Get this party started, Pedro.
What's up, beautiful people?
Uncle Joey here for another fun-filled episode of the Church of What's Happened now,
the New Testament with my man Pedro Garcia.
What's up, church?
This is our beautiful guest today.
Ariel, what's your last name?
Galliano.
Galliano.
Oh, shit.
Just testing you.
This Ariel Galliano, who I've been telling you guys about,
but I'm happy you're here.
It's a beautiful Tuesday morning.
It's a great week.
gonna be a fucking great week.
What's up, P?
Good, man.
chilling, man.
How was the weekend?
It was good, man.
It was good.
There's some comedy over the week.
Then learn some interesting things.
You know, figuring stuff out.
We stream till four in the morning Friday night.
That's right.
Yeah.
By the midnight candle playing GTA screaming.
Fuck, yeah.
Fucking Joey Mazookos in town, baby.
I don't even know how many fucking edibles I had in me.
You lose count.
Dog.
You just keep blasted them.
You just keep blasts.
Every time I got up to pee, I blast something else.
A bong hit.
this, that. But at time it's
3 in the morning, you're fucking hammered
giggling your ass hard, dude.
But there's nothing I'd rather be doing.
No, it's so fun. I'm going to start having a milligram
count on my stream. Because I don't count
anymore. I ended up having 600 that night.
Yeah, I went deep as
fuck. No wonder. Did you eat after the podcast?
Hell yeah. Hey, like two bowls of fucking cereal.
I heated up chicken tenders.
Chicken tender? Chicken tenders, dog.
Like a leftover. Like a fucking 11-year-old.
Like that last thing with AIDS on and shit. Put him in the air
fire, had my underwear on it.
You know it's bad when you're heating something up, you see your titty's through the reflection of the fucking thing.
Like, oh my God, dude.
Fuck it.
Yeah, fuck, I'm eating six.
Mom, I start working on my titty.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
How was your weekend, beautiful, Rielle?
Awesome.
What'd you do?
Hung out with the little man.
All right.
Little man, mom time.
Did some good stuff.
Went out to dinner.
Oyster house.
So good.
Where was it?
Scotch planes.
Oh, shit.
What did you get?
oysters.
I got baked clams, steak, short ribs,
shrimp cocktail.
You throw down, you throw down, though.
You know.
I eat you.
So good.
That's that old Italian blood.
When you got to go, we go.
Exactly.
Fuck the calories.
Yeah, so we just ate a lot this weekend.
You're looking good?
Then we hit up Dave and Busters.
Okay.
How old is your son now?
Seven.
I know.
I don't know where the time goes.
Well, it's October 6th, just to let you know.
Yeah.
I still remember fucking doing something.
It was March 10th or something like that.
Insane.
That's what you open your eyes.
Every time you open your eyes,
two weeks have passed.
No, it's basically 27.
Somebody calls you a doctor's appointment.
They're like, hey, I'll see you September 28th.
And you're like, all right.
And you look and it's like,
you just feel it.
It goes by quick.
It goes by real fucking quick.
That's why you've got to kick ass quick now.
You can't take your time.
And, you know, well, I'll give them an ass.
kicking next year. No, you got to kick ass now. Yeah. Because the fucking clock is
ticking. As you know, Ariah, I've been speaking about you from the podcast. Ever since you
started this new business of yours, you know, we was talking before the podcast how it's the number
two thing I talk about, right? Because everybody's got a, I got a call the other day from a friend
of mine from Jersey who was in Minneapolis at Sturgis hiking. And he called just to have
asked me about peptides.
And I'm like, you're on a fucking vacation.
You live in Ocean City.
You're here, you know, every fucking week of the year.
And now you want to talk to me about it.
And we end up talking for an hour and a half.
He's on vacation.
His family's drinking in the bar.
And he's in the stool talking to me about fucking peptides.
So it's big.
People want to know what's going on.
You know, I know from reading.
You know, you read Google.
You read, you know, what the peptides do.
I don't read a lot of Instagram.
But yeah, people put more knowledgeable stuff on there.
Absolutely.
And then you came along and we went out to dinner and we spoke about what your plans were.
And I know you're building like a new thing, right?
You've got a whole thing coming up and shit.
Doing a lot.
You're going into this shit.
Just to give a little background about Ariel.
When I met Ariel, she just had the salon.
That's it.
A haircut and salon.
But I'm tight with her dad.
He runs the gym.
What's the name of that fucking hell?
Shout out basic training.
Shout out basic training where dreams are made of.
There's more people in there over 70
throwing shit around
and you'd rather seeing your life.
You're not wrong.
It is fucking insane in there.
This guy that goes there every day, he's 70.
He does the bike, he does this.
It's very interesting to see.
He told me that his daughter was
his hair cut extrad now.
So I started hanging out in your place,
which is great.
Cuts in Manalapan, right?
The cut in Marlborough.
The cut in Marlboro.
Manalapan, Marlboro.
Same thing.
Same thing.
She's next to
Wawa and next to
one of those chicken places.
Oh, yeah.
But they kick the chicken in the cage.
What's the name of that company?
The Rosa.
The Rosa, yeah.
Whenever you eat the chicken, there's always that tough thing
when they kick them with the spike.
They're Nazis over at the...
And you've been there for a while.
Now, what introduced you to peptides?
Shoulder injury.
Hmm.
Yep.
I was getting ready to have surgery
for torn rotator cuff,
torn labrum, torn bisup tendon, tried everything.
Like, I did PT for almost two years because I really did not want to have surgery.
Being a hairstylist, moving my shoulder all day.
Surgery would have put me out of work for like almost a year.
And after talking to people in the gym, all over the place, somebody had mentioned to me
a specific peptide.
And they were like, did you try BPC 157?
And I was like, what the hell are you talking about?
And I went to a clinic, a doctor, spoke to them about it.
it spent an arm and a leg, but I was like, you know what, it's worth it to try it to not do
surgery. And lo and behold, it stopped me from having surgery, just doing an injection for a month.
One injection. One injection. I did it once a day. I did it in like the back of my arm so close
to my shoulder. And literally after 21 days, I had like full range of motion back, movement,
so much less pain. And I continued with it for like two more cycles. But it literally changed
Crazy.
And then what was the next peptide you want on?
Wolverine.
So then it's a blend of BPC.
Wolverine. Spider-Man.
They say it's like Wolverine because you heal so quick from it.
