Hello, fellow gamers, and welcome to the Video Gamers Podcast.
We've got a jam-packed episode for you today as we cover the recent releases of Astro Bot, Space Marine 2, and Star Wars Outlaws.
We're going to talk about some very interesting game releases that are coming up in the next week.
Plus, we'll take a quick look at Call of Duty Black Ops 6 and see where our hype meter is for the latest entry in the Call of Duty
franchise. But first, joining me, he's the man who had it all, who I may have hated for a day or two,
until he completely redeemed himself by lending me his PS5 so I could play Astro Bot. It's Ryan.
You know, I should have held out for more. I should have made you do some crazy things.
I would have done it. I know, right? Especially with how much I was hyping up this game,
you know, but I'm glad you have it. And I'm glad we're going to mention it today.
Oh, yeah, we're going to mention it. And then we're going to cover this game
on a deep dive that's coming up next Monday. Oh, yeah. So yeah, so people can be excited for that.
You know, you really could have held out, Ryan.
Like when I was like, hey, I'm swinging by to grab the PS5,
you could have been like, dude, you better bring me a pint of ice cream.
I don't need ice cream.
You know that.
Fresh lemonade, you know.
I'll take some lemonade.
No, what I should have done is made you bring me like a big old bowl of chips and salsa.
I'd have been like, yeah, now we're talking.
From which place?
I don't know.
Top shelf or somewhere. Homemade. maybe salsa is very subjective yeah my wife did make she makes some
good you did mention yeah she makes good homemade salsa i might do that for you anyway ryan oh what
a guy so all right um okay so listen we've got a lot to cover on today's show um we're going to
get into some of these new releases uh and some of the other stories that I mentioned briefly. But first, we do actually have a little bit of housekeeping, Ryan.
We have been a little lax in the goings on over the last week or two about thanking the amazing and incredible people that support this show and make everything possible.
So I want to start off by giving a huge shout out to two new supporters of the podcast.
We have Logan and Bytely, who both signed up with Rare status.
Yeah.
And then we have Moriarty, who signed up under our Epic status.
And the one, the only, Allieie who upped her pledge from rare to epic because she
wanted to make sure she knew that people love the show and that people are here for us. So
thank you to Logan, Bytely, Moriarty, and Allie and everybody else that supports this show.
You all rock. Yeah. Thank you. thank you thank you everybody ryan if somebody
was like yo i love these guys what do i do where should they go what should i do well we have this
thing called you know the world wide web i don't know if anybody's heard of it but you can go to
uh multiplayer squad.com go ahead and hop on there if you love what we do you want to help out the show you want
to support us you start uh as low as five bucks a month for support you get a lot of cool bonus
features early access to episodes um discord perks a lot of cool stuff josh and i are newly hosting
uh without the one and only paul so we're still figuring out exactly how things are going to work
kind of show wise and and what we can offer but a lot of cool stuff. We'd really appreciate the support again,
multiplayer squad.com. Love y'all. Thank you everybody. Yeah. It makes a world of difference
to the show. It helps us do this, uh, you know, a couple of times a week and, and honestly it,
uh, it's an immense help to keeping this show going. Also, as a reminder, if you are new to the show and this is your first episode and you
like what you hear, make sure you follow us or subscribe on your podcast app at the end
so that you'll get all of our new episodes as well.
Ryan, let's talk some video games, buddy.
Oh, let's get into it.
It's been a good week, man.
I tell you what, man.
It's hard when you have like four different games to choose from.
You're like, what am I going to do?
I don't know what to do until you solve the problem for me.
I did.
All right.
So let's just kind of catch everybody up.
