Starting point is 00:00:00 Everybody talked about it since I first moved to Oregon. The big one, the earthquake that trashed the whole West Coast, total destruction. Officially calling it the largest natural disaster in American history. I just didn't know what would help me next. So I took it all. Even the gun. It was time. Cello?

Yes, welcome in to this new edition of UAP Weekly. I am Stephen Dean. Are back with you here on the Unidentified Alien podcast. And today we are going to recap and kind of tied together a couple of things that have taken place within the disclosure arena within the past week. A couple of pretty big events, maybe one bigger than the first. other, depending on your outlook on things.
Starting point is 00:01:40 But we're going to go over both. And we're going to start with the Vatican. And I know the Vatican has spoken about a lot when it comes to disclosure or what they might know or may not know and all those different things. But there was a lot of speculation recently on what the Vatican was going to say about UFOs and the possibility of alien life during a press conference that was held on May 17th. So we're going to dive right into it here. No delays, nothing.
Starting point is 00:02:08 We're just going to go right into these two things that happened within the past seven days or so, starting with this press conference on May 17th from the Vatican. They were advertised that they were going to be releasing new guidelines on discerning the supernatural. So naturally, many people kind of caught wind of that and thought, oh boy, here we go. This is aliens. The Vatican is finally going to acknowledge UFOs and aliens and what they know. and, you know, talk about it. But it turns out that the announcement was more focused on how the Pope and the Catholic
Starting point is 00:02:43 Church would be changing their approach and how supernatural visions and apparitions of Jesus and the Virgin Mary would be studied and their validity decided upon. So that was really more of what they were focusing on when it came to, you know, apparitions and things of that nature, not so much supernatural law on the end of what some of us were thinking they might be covering. Dad said there was this question from a reporter named Diane Montaena that she directed to a Vatican representative named Cardinal Fernandez and he was speaking at the podium on the issues. And her question the Cardinal Fernandez was about UFOs.
Starting point is 00:03:27 She asked, and I quote here, there has been a great deal of media attention around the so-called UFO phenomena with prominent authors and scientists claim that UFO encounters are in fact spiritual encounters, and with some accounts mentioning heavenly apparitions and alike. Some have suggested that this new document provides norms also for evaluating these experiences. She continues, your eminence, can you confirm that this is or is not the case? Also, to avoid what often happens with these topics on social media. Cardinal Fernandez, well, I should mention the last part there.
Starting point is 00:04:04 she was clarifying what the Vatican was trying to kind of accomplish here. They were trying, in these new norms, in these new, you know, requirements and procedures to, I guess, discuss and investigate supernatural phenomena such as apparitions, heavenly apparitions. They were talking about addressing different videos and photos on social media, and, you know, how would they address those as real or not real? So that's why she brought up, you know, avoiding miscarriage. information on social media on this topic. So Cardinal Fernandez, and his answer said, and this is me quoting, on UFOs, we are truly not specialists. We cannot intervene. It could happen that a certain
Starting point is 00:04:46 phenomena of this kind is linked to a Christian, Catholic, religious phenomenon, in which case we shall see, but otherwise not. This could also happen in other religions. It's not our task, and outside the faith certainly even less so. And quote, they are from Cardinal Fernandez. So I found that to be very striking because they acknowledged it without acknowledging it, which kind of brings us back to square one when it comes to the Vatican and the secrets that some of us, some of you might think that they are keeping. It is no secret that many of us feel that the Vatican may be hiding some knowledge when it comes to the UIP phenomenon.
