All right. Welcome back into you AP. Stephen Dean are back with you here, as always, on the Unidentified Alien podcast. Episode number 22. That's what we got going on here today. We're bringing back our good friend Anthony Williams back to the show. Really happy to put this one out because, man, this is just such like a smart conversation. And I'm not saying that because of me. Trust me, it's smart in spite of me. But because of the expertise and just the knowledge, just like the cold heart knowledge that Anthony
brings to this conversation.
It's so unique, and I'm always so grateful to him, and I say that during the conversation,
that I'm always so grateful that he decides to spend his time here to really give the ins and outs
on the biggest topics of the day in the UFO world.
And that's what we did here on part one.
Yes, because, you know, I always like to kind of, if it went long, then I like to try to
split my Anthony Williams episodes up into two parts because of kind of what I just said.
There's so much information in these that I always feel like it's better served in doses.
And so I want to serve this first one here as part one.
And then tomorrow, you know, as I put this out here on Thursday, August 20th.
So Friday, August 21st, part two will come out as well.
So they'll be back to back there so you can get them both instant gratification there for part two.
But in this one with part one, I was really antsy and anxious to ask Anthony about the government.
drops. I haven't had him here on the show, I believe, as far as I remember, I haven't had him here on the show since the government trances started to drop. Now, they've done five of them since we had him on here. So I was very curious to get his impression of those. So we do go into that and his information and his perspective on it. It was just fantastic because we also talk about what's missing from these, like the analysis. And I'll let him explain. But then he also talks about the orbs and why he feels,
Those are always some of the more impressive videos that he comes across.
And also, we did end up speaking after this conversation.
Later in the day, we ended up speaking on the phone.
He said something really, really interesting to me about this portion of the interviews.
So I'm going to kind of come back to that at the end when I come on after the interview
and kind of give my post interview thoughts because if I say it now, it's not going to make sense.
Again, I kind of spoil what we go through.
So at the end of the interview, I'm going to give you a little addendum here.
to what Anthony said to me later on in the day after we were done doing this when it comes to
his outlook on these videos and what he noticed.
So that's going on here.
And then we also get into how the government actively hides the truth and why they are good at keeping secrets.
And that is opposed to what we heard J.D. Vance say just a few weeks ago with Joe Rogan.
So it's really, really interesting to hear Anthony's take on that.
And it makes so much sense on how the compartmentalization and the need to know
you know, kind of protocol and lifestyle works within the military and within government.
So the light that he's able to shed on those dark corners of, you know, the kind of like
the underbelly of secrecy, just fantastic stuff.
So we got that.
And then to finish off, I ask him about privatized companies.
You know, how much do they really play a part of this?
We always hear about the big names like Raytheon and Boeing and all these different companies
in Lockheed.
but how big of the name do they really play in all of these?
And well, pretty much what we thought.
I guess I can say that, but the way that Anthony explains it is really, really helpful.
So we'll get into all of that right now for part one on this episode of UAP.
Myself, Anthony Williams, our Intel Insider, right here on UAP.
Great stuff here. Enjoy.
Well, here we go again.
Get ready to get on to the Anthony Williams train, the carousel, the roller coaster,
whatever right do you want to say, because he's back here on UAP.
UAP, always a pleasure to have Anthony Williams join here on the show, exclusive here to UAP, of course, years of experience in military intelligence, and he knows the deal, he knows the insides, the guts of what's happening behind the scenes.
And that's why we're always so happy to have them.
Anthony, thanks so much for coming back on TUAP again, man.
Yeah, it's great to be here, Stephen, thanks for having me.
Absolutely.
And I know I'm not the only one who's excited.
I must say I always, whenever I have people reach out to me and they talk about, oh, have this person on, that person on, you're always.
always the person that comes up the most. Like, oh, I love listening to Anthony Williams.
Hope you have them on again soon. So just know that you're doing good.
It's just interesting to see the way this topic's evolving and, you know, to be able to share some insight, you know.
Yeah. It's good.
Exactly right. And so I guess we'll start with exactly that in mind, how it's being covered, what's being released.
Since you and I last spoke, I believe I could be wrong about this, but if not all five, then maybe four of the guys.
government tranches have come out.
And, you know, there's going to be more that come out soon.
Maybe by the time we hear this and have this out, the six government tranch will be out,
so who knows?
But as of now, as we're talking, five have come out.
So I just want to point that out.
I know you've been observing from afar kind of, you know, what's happening there.
So what have been your takeaways from some of the things, not only the videos, but also
the files, the PDFs, some of the things that have been declassified and come out in these
government tranches. Yeah, no, that's that's a great, great starting point, I think. You know,
the first thing that really strikes me is, you know, and I've been looking at hundreds of these
videos for years on, on various different levels of classification. And what strikes me is,
you know, for decades, the narrative has just been, you're all crazy. None of this is happening.
