Chinese President Xi Jinping warned the people of China to brace for the worst case scenario to happen anytime soon between China and the USA. His warning follows a close encounter over the South China Sea between an American spy plane and a Chinese fighter jet.
Starting point is 00:01:02 Let's start with a look at this article published in Hong Kong by the South China Morning Post. As you can see the headline, Beijing blasts provocative U.S. flybys over South China Sea after Pentagon accuses the PLA jet of aggressive move. Dr. Burkhardt has the details from the South China Morning Post article. That's right. The South China Morning Post is saying that the Pentagon accused a Chinese J-16 aircraft of making an aggressive maneuver
Starting point is 00:01:33 near an American RC-135 on routine operations in international airspace over the South China Sea. Now, the Chinese pilot, it's said, flew directly in front of the nose of the RC-135, like you're seeing here on the screen, forcing it to fly through its wake turbulence. In response, China condemned the U.S. military flybys in the South China Sea as provocative and accused the U.S. spy plane of intentional intrusion into the PLA's training area and carrying out reconnaissance and interference during regular PLA Navy training sessions in the South China Sea. Now, this incident highlights the ongoing tensions between the United States and China in the South China Sea and the need for continued
Starting point is 00:02:18 efforts to promote a peaceful resolution of disputes. So, as you saw in the video there, that was from the Indo-PAC, the U.S. military's Pacific Command. They've changed it now. It used to be the Asian Pacific Command. Now it's the Indo-Pacific Command. And when tensions are rising between countries, we see these incidents increase on a regular basis. It's almost like clockwork. The Russians do it to us. We do it to the Russians. We do it to the Chinese. Chinese do it to us.
Starting point is 00:02:57 What's going to happen one day is there's going to be something that happens. And that leads us to our next story. And this is also from the South China Morning Post. China faces more complex security challenges. President Xi Jinping says, warns of worst case situation. Now, Doc, this starts to become serious when you have the president of any major country that has nuclear weapons saying to his people, the citizens of the country, I'm telling you, prepare for the worst case scenario. Can you imagine if Joe Biden went on television tonight and told the American people, we've got some serious things happening with China. I'm just giving you a heads up. Prepare for the worst. Right. That would shake everyone up, right? So that's what happened. That's what happened today in China.
Starting point is 00:03:54 So the South China Morning Post reports that Chinese President Xi Jinping has warned that China is facing increasingly complex and difficult national security concerns and is urging officials to be prepared for what he says is the worst-case scenarios. Xi's comments came during his first meeting of the National Security Commission since securing an unprecedented third term as leader of China's Communist Party. Now, the remarks come as China and the U.S. continue to lock horns on many fronts, with both sides stepping up national security scrutiny, especially in the technology sector.
Starting point is 00:04:29 The meeting also approved the implementation of a nationwide security risk monitoring and early warning system and stronger public education on national security. Now, according to Ji Maosheng, senior fellow at Beijing's Taiyi Institute and senior researcher at Tsinghua University's National Strategy Institute, Xi's latest remarks show China had no rosy illusions about the potentially devastating outcome of the U.S. rivalry and was making serious efforts to prepare for it. The worst case scenarios might include a nuclear war, a devastating war that ruins China's coastal economic belts or Western sanctions on China's energy, finance and food supply. Xi said the better China is prepared for these, the less likely such scenarios will actually happen. If that's not bad enough, look at the last warning from Xi Jinping. And so it goes on to say other likely challenges could be a new pandemic or a major earthquake and other disasters caused by extreme weather, he added. Or weather warfare.
Starting point is 00:05:34 Right. That's what I see there. Not extreme weather, but weather warfare. said was, look, what could happen is a biological war where the United States releases a virus on China, or we could have weather warfare where they destroy our crops. They cause a drought or it cause flooding. That's what he's saying. Imagine if somehow something happened to the Three Gorges Dam in central China. I mean, they've said that if something would ever happen to that dam, Rick, it would be like 100 nuclear bombs going off. It would just destroy a huge section of the central region of China.
Starting point is 00:06:17 Or a major earthquake. Right. Which can be detonated manually by man-made technology. He just gave us clues. A nuclear war, a biological war, a man-made earthquake, or other disasters
Starting point is 00:06:36 like the dam collapses. RT in Russia is reporting that the Russian military, the Russian Navy sank Ukraine's last warship today. Right. This is the report from R.T. Yes, R.T. is saying that Russia has claimed it has destroyed Ukraine's last warship, the Yuri Oloforenko, in-precision airstrike on the port of Odessa. Now the Russian Defense Ministry stated that the warship was destroyed because of a high strike by a high precision weapon of the Russian Aerospace Forces. Now Ukrainian officials have yet to confirm the
Starting point is 00:07:19 sinking of the ship. The Yuri Oloforenko was a Type 773 medium landing ship that was built by Poland in 1971 for the Soviet Navy and was transferred to Ukraine in 1994 and stationed in Crimea. And it says from that particular article, On May 29th, as a result of a strike by a high-precision weapon of the Russian Aerospace Forces on a warship mooring in the port of Odessa, the last warship of the naval forces of Ukraine. The Yuri Oloforenko was destroyed. And that was the report by the defense ministry in Moscow on their Telegram channel today. So they're going to get some more ships, Rick.
Starting point is 00:07:57 I wonder where they're going to get them from. Probably NATO, right? Most likely. Doc, I've got here two reports, both of them published by Newsweek. One of them from mid-May, which I wanted, I don't know if we covered you put these two together, it is very obvious that our conclusion that Great Britain is encouraging Ukraine to strike Crimea, destroy the Kerch Strait Bridge, and that Great Britain is supplying the weaponry to do it. It's very obvious in these two articles. So we'll start with the first one from Newsweek. This is May 19.
Starting point is 00:08:51 Right. Ukraine has every right to take back Crimea, according to Great Britain's defense secretary. Right. So Newsweek reported earlier this month that UK Defense Secretary Ben Wallace has stated that Ukraine has every right to take back Crimea, which was annexed by Russia in 2014. Wallace's statement comes as Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has pledged to reverse Russia's annexation of Crimea. The Russian Sevastopol naval base has recently been fortified as Russia braces for a Ukrainian advance.