Starting point is 00:05:27 Maybe most notably the UFO crash of 1933 in Magenta, Italy that David Grush spoke about, where he said the Vatican helped to cover up that crash when it happened back in 1933 and says that they continue to do so to this day with the cooperation of the United States. But in this case, of the much Ballyhooed press conference on the supernatural, it seems they decided not to go down that rabbit hole and that assumed secrecy along with the questions surrounding it, well, continues to live on. But that brings us to our next subject, and I guess the main course for this
Starting point is 00:06:03 episode of UAP Weekly today. I wanted to quickly touch on what was happening with the Vatican and their conference first before moving on to this conference, which happened in New York City. It's called the Salt Conference, S-A-L-T. And it happened on May 21st. So if you're listening to it today on this release date of May 23rd, then this is really just two days removed from this event. And what happened there on May 21st was the appearance and the Q&A session with Colonel Carl Nell at this conference. And his Q&A session was highly anticipated. It was talked about for about a week or two before he actually popped in to speak. And interestingly enough, he actually filled in for David Grush. Now, whether or not those were true reports,
Starting point is 00:06:51 it was said that David Grush was going to have this spot and talk at the Salt Conference. But apparently there was some scheduling conflicts and Colonel Nell took his place. And it was very interesting Q&A session indeed, and we're going to cover it all here right now. And considering some of his past comments when it comes to disclosure and, you know, what the government's knowledge is of otherworldly life,
Starting point is 00:07:15 a lot of people were looking forward to what he had to say. And I must say, personally, I would say that he did not disappoint at this conference. There's a handful of comments here that he made during his 20-minute session that I would like to touch on and break down today. Because I find these statements to be. be very significant. And I know not everyone may be up to date on what went down here.
Starting point is 00:07:38 And shout out to Alex Cloakas, who moderated this Q&A session. He did a good job with the interview as well. So I just wanted to give him a shout out for getting these answers out of Colonel Nell that you're going to hear right now, actually, as we begin. So before we cover some of those answers, I do want to highlight who Carl Nell is in his own words. Now, you might be familiar with the name, right, because he's come out on a couple of different. instances to talk about disclosure and what he knows. But I think it's important to highlight his accolades and his history. Now, admittedly, this portion is a little dry.
Starting point is 00:08:14 I will say that, okay, just fair warning. But, but nevertheless, please don't skip through it because it is highly important to paint the proper picture of Colonel Nell's character and his credibility, which is why I wanted to include this first before we get into his answers. So here is Colonel Nell on Colonel Nell. So I was fortunate. I had a four-year ROTC scholarship to Penn. I graduated with a degree in electrical engineering.
Starting point is 00:08:42 The Army sent me overseas to do Signal Corps engineering projects. So I did a lot of strategic comp projects in Europe. I ended up working in Army Space Command. I commanded a satellite ground station, war trace to the Joint Chiefs. I spent some time at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Army ultimately sent me to get a master's in mechanical engineering, a master's in strategic studies, graduate work in computer science. So I got out and ended up working at Bell Labs, which was a fantastic place. I left Bell Labs and ended up working in Lockheed Missiles and Space. I worked at Northrop
Starting point is 00:09:19 Grumman. I've ran strategic technology programs in the defense industry, work for a lot of the three-letter agencies. Ultimately, was a deputy chief of staff, or deputy a CTO for a $2 billion company. I was a vice president general manager of a northern Virginia-based R&D firm. I was the deputy chief of staff for a combatant command. And my last assignment was involved with the UAP Task Force, which maybe is the most apropos for this discussion. Okay.
Starting point is 00:09:52 Did you catch all that? My gosh, what a resume that is. But again, I know that might have been a little dry. You might have those off there for a second because it was a lot. I wanted to really highlight that, his extensive background and knowledge and where he's coming from and why he's an important person to pay attention to. So, just I guess you're slightly qualified to speak on this issue, I suppose, right? Now, Carl made waves here right out of the gate. This was the first statement he made when he was asked if alien life does indeed exist.
Starting point is 00:10:22 Here is his response to that. So, non-human intelligence exists. Non-human intelligence has been interacting with humanity. This interaction is not new and it's been ongoing. And there are unelected people in the government that are aware of that. There's zero doubt. Zero doubts that that has been happening, that that is happening, that's non-human intelligence. It's real.
