Unblinded with Sean Callagy - Gary Vee Unfiltered: Self-Love, Responsibility, and the Future of Everything

Episode Date: November 18, 2025

In this electrifying live session of Unblinded, Gary Vaynerchuk takes the stage and delivers one of his most unfiltered, intense, and emotionally resonant talks of the year. What begins as a riff on s...elf-awareness and personal validation turns into a full masterclass on emotional resilience, accountability, parenting, technology, and the future of humanity in the age of AI.Gary goes deep—not into business tactics, but into the psychology that ruins people’s lives, and the mindset that liberates them. From childhood independence to modern co-dependency, from algorithm misunderstandings to AI disruption, he exposes the lies we tell ourselves, the excuses we hide behind, and the cultural patterns keeping millions stuck. This episode is raw, hilarious, uncomfortable, and deeply needed. Gary blends humor, truth bombs, and compassion as he pushes the audience into radical ownership. If you’ve been feeling lost, overwhelmed, overly attached to others’ opinions, or confused about your path—Gary’s words here may be the reset button your life has been waiting for.Gary challenges the room to stop outsourcing their identity to strangers, parents, partners, society, or social media. Most people are paralyzed by the imaginary judgment of others—people who are also confused, insecure, and imperfect. The algorithm reflects your behavior, not the other way around. It’s not manipulating you; it’s mirroring you.Tracking your 25-year-old’s phone and sending them money while complaining they lack drive? Gary dismantles the contradiction.AI agents, 3-day workweeks, massive disruption. Gary frames AI not as a threat, but as the greatest opportunity since the internet. The audience admits they complain too much. Gary shows how complaining destroys self-esteem, relationships, and momentum.Gary talks openly about thinking of death daily—not morbidly, but as a tool for clarity, urgency, and gratitude.Gary shares a belief he rarely talks about publicly:Your gut is the primary operating system. The brain talks you out of what your heart already knows.“You’re not scared of the algorithm. You’re scared of yourself.”“If you still track your 22-year-old’s phone, you’re not helping—you’re disabling.”“Complaining is the most obvious wasted energy in human history.”“You care too much about opinions from people who aren’t even happy.”“AI isn’t coming for your job—you ignoring AI is coming for your job.”“Your gut is the real brain. The brain is secondary and talks you out of your truth.”“You’re not stuck. Starting point is 00:01:36 law would be served me, and I realize that people connect me. I know. I was curious about that. I like things. I like things. I like something. The first reason I like that are making a different way to decide. Why I see a lot of music is so good because what I do is probably
Starting point is 00:03:43 publicly, I didn't say, because I'm going to be able to be able to work because I'm going to buy a lot more than most people. They've got me, and they've got me, except for now, which is about the future. It's a good thing to have a whole time. I want to, you know, I want to say, he got, the kids are getting close to me. The kids are getting so long as to find out of the way.
Starting point is 00:08:23 What is interesting, yeah. So, in a core, I think, no, he didn't know. He's got to be in a thumbs to me. So I think all of us on why the question, but it's... So I think the question is, you know, they really wasn't about it, which he was just like that way, because I'm not really sort of a really good at what you are. Like, there's a great question, I think some of us,
Starting point is 00:14:46 because he doesn't get about the whole thing about the whole thing. He could, but by name, I'm sorry, I'm going to get on. I'm glad to get honest, and I'm glad you're, What is your profession? Oh, oh, wow. I'm going on. I don't know. I don't meet you again.
Starting point is 00:18:14 I thought it was... ...and it was... ...and I always said it was music. You can't just be able to ask. I would argue that I'm so really told. But electricity is way new because the the physical person was so long, I was just like a little bit more than a friend.
Starting point is 00:20:55 People were working on. Right. So more the sports a million amount. You would get a fucking with a lot. I was going to make a fucking serious because of the most hot. Because five years ago, nobody could think about it and you'd oppose me. But if you want this is a concept or what? If you were, and again, for a lot of people,
Starting point is 00:23:31 isn't you a coin, not even like that, why I mean, you guys have to talk about the ground for you go. I've done very well for a little how you know, put the controller and things. like how good to be special by something, so they're not going to do. What are you're getting you're getting, and the people, I said, that's what we want to do.