Starting point is 00:09:27 However, many fear that an attempt by Ukraine to recapture Crimea could be a red line for Russian President Vladimir Putin. The ongoing tensions between Ukraine and Russia highlight the need for continued diplomatic efforts to promote peaceful resolution of the disputes. Here is a portion of Secretary Walz's appearance on CNN last week. Look, it's their sovereign soil. It's a bit like you asking me if the U.S. were choosing to take back parts of Texas from an enemy that had invaded it. You wouldn't take anyone else from abroad telling you what you can and can't take back.
Starting point is 00:10:04 It is Ukrainian soil. It is their sovereign territory. It has been invaded. They've lost thousands of lives as a result of that invasion. And I think ultimately it will be Ukraine's decision. Under international law, they have every right to do that. So based on the defense secretary's words last month. It's obvious that the position of the British government is London supports Kiev in attacking Crimea in doing whatever they have to do
Starting point is 00:10:36 to seize control of it. When you gather that's the position? Yes. And that in private conversations, London is telling Zelensky, do what you have to do. And probably encouraging them to hurry up and do what you have to do. And Zelensky saying, I need more weapons. I need longer range missiles.
Starting point is 00:10:54 I need mechanical drawings of the bridge. You had Mr. Breedlove. Yes. He was general, right? Admiral or general? General, I believe. I forget. But Mr. Breedlove last year said
Starting point is 00:11:12 he reminded everyone he was a former commander of NATO and he said I'm also an architect or an engineer. He's a general. He's an engineer. He built bridges. He said he built bridges. I know how to take or an engineer. General, yes. He's a general. He's an engineer. He built bridges. He said he built bridges. I know how to take down this bridge.
Starting point is 00:11:28 So Great Britain has been in the forefront of wanting to take down the Kirch Strait Bridge. And I think this much-valued counteroffensive that we've heard about for six months. I think this is going to be the grand finale of the war. And they're building up to it. And both sides have to win. Both sides have to win. When this thing starts, and it could start tonight while we're sleeping.
Starting point is 00:12:01 Both sides must win. Because if Ukraine falls flat, the West will stop its, the West will stop funding Ukraine. And then at that point, the West, NATO, the U.S., everything combined in that basket, suddenly they've been stepped down as a dominant world power, haven't they? That's right. Likewise, Russia has to win. But it's all or nothing for them. It's all or nothing. Because for them, it's a matter of survival. Yes.
Starting point is 00:12:34 Because they know that if they lose, then their identity as Russians, as a Russian nation, it ceases to exist. Right. And again, we'll remind everybody, there's a spiritual connection between Russia and Crimea. They view Crimea as their Jerusalem because Christianity originated in Crimea, Christianity in Russia originated in Crimea. And so they have great reverence for Crimea as the birthplace of Russian Christianity. Correct. And so they have a spiritual connection to Crimea. And they believe that they have an obligation to defend Crimea and to keep it in the Russian Federation.
Starting point is 00:13:21 So you can't overlook that spiritual connection. Anytime a population has a spiritual connection to a place or a thing or a cause, they fight much harder. So what is the West's spiritual connection to Ukraine then? The sexual death cult? Yes. I mean, really? it finds its corrupted flavor right there in Ukraine? Absolutely. So it is a spiritual battle that's going on. It is. And we'll see it
Starting point is 00:13:55 later as we talk about Uganda, how the West is lining up against Uganda because the Biden administration is now talking about putting economic sanctions on Uganda. Right. This this next one is also Newsweek. British officials. Legitimate Russia targets after storm shadow strikes. Right. And this is coming from Mr. Medvedev, one of our favorite commentators from Russia. Newsweek reports that Dmitry Medvedev has warned that British officials are now legitimate military targets. The former Russian president was responding to remarks from the UK's foreign secretary that Ukraine has the right to strike military targets inside Russian territory.
Starting point is 00:14:46 Now, the U.K. de facto is leading an undeclared war against Russia by providing Ukraine military aid. And Medvedev, who is deputy chairman of Russia's Security Council, tweeted, calling the nation Moscow's eternal enemy. British Foreign Secretary James Cleverley said that Ukraine, as part of its self-defense, has a right to project force beyond its own borders. Cleverley made the comments after drones targeted Moscow on Tuesday morning. Medvedev is quoted as saying, The goofy officials of the U.K., our eternal enemy, and those are striking words there,
Starting point is 00:15:21 should remember that within the framework of the universally accepted international law, which regulates modern warfare, including the Hague and Geneva Conventions with their additional protocols, their state can also be qualified as being at war, wrote Medvedev. He said, today the UK acts as Ukraine's ally, providing it with military aid in the form of equipment and specialists. De facto is leading an unprecedented war against Russia, he added. That being the case, any of its public officials, either military, civil, or anyone who facilitates the war, can be considered as a legitimate military target. So interesting things to point out within this post of his today,
Starting point is 00:16:07 calling UK, the United Kingdom, the eternal enemy of Russia. These are really strong words. That says we can't ever be reconciled. That's right. As long as there's, you know, as long as time exists, Russia will be at war with Great Britain because of what you've done to us in this war.
Starting point is 00:16:28 We're not going to forgive you. That's what they're saying. We're not going to forgive. You will always be our enemy. Medvedev wasn't talking like this a year ago. He's a completely different man this year. He's become, he's angry, he's furious at what the West has done to his country.
Starting point is 00:16:51 Right. And he wants revenge. We may find out that Medvedev is the hawk and Putin is the... The dove. The dove. It could be Medvedev is pushing Putin to nuke the West. You would never imagine
Starting point is 00:17:09 that prior to the outbreak of this war, because Medvedev was always this calm speaking, mild mannered, kind of wonky type of Russian politician. But war changes people, doesn't it, Rick? It sure does. But he said, he said, British officials are now legitimate military targets. He said the UK is in an undeclared war against Russia. That London is Moscow's eternal enemy. And based on international law, the Hague and the Geneva Conventions, Great Britain can be legally qualified as being at war with Russia. Why?