You know, this is all explainable. And it is.
has been a massive point of frustration for those of us on the inside to see these things
and have large groups of people with very diverse scientific backgrounds digging through
all these and analyzing these for our day jobs.
And then, you know, seeing what is clearly anonymous or anomalous and also anonymous.
But clearly, clearly anomalous.
and and you know just see the the party line of of nothing you know big nothing burger and then
now going the absolute other direction and they're releasing these i think the point um
that i think we're missing with all this one it's great and the more they release it just it's
amplifying right it's like turning the volume on the stereo louder and louder and louder right
the more they released so i remember at one point i think it was a couple years ago you and i
talking and you know my my comment was I don't need to see any more videos like I've seen enough to
know that we have no idea what we're looking at like that that was my big takeaway and you know
you pointed out you're like well I still want to see some more and and you know and and I had to
sit with that and think about it for a little bit and the reality is yeah there's there's so much
so many and and there's just
more and more as as time keeps going by.
And it really does turn the volume up.
I think where I'm at right now,
if I'm trying to put myself in your shoes or the listener's shoes is,
so what?
You know, what's the so what?
Well, the so what is they're still not telling you anything.
They're just showing you the videos, you know,
and they're just releasing.
things and in there they're they're releasing other documents some that are actual intelligence
reporting uh some quite old but other stuff they're just releasing without you know without telling
you anything so um you know not all but some of the videos that we looked at we were able to discern
that that they were not anomalous right they were different things and then we'd push
those to the side. They'd still remain on the network, but we'd ignore them and move on to the next
ones that are unexplainable. And I think what we're not getting is,
what's your breakdown of this? Where's the analysis on this video? What's your takeaway?
Like there are descriptions. This is, you know, an anomalous thing moving left to right,
frame, you know, timestamps, but we're not getting, hey, this was reviewed by, you know,
this agency or NRO looked at this or this was reviewed by multiple analysts. We're not getting
an intelligence report. And quite honestly, a lot of the reporting that we get from intelligence
reporting is initial reports, but there's never any follow-up. And it's almost impossible to find
follow-up with any of these things. So with that, it's quite, you know, it's quite
challenging, I think, for the, for the viewer to make heads or tails of what they're looking at
when they can't get anything out of the government as to how they feel about something.
It's just a video drop with no analysis, nothing done.
So that's the part that I think is still missing.
And I honestly believe that the videos are good.
I'm glad they're getting out.
but I would really like to see, you know, you and the general public get some of that analysis
and why it's anomalous, what in it stands out.
Because, you know, a lot of different sensors will pick up different shapes, different things,
and it can lead someone to a false interpretation of what they're seeing
when there are people that are looking at things that can absolutely tell.
you what they're looking at and why it's anomalous. And so I think we're still missing that.
Yeah, and that's actually a really good point. It's a good read because, of course, you know,
that's where someone like you would come in, right? Okay, let me see what we're looking at.
Let me write a report here. Let's take some analysis about what we're seeing and what it could be and what it couldn't be.
So I guess with that said, with some of the videos that you have seen that the government has released,
putting kind of on, you know, your intelligence hat on at that point and your analyst had on,
how do you view some of those?
Like with some of the more intriguing ones
that have come out about, you know,
these, these
orbs flying fast by, you know,
some of these ships out in the water
or is some of these orbs doing exotic movements seemingly
in the sky?
I mean, how do you analyze some of those videos
that have come out that have caught people's eyes?
Yeah, so the orbs, I think,
are probably the easiest, right?
And this gets back to the analysis
that you're not.
you see a video, but some of the analysis that we'll look at is all the sensory data going along with it.
So a lot of these orbs, they're moving against the wind at very high speeds, which immediately eliminates the idea of, oh, this is something floating.
It's up at altitude, so it's moving quite fast.
See, that is really interesting, though, because that is, to your point, that's something that I have never read in those videos that have come out.
There are no analysis reports with these videos.
So that is a huge component to what I think should come out to say this is one reason why this is anomalous to us because these things are moving against the wind at high speed.
So that's an important point that you bring up.
Yeah, or it's over the Atlantic, you know, airstream at 17,000 feet stationary for hours.
like that that is that that that's the level of detail so the orbs overall when i see orb
videos right away some of these are 20 25 years old you know and we always want to we always want to
look at these videos with what we know today right we apply our our current level of technology
that's known um of course there's technology that's unknown that that's being developed and worked
but we take a look at what's known.
The orbs immediately stand out as anomalous for multiple reasons.
One, you know, when you go to start a business, here's the great thing with Shopify.
Everything you need is right there ready for you from day one.