Starting point is 00:29:40 I guess that's what we do. From the growing up, like it's my view, the value of the authority, so really do that. Right, your journey is a master class in authentic influence. One that transforms vanity metrics and pleading applause. You've shown the world that true validation comes not from the but from living congrudently with your values, especially when you're watching. Your relentless commitment to self-awareness, empathy, and adding value, whether in a
Starting point is 00:32:30 why not else on stage, or in a quiet moment to the family, has redefined what it means to be a leader in a disability. Your influence mastery isn't just about attention to take about and homesick. You've built legacy not by taking friends, but by honoring your roots, loving the birth, and empowering others to do the same. As for the death, Well, Hope Springs is phenomenal, and maybe with your energy in the midst, they're terrible time. But, truly, your greatest win is the ripple-of-face you see a-lady. In firing millions to own their dreams, embrace the ground, and lead with integrity.
Starting point is 00:33:04 If I may, Gary, what would you say to someone struggling to find validation again rather than some of the world? And how do you speak your own compass through, when the noise gets loud and the stakes get higher? Oh, the light is interesting. Literally. Literally, this is real, this is like scaring to me. And it's something that's really not really. I get around, not a wife, who isn't really,
Starting point is 00:34:01 who isn't really what they want me? Is it a relationship with themselves, where they're themselves are telling themselves, but they're not doing that, they're not awesome enough? Here's the coolest thing about the conversation. Literally, are these self-dogs, or nitpick, or round, or around, or really, I need you to have really important.
Starting point is 00:34:45 You think you're calling yourself in this it is the most important conversation that gives them. It's almost smart. That's simply a humanity clear. And once you know a theater is said and jokes. And let me tell you why I'm so bad. I think a lot of people sitting here as I was just often wanting to be in your mother.
Starting point is 00:36:06 I think that easy last empathy for your mom and death. This is a speech. Perhaps there is your mom and god at the beginning of this team. In fact, I watched some of the days who are so long as they're so long as they're going to give cookies and you want no longer together to step. Look your life. Oh.
Starting point is 00:36:27 Oh. Oh. So let's break this guy. You likely provide me a guy. Maybe someone else. In fact, that's in a lot of you provide you what he did. Grandparents that's spent a lot of the government in the government in the government. there's someone in still jazzed in the way you feel not so good.
Starting point is 00:36:55 Because you're right now the current hearing is so great. It's the same thing that you would not think of doing too much. That's not so they get about to me. Oh, you know. But then you can talk about the way. Because if I know, like, why you like, no wonder if you look in their life is more people think they're cool, start putting your stuff like the kind of fundamental is more so a great piece of gifts and respect them to here.
Starting point is 00:39:14 So for me, as your class, now, now, now this is important. Thank you. It's important. You are allowed to make you better the fact. What I'm saying is you're alive of the judging joy you can get a lot of authority and you know what I would have a good for you. I'm a couple of questions. So how long? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:09 So you know, I don't need to force things or something before anything is more about a lot of sort of start by what I'm serious you do, but you are getting a tie on some biology that's going to get me. I'm a good. And I do have worked like a cool, but because you come on the school, so I got going to give you. You are at least 70. I don't know how you get a lot of people.
Starting point is 00:42:45 You know what you mean? You realize not to be so much better than a judge, you know the other than you're going to go. So what happened? So when you're always on, you know, People are raised some of them. You're going to be able to... We didn't go here.
Starting point is 00:43:39 We don't know. Of course. Yeah. Um, so for the people in this thing, I mean, I would really, I just, I just learned that this morning time. But the last I was, what I was going was, on the slide, I read, I read, I read the people that had the kind of profile that I have, that haven't read 2000 messages, what I think is, you know, what's funny, which is, which is, which is you know, right, for a lot of people that
Starting point is 00:45:09 And I like to talk in person, everyone says, I don't know who's doing what, I don't like talking, I like talking, I like talking about how many people, so I know if I never talk about how he's been doing. Everyone has worked on some cases. But we don't know how. You think, my mom is the most, you know,
Starting point is 00:46:32 the most human-quoise you guys, you guys, you know what's the sucky death of the death, that's the rim, the world of the discussions. Yuck, boom, so you're making to 14, Here was my mom's in the life. I went back on my side and I came home at my six. And my mom had no fucking agree with what I do. Now, how do people do you appear in 20 to 30?