Starting point is 00:10:46 It's on the planet. It's been interacting with humans for a long time. And that unelected people in the government know they exist and they've been interacting with us for this unaccounted amount of time. Your guess is as good as mine. how far back we want to put that opinion, what theory that you want to subscribe to when it comes to the amount of time they've been here and working with us. That was the statement that made headlines. That was a statement that made a lot of waves. Like I said, that a lot of people attached themselves to if you had seen any comments of his going around over the past few days in social
Starting point is 00:11:19 media. That was probably the video that you saw going around because there you have Colonel Nell who, with his background that you just heard in that five-minute long statement, it felt like, where he's saying that. And that was the wow moment to begin this Q&A session that he had at the Salt Conference. And of course, it was a massive statement for someone of his stature to make. Now, naturally, people will scoff at that statement. Some people, even despite what his background is that you heard there from him to start off, people will still scoff at that and roll their eyes and say, well, he's just lying about the whole thing.
Starting point is 00:11:56 Okay, if that's what you want to think by all means. but my response would be, why would a man of his integrity and career come out to make these things up? What would he have to gain? In my opinion, you would have to gain absolutely nothing. There is zero to gain from him doing this or saying these things in the public eye if he did not believe them to be true. Now, that is my opinion on the matter to begin with. You might have a different opinion and that is completely fine, but it just wanted to make any sense to me. That's, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:12:28 So before we get back into the conversation, I just want to talk about something that affects all of us. And it's scary. Starting something new, right? It's hard and it is kind of terrifying because you think about all the work that goes into it. Are you going to be able to succeed? What new challenges am I going to face? It's that uncertainty. But I know how that is because I can think back when I started UAP.
Starting point is 00:12:49 I was just hoping for the best. And it's just like that when you're starting your own business. That's why Shopify is so great and why I'm so happy to be able to talk about that. them. But the session went on, as Colonel Nell was asked, what makes him feel so confident? How can a man of his standing say such a bold statement? Zero doubt. These things are happening.
Starting point is 00:15:50 Well, here's what he had to say about that. So let's take a look at the data. So we can look at some folks that have very high-level access to information, like Paul Hellier, who was the defense chief for Canada, has come out and said the same thing. We can look at Ham Esshed, the former head of Israel's Space Force, has said the same thing. Chris Mellon, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Intel, Sapcoe, has sent him. said the same thing. Lou Alizando has said the same thing. David Grush has said the same thing. David Grush cleared for presidentially level material. So you're looking at people that are in a position to know this and they're telling you the same thing. All right, there you go. So he mentioned a
Starting point is 00:16:38 lot of names there. Five big names. People who have spoken about before and actually want to do more episodes on, namely Paul Hellier, who is just incredibly fascinating, a former Canadian minister of defense like you heard him say there, or defense minister, or however you want to say it, he's said some amazing things in the past about specifically the amount of species of non-human intelligence that we're interacting with here on Earth and all the different things that have been in play in the past.
Starting point is 00:17:05 The Israeli Space Chief, who has talked about even more incredible things, namely an intergalactic federation. I mean, he has gone in depth and talking about what has taken place in the past, you know, behind closed doors. Of course, Christopher Mellon, we know everything that he's come out and said. Lou Elizando, David Grush. I mean, all the big names and the major roles saying the same thing. Again, internationally.
Starting point is 00:17:30 You have Israel, have Canada, you have the United States, all different, you know, major officials saying these types of things. And now we add the name Colonel Carl Nell to the list. So because of people like them, it makes guys like Nell feel more comfortable to come out and speak out on what they know in the interest of public disclosure, essentially strength in numbers. And he also highlights the credibility of these statements because all these guys have put their reputations, much like Colonel Nell has done. They put their reputations on the line to speak out about this issue. And maybe in some cases their own safety.
