This is True News. The truth, the whole truth, nothing but the truth. So help us God. Ukrainian President Zelensky is talking again about nuclear war. Yesterday, he told an Australian forum that NATO should launch a preemptive nuclear attack on Russia. Today, he told BBC that Russia is preparing to attack NATO. We will start today's True News with a look at the BBC interview of President Zelensky. Here's the headline. World must act now to stop Russia nuclear threat, says Zelensky. And we have a portion of the BBC interview.

Let's watch it. They begin to prepare their society. That is very dangerous. They are not ready to do it, to use it, but they begin to communicate. What do you mean, prepare society for using a nuclear weapon? You know, they don't know if they will use or they will not use. I think that it's dangerous even to speak about it. That I said, you have to do preventive kicks, not attacks.

We are not terrorists and we don't fight on another territory. Even our attitude from our society, attitude to Russians after this invasion, after all these eight years war, eight years blood tragedy. Even after this attitude us to them, to society, we are not ready to kill people like Russians do it. Well, Doc, is Zelensky trying to walk back his outrageous comments yesterday that NATO should carry out a preemptive strike on Moscow? It sounds like he is at this point. In fact, you know, there are several commentators made, you know, that direct accusation of him. But there is no doubt what we heard yesterday, because there were so many people that were calling him out on it, you know, online. He said yesterday in Australia, the West must hit Russia now.

Yes. Before the Russians attack with nuclear weapons. And so now today he's telling BBC. Watch out, the Russians are going to attack. The Russians are going to do it. Maybe they will. I don't know. They're preparing.

They're getting ready. Maybe they're going to do it. Maybe they will. I don't know. They're preparing. They're getting ready. Maybe they're going to do it. Maybe they're not. And then he says there should be attacks. No, what did he say? Kicks, not attacks. Well, what's a kick? A nuclear kick? I mean, what is it? What's he talking about? And then he also said at the end of that segment

there, we don't kill people like the Russians kill people. Really? So, well, there was no mistake that president biden understood what mr zelinski was saying yesterday because he spoke about the increased level of nuclear armageddon going on so now we got biden talking bible talk that's right along with the mevedev. So President Joe Biden said Thursday the risk of nuclear Armageddon is the highest it's been for 60 years after Russian President Vladimir Putin renewed his threats as his military retreats in Ukraine. Now, in remarks at a reception for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, Biden said it was first time since the 1962

Cuban Missile Crisis that there's been a direct threat of nuclear weapons being used. If, in fact, things continue down the path they're going. We have not faced the prospect of Armageddon since Kennedy and the Cuban Missile Crisis, he said, offering his bluntest comments about the use of nuclear weapons since Russia invaded Ukraine in February. Now, Mr. Biden said Thursday that he takes Putin's threat seriously. He said, quote, we've got a guy I know fairly well. He's not joking when he talks about potential use of tactical nuclear weapons or biological or chemical weapons because his military is, you might say,

significantly underperforming. Now, Mr. Biden added that he didn't think there was a way the Kremlin might resort to a tactical nuclear strike on the battlefield, as some analysts have speculated, without inviting global catastrophe. He said, I don't think there's any such thing as the ability to easily use a tactical nuclear weapon and not end up with Armageddon, he said. We're trying to figure out a way of what is Putin's off ramp. Where does he find a way out? Where does he find himself when he does not only lose face, but significant power? Okay, let's hold it right here. Let's go back to Doc and I talking and I'll save the last one for

a minute or two. So let's just talk about what Mr. Biden said last night. Now, this was not recorded. This was overheard by reporters. He was at a private home, a political event, and his conversation was overheard by news reporters. So there's no recording of Mr. Biden talking about Armageddon, but it made world headlines. The president of the United States says we're facing world Armageddon, the destruction of the planet, the loss of humanity, the end of the world. I mean, that's a serious statement coming from the commander in chief in charge of thousands of nuclear warheads. So, Mr. Biden, what I'm trying to figure out, Doc, is has

General Mark Milley and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, have they finally gotten through to Joe Biden? Putin's not bluffing. He's going to nuke us if we continue this war. Their tsunami submarine is on the move. Their nuclear train is on the move. Their strategic forces are on high alert. They're getting ready to strike. Did Joe Biden finally get it?

And say, you know what? Maybe we have pushed him too far. And yet at the same time, the White House tried to walk back his comments from last night throughout the day today. Right. So I'm just trying to figure out. Every time Joe Biden talks about war, whether it's related to Taiwan or Ukraine or nuclear weapons, the White House has to come back along and walk it back. That's true because he said that the U.S. would defend Taiwan if China attacked.

And immediately the White House staff said that's not what he meant. Taiwan policy hasn't changed, hasn't changed. Right. And they did it again today. And one thing, well, the other thing, Doc, is are they also trying to get a muzzle on the mouth of Zelensky? You know, after, I mean, Mr. Biden said this last night. Right.