So they call it the Wolverine peptide.
That has BPC in it and TB 500.
And I stayed with that.
Then I went to the GHKCU.
Love that, the copper, the blue peptide.
Take that one every day.
Skin, collagen, ligaments, just strengthens you from the inside out.
And now, I mean, I take everything.
Do you see my ear?
Yeah.
That's the GKU.
It's great.
It's in two months.
I went to doctors, a surgery and a half.
They couldn't figure out what's going on.
I said, let's give it a shot.
Absolutely.
But I'm blasting that.
And the stuff comes out on its own now.
Pieces of skin come out.
That one there.
It's like gallows.
It's so crazy.
It's unfucking.
It's literally.
I'm the type of guy listening.
I can hear all your fucking stories.
Yep.
But with me, the proof is in the pudding.
And I'm from Jersey, but I'm
from St. Louis, you've got to show me.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, I'm going to show me state.
I do.
So when I saw the ear healing and how I was healing it from the inside out
and pushing everything out, I'm like, this is fucking dynamic.
A couple weeks ago, my knee was hurting for two days, the left one,
just from putting so much stress on it.
I went home and I shot it three times, five, bye, blah,
three different locations, three days.
It was back in action.
So crazy.
And once your body's used to it, it's like acupuncture.
Now it knows where to go.
Now, and you know, I try to fuck around with Ned.
But once I go to the red light therapy, they said to cut down on that.
Makes sense.
That you just stick with the red light therapy twice a week.
I've done, I tell you my test morning, I did it in a fucking week.
that whole bottle.
By mistake, because I forget 10, 20.
Yeah.
And I've loaded up to 60.
You got to keep a note.
Do you like your notes on your phone.
You do.
You got to keep the schedule.
That's a little crazy there.
And the copper is really good.
It just hurts you later.
I was going to say, do you get like the burn?
It's spicy.
Like if you do it at night, you're like, oh, sorry.
You got to do it in the morning.
That's what the junkie says on the fucking bridge.
It's spicy.
Literally.
Yeah.
That's what you call it.
It is. It's fucking spicy. If I shoot at 8 o'clock at night, I don't know nothing. I even fall asleep.
Oh. When I go to pee the first time, about three, I'm like, ah, then you lay back down and you can still feed.
And all it feels like is somebody putting a needle in your arm. Oh, and that's it.
It's just spicy. It's just a little spice. Yeah. It has this little thing to your arm. I shot it this afternoon. Fine.
Took a nap, took a shower on the drive up. My God damn. There it is.
Damn.
Is it, like, but this is available?
It's just the copper.
Any copper peptide.
Copper's acidic.
Right.
So it's literally like acidic going into you.
Okay.
So you're getting that sting from it.
Okay.
So any peptides that have copper in them are a little spicy.
Okay.
And like this is like available.
Like you can just get it.
You can get it like over the count.
Yeah.
So you go to airpeptides.com.
Right.
Okay.
And you type in GHCU and then we'll ship it right to your door like next day.
That's pretty.
Because I know peptides are amazing.
mainstream now. Like I used to hear them back when I was like in college and stuff like that.
And I thought like only like, you know, rich white people with fake teeth got it. But like now like,
it's like to everybody. 100%. So that was like the whole thing. So that's what got me into
having my own company, manufacturing and all of that. The first time I went for the BPC,
you know, it was 650 of aisle. I mean, we're talking like not cheap. And for something you're done
within a month. And then once I did more research about it, that's because you're, you're basically
like adding a couple steps by going to a clinic. You know, all this stuff you can figure out online,
forums, like you, everybody's talking about it. You can figure out your information everywhere.
AIs, social media, they'll help you. But we cut out that middleman. So the price is able to be
so much more attainable that like anybody can really afford it now. And it's just, it works.
It makes you feel so good and be able to like not have to like go into debt to like feel good and
like make yourself feel better.
was like the main part of like launching this company to make it more attainable to everybody.
Okay.
It's pretty cool.
I have a friend that pays nine on.
Oh my God, I know.
It's crazy.
Two shots a week.
Yeah.
Goes into a place and it's all bullshit.
I'm going to train you.
The guy that does,
the teachers you're about exercise is like a sixth grade gym teacher.
You know.
But they bend.
The blood test, $600.
Yeah.
You know, because they have to check for all these markers.
and shit.
So it's just a lot.
You know, with me, I wanted to feel safe at first.
So I went through a doctor, and then
when I started going to Austin,
the ways too well, they just explain it to you.
And they go, we'll ship it to you, see what you think,
and blah, blah, blah.
I mean, the BPC works, and there's a peptide
for basically everything.
Like, I didn't know, like,
CG-1295,
Samorlin and Test Mallon,
they add muscle to your frame.
They build lean muscle.
But, and that's for like guys my age,
it's really good for guys my age.
And women.
And women.
Absolutely.
But fucking, they have even bodybuilding peptides.
I knew nothing about it.
Like you could just eliminate steroid.
Just do bodybuilding peptides.
Because even BPC, it's a rebuilding peptide.
It's considered a bodybuilding peptide.
It's considered a body.
building peptide because it builds lean muscle,
builds tissue, it builds all that shit around you.
You know, listen, if you're not on a peptide now for something,
there's something wrong with you at this point in the game.
I'm saying, I feel like everybody's on peptides nowadays.
Like, I'm noticing, like, older dudes, like, they're out here getting pussy.
Like, you know, like, I feel bad for younger dudes at bars now
because they don't got that much money, but old dude comes now,
he still has his hair line, and he's just, this shit still,
forget about it.
It's not just that.
They happen for, like, the copper one.
The copper one is for collagen.
Your face looks good.
Yeah.
Your skin looks healthy, you know?
I mean, they got them for everything.
You got a week of wrecking.
Literally everything.
You got a little libido.
They could help you.
You even have one to clean out your lungs.
There's literally a hotline for everything.
Like, fucking shoot them six weeks and you breathe them better.
Right. They work.
And, but, see, the company.
The doctors don't want you to know that.
This is where the war is going to come in,
because what you're dealing in is medicine in 2020.
That's what you're dealing in.
Absolutely.
Go to a doctor now.
What's he going to do for him?
He's old.
He's 50 pounds overweight.
What's he going to tell you to you already know?
Everything is a process with a doctor.
Fucking nine months.
Nobody knows what's going on in my knee.