Starting point is 00:17:58 Because they're providing material support to Ukraine that's being used against Russian targets on Russian soil. That's right. And then he said, that being the case, any of its officials, military or civilian, who facilitate the war can be considered a legitimate military target. That includes Secretary Wallace and the Prime Minister. Sunak, yes. Sunak. And the Foreign Minister, Cleverley. I mean, it could be Prince Charles. Prince Charles, King Charles. I mean, King Charles, I'm sorry. Yes.
Starting point is 00:18:41 Yeah, they made him king here a couple weeks ago, didn't they? Or Prince William. Anybody that's in there. Anybody associated with British government is now a military target. That's what the man, this is hard to believe that we're reading these words. You know, as we have done many times, Doc, the war started to see february of 2022 yes okay if if we went to went back in time to uh 2021 you know um where are we we're at the end of may, right? May 31st. If we said, hey, we're going to go back to May 31st, 2021. Doc, in two years, mild-mannered, calm Dmitry Medvedev is going to be warning
Starting point is 00:19:36 that Russia is going to assassinate King Charles. Would you have said, Rick, you know, you might want to go get some rest. You've been in this news too long. Right, because that was nowhere even on the horizon at that time. Remember, the world was dealing
Starting point is 00:19:56 with COVID and with the injection of the operating systems and everything. So we've gone this extreme in a short period of time. You never, none of you watching, none of you would have imagined over a year ago that today we would be talking about the former president of Russia publicly saying,
Starting point is 00:20:22 we are at war with Great Britain and we have the right to kill its leaders. There's no way anyone could have predicted that. So if something this extreme has happened in one year, what's the most extreme thing that could be happening a year from now? That a year from now, I would say to you, Doc, a year ago, May of 2023, would you have imagined that this would be happening? You have to project out. If this kind of extreme change has taken place in one year,
Starting point is 00:21:03 how extreme will it be one year from now? And you know what? The public will just be dumbed down and not paying attention to it. Because they're not paying attention to this stuff now. Right. We're really the only outlet out there talking about World War III.
Starting point is 00:21:23 But you know what? All these other podcasters and news hosts, talk show hosts, they're not talking about world war three but you know what all these other podcasters and news hosts talk show hosts they're not talking about it and um they're all you got people still you got some of these podcasters who are still talking about covet like give it a break all right we know what covet we know what they did. But the puppet masters, the propaganda masters who gave you COVID and the lockdowns and the fake vaccines have given you war. Yes. And you're still talking about their last propaganda campaign. You haven't even figured out the propaganda campaign that you're in right now.
Starting point is 00:21:59 You're living in another matrix and you don't even understand it. And they've got another propaganda campaign coming. It's surprising how many people don't understand. But what I was going to say is a lot of these podcasters and these instant experts and, you know, anybody with a phone now is a podcaster. Anybody's an expert now. And they can get a following.
Starting point is 00:22:24 You go on YouTube or anything on social media, you can get a following. You can be an expert now. And they can get a following. You go on YouTube or anything on social media, you can get a following. You can be an instant expert. All you need is a phone. And call yourself an expert. But you watch what happens when the first nuke goes off. You watch and see where people run to.
Starting point is 00:22:46 It'll be this place because we were telling them for over a year. And we just kept telling them and telling them and telling them. And people know that we're telling them, but they don't want to hear it. They got other stuff to talk about. They really don't believe World War III is happening. They don't believe it. They've got other stuff to talk about. They really don't believe World War III is
Starting point is 00:23:05 happening. They don't believe it. They don't believe there's nuclear weapons are going to fall. They don't believe it. But it's going to come suddenly, unexpectedly. One day you're going to, it's either when we wake up, we're going to find out some cities have disappeared, where it's going to happen in the middle of the day, and everything's going to stop. I'm talking about a limited nuclear war, Doc. Just a limited nuclear war. Right. Everything's going to stop.
Starting point is 00:23:38 And remember, we've already had one limited nuclear war. Yeah. It was called World War II. That's right. We dropped two nuclear bombs on Japan. Yeah. That was a nuclear war. It was called World War II. That's right. We dropped two nuclear bombs on Japan. Yeah. That was a nuclear war.
Starting point is 00:23:48 And everything stopped. Yes, it did. All the clocks got stopped. Everybody, suddenly the power of the sun was unleashed on Earth. And so... All I'm saying is
Starting point is 00:24:00 that we are reading, we're hearing things that world leaders are saying that a year ago were unthinkable right xi jinping today saying prepare for the worst could be nuclear war could be a biological could be a an earthquake prepare for the worst he wasn't saying to the to the chinese hey, you never know when an earthquake is going to happen. Right, as if casually, you know, this is hurricane preparedness month or something like that.
Starting point is 00:24:31 What he was saying is, look, we don't know when the U.S. is going to detonate a fault and cause an earthquake. We don't know when they're going to release a biological weapon on us. We don't know when they're going to use nuclear biological weapon on us. We don't know when they're going to use nuclear weapons on us. Prepare. Prepare for the worst. That's what we're reporting.
Starting point is 00:24:53 You know, Doc, you and I, we should be on the nightly news programs. We're the ones who know what's going on. But you turn on television, it's clowns. It's a clown show every day. It's just a parade of clowns, and the public doesn't know what's going on. And if they do talk about the war, the limited number of...
Starting point is 00:25:12 It's pro-war. Right. They put their snouts in the trough and just lap up the propaganda that's being dished out by the deep state. I mean, it's really embarrassing to see some of these guys, how they bend over backwards
Starting point is 00:25:25 to appease their war cult. They're paymasters. It's their paymasters. They're not paid millions of dollars. Look, a lot of these guys on TV, these men and women on TV, they're paid 10, 20, 30 million dollars a year. For what? To say what they're
Starting point is 00:25:48 programmed to say. Yes. To deliver the content provided by a big farmer, big military. To program you. Right. That's what they're paid for because they're very good at persuading people to believe the propaganda. They're paid tens of millions of dollars based on their ability to persuade people to swallow the propaganda. They're not there to tell the truth. They're not there to warn people. They're not there to educate. They're there to deceive people. And they're paid to deceive people, and they're paid to deceive. And look, the disaster is coming down the road like a Mack truck right now.