On the heels of Zelensky telling the Australians, I want the West to nuke Russia. Maybe they're trying to get him under control also. Or the worst thing is, it's just the opposite. The White House is telling Zelensky, talk this way. And they're encouraging Biden, talk about Armageddon. Let's ramp it up. Let's get this show on the road. That's the worst thought,

that they're actually hyping it. Now, one thing that Mr. Biden allegedly said was that he said he's trying to find Putin's off-ramp, meaning the exit off this highway to hell, this highway to Armageddon. He's trying to find his off-ramp. Well, that's pretty easy, Mr. Biden. Mr. Putin has told you for a long, long time. No Ukrainian, no NATO military bases in Ukraine, no nukes in Ukraine, a security guarantee for Russia. And Ukraine can't join NATO. And they can't join NATO.

Secretary of State Blinken said, he said the Russians refused to negotiate. And until they're willing to bargain in good faith, we're going to continue to send weapons to Ukraine. Really, the Russians are refusing to negotiate. What were they trying to do before they invaded Ukraine? They were negotiating. They were trying to prevent this all from happening. And even after the conflict started, even as far back as April of this year, Ukraine and Russia were on the brink of a security agreement, basically ending hostilities. But the U.S. torpedoed it. They wrecked it. So we now have open talk. I guess we really are

close to war since Drudge, The Drudge report had it featured today, so I guess it's official now. We've been warning people for a long time, but now that Drudge is talking about it, I guess... Everybody else can talk about it. Yeah, it's now a legitimate topic. We're facing nuclear war. Well, anybody

But Murdoch is raising money for the Democrats. Right. The Murdochs are just laughing at the conservatives and the patriots and the Christians they're just laughing

they're making money it's just making money we'll give you a conservative network we'll let you believe it and yet behind the scenes they're raising money for the Democrats this was at James Murdoch's home well maybe Sean Hannity

tonight will blast the Murdoch family for their hypocrisy. Will Tucker Carlson do it? Of course not. They want those paychecks. They know that their bosses are funding the Democratic Party. It's all such a big charade. Man.

I've told this story before. It's a true story. This happened in Nashville, I want to say 2015, 16. I don't remember exactly what year, Doc.

A local Nashville businessman came up to me, recognized me, came up and said, hey Rick, I'm a big True News fan. So we were talking and he said, you know for years you've said that the Democratic Party and Republican Party are one big club. And he says, I just could not believe you,

but I believe you now. I said, well, what changed your mind? He told me the business that he was in. Right. And he said, a wealthy businessman in Nashville hired him to do some work. And he gave him a deadline. And he said, the reason I have to have this done is I've got a big party coming.

And this other businessman said, oh, what's the party about? He goes, Hillary Clinton and John McCain are coming to my house. This guy goes, wait a minute, Hillary Clinton and John McCain? They're coming to your house? He goes, oh, yeah, yeah. He goes, they use my house for private meetings. He says, they don't want the public to know that they meet privately, so they use my house.

And the guy said, Rick, I now believe you. I now believe you. It's one big club. Yeah, so Fox News, the conservative network. Yeah, right. I've been telling people for years. I'll tell you the other one you don't want to trust. Newsmax.

They're just as bad. All right. I'm not even going to go down that road. It's too late in the game. We're talking about nuclear war. Right. Okay. What does it matter?

All right. They've been deceiving the public for decades. So now Joe Biden's starting to talk about Armageddon at James Murdoch's house at a Democratic fundraiser. But as I mentioned before, the White House today was walking back the comments and they have this from Market Watch. White House says there was no new intelligence leading to President Biden's nuclear Armageddon comment. And so basically what they were being bombarded with is, all right, has there been a change in status of things?

Is there some new things that are going on that we don't know about? And so the White House had to respond to that. And, you know, once again, another example of having to walk back comments by the president. I guarantee you there's new intelligence. The tsunami submarine is moving underwater. The nuclear train is headed towards Ukraine. The strategic missile forces are on alert. The Pentagon knows Putin is serious this time. He's ready to push the button. And that's because Biden and NATO have pushed, they've pushed Putin so far into the corner, he has no other option other than to fight with nukes.

It's just absolutely crazy. This is like jumping a guy on the street who's got a.45 in his pocket. And you know he's got a.45. And you know it and you're choking him and you've got him down on the sidewalk choking him, and you know he's packing heat. This is what they're doing to Putin. He's going to take it out and shoot. He has no other alternative at this point. They've backed him into the corner. And this is when Biden says, I got to find his off ramp. So Biden's saying, yeah, I think I've pushed him hard enough. Maybe we better let up. Maybe he is going to use the nukes. I think they're seriously contemplating now that there's going to be a nuclear war.

