something that was kind of popped into my head that I've been wanting to do here. And I'm going to start it today called Cold Case Files. This is Volume 1 that we're doing in the Cold Case Files covering the Miami Mall incident. Who doesn't remember that one? And if you don't remember that one or if you're not familiar with it, well, get ready for it because this is one of the most famous, I would say recent memory cases of the UAP phenomenon that we've had here. And it happened to my own backyard in South Florida. Now, granted, it was still about an hour south of me.

So, you know, I'd have to not exactly at my hometown mall, but in Miami, so close enough. But that said, this is one of those ones that, was huge when it happened. It was all over the place on social media, that is, the Miami Mall incident. And we're going to go back and take a look at this for Volume 1 of the Cold Case files because the idea I had behind this series was to bring back some of these stories that were really hot and heavy. Like it got a lot of attention on social media, a lot of people talking.

It was heavily covered within, you know, the podcast circuit, maybe not so much on national news, some on national news, but mostly throughout the UAP circles or on podcasts or on social media, things that really garnered a lot of attention. And then they just went away. Like after a couple of weeks, we got distracted with the new thing. We never really got any clear answers on it. And you never really heard too much about it again.

But the questions still remain, hence the cold case theme and why I want to start this one today with the Miami-My. mall incident. So let's go back to New Year's Day, January 1st, 2024 as we begin this. And that is the day, or I should say the night where you had this incident, people panicking, running out of the mall. It was this whole thing. And the reason being, as the story goes, you had a group of teenagers who were setting off fireworks. There were fights starting. And they called. And it caused this chaos where people thought they heard gunshots when they were setting off firecrackers. Then you start to, you know, have this mass panic where people are running out of the mall.

You have this big police response and it was just a giant mess. From there, you had rumors that started swirling from people who were inside the mall that said, that wasn't all that happened. There were actually sightings of eight to ten foot tall, dark shadowy creatures. aliens that were seeing inside them all. Some people even described as scene coming out of portals. Okay. So this story went everywhere on social media.

It was covered on the news. But the weird thing about this is, and I'll give my recollection of it before I go into some of the details that we may have forgotten or even some clips that you've never heard before that we're going to unearth here or remind you of during this cold case episode to kind of bring this. back to the forefront. So my recollection of this, as this happened, again, this is during the New Year's holiday, you know, we have off work. It's kind of like, you know, that time you might still have family in town. You're still, you know, kind of recovering from Christmas and everything. Or if you're a college football fan like me, you're watching college bowl games or playoffs and all

these different things, right, NFL playoff games. So there's a lot going on that would distract us from the news during that time of year, obviously. Probably still watching. Christmas specials by all means. I know I would be watching Home Alone. I've done it before on New Year's, but that's neither here nor there. So the point is that there's a lot that's going on outside of the everyday. We're in holiday mode. So when this story comes out, it took a lot for this to become like the front page news. And I remember it being a big thing on social media. It was being talked about a lot of course, something that I was paying attention to because the rumor started swirling that people were seeing 10 foot tall aliens at the mall in Miami.

Now, specifically, this happened at the Bayside Marketplace. So I want to mention that because we're going to go over the location here in a more in-depth way a little bit later. And I'll tell you about that as we go through the course of this episode and you'll see why later. But this is the Bayside Marketplace. So if you're not familiar with that exactly, this is off of Biscayne Boulevard, pretty much right in the same area as the cassette. Center where the Miami Heat play right out right off the port of Miami it's all in that same area okay you have the freedom tower Miami date college downtown Miami Museum of Miami it's all in that area

but Bayside Marketplace is you know on on the water there it's it's the Biscayne Bay you port of of Miami like I said Kasea Center where the Miami Heat play it's it's all right there and I know it very well because I've been there a bunch of times personally to see Miami Heat games so it's It's a crowded area. It's, you know, definitely hopping. There's a lot going on. So when you have a big police response and a big crowd like they did on New Year's Day, you would think that, or New Year's Night, if you will, you would think that this would be

everywhere all over the news. But this is one of the things, the weird thing that has always stuck with me about this case that I have had a hard time reconciling over the years. Now, over the past couple of years, almost three years, which is crazy. to think about. And that is, it didn't get enough coverage locally. And I say that as, again, unique position here on this particular story, as a South Florida native, I say this coming from the perspective of being extremely familiar with how South

Florida media works. If there is a story that can be sensationalized within the media in South Florida, then gosh darn it, it is going to be sensationalized. It will be beat to death. It'll be all over the place. You'll see it whether you want to see it or not. And that can be said about national media as well. But especially with South Florida and especially with Miami media.

I mean, you got to get on top of it. You got to have the big story. You got to have the right angle. You want the eyes and the clicks on your product. Again, that works with any mass media, but especially in Miami and especially in South Florida. It's just the way it is. And I'm very acutely familiar with that.

So when I tell you that a story like this, where you have a massive police response, some say 60s, some say 80s, some said over 100 police cars, cops responded to this call. And you probably remember the video. If you don't, here's what it sounded like as people took videos outside of the mall in Miami there, the Bayside Marketplace. This is what it sounded like when all those cop cars were out there. It's a lot of cop cars. And again, you probably remember the videos of all those cops sitting out there.