Starting point is 00:47:12 Right now, and there's a crissing number. I'm standing on because you're back. I'm getting. I really want to go here. So, it's very important. I feel it's the most important thing I can do today. The phrase your hands and please don't be embarrassed because we're all doing it so there's no objection.
Starting point is 00:47:56 This is about trying for. One person. One, how many people, 22 to 30 year old, I'm going to stick with this in your life. I need you to meet you to people. Now, you're allowed, keep your hands up. Keep your hand up. If you have one of these publishers,
Starting point is 00:48:31 keep your hand up. If you don't, you're allowed to put it down, you're going to come in all the Gary, and all this. Every time before you're happy, I'm calling you right now the number one directed for 20% for my current state your people. And the next one is 50 years.
Starting point is 00:49:48 You'll get a replacing the people. is you think it's harder to think they're about when you are. Word is right, you know, what else is fucked up, and I see a lot of your phone, I see you right now in the case that I go. And it's no judgment, so you're like to do it's fucking more than anything on you know. And they're so deep they can't over and set of notes. So you have to have to ask.
Starting point is 00:50:43 So you're going to get out for that's worth it. They're going to be like, fuck, Gary, G. And then in nine months I'm going to talk. I'm going to talk. I'm going to get you . If I may, yes, I'm sorry. Now, the earlier you can start for the better. My mom is an angel, but she is easy.
Starting point is 00:51:22 Yes. And I knew like 10 if I wanted something in federal, I never said. So do you want to know how I thought up here? Love, when mom is here, but he's in so. No. No. I'm just asking. No, no, right?
Starting point is 00:52:05 Dan says, Dan says Gary's gonna play time. Did it some? My mom. What was it? That's right? They're new to do. I have no time more. I don't know about that, but it's...
Starting point is 00:52:29 Let me just your cooking here a little bit. Where do I'm going to do something? I will. I will let me know I thought. I think you're talking about it. So what else do? You're all? What do you say?
Starting point is 00:52:53 Most of you have friends. You know? It's just a hard fucking hammering him. And I will be the most significant. One of the most of the kids are young children in life. And a lot of those are some of the youngsters in here, you have no idea how crazy you life was before you got it. And you're right?
Starting point is 00:53:39 Like, you're throwing up and you go meet your friend at the malls and you hit slapping. But there was an accident and you were 15 minutes late from meeting at the fountain. And he was over. My phone was a day. I walked around the wall for 20 years. I'm going to find them. I'm home. And I took a couple things. Jenny really gets it down.
Starting point is 00:54:12 I think most of you are. But I think, but I think, but you should be. In truth. You see, I don't know what you guys have did. There's been coming and it doesn't give a far. So, here's what I would say.
Starting point is 00:54:35 You have to do such a giant's script. Like, you have to be so committed. So, you're clear. How many people are you? You're going to do. I love that. That I do. That'll be one and four months.
Starting point is 00:54:58 That's fair luck. I love that. So, I think, and I think the biggest title way that's up and kind. I really do that. You can't get enough. One and one is great. Not that.
Starting point is 00:55:33 You're going to really have to do a straight real quick. Everyone's like, yeah, we're waiting for it on the high-step. I feel your energy. If you are not option in doing something for a lot of going, you're not bad. So, you know, eight hours. I'm just walking in a instant now. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:56:07 So eight hours. One of our busy near four is really good. Oh, right. If you're in the big of year program, but you know, you can't start, such as we go down on in some of the energy, it's still really bad.
Starting point is 00:56:28 You know, I would get really bump with technology and cut off and again, you know, the first thing everyone goes through is jobs, right? Right? If you really had a certain of happen, and that's fair. But when you know, go read articles about what they said about is tremendous, the opportunities,
Starting point is 00:57:32 the opportunity to do you know about. So more to be able to ask, how many people, you can be doing, that they're doing, you just speak in one here, when you found out, because they'd love the brunt, some of black women, raise their names. And everyone said, and all those people
Starting point is 00:57:53 people told that raise their in so they would never going to get one. And I want to talk. But of course, but of course they were going to get one. Because of their technology, so this is the biggest of the mall. Before the circle, you, every person in here,
Starting point is 00:58:10 when you realize that you're going to have only seven seasons working for you, they are agents, working for him. It's $4,000. Yeah, I'm not because I was very, you're really, but I'm not. So, let's just be playing the tent size.