In the last couple of weeks, we had Star Wars Outlaws that released to some middling
critic reviews, but it actually seems to be really
popular with people that have played the game. This is one of those ones where player score
seems to drastically trump the critic score on this. I know that we had initially planned
uncovering Star Wars Outlaws. And then just with Paul announcing that he was leaving and you and I
trying to figure out how we were going to kind of tackle things and move forward on this. That's one of those things that kind of fell to
the wayside. At this point, knowing that we are flooded with games right now, do you have any
plans of picking up Star Wars Outlaws in the future? I would like to. I'm a huge Star Wars
nerd. And then it's one of those games I really uh thought the
look of it the the gameplay that we watched everything looked awesome it's just man there's
just so much going on right now so it's it's as of now it's putting the backlog for me but it's
one that I definitely want to hit at some point because like you said critic reviews are critic
reviews it's whatever what I want to hear from is the gamers.
Who's playing this? Who loves Star Wars? What do they think of it? And it seems to be pretty good
so far. Yeah. This is definitely one of those where seeing the initial reviews come out kind
of put me off a little bit, but we generally try to reserve judgment and say, hey, we'll give our
review on it. And then seeing people saying, dude, this game is way better
than what we thought it was going to be
really kind of rekindled my hope for this.
I'll be honest, if we do dive into this game,
it's probably not going to be for a couple months at least.
Maybe later in the year if more games get delayed
and stuff like that.
Okay, so now we're to the two most recent releases,
and these are big ones, man.
Oh, yeah. I mean, we had to the two most recent releases, and these are big ones, man. Oh, yeah.
I mean, we had Astro Bot that just released,
and we have Space Marine 2 that just released.
Space Marine 2 has been hyped for a long time by us.
I know we've been very excited for that game.
You could buy the early access edition,
which was $90,
which if I remember right, Ryan, you picked that one up, didn't you? I don't know.
Maybe somebody here did.
I don't know what you're talking about.
Is that the one?
The deluxe edition?
Maybe somebody accidentally bought the regular edition first and then realized that they couldn't get on and then had to go back and buy the upgraded edition.
I don't know. Maybe somebody did that. All right, cool. Well, if we ever figure out who that is,
let me know. So we had Space Marine 2, which we have been super hyped for. Man, I was even
telling my wife and kids, I have this new game coming out. I'm really excited to play it. It's
a multiplayer game. Ryan and I can play it. Maybe Paul can jump in, play with some of the listeners
and stuff like that. And it released. And I jump in, play with some of the listeners and stuff like
that. And it released. And I just said, hey, you know what? I'm going to wait till Monday for the
full release. I'm not going to pay the extra $30 because I had a really busy weekend and I just
wouldn't have had time to play it. But then... Somebody grinded out Astro Bot pretty dang quick.
Yeah. Yeah. Astro Bot. And Josh got a PS5.
Astro Bot releases and it starts getting rave reviews.
Now, I know that we were hyped for Astro Bot from the moment we saw the gameplay trailers
and stuff like that.
And we just went, wow, this game looks incredible.
You picked it up on release day and you started playing it and you kind of did the, wow.
That was my best Christopher Walken, by the way.
Wow.
Wow.
Oh my.
This game is amazing.
So yes, that was basically what happened.
And then I went, dang it, man.
I think I'm more hyped for Astro Bot than I am for Space Marine 2 right now.
Yeah.
And then you grinded out Astro Bot and you sent me the best text that I have gotten in a long time that said,
Hey, dude, do you want my PS5?
I'm done with this game.
You can come by and borrow it if you want to play Astro Bot.
I drove to your house the very next day, picked up your PS5.
I played it for no lie about four hours straight last night.
Oh, nice.
And so I do have a good handle on what this game is.
We are going to cover this game in a deep dive.
That episode will release on Monday.
So I don't want to spoil too much.
Give me your 10 second impression of Astro Bot without spoiling what you think about it.
Ooh, without spoiling what I think, that's going to be tough.
Give me, is it just, you can say it's fun.
You can say it's exciting or you can say what stands out or something like that.
But I just, I don't want people to know what you think completely.
I think aside from just kind of my general thoughts on the whole thing, I think developmentally, this is one of the best developed games I've ever played.
I think every aspect of it, from the music to the movement to the scenery to the graphics to the sound, I think all of that is some of the best work in a game I've ever played.