Starting point is 00:26:38 Doc, this thing's moving so fast. This is like week after week after week we come out here, and're like, oh, my gosh, look what they're saying now. I mean, that I've just said today. Hey, we can take out King Charles. Yeah, we can kill anybody in Great Britain we want to kill. Why? Because we're at war with our eternal enemy. Yes. Now, if I called you my eternal enemy, that means there's some animosity between us. There's some fighting words.
Starting point is 00:27:05 That means you're mad. That means you're going to get even. That's what that means. Let's take a look at, on the economic front, what's happening to the power of the United States, the regime that controls this country. So I found this story out of Kenya. Kenya has a new president, William Ruto, and he urged African leaders to embrace a pan-African payment system to reduce Africa's reliance on the U.S. dollar. So think of it as a Africa bricks in some way or fashion. So African news outlet Takedia News is reporting that Kenyan President William Ruto has urged African leaders to adopt pan-African payments and settlement systems in order to reduce their reliance on the U.S. dollar. Now, speaking at a forum on the
Starting point is 00:28:05 African Continental Free Trade Area, Ruto called on African leaders to mobilize central and commercial banks to join PAPPS and to trade in local currencies. Now, he expressed concerns over the challenges faced by African countries and local banks who often rely on correspondent banks in the U.S. and Europe to complete payments between African currencies, resulting in delays and additional charges. So the adoption of the PAPSS could reduce the risk associated with exchange rate fluctuations and reshape the global economy. In other words, he wants to eliminate the money changers that are involved in the process. So Kenyan President William Ruto said, we are all struggling to make payments for goods and services from one country to another
Starting point is 00:28:55 because of differences in currencies. And in the middle of all these, we are subjected to a dollar environment. He wants to get out of the dock. Right. Now, there's been a mechanism where all our traders can trade in the local currency and we leave it to the Afro-Zim Bank to settle all the payments. We do not have to look for dollars. Our businessmen will concentrate on moving goods and services
Starting point is 00:29:20 and leave the arduous task of currencies to Afro-Zim Bank. I suggest that we have a mechanism where we can settle all our payments, whether between our countries or externally, using our local currencies. And we have a mechanism like the one that's been put up by AfroZim Bank so that we don't have to be hostage to any one currency. He goes on to say, without a single payment platform, payment instructions from one African country to another typically pass through several intermediary financial institutions, leading to increased costs, complications, problems,
Starting point is 00:29:57 and unnecessary current fluctuations. And it ends up being a whole ecosystem of confusion. And they want the confusion because out of confusion comes profit. And so I'm surprised that he mentions that there's several intermediaries. So if you want to trade from Kenyan currency to Ugandan currency, you might have to go through two or three U.S.-based or European-based intermediaries, each one taking a little slice off of you. You know what the Bible called them?
Starting point is 00:30:35 Money changers. Right. Did you know that's what a money changer was? Right. A Forex dealer. Yeah. So what was going on is that when you gave at the temple, you had to give in temple coin. But most people weren't carrying temple coins around in their pocket.
Starting point is 00:30:51 And you're coming from all over the world to go to the temple there in Jerusalem. You're bringing your own currency. Yeah, you're coming from all over the world. And so you would come there and you can't just give your currency. It's not holy enough. So you have to change it. And Jesus got pretty upset about it. In fact, the only time he ever beat somebody up was over a bunch of money changers.
Starting point is 00:31:15 And so because what they were doing was evil in God's eyes. Proverbs talks about how that God is angered by unjust weights and measures. And that's what the ministry is. And usury, interests. So what is happening, what we're witnessing is that half of the world is preparing to reject the Rothschild-controlled banking system. Right. That's what's taking place. And it's probably going to happen this year.
Starting point is 00:31:50 I know we say it's every year, but this year is the first time I've seen dozens of countries now saying, you know what, I think we better come up with a backup plan. The heavy hand of the West against Russia has speeded up the process because smaller countries are looking at how the U.S. has treated Russia and said, wow, if we get out of line, they're going to crush us. We don't have the military might of Russia. They'll crush us if we do anything that they don't like.
Starting point is 00:32:26 And so the way that the West has treated Russia in this war has revealed the real spirit of the people that run this country, which is the Rothschild banking dynasty. It runs Western Europe. It runs the United States, Canada. It runs the West. This is a banking dynasty regime. And the world, the rest of the world is saying, we want out. Stop the music. Stop the merry-go-round. We're getting off. We're done with this stuff.
Starting point is 00:32:58 And so we're having a war. We're having a war because half the world wants to get off this crazy train. And that's why we're at war, because they're losing control. And they have to assert their dominance one more time in order to say, we're the boss. Look what we can do to Russia. If we can take Russia down, we can take any country down. If you don't adopt our policies, our currency, exchange, anything. Guess what? We can nuke you too.
Starting point is 00:33:30 That's right. Doc, we got a video from Africa of Kenyan President Ruto telling African leaders it's time to get away from the U.S. dollar. It's time to embrace this new pan-African payment system. Let's watch. Why are we bringing dollars in the middle of our trade? Speaking at a forum on the African Continental Free Trade Area, AFCFTA, in Nairobi on Monday, President Ruta urged his peers to mobilize central and commercial banks to join the Pan-African Payments and Settlements System, PAPS, which was launched in January 2022. The PAPSS, developed by the African Export-Import Bank Afrin Zimbank and the AFC-FTA Secretariat,
Starting point is 00:34:18 has received backing from the African Union and African Central Banks. And in the middle of all this, we are all subjected to a dollar environment. Kenyans want to pay for Tanzanian goods in dollars. Tanzania wants to pay for DRC goods in dollars. Egypt wants to pay.