My recollection of it is at least 100. And you don't get a call like that unless there's something extreme going on. An extreme response happens because of an extreme situation. And that's what we saw at the mall there that night at Bayside. So you have this happening. And for it not to get massive coverage, For it not to be front page everywhere, for it not to be leading every newscast for the next week or two, was beyond me.

And that's not to say it wasn't covered. I know some stations of Miami locally like CBS4 in Miami or WSVN or NBC6. They covered it because it was happening that night and people were paying attention to it. So they needed something to talk about in the news that night. But they kind of brushed it off as like a joke. Oh, hey, 10 foot aliens in Miami. Yeah, huh. We got something to tell you.

And then they just left it alone. They just, they brushed it off and they chalked it up to teenagers being way too rowdy. They set off firecrackers. Case of mistaken identity. People thought there was a shooting going on. That's the story. Have a good night. And they left it at that.

But again, to have this type of law enforcement response, which by the way, there were air units that responded to this. There were helicopters flying over that night now. Some of them were news helicopters, of course. but these were also helicopters some police agencies, Miami-Dade County. There were reports I remember of federal agents being there, and we saw black different SUVs belonging to federal agents being there. This was a huge response that took place that night,

that in my opinion, being down in South Florida my entire life, knowing how the media works down here, was not covered nearly like it should have been for a response like that. So that's one thing that has always stuck with me. with this case going back almost three years now, approaching three years. So that's just my own takeaway from it. That's something that has stuck with me that maybe is anecdotal, but I thought has always been a justified response or a justified point of view when it comes to this case, given my

own personal experience down here. Now, that said, we know the story as far as, you know, like we said, what people saw the hysteria behind it. But what happened behind the scenes? What happened when you actually had people who said that they were there? They go on social media the next day and the days forward. Were they telling the truth or were they buying into the hype and trying to get clicks? Here is one witness that says that they were there and described what they saw that night.

And I thought this one was really intriguing to play for one particular reason. They mention the fights going on, but then they also mentioned that they saw something supernatural. So you get a mix of both here. Take a listen to this one witness who put this video out on social media a few days after this all took place. So me and my girls in town and we were shopping at the mall and we noticed a lot of kids there. It wasn't a real big deal at first until they got to arguing and shoving and then like weapons got brought in. They started fighting running all over the mall, chaos just all over the place. So we thought we heard gunshots, but it turns out that that was actually fireworks.

But either way, that caused everybody to start rushing for the doors. People was leaving stuff behind. I mean, just dragging their kids. It was just complete chaos, man. Anyway, so as we running, we look back and we notice some weird shapes taller than me. I'm six foot two shadowy, dark, solid shapes, not human. I promise you, these is not human. I mean, it made the hair stand up on my skin.

We just booked it for the doors after that, man. I can't explain what that was. I can't say that was aliens, but I can't say that was not human. Okay, so that's his recollection of the event there, and pay no attention to what sounded like laundry going behind him. I guess he recorded that in his laundry room. It's not like clothes in the dryer, but that's just me, my OCD catching these things, so pay no attention to that.

The main point there is with that clip was his recollection of the event. And again, there were a lot of these. Now, some of them checked out, some of them didn't. There was one guy famously who went on and I think it was a couple of days after. He said he was there and he saw everything that happened. and then a couple days later he came out on social media. I was on TikTok. He came out on TikTok and said,

hey, by the way, I was making that all up. I've never even been to Miami. So you did have people. And that's why it was hard to sift through what were real people who said they were there and were describing what they saw versus people who were just trying to grab onto the situation and put out a video with a fake story to get clicks

and kind of, you know, get on the back of everybody who were saying that they were. actually there and just kind of using that for their own clout to get clicks. So that was that was that's always challenging with any situation, but that was especially challenging with this one because you didn't have official reports with this. You had people coming out and saying what they saw. And that is because that goes along with with something else that was reported from that night. You have one story from the cops in the media saying that this was simply a situation that got out of hand with rowdy teenagers fighting and doing fireworks which caused this panic thinking that it was a shooting event

which obviously it wasn't thankfully but then you also have media who described it as that and played it off as kind of like oh isn't this funny people thought it was aliens versus people who came out afterward to say hey i was there i saw it i saw the 10 foot aliens uh i was in the panic it was more than just firecrackers. It was much more than that. And my phone got confiscated. So that goes to something that was a big point of contention here when this happened. When people said, and rightfully so, if there were aliens in the mall or anywhere, there

would be hundreds of videos of people who took the video showing, hey, look, here's the alien right now. It's in front of me. Now, the way that was explained, people said, one, either my phone got confiscated by police or agents on the way out. They took everybody's phones. They made us delete footage. That's what people were claiming. Okay.

So make of that what you will. Or you also have the scenario where people were saying they tried to film it, but their phones wouldn't work. So I know you have contradictory statements there. And that's why I want to put both out. Why would some people's phones work to record versus? others some people saying that you know some type of EMP situation going on some type of interference going on and we hear that a lot that's not unusual that's with really any type of supernatural scenario where you have um people who investigate ghosts you have people who investigate

you know spirits where their their electronics fail heck i mean i've watched the show ghost adventures before with zach baggins and the guys i've seen what happened before to their equipment. It happened all the time on those episodes where their electronics would either their batteries would die or it would just stop working in the middle of like this investigation. So we've heard about, you know, vibrations and frequencies, high energy spikes causing electronics to fail. So people reported that when it came to trying to record. And then other people reported that their phones got confiscated and their footage was deleted. So you have those two explanations as to how and why we did not see any videos that night from inside the mall.