Like I said, the worse, even worse is that they want it to happen. They absolutely want the war to happen. I don't know. We'll find out. What we have to do as a church, as the body of Christ, is to pray that the Spirit of the Lord is able to work through these madmen. Doc, just think about it. Our lives are being held by the likes of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. This is where we're at right now. That's the best we could do.

The future of humanity depends on Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Out of 330 plus million people, that's the best we could do, right? Yeah. Wow. But God can still work through them. Absolutely. He can still work through them. And we need to pray that sanity comes into their minds and an idea comes as a way to settle this, I hope we get

to the end of this year without a nuclear war. I would love to get up one day and read Biden and Putin communicating. The end of this war is near. You know, Putin's going to the G20 summit. Yes, that's right. Oh, can you imagine what that meeting is going to look like? But it could be the place they settle the war. Perhaps. And the question is, will Joe Biden meet with Vladimir Putin at the G20 summit? So apparently Joe Biden hasn't ruled that out.

U.S. President Joe Biden has not completely ruled out the prospect of a meeting with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of the upcoming G20 summit. That remains to be seen. Mr. Biden told reporters when asked if he would meet Putin at the upcoming G20 or APEC summit to discuss Ukraine. Notably, the G20 summit is set to take place on November 15th and 16th in Bali. Earlier in September, a U.S. official said that President Joe Biden has no interest in meeting his Russian counterpart during the G20 summit, but apparently that information has been updated. So President Biden is not ruling that out, whereas before he was. Yeah. So September, he had no interest in meeting Putin. Now he might meet Putin. Well, what's changed? The submarine and the train.

Right. That's what's changed. I think Biden is waking up to the fact that Putin's going to nuke the United States. And they're realizing maybe we better calm this thing down. We've taken it. We've taken it as far as we can take it. They've severely wounded Russia. They have. I mean, their military has been hit hard. Yet their economy is doing well.

But it's hurt their military. It's not been good for Russia. The man who's running, kind of like the acting governor of Donetsk, one of the regions that Russia annexed, he said that there's a lot of Polish and british mercenaries here we go again doc poland and great britain we're seeing this pattern in the last two weeks poland and britain working together in ukraine so um dennis pushlin said that many polish and british mercenaries are fixed on different parts of the line of contact,

or the front line, in Donetsk, People's Republic, said Denis Pushlin, acting head of the region. He said, we're bringing together all units, including Chechen detachments, the liberation of the DPR, so that this happens as quickly as possible. But the enemy is not the same as it was in 2014. Now we are fighting not only with the armed forces of Ukraine, but with the presence of NATO is more clearly visible, not only in weapons and ammunition. So he's making the direct accusation on there.

Initially, there were instructors. Now they are becoming commanders of mixed units. We fix a lot of mercenaries, Polish, British. Also, the last training was on the territory of Britain. Already, they are no longer shy, more and more frankly, showing their presence. And all that remains for us is to win, he said during a trip to Chechnya. So he's making the direct accusation that not only has there been training back in the UK and there was training in Poland too, but there are actual mercenaries,

Polish and British mercenaries, and maybe even, he's hinting at, NATO soldiers on the ground, on the front lines in Donetsk. This wouldn't surprise me at all. Every day that goes by, I am more convinced that King Charles

is the hidden hand in this war. We just didn't see it for a while. But for some reason, in the past two weeks, my eyes are open. I go, wait a minute. There's this, it keeps going back to London. And there's a Polish connection to Britain. Yes. I mean, suddenly just within the past two weeks now, Poland keeps popping up in the conversation. They've even been accused of maybe participating in the sabotage of the Nord Stream pipelines.

And, yeah, I never even would have considered Poland before then. And then the story started coming out about them demanding from Germany reparations for World War II. 1.3 trillion euros. You start putting all that together and then you start thinking, are we still fighting World War II here? Is this where we're at right now? And who was Germany's biggest antagonist in World War II and World War I? It was Great Britain. Right. So I don't know.

We'll see as time goes by if King Charles is the hidden hand in World War III. While we're talking about World War III, the government of Belarus said today that they are prepared to put a half million Belarusian reservists onto the battlefield. So, Doc, to me, a statement like this coming out of Belarus is a warning to NATO. We've got a half million men ready to go. Well, we even get comments from Poland that they're willing to share nuclear weapons with America, and then that's bordering Belarus.

I mean, what is the expected response? They're going to defend their territory. So is Belarus invading Poland? No, Belarus is worried that Poland's gonna strike Belarus. No, that's what I'm saying. Because a day or two ago, I don't remember if it was President Lukashenko or somebody said, every day we're watching the preparation for war on the Polish side. And we have to take this seriously and we're getting ready. So now they come out today and say, we got a half million men, reservists ready to call up.