Starting point is 00:18:09 Now, that's just my opinion. I haven't heard one way or the other on that. Luella Zondo has talked about those things, but I don't know where Colonel Nell is on, you know, any safety issues. But I found this next part to be really thought-provoking here, where Carl Nell was asked what the reasons might be as to what has prevented public disclosure from the government. Why hasn't this happened yet, right? That's one of the big questions people ask.
Starting point is 00:18:36 Well, here is his response on that. So there's six basic reasons. And this, again, you could draw this out from first principles. There's a national security reason. There's the lack of a plan. There's the potential for societal disruption. There's the possibility that there's some non-public agreement. There's the potential for misdeeds and the desire to cover up misdeeds.
Starting point is 00:18:58 And there's just the basic organizational intransigence and lack of priority that might be associated with the topic. So all these things are factors. The issue is that really the national security issue subsumes all the others. And so there's an opportunity maybe to contract the national security issue. similarly to what was done with nuclear weapons and nuclear energy, such that nuclear energy is not necessarily classified and is available to the public. But lack of a plan and the potential for societal disruption
Starting point is 00:19:28 are key ingredients that would prevent any responsible leader from coming forward with information that they don't have the means to address in a responsible way. It would be irresponsible to do that. All right, so that's a loaded statement. And really, again, I use the term thought, provoking. I mean, incredibly thought provoking. So I want to break these things down individually. We're going to touch on these six things and kind of dig into it a little bit here before moving on
Starting point is 00:19:56 to his next question and answer. National security issues. So very interesting there, how we highlighted that toward the end as being maybe the main excuse like, you know, the Department of Energy formerly known as the Atomic Energy Commission where, you know, during the days of Oppenheimer, okay when that you know the atomic energy commission or the you know department of atomic energy however you want to refer to it was first created and used to hide the secrets of what they were doing with the trinity test and things like that which eventually of course led to the creation of the atomic bomb so are they using national security in conjunction with the department of energy which has always been one of the big uh you know theories and points of contention that that is the case but
Starting point is 00:20:44 to hide the secret, and is there actually a national security issue? So they are continuing to use that excuse of national security in conjunction with the Department of Energy to keep these things under wraps. So maybe there is some plausible effect there, plausible reason, I should say, as to why that would be happening. legitimate maybe even right he touches on lack of a plan i would hope that's not one of the reasons but maybe it is look if you're dealing with you know advanced otherworldly technology that could be thousands of years ahead of us then maybe we just don't know how to react to it so if you don't know how to react to something then you don't know how to really come out and talk about it maybe use
Starting point is 00:21:34 this as an example an analogy would be you know you're maybe you have a sighting yourself maybe you come across an encounter and it was happening on the way home from work and you get home and you you know sit down to dinner with your wife and kids and you're trying to decide yourself do i even talk about this how am i going to explain this how am i going to explain what i just saw to my wife and children because i won't even know what to do i don't have a plan to follow up on this i'm just going to say what i saw and not have any answers to it so maybe it is that type of thing i hope not but maybe it does play a part when it comes to why there hasn't been that disclosure from the government or, you know, those in power. Potential for societal disruption. He touched on that. And that's always been one of the big things that, you know, even I've spoken about here on the show with myself or different guests.
Starting point is 00:22:24 When it comes to societal disruption, you're talking about, you know, do people panic? Do people start running in the street in looting stores or, you know, creating martial law? I would hope not. does it when we talk about societal disruption are we talking about religious you know aspects there do do we have some type of you know uh negative effect on world religions that's always been one of the main questions and i've posed that question many times on different episodes you know people find out there's otherworldly technology and aliens living on you know other planets or interdimensional that might create questions for world religions maybe people have a tough time you know, creating that bridge between the two. I've always personally hypothesized that if there is a God that is, you know, all knowing and
Starting point is 00:23:13 created a universe, then that would just be one of the beings that he created. That's just the way I look at it. Maybe other people wouldn't look at it that way. So that falls under the potential for societal disruption. Non-public agreements. That's a big one. Now, I look at that and I think about, okay, are we talking about agreements such as the reported belief of Eisenhower having that meeting with the Grays back in the early 1950s.