It's weird to say this is one of the best developed games I've seen because to somebody
listening, they kind of go, huh? Yeah. But having played it for four hours, I get exactly what you
are saying. I told you, man. I know. It's so weird to me because it's like, but yes, when you, it's like when you see a dish, right? Like, like you see food and you know that
that food is going to be delicious just by the way it's like presented, you know, and your brain
just kind of goes like, Ooh, I bet that's going to be really good. That's Astro Bot dude. Like
it is so clean. It is so well developed like you said
and you kept telling me you know you guys pick on me because you know i've always said hey i really
love good audio and i remember you saying josh you're gonna lose your mind this game has some
of the best audio i've ever heard and i just kind of went i don't know if you're trolling me right
now or not but then having played it, dude,
oh my goodness. The audio in this game is phenomenal, dude. And for somebody like me that is not used to the DualSense controller, dude, they do some crazy things with that thing,
man. There's been a few times where I've had to stop and look down at the controller and then
just kind of like, you know, mouth open, eyes big, kind of going like, whoa. Like, is this sound really coming from this controller? And then just kind of like you know mouth open eyes big kind of going like whoa
like is this really is this sound really coming from this controller you know and then it's also
coming from the speakers and i wasn't kidding man when i told you i was like watch out for this
this this like you're gonna just the weird parts of the sound and the audio just blow your mind
and it's like why can't every game be like this it's so it, it's so well done, dude. It is so polished.
That's we'll leave it there. Cause like I said, I don't want to, I don't want to, you know,
give too much away right now. People can probably tell from our excitement that, Hey, you know what,
this is probably a pretty good video game, but you know what, if you want to hear the full,
our full thoughts on that, you got to tune in on Monday's episode. Okay. So lots of incredible games, tons to play, tons to look forward to.
We do have a story that is unfortunately a little bit less exciting and happy.
We kind of saw the writing on the wall for this game, but I do want to at least mention it because
I do know that it's been big news. And that is the shutdown of the game Concord.
So for people that didn't know, Concord was a hero shooter that was developed or published by
Sony. It came with a $40 price tag, which seems weird in the free-to-play hero shooter genre
nowadays. I played the beta. You played the beta. We were less than impressed
with the beta. I remember thinking like this game feels slow. I had some pretty massive
complaints about it. And I just said, you know what? My hype for this game has completely gone
away. And then the game releases the day of release. I don't have the exact figures,
but there was something like, I don't know, 480 people, concurrent players play in this game. And then I think it may be spiked up to like 2000
people on steam. And that was it. That is an abysmal showing for a new release, especially
one that is considered a triple a title by Sony. This game just wound up being an unmitigated disaster. I don't think it's through any,
like it's,
it's not from like a performance issue or game breaking bugs issue like we
have seen in the past,
but this was just a classic case of why I,
I already have my hero shooters.
I have overwatch too.
You know,
I have deadlock,
which,
you know, hint, lots of people can get into right
now. I have all of these games. Why do I need Concord? And I think that was the death of
Concord. If you read the stories and the articles and, I mean, firsthand account from me playing it,
from you playing it, there just wasn't anything there, you know? And if you're in a crowded space, you have to have
some kind of hook that is going to pull people away from the other games that they're playing
to now get themselves and their friend group into playing this game. And Concord just didn't have it.
Sony actually shut it down, issued refunds to everybody that bought the game, which is crazy.
And just said, hey, all right, we're sorry.
This game didn't work out.
And we don't see that very often at all.
No, not on something like this.
Not on, like you said, a AAA title that they put all that work into, all the beta tests.
And for it to come out this flat to where it gets literally taken off the shelves
it's shut down it's just wild to me and and i know like you said there's so many of these
these hero shooters we we talk about it all the time with podcasting i know i get asked all the
time i'm i'm excited about our download numbers or this or that happened and and people ask me
oh nice so how much money are you making?
Oh, you're supposed to make money doing this?
Like what?
Did we miss that part?
Like it's so hard to differentiate yourself and to get above everything else
when the market is so kind of saturated
with, you know, like podcasts.