There were videos from outside the mall. And this is important to point out as well as a reminder from dash cam videos from police cars and from people who are outside the mall where they did show teenagers fighting. So again, you do have those eyewitness accounts and you even have police reports that say they arrested two or three teenagers that night. in connection with this, you know, disturbing the peace, okay? So you had actual law enforcement proceedings taking place. And you had video of, you know, these, these rowdy teenagers fighting outside. So it's not like that didn't happen. But we go back to that one witness there who says, and this was, you know, just not him.

It was much more than just that one guy of people who said it was much more than just teenagers fighting. we did see creatures. We actually are people describing seeing them coming out of portals inside the mall. And almost phasing in and out of reality. That was another piece of information that came out from people who were inside the mall. Now, going back to the phones there, this one guy here says not only was he in the mall that night, but he was actually part of the fights. So again, not discounting the fact that there were.

fights that night. This guy, for proof of that, says he was actually in one of the fights and then saw something very strange happen, even outside of the 10 foot tall creatures. Listen to this one witness. Some type of like, I don't even know, 8, 6 to 8, 10 foot

beings with like silver, surfery, porpoise type skin, land straight down in the middle, some type of like EMP blast is release or something. None of us can take out, you know, no pictures, no videos, nothing. I saw some and pull out their phone and immediately get disintegrated. You can Google this, by the way.

There's a news article about this post the police going into the building and searching it. There was an unexplained ass pile found at the middle of the scene that has no explanation. You can look that up. This is true information. All right. So that was not my choice of music to put behind his clip, obviously, whatever music he decided to play on that clip that day. Yeah, that's not something I put on there. But he talks about the disintegrated phone.

You can Google it. Well, guess what? I did. and I have it right here. So let's take a look at this because I had never heard about the disintegrated phone before, where this report came from. Now, according to the official reports, now,

because honestly, it's not like you're going to go on Google and type, hey, did someone's phone really disintegrate in Miami on that night? And it's going to come back with reports that say, why, yes, their phone did disintegrate. And aliens are the ones who did it.

It's obviously not going to come back and say that, okay? But what it did come back to say was that, this stemmed from a case of mistaken identity. They say it came from reports of official Miami police arrest records. They say that during the chaos outside of the mall, there was a large group of teenagers who jumped a driver, which is true. There was video of that. They did jump a driver and they were kind of kicking him on the ground.

And they say that that group stole the guy's iPhone. Now, as that story spread, you had people on TikTok and Reddit who kind of took this stolen phone report from police from the guy who did get jumped by a group of teenagers. That is true. I've seen the video. That turned into stolen phone turned into confiscated phone, which eventually escalated into disintegrated phone. Now, that's the official report that's out there.

Just my read on this, that doesn't make much sense how you go from a guy who got jumped and his phone stolen to everybody got their phones confiscated to someone inside the mall's phone. their phone actually disintegrated and they found the ash pile inside the mall. You have two extremes here. So maybe somewhere in the middle we have some truth. But I had never heard that report. So I wanted to try to put that out there and put it into context in this kind of look back on this cold case here of the Miami Mall incident of these aliens in the Miami Mall. Of course, we hear about the EMP device.

You know, was there some type of device that was used? was it due to some type of high energy spike frequencies coming through because of maybe portals opening up like people were describing why wouldn't the phones work if that was really the case right and of course we go into the official accounts of the you know the teenagers fighting and all those different things so that is of course the official report right the gunfire scare was due to fireworks the teens brawling uh that's why you know then you had the fireworks come after that that's why people ran out of them all and then the alien were is spread because of people online just making stories up.

That's the official story. If you go and look up Miami Mall incident or aliens in Miami Mall, it is going to tell you that basically people just made it up and the whole thing was an online hoax. Which, look, that could absolutely be the case. Okay. If we look at one side of this, it could be that this was a case of mistaken identity. We know that there was fight. We know that there were fights going on.

We know that firecrackers were deployed. and we know that there was a massive police response because of this, and they say that was because of, you know, a suspected shooter. Now, that could all be true. And then people just, you know, because of mass hysteria, the rumors start. And then you have one video as a domino effect. And then people just jump on the train to try to get clicks.

You can absolutely say that as a theory by all means. But you also have to look at the other side of this, which is there are a lot of reports out there. people swearing up and down. Some might be true, some may not be true, of people swearing up and down that they saw something unnatural that night, that they saw these creatures, that their phones were taken, that their footage was deleted, that they saw portals open up in the mall. So we really have to try to sift through this and either say this story died off because

it was proven as a hoax or this story died off because it was way too much for people to handle and they wanted to cover up. They wanted it all to be covered up. Now, here is one thing that sticks with me from this as well. And this one is hard to discount for me. If you take the theory of this was just one elaborate hoax and that's why people stop talking about it, take this part into consideration. Because again, this has stuck with me over the years.