Starting point is 00:35:17 The Kenyan leaders' call for action comes amid growing concerns over the vulnerability of the African economies to external factors. The fluctuating value of the U.S. dollars and the limited availability of dollars have put pressure on African currencies, including the Kenyan shilling, which has depreciated by about 12.1% since the beginning of the year. I am, however, delighted to note that AfriExim Bank in its mandate to facilitate intra-Africa and extra-Africa trade embarked on building a centralized payment and settlement system to support trade under the ACFTA. It is called the Pan-African Payments and Settlements System.
Starting point is 00:36:14 Banks and payment providers can plug directly to it to enable secure and instant payment in local currency. President Ruto's push to ditch the dollar and embrace the PAPs aligns with a broader vision of the AFCFTA, which aims to create a single market for goods and services across Africa and boost intra-continental trade. The adoption of a Pan-African payment system will be a crucial step towards achieving this ambitious goal. Rick, you've been to Africa, and I have too. I love Africa. I've been to Kenya a number of times. I've been to Kenya, I've been to Sierra Leone and several other countries. I love Africa.
Starting point is 00:36:47 I love the African people. But they have been subjected by Western colonialism for centuries now. And what's going on right now is just another version of that colonialism being pushed on them, whether it's in currency or the values that the West is trying to push on African nations by, you know, making them adopt, you know, the Western values regarding LGBTQ and abortion, all these other things. We'll be talking about that here in just a few moments. This is just a continued sin of keeping nations in subjection to another nation. But they're breaking free. Yes. And honestly, this, all this talk of, of new currencies, new payment systems, new banking entities. Look, this is good. This is good for the world. And really you get down to it, it's good for the dollar too, because it would force the dollar to
Starting point is 00:37:48 have to compete. Yes. But people, they don't want that. They don't want us to have an honest weight and measure when it comes to the dollar. That's really what it comes down to. I heard Mr. Kennedy when I was with him several weeks ago, and he talked about, you know, the U.S. needs to come home, needs to bring its military forces home. He said, let's have the strongest military here defending our country. Let's close our border.
Starting point is 00:38:21 Let's secure the border. Let's have our border, let's secure the border, let's have our military home, and then let's build the best economy in the world and compete. I said, that sounds so reasonable. But I bet he was called an isolationist for it, wasn't he? Well, I'm sure somebody would call him an isolationist because the two camps, isolationists or interventionists.
Starting point is 00:38:46 Right. The interventionists are the globalists. We're doing a good job at intervening in the world, aren't we? We sure are. And we've had about 70 years of it, and it's absolutely wrecked the United States of America. Look, there can be a cleansing of the country. Right now, we're out of control as a country. We're collapsing, imploding. But the heart of this country, and the heart of this country are the God-fearing men and women in this country. That's the heart of this country. We can take authority in this country. Yes, there's going to be pain. There's going to be hardship. There's going to be calamity because of the foolishness of our leaders
Starting point is 00:39:37 and the sin of many of the people. That's going to happen. There's no doubt in my mind it's going to happen, doc. But it doesn't mean it's the end. It doesn't mean it's the end. There can be a remnant. There can be a remnant that survives the calamity and says, okay, we saw it coming. We know why it happened. And now we're going to rebuild. That can happen. It's happened in other countries throughout thousands of years. It doesn't wish away the punishment that we deserve. We're going to go through it. I don't see how we're going to escape it, but it doesn't mean it's the end. God has a remnant. But keep in mind, too,
Starting point is 00:40:30 that that remnant can also be taken into captivity as well. I mean, we saw it with Israel. Daniel and Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, they were the cream of Israel, the cream of the crop, if you will, and the most spiritual, too. Yes. But they were taken into captivity. But even in captivity,
Starting point is 00:40:47 they prospered. Yes. They were healthier. Yes. They had more influence than their Babylonian peers. That's right. God's blessing is always on His people. That's why you shouldn't fear these things. Don't fear all this stuff that's coming upon the world. It's not coming upon the church. It's coming upon the world. And the Lord's hand is on His people. He'll take care of you. He'll bless you. He'll establish you. And even in the worst case scenario, you'll still come
Starting point is 00:41:20 out on top. You will still come out on top. While we're on this topic of currency, this actually, so coming up, Doc, in August, August 22nd, the BRICS nations are going to meet in Johannesburg, South Africa. This is the meeting where some South African leaders are saying, well, if Vladimir Putin shows up, he will be arrested. Right. Because the International Criminal Court is after him. You have other South African leaders saying,
Starting point is 00:41:53 no, he's not going to be arrested. He has immunity to come here. I don't think Putin's going to show up. I think Lavrov or somebody else will go there. But the BRICS nations will be meeting August 22nd in Johannesburg, South Africa. There is talk that they are going to approve a BRICS currency for the world. That's right. This story, this is Bloomberg from last month, May 10.
Starting point is 00:42:19 South Africa urges careful debate on option of introducing BRICS common currency. So Bloomberg reported back on May 10th that the BRICS group of nations will discuss the feasibility of introducing a common currency. That's according to the foreign minister of South Africa, which is preparing to host a summit of the bloc's leaders, as Rick mentioned. U.S. interest rate hikes and geopolitical conflicts have pushed up the value of the American currency and all the commodities priced in it to the detriment of most emerging markets. That spurred calls for alternatives to using the greenback as the global trading currency. One option is for the BRICS bloc, which comprises primarily of Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, to adopt their own unit. Now, the issue is likely to be on the agenda of a meeting of the nation's heads of state in Johannesburg coming up at the end of August. That would be a global changer there.
Starting point is 00:43:17 Not only is that happening at this event, but there are already confirmation that there will be at least a dozen nations approved to join BRICS at this meeting as well. So now it's becoming a very powerful block of nations. The power that the West has is you have a somewhat united front with the U.S. and Europe. They're on the same globalist page, if you will. What if they announce in August that Saudi Arabia has been accepted as a member of BRICS? I bet it's going to happen. I really do. I mean, we did an article last week talking about that very topic. But all these other smaller nations, like you said earlier, they're waking up to the fact that, listen, the West is not our friend. Never intended to be our friend.
Starting point is 00:44:11 They only wanted to take our resources and claim them as their own. Well, now they're finding new friends in the world. Friends that want to, let's just do business. Let's just trade. I've got something's just trade i've got something you want you've got something i want can we trade and right now we've been forced to say i you've got something i want i have to go get dollars or euros and then i can trade with you and what we've done with the sanctions is that we've made it so difficult for nations to trade with other countries. Right.