My first thought when I read it was, oh, they're gonna send a half million men to Ukraine. But now I'm thinking, no, they're prepping for war with Poland. Yes. Because in that statement several days ago, they didn't say the Ukrainian army is building up forces on our border. They said the Polish army is building up forces. And the Polish army is building up because they see a threat from Belarus because Belarus is in that special compact with Russia

where they're kind of operating almost as one nation. And the president of Belarus has invited Vladimir Putin, hey, you can park nuclear weapons here if you want. But the president of Poland has invited NATO, you can park, well actually has talked to the United States. You can put U.S. nukes in Poland. Just nukes everywhere, Rick. That's where they're headed.

You know, it's possible, Doc. I mean, they may get some type of, it won't be a settlement. It'll be a truce. Right. We may get a truce in the next two months and World War III gets a delay for a year or two.

It's possible. Right. But sometimes wars happen, Rick. Mm-hmm. They happen. They just happen. And somebody shoots somebody

and assassination takes place or there's an attack or a terrorist attack, and suddenly all the wheels start going and then everybody is fighting. You know, Vladimir Zelensky today tried to walk back some of his comments from yesterday saying, you know, it really wasn't, he said it was a mistranslation. Right. Well, there's one person that didn't interpret that as a mistranslation, and that was Sergei Lavrov, because he responded to Zelensky's statement on a preventive nuclear strike.

He understood clearly what Zelensky was saying. He said yesterday Zelensky called on his Western masters to deliver a preemptive nuclear strike against Russia. So Mr. Lavrov understood it exactly that way. And by calling the Western masters, he's insinuating that the West told Zelensky to call for a nuclear attack on Russia. Now, Mr. Lavrov went on to say, thus, this figure essentially presented to the whole world with yet another evidence of the threats that come from the Kiev regime and to neutralize which a special military operation was launched, he said. Lavrov called ridiculous attempts by various secretaries of Zelensky to claim that the Ukrainian president had something else in mind. We all remember how back in January he declared about Ukraine's desire to possess

nuclear weapons. Therefore, this thought was deeply embedded in him, the foreign minister added. When we talk about environmental security, of course, we cannot pass over and silence those discussions that have been constantly growing recently on the topic of the possible use of nuclear weapons. Especially in this regard, we cannot pass over in silence the reckless actions of the Kiev regime, which are aimed at creating risk of using various types of weapons of mass destruction. Lavrov recalled that very disturbing facts were revealed during the special military operation, including the existence of illegal military biological programs in laboratories created by the Pentagon,

including experiments to develop banned chemicals. He said, and of course, the most dangerous incessant attacks on the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant continue, he added. We once again warn the United States and other sponsors of the Kiev regime against becoming more deeply involved in the situation as parties to the conflict. As for us, as has been explained many times, our military doctrine and the foundations of state policy in the field

of nuclear deterrence remain unchanged. Washington's attempts and its vassals to distort this reality, to distort our position, the goal is to intimidate the international community, to force its sane part to follow a failed course of reckless support for Kiev in all of its adventures, the minister stressed. Okay, so there's the warning. We once again warn the United States and other sponsors of the Kiev regime against becoming more deeply involved in the situation, the war, as parties to the conflict. Doc, you just said a few minutes ago, sometimes wars just happen. They start shooting. That's what Lavrov's saying.

We're warning you. You're getting deeper and deeper, more deeply involved in this war. And we're telling you that you're going to be treated as a party to the war. That makes you an enemy of the nation. And then he goes on to say the foundations of our state policy in nuclear deterrence remains unchanged. Meaning our nuclear policy is if our country's existence is threatened, we will use our nukes. That's their policy. That's their policy. And they've made that very clear. And we've shared it here on the program many times.

This is their policy. If they feel threatened, they will use nuclear weapons. If they feel that the existence of Russia is threatened, they will use nuclear weapons. That's the line for them. You may not like it. You may have a different idea of what it should be, but that's the Russian view.

I said, hey, we bought and paid for these nukes, and here are the terms of when we're going to use it. And maybe this is getting through to Joe Biden. I hope so. I hope that there are people in Washington who are starting to seriously consider the possibility of all-out nuclear war, which means the end of the human race, a good portion of it. It'll be a small group of people left on the planet. But as we heard yesterday, 98% of the U.S., 98% of Russia would be dead in two years. Is this really worth it for Zelensky?

I just, why are we doing this for Zelensky? Right. We didn't even want Ukraine in NATO. NATO didn't want Ukraine in NATO. NATO didn't want Ukraine in NATO. The EU didn't want them, even though now they've, they have to play along with it because of Europe. But, you know, they didn't want Ukraine and NATO because it was so corrupt. That's right. Well, Doc, there's another Russian official who says, hey, we're taking Zelensky's words very seriously. Right. So Moscow will take into account the words of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky about NATO preventive strikes against Russia when taking measures to ensure nuclear deterrence and the country's security. That's coming from Konstantin Vorontsov, deputy head of the Russian delegation at a meeting of the U.N. General Assembly First Committee, he said, said, quote, We will certainly monitor and take into account these statements by President Zelensky when taking the necessary measures to ensure nuclear deterrence and to ensure Russia's security in accordance with Russia's military doctrine, as well as with the fundamentals of nuclear deterrence policy stress.