And they haven't called to check.
can or nothing.
That's what we have today.
You have a weak medical system
and people are like, I'm sick of going
through the motions. I want
this shit fast.
I'll pay, but I want to be taken care of.
Instead of me, you getting me
for co-pays every week,
for 30 fucking bucks a week
to tell me nothing. Come back
December 8th and we'll have an answer. No, you're not
going to have a fucking answer. I've been out of
the hospital for a year. They still haven't given me
an answer. Oh, I ended up there for.
time last year. It's a fucking, they were about to put a catheter in my dick to drain pee out
because they were just pulling, they were just throwing darts against the wall, man.
Nine days for a hospital stay, no answers. People get fed up, man. And they said, fuck it.
I'll save my money. I won't go to some stupid vacation. You want to go vacation, go to Columbia.
You get all that stem cell shit, right? For dollars to the penny. You really want to get you healthy?
Go to fucking Panama.
Yeah.
And go down there and spend a week down there in one of those labs.
You'll be fucking coming back here running circles around these fucking people.
Yeah, you also have a fucking gone around.
You know why?
Because it's $1,000 compared to the $22 million they want to charge you here.
All right.
And nobody really knows what's going on, you know?
The quarterback in the fucking Indianapolis years ago, he went to Germany to get his neck fixed.
And the guy ended up winning a Super Bowl.
Oh, pain?
Yeah.
Oh, wow.
That's what they went to Germany.
They go out of the places.
And this is what peptide is giving you that freedom.
Right.
To pick what your fucking thing is, what you want to work on, and blast.
Blast. Blast away.
I do three needles for fucking night, guys.
You know.
Sometimes four in the afternoon.
Yeah.
Now, two years ago, I would tell you to go shove that needle up, your mother's ass.
I know.
BPC?
Fuck you.
I'm not shooting that shit now.
I can't wait to get one of those needles in me.
I can't wait.
I know.
It's so crazy.
It's fucking crazy.
It is.
I taught my wife how to shoot everybody.
I get shot.
My arms are black and blue right now.
Both of them.
Both of them.
My back's got like a little mosquito bite.
Sometimes she'll shoot me in the belly fat, but that shit makes me dizzy.
I could just deal with the arms and the fuck.
Oh, no.
But once you do it the first time, that's it.
That's it.
If you're like, what the fuck, this was nothing.
It's a fucking diabetic needle.
You don't even feel the diabetic needle.
You don't even fucking feel it.
You just put it in and brought.
And you're sitting there.
Let's see what you brought.
So we could explain some of these to people.
You got some goodies.
You got to open them, huh?
All right.
You're going to be like Van O'White.
You've got to pop a mile and a smile.
All right.
So we got everything you requested.
All the good stuff.
Got some Tess of Moreland.
You said you took a whole bottle of snow.
Like 10 days.
That's a little crazy.
I think it was a smaller bottle, though.
No.
The problem with Tessmoreland
You retain too much water?
So you do in the beginning.
So you do on its 12-week cycle.
The first month to six weeks, you blowed.
But then after that,
snatched.
What's that one?
That's Tessmoreland.
I gave you two of them.
And then I got GHKCU.
This is a spicy one.
The copper one?
Yeah.
Any that look at this color, there's a couple.
That means copper is this color.
So that means they're going to be
spicy.
That's skin.
But like I was saying, it's literally collagen, how you were just talking about, but the inside
out, like your heart ligaments, your lungs, your connective tissue, it strengthens all
of that.
And then obviously your skin.
And sometimes you would inject all three in one day, like on a daily basis kind of thing.
Yeah, these are, so these are all different.
So every peptide is going to have a different protocol.
Okay.
Meaning how many times a week you take it, how many milligrams, micrograms, all of that.
With GHKCU, to me, I think of it like a vitamin.
You take it every morning.
That you're just going to give yourself.
If you forget a day, it's not the end of the world.
But you're going to want to take that basically every day.
Tessamorland, no.
Tessimorland has a different protocol for everybody,
depending on what you're looking for.
But you're going to probably do five days on, two days off.
So a lot of them you are sticking yourself a couple times a week.
And you get used to this process because this looks like I'm in a greener with your belt for.
You get so used to it.
And that's something too that we offer to like all of our clients and our customers.
If you email us, we walk you through all of this.
Okay.
We recommend protocols for you.
We are not doctors.
We cannot tell you what to do.
We cannot tell you what to take.
We cannot tell you how much to take.
But we'll walk you through it.
Nice.
And we'll help you.
You go to your website now.
It actually has four questions.
Mental reasons, you know.
All of those fun things to protect you.
Yeah.
It's great.
Because you're doing this is your own research.
We are not the doctors.
This is you know, like you were saying, what you want to work on, what you want to fix,
and you're going and you're picking out exactly what you want to test.
What's a good one for sleep?
Because people always ask me, I just, well, PT, all those give you, not PT one for you.
You're not going to sleep on that, Joey.
But the other ones, the recovery comes from deep in sleep.
Absolutely.
You go deepened into your REM sleep.
So literally D-SIP.
It's D-SIP, SIP, SIP.I-P.
That is literally for deep sleep.
It's not going to give you that like groggy,
NyQuil, melatonin feel.
You're literally just getting more restful sleep,
staying in REM longer
and all of those sleep cycles
that like really help you recover.
A lot of people, athletes,
anyone who's like just pushing hard in the gym,
they'll all take D-Sip.
Because that's going to just help you get the most
out of the time that you're sleeping, but you're not going to, like, it's not going to put you to bed.
It's just going to maximize the time that you're sleeping.
Not going to help you fall asleep.
No.
No.
When you do fall asleep.
Nothing's going to help you fall asleep like that, not peptide-wise.
But no, it just makes you get, like, more out of your sleep.
Your sleep better.

Interesting.
Yeah?
Because I know like the CJ 12s, all those, the Test Malland, they're supposed to, that's, that's
where the recovery comes from, is better, deeper sleep.
I'm doing like three hours a night of REM sleep.
I used to get like an hour.
No, that's good.
Three hours is nice.
use edibles to fall asleep, I eliminated that shit now.
So now when you sleep, I got a non-addictive pill,
Melalston.
No, fuck that turkey juice.
That shit don't do nothing.
Realton, re-outen.
It's eight milligrams. It's non-addictive.
Good.
A doctor recommended it to me. They got that CVS.