Well, the same in these games
is you have to do something different
or you have to be really
really good and this one just kind of you know like we said it just fell flat there was just
not enough there for it to really take off and and i did not expect it to fall this flat and
to where they they legit shut it down people were heavy did you see where all the people were trying
to platy it like they were
jumping off cliffs and just spamming through matches to try to platy this it's going to be
like the most valuable platy there is that's ridiculous to me man yeah it's like i i'm not
a platinum trophy like neither kind of guy i i i appreciate it i don't you know it if that's the
way you like playing video games power to you my. My wife is actually like that. Oh, okay. Where she wants to hit every tree, touch every flower to make sure there's not something hidden
in there, that kind of thing. So it's like, I get it. And you're right. This is going to be one of
the rarest trophies imaginable. But this is tough because we could see that this game didn't really
have a lot going on for it. There was a lot of negativity on the internet around it. I do feel bad for the developers
in this regard because it's not their fault, man. If you look at the actual development of the game,
the game ran fine. The characters were kind of unique. Some of the abilities were okay.
This was just... I really am going to blame Sony for this one for not marketing it, charging $40 for it,
not hyping it up, not releasing it as a free-to-play title and trying to get people
involved that way. I think this was a big fail by Sony and not the developers on this, but it just
sucks all around because a whole bunch of people lost a lot of their time and effort and their
love towards something. Sony lost a ton of money. It just, it's a big loss no matter how you look at it.
Dude. Yeah. Imagine spending like a couple of years working on a project and then it's like,
well, that didn't work out. They just shut it down.
That would break my heart, dude. It really would. I don't know how game developers deal
with this kind of stuff. So we, we respect developers. We love you guys. We know what
you go through and we're sorry for this one.
Okay, so we do have some upcoming games to talk about, but first we're going to take a quick break, and then we'll come back with some games you need to know about.
This is an ad from BetterHelp Online Therapy.

we've got for this upcoming week. Okay, we have some pretty big name games that are coming out.
Oh, yeah. There's there's some other ones that honestly, I don't really know too much about.
They're not my kind of games. but over the next week a few more popular
titles we've got test drive unlimited solar crown funko fusion final fantasy 16 the plucky squire
inatria the last song dead rising deluxe remaster and oh baby god of war ragnarok for the pc release
let's give me just a second here right well hold on you got a playstation now you don't even need God of War Ragnarok for the PC release.
Give me just a second here, Ryan.
Wait, hold on.
You got a PlayStation now.
You don't even need the PC release, right?
Oh, man.
PlayStation 5 or not, buddy.
God of War on PC, there is nothing like it.
Okay.
We're here, man.
Let's just talk about God of War Ragnarok. We have both played God of War Ragnarok on PS5.
I borrowed your PS5 to play this.
You going to pick it up on PC?
Oh, maybe if there's a sale down the road.
I mean, I already have it.
We just talked about so many games in the backlog already, just in this week.
So it's something that if i mean if they're like
this is just otherworldly it looks absolutely amazing it's even better than the ps5 and i'm
sure it will i know i guarantee you it will i'm sure it will be and then i'll get hyped in like
a month or so and probably buy and stow it away but um as of now i don't have any plans, but with me, plans change pretty quickly. Yeah.
I will say, I should mention, this is the same developer that did the PC port of God of War 2018,
which is the most perfect PC port I've ever seen in my life.
If you're telling me that God of War Ragnarok is going to be playable on my PC
and have that quality of port and the graphics that you can
achieve on PC, I will absolutely, absolutely be diving into this game. And it's just like when
I played God of War 2018. I played through it the first time to get through the campaign and say,
I beat it and get an idea of the game. Then when it came out on PC, I took my good old sweet time.
I played how I wanted to play it. I did a lot of the extra
content and I loved it even more the second time around. I want that for God of War Ragnarok.