Shopify has step one all set up for you because they have all the tools, the design,
everything that you need to launch and even take payments already there for you
without having to worry about setting all that up in the back end.
When it comes to designing and actually launching your store, Shopify's templates and AI tools are right there for you to start.
You get a stunning site up and running, fast, and no coding needed.
And sometimes the hardest thing to set up is checkout.
Well, Shopify checkout means more customers actually buy, and returning ones can do it in a single click.
Shopify's built-in AI assistant, their sidekick is ready to help you either build, troubleshoot, or keep moving.
That way you don't get stuck in the mud and give up.
online is guys, Shopify powers millions of businesses worldwide. So here's what to do. Start your free trial

There's no flight surfaces. There's no propulsion mechanism. And and and and then two, they're doing
things that can't be explained. Nothing just sits stationary for hours. You know, a quadcopter can
stay stationary. They can make micro adjustments and stay there, but that's discernible. You can see,
you know, the propellers. You can see, you know, flight surfaces. You can see things that would say,
okay, I understand why that's able to do that. But the orbs, you know, it's that sensor data. It's
moving against the wind at, you know, 100 knots up to 500 knots, or it's, you know,
stationary for long periods of time and then rapid adjustment and altitude so it's at 9,000 feet
now it's at 30,000 feet in a second and again stationary locked in place so those are the type of
things when I see the orb videos right away you know unless it's on YouTube and and I hate I love
AI but I hate AI because AI is getting really good yeah and so um you know it's just
hard to follow Twitter and make heads or tails that some of the videos I look at and right
away I'm like, that is not real. But other other videos I look at and I'm like, ooh, that that's
either a really good fake or that's that's probably real. Like I've seen military footage that is
very identical. So yeah, orbs for the most part when we have the right sensor data, that almost
always falls into the anomalous category for me.
And quite honestly, it's the ones, it's, if we can write off a hundred of these videos,
those are the ones we can't write off at all.
There's zero explanation for that.
Interesting.
So some of the ones that came out too when it comes to like, you know, that's that weird star
shape that was out there.
People were trying to figure out what that was.
Some of these other strange shapes almost like, I think it was debunked,
as a balloon, but some people still put it out there
where it had kind of like, I don't know how
to describe it. It was just like
polygon, like a flying
polygon.
Some of those videos, are those
more easily discernible
than the orb videos?
Some of them are, and
some of them do get captured.
Even on the military side, they'll get captured,
and you're like, oh yeah, that was a
balloon. You know, that was a Mylar balloon.
But the polygon,
for instance,
One of the reports that got dropped, it is in every briefing on UAP, in every branch of service, that's that one that looks like a W with an aura around it.
Yeah.
You know, completely unexplainable, glowing different heat signatures.
You know, so there are some of those odd shapes that are not explainable.
cubes, cubes with spheres inside, spheres with cubes inside, that polygonal shape, there is a better
video at a higher level of classification that is very clear that it is not a balloon and it is
rotating and we don't know what it is. So there are some of those that you look at and you're
like, eh, that that looks like that that could be a balloon floating. But then there are others
where you're like, okay, now what was that?
What, what did I just see?
That doesn't make any sense.
Which way is the wind blowing?
How is it moving?
How is it orbiting in place, you know, or rotating in place?
So there's a mix of those.
And most of the briefings, whether it's at the secret level or at the top secret level,
a lot of the training that is going on right now in the military is how to analyze these
videos. There's hours of training videos, instruction videos for analysts to look at. And they'll have
common shapes, less common shapes, and then anomalous shapes, which sounds weird because they're
all anomalous, right? But that's where you get the flying W. That's where you get the weird,
you know, pyramid shapes, you know, beyond just the triangle. Right, right.
And so you did say something that caught my attention, though, to Anthony, which was the, you know, videos on a higher clearance level.
And of course, that goes to what, you know, what I've said, well, a lot of people said, which is there are other videos out there, a lot of other videos out there that people haven't seen.
And that's one of the frustrations, even though there have been some, you know, the fact that they're releasing things is number one.
And also some significant developments that I think when people read some of the documents that have been dropped, even.
though those things are true, the fact remains that there are other videos at a higher clarification
and a higher level that remain to be seen by the public. So, I mean, do you think this is kind of like,
I don't know, is this, is this a pure intent, do you think, by the federal government to release
and say, here, we'll show you some things, or is this more of, hey, just we'll throw you a bone
so you can be satisfied with this and we're going to keep the good stuff to ourselves?
Where's a little bit of both?
No, it's definitely a little bit of both and definitely throwing a bone to try and, you know, distract the dog.
Because, you know, when I first got my security clearance decades ago, one thing that stood out is that a lot of the things that are secret are really things that are publicly known.