Starting point is 00:44:47 Because they can't do business with Russia. They can't do business with a Russian company. They can't do business with a Russian citizen. Or if they have values, if they hold to values that are in opposition to the Western values, they can get sanctioned too. So they can get sanctioned for being friends with Russia, sanctions for being against abortion, sanctions for being against gay marriage. This coming day, the world's going to put sanctions on America
Starting point is 00:45:15 and say, shut up. Just shut up. That's the way we're going. Quite frankly, it'll be very good for the world. The day that the rest of the world tells america to shut up because the people who they're saying shut up to is not the american people no it's the regime that controls us the same people who are telling you and me to shut up the same people that are taking away our rights got it yes i actually want the world to tell them shut up. The same people that are taking away our rights. I actually want the world to tell them
Starting point is 00:45:47 shut up and get out of our business. They need to be put into their place because they dominate even half of the American people. They do not care what we think, what we say. They treat us as livestock. Financial Times in London reporting U.S. bank failures stretch the deposit insurance funds, so the FDIC is following hard times, Doc. Yes. So according to a report by the Financial Times, the instability among U.S. banks has resulted in a decrease in the government bank backed fund that safeguards depositors, leaving it with the lowest capacity in almost 10 years. And that's to address losses stemming from potential bank collapses. Quoting the Financial
Starting point is 00:46:36 Times, the Federal Deposit Insurance Fund contained $116 billion in assets at the end of the first quarter, down from a staggering $128 billion at the end of 2022. That's according to data released on Wednesday. So the ratio of assets to insured depositors fell to 1.1, the lowest since 2015. Now, the number of banks on the FDIC's so-called problem list stood at 43 at the end of the first quarter, up from 39 at the end of the year. The agency said, as it released data, the FDIC discloses the number of banks on its problem list, but not the names. So the problem is continuing to increase is the message that I'm getting from this. And so somebody's going to have to bail out the FDIC when they bail out the banks.
Starting point is 00:47:26 Right. Doc, there's something going on in Great Britain. There's a spike in deaths in Great Britain, and the government and health officials are perplexed. They can't figure out why so many people are dying. They're just stunned. It's like there's no answer to it in their minds. And it all started last year from May of 2022 to December.
Starting point is 00:47:59 The death rate just jumped in Great Britain. And we're turning across all categories. And it's not as a result of COVID because they took the COVID numbers out. So just the COVID deaths that they claimed as COVID. They're not in here. Right. So those are out. So deaths across the board are way up in the UK.
Starting point is 00:48:21 The Mirror Online reports that tens of thousands of Brits died in 2022 from May to December, excluding COVID as a cause of death, raising serious questions as to why so many died. Now, from May to December last year, there were 32,441 excess deaths in England and Wales, excluding deaths from COVID. Now, the spikes in excess deaths can be attributed to a number of causes, but it isn't clear what's driving these spikes or causing these drop-offs. Now, experts suggest the country's aging population, increasing average body mass index, you're too fat, and weather, climate change, are contributing factors. Well, let's consider another factor. What new element, what new action has been introduced into the health regime of billions of people across the
Starting point is 00:49:14 world within the past two years that could be a possible explanation for these excess deaths? Is there anything that had happened, Rick? did they do something different in 2022 that they hadn't done before right are they just getting fat are they getting hit by lightning what's happening they're getting hit by uh vaccine needles that's right that don't have operating systems that don't have vaccines in them right they have operating systems in them that's the one element that you can say has changed across the board. And we're seeing the same thing in the U.S. too. Insurance companies are facing the reality. People are dying more than they've ever died before. And the only thing that's changed in our general regime is we've been injected with modern operating systems into
Starting point is 00:50:02 our bodies. Do you really believe that officials are that dumb that they can't figure this out? No, they're betting you're that dumb. Yes. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Because that's exactly what it is. They absolutely are not permitted to speak the truth about why so many people are dying. You know why? Because they're implicated in it. They'd have to explain, yeah, I knew this wasn't going to work. And what I find so interesting about this article is they go on in it, we had a couple of quotes here, and they blame the people that are dying. So Professor David Coleman,
Starting point is 00:50:40 emeritus professor of demography at Oxford, told the Mirror that once those poor people have been packed off, the remaining population should be healthier. There should be a period afterwards where deaths are lower than usual, but that hasn't happened. And so the population, so he's making this explanation here. The population is getting older. And also the population in Britain is the fattest in Europe. You're too fat, Britain, and rather vulnerable to disease, notably heart disease and diabetes. See, it's your fault. Yeah, heart disease. Absolutely. Yeah. Like a sudden heart attack. Now, some people have been forecasting separately from COVID that death rates would continue to get worse because the country is so unhealthy. How does that logic work, Rick? I thought we will get healthier after this miracle injection took place. These medical health officials know
Starting point is 00:51:34 what they did. And a lot of them, even though they were not in on the plot, they knew they had enough intelligence, enough education to know that something evil was being done. And they were too timid to speak out. And so they have to stay quiet now because people would say, well, if you knew, why didn't you say something? You went ahead and told me to get vaccinated. You told my you told my children to get vaccinated. Look at the health that they're in. And if you questioned it, you were ostracized. Sometimes you lost your job. Yes. Some doctors lost their medical license.
Starting point is 00:52:22 In the Virgin Islands, the United States Virgin Islands, in the virgin islands the united states virgin islands there's a lawsuit against jp morgan bank and this involves a former executive jess staley but this lawsuit is starting to pull in jp mor Chase CEO, Jamie Dimon. Right. And he's doing his best to stay far from this lawsuit, but his name keeps popping up. And so we have this Wall Street Journal report today.