A guy named Brendan De La Rua. Who is that? well his dad was a cop in miami who is running for sheriff at the time his dad was uh ruamun de la ruah and ruamon is again long time cop for miami dade county ruamon was running for a sheriff in 2024 so you have a political candidate essentially um you know not strictly political of course this is for you know sheriff of of miami dade county but it's still something that has to be voted on is what i mean so you have somebody who has a lot to lose. You want to be running for sheriff is because you want to win.

You want to become sheriff. Well, Brendan Dela Rua calls his dad, then officer, Ruhamon, calls him up and says, Dad, what is happening? You're a cop in Miami. You're there. Can you tell me about this? And this was on a TikTok video.

And Brendan goes on TikTok. It actually says, I don't know how I haven't heard about this. It was a few days later, and it's important to set the stage on this. It was a few days after the incident. It was like January 5th, somewhere in there. And he's like, I don't know how I hadn't heard about this because my dad is a cop in Miami. And I don't know why I'm just hearing about this now.

But apparently people said they saw aliens at the mall in Miami. I got to call my dad and figure this out. So he has his friend off to the side filming him, facetiming his dad. Because they want to get the dad's response. he's thinking his dad is going to respond of like, oh yeah, you know, there's some stupid kids playing a prank. But that's not what this was at all.

Here was his dad's response. Again, Officer Ruhamon, Dela Rua, who was running for sheriff of Miami-Dade County. Here's what he said. Here's how this phone call went. I have the entire phone call here. This is what it sounded like.

Hey, did you, have you been seeing the alien and stuff? Did you see that in the Bayside? Are you serious? I'm joking. You're joking. I'm serious. Did they tell you not to talk about it? I don't know.

I don't know. I don't know. I'm not talking about it. Could you at least say like whatever? So, okay, so they're saying it's like a, like a fight broke out. Why did they send so many police cars? Are you serious? You can't say anything.

I don't know what else going to say. You're no help, dude. I'm sorry. So if this is all a hoax, why do you have a prominent police officer in Miami-Dade County being very secretive about this? Right? He could have easily said to his son, oh, yeah, don't worry about that. There was just, you know, again, some kids playing a prank. People are spreading all this stuff.

It's silly. But he was very secretive about it. Now, there's two things here. And again, I know it was maybe a little bit hard to make out because it's a phone call, you know, a phone recording, a phone. call off of FaceTime. If you couldn't make it out, the main thing he was saying there was, I can't talk about it. I'm not allowed to talk about it. How many times you want me to slice the pie when I tell you that I can't talk about this? Sorry, I can't talk about it. He said, I know what you're talking about at the Bayside Marketplace at the mall there, but I can't talk to you about it.

So in a candid moment there, we're catching that interaction between Brandon and his dad, this Miami-Dade police officer, who, by the way, just for a perspective's sake, did not end up becoming sheriff of Miami-Dade County just for information purposes there a couple years later almost three years later. So there's two options here as to why his dad would have that response.

One, the prosaic option. It's an active investigation and I can't talk about it. Totally understandable. Happens all the time in police work. This is an active investigation. We can only give a few details. We'll give you more details when they become available

when we're able to give them. When it become safe for us to give them. We've heard all of this before in different police cases that become national news. It's not out of the realm of normalcy. In fact, it's very standard procedure for a police officer to come on and say, I can't talk about this right now because there's an active investigation going on and I can only give you so many details. Totally get it. That's the prosaic explanation here and a very understandable one. But here's the thing. That's not what was said. If his dad came on and said, basically what I just said, that's an act of investigation. Sorry, son, I can't go into it. And he couldn't, he even could

have said that and laughed it off at the same time. Right. Oh, yeah, yeah, I know the aliens. Yeah, yeah. Well, yeah, look, that's not the case, but it's, look, there's some stuff that happened, and there's still an investigation going on, so I can't really get into it. That's all you needed. but there was a very serious response there from his dad saying simply I can't talk about it and at one point even not even responding to his son when he's asking the questions about it I mean you have his dad basically just like hushing up and his that's where you hear that you know Brendan say are you serious like he was caught off guard because he figured he's got a joke around it with his dad about this but instead he got a serious response from his dad

like, sorry, can't mention it. So again, this could be easily explainable with active investigation, can't say it. But if that's the case, and this is the part that has stuck with me over the years, if that's the case, then just say it. Just say, this is an active investigation. Sorry, son, I can't really go too much into it. Yeah, I know people are laughing about the aliens. That's not what happened.

But, you know, I still can't talk about it because we're actively investigating the scene. that's all you had to say. Now, maybe he's just a man a few words and didn't feel like going into that, but that's all you had to say. So his response there has always thrown me off. And again, maybe that's all anecdotal, but you even heard his son's response. Like, his son was like, what's going on? Like, I thought you were going to joke around about this.

You know, like, you're being serious right now? And his dad just kept saying, yeah, sorry, I can't talk about it. So we can't deny that that is at least something that makes you kind of raise your eyebrows a little bit and say, okay, that's kind of weird. Why have that response? So just something to bring up, just something to keep in mind when we bring back up this case that maybe there is more than meets the eye here. Now, according to Miami cops, of course, that wasn't the case at all. This is all cut and dry.