I was a little disappointed at first.
I was like, oh, man, I thought I was going to see all this really cool stuff.
it's there, you just have to dig through it. But a lot of, a lot of what's secret is not necessarily
the thing. It's how we feel about it and what we know about it. And so you're seeing the thing.
What you're not seeing is what we think about it, what we feel about it, and what we know about
it. So they're releasing a lot of, you know, hey, this is a, this is a blue cylinder.
okay, but what about the blue cylinder?
Well, it's a propane tank.
They're not telling you that part.
Right.
You know, they're not giving you the rest of the story, as Paul Harvey would say.
Yeah.
You know, they're not filling that knowledge void.
So, you know, if we want to talk how classification programs work, classified programs work,
whether it's at the SAP level or ACCM level, there are protections in place.
and systems in place to safeguard capability, knowledge, information, whatever it is.
And, you know, a lot of times these programs, I mean, over the years, I've been read on to more
programs than I can even count. It would take me a long time to sit down and think.
But a lot of those programs, some of them are very longstanding programs that I've been read
onto and over the years, those programs will get compromised or the name of the program will get
compromised or we just think it's gotten too much fanfare or too many people have been read
onto the program for so many years that we need to change it. And so they'll, you know,
we'll change the name of the program. It'll shift. Might slightly change the classification or
re-restrict the people that have access to.
it and then dial back some of those safeguards just for amplified protection.
And when we do that, you know, with this topic, if you think there's a higher level of classification
or a sensitive activity side to this topic, then what you're seeing would make sense.
Then this is, you know, hey, we're going to change the name.
You know, this is going to get sometimes an ACCM program will get re-neutral
named. Other times they'll re-scope it and have a completely different read on and that whole
program will seemingly go away, but it doesn't really go away. It gets, you know, rebranded,
retreaded with a different level of access or different list of who has access to it.
So I think we're seeing that with this topic. And that's interesting because a question comes
to mind and it might sound ridiculous because, you know, on the surface, the answer,
or you might think would be like, well, yeah, of course, but I ask it for a reason.
With everything in mind, with everything that we're talking about, everything that you've seen,
and even previous discussions that we've had, can you confidently say, Anthony,
that you believe the federal government, based off of your experience,
that the federal government slash military slash industrial complex is and has been actively hiding
the existence of extraterrestrials and their crashed.
retrieved vehicles.
Do you feel that's the case?
My personal opinion is yes.
And that is based on what I know to be true and also the volume of credible people that I know
on the inside that have shared this stuff that I don't know to be true.
So have I seen videos of alien bodies that I know for sure are.
alien bodies and photos of aliens that I know for sure are aliens. No, I've seen videos of aliens.
I've seen photos of bodies, but I don't have any qualifying data that says, yes, that's real.
But when I hear others in the community speak, yes, I think that is absolutely true. Do I think
we have tech and recovered vehicles or that we are.
are aware that there are things that are not ours flying, 100% I know that to be fact.
And that is people that I've worked with for a long time that are read onto those programs,
that once this topic several years ago kind of came out of the taboo, that's good and bad, right?
Like if you're trying to hide it, it's better that it's taboo.
It's better that it's something where even the people that have the right level of access,
but not the need to know that those people are going to stay away from the topic too because it's
fringe, it's taboo, they don't want to look ridiculous.
There's, you know, reputation protection going on.
But when that all went away, you know, people were talking.
People are still talking on the inside.
People are jumping on the bandwagon with various levels of expertise and they're willing to help.
They're like, hey, you know, this is my background.
How do I help?
You know, and so there are people that I personally know that are actively on programs that when I brought up this topic, these are friends of mine.
These are people that I hang out with in the evening that I have known for years that we have served in Afghanistan together, that when I brought up this topic, their body language and the look on their face, you know, when I asked what was going on with some of these things,
they smiled and they looked at me and said it's not so much what they are it's who's they are
and the implication was that they are not they are not human made and and when I when I say implication
it's based on the level of conversation that we are having about human capabilities
overall with other things, with other tech that we're developing.
So the inference was that these are, these, we know for a fact these are not ours.
These are not human made.
And I'm glad you said that because it is an important, important distinction based off
of what I was going to ask you next, which was the reason why I framed the question that
way to begin with was because a counter argument would be, well, how do you know that
these secret programs and all these, you know, above top secret and all these conversations
you're having aren't pertaining to just, you know, top secret weapons developments, just things
that we're working on behind the scenes with Lockheed or Raytheon or Boeing or whoever it might be.
How do you know it's not just that?
That, you know, it's so top secret because we're really just working on things that we don't
want our adversaries to know about.
But it sounds like you answered that question.
Yeah, and we have that, right?
We're really good at that.