Starting point is 00:59:00 You may not do a similar thing to do you know. You'll never go to the story. Stand upster. You're the best fucking gangster here. This, this motherfucker has in fact what he wants yet. I'm saying you're your fifth grader. You're going to read out of your six-pocket years, and he lost you. fucking mine!
Starting point is 00:59:43 Coral thing. Let's just talk about business. My number one business is that I'm investing in now are real-world stuff. These are steps, some of the insurping. What's about to happen is what is it significantly that in the next second we will be going to a three or four in the heart of course in some people. Because the efficiency gets so high and always gets the training,
Starting point is 01:00:31 do it to reach. And so, you know, people are going to lean into the hearts, to get a huge response, and to get into the world about these three ways. There's a significant way, and I think you need to start getting right out by the time, but it's your good has been, and do you, if you believe I will make that, you know, that's all that's all right?
Starting point is 01:01:39 What I said, you want to, you go off another second, so what I go from here? By the way, I think, I'm going to jump about, and you would think that would be, you know, And if you know what I do in the service, is what I do in the House. One, the effectors is true. Two, that's about knowledge to say.
Starting point is 01:02:05 The fact is a little. We must focus on that case for sure. And that is the first part, right? So I think, you know, I think, I think people point in this. I think what I think would put the point in the same for the point in a center. For example, I think, you know,
Starting point is 01:02:28 example, does there are a confusing one I think about all the time. I didn't love me with Clinton, you're fighting, I mean, like, re-packing, like, many types of people have ever stopped in the country place. It comes around because they're all high-tracked about a turn of these things. You didn't want to be able to help you. Like, so they could play that parents we talked about that and probably like blowing my mind over. If everyone's all shocked,
Starting point is 01:03:39 and if you look at real data, it's never been done. The life you find the amount of people are actually having super friends. Perkins. The algorithm is the algorithm. The algorithm is the algorithm. If I open the algorithm around, so you can't find that subsiding way to make sense
Starting point is 01:04:42 and raise to carbonate in the life. They're not talking anything towards you. The algorithm has one way. one guy, one, to keep you on the top line. How did they keep you on the house? We don't even live in social media, we don't even live in social media. It's what you need even have to do. If you sit on it, they're the family. Let me tell you how I can do it. Anyone who's still sitting here who goes right there, you're in general, something finding out and stuff. That's how you how to do it. If you don't like what you're
Starting point is 01:05:28 to be able to do or articles if you think so should be a certain life. So did you ask? It's a brain-based. Gary D. Oh, yeah. The algorithm didn't make you a racist. You were just a fucking racist. So we need to understand the algorithm.
Starting point is 01:06:18 And then, you think I talk a lot about social media, I'm going to talk a lot. I'm going to talk with you. I said that about a lot. You know, I talk with you. I think you're awesome. I don't want to pick up things. I didn't want to stop talking about the amount of people are social media so much.
Starting point is 01:06:50 I grew up to get and eating about porn was bad. I was a boy boy boy. You're like, my mom was invited alcohol in the world. My mom's an angel. And you're worried about your child because it's social media? Oh, and then you're going to tell you get it down. You're looking at your career. You're looking in the era where you've got many friends with our kids
Starting point is 01:07:51 and they use that experience. That's company. I mean, these politicians got me twisted to enjoy that, right? And they've gotten you really... They've been... They've gotten you so twisted to bring that, yeah. They've got you, but the only thing I want more than the sudden will come up to my house. And for the people, and I see a lot of people that hear, but for it's fun because, like,
Starting point is 01:08:52 away it's the fucking is like, if your mom or dad's fault or the governor's fault or this, like, then you stop. And I can't do it for Liam to say. And I mean 100%. You don't think. Like, you know these governors that I love to leave? Like, you know what he was? Like, like, I, like, like, you know the whole world?
Starting point is 01:09:29 You have been crabbed! Like, like, that's the party is the most explained. Like, you know, again, back to the cocktail, they could get all these messages, like, having an interviewer, right? It's what, therapy? They all want to know? Right?