And so for me, especially, I cannot wait to pick this up and play it. I will say that it's going
to take a backseat until we get through Space Marine 2. And then I will probably start diving in a little bit because we'll have a little bit more free time to kind of play some of
our personal games that we like to do. But yeah, so that comes out September 19th for the PC release
of God of War Ragnarok. If you never played it and you're like, hey, I loved God of War 2018,
but I didn't have a PS5. I couldn't play this. Man, you are in for a fantastic experience.
We'll just leave it there.
You're not going to be disappointed.
This is pretty much everything you want it to be.
Dude, fighting Thor and Odin in PC graphics?
Like, come on.
Oh, yeah.
I don't even...
This game's been out for two years,
but I don't want to spoil anything
for people that maybe haven't played it.
But man, there's some real good stuff in this game. So be excited. Oh yeah. Um, okay. So then final fantasy 16, we played,
um, we covered, we did a deep dive on that game. If you want to hear our thoughts on that,
you can check out that episode. I I'm sure for PC release, it's probably better graphics.
Um, gameplay wise, you know, we thought the game was fine.
Again, go check out that episode if you want our full thoughts on it.
But there is a game that I want to dive into for a second.
And that is an indie game called The Plucky Squire that I tried to get us to bring up
a couple of weeks back when I found out about this game on one of these episodes
and I was shot down by you and Paul. And nobody got time for that. You know what? Now I got the
power. I know you got the reins now. So listen, plucky squire to me looks really good. And the
main reason that we are bringing this game up is you owe it to yourself to go
check this game out. Okay. It releases on September 17th. So you have a few days.
But this game looks like it is going to be really, really good. The premise of this game is you jump
between these 2D and 3D worlds in this little like i guess i would call it an action
adventure game yeah where you solve puzzles you fight monsters you get a lot of variety like
there's one part where you're flying with a jet pack or sliding down a banner um you see many
challenges at one point you see your your guy jump into like a um magic the gathering card
and then like fight the character that's on the card
in like this weird boss battle thing. The catch for this game to me, and tell me if you disagree,
is that you go from playing in this 2D storybook, like you're literally in a storybook,
and you wander around these 2D pages, almost kind of like Zelda of old,
and you solve puzzles and you fight guys
and you do these little quests and adventure-y type stuff. But then you can get to the edge of
the book and actually jump out. And now you're in a kid's room. It completely changes art style.
Yep.
And you're in this room now. And I thought that was really cool. So is that the part
that stands out most to you?
Yeah, that's far and away this part that stood out to me.
I was watching the gameplay in the trailer or stuff.
And you see it and you're like, okay, that looks kind of cool.
It's not really my style.
And I think in general, this isn't really my style of game.
But once they jumped off the page and then I'm like, oh, okay.
And then you're in like a 3D world as this character.
Graphics looked beautiful.
It looked crisp, clean.
You're running through doing all these kind of cool mechanics throughout that area.
And then there's different parts where you go back into like 2D along a wall to try to get past this area. It just, it seemed really unique and really neat
for something that's not my style
that did raise some kind of flags in my brain.
Like that actually might be pretty cool.
I, there was a lot of that that I saw.
Yeah.
I did see the part where you referenced
where you're in the 3D like kid's room,
but you need to try tod like kids room, but you
need to try to climb a bookshelf. So you go into like the kids little drawing and become 2d. And
then you kind of like climb up the sidewall of this like dollhouse or whatever. And then you
kind of pop back out. There's parts where you're climbing stairs, but you're 2d going up the stairs
while you're dodging, like, you know, boulders falling down at you and stuff like that. Like I
said, we can describe
this all day long, but we're putting it on your radar for a reason because one of the things that
we love to do is say, hey, you should check out this game. Maybe it's not for you. Maybe it's
not your style of game. I'll be honest. I'm not sure Plucky Squire is for me, but I can absolutely
appreciate when I see a game that you can tell has a lot of love and passion behind it, as well as
a lot of care in its development. And this game really shows that off in spades to me,
to where when I see this, I go, oh, this game looks pretty interesting, man. I think people
are really going to enjoy this game and it's going to resonate with a lot of people.