The United States government is impressively good at developing in the dark.
And a decade to a decade and a half or even two decades later, the public, you know, becomes aware.
And then within the military deception, you know, apparatus, you know, the whole idea of revealing and concealing to our key adversaries, what we have, what we're capable of.
you know, that all plays into, you know, our political negotiations and, you know, how we,
how we navigate diplomacy.
Part of it is the carrot and the stick, right?
So we're going to offer carrots.
We want to talk about carrots.
But if we have to, we're going to reveal this new stick that we have that we don't want to use.
But, you know, and that will happen, you know, through overt means or things.
through clandestine means, however we want to get that reveal out to an adversary that we know is looking for something.
We'll give them a little glimpse on the inside.
But we're really good at hiding things.
And so, you know, within these different programs, within these different capabilities, there's the knowns and the unknowns.
Hey, guys, we'll get back to that in just a second.
but I wanted to kind of continue something here that I've been talking to you about now for a little while,
and that is my experience is with Shopify.
You know, when you go to start a business, the worst thing is, the hardest part is trying to figure out where to begin.
You have this idea, but how do you make that come to life?
Here's the great thing with Shopify.
Everything you need is right there ready for you from day one.
So that way, all those jitters about, well, what's my first step?
Shopify has step one all set up for you.
Because they have all the tools, the design, everything that,
that you need to launch and even take payments already there for you
without having to worry about setting all that up in the back end.
You have the big idea for your business or product that you really believe in,
but you're just overwhelmed on how to get started.
Well, Shopify takes that part out for you, so that way the only thing you have to focus on is the idea itself.
When it comes to designing and actually launching your store, Shopify's templates and AI tools are right there for you to start.
You get a stunning site up and running fast and no coding needed.
And when you see your store looking legit, you get that feeling of satisfaction and relief.
And then you realize how easy it was with Shopify.
And sometimes the hardest thing to set up is checkout.
Well, Shopify checkout means more customers actually buy.
And returning ones can do it in a single click.
And when starting something new, I always have questions.
But Shopify's built-in AI assistant, their sidekick is ready to help you either build, troubleshoot, or keep moving.

So when we have new tech that is really jaw-dropping, and some of it today, I'll be honest with you, some of the things that I've seen that we have developed, I mean, it looks like science fiction, but it's recent.
So what really is impressive is the fact that this anomalous video that was recorded in 2025, we have one that was recorded just like it in 2002.
And the science fiction type tech that we have today, we weren't even close to anything like that 20, 25 years ago, 30 years ago.
So how can we have this library of videos going back 15, 25, 35, 45 years, and all these anomalous objects look and behave the same then?
So, you know, we're getting real close to where some of these videos, I could almost write off some of them.
Not most of them, but some of them.
But you couldn't do that 20 years ago.
You couldn't do it 25 years ago.
And, you know, and I think what's a real disservice to the topic.
And I'm not trying to get on anyone's case or say, don't listen to this person or that person.
But there are certain people that are just, you know, very boisterous and loud that,
They absolutely know that David Fravers Tick-Tac in 2004 was, you know, Lockheed Martin,
it was this, it was that.
I don't think you remember where we were in 2004 if you think that that was our developed
tech.
We hadn't even invented the iPhone.
We hadn't even put, we haven't even put the I, the Palm Pilot and the iPod together,
you know, along with a Sprint cell phone yet.
Like we weren't like that.
We have amnesia.
We have recent history amnesia.
And in our culture in America, we're worse at it than other countries globally.
We are very forward thinking.
We're very goal-oriented in this country.
We're very next steps.
What's my one year, my five-year plan?
What am I doing?
How does this today lead to tomorrow?
But we do not do great with our history.
Other cultures that I've interacted with around
the globe, they're very rooted in history. They're very rooted in learning the lessons of the past.
We quickly forget. Yeah. You know, and there's, you know, a lot of people will point that out
in our, you know, in our, in our nation, like, wow, how quick did, how quickly did we forget
9-11? How quickly did we forget this? How quickly did we forget that? That's one of the,
I would say, probably one of our blind spots in America, because we are so good.
goal-oriented. We are so forward-thinking. We forget what we did and didn't have 25, 26 years ago.
Right, right. You know, in 1999, we have videos of these things. We thought the global economy was
going to crash on New Year's Eve in 1999 going into 2000 because we thought the bank software
wasn't ready to handle, you know, the change in a number. Yeah. Like, that's where we were at. So,
when you see these things that would require the most advanced things we can even think of today,
and you want to overlay that on videos from 30 years ago, I think you're forgetting where we were at
30 years ago.
It's such a great point to make is that perspective, and that's something that I like to bring
up, too.
It's so important to continue to bring up because you're right.
We look at this topic.