Starting point is 00:23:43 Are those the type of non-public agreements we're talking about? We're talking about agreements between NHI and humans. Or is it something else, right? Maybe country to country. I don't know. Potential cover up and misdeeds. I think those two things kind of go hand in hand. When we talk about possible non-public agreements and a potential cover up for misdeeds,
Starting point is 00:24:04 It's essentially covering their own butts because they've broken so many laws that if it gets found out, they have to admit to 80 years of lies and people will go to jail. I mean, I know George Knapp has mentioned that as well. So I absolutely believe that's one of the reasons why disclosure hasn't happened. And then maybe the most disturbing of all, organizational failures or lack of priority. I really hope that's not the case because if we're really that far behind the eight ball where either we don't care enough about it, or B, it's just an organizational failure, which maybe goes back to lack of a plan,
Starting point is 00:24:40 then again, those two really bother me because I'd like to think we have it together a little bit more than that, but I guess who knows? Shopify is the commerce platform behind millions of businesses around the world and 10% of all e-commerce in the U.S. from household names like Death Wish Coffee,
Starting point is 00:24:59 Brooke Linnon, and Kylie. But what if people haven't heard about your brand? Well, Shopify helps you find your customers with easy to run email and social media campaigns. But what if you hit that wall and you get stuck somewhere? Well, no problem because Shopify is always around to share advice with their reward-winning 24-7 customer support. No need to save multiple websites or try to figure out what platform is hosting the tool that you need. Everything is all in one place with Shopify.

Sign up for your $1 per month trial today at Shopify.com slash UAP. Go to Shopify.com slash UAP. That's Shopify.com slash UAP. Now, something he did mention at the end that I thought was really interesting as well. He said it would be irresponsible for a leader to disclose if it would cause harm in any of these six areas, which is really an interesting point to consider.
Starting point is 00:26:08 You know, as far as responsibilities are concerned and how you handle this and how you handle disclosure going back to those six reasons. And all of this makes perfect sense as to why the government maybe would continue to hide this secret. Maybe it's not out of malice or malcontent. Maybe it has to do with all six of those reasons. Now, I'm not making any excuses. I still think that we should find a way to have basic disclosure.
Starting point is 00:26:32 but if there is indeed a secret to hide like we think there is, it could be that it goes back to a responsible choice. How do you handle this responsibly? And if I could be so bold, I would like to add a seventh reason to that list. And this is a reason that was not specifically mentioned, which is why I wanted to say it, and that would be money, mainly money and power. There's lots and lots of money to be made when it comes to secret research and development projects and government contracts.
Starting point is 00:27:02 And when it comes to power, well, I mean, to the victor goes to spoils. So to me, I absolutely agree with those six things that Colonel Nell named. And I would add the seventh reason there, money and power, to that list as well as to why disclosure hasn't happened. But with all that said, does that mean Colonel Nell is not for disclosure after all? Well, not so fast. He says he believes there are three main reasons why we should still pursue it. So the first issue is the moral right. The government exists for and by the people.
Starting point is 00:27:36 People have a right to know the world in which we live, and the pursuit of happiness requires that knowledge. The second issue is being in a reactive mode is never preferable to being in a proactive mode. So reactive mode is basically trying to prevent disclosure. But failing that, you might get a situation where you have catastrophic disclosure that creates all the problems that you were trying to prevent. So a more balanced middle path of control disclosure is the best way to do this, which is again an argument for some amount of disclosure.
Starting point is 00:28:10 And the third part is simply societal advance and global competitiveness. More brain trust needs to be brought into this topic in order to make progress and to improve society. And so all three of those things together trump the six other reasons for non-disclosure. Boom. I mean, I think he absolutely nailed it right there in my personal opinion because all those reasons put together are why we need to have this truth come out in the open. There is so much writing on this.