Oh, that's awesome.
And that helps me sleep.
But ever since I've been doing that, the REM sleep is off the charts.
Amazing.
I had to work myself.
Because remember, when I moved to Jersey, I was on going to bed at one in California.
That's four here.
And that's when I'm starting to feel groggy.
Was that one, like, okay, three more pages of the book, or let me write though 115.
But now, no, I don't, I worked on this sleep.
I saw that dude on Rogan's podcast.
He put out a book called Sleep about six years ago.
That book changed my fucking life.
And then I started working on it through the whoop.
Oh, yeah.
Because the hoop will tell you, like, I fell asleep twice.
I fell asleep twice today.
Both times it picked it up without me even logging out.
It tells you, it's like, oh, you took a nap.
You're like, oh, thank you.
Yeah, you take a 32-minute nap.
There's how long you're breathing.
You had stress in your sleep.
Yep.
Maybe you're sleeping, the cops are chasing you, whatever the fuck.
So if it ain't one thing, it's the other.
But this is a process.
Like, we were saying, like, I'm an older gentleman, right?
That's what you call me, an older gentleman.
Don't laugh, George.
It's an older gentleman, okay?
And I try to do, like, listen, I can't,
I take a handful of supplements.
I have friends that show up to breakfast
with two inches in a baggie.
I can't do that shit.
I take like iron, vitamin D, I take those.
Before I go to the gym, I eat some creatine gummies.
And on the way back from the gym,
I pop another 10 milligrams of those
because they say it's five milligrams.
I blast heavy in everything.
Because my tolerance is heavier, so I already know.
So, you know, all this shit together, eventually I'm going to get some result.
You better feel good.
Yeah, I don't know exactly what's making it.
But I do feel good.
I feel good in the morning.
When I'm tired, I'm tired.
When I'm done, I'm done.
There's no, you know, there's nights I get nine.
I take a shower.
I go to the gym.
I bullshit with your dad.
I get something to eat and I got to go back and take a nap.
Yeah.
I know a body is like, like, you got to go back to sleep.
But I'm happy that the peptides have helped me a lot, like a lot.
Everybody I've heard from that takes them.
They look crazy.
I've never had someone be like, why did I do this?
Yeah, I know.
Everyone's like, why didn't I start this sooner?
I wish I knew about it sooner.
Just a peptide for everything.
Absolutely.
Now this place you're opening up, how's that going to work in New Jersey?
How are you going to cave?
We're going to figure that out.
Well, we're going to figure that out.
Because I just got an email yesterday from the company that weighs to all users to compounding pharmacy and shit.
They couldn't send two of the peptides to my house.
So I had to give them an awesome address.
I just gave my apartment in Austin.
Yeah, Jersey, there's definitely hurdles in Jersey, but we're going to make everything.
work.
Where do a peptides fall into like professional sports?
Like, uh...
In what sense?
Like, is it like...
Like allowed?
Allow to use?
Well, you can't ask me anything about professional sports as I don't know up from
down with professional sports.
Oh, okay.
But, um, I know that certain peptides.
So like BPC 157, we're talking about that one a lot.
Right.
I know a lot of professional athletes utilize that.
Whether they have an injury or they're using them preventatively to just strength
their tendons.
Okay.
So like it heals and prevents?
Yes.
And that's also like the Wolverine
because it's just strengthening everything.
Right.
So absolutely.
All right.
So you can use it preventatively
to like not pull out your knee,
your elbow,
whatever.
And you don't know.
I don't know.
I was going to throw it out there.
Are they allowed in professional sports?
I mean,
I've never heard somebody failing a drug test
before a UFC.
No.
Because they had too much were peptide.
Right.
Oh really?
Yeah,
I've never heard that.
I wouldn't be surprised if,
so there's like,
levels to peptides.
You know, there's ones that are, like you said,
like affecting your muscle mass and all of that.
But then GHKCA,
which is like,
has nothing to do with performance in that sense.
So, like,
I wouldn't be surprised if certain peptides
were classified as, like,
not allowed,
but certain peptides would be okay
because it's almost like
that vitamin side of things.
Supposedly the FDA is going to clear a bunch of them
so then why wouldn't it be allowed?
But here's the problem with the FDA.
I think the FDA lost, like, I don't trust the FDA.
After they okay fucking oxy cotton, you know,
this is the same FDA that approved oxycotton.
You're not wrong.
Somebody threw their money.
Somebody threw these fucking ginnikinops and lute.
So, and then after the pandemic and whatnot,
you're like, who do I trust?
You know, who do I trust?
And that's the other thing with peptides, with the explosions,
There's just people who put powder and bottles and ship them to your house.
And you put water in them, you think you're shooting fucking redder
and you're shooting fucking flour.
Literally.
Inocetol, water, you're telling your friends how good I feel.
Oh, my God, you know.
That's the other trick that you got to do to people.
Fill up with dog shit.
After a month, they'll come to you.
What did you give me?
I never felt better at my alley.
It was cat shit, powdered down.
Literally.
But it's just like, so.
For some reason, I'm just, the people I've spoken to about peptides that are very intelligent about them, they talk to them with 100% confidence.
Yeah, there's some side effects to a couple.
Your eyeball might pop out, you know, whatever.
There's set effects to Advil.
There's side effects to everything that we do.
That's why you got eye patches.
And I've got to fall off from time and time.
You'll be fine.
But, you know, and now, so now FDA is going to approve a bunch of us.
Listen, people are getting healed for years before the FDA approved BPC and the Wolverine stack.
Yep.
People were using it.
They were getting it from somewhere.
And now it's everywhere, BPC.
That's the calling card.
That's everybody's training wheel.
Yep.
Nobody's going to open up with fucking NOTCB.
They're going to open up with the...
PC-141.
You know, it's like when you go to a Chinese restaurant, you don't open up with the Mugul guy pan.
you open up with the pork ribs and see where they get you.
You know what I'm saying?
Absolutely.
So it's the same thing.
You go from that.
Wow, my knee did start hurting.
I know for a fact that the BPC working,
because not this time, but the month before when I went to Ways 2well or maybe 90 days ago,
she shot this, the left one with stem cell.
And she goes, oh, shit, Joey.
And she showed me the screen.
And she showed me an old screen.
this is your knee when you first got here with the left knee.
And she goes like the green area is all arthritis.
And she put up the screen from that day.
And there was just a little arthritis left over here in the tip.