We look at these videos and this phenomenon as a whole through the lens of recency bias.
and because of that, we're like, oh, well, you know, we're making things like this.
That's probably our tech.
But like you said, well, what about 30 years ago, 40 years ago, 50, 60, 70, 70 years ago?
That's right.
We always forget that because of recency bias.
There was something that you said that I want to harp on real quick there, Anthony, which is secret keeping.
You said, and it's actually, I bring this up because it is a direct contradiction to something else that was said recently by a high-ranking member of the government.
and that is, you said, we're really good at keeping secrets.
And I bring this up when I say high ranking, I mean the vice president, J.D. Vance.
He was on with, was it Joe Rogan?
I think it was Joe Rogan.
And when he was on with Joe Rogan, it was, yeah.
And he said, you know, my biggest thing is we're not very good at keeping secrets.
There's a lot of people who aren't very smart and aware, I'm summarizing, I'm paraphrasing,
who work in the federal government and they would slip up at some point.
So we have the vice president who, to be fair, didn't work in intelligence.
As far as we know, he was a Marine.
We know that.
Served as a Marine and then went into politics, you know, from what we've seen in his history.
It's covered in his own memoirs and movies about him.
So you're looking at this from a different lens in an area where you know how the secrets are kept.
Now, he's the vice president, so you would think he knows as well.
But why do you think the vice president is saying, we're not good at keeping secrets?
That's why I believe we're not keeping these secrets.
And then you come and say, well, we're really good to keeping secrets
and we've been able to keep this one for a long time.
Yeah, well, two things.
One, I don't believe for a minute that he's not read onto,
at least some of what I was read on to,
is he probably read onto the depth of some of it.
Probably not.
But he definitely, at this point,
point, you know, and I've been shocked before at what our, you know, I've spoken to Eric
Burleson and I was really, really taken aback by what they don't have access to. That really took
me back. We had a, we had a couple very, very good conversations. And I think very, very highly
of him. And he's got the right security clearance. And when he can get access to things, you know,
he's got the highest level of security clearance needed.
But the day-to-day access, let me give you an example.
There was a program that I was on that we had about 150 people in our command that were supporting this program.
Of that, there were only 12 that actually knew what the rest were working on.
And I was one of the 12.
So there's a lot of people that probably aren't good at keeping secrets.
And I've known them.
I've had friends of mine that were read on to different units that did different things
that would start running their mouth and like, oh, did you hear about this thing we did over the weekend?
And I'd say, no, I didn't because I don't need to know that.
And you should probably shut up.
Yeah, right, right.
You know, so those aren't the, you know, the kind of guys that you're going to grant all the access to.
And what he was referring to wasn't anything clandestine or, you know, covert.
It was just something neat that he was, you know, right on to.
But if that got out, you know, it's not a matter of national security overtly.
So even within the one program I'm talking about, we had over 100 people working on it.
Only 12 knew what they were actually working on.
And so there's no way for that to slip without us being able to quickly identify who did it.
You know, who let that out.
So we are very good at keeping secrets.
And I believe the vice president knows we're very good at keeping secrets.
secrets. Overall, if all 150 of those people knew what we were actually working on, yeah,
there's probably some people in there that don't have the maturity or wisdom or age or
they're just so excited about this thing because it is exquisite that they would want to tell
someone. And that's why we don't let the masses into those things. So going all the way back
to the Manhattan Project, the thousands of people that were working on that,
very few knew exactly what they were working on.
True.
And I've had friends that supported, you know, even recently with the Bin Laden raid, and
they had no idea until after the raid that that's what they were working on.
They had no clue.
They're working comms infrastructure.
They're working classified programs to support the target package for that.
And after they hit, they're like, oh my God.
gosh, like, that's what we were doing.
They had no idea and they didn't need to know.
And so we're very good at keeping that, even from ourselves, within the security, you know, within the intelligence community.
We're very good at keeping those secrets from each other.
I was going to say, it sounds like there's a lot of self-policing that goes on.
Like, hey.
Oh, 100%.
Yeah.
It's interesting.
And it also makes me think about, too, is, you know, when we talk about the vice president or even when president or a former person,
president speak on this topic. It's long been assumed, Anthony, that the U.S. is leading on this
topic and when it comes to what's disclosed and when. And what I mean by that is other countries
adversarial or friendly alike will wait and are waiting for the U.S. to make the first
move on disclosure or what they want to drop. It's bits of disclosure or the big, the big
disclosure. Is that, I mean, is that assumption right? Or is there a, is that the understanding,
again, whether it's Russia or China or England or Italy? Is there, is there that unwritten
understanding that we're going to follow what the U.S. does? Or is there a concern that you
had seen before the past that, hey, we might want to get on top of this before China or Russia
says something? Yeah. So the global economy, and
the global security since World War II has leaned on the United States. And all of our partners and
allies since take their cue. Prior to World War II, Britain was really the leader of the free world.