In fact, I know I've spoken about what they did say, but I did want to play. this was a video that came out about four or five days after the incident. This was actually the official social media response from Miami PD, and they are the ones who put this like, you know, silly, kind of creepy alien music behind it. They put this out on Instagram and TikTok and Twitter and all that stuff with one of the Miami officers explaining what happened, and then you hear all the, you know, creepy music behind it, of course, because they try to make a joke about it.

So here was their official explanation. We've spoken about it, but, worth playing their side of it here. All right, guys. So just to address a few clips that are going viral on social media right now, first our response to that big incident in Bayside Marketplace. What happened was there was about 50 or more juveniles that were shooting fireworks at people.

There was also some looting going on. So officers that were on that scene were having a little bit of trouble containing. So they called what is called the Citywide 3, which every officer in the city responded. That's why you saw so much police presence for that call to contain that crowd. now there is now video going viral of eight to ten foot aliens walking around Bayside is actually just a person walking with a shadow so i can confirm to you all here today right now that there are no aliens in miami in Bayside marketplace at the moment so it's friday i hope you guys have a

great weekend and stay safe all right so that was the entire video there and they put it out on a friday going into a weekend so again you know kind of like the campy music behind it making a a joke out of it. And then at the end of that video, they actually had superimposed the great alien come up next to the cop. And he kind of like looks over like, hey, what are you doing here? So they made a joke about it. And you heard the statement, right? Hey, guys, we'll get back to that in just a second. But I wanted to kind of continue something here that I've been talking to you about now for a little while. And that is my experiences with Shopify. Is that real reporting? You make up your own mind. There are a few more things to touch on here before we're done digging back into this case because this was an important one. And I do think, and this is the reason why I wanted to bring this up here for volume one of these cold case files, there's meat on the bone here for this one. Like there is, I thought, and still to this day, a lot to take in. In fact, this is one that people still ask me about.

People who know I live down here in South Florida, they still ask me about this. Like, hey, whatever happened to that Miami aliens thing where they were seen in the mall? So this is something that is still in the back of the mind of people who pay attention to this topic. But it just went away. And why? Why did it just go away? Because they wanted it to go away because they wanted us to forget about it. or because this is a big nothing burger.

Again, up to you to make up your mind. But just some other reports that came out from this before we're done. Of course, the panic in the streets that ensued, people running out from the mall, the mass of police response, the federal agents who were out there, the helicopters that were in the air. And the people who saw, and this is another thing that I always found strange, of people who said they saw the creature kind of like phasing in and out of reality. Like glitching.

Glitching was a word that people used in a lot of different eyewitness accounts. So is that, you know, you're coming in and out of dimension, out of being visual to people, like you're phasing in and out of our reality, of our spectrum of vision. More on that coming up as well. And I do want to mention again the location. I mentioned earlier that I want to get more back into the location of the Bayside marketplace. So phasing in out of reality, is it, or was there something happening there where we can only see them? Like they were already there maybe.

And we just couldn't see them on our spectral vision. So more on that in a second. And that is a theory that that is out there because people, multiple people mentioned that part of this. It's like they were glitching. You see them and then Nelson they would skip forward. And then you would see them. Then they would skip forward.

It wasn't like, you know, someone normally walking, like glitching in and out of reality. Very strange to kind of, you know, imagine there. Then there was this guy on TikTok. and he got a lot of flack. His name was Fitz, and he came on hot and heavy. Some of the videos were kind of silly, if I'm being honest,

where he was like saying that he was being followed. He had footage of this thing on like VHS, because apparently he had a camcorder with him, and for some reason that didn't get confiscated by police, and he's the only one who had footage of it, but then he was being followed, and then he ended up in the hospital, and then he came out like two months later,

Like the guy just vanished. He had all these videos up and then he just vanished. And then suddenly he reappears and he's like, oh yeah, hey guys, it's me Fitz. I know that I said all this was real and I was there and I had footage of it. And I saw the aliens and the feds were after me. But sorry, that was just me playing a character and I was making like this, you know, amateur documentary. And that was all fake. So my bad, have a good one.

So there was a lot of that that did have. happen with this guy Fitz. You can look into Fitz if you want, FITZ. Super controversial because then you had people in two different camps saying, okay, this guy was just out there for clout making his own videos, looking for clicks and views. And then you had other people out there saying, well, did they get to Fitz? Like, why did he disappear for like two or three months? And then come back and the first thing we see from him is that he says, uh, sorry, that was all fake. My bad. Have a good one. So you had two different camps there, right?

