Starting point is 00:00:00 Well, welcome back everybody. This is Neverland Local here at Epcot Center for another edition of Walk About the World. And obviously, by what I just said and the music that you are hearing. We are at Epcot today. The plan for today is to walk through World Showcase and walk and talk about a couple of my favorite pavilions, the countries. So we'll see what we can hear. We'll hear what we can see or something like that. And well, join me. Let's go. All right, the first stop here in World Showcase today is Canada. So here's Canada.

Starting point is 00:01:13 I won't bore you with my voice. Listen to some of the sounds of Canada. Terima kasih telah menonton Thank you. Terima kasih telah menonton so as we walk through Canada here with the flowers and the the pond on our left-hand side, and on the right side, the popcorn stand with the maple popcorn, so too bad this isn't a Smell-O-Vision podcast where you can smell it, but it smells great, you've got to take my word for it. And Canada's my favorite stop here in World Showcase. The first stop for us. And as we head into Canada deeper, the stage, I believe,

Starting point is 00:03:18 there's someone playing today, so maybe we'll be able to catch some of their music on stage. Well, it looks like, unfortunately, we're in between shows here in Canada, but always a great time listening to these guys play. So if you ever have the chance, sit down here in the shade and listen to some sounds of Canada. All right, as we continue to make our way through World Showcase, we are coming up now on Japan.

Starting point is 00:04:23 If you hear in the distance, they are drumming. So, I will let them do their thing so you can hear that. It looks like you. All right, well, at least you caught the tail end of that. Another thing, if you come on the World Showcase and you're looking for something to do, come on by. Listen to them drum. They are truly, truly amazing.

Starting point is 00:05:53 We will continue our trek here through the World Showcase at Epcot. As we pass here through Japan, what country will be next? Well, just wait and see. Or here. Well, we are at the next World Showcase Pavilion, and if you couldn't guess by the music,

Starting point is 00:06:33 I can tell you the answer. We are in Italy. Italy, home of, some would say, the best pizza at Walt Disney World at Via Napoli. It's a great pavilion, so we'll listen to some sounds of Italy. I'm going to go ahead and get my bag. Thank you. Terima kasih telah menonton. Oh, on to that. I need a picture. Well, I hope you enjoyed a little bit of Italy as we make our way to the next country. What will it be? I'll have to stay and find out.

Starting point is 00:09:18 Come on, keep up. No lagging behind. Let's go. No lagging behind. Alright, as we walk through World Showcase, we've made it here all the way to China. As you can hear by the beautiful music playing, we are standing just outside the Khoi Pond looking at the main building, which I was told before that the sound in that building is perfect. Like the acoustics and everything like that is acoustically sounded. It's perfect in the middle. So I know they still have a show in there, Reflections of China,

Starting point is 00:10:00 which is a gorgeous show, and they've been working on a new one. A new one's not out yet, but another great show to see. And then the adjoining building also has some things from the parks around the world, whether it's Shanghai or in Tokyo, and just to be able to check that stuff out to see what that's all about. So definitely China's not one to miss here and there's definitely a lot of things to see and hear when you go through this pavilion. Well we've made it to the fifth and final pavilion for the day.

Starting point is 00:10:48 Can you guess which one it is? Yes, you guessed it, we are in Mexico. It is truly one of the best pavilions. Indoors, lots to see and hear. Lots to eat. Air-conditioned, away from the elements. It is fantastic. Gracias. I don't know. This way. Ha-ha!