So go check out the trailer for that. It's called plucky Squire released the September 17th. Um, I, you know, ace of shame
is our kind of like resident indie, you know, lover and expert. And I was kind of chatting with
him and he's like, dude, I'm very excited about this game. So that kind of tells me something as
well in that regard. Any of these other games that are coming out this week any interest
in any of those i think i don't really have those were the kind of two big ones for me
no i did i did think it was funny that the uh the funko pops like have a game somehow now which is
which is funny yeah i don't yeah i don't ride the wave i don't know the licensing behind that
or a funko pop game hey you know what if you if that a Funko Pop game. Hey, you know what?
If that's your kind of game, then power to you.
Okay, Ryan.
So this game is not coming out this week, but it is coming up in another month or so.
And that is a little title that people may have heard of before.
It's called, it's a weird sounding name.
It's called Call of Duty.
Oh, I think I've heard of it.
Black Ops 6.
Something like that.
And it's like, I didn't know there was a Black Ops 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
To be honest.
Never heard of it.
I'm joking.
I'm joking.
Okay, listen.
Call of Duty Black Ops 6.
Anytime a Call of Duty game gets released, the world loses its mind.
It's one of the most popular franchises in existence.
You and I have always famously
been Battlefield guys, but we have dabbled in Call of Duty. I know I played a lot of Warzone.
You played an awful lot of Warzone. I have played Call of Duty Cold War. I played the
Zombies mode in that. I've just never really been a Call of Duty guy. But you know what?
We are a video game podcast. And if we don't talk about an upcoming call of
duty, I feel like there's people out there that are going to be like, I'm going to kill you guys.
What are you doing? Call of duty. So, so here we are. I don't know about you, but I have been
watching footage. I have been watching gameplay. I've been watching a lot of highlight clips that
pop up in my reels and stuff like that. I have looked into the zombies mode.
I think this game visually looks very impressive, but I think it also just kind of looks like another call of duty to me. So it's hard for me to get my hype level up. I know you and I were
talking about one really cool feature before we started recording Ryan. So you, you, I'll let you
take this, but what is the new
feature that this game has that i think is going to lend itself to some amazing moments so everybody
knows i'm sure a lot of people have seen those videos where you know you go in and these guys
come behind you can do your assassinations or your kills and stuff well now you can do the body shield where you can actually snatch up the opponent
and then voice chat opens up between the two of you and you can talk to them as you're holding
their body hostage and walking around which has lended to some of the most amazing videos i've
seen in a while they have been so great where guys actually will sit there and i'm sure everyone's
seen it where you get behind someone that's camping and you can message them and then they
go to turn around and then they kill them well now you can snatch them up and then just keep
talking crap to them as as you're going around so it's been um it's it's been awesome i saw one
where two guys uh snatched up two guys and then they were making making them kiss yeah that was the funniest video
so it's just one of those things that it's what a weird like little tweak like hey let's throw in
body you know body shields and it just has has just become such an awesome thing for the game
which i'm sure there's a lot i don't play play as much Call of Duty as I used to,
but to me, it's a lot like Madden to where there's only so much they can update every year.
If they're releasing one every year,
there's only so much you can do
without changing the core of the game.
So yeah, I'm sure there's a lot of cool other things in it,
but this is the one that definitely has stood out
and you can tell online that that's what everybody's doing. I will say for me, I think I'm more excited for this Call of Duty than any of the
other ones that I've seen in the past couple of years. The zombies mode looks bananas to me,
but just how they've improved the graphical fidelity of this game and some of the stuff
that they're doing there, I could see playing a lot of zombies mode, the PVP portion
of it. It's call of duty. Like, I mean, it's just one of those things where it's like, it always
feels the same to me, whether it's a call of duty from six years ago or one that's about to release
next month. I just kind of go like, it's all going to be the same dude. I will say that they've been
really touting this Omni movement where you can fire at people as
you're diving backwards on your back and you can dive around corners and your guy will kind of
lean and roll as he's jumping around the corner and stuff like that. That almost scares me off
because I'll be honest, these dudes that do the tax sprint stuff and they're just freaking out and it's like they're coaxing two millimeters extra distance out of a tax sprint because they're playing the piano on their controller.