That was it.
She goes, it beat it.
So she goes, I'm going to give you a little shot of this today.
And you just keep doing BP 157 as needed.
So I'll blast.
You know, if I go to boxing right after boxing,
There's a lot of knee movement.
That's awesome.
And so like for like a knee injury, that would help with that as well?
Like a buck and handle tear?
Absolutely.
Yeah.
Oh yeah?
100%.
My shoulder, literally.
It's all like the same mechanisms and all of that.
It literally stopped me from having shoulder surgery.
Like insane.
Genuinely.
Yeah, because I got, I tore my monistics a while ago and I didn't take.
I would absolutely try it.
I was advised not to get surgery.
Peptized, van, substance, and pro sports.
I'm surprised.
All of them?
Except just dietary, which...
What's that mean?
Which means...
That's the excuse you gotta use.
Yeah, it's dietary.
I drink it with orange juice.
A doctor that's say Y BP 57 is good for you on vitamin C.
All right, there you go.
Something like that.
Well, I'll take it.
It's just interesting because I know that.
I would wonder what peptide you would do.
All right, you would do one of the heavy ones to gain some, whatever.
You want to oxygen your muscles.
Yep.
I don't know how you do that.
But BPC recovery.
D-C.
Sleeping, getting better sleep.
There are so many that could, like, benefit you in professional support.
Right, right.
I miss fat.
Absolutely.
Even RETA, I mean, GLPTGLPS, semaglutide, treaspetide.
They're all forms of peptides.
so like all of that if you're trying to burn more fat, slim down, cut weight.
The last two you brought.
Those are fun ones.
What are they?
Lipo C and Lipo B.
Which was the one you gave me before?
I gave you lipos C.
Yeah.
And you loved that.
I loved it.
So basically they're both.
I'm not going to try to list off the tons of vitamins in them.
They're just like getting an IV.
Whole thing of vitamin infusion.
And you feel so good.
two are one of the only three peptides that'll come in a liquid form. The rest, when you get them
coming these powdered forms, and then you reconstitute them. That keeps them shelf stable. These you want
to keep in the fridge constantly. Why do these already come constituted? It's all vitamins. They're already
like in a liquid form. So like the labs aren't reconstituting them or anything. They're all
liquid. How many days a week can you shoot this? I would go five days. Really? Yeah, I would go,
I would go three to five.
I wouldn't jump to five.
Two days, but I shoot 100 milligram.
So there you go.
I would go a smaller dose, more days,
or you could go a couple days, big dose.
With any, I would start off slow.
Well, yeah.
100%.
Do it once.
See how you feel.
You don't have to go balls to the walls
and shoot yourself every day with it.
No, the first time I think I did 50.
And even that day, I was like,
I started talking afterward.
I'm like, fuck.
You're a chatty?
What inspired this shit?
Yeah, it feels good.
A little chatty.
Yeah, you go off for like seven or eight minutes.
It's like getting an IV and you have that boost again.
You feel so good.
Now the differences are more.
B has more vitamin B.
There you go.
Which in turn gives you more energy.
Basically.
When this whole thing, in 1982 I had a friend who was a wrestler from North Berger.
And, you know, they came to my house.
We did a couple lines of Coke.
And he had like this secret.
He couldn't wait to tell.
me. And he ripped his fucking shirt off. And he started flexing for me. And he's like, fuck
deep boy. I started shooting Decker with these gay dudes in West New York. That's cool.
So he would go down there and he'd tell me that he goes, because the guys were Coke dealers too.
So they would sell Coke. They had a gym in West New York. And you go down there, you lift.
And then you do a couple lines of coke instead of a protein milkshake, you know, which is what most
people drink. These guys are doing
coke and stuff. But anyway,
he told me that they were, the first thing they
shoot them with is vitamin B.
And they mix
it with a little bit of coke in it.
These motherfuckers are off the rails. That's a little
crazy. These motherfuckers
are off the rails. There's nothing
scary than a gay drug dealer. I'm telling
you, they're scary people, man.
And these guys were flaming gay guys. Yeah, I know a few of them.
In fact, the
bleeder of the pack got HIV
years later.
Oof.
No.
Not from the needle.
He found a piece of cool guys
at Miller Stadium or some shit.
But it's the truth.
Like he was telling me how
he would taste the vitamin B in his mouth.
After you shoot it like that,
he would taste the same thing with Coke.
Yeah.
You shoot Coke, you'll taste the in your mouth and shit.
Oh, yeah?
So well, intense.
Oh.
A little intense is right.
Uh-huh.
Is it a different trip, shooting Coke?
and snorting?
I don't know.
Oh, you know.
Okay.
I don't know.
I thought,
I don't know.
I was doing coke.
I wasn't too big on needles.
Yeah,
I mean,
I don't fuck with needles at all,
dog.
I don't get.
How much coke you got in that syringe?
Yeah, dog,
fuck that.
I ain't shooting that shit.
Hell,
because I'll faint.
What's the big deal?
No,
not.
And I'll wake up and now I'll be high
and I'll keep fainting.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah.
It's not a good time.
But it's just so weird how the,
like,
like, ways to wise,
put me on an heavy duty, you know,
vitamin schedule, which I don't mind
because it's the shit you need, you know.
The cod liver, iron,
vitamin D, K-2-1-0.
You pee, it smells like a vitamin shack
in your fucking bathroom.
You know, you shoot that red shit.
Smells like you're fucking, you pee,
and you're like,
Jesus Christ, I'm in fucking vitaminville.
Yeah.
Like, you smell it coming out of you.
It just feels healthy, you know.
Well, you never smelled the pee?
No.
Oh, yeah.
You never smell your own pee in the air?
No, not particularly.
That's what it's heavy doing.
Like, if you shoot a peptide at night and then pee in the morning, woo.
I'm going to take note now.
Yeah, that shit comes out.
I'll let you know.
You said something interesting.
A big word for people.
I want you to cover this.
Reconstitution.
Reconstitution.
That is probably the biggest problem people have with peptides.
If you go on YouTube and you type in 10,
milligrams of test morland.
It'll tell you exactly.
But for an idiot like me, I got a GED.
They're talking about millimeters and shit.
I'm just sitting there with a little.
I don't know how many fucking peptides I mixed wrong.
I mixed PT141 wrong.
I left it on the strong side.
Fuck yeah.