Starting point is 00:52:55 Jamie Dimon says he never discussed Jeffrey Epstein's bank accounts at JPMorgan, just Staley said, yes he did. Staley's statements made in documents viewed by The Wall Street Journal that hadn't been made public yet are his first remarks to emerge about conversations between him and Diamond regarding Epstein. The bank on Tuesday says Staley's statements are false. Now, Diamond was deposed last Friday. The CEO maintained he has no recollection of ever discussing or reviewing Epstein's accounts. Diamond doesn't believe such conversations with Staley ever happened, the spokeswoman said.
Starting point is 00:53:32 There is no evidence that any such communications ever occurred. Nothing in the voluminous number of documents reviewed and nothing in the nearly dozen depositions taken, including that of our own CEO, said the spokeswoman. The one person who claims this to be true is currently accused of horrific acts and dishonesty, your former CEO. Epstein formed a close bond with Staley, who ran the private bank that catered to the firm's wealthiest clients and later oversaw its investment bank. Now, in August 2008, a few weeks after Epstein's guilty plea, a J.P. Morgan employee sent an email that suggested Diamond would review the Epstein relationship. This is according to that lawsuit that's taking place in the Virgin Islands.
Starting point is 00:54:19 The email states, I would count Epstein's assets as a probable outflow for 08, 120 million or so, as I can't imagine it will stay pending Diamond review. And so, as Rick mentioned, it seems like every week there's another thread that is a Diamond thread, and things are starting to unravel. They are. But that hasn't stopped Jamie Dimon from thinking of higher things in the future, Rick. Yeah, he told Bloomberg News he might run for president someday.
Starting point is 00:54:53 There's talk of him running in 2024 against Joe Biden in the Democratic primaries. This lawsuit is a major problem for him. Right. He's got to deal with this because he could really mess up his uh his campaign but there there are people on wall street encouraging him to run as a democrat against joe biden in the primaries because the massive amount of money he could raise quickly oh yeah and uh um you know his friends his admirers are saying he's done everything there's nothing left to do he he's the greatest banker on the face of the earth where do you go from there yes where do you go from
Starting point is 00:55:41 there that's literally what they're saying there's nothing left for him to do at JPMorgan Chase. It's time to retire while he's at the top and run for president and run the country as well as he ran JPMorgan Chase. And so here's a short video clip from Bloomberg News when he was asked whether he would run for public office. Last week, you talked a lot about succession or about your position that you're not talking about retirement right now. I do need to ask you, though, and your name has been bantied about for years about public office. I mean, I don't think Wall Street's too pleased about a potential Trump versus Biden runoff next year. Is it any has that scenario ever crossed your mind, that you would run for public office or even accept a cabinet position?
Starting point is 00:56:35 You know, obviously it's crossed my mind, because people mention things to you and stuff like that. I love my country, and maybe one day I'll serve my country in one capacity or another, but I love what I do. I think J.B. Morgan do a great job for helping Americans, helping countries around the world. And this is my job. This is what I'm going to do. And I'm quite happy doing it. I still have the energy to do it. I mentioned that when you don't, I think people should give up the job. We've got a fabulous management team where I really enjoy working with. So I'm here.
Starting point is 00:57:05 But he didn't rule it out. No. And whether it's this time or 2028, but he's late 60s, so he still has, he could go to, I would say, to 2028 and still be a viable candidate. But don't rule it out this year for 2024. Anything could happen. Doc, Robert F. Kennedy is gaining ground on Joe Biden. And the pharmaceutical companies
Starting point is 00:57:38 don't want a President Kennedy in the White House. No. So if RFK starts really climbing in the polls and starts getting crowds, and you get close to the primaries and the caucuses in Iowa and New Hampshire and other-
Starting point is 00:58:01 South Carolina's going to be the first one. South Carolina's first one, okay? And, man, if Robert Kennedy, you know, comes in, if he gets into the he doesn't even have to win a primary. If he gets 40 some percent in a primary against a sitting president. That's a confidence on no confidence. That's a no confidence vote on biden and suddenly biden will be wounded and kennedy will be climbing and then the uh the regime masters are going to say we got to stop kennedy our boy biden's done he's wounded we got to get we got to stop kennedy We can't have another Kennedy in the White House. He knows too much.
Starting point is 00:58:48 He knows way too much. And he's not afraid to say it. And I'm not sure Gavin Newsom would love to run, but Gavin Newsom, I don't think he could beat Jamie Dimon. Jamie Dimon would raise massive amounts of campaign donations. I mean, you start tapping into major business executives and owners nationwide. I mean, he could raise a couple hundred million dollars overnight. He would be a formidable candidate on the Democratic side. I'm not ruling it out.
Starting point is 00:59:29 Well, RFK Jr. right now, according to slate.com, is polling at 19 percent. Solid 19. The numbers aren't dipping at all. And so and we're still ways out. But the Republicans are underway, aren't they? Yeah. We'll just go through some headlines real quick on various Republicans who are running. Of course, you know, Governor Ron DeSantis here in Florida, he did announce he went to Iowa.
Starting point is 00:59:54 He said this week he wants to send Joe Biden back to his basement. New Jersey, former Governor Chris Christie may announce that he is running for president again. Former New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu will decide very soon whether he's going to join the race as a Republican. And? Vice President, former Vice President Mike Pence, NBC reported today, is set to launch his presidential campaign. So what has changed, do you think, Rick, in the past week or so where all these Republicans now are jumping in to the race? Is there something that has changed? They don't think Donald Trump is going to survive the legal challenges.
Starting point is 01:00:51 There's a lot of people that think the Justice Department is going to arrest him very soon. And that he's not going to be able to survive politically under a federal arrest. And he's got so many investigations against him that if he gets through one, he's got another one. He gets through that one, he's got another one. The Democrats are determined to put him in prison. And if they can't put him in prison, they want to give him enough stress to give him a heart attack. Or hamstring him that he can't move forward in a campaign. Right. And that he's so wounded, so shredded, that a lot of voters... See, it's that independent group.
Starting point is 01:01:33 The Democrats are not going to vote for Trump. Right. The Republicans are going to vote for Trump. But that middle group, the independents... They could go anywhere. And right now, trump looks pretty messy and uh you know i i think i think there are a lot of people that are just looking they want they want somebody that has uh the trump platform that will take on you know the, which Mr. Trump didn't do.