Starting point is 01:10:09 Like, he's exactly why. There's a lot. You know, no, no, no. But I think you're just important. Never, I remember, I thought I wasn't. No, I know. I remember I was a good. I thought I was just like, I'm just something.
Starting point is 01:10:29 It's just over there. You know, but you're going to come back here more. Oh, no. Oh, no. Oh, no. You know, like one question more. Maybe one's simple because they're also very close to do.
Starting point is 01:11:12 You know what? Let's get real with you, tell. That's a horror. Listen, me. No more of like kicking back. You know, it's just, you know, it's just, to get community. Right, Mr.
Starting point is 01:12:23 three, they might be stuck. You might be like you're going to be or four, or four, they're losing them. And no only they say, could they can't make them back to me. And no only they say could be cute ways to bring back to you. Your playing fuck-up, King's, because winner somehow, he lost. That last year, he starts over 60.
Starting point is 01:13:37 Thank you everybody. Let's hear you have to get to be. You know, I think the community that Sean has cultivated out there really inspired me. I don't tend to go over time often, but I just didn't want to come off. And so just enjoyed it. I thought it was a good riff, you know. I was just saying to my wife, like some talks are better than others. And that one felt really good.
Starting point is 01:14:12 So be able to overcome that? They need to stop focusing on dumb shit. That's what I would tell them. You know, too many people worry about other people's opinions. How is everyone going to feel about this? They struggle with their relationship with time. You know, they're so impatient in the short term, but yet they're not intentional for the long term. You know, these are the topics I like talking about because I'm hoping that one sentence, one video, one clip can change someone's perspective.
Starting point is 01:14:40 Because that's how the world works. You know, I think it's fascinating that human beings talking to each other is how things change. You know, so much of our problems in the world now is we don't talk to each other. We talk at each other, right? We judge each other. So I'm very big on communication and these kind of things. And, you know, how do you live intentional? I think I talked about it, which I rarely talk about, which is how much death is in my mind.
Starting point is 01:15:06 You know, I think about it all the time. And I view that as a positive energy because it makes me really focused to, you know, a lot of the most important things are cliche, right? We talk about authenticity. Everyone's got to be authentic. No one's authentic. We talk about like, you know, life is short. Everyone acts and does like, just wastes this incredible time.
Starting point is 01:15:25 And so I'm hopeful that someone gets something out of those words and decides to stop dwelling and focusing on things that do not matter, which is strangers' opinions of them. And they need to start worrying about what they want to get accomplished. Look, I think, you know, I don't like to bullshit. I don't have enough knowledge of every nuance of what Sean does. What I can tell is what I just saw and how people look at Sean in that room. And that level of admiration and appreciation is something that's obvious to me. And so what I would say is whether it's Sean, whether it's someone else, to just keep it real, like do your homework, try to find people that really bring you value on what your missing thing is.
Starting point is 01:16:09 Right? Some people have all the motivation, but don't understand the tactical parts. Some people are fully tactical and understand exactly what to do, but quit every six months because they think they suck. That means they need someone to build up their self-esteem. You know, I think find the right mentors, the right coaches, the right leaders, whether you're looking for a job or we're looking for someone to really guide you to your entrepreneurial journey. I think my answer is, you know, cross your tees, dot your eyes, get a sense of who you're looking for.
Starting point is 01:16:35 And then, by the way, even if that person isn't right after a while, remember that you can change course. So don't fear making the perfect choice. Go with your instincts a little bit. Something we didn't talk about on stage that I'm very hot on right now is trusting your gut more. You know, I think too many people talk themselves out of it. I really believe this is the primary brain and this is secondary. I think a lot of people are using the secondary to talk them out of what they know they should be doing. So if you feel it with Sean or anybody else, jump.
Starting point is 01:17:04 and society. Like, who the fuck's walking around and saying the brain's secondary? Like, that's just not common talk. And I think before I die, I hope that becomes primary. I think just like in science around health, I think we've learned a lot more
Starting point is 01:17:17 about gut health in the last 30 years and that's been helpful for people. I think we've not talked about gut from an operating system. And I mean, I'm positive without any fucking scientific background or back in this stentance, but I can only speak
Starting point is 01:17:33 from what's in my, my heart, I'm completely positive that the gut is the primary, you know, compass of your life and the brain is secondary. And I wish more people understood that. Thank you. Thank you.