And it wasn't until even after World War I, Britain remained really the lead. And it wasn't until
after World War II that that shifted. And it's never gone any other way. So all these other countries
have more to lose than to gain by countering what the U.S. says to do.
So if the U.S. says, hey, we are not going to, we're not going to talk about this,
they're not going to talk about it.
It's just not going to happen.
So there's no scenario where I see, you know, and even China and U.S.'s economies are so
intertwined.
There's no scenario where I see a country, you know,
letting the cat out of the bag being worth the repercussions politically or economically that they would face from countering the U.S. in that.
So I don't, yeah, I don't see a scenario where that plays out.
Yeah, interesting.
And on that note, too, I mean, you know, we talk about some of these private companies.
We're talking about, you know, what's done behind the scenes, you know, some of the reverse engineering technology.
technology. How much does private industry play a part in all this?
Obviously, and I asked that, Anthony, because of course, we have spoken about it.
We hear about it all the time with companies like Miter, who UAP Gur brings up a lot.
Eric Burleson brings them up.
We hear about, of course, the old stalwart's like Boeing and Raytheon and Lockheed.
Skunk Works, of course, the division of Lockheed.
So, you know, we hear about a lot of these companies.
And we've always heard that, yeah, you know what, they are the ones, the private contractors,
you know, the military industrial complex,
they're the ones who are taking these vehicles
and they're contracted out to produce, you know,
reverse engineered technology.
So is that what you've seen in the past?
Have you actually seen proof of,
or something that you could say,
at least semblance of proof,
that these efforts have been taking place
behind the scenes within private industry?
Yeah, I would tell you that
almost every exquisite technology
that we develop is done through industry and FFRDCs,
federally funded research and development centers.
And some of our, you know, we have contract companies that we work with that are,
I guess, technically non-profit.
I've never figured out how that works because they make money.
Interesting.
But anyway, we do that with everything.
And so the reality is, let's just take satellite communications, for instance, which it's no secret that we communicate via satellite, right? You do it every day.
But when we started doing that, we need high-end scientists. And within the military, we only have such a few numbers.
So if we need to advance quick, we bring in a company that can crowdsource some of the best talent, retain
them for private purposes as well as public and then bring them on to crash on a problem set
in a way that we just don't have the talent pool internally.
But for a private company, they may be working on five different things that are going to
make that company another couple billion dollars, but also we need them to crash on this
program right here.
And we do that with every level of new exquisite tech that comes out.
So you mean with reverse engineering technology that we've never seen and we can't even wrap our mind around, we would just take that one on ourselves?
No way.
1,000 percent we would go to industry to make heads or tails of it because we'd probably want answers immediately.
And when we want that, when we need those solutions and we need them fast, we always go to industry.
if you look at NASA as a government organization with all their successes and all their failures that they've learned from,
then you look at what Virgin's done, what Elon Musk has done, industry just does it faster.
Because they've got skin in the game.
It's their money.
It's their capital.
They're going to find the best and brightest, and people are drawn to work on that.
where the government inherently is, you know, bulky.
If you want to design a thoroughbred horse, it's an analogy.
I've always used that work when it comes to government contracting.
If you want a thoroughbred that's going to be the fastest horse made,
you're going to go to a contract company because if you leave it to the military or the government,
they're going to, well, it needs to carry more water.
And while the legs need to be sturdier, it needs to.
Before you know it, you got a camel.
It's big and bulky and doesn't move real fast.
And you're like, well, that's not at all what we wanted.
But that's what we got.
Where if we ask for the fastest thing with four legs, you know, they're going to come up with a thoroughbred.
It'll be what we need.
And it happens every single time.
So every single piece of exquisite technology over the last 30 years that we use in the government, it has involved private industry partnering with
the government every time. There's not one thing I can think of even down to the basic new pistol,
the new M17 that soldiers are carrying, the new M7 main battle rifle, all these, and that's very
basic, you know, advancements, all of that involved industry. There's not a single area
in government where government solves the problem itself. And that's where we ended for now
on part one. Like I said, part two coming out tomorrow Friday, August 21st, and that's also really,
really good. So I'm looking forward to getting that out to you because we also get into in part two,
and I'll talk about this more tomorrow when you hear part two, but I did ask him about the
alien video from the B2 bomber, the pilots that they took that video of the alien that was
outside their cockpit supposedly in a craft and they could see it. Really, really compelling
stuff there from Anthony when it comes to that video because it does exist and we do confirm that.
We also talk about crash retrieval and what Eric Burleson has been talking about even up to today.