Now, once again, here's another representative of the Russian government that had no confusion about what Zelensky's remarks were yesterday. No matter how much all the different media outlets try to walk back Zelensky's comments and try to whitewash it, the Russians understood clearly it was not a mistranslation. He talked about a preemptive first strike on Russia. That's right. And he also has no misunderstanding about Russia's policy to defend their country with nukes. Right.

He's making it very clear. You threaten us, we're going to take action. If we think that our survival is at stake, we're going to take action. The next one. let's see, this is Moscow Times. Patriarch Kirill told Vladimir Putin on his 70th birthday that God put you in power for a time like this. Now, every Christian in America you've got to stop and think about what just happened that the head of the Russian Orthodox Church is saying Almighty God has raised you up

Vladimir Putin to defend Russia and to oppose the wicked West because they see us as wicked. Yes. They see us as satanic. Putin himself called us satanic.

We have a quote from the Moscow Times here. It says, the head of the Russian Orthodox Church, Patriarch Kirill, said on Friday that Vladimir Putin's reign over Russia had been mandated by God,

congratulating the Kremlin chief on his 70th birthday. He said, quote, God put you in power so that you could perform a service of special importance and of great responsibility for the fate of the country and the people entrusted to your care, the patriarch said,

joining a chorus of Russian officials congratulating Mr. Putin. The patriarch praised Putin for transforming the image of Russia, strengthening its sovereignty and its defense capability, and protecting its national interests. So, Rick, here, you know, Christian believers have to come to an understanding here, especially those of us here in the U.S. Who is God rooting for right now? Who is God blessing right now? You know, God raises up people for certain times and for certain tasks. We read about it all in the Old Testament.

That God will even raise up and use an evil ruler to perform his will. I don't understand all the theology about it. I don't understand how it all works. But I know that God does it. And this could be a time where God raises up a leader in the world that says, this nation over here is the devil. Doc, American evangelicals like to quote Apostle Paul that God places people in power in government. Right.

Well, if you believe that interpretation of Paul's words as the evangelicals teach. Right. Then you have to believe that God is putting Vladimir Putin there. Because the evangelicals only quote Paul when there's a Republican that's been elected. Right. Okay. Did you ever notice that? Yes.

They only trot that scripture out when there's a Republican in the White House. But if you believe it, then you have to believe God raised up Putin. And because he is the God of the whole world. He's the God of the universe. And every person in political office is a servant to King Jesus. Whether they perform that duty or not, on Judgment Day, they will be held accountable. Yes. They will be held accountable for how they led their nation. Yes.

Imagine that. There's going to be an accounting of leaders from around the world on how they meted out justice to their people in their nation and to other nations. Were they corrupt or were they fair? Were they warmongers or were they peacemakers? They're going to be held accountable.

Also, every police officer is called by God. Every police officer is called by ALSO, EVERY POLICE OFFICER IS CALLED BY GOD. EVERY POLICE OFFICER IS CALLED BY GOD. IF YOU'RE IN LAW ENFORCEMENT, YOU WERE CALLED TO THAT JOB BY ALMIGHTY GOD. IT WAS THE LORD WHO PUT THAT DESIRE IN YOUR HEART TO BECOME A POLICE OFFICER BECAUSE THEY ARE GUARDIANS OF THE PEACE. RIGHT. NOW SOME OF THEM MAY NOT BE OBEDIENT TO THAT CALLING. BUT THEY'RE GOING TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE ON JUDGMENT DAY FOR they are guardians of the peace. Right. Now, some of them may not be obedient to that calling.

But they're going to be held accountable on Judgment Day for how they acted as a law enforcement officer. Right. So, the Russian people were told by the head of the Orthodox Church, Almighty God raised up Vladimir Putin. And last week, Putin told the Russian people, America is run by Satanists.

Try to wrap your mind around this. This is so bizarre, what's happened to us, Doc, as a country. It's just bizarre that we have fallen this low. As a Christian, I can't argue with someone who says that we're run by Satanists. I have to agree with them. We are run by Satanists. We've got an old, dirty pedophile in the White House.

Let's be real. It's just an old, dirty pedophile in the White House right now our country is so corrupt it's shocking how far we have fallen but there's still a remnant of believers in this nation

there's still a remnant and we can avert this war. We can cry out to Almighty God and ask one more time for mercy. One more time. Please, God, don't let these people bring about the death and the destruction that their master Satan wants.

Dr. John Ankerberg, Jr. Doc, I don't recall right now which one of the early church fathers is in the first couple of centuries of the church, but one of them said the church, the church has averted wars. And what he was saying was that they had, the church as small as it was in that first 100 years had prayed against war and brought emperors into submission to God and stop wars through prayer. This is what we need to be doing now.

