbi I'm trying to think of any possible scenario, any possible good guy scenario that would justify that. None. I can't think of anything. There's none. Because it's not a classified document. It's not a secret document. No, but it will put Biden in prison. That's why Christopher Wray is stonewalling. It will put Joe Biden in prison. That's why Christopher Ray is stonewalling. It will put Joe Biden in prison

if we had the rule of law, if we had justice in this country. But he's not going to go to prison and the FBI isn't going to release the document. They don't care. They don't care, Doc. They don't care about senators. They don't care about members of the House. Nothing. You're going to hold a press conference. You're going to tear into Biden. No big deal. They don't care. They're giving a grant to an american university that's sharing hypersonic weapons technology with communist china why is this happening how is this even allowed to happen it It's been going on for a long, long time. Because China has bought off our government. They've bought off our universities.

They've bought the FBI. They bought the judges. They own the government. They own enough of the government that the other part of the government can't do anything. They got a majority. They got a majority stake in the U.S. government and in universities and in the court system and in the FBI and in the news media. It just in Wall Street. They go down the list. The China Communist Party has a controlling stake.

And they're calling the shots. And we, you and I, paying our taxes, we're funding the development of a hypersonic weapon in China that's going to be used to kill us. That's the reality of what's being done. And the Chinese communists are laughing at the foolish Americans. So this is what we talk about. Biden owned by the Chinese. This is what it looks like. This is what they get. and that's just one of them it's just one little thing that they one small university that they have gotten with their investment their investment is paying off let's let's take a look at what the daily mail reported so uh the daily mail is saying a 13.5 million dollar taxpayer-funded research grant is raising questions from a top republican who says it is alarming that such a massive amount of money is being funneled from the Pentagon into a U.S. university with strong ties to China. The grant was given to Alfred University in 2022 to conduct hypersonic

weapons research, and the university hosts a Confucius Institute and partners with a Chinese university conducting similar weapons research on the behalf of the People's Liberation Army. Nothing like sharing. So, Representative Mike Gallagher, the Republican chairman of the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party, didn't know that even existed until today, is demanding more information regarding the grant and the university's commitment to safeguard sensitive U.S. military research. Now, Representative Gallagher sent letters obtained by the Daily Mail to Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and Alfred University President Mark Zupan Wednesday evening demanding more information. As we mentioned, Alfred University hosts a Confucius Institute, partners with the Chinese University, doing similar weapons research. Representative Gallagher states that, to put it plainly, the university, based in western New York,

is conducting advanced hypersonic weapons-related research while actively partnering with a Chinese university that performs similar research for the PLA. We're seeking additional information regarding this alarming matter and Alfred's commitment to safeguard sensitive U.S. military research. And it goes on in the letter that he sent to Lloyd Austin and the Alfred University president. As a result of Section 1062, over 100 U.S. universities have shut down their Confucius Institutes as of June of last year. However, Alfred University continues to operate a Confucius Institute to this day. So Gallagher is demanding all communication between the Pentagon and the university by June 14th, as well as more information regarding the establishment of Alfred's Confucius Institute. He's saying it is vital to U.S. interests that sensitive military research is safeguarded from our foreign adversaries. But they haven't been to this point.

So I'm glad that Mike Gallagher is, you know, saying these things. But once again, isn't it's kind of late to close the barn door, isn't it now? It's very late. This has been going on for decades i was reporting on china's buy-off of american politicians in 1999 when i started this program bill clinton was in the white house bill clinton was owned by china and we were reporting about how the chinese communists were going into the White House with money sticking out of their pockets and leaving the White House with rocket secrets.

And the FBI did nothing about it. They did nothing. There were some brave journalists that uncovered a lot about the Clinton scandals with China. This is being reported today. Suspected Chinese spies disguised as tourists tried to infiltrate Alaskan military bases. According to USA Today, Chinese citizens

