We make multiple stops along the way to take in the incredible soundscape of the Valley of Mo'Ara - pausing by water features (because of course and because there are lots of them in this land), stopping into the Windtraders store, and parking for a bit under the floating mountains to soak up the crowd sounds and the waterfalls. Hello travelers, welcome back to Walk About the World, your weekly audio expedition through one of the parks or resorts of Walt Disney World here in Orlando, Florida. And today we are back in Disney's Animal Kingdom. First thing I want to do is take a walking tour of Pandora through the Valley of Moara. We haven't done that in a while. I wanted to just check in Maybe take a peek in the wind trader store see what the crowd levels are like over there I'm gonna take you along We're gonna take off walking from here and we had a quick stop into Starbucks because you know You got to do the thing get your beverage

We did that and now we're gonna walk over towards Pandora and I'm gonna spare you my voice for a while and just allow you to take in the walk let's go Kampung Kampung so right here Kampung Kampung Terima kasih telah menonton I'm going to go to the other side. I really love what they've done with it. We are just across the Discovery Bridge, Discovery River Bridge, at the entrance to the land.

I just wanted to pause and get a taste of the ambience, and we're going to keep wandering on. Let's go. I don't know. I just don't want to see someone drop it. And I go, well, I just found out a trick with our waitress. I wish my mom would have known. go. Passing the big oozing tree to the right, which no longer oozes. It's not even doing smoke right now. Pausing on the trail as we turn right, going down into the land to see the downed helicopter. I can't remember what this little flyer is called, but it's a detail that I missed for a very long time.

And not a single tourist near me, a fellow traveler, is staring in my direction. They may stare at me, but they're not noticing the copter. Okay, so I'm going to go all the way down by the entrance to River Journey let's check that out The island is a beautiful place to visit, and it is also a great place to visit when you are in the middle of the day. The There are lots of trails to take in and around this area.

And, you know, since I have an oath to never avoid a water feature, and there's a lot of them, I came over here to the right. We are in view of the floating mountains. Flight of Passage is in the far distance, and to the left of us is the entrance to Navi River Journey. I love the fact that there has been so much moving water incorporated into this land. Makes it really seem like a living place. I know I've said this before but this land has really grown on me. Mostly because it's so unique.

And it makes me feel like, even though I'm definitely in Animal Kingdom, like I've gone somewhere else for a while. In the same way that Batuu does. But honestly, I think this land does even better. Does a good job of transporting you. Alright, let's take a walk down by river journey we'll check the times see what the crowds are like and then work our way back underneath the floating mountains let's see what we can see with our ears let's go The The Navi River Journey posted 40, if you can believe it, which sometimes you can, sometimes you can't. We are at the exit of Flight of Passage, near one of the waterfalls that pours off of the floating mountains.

With some large and angry animals growling off in the distance. So we're going to continue on to the right, go under the floating mountains and down towards the center of the Valley of Moana. The whole tight room is yours. Do not move. Do not move. I'm not part of the whole tight room. Thank you. You're good. Flight of Passage posted 120 minutes. And morning I looked and it was a hundred. It has been hovering around a hundred to a hundred and twenty all day long. So if you visit Animal Kingdom this summer perhaps, this is travel tips with Jeremy time, perhaps it would make sense to not come directly over to Pandora,

but instead go over towards Expedition Everest and Dinosaur and some of those things, because they are respectively posted wait times of five minutes and four minutes right now. Not kidding. Everybody streams over here and then waits in line for two hours or more. All right, we're directly in front of the amp suit and across from Satooli Canteen, Pagu Pagu is here. Because we're after this, we're going to... Yep, yep, yep. The The It is bustling down here today. As you would expect when the lines are long. Satuli Canteen looks fairly packed. One of the cool details I noticed on the side of Pangu Pangu refreshments is that they have handprints. Both human and Navi.

You know, it's a partnership. So what I think we're going to do right now is seek out a spot maybe where we can soak up some ambience of this area. Preferably with some water. Maybe that's possible, maybe it's not because there's a lot of people here. We'll see what we can see. The The The The The The The The The

It is a really, really lovely imagined area, and it's one of the few areas of the parks, not unlike Batuu, where you can kind of forget where you are for a while. It doesn't really seem like a Disney park in a good way. I mean, it touches the Disney Imagineering, but it is unique, and I really