I mean, we're coming out here every day and telling you how close we are to nuclear war. As the body of Christ, we need to be praying and pleading with Almighty God to stop this war. This is not a war where they're going to use spears and swords. This is a, we're talking about the most destructive weapons ever known to mankind. And we can't just be sitting here saying, oh well, maybe it's going to happen. No, we have to pray that it does not happen. And, you know, I, I, I've wrestled, I'm wrestling with this talk. You know, the struggle I'm going through with this, because I know how close we are. We're literally living hour by hour right now. I believe that. We're living hour by hour.

The grace that we have right now is for one hour at a time. Right. And I think the only thing keeping nuclear war from happening is people that are praying right now. Or else we'd be in an all-out mess right now. But you know what? Sometimes God enters into situations and circumstances, confuses enemies, and wars get averted.

But then sometimes wars happen. So we have to keep that in mind too. You have to be prepared mentally right now because there are many things that are lining up like we have never seen in our lifetimes, Rick, that are just so many different lights on the dashboard are flashing right now that are indicating there is something heating up, not just in Europe, but in other places around the world. Well, I'm a student of cycles, and we are in the fourth turning. We're in the second half of the fourth turning, and there's always a mega war in a fourth turning. So the Civil War was in a fourth turning. World War II was in a fourth turning.

And it appears that we now see what the next fourth turning war is going to look like that that's what bothers me is that is that we we are in this cycle right now where something there's a calamity that's coming towards us doesn't have to be a war. It can be something else. But it's a colossal calamity, and we're going to go through it. But it's going to change life. It's going to alter how we live on the planet.

I'm going to give you an idea. I want to show you what the warmongers, what they do for living. So this is a telegraph from London. Ukraine's newest weapon, special HIMARS rockets that can devastate huge areas in one blast. These HIMARS are the, these are the rockets that the United States is shipping to the Ukrainian army. Yes. And this, well, go ahead, Doc. Yeah. So Ukrainian troops have received a new type of HIMAR rocket capable of devastating half a square mile of land in a single salvo. Picture that, first of all, in your mind. Half a

mile. Half a mile. As they prepared to take on Russian defensive positions in Kherson. The new ammunition variant for the long-range rocket system supplied by the U.S. is designed to blast almost 200,000 tungsten ball bearings across a large area, causing damage to troops and soft-skinned vehicles. Okay, let's just halt right there. The United States is sending to Ukraine a upgraded ammo for these HIMARS. And the

warheads are filled with 200,000 tungsten ball bearings that explode and spread out in a half mile radius. It's hard to comprehend. Of course, the ball bearings miss children.

They miss senior citizens. They miss innocent civilian stock. They just go around them. They're just looking for Russians where these bombs go off. These ball bearings, 200,000 ball bearings. Imagine 200,000 tungsten ball bearings

spreading out over half a mile. This is what the U.S. war machine does. They're making billions of dollars on this war. To kill. Yes. To kill. And blow up. Those people, I'm telling you on Judgment Day, they have

a terrible, terrible fate waiting on them if they don't repent. The people that are in the war business, you better repent before God takes you off this planet. Getting rich off destroying human lives.

Yes, they want it to continue because it makes money, a lot of money. Every time Joe Biden says, hey, another 600 million, another billion.

All right, cha-ching, cha-ching, cha-ching. Right, the IMF today just released another 1.3 billion to go to Ukraine. The International Monetary Fund. Cha-ching, cha-ching, cha-ching. The International Monetary Fund. And where do they get their money? From all the member nations. And where do they get their money? From all the member nations.

And where do they get their money? From the people of those nations. All right. So we're financing the war with our taxes. Right. Cha-ching, cha-ching, cha-ching. And who's making all this money? And how much of this money is Zelensky siphoning off?

And all the Ukrainian warlords, how much are they putting in their Swiss bank accounts big big money in this war well we want to give you a brief demonstration of what these new HIMARS rockets are able to deliver here we this is a highlight reel so look at the way the ball bearings tear up things here. It's designed to explode slightly above ground to allow for maximum destruction by those ball bearings. It's just hard to comprehend the explosive power that's involved here. But we're sending thousands of these to Ukraine, Rick. And there at the very end, you saw mannequins there.