posing as tourists have attempted to infiltrate Alaskan military bases, raising suspicions of espionage. The Chinese spies have made several attempts in recent years to gain access to military facilities in Alaska, which hosts three large military bases and several smaller installations. Now, many of the encounters have been chalked up to innocent mistakes by foreign visitors, but other attempts seem to be probes to learn about U.S. military capabilities in Alaska. The details about the incidents remain mostly classified, and the FBI and Department of Justice are involved in the cases, which means nothing's going to happen. military briefings and publicly available information lay out why the Chinese government would be interested in Alaska, where some of the Pentagon's most sophisticated military capabilities and high-end war games reside. FBI Director Christopher Wray regularly sounds alarms about Chinese government-sponsored espionage, blaming communist leaders there, not its citizens or Chinese Americans. Remember, this is from USA Today, so that's a quote from them. Wray has estimated that the FBI opens a new investigation on Chinese government-sponsored espionage every 12 hours. Now, a key concern about intrusions on U.S. military bases may have as much to do about what is left behind than photos taken,

said David Deptula, a retired three-star Air Force general who was the service's senior officer for intelligence. Spies could leave behind sensors that could pick up sensitive communications, according to Deptula, who is now dean of the Mitchell Institute for Aerospace Power Studies. But Rick, some of these incidents aren't just people, you know, wandering around, like, hey, how did I get on a military base here? No, there were some that ran checkpoints, ran through checkpoints. So it's not just a casual, you know, oh, yeah, I was driving fast or anything. They meant to test some of these different areas.

So if you go by USA Today, we've got Chinese spies. These words, I'm using words from their article. Chinese spies, several attempts to gain access to military facilities, which hosts large military bases. And all of this is raising suspicions of espionage. Now, you know what I hear from that? Raising suspicions of espionage? That's, you mean, if you go by the USA Today,

well, you know, it's possible. It's possible they're spying. They are Chinese spies. Yes, that's where i'm this is so stupid the media is so stupid but then the media is bought off too they write these articles you know it's kind of odd that chinese spies are spying it could be it is something suspicious here it could be espionage but's, we don't want to say Chinese Americans. Well, the Chinese use Chinese Americans. Why do you think they come here? Oh my gosh, what did you just say?

Yes, not every Chinese American is a spy. But mixed in, the immigrants are spies. That's an old, old game. That's been going on for thousands of years. You put some of your citizens inside another country and they're spies. There's nothing new about that. That does not imply that every Chinese American citizen is a spy, but it does imply that some of them are, and you have to consider it. And China is very clever in the way they do their spying. They use the method of the ants, right? You watch ants, and you can see thousands of ants carrying pieces of bread. Right.

They don't go pick up the entire loaf of bread. Each ant carries one piece, tiny little piece. They take it to the nest and they put it all together. Hey, we got a loaf of bread. That's how China spies. They get as many Chinese people to give little bits of pieces of information. They take it to China and they assemble it. That's their method.

We've known that for a long, long time. But this is brazen. You just don't walk through the gates of a military installation. No, some of these guys have guns and they shoot people. I just don't understand how anyone is allowed past a military checkpoint and not, you know, they run through it, it says in the USA Today article later on. So are they being allowed to do that? Maybe at some point they are rick well um you know if you watch enough james bond movies you know that happens all you gotta do is have somebody at the gate that allows allows the person to come through money money solves a lot of problems but yeah that's true it solves a lot

of issues let's turn uh the attention to president trump um this is cnn donald trump captured on tape talking about classified document he kept after leaving the white house what this appears doc is that somebody in the employment of president trump recorded a private conversation and then gave it to federal prosecutors. Right. And now what Donald Trump usually did is whenever he had somebody that was taping him, he also taped as well. And so now, according to CNN Politics, President Trump is heard acknowledging a 2021 audio recording that he retained a classified Pentagon document about a potential attack on Iran after leaving the White House. Now, the recording suggests that President Trump understood he retained classified material

after leaving office, which contradicts his claim that he declassified everything. Now, the recording is considered an important piece of evidence in a possible case against Trump, who has repeatedly asserted he could retain presidential records and automatically declassify documents. Now, here is a CNN reporter, Paula Reid, explaining what occurred in that audio. was back in the summer of 2021 at Trump's Bedminster Golf Club. And among the people in attendance were several Trump aides and two people working on an autobiography of Mark Meadows. Now, Mark Meadows was not in attendance at this meeting, but during this time, Trump was in the habit of having his aides record any conversations with journalists, writers or people working on books. Now, sources tell us that on this tape, Trump says that he has a classified Pentagon document describing a possible attack on Iran.