And then people saying, did they get to him and make him say that that was all just him being silly? So very strange, again, just another wrinkle to add into this case that still remains kind of unsolved here. There's this cold case of the Miami aliens. Another thing worth mentioning here, actually a couple more things before we're done, is the flickering of lights. You had a lot of eyewitness accounts of people saying people who, were there saying the lights were flickering. You even had people saying that they heard shooting inside the mall. Now, that would presumably be the firecrackers inside the mall that was, you know, mistaken for shooting. You had people saying that there were flights grounded

at Miami International that night, that people lost power that night in the surrounding areas. Now, that wasn't officially verified. Those were just rumors, but again, just something to bring up to add to the list here. But those seem to be not true because if you look into the reports of power outages or flights being grounded that night, there are no reports of it. So that doesn't seem to be the case. That seemed to have been hysteria or hearsay people putting things out there, maybe to get clicks when it came to flights being grounded in power outages in the area. But I did hear a lot from eyewitness accounts of people on social media, a lot about flickering of lights inside the mall. So I did think that was strange because if you connect that to, you know, possible supernatural energy spikes having to do with EMPs or the appearance of supernatural beings, then you would get flickering lights.

You would get phones not working. You would get electronics shutting down. So all of that on that side would add up. So that's something worth bringing up there. And of course, you know, keep your mind along with everything else. Now, here's the other thing. There was a weird story that came out within the past few months when it came to this Miami incident there, the aliens in the mall, of someone on Reddit. Now, take it for what it's worth.

I personally, maybe this is my own bias and maybe this is wrong of me to say, I personally don't see Reddit as a viable eyewitness test. testimony place to go, for lack of a better term. There seems to be a lot of made-up accounts, quite frankly, like a lot of made-up stories on Reddit, people just kind of throwing things out there. And so I don't put a lot of stock into Reddit. That's not to say that there aren't true things on there. There have been things on there that have, you know, kind of made its way over to other social media platforms and that actually did have a lot of viability.

to them. So it's not to say I you know to like completely discount anything you see or read on Reddit. That's not what I'm saying. I'm just saying I'm suspect of things that are on there. That said, that's that's just my own personal bias here. Okay. Now, I say that because there was this post that came out from Reddit a few months ago. Um, from somebody who said that they were a cop that night in Miami and they were on the scene. This is a wild, account. It's fantastical. It sounds like science fiction and it absolutely could be. This could absolutely be someone who just, you know, had too much time on their hands, made up the story and put it on Reddit. Totally plausible. That said, here's some of the account that they gave.

They said that when they showed up on the scene, they went into the mall and found people basically frozen in place. They said that they saw dead bodies. They said some people were covered in blood that were coming out of their ears, their eyes, or their nose. He said that he himself described hearing a high-pitched tone

on his walkie-talkie when he was trying to call out to dispatch and to other officers. And he said that high-pitched tone that he heard on his walkie-talkie, which would normally just be kind of chalked up, to static, he said it made his teeth hurt. He said he described it as like a dental drill going into his teeth. Now, this all struck me when you take that into account and when you taken, you know, the bleeding out of the orifices, the ears, the eyes, the nose. It struck me because

it resembled what you would hear from someone who describes being targeted with directed energy weapons. I have spoken to people who have encountered directed energy weapons. I have spoken to people who know how directed energy weapons work. They are real. In fact, our own Department of War have said so that these, you know, these dues, the directed energy weapons, they've said as much that they do exist and that we have them. So it's not like directed energy weapons themselves are a conspiracy theory. They do exist and we're not the only ones that have them. Russia has them as well.

So those symptoms, if you will, match people who have said that they have been attacked with directed energy weapons. So that struck me. Now, does that mean that's what happened there? Or does that mean that this person is also aware that that would sound like directed energy weapons?

So they put that into the story to strengthen their case in a fictional account? I don't know. But he goes on. He also spoke about his partner, a man he named as Marco Torres. He said that something made his partner, Torres, go crazy. He also mentioned that the storefront windows in the mall as he was walking through. He mentioned that they were covered with a weird film, like some type of condensation. And then he saw some type of weird handprints in this condensation on the storefront windows.

He mentioned seeing broken glass. Again, bodies laying around. people essentially frozen in time looking like they were just like dead in place with their eyes open, really disturbing stuff. He also described what we heard earlier from eyewitness accounts of creatures

skipping forward through time. He says he saw like again, the word he uses, glitching and the space moving around the creature rather than the other way around. Essentially, again, not forward natural movement, but like this phasing in and out of reality.

You're in one spot, then you're in another spot, then you're in another spot. Then he says he saw his partner Torres come down the stairs, and as he was walking toward him, he heard him whispering to himself over and over again that saying the phrase, it said my name, it said my name. Creepy, right? Yes, it is. Then he suddenly fell to the ground. He was trying to get Torres out of the mall.

He writes, and then all of a sudden he fell down. to the ground and then Torres started clawing at his own neck. He's just sitting there clawing at his neck. And then he says that Torres took his own walkie-talkie and slammed it on the ground and started yelling. I'm not answering it. Odd stuff. Okay.

Again, this could absolutely just be someone with too much time in their hands who wanted to write their own little science fiction piece and put it on Reddit. That could be the case or this is a whistleblower, okay, of someone who was there inside when it all started to happen. Then he mentions that some guys in black coats, presumably men in black, showed up, described themselves as his superiors, flashed a badge at him, and wanted to take him outside. And they went up to his partner Torres there and he recalls them saying that, looking at him and saying that he wasn't viable.