Starting point is 00:28:43 And I feel he laid it all out there perfectly. And really in that one minute or so answers, kind of doing my job for me there. But in all seriousness, I agree that we do have a right to know what is going on behind closed doors. when it comes to this issue. And I believe any advanced technologies could and would help to advance our civilization in positive ways, namely with the advent of free energy. I mean, just to name one example, and that's why there is so much writing on this. I mean, it's even hard to put into words how much is writing on all of this and disclosure
Starting point is 00:29:18 and what is really going on behind closed doors. And maybe one of the biggest reasons of all is what he mentioned about accidental catastrophic disclosure versus a controlled disclosure. And this is such an important point to make because I believe you could have catastrophic disclosure in two ways. And this is just the way I see it. I see it. Maybe I'm missing the mark here, but this is what I gather. One way would be another life form revealing themselves openly to the world, which would then send our government and people scrambling to handle the situation. That would be catastrophic disclosure to me. Or secondly, An adversary to the U.S., like China or Russia, deciding to disclose before us and using it as a chess piece, so to speak, to help build their own standing on the world stage.
Starting point is 00:30:11 And then the U.S. is left standing there like, well, we knew before you guys. Well, then why didn't you say anything before, right? I mean, we could see that happening. So this would show, in my opinion, weakness, and they even say incompetence, on our part, on the world stage, if we allowed something like that to happen. Now, if we had a controlled disclosure scenario where those in power decided to come out with at least the three basic truths that I alluded to earlier and that David Grush has spoken about, namely that we are not alone, we have retrieved crash materials, and that we have retrieved occupants
Starting point is 00:30:52 in those crashes, then I think we would be in a much better spot on the, you know, verbal chess board. And actually, he speaks on that very topic here when he was asked if he feels that the U.S. should indeed lead on this issue. Here was his answer to that. This is a global phenomenon, and it's affecting other countries just like the United States. The reporting on this is clear over decades. Other countries have reported this stuff. And not only that, you know, the Vatican has come out and made statements that referenced or tangentially referenced this topic. So organized religion has a say in this topic as well. So it's really a whole of planet, whole of humanity problem.
Starting point is 00:31:34 And so the U.S. has got its role to play, but these other countries have their role to play. And it would be who of us to recognize that, you know, U.S. action could be preempted by another party, and it would be probably more conducive to work collectively. Aha. Okay. So kind of both there, right? I mean, you kind of tried to be, I guess, political in that answer when he talks about being a global issue, but also it would be who of the U.S. to be weary of any preemptive action from another country.
Starting point is 00:32:06 So work together, but also kind of try to lead on it, I think, is what he was getting at. Maybe without saying it, maybe I'm putting any words in his mouth, but that's how I took it. And I thought it was interesting how you kind of mentioned the Vatican and religion there too, huh? I'm telling you that's such a big portion of this that plays such a huge. huge part and it's that's what makes this so hard you have so many factors when it comes to you know world governments uh shady government contractors you know money and power and religions and it's just there's so much that goes into this when it comes to keeping this secret and disclosure being prevented so what will it take will will it take catastrophic disclosure i don't know or will it
Starting point is 00:32:53 take some type of agreement on control disclosure. Will we actually see, you know, some type of cooperative effort here, a collective effort like Colonel Nell mentioned there? Interesting to consider how this should or maybe even might end up playing out in the future. It's, man, what a, what a thing to consider though. It's really something, but I thought this was such an important discussion to be had here today to kind of recap what Colonel Nell had to say at this conference. It was just so significant some of the things that were brought up there. But that said, I will present this one final thought before we wrap up here today. And I've yet to point out the name of Colonel Nell's talk at the Salt Conference.