I only put like 50 milligrams in PT 141.
You want one shot, one kill.
You know what I'm saying?
You're going to turn to a Hulk, man.
For 12 hours, right?
Oh, my God.
Or go home.
You're going to start growing muscles and shit.
You're going to break your fucking pants.
Oh, my God.
You're going to scare the cat.
Oh, my God.
It's going to be fucking ridiculous.
You're mixing shit.
And I get a heart on from that shit.
I get itchy.
You start getting itchy and shit like, man.
This fucking hard on is killing the motherfucker.
You know what I'm saying?
Sorry about that.
Oh.
I just let my emotions fly.
I love it,
Joey.
We have a good time here tonight.
Now,
oh, so let's talk about reconstitution.
Yes.
Hit me.
This is the people at home.
This also goes to me too,
because I'm still stuck with it sometimes.
You get frustrated,
but let's see what you do.
Absolutely.
So they come in the powder form.
That's what reconstitution means,
making it from a powder to a liquid.
They come in powder
because that keeps its shelf stable.
So you could keep,
keep these in your cabinet for two, three years. So like BPC, you keep it on hand before you need it.
You'll have it there and then something hurts, you have it. So that's why they come in, it's called
life-a-sized powder. And that's shelf stable. So then to inject, obviously you're not going to inject
powder. So you got to make it into a liquid. That's where reconstitution comes from. You add either
reconstitution solution, also called backwater, bacterial static water, and you add it right into the vial.
and that creates a liquid.
And then that's what you pull into the syringe
to inject yourself.
Again, I'm not a doctor.
I can't tell you how much to do.
I can't tell you when to do it, anything like that.
But just how you were saying,
if you YouTube, Tessimoralin,
there are so many online resources
that will tell you exactly.
They're called them peptide calculators.
You just Google peptide calculator.
It'll come right up.
You tell them how many milligrams is in your vial, how many milligrams you want to take.
It'll tell you exactly how much water to add.
You can't mess it up.
And if you do, it's all math.
You can just recalculate it.
If it tells you to put one ML and you put three MLs, you didn't ruin it.
It's totally fine.
You're just going to adjust how much you take.
So like, it's super easy.
Honestly, I keep track of all of mine in like one of my AI apps.
And I just put in there so that because I don't remember how you were just saying,
you don't know how much you're taking a lot.
I don't remember how much I reconstituted in half my vials.
So I keep it all there in like a folder.
And that way I can't mess it up.
It makes it super, super easy.
Pretty cool.
It is.
I wish I had that from Molly.
I'm just kidding.
So for people at home, before you order these peptides,
make sure you Google peptide calculator.
That makes a lot of fucking sense.
It makes it so easy.
I saw that, but I didn't know.
Yeah.
So because we obviously are selling peptides, we can't put a peptide calculator on the website
because then that is saying that we're telling you what to do.
And we cannot tell you what to do.
Can't tell you how much to take, anything like that.
But other sites have it that are more research-based.
And if you're going on and looking up, what is this peptide, what is that peptide?
They'll have the peptide calculators.
So like I said, it's all math.
You're just putting in how much is in this vial, how much do you want to take?
And it spits out a number.
Is there a directory on saying which ones you can match with which?
You can, yeah, you can look up everything.
Okay.
I mean, Google is such a great resource for this.
That's why, so we are RUO peptides, which is research use only.
I'll say it a million times.
We're not telling you what to take.
We're not telling you how to take it.
We're not telling you it's going to fix this, fix that, whatever.
You're doing research.
You're buying these products for your own personal research.
It's up to you to figure all of that out.
But with that being said, there's so many forums online.
I mean, you go on to Reddit, you type in the peptide that you're looking at,
de-sip, Tessimoralin, Reddit Trutide, anything.
You'll have thousands of people saying, I take this, these are my results.
I've been doing it for this many days a week and I take this many milligrams.
This is my before and after.
These are the changes I've noticed in my body.
So it's not coming from the FDA.
It's not coming from a doctor.
It's coming from real people who can like,
straight up tell you, there's no paid advertisement.
It's nothing like that.
You're getting real people's opinions.
I kind of like that.
I like that too.
You know?
Word of mouth, like straight from it.
It's not a doctor selling it to you.
Oh yeah.
Well, the doctors don't want to tell you something that's going to.
Now, the other thing that you have that's very neat,
that's really catching on.
As you've noticed, you own a Pilate studio.
Mm-hmm.
Your family owns a Pilate studio.
What the fuck happened now?
It's crazy.
It's like exploded.
It's fucking just.
Everybody and their mother loves Pilates.
Yoga is done.
Yeah.
People aren't even going to yoga.
It's like there.
I wouldn't say like done, but I think Pilates kills it.
Yeah.
It's so good.
We have another studio opening and this one's a little different.
The studio right now is all on the machine.
So like when you see the pictures of the Pilates machine
and you look like you're in some kind of contraption.
Yeah, that's what I was going to say.
I just found out what Pilates was this year.
Because actually looks like a torture chamber.
Exactly.
There's a solid chick like this the other day.
Literally, you're putting your feet and straps over your head.
It gets a little crazy.
Yeah, I saw a guy with a mask in the corner.
The news studio, though, is no machines.
And it's all on the mat.
And then it has all the red light therapy.
So we have red light and it's heated.
So, like, you're sweating, sweating, doing all these workouts on the mat.
So it's a lot less intimidating.
and a lot more like beginner-friendly.
You're going to have kettlebells there or something.
Do I see that?
Going to have like a lot, yeah, there's kettlebells, there's weighted bars, ankle
weights.
We're going to even incorporate some like boxing into it.
So like a bunch of different classes, really, not just Pilates.
That gets you in shape, like heavy.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It hits muscles you don't even know you have.
Pilates that gets you like in shape.
That's the problem.
When you go in there, it's going to take you four days to walk.
Yeah, man.
That's the big thing.
I don't have four days.
You're fucking sore.
And they get those interior muscles inside, which you can't do shit.
You can't get up.
You can't sit down.
You can't even poop.
You go to poop.
You can't get up.
It's a fucking nightmare.
Dog, I felt that in AC when we were walking around right here, the muscles, because I don't really do legs like that.
So I felt these most years.
I was going to ask you if I got to hitch a ride on your freaking scooter at some point, bro.
That's when I noticed.
I was like, I got working.
Walking, dog.
I was like, damn.