Sounds strange, obviously. they said then the cops tried that he tried or that he tried finding them later again but it didn't maybe basically couldn't come across them again like this you know they took his partner

and then they told him to leave and then he was just you know outside and didn't see his partner ever again in fact he went to go find him later the next day went to his apartment tried calling him the phone was disconnected no he wasn't living in his apartment

someone else was living in his apartment someone else was living there. He spoke to his superior, said, hey, have you seen Torres? You know, I was on duty with him last night. His superiors were like, don't know who you're talking about. Go home and get some rest. You've been through a lot. He says he went back to the scene the next day at Bayside Marketplace, and it looked completely normal. No broken glass, no blood, no bodies. Everything was back to normal. This is the account on Reddit. And the reason why I bring it up, even though maybe I myself don't find believable, that's not the point. It doesn't matter if I find it believable or not.

What I wanted to do in bringing this up was to put out all sides of the story, put out all the angles. And since this is a cold case, bring up things that we haven't heard before. And I had never heard this before. He also says that when he went outside, he started vomiting due to the trauma. He started seeing what looked like guys pulling up in hazmat suits with what looked like Geiger counters. going inside the mall.

And then he says someone came up to him and told him to put this strip under his tongue because he was inside the ball and he was contaminated. And this strip would basically make him stable. He didn't want to do it, but then they made him do it. And then he said he went to some type of fog and they told him that was fine

because that means it was working. And then he basically calmed down from there. So it seemed like this was like some type of, if this is true, some type of, some type of device to, you know, make you forget some things, put you in a fog. And then he even mentioned seeing on the news the next day, hearing about how two people had been arrested in connection with a small fire starting due to fireworks. So he did make that part of the story that, you know, this wasn't all supernatural.

He did hear on the news that people mentioned, you know, the official story was fireworks going off in the mall, small fire and people getting arrested, rowdy teens, all that type of stuff. So make of it what you will. Is this someone making up a story on Reddit? Or was this an actual whistleblower who came out two and a half, almost three years later, to finally tell their story after hiding it for all this time? Now, they don't mention their name.

This is an anonymous account. It's titled anonymous account from Miami Cop. And basically said he had nothing to lose anymore. And he was putting this out to the public to hear the real story. Creepy stuff, disturbing stuff, mentioning seeing dead bodies all around. he mentioned seeing over 20 bodies inside of people who were just lying there motionless. So this is really bad, right? And hopefully that's not true.

But it's an account that I had never heard before up until coming up with, you know, trying to find some new information on this cold case from the Miami Mall incident. The last piece that I'll go into here was another thing that I had never heard before. From a psychic medium named Elizabeth April. And Elizabeth, this is someone. actually, quite frankly, that I want to reach out to and maybe have her on the show because she sounds like a fascinating woman.

She says she's a psychic medium and a remote viewer and she has like classes and everything and teach people how to do it, all that different type of stuff, right? She made videos a couple of years ago concerning this and she spoke about speaking to the aliens who were involved. She says they were Palladians. She says that she spoke to one of the aliens,

the aliens name is kinetic I don't know make it what you will I know it might sound silly I'm not gonna lie yes it does sound silly but this is her story and this is her account

she says that she's able to connect with the aliens who were in the mall that night and there were Palladians and that basically they do this all the time this is what she said in her video she said that they told her the Palladians told her that they do this all the time that they're always coming down

to interact with humanity but they're never seen because they go on a, again, here it comes, visual spectrum, a different visual spectrum, a different frequency that we cannot see. And we know that's true. We know that we can't see everything, that we can only see certain things on the, on the spectrum. That's a fact. That's a scientific fact. So she says that they live in a different part of the visual spectrum, which, by the way, for what it's worth, I have theorized before on this show. I have theorized that over the years that, um, you know, different extraterrestrials are out and about in our everyday life, but we can't see

them because, and the same thing for UFOs, by the way, that we can't see them because they're on a different visual spectrum. So that would explain, by the way, the phasing in and out of reality, that glitching that people said that they were seeing. But she goes into it as to Okay, why was this different? So here's a clip from Elizabeth April as she explains her theory. And so there's some repeating here, some of the things I already explained, but she explains her theory in whole here. So these beings like to show up in public places.

Sometimes they show up in malls. Sometimes they show up at festivals. Sometimes they love walking the Las Vegas strip just to observe humanity, just to be among the crowd. That being said, most of the time, these interdimensional beings are completely invisible. They exist in a different frequency. They exist in a different dimension. 99.999% of the time, human beings cannot see the aliens that are walking around. So what happened? Planet Earth got hit with a series of solar flashes in the past month. What does that do?

It increases our vibrational frequency on planet Earth. And all of a sudden, their being scene. All right, so there you go. Okay, that's her theory about, hey, they told me this is normal for them. They're always hanging around, but they're never seen because, you know,

different dimension, different visual spectrum, all that stuff, different frequencies, which is, that part of it to me is totally plausible. Again, I've mentioned that before myself, and it makes sense. So that's her explanation for it, and that's the solar flares that we were getting at that

time greatly affected the frequencies, and that's why they were seeing that night in the Miami Mall. So if this really did happen, that could be an explanation as to why it was happening. And by the way, I did look it up. There were solar flares at that time of the year at the end of 2023 heading into New Year's Day of January 2024. So that is, that really was the case. So could we have a connection from that? I would be very interested to see moving forward when there's strong geomagnetic activity and solar flares coming in. If there are different reports.

