Welcome back travelers, it's your old friend here Rick wishing you the happiest of holidays
here at the happiest place on earth.
We're gonna be relaxed today, enjoy the Christmas environment of Disneyland California.
Let's come along.
Oh, it's nice to see the train station unwrapped once again.
Are you a left tunnel or are you a right tunnel?
On the whole, I'd say we're definitely left tunnel folk, but we are going right today.
Taking the long way around.
Bell is out with a nice long line to get autographs and pictures.
In her beautiful blue cloak for the winter holidays I just love the way the sound shifts subtly as you go under that tunnel underneath the train tracks.
You know, I absolutely adore and love the parks, but, you know, there's just something special.
This time of year just nothing
can top it it really is the best you got Minnie out in her outfit you get the
tree off on the left Clarabelle out dressed up
Mickey it's everyone's out you hear the music I mean how do you not love this
this time of year? On this beautifully festive day we thought we'd take a journey along Storybook Land.
So join us as we board the Cinderella here.
Alright guys, just give me one more second. And the whale we go and welcome to our journey to Storybook Land.
My name is Talia and I'll be your captain and storyteller for the Cinderella.
For your safety, please remain fully seated.
Please keep all hands on blades with me and send a vote at all times.
And please supervise your little one. And it looks like for us, we'll be entering through the jaws of Monstro. So we'll just
roll with you. But don't worry, Monstro is our friend and he's just helping us travel
to Storybook Land.
Now, here it is, we've got Montreux. Take a look to our left-hand side, and that'll be the cave of the Big Fat Wolf.
That'll stop you chasing after those three little pigs that luckily live on your right-hand side.
In these three houses houses one made of straw
one made of sticks and one made out of wolf proof bricks
but just as we turn the corner we'll be crossing by a quaint english village that is home to allies
from our house in wonderland where one cold and afternoon outside of to chase a white rabbit down a rabbit hole And fall down, down, down all the way into Wonderland
But if Alice isn't your epiphany my friends, take a look to your right hand side
And that'll be London Park, where Peter Pan and the Darling Children first took flight
Now thanks to Tinker Bell and her amazing pixie dust, they flew off to Neverland
Where they never ever have to grow up.
But now just up ahead we'll be passing by the city of Agrabah,
where she's writing Aladdin, first once in 12, Princess Jasmine.
Now although these two come from very different worlds, thanks to the power of love and the help from a genie,
they live happily ever after.
And love is such a beautiful thing just like the arches right above us, just like the ones where Princess Jasmine and the laddocks soared on their magic carpet ride
to a whole new world.
And just up ahead, we'll be entering the Cave of Wonders, but I do have to
warn you, my friends, that this treasure does
bear a curse that can only be lifted by the genie of the lamp. Legend has it that you can set
the genie free by granting three wishes.
The Snow White also had a wish for a safe place after she fled from Evil Queen. To your
right you'll see Snow White and the seven dwarfs cozy cottage.
But Cinderella also had a wish to attend the ball, but unfortunately her evil stepmother forbade it.
Now luckily her very bad mother, J. Edgar, heard that wish.
But sadly, Cinderella did not make it home by midnight, turning her coast back into a pumpkin.
Things still see on top of the bridge and leaving her glass upper behind.
But don't worry, my friend, Cinderella and her friends were the perfect fit
and they left happily ever after.
Now there aren't many magical things here at Story McClendon.
If you just look to our left hand side you'll see a real miniature quilted plant.
But these are no ordinary plants.
These are inspired by the 1933 Silly Symphony Lullaby Land.
Now thanks to Tinker Bell and her amazing enchantment, none of these plants ever have
to grow up.
Now, just up ahead on the water's edge is our friend Walt's house and his next door neighbor Mr. Toad.
But I'm so sorry folks, it looks like Mr. Toad isn't home right now so he must be in
his motor car on a wild ride to nowhere in particular.
But just beyond that is the kingdom of Arendelle where Elsa's and Anna's journey first begun.
If you see on top of the snowy mountains, you'll see Elsa's ice powies where she fled, where her sister Anna would not just let her go. During the journey,
they met some frozen friends like Olaf, Sven, and Kristoff. But just up ahead on your right
hand side, you'll see where a woodcarver named Geppetto wished upon a star that his puppet
would become a real boy. Now after Pinocchio saved him in the belly of Monstro the whale,
happily he's very us that wish.
Alrighty my friends, we're going to hang tight right here for one moment.
Please remain fully seated and keep all hands on your fingers and side of the road. I don't know. And the little mermaid named Ariel had a wish to become part of our world.
To your right you'll see Ariel and her terrorist castle where they live happily ever after.
But Ariel's story started in the shadows of her father, King Trion.
To your left you'll see Atlantica where they ruled under the sea.
But that will conclude our journey here my friends just want to say thank you so much for
joining me now as we approach the dock please remain fully seated please keep all hands arms
and fingers inside of the boat and on my count of three we'll go ahead and all stand up in the
center of the boat so no one has to go under the sea.
Walking down the hidden passageway.
Back towards small world.
Through the heart of Fantasyland.
Massive crowds are lining that way for the parade.
It's definitely a holiday week.
Really crowded here today.
Just love, just love the smell of popcorn as you wander back here towards Small Row, let's do the parade. I'm sorry. I gave it to them there. I'm sorry.
You look good.
Dina!