That's how you know I drive a lot.
Yeah, and putting after that, you know what I started doing after that?
Legs.
Fucking, that hit, that was crazy.
Yeah, once your legs are so, you might as well start doing legs.
Yeah, no.
That's it.
Yeah, no, I had to train myself.
You got a nice little fitness world going.
We do.
We do.
The new studio is going to be aware, the new Pilates.
Right next to Bigel Talk.
79.
Right before CVS.
Osteria, right across the street from Osteria.
Really?
Yep, right there.
So like two minutes from the other studio, but they're so different.
So they compliment each other.
You could literally do a class of each and a day.
Interesting.
That's good.
You got to come take a class.
Are you going to be teaching?
So I'm teaching at the current studio on the machine.
Monday is 10, 11, 12, come take my class.
And then the new studio, I don't know yet.
I've never personally done hot Pilates.
I'm going to go once we open.
Tons of girls are getting trained in like two weeks.
We have an instructor coming from California
to come certify everybody
and then I'm going to see what it's all about
and then see. I don't really want another job though.
I'm good.
You got a fucking, you got a son.
I know.
You got the fucking hairstyling.
You got the one Pilates and the peptide business.
You're busy, man.
I'm doing a lot.
At least everybody in your family's got work for fucking years.
They do.
Grandkids, the kids, the lawnmower guy.
Yeah.
Yeah, exactly.
That's crazy.
The Pilates has really, like,
people tell me how busy the studios are
and Hoboken.
My friend's girlfriend goes there.
She's like, you've got to sign up a week before
and blah, and you don't know when you can jump in again
because the class is so, I'm like, wow.
It's really wild.
You got to come take a class.
I think you'd like it.
Which one, the old school or the new school?
No, the one on the machine.
But the one in the machine, I got the fucked up knee.
I can give you my.
modifications for every exercise.
Really? Absolutely.
Yeah, that's what got me back into working out for my shoulder injury.
I was able, once I did the peptides, to have some motion, and I gained all my strength back
from Pilates.
So you could customize those things?
A thousand percent.
That's pretty cool.
You can have a class with 10 people in it, and every person be doing the same move completely different.
Somebody who it's their first day, somebody who's got a bum knee, and somebody.
who's been doing Pilates for 15 years.
They could all be doing the exact same workout,
but customized to them.
So it's great.
That's cool.
Yeah.
Because Athena told me she was thinking of starting a class
for all the men and women or something.
I love her.
She goes, will you come?
I go, yeah, if you're teaching, I'll definitely come,
but I never heard back on that crazy bitch.
She got engaged, that's it.
She got engaged, so all bets are off now.
but she was thinking because that's a big market.
That's a market that I always want to excel with.
I got a call from a friend of mine the other day that his jiu-jitsu teacher wants to do a 50-and-over-class.
That's awesome.
It's a different class.
It's a different class.
The only place who had one to bring you had an over-50.
They called the executive class.
It was a six-in-a-fucking morning, though.
Yeah, dog, fuck that.
Yeah, six in the morning to be wrestling, other old guys who had a rat and fucking,
Because that's the problem when you have jitsu early in the morning or anything.
These dirty animals don't shower.
They don't brush your tooth.
Nothing.
And they breathe on you.
I don't want to be here.
No.
That's what I said.
You might as well if I can wake up with them in the morning.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Exactly.
But I like working out early in the morning.
It's always better.
You get out like swimming, I could do.
If it's seven, it's a heated pool, I'll be that, bitch.
It's got to be heated.
I love it.
The focus is on heated.
And you come from a health fitness fucking like this is weird.
Your dad owns the gym.
This motherfucker eats three dozen eggs a day.
Like a champion.
You're not wrong.
Three dozen eggs a day.
Yeah.
He has certain freezers for different eggs and shit.
Like hard boiled, fried.
No.
Oh, this comes from the black rooster.
Oh, my God.
This one comes from the white rooster.
You guys got a farm food?
Not yet.
Not yet.
Not yet.
Not yet.
But yeah.
He's got a weird fucking duster.
He doesn't drink, right?
He does not drink.
Nothing.
Nothing.
He believes in five micro workouts.
He's better than one or two.
Yeah, he's on a different level, this fucking guy.
He's in his own planet.
Sounds like a savage.
He comes there and he fucking tortures some old people.
He weighs him 18 times.
I don't know why.
Oh, yeah.
You're there for an hour.
He wants to weigh you.
But I weigh you in a fucking wave me.
Go away.
Wait till after the fucking class.
You can wave me all you want.
That's an interesting gym.
That's a very interesting cool gym.
It is.
Because I walked into crunch
and the other ones, that's nothing.
Oh, no, man.
I'm not going upstairs to ride a bike.
No, you got a Hispanic guy
with a du rag wrapping next to you
on the elliptical.
You don't want that.
No, it's not that kind of atmosphere at all.
No.
It's super just chill, inclusive.
I mean, you walk in there, it's crazy.
Everybody's friends.
Yeah.
Everybody's jacking there in the morning.
Yeah.
I avoid those bitches.
they talk to them with political shit in the morning.
I sit there with my earphone,
even though I don't have music on,
I may believe I'm watching that TV religiously
because they'll come up to you
and start talking about Trump
and whatever else is going on in the world.
You're like, dog.
It's 9 in the morning,
and you're already going to start an argument.
No, go away.
Get the fuck out of here.
I don't want to talk to nobody.
No.
And nobody will talk to you now.
If you don't want to talk to nobody,
they'll find them have those little old men circles.
Yeah.
They talk about the Yankees and should be part of that shit.
Oh, no.
Especially in the locker room, you don't want to be part of that.
No, well, it's all one room.
Oh, yeah?
Yeah.
It's a basic training.
That's it.
Absolutely.
Basic weights, basic, you know.
Nice.
He makes it work.
30 fucking years.
More.
32.
33.
I don't even know.
That's a long time.
Before any of the change in, I mean, he has outlasted everybody.
Everybody.
Everybody.
Especially since the change gyms have come out.
Like, yeah.
It's a gym, man.
You just want.
to work out, right?
Yes.
Like, it's not the gym where you're going to go and meet a bunch of idiots and talk about the shit.
They talk about friends and shit.
No, man.
I don't want to hear that.
That's why I like to go to my gym early in the morning because in the afternoon,
it's a fucking nightmare, bro.