As I put this episode out where Congressman Burleson talks about, you know, how the intelligence
agencies have used luring techniques to bring down craft.
And Anthony and I go over that as well and some really, really great insight and clarity that he's
able to bring on to that.
So that's part of part two tomorrow.
I'm really looking forward to getting that out because that's a really, really important conversation as well, just as this one was.
So hopefully you enjoyed this part and you got to take away a few, you know, big pieces here from this part one.
Like I said at the start, I wanted to give that addendum, if you will, that I found out from Anthony.
After we were done with this, we spoke a few hours later on the phone and he said to me, when it comes to the videos that have been put out,
the information that's been put out on the government trance drops.
One thing that struck me there was when he said to me on the phone that's,
you know what, a lot of this really comes across to me as a distraction.
You know, and again, it's true that, yes, at least they are releasing stuff.
And he reiterated that again while we were on the phone later in the day.
But he also made the point to say, you know, going back and looking at these again and really digging into it.
A lot of the stuff is old.
a lot of it isn't even, you know, coming off of like the top secret network.
He's like basically what he said to me on the phone was basically a lot of this is not great to put it nicely.
And it's just kind of like, here, let's throw you a bone.
And we'll let you chew on that for a while while we have steak at the dinner table and make our pot roast and have our brisket.
But you go ahead and chew on this bone.
That's kind of the way it's coming across.
And I'm adding those analogies and those metaphors.
He didn't say that.
But, you know, we were talking about it.
I asked him, I'm like, so does it kind of feel like they're just throwing us a bone?
He's like, yeah, absolutely.
They want us to be distracted with the government drops that they're giving us,
but it's not nearly, nearly what they could be dropping as far as the, quote, unquote, good stuff is concerned.
So I thought that was a very important addem to add here that Anthony was telling me a few hours after we had this interview
when we were talking in the phone later.
that day. So just something
to consider, right?
Again, you know, do we get some
interesting bits of information? I believe so. Yes,
I do. And, you know, that hasn't
changed. But I think
both can be true, right? They can give us
interesting bits of information.
It's not like the stuff they're dropping is fake,
but the stuff that they're
dropping isn't the thing
or aren't the things that we want to see
and that they could be dropping. So
both things are true. And so now
the question is, you know, of course,
it continues to be what happens next.
What is the sixth government tranche going to be like?
And what are we going to see from that?
Are we going to get the good stuff?
We go into more of that later on as well.
But you'll hear part two tomorrow.
And there's a lot of great stuff in there.
Like I said, really important conversation, really smart conversation.
Thanks to Anthony about this topic.
So looking forward to getting that out to you tomorrow.
So stick around for that.
And stick around for a lot more coming up too here on the show.
Aside from parts one and two of eight,
Anthony Williams next week. We're going to have on Jordan Flowers from the Disclosure Foundation.
He's been everywhere. A lot of big interviews he's been doing it on the national scene.
So I appreciate him making time to come here as well on to UAP. And there's a lot of important
stuff for us to discuss. I'm back in touch with Eric Burleson's office. They're getting back from
recess. So hopefully I'll be able to have him on here as well pretty soon. I'll keep you
updated on that. It's just a scheduling thing. Like I said last time,
It was like the day of I was about to have him on and then some scheduling conflicts happen.
So it'll happen.
Just, you know, we all have to be patient with how the schedules work out.
But Eric will be back here on the show hopefully pretty soon, maybe within the next, you know, two or three weeks.
And we'll be able to get him on here and discuss a lot of the things that are going on.
Because even as of today, as I'm talking, I came across a tweet from Eric and talking about how, you know, shedding the light.
again, shining the light, I should say, on the operations from intelligence agencies lowering in and taking down UFOs.
And I said, you know, we're going to get into that tomorrow on part two, but it's being, it's out there.
And it's being openly discussed.
And it's real.
Like, it's really happening and it has happened.
So all of that coming up, a lot on the plate here for UAP.
And I always appreciate you sticking around to take part in all this.
So continue to do that by downloading the show wherever you get your podcast.
on all the major streaming platforms of Spotify and Apple on YouTube.
Just search UAP podcast.
You'll find it in on social media at UA Podcast 850.
Just search for that on any of your social media networks.
And you'll see the show pop up and you can follow along.
You get all the latest updates of what the heck is going on out there.
But that is about it for now.
So I will go now.
Hopefully enjoy this part one.
And I look forward to getting part two out to you tomorrow.
So stick around for that.
So until then, thank you again for all of the support and for always coming back for sticking around
because it really does mean the world to me.
I wouldn't be here without you.
So until next time, it's Stephen Dean here saying, be well.
Thanks so much.
Talk again soon right here on UAP, the Unidentified Alien Podcast.