Starting point is 00:33:36 And that was by design because I wanted to point out this discussion out in the open first before revealing this portion. Now, admittedly, this may sound conspiratorial, but there's no disputing the fact that the name, of his talk was titled The Real Black Swan Event, The Controlled Disclosure of UAP, and Non-Human Intelligence. Now, I believe that title was the most significant portion of this talk, so I want to say it again. It was called The Real Black Swan Event, the Controlled Disclosure of UAP and Non-Human Intelligence. I mean, it was right there in front of our faces, but never actually mentioned during the talk, the term black swan event was deliberate in naming this session. So why is that significant? Well, a black swan event, if you're not familiar with it, refers to something that challenges
Starting point is 00:34:34 the foundation of any system of thought. That's how it's defined. Challenges the foundation of any system of thought. Black swan events are also defined as rare in unexpected events with severe consequences with the potential to cause a change in a formally held belief or system of beliefs. Now, the name is used as a metaphor. I know that's, again, it's kind of deep,
Starting point is 00:34:59 but here's the background on it. It's used as a metaphor actually from centuries ago it was first brought up and used in popular culture now because it was thought at the time, you know, some hundreds of years ago that swans only existed as white.
Starting point is 00:35:15 and even though there were legends of black swans having been seen. So it wasn't until they were officially discovered in Australia that their existence came into the public knowledge and belief. Hence the term being used to say that we should not rule out the existence of a black swan just because we've only seen white swans before. So could disclosure, control disclosure or even catastrophic disclosure, of UAP and non-human intelligence be a Black Swan event
Starting point is 00:35:49 that happens sooner rather than later. Now, I cannot say more than I'm going to say right now, and I don't think I'm going to get in trouble for saying this, but I've heard from various channels that we should look out for October. of this year of 2024. Again, I can't reveal any more than that of where I'm getting that. Maybe you have heard something similar,
Starting point is 00:36:23 but I just find it really interesting how it was personally striking to me, which is why I wanted to save this part for last. And it was almost kind of unsettling in a way when I saw the title of this talk where he used the term the real black swan event. Because why would you put that name? in there, knowing what, you know, what it means now, what that term refers to, why would you put that in there deliberately if there wasn't some type of Black Swan event, maybe coming in
Starting point is 00:36:56 the near future, again, possibly October. Remember, and I know this is where it sounds conspiratorial and I'm not trying to be conspiratorial, but there's something pretty big happening this year. It's an election year. Will this become, will disclosure become an election issue. And is that the reason why maybe October? Could this be the ultimate October surprise? I mean, that term is used a lot in politics. And God forbid, I ever get political on UAP, but I'm just connecting the dots here. That's a term that is used every election cycle is the October surprise. And that it's normally reserved for some type of scandal, you know, having to do with one of the candidates. That's usually what it's reserved for. But in this case,
Starting point is 00:37:44 could be reserved for something having to do with UAP. Again, just connecting the dots there. I've been told to look out for October, maybe for some type of control disclosure. Does that mean it's going to happen? I don't know, but is there a connection here? I'll let you decide. But, who, okay, on that note,
Starting point is 00:38:03 how about one more quick comment from Colonel Nell? And this, for me, was kind of a mic-drop moment here. Here's how I want to end things with Colonel Carl Nell today in his talk at the Salt Conference. Anybody paying attention realizes the government has already indicated that unidentified anomalous phenomena are real. They're not ours and they're not our adversaries. The Pentagon has said that.
Starting point is 00:38:25 Like for people that are paying attention, like that show already dropped. Well, like I said, Mike Drop moment there. I mean, if you weren't paying attention before to what Colonel Nell had to say, hopefully you're paying attention now because this is a guy that you heard his background in the beginning. if you made it through his two and a half minute resume that he put out there. This is a guy that knows what he's talking about, and he's willing to discuss these things. So I personally take it to heart, which makes it all that more intriguing.
Starting point is 00:38:56 But that will do it for this edition of UAP Weekly. Man, it was a loaded one. Hopefully you took it all in.