You got a whole bunch of dudes with tank tops in the middle of the winter, fucking hugging
each other and fucking, what's up, bro?
Talking about BPC.
Bro, I just killed 285 for three.
Who gives them fuck?
Because of fuck you.
Well, fuck your wife.
They got a fucking camera recording themselves.
Oh, that's the worst.
Got me started.
Worst.
Okay.
I'm just happy you put this all together at Rio.
You know what I mean?
I'll do anything for you.
Oh, you're the best.
The peptides are fucking tremendous.
You deliver, you know, I believe in what you're doing.
So anytime you want to come on to talk about peptides or anything, you just want to come
out here and hang out.
You're always welcome.
I love it.
You're the best.
What do you want to talk about?
Anything is specific?
I mean, we're talking about all my favorite things.
Which are?
We're hitting everything.
Food.
Food.
10 out of 10.
Peptides.
Literally all the good stuff.
Family.
And family.
My crazy family.
I think I'm going to your New Year's party.
New Year's party?
My sister's wedding.
Yeah.
Are you coming?
You're actually going to come?
I got an offer for the 30th in Austin.
I haven't heard back.
I got an offer for that in November 21st.
You didn't come to my other sisters.
wedding.
That you're going to come to this one.
I don't know that sister.
I know.
I've never even met her before.
I know.
She's the elusive one.
Yeah, she's the one of us really know like what she does.
She is.
Nobody knows.
We all own businesses and we're all in the town and all of that and we have no idea.
Now, where's you just on a business?
Which one?
The one that got married already.
She does not own it.
She's the only one that doesn't own a business.
What does she do?
Um, no, I'm kidding.
I'm gonna butcher her.
if I try.
She does like PR for
a medical drug.
Gerd.
Gerd medication.
Okay.
Yeah.
There you go.
That's what she does.
And she's married.
She's married.
Now the young one's getting married.
Baby's getting married.
The crazy one.
Yeah.
Yeah, the crazy one.
She's fucking nuts.
She's out of her mind.
No, I'll be there with you.
If I don't go to Austin.
It's 20 minutes from the house.
I'll shoot over there.
Eat an edible.
You're going to have some good food or what are going to do?
It's going to be the wedding
of the year.
All right.
Tell me about the food.
So I helped her pick out all the stations.
That's why I know.
I know.
Joey, any station you could think of is going to be there.
Seafood towers, shuckin oysters, 10 different pastas, terriaki stations, prime rib, fillet stations.
I mean everything, sushi, everything.
Yeah.
Like make Lomaine and chicken and broccoli right next to you.
Right in front of you, anything you want.
At the top of it off.
New Year's.
So some motherfucker's going to get stabbed.
Oh, it's going to be crazy.
I think she's out over 300 people come in.
It's over 300 people.
Yeah.
Oh, it's literally going to be bananas.
They got a handicap parking.
They better.
Only for you, Joey.
They better have something.
Because I got to go and come back.
You're a very interesting family, you know.
And that's when I ever spoke about your podcast, about your peptide company.
I always said that you come from a very good fitness family.
Yes.
This isn't something that is an investment for you.
You love this.
That makes me respect.
Yeah, you grew up in it.
Literally.
I mean, you know my dad.
I had no choice.
I was surrounded by it from birth.
What is he for dinner?
Eggs.
Sometimes.
Depends on the day of the week.
Once a week red meat.
I get it, man.
I like me some eggs too.
Only egg whites, though.
Egg whites only.
Only egg whites.
Oh, yeah.
That's why he's so skinny.
You don't eat for you.
He's not easy.
Do not call him skinny.
You're skinny.
You better hope he doesn't hear this.
I don't give a fuck.
He's tiny.
He's a skinny dude, but he swims all summer.
You know, you're not going to find a problem with that dude.
No.
Not a problem.
No, that's good, though.
He's going to live to 140.
Well, I love you.
I love you.
I'm happy you came on tonight.
I'm so happy.
I did your thing with us and bullshit it.
Hell yeah.
I'm really happy to have you on fun.
Again, if you're looking for real fucking peptides
an A to Z out, email, whatever you need, it's air peptides.
What is it, Apeptide?
Air peptides, we got a code for you today.
Coco 30.
Coco 30, 30% off.
30% off, you order through me.
And you'll love this shit, you know, get ready for your life to change in some aspects.
The bluebird that happens ain't going to knock on your door with a check on it.
But if you get a little healthier, you know, I hate all these anting aging things because it's spelled wrong.
It's a, I hate when somebody goes, well, it's like when you see those, those 30-minute things,
he put this on and his wrinkles went away.
Yeah, but as soon as the commercial runs out, you're done.
That's the lighting and the fucking, you know.
And people buy into that shit.
Listen, it's not that you're going to look younger is that even if you're 68,
you're going to feel good.
That's the whole process.
We're not turning the clock back here, guys.
If that's what is what you want to do, go to this.
If you want to turn the clock back or something.
But in reality, you just want to age well.
You ever see a bunch of 70-year-olds or 80-year-olds?
They're all sloppy.
And there's that one guy.
That least he's trying.
He has a nice shirt on.
You know, you could see he does 10 push-ups a day.
Doesn't need to do 50.
He does 10.
You look at that guy and you go, thank God for you.
You add a little respect.
In this country, you turn 60, and you let yourself go.
That shouldn't be the point.
These are your glory is.
This is when you get the most of the life
when you don't have to work as much.
You don't have to work as much.
So it's not anti-aging.
This is all part of a movement to age with grace.
So nobody has to wipe your ass when you're 85.
You know, somebody's telling me out there that mom's still working at 85.
80 fucking 5.
But again, she takes care of herself.
She never drank alcohol.
You know, there's some people who will buy this thing.
So every man for yourself.
If you want to get healthy, this is the time to do it.
You got the world by the balls and no excuses.
So there you go.
Take it or leave it or go fuck yourself.
What do you got this week, Pedro?
We have at the dojo this week.
Wednesday, Friday?
You're with me at?
And he's on Saturday.
Yes, sir.
Beautiful.
Where are you at this week?
Danny Braff.
Look at Danny Braff making fucking moves with a fucked up ankle.
What can we shoot him in the ankle just to hold him over?
His ankle or is.
I got you.
We got no BPC.
I got you. We'll get you some good stuff.
We'll shoot them in the ankle. Come by tomorrow and we'll shoot you.
And that's it.