Now, I don't know if they were civilian mannequins or military mannequins, but you saw all the ball bearing markings on the mannequins that were there. So who was the person at the defense contractor who said, I got an idea. Man. Let's pack a bomb full of ball bearings said, I got an idea. Man. Let's pack a bomb full of ball bearings. Financial Times reporting that Ukrainian forces are complaining that Elon Musk's Starlink outages are hurting them right now. Now, this is an interesting story here, Rick. Ukrainian troops have reported outages of their Starlink communication devices on the front line, hindering efforts to liberate territory from Russian forces. That's according to Ukrainian officials and soldiers. Thousands of Starlink terminals made by Elon Musk-owned SpaceX were purchased by the U.S. government. Now, Rick, did Elon Musk on SpaceX were purchased by the US government now Rick did you know that they were purchased by the US

government no I thought they were all donated said they donated right and crowdfunded by how did he lose 80 million dollars because it must said the other day I lost 80 million dollars helping Ukraine So were they purchased or were they donated? So, well, it goes on. And crowdfunded. People donated to send Starlink receivers to the Ukrainian army. Sure they did.

To help Ukrainian troops operate drones, receive vital intelligence updates and communicate with each other in areas where there are no other secure networks. The systems which connect a small antenna to a 35-centimeter high terminal

also provides internet for Ukrainian civilians so they can watch Netflix during the war. I will say Starlink works very well. I have it at my house, and it's a great service, but I waited over a year and a half to get mine while Mr. Musk was sending them for free over to Ukraine for the war. Well, he was sending them. Maybe they weren't for free and maybe there was a check involved.

So some of the outages led to a catastrophic loss of communication in recent weeks, said one senior Ukrainian government official with direct knowledge of the issue. Never heard this, have you, Rick? No. Many were reported as soldiers breached the front line into Russian-controlled territory and some during pitched battles, the official said, speaking under a condition of anonymity. They were acute in the south around the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, but also occurred along the front line in eastern Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Luhansk, the official said. Now, another Kiev official said the connection failures were widespread and prompted panic calls

from soldiers to helplines. Both Ukrainian officials said the problems occurred when soldiers liberated territory from Russia and moved past the front line. I find this interesting here. The disruptions underline the outsized role of Musk communication systems in the battlefield as Ukraine's counteroffensive in the east and south of the country push Russians into retreat. Now, Roman Sirison, a coordinator at the Serhaii Partula charity. This is a charity foundation that donates Starlink systems to the Ukrainian armed forces. That's the money laundering operation here.

Said the problem may be occurring because SpaceX was trying to prevent its misuse by Russian forces. So they're blaming SpaceX on this. Now the blackouts were being experienced in areas so recently regained that their liberations had not been made public yet, he said. It is absolutely clear to me that this is being done by representatives of Starlink to prevent the usage of their technology by Russian occupation forces, Sinison said. Rick, there's... Starlink went out at my home and my... I'm not going to say too much. I did some research to find out what was going on and I found out that the Russians were trying... The Russians. This is according to the reports the russians were trying to hack starlink users to get into this not not to hack the users computers but to hack starlink's main computers

well i mean you would you would expect that, right? In other words, going through a consumer's computer system with Starlink to get to the home base of Starlink. I'm surprised that the Russians have not used their anti-satellite weapon to take out Starlink. Several months ago, maybe four months ago, there was a Chinese military analyst who advised China that the POA will have to take out the Starlink satellites because Starlink is a military threat to China. Right. And we'll talk a little bit more about that here in just a minute or two. I hope they don't take it out over my house.

Keep that satellite on. But there are several theories floating around out there about what's happening here. One, does Russia have a localized EMP weapon that they can use out in the field that is causing these disruptions? Because they're singled out in areas of Russian control. Okay.

That's a possibility. Another theory that's been floating around out there today is that Ukraine itself disabled some of their systems to create a false flag event, you know, and to prompt NATO into looking at taking out any kind of satellites or weapons that Russia may have. That one's a little bit more far-fetched to me than the other one. You notice in this particular article, they did not blame Russia for hacking Starlink

or anything like that. I thought that was interesting that they said, well, obviously this is the work of the Russians. So they didn't make an effort to blame them for that. When Musk donated the Starlink systems to Ukraine back at the beginning of the year, we said this, he just made himself an enemy combatant. He just joined the war. Personally said he just made himself an enemy combatant. Yes.

He just joined the war. Personally, he joined the war. He became a target himself. Right. As though he was out on the battlefield. Now, another interesting aspect to this is over the past week and a half, Elon Musk has had a very rocky relationship with Ukraine. He put out on Twitter, as he normally does,

some idea, looking for a way to end the Russian-Ukraine conflict, and put up a poll. He made some suggestions. Let Russia keep Crimea. Let's work out, let's do a re- revote in all those regions monitored by the U.N. You know, and Ukraine did not like that at all. They were accusing him of being, you know, a Russian stooge and everything.

You'd see pictures of Elon Musk in a Russian military uniform and everything. And so, and then this happens it was just kind of weird that this happens just a few days after that yeah most basically said I like the war I just don't like nuclear war right you know it's getting out of control let's take it back to just regular war but I don't want a nuclear war it's bad for business yeah it's really bad for business because there's don't want a nuclear war. Yeah, it's bad for business. Yeah, it's really bad for business because there's no business after a nuclear war. But this business right now is good.