Like that.
I don't know, man.
I'm old.
I don't have the coordination or the even desire to play like that.
And so this Omni movement stuff does kind of worry me a little bit where it's like, dude, I'm just going to suck at this.
Hey, four and four and 16 is the same on every release of call of duty you know yeah those matches exactly so i don't know i do you think we're gonna cover this game i know we
talked about it in the past it's a huge title there's a gajillion call of duty fans out there
we are a gaming podcast it kind of makes sense but like what's your what's
your hype level at for this um honestly the only thing that's really hyping me up other than like
the the um body snatching like that is the zombies i was an old school zombies guy um they got a
little too kind of just funky with it where they made it a little too detailed like i just liked og let's go
kill a bunch of zombies see if we can beat our score from the last time hang out with the boys
you know doing stuff like that so um that's what really drew me in but it is another call of duty
release if i tell you what if you want us to cover it and you're really interested in it you think we
should hit it hit up a hit us up on our socials or jump into the Discord. Link will be in the description of the episode. Come in,
tell us what you think. Tell us we should cover it. Maybe we can be swayed.
Yeah. I mean, honestly, we love the listeners. We have covered a lot of games that people have
come to the Discord server and said, I'm really hyped for this game. Are you guys going to cover
it? We've covered games that we had no idea even existed where
somebody said, Hey, have you guys heard of this game? And then we look at it. We're like, dude,
this game looks crazy. Like boom, we're covering it, you know? So yeah, if you, if you really want
to, to hear us cover call of duty, black ops six, come tell us, I know we're on the fence on this
one. I'll be honest. My hype level for this game is about a four. Um, just because a lot of the reviews on the beta that just shut down have been
pretty negative. Um, I don't always go by those because you know, people want clicks, right?
And the more negative you are sensational, you are people go, Ooh, let me see why this guy says
he hates it. And it's the worst ever. I just, I don't know. I'm at like a four man, maybe as we get closer to release and there's
nothing to play at the end of October that changes a little bit. But for now, I think I'm on the past
side of things, but we'll see, you know, we're, we've been known to change our minds. That's for
sure. That's how power world happened. Yeah. that's very true honestly so listen we're at it
almost out of time here one other quick hitter thing that i want to mention just because i know
so many people out there love this game but say goodbye to your productivity say goodbye to your
wife and kids say goodbye to your job because bellatro the game that took the world by storm
is coming to mobile going mobile baby you are going to be able to play bellatro, the game that took the world by storm, is coming to mobile.
It's going mobile, baby.
You are going to be able to play Bellatro on the toilet, at work, in bed, anywhere you can.
And Bellatro is one of those games where you will lose hours and hours and hours of your life into,
and they are putting it in the palm of your hand.
Is this kind of equal to Skynet in Terminator, like going live?
I know, right? Becoming sentient? Because I kind of feel like maybe this is a turning point in the world right i think it is
um like you said productivity is going to be down everywhere uh auto accidents cross the nation will
be up everybody's trying to oh for sure work on a work on a full house while they're driving um yeah there's there's i i i i was i did not get
into this game i um i like roguelikes never really tried this one i know it's a kind of a card
roguelike um but i everybody in their discord just raves about anyone that's played it is a
legit obsessed with it and they continue to talk about it oh i got this one oh i got that one you
know i sat and i I watched some people stream
their matches that they were playing and stuff.
So yeah, I'm sure it's a no-brainer, you know,
to go to mobile with how much success they had already.
Yeah.
And Ryan, knowing your love of poker
and you kind of getting into the roguelike world
a little bit more,
whatever you do, do not pick up Bellagio.
Oh, no, dude. My addictive nature and then poker. into the roguelike world a little bit more. Whatever you do, do not pick up Bellatra.
Oh, no, dude.
My addictive nature and then poker. I need you, man.
Yeah, dude, I'll be out of commission.