Starting point is 01:02:08 But they're looking for somebody that will challenge the ruling class in this country, and they're searching. I'm of the view, I'm just talking about political experience. I think that lightning is going to fall on Robert Kennedy. I think he's going to be the surprise candidate. Well, there's certainly nothing exciting about Christie, Sununu, or Vice President Pence. Oh, my gosh. It's the same people. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:02:41 How big of a yawn can I do? Here's the Washington Post, the top 10 Republican candidates. I didn't know we had 10. I honestly didn't know we were up to 10. So we'll scroll down this article here till we get to the names. There we go. So Vivek Ramaswamy, he's initially a couple of months ago was getting a lot of media attention, was on all the Fox News. Who is he? He, a former CEO, built his own company, has a lot of the Trump-esque policies without all the Trump baggage. I have no, I mean, I see him, but I have no idea who he is. Here's another one's going to run. North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum. Yes. That's a surprise. And that's just in the past week as well. Have you heard of a groundswell of popular support for
Starting point is 01:03:32 we want Doug Burgum? I've never even heard of the guy. Right. I hadn't heard of him before today. Nothing against him. I'm sure he's a nice guy. I'm sure he's a good governor. But I'm just saying
Starting point is 01:03:42 this guy doesn't stand a chance. Just go down the list. Chris Christie, he's not going to go anywhere. Chris Sununu, there's another person. He has no support outside of New Hampshire. Let's see, where else? Glenn Youngkin. We talked about that yesterday. Yes. Glenn Youngkin, you can take him as a viable candidate. Governor of Virginia. Yes, he will be a viable candidate. Tim Scott will be a very strong candidate. Right. He Tim Scott could be the he could be the the surprise sleeper candidate on the Republican side? He has a 100% score from pro-life groups. He delivers a compelling message every time he speaks. Doc, if it gets, and it's already nasty. Donald Trump's already made it nasty. He's already doing his name calling.
Starting point is 01:04:37 If Tim Scott stays the clean, nice church choir boy, there may be a lot of people that say, you know what? He hasn't said an ugly thing about any of his other opponents. I'm going to go with Scott. Right. Don't rule him out.
Starting point is 01:04:53 Then you got Nikki Haley. So if you love war in Ukraine and Zionists killing Palestinians, then Nikki's your pal. Then you got Mr. Excitement, Mike Pence. Who misquotes scriptures. And then we have Governor DeSantis, who in my, look, a fantastic governor of Florida.
Starting point is 01:05:12 I really like him as the governor of Florida. I'm not sure yet if I want him to be the president. I'll tell you how a lot of Floridians think who support him. We don't want him to leave. Right. This actually could, in Florida, hurt him. His strongest supporters in Florida don't want him to win the presidency because he's going to leave. Right. And there's nobody in the Florida bubble. That can take his place. Right. So,
Starting point is 01:05:40 yes, he's got a lot of support here, but the support is for him to be the governor of Florida. Who else we got here? We got number one. Oh, Donald Trump. Okay, so we got Donald Trump in the race also. Quite a lineup. It's going to be interesting. One more thing on politics.
Starting point is 01:06:02 West Virginia Governor Jim Justice is running against Democrat Joe Manchin. And Jim Justice, a very popular governor in West Virginia. I didn't know, Doc, he's the richest man in West Virginia. Did you know he's a billionaire? I didn't know he was a billionaire. I know he had a lot of...
Starting point is 01:06:23 He's a billionaire. I didn't know that. I really didn't know he was a billionaire. I know he had a lot of... He's a billionaire. I didn't know that. I really didn't know it. So Jim Justice is the governor of West Virginia. He filed a run for governor, I mean, for senator against Joe Manchin. Has a very good chance of defeating Joe Manchin. And so what did the Biden administration do today? They brought out the feds and served warrants on him. That's the way we do democracy here in America.
Starting point is 01:06:51 That's right. You oppose the regime and you're going to get arrested. So the U.S. Department of Justice sued Governor Jim Justice, his son, and his coal companies. So during Governor Jim Justice's press release on Wednesday, the governor said he does not have the real knowledge of the details of the suit yet, but expects to be briefed by his son. Governor Justice went on to say, I've announced as a Republican that I'm running for the U.S. Senate and the Biden administration is aware of the fact that with a win for the U.S. Senate and everything, we could very well flip the Senate. You know, government agencies sometimes can surely react, and this could be something in regard to that, Governor Justice said, and his companies will always fulfill obligations. But the NRSC, that's the National Republican Senate Committee. Senatorial Committee. They had a response for this because they obviously see the dirty pool that the Biden administration is doing.
Starting point is 01:07:50 It says, Joe Biden's Department of Justice has gone totally rogue. Democrats weaponizing the federal government to attack the family of a Republican Senate candidate, Jim Justice in this case, is a complete abuse of power. That's coming from NRSC spokesman Tate Mitchell. Okay, we had a lot of woke news to talk about. I'm going to save that for tomorrow. But I got to show you one thing before we wrap it up. I'm going to jump down to number 76.
Starting point is 01:08:20 This is a report from WCTV television, Tallahassee, Florida. Airborne crash caught on camera, Tallahassee woman involved. You've got to see the video. WCTV reported that a 21-year-old Tallahassee woman was involved in a car crash caught on camera where her car went airborne and flipped approximately 120 feet in the air before hitting another vehicle. The incident occurred in Lowndes County, Georgia, and the driver suffered from serious injuries but survived the crash. The video came from a county sheriff's deputy who was working a crash on the opposite side of highway 64 or 84 and this you got to see this so here's here's the raw video and then we'll show you another video. Good.
Starting point is 01:09:38 At their last 10-50, 10-50 rollover. 90-second EMS immediate roll. Previous 10-50, 84 west. Doc, she jumped that wrecker. She was going pretty good clip there, wasn't she? That was like Dukes of Hazzard style. So we're going to show you the video again, and then we're going to wrap it up and go home.
Starting point is 01:10:10 Here is a replay of that that incident good kids don't try that at home yeah don't do that at home. Yeah, don't do that at home. Don't do that. That's it for today.