One of the most important things to take out of this article, the U.S. government bought Starlink systems and sent them to the Ukraine. That's right. That's the first time I've heard that. He got paid for them. And there was a charity, a foundation, that was raising money to buy them.

So there was both private funding and government funding. So it wasn't a straight donation of Starling Systems. A public-private partnership. Mr. Musk also got himself in trouble this week. He told the Financial Times in London, the Rothschild newspaper, that there ought to be a settlement between China and Taiwan, that we should let China take over Taiwan, but make China, give Taiwan, you know, special rights, allows it to be an enclave, like the Chinese promised to do for Hong Kong. But they didn't keep their word. The moment they got their hands on Hong Kong, they started to communize it.

But anyhow, he made that comment to the Financial Times today. And a former Chinese communist newspaper editor threatened to teach him a lesson. I don't know what that's about. state-affiliated Chinese media. It says, and this is referring to that survey I was talking to you about here a little while ago about the conflict in Ukraine. All right, so what is that lesson? I would say they're going to take out his satellites. Freedom of speech, you know, you can't have speech if you don't have the ability to proclaim your speech. And taking out the Starlink system would be a way to do it. I think when the war starts with China and Taiwan, they're going to take out the satellites. I'm going to jump down to 39. Fury as Harvard, Harvard University Children's Hospital claims that babies in their mother's womb already know if they want to be transgendered. All right, so a Harvard-affiliated children's hospital has sparked outrage after claiming some babies know they're transgendered from the womb. In a now-deleted video, the Boston Children's Hospital suggested an even larger number of minors know as soon as they can talk. The hospital part of the Harvard University medical system also faces claims that it rushed under 18s into life-altering sex change surgery. In the clip posted to the Boston Hospital's official YouTube page back in August, psychologist Dr. Carrie McGregor explains

the type of patients she sees. So let's watch this. So most of the patients that we have in the GEMS clinic actually know their gender usually around the age of puberty, but a good portion of children do know as early as seemingly from the womb, and they will usually express their gender identity as very young children. Some as soon as they can talk, they might say phrases such as, I'm a girl, or I'm a boy, or I'm going to be a woman, or I'm going to be a mom. Kids know very, very early. So in the GEMS clinic, we see a variety of young children all the way down to ages two and three and usually up to the ages of nine. When they come into the clinic,

they'll see one of our psychologists and we'll be talking to them about their gender. We'll be talking to their family about how to best support that child and how to make sure that that child has the space and support to explore their gender and do well throughout their development. And we'll be answering any parent questions. A lot of parents do have questions and so we answer those questions. The biggest piece of advice I give parents who are coming through the gender clinic at Boston Children's Hospital is to just be supportive. Sometimes you might not understand, sometimes you feel like you don't know the terms

or you don't kind of get exactly what the child means when they say that they might be this gender, but the biggest thing you can do is just love your child and support them and just allow them to express themselves. That's the biggest protector as well against negative mental health effects, such as depression, suicidality, anxiety that we worry about for our

gender diverse kids and young adults. So that support from a parent is one of the best protective factors and one of the best things they can do. These transgender radicals, they are the ones that need to see their mental health counselor. Yes. Doc, this is going to become so bizarre, so strange. If America continues on this path, that there will be a day that they will be doing gender transition operations on unborn babies in the womb. I absolutely believe they'll do that. Absolutely.

That's how sick and perverted and insane these people are. Right. On the one hand, they say that the child in the womb isn't alive. It's not even a child. Right. Just a blob. Right. But then it can make decisions. It knows it It's not even a child. Right. Just a blob.

Right. But then it can make decisions. It knows it's a boy or a girl. Right. And it wants to change. Right. And at two or three, all kids are asking questions

about who they are and everything. Am I a boy or am I a girl? That's why you have parents. So if Timmy comes along and says, hey, mom, am I a boy or a girl? Well, Timmy, you're a boy. There are differences between the two. But you can't say that now.

And these parents, who are these sick, demented parents that are willingly allowing their children to go through genital manipulation or getting their brains washed at two and three years of age, Rick, who are these evil people that have children? Why even have a child? They're Democrats. Listen, if I told you that I had a clinic that changed the gender of dogs, would that infuriate a lot of people? They'd shut it down. Right. Why? Why would they shut it down?

It'd be harmful to animals. Mutilation. But my dog, I have a dog, his name is Fudge, but maybe he wants to be Fudget, okay? Would I want to take him to a clinic and have him mutilated and transformed into a female dog? If you gave him the opportunity to choose his gender. But you see, a child at two or three isn't choosing anything.

They're not capable of making life choices. It's like saying to a child, you know, when they're two or three, all right, when you grow up, you're going to be an astronaut. Doc, this is why I'm not real hopeful that this nuclear war is going to be stopped. This is why. I think we're so sick and perverted. I don't know what else can stop it other than fire.