I can tell you right now, I'm going to be paying attention in a different way when we have like G3 or G4 storms coming in and large solar flare is creating the Aurora Borealis. Next time that happens because we are in an active

sun storm activity. We are still in an active cycle right now going back a few years, clearly, to 23, 24. Next time that happens, I'm going to be paying attention. Are there reports coming out of people seeing

extraterrestrials phased. in and out of reality because frequencies are changing due to solar flares. It's worth looking into. That's all I'm saying. Last thing, and I'll finish with this. I mentioned the location because there is a specific location associated with the Bayside marketplace and the mall there.

Bayfront Park, all that area. And when you mention the location, people start. talking about coordinates. Now, we have that theory there as to how these extraterrestrials may have appeared, right? Frequency, solar players, all that stuff. But what about the other theories? What about the other reports of people saying they

saw actual creatures coming through portals? That portals opened up inside the mall. And they're coming out of this portal. You even had somebody, I saw one clip of somebody saying that they were there for a graffiti convention in Miami and they were in the mall that night. And they saw these creatures

kind of like half the body coming out of a portal, like something you would think about from stranger things. And he started, as I was investigating this, I was watching this clip of this guy. He's doing a drawing, explaining it all in detail about how this creature was coming out, what he saw coming out of the portal, how people started running, what direction they were running. It was pretty darn detailed, I have to say, when I was watching this guy's clip. So if you talk about somebody like that who says they saw a portal open up and creatures coming out of it, then that would explain this here about coordinates.

I'll leave you with this for this episode 230 of UAP. The coordinates for the Bayside Marketplace are 25 degrees by 46 by 42 north, 80 degrees by 11 by 12 west. Those are the coordinates for Bayside Marketplace in Miami. Now, coincidentally, the coordinates, if you flip those exactly, if you put that 80 degrees by 11 by 12, make it south, and then flip the 25 degrees by 46 by 42 and make it east, put that 80 first, put the 25 second, make it south and east, you just completely reverse the coordinates, okay, by direction. And the order of which they're written, where do you end up in the middle of Ant, and, Antarctica. Why is that significant? Well, if you know the alien topic, which I assume you do, which is why you're listening to watching this show here today on YouTube, by the way.

Then you would know there's a lot of speculation over the decades, even going back to Operation High Jump with Admiral Bird post-World War II in 1947 during his expedition to Antarctica where he says in his journals, they came across UFOs and actually had fights with these things and lost men on these expeditions in fights with extraterrestrials. I mean, there are plenty of stories about pyramids in Antarctica, lost civilizations, alien civilizations, inside the ice, inside the caves of Antarctica.

There is a plethora of stories and lore connected to Antarctica and the extraterrestrial phenomenon. And so when you find out that the coordinates for Bayside Marketplaces in Miami are the direct opposite to those in the middle of Antarctica, it just kind of gives you pause and you kind of start to wonder, well, if these

things really were there and if they really did jump through portals, is it possible? Is it plausible that they came through using the wrong coordinates? That maybe there was a mistake there. Listen, if they can

crash UFOs by accident and we can have crash recoveries and have reverse engineering technology because of crash sites? Is it completely out of the realm of possibility that there would be coordinates accidentally reversed? If they were trying to teleport to a basin in Antarctica, I know this sounds screwy, okay? I get it. But I'm just going with the fact here that you have coordinates that are the direct opposites

of each other. They're mirror images. One goes to Bayside Marketplace. in Miami. One goes to Antarctica and Antarctica just happens to be connected with decades and decades of lore when it comes to extraterrestrials. So is it possible

that these extraterrestrials, if we go with the teleportation theory, just got the coordinates wrong. They were trying to go to Antarctica but ended up in Bayside Marketplace by accident. It's odd. Again, I know that sounds silly. Maybe

you know, maybe you think I jumped the shark here. I don't know. All I'm is that those coordinates are direct opposites of each other and if it was like Miami and Cleveland or something like that then I wouldn't think too much of it. But because it's a place that is so highly

connected to UAP lore to alien lore I couldn't help but to help but to make that connection and others did too. This was a theory that people had over the past few years. It's wild to think about maybe it means nothing, maybe

it's a crazy coincidence, but it's just another one to put on the list of options here for this cold case of aliens at the Bayside Marketplace Mall in Miami. Wild stuff and a crazy case to revisit and I'm glad we got to do it here. The sad fact is that unfortunately we don't really have solid answers on this. It really just depends on what you subscribe to. Did something actually happen here? Do we go with eyewitness accounts? Were the people just lying all over social media for clout? Did people really see what they say that they saw? Or was it a complete nothing burger like the Miami police and media say? And it was just a complete case of mistaken identity and rumor has gone out of control. It's up to you to decide here as we dig this one up here for volume one of cold cases in this time, Miami Mall incident.

It's an amazing one to think back on and one absolutely worth revisiting. And I'm glad I got to do that here with you today on UAP. I will do more of these, by the way, in the future. There's a few more than I have in mind, like the Las Vegas aliens case. I know that was one that had a lot of evidence behind it. And if you know the show, I covered it heavily in the past.
